As the action is heating up a little it seems the amount of bashers or should I say those who are worried about us longs losing our money LOL is heating up too, that just tells me we are actually making some noise that is effecting the SP, with that being said be prepared for everything and anything this coming week, you’ll here things like pump and dump, RS, bankruptcy, dilution, no sales, poor management and you name it, well those things are always a possibility with any stock but the only people who use those words to influence you are the ones holding a short position and are afraid that if enough people buy and hold that they will lose a shit ton of money! WHKS is way oversold right now and the SP appears to be gaining momentum! With that being said expect short to throw everything they have at us this week, if the stock volume goes up expect the volatility to go up as well, they may try and trigger stop losses through swings or ladder attacks but I think most longs are numb to this by now so hopefully the newbies are as well! I have been long since 2021 so I will be holding and adding in hopes that we get liftoff! 🚀🚀🚀 that’s my thought for what the week will bring so what’s yours?

There are several options of implementing a proxy:
  • Residential proxies. Residential IPs are the addresses that Internet service providers give to homeowners, they are marked in the databases of regional Internet registers (RIRs). Hi! I've been looking through the sub trying to get a baseline idea, but I'm stuck now. I was looking to get the standard reach ratchet with the current battery+free tool deal, but I have a feeling I will prefer the extended reach most of the time and you all seem to confirm that.
So I'm looking around for the 3/8 extended reach, and I found this sale on the Ryobi site for $150, but I noticed the HD deal with both the 1/4 and 3/8 for $200. I don't think I would use the 1/4 in version, so I'm not sure the extra $50 would be worth it.
I need to perform some pretty invasive maintenance on my truck in the next couple weeks, and I'm looking at just the bolts on the radiator and thinking about un-aliving myself with my normal ratchet/wrenches instead of using them to get those bolts.
Does anybody else see better deals anywhere? Or have advice about the 1/4 in? I checked DTO earlier and only found the standard reach in 3/8 in, and the 1/4 inch extended reach.

This is for Vedic astrology and so follows Vedic rules for considering conjunctions, which states they are formed when two or more planets occupy the same house and sign. Conjunction effects are made stronger with proximity, but they are still considered to apply even if there are 28° in the same house and sign.
The planets have natural friendship and Panchda friendship. If planets coming together are friends, their characteristic properties join. When they are neutral or enemies, a conjunction tends to weaken one of the planets involved, with stronger planet's characteristics prevailing but to a lesser extent cancelling each other out. Similarly, the natural significations of planets may or may not coincide or clash. If they do coincide, results will be better. But if opposing each other, then it will reduce the significations of the planets. If the planets belong to the same nature i.e. fiery, earthy, airy, or watery, hot or cold, fast or slow, it may increase their combined results. The opposite effect will occur when they contrast one another’s nature.
Here are some of the things conjunctions may indicate. I am only going to include those of the Sun and Moon to save time. An important thing to remember is that the time of fructification for a conjunction will align with major and minor planetary periods (dasas).

I'm assisting a small precision metal milling owner with processes / IT systems updates. The factory has ~100 employees, operating various vertical CNC machines, mostly German Optimum Maschinen.
Production is usually small batches of all kinds of precision metalwork, German automotive, etc.
The company is paying salaries at ~10% above the regional average, thus, wages and motivation should not be the main issues for the challenges listed below.

So, analyzing the current situation there are unclear things for me:
a) production time estimates. Right now, there is a senior (both in work experience and age) guy looking at the order CAD and estimating required work hours based on their experience, aka "well, this part will take 10 hours to make". Problem: overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), there is a big mismatch between planned and actual manufacturing time. The machines end up standing still for a large portion of the day. Q: are there any sort of software that could do automatic estimates from uploaded CAD? CNC programs guys use MasterCAM. They also hand-write most of the GCode.
b) work progress step-by-step monitoring. One of the key issues is blanks not being loaded into the machine after a piece has finished milling due to the operator being away from the work center. Q: Have you seen any software/solutions to track red/yellow/green operational times effectively? Does it require significant re-wiring/adding sensors/etc?
c) overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) In our case, the OEE is ~30-40%, which makes shareholders very anxious. Q: do you calculate it? what is a good OEE % for a CNC manufacturing shop?
d) making a decision on which order to "take in" and fulfill. So currently, our head of manufacturing is rejecting quite a few potential orders based on "can't do; won't do; I don't like it; we need easy, simple to make, but very, very profitable orders". At the moment manufacturing is passionately and constantly blaming the sales dep for "shitty orders" ("lots of hassle, not enough pay"). Thus, the shop is loosing ~75% of potential orders. Q: what does a good coop between sales & manufacturing look like?
e) Employee motivation Some operators overperform (and are paid accordingly) on 3 work centers at the same time. There are those barely able to service 1 no matter the amount of training. The shop owner wants to grow revenue and is willing to share the profits fairly. Q: what motivates you at the workplace?

Hello! I’ve been lurking for a while but now feel compelled to post since the more I research the more overwhelmed I get.
I’ve been a lover of espressos but never tried my hand at making them myself, I just got my first beginners espresso machine (Gaggia Classic Evo pro) for my birthday and can’t decide on which grinder to get. I’d like one of mid range pricing (around €500, tops) and apart from the grind quality my main concerns are noise and the ability to grind lighter roasts. I would ideally like a grinder that can be used for multiple coarseness settings since we do a lot of v60, chemex and even the odd french press at home, but that’s not a deal breaker. I’m in Europe if that changes anything.
Any recommendations on what are the best option for this?

before i start please dont drop condescending comments because i know people love to deviate to that with conversations like this.
that being said! is anyone starting to feel like kpop is losing its magic a little? i never thought kpop was sunshine and rainbows i was aware of the negative sides to it but i always felt like there was authenticity there in whatever regard. idk it might be because of all the recent controversies happening but kpop is really starting to lose some appeal to me. the music is still good i think but its not really as fun as it used to be. i feel like now i always think about whats going on behind the scenes i also just think maybe i was more native about what kind of industry kpop was.
recently ive been thinking about bts and how much i do actually miss them and how i feel there is gap in the industry where they were and i was wondering why and i think it was the authenticity maybe? as in authenticity with them as artists. other groups are making great music they have the talent they can perform there are groups that seem close with each other and have bonds but i guess what i miss is the authenticity bts seemed to have especially towards music and their crafts. again thats not to say that other groups dont have that but now it seems to be over shadowed by sales numbers the amount of album versions and the concepts. and then add on all the controversies and it just all feels a bit eh...with bts for example idk i felt a genuineness in what theyre doing and the work they would put out maybe because they were heavily involved in it even in the beginning (the rapline specifically) ..i think now companies are more interested in having an idol thats like a star and is marketable rather than fostering an environment where idols can be creative? idek what it is exactly i wish i could pin point it like maybe it was all their raw content where they were very open about their struggles as artists and as people were as now i feel like idols want to maintain this image of being perfect (not that i blame them with the way kpop fans and the gp react sometimes but still).
maybe there was a side of me that was a bit naive to kpop and all that and now its more of a reality check too im not really sure
