Sorry if this is all over the place.
A little while ago I posted about experiencing some bladder dysfunction, lower back/leg nerve pain, and decreased mobility in left hip, but after a lumbar spine MRI it was discovered that my discs and spine in general are fine (also had an xray).
Now I'm trying to figure out how I should bring up some recent observations with my ortho doc who missed some stuff in our last few appointments (granted I missed these things too but I'm ignorant and never look in a full body mirror).
He told me previously that it was probably "two separate issues" - one with my back and one with my hip, but now I'm wondering if it's all SI joint related? Don't know if they look at that area in an xray or MRI, but either way this was all completely missed.
But here's what I noticed only in the last week:
•pelvis is rotated like at least 30° counterclockwise if I stand or sit with my legs completely parallel •left knee and hip get "off track" and feel very "twisted" •weird bruise on the inside of my thigh right up by my groin along with trailing skin discoloration all over the left side of my groin (like a large faint bruise) •the bump where my SI joint is on the left side is far more prominent than right •left ilium is about an inch further out from the center than the right •left thigh and knee also appear to be rotated counterclockwise.
Any input greatly appreciated.

Hey y'all! Like the title says, a coworker of mine new to injection molding is adamant that the weather doesn't have an effect on the process. While most of our products I would agree are forgiving enough for it to rarely be an issue however, in my experience some of the products are more sensitive and weather can often have a dramatic effect
All of our water is temperature controlled, materials dried, but the temperature and humidity seems to often cause some issues, changing through the day and usually only requiring a small adjustment, but still usually a defect, even on materials that don't need drying. It's worth noting that the facility is climate controlled but not exactly efficiently. Whatever the weather is, that's what it is inside.
My personal experience says it does, Google is inconclusive. It talks about pressure and temperature obviously but I don't see anything specifically about weather other than the seasons changing, which seems to confirm my perspective, but I'd like to know for sure.

Hey dude I'm going to keep this introduction short and to the point.
This is what I learned for youTube success.
These strategies work, no BS, they work, they work very well.
And I write this as I know you may be like I was some time ago (wanting to turn content into a long term business).
I’ve tested these methods on new & existing channels both big and small and even with channels that do not have English as their native language.
These can really make a huge, huge, huge difference in your YouTube success.
"CAPTAIN, ARE YOU THERE?"
"WE HAVE A SITUATION".
You make your way to the deck to address the noise.
“Calm down, you blubbering seadogs! What’s the problem?”
“I’m sorry, Captain, but we have a dangerous situation. We’ve entered deep seas, and there’s no land in sight. Just miles and miles of ocean in every direction. We can’t see anything. We urgently need navigation but we don’t have a compass onboard”
If you find yourself as a captain of a ship without a compass, you’re in a very dangerous situation. ~Similarly~, growing a YouTube channel without a deep understanding of your audience is like trying to sail the seas without a clear direction.
Your audience holds a treasure chest full of desires, fears, wants, and needs.
Just like a real treasure chest full of gold, this theoretical chest provides everything you need to reach success, whether that’s financial wealth or success on the platform.
I’m not joking; this is far more important than most people realize.
Why is this so crucial?
If you don’t know your audience, you don’t know what they truly desire. Those who can deliver on those desires will reap the rewards. During my time auditing and coaching, I found that most creators DID NOT deeply understand their audience.
BUT this information tells you nearly everything you need to know.
Here’s an example: before writing this post, I did extra research on YouTube creators.
I looked at Reddit, YouTube comments, and YouTube growth books on Amazon to see what the comments were saying. Here are the fears I found most YouTubers face:
What I’m saying is, you can do the same for your audience. This will give you countless new ideas, directions, products, services, and bring true value to the market.
But without knowing these, you’re trying to sail the sea without a compass, hoping to find land.
Running a YouTube channel without a brand is like serving a Big Mac without any lettuce, onions or pickles… sure it will fill you up but it's nothing to write home about.
Don’t allow your channel to be the plain Big Mac
In terms of YouTube, a brand is a channel that is known to have a certain style or cover topics within the niche which the audience enjoys time & again.
*Short Question*
If we lined up 100 people who watch your videos as well as other creators in your niche, how would they define YOU and YOUR channel?
Would they say …
"Love how concise the channel is—straight to the point!"
"The depth of content is great—I could watch them for hours!"
"It's alright, but I wish they would cut to the chase."
"Incredible! I've always wanted to learn this, and the videos made it so simple."
"It dragged on a bit—lost my interest partway through."
There are many ways you can create a brand, such as personality, delivery of content but whatever direction you go into, a unique brand on YouTube is essential because it helps your channel **STAND OUT*\* by creating a distinctive ~look~ and feel.
This attracts viewers and keeps them coming back for more & more. Think about some of the reasons why you love your favourite Youtubers, (the way they speak, the content, the feel, the pacing, the humour, etc) chances are because they have built a solid brand.
Have you ever come across a YouTuber who's got a big audience and is doing extremely well and you have no idea why?
Yeah, me too! … & does it annoy you? Yes, me too.
Why is it frustrating?
Because there are channels out there that are giving CRAP content and yet succeeding.
You know the ones… I’m not saying anything here, but you know.
In fact, I would guess and say you likely have better content than some other creators in your niche and yet they are raking in the numbers.
But this is not only on YouTube this is also in business, it's not about the best product or having the best information.
It’s a big ~pill~ to swallow.
But instead, let's look at this logically…
Why are many channels succeeding that do not have the best content? (the best is subjective but here we will just focus on * the best* = most helpful, most accurate, most information, etc)
Most of the time when you break it down you will find that it's because they are able to entertain, and the simple truth is this.
Entertainment = value
In our modern world more entertainment = more value, which can lead to more viewers even if the content itself is not the best.
So whatever kind of content you are producing (even educational) the fundamentals needs to be around entertainment.
But through thousands of experiments, Its clear to see that entertainment is not always quick clips, funny sound effects and so on…
Entertainment can be as simple as a storyline that you can follow from the beginning to the end that resonates with your key audience.
You most likely have heard a bunch of successful stories and advice from people who have become successful relatively quickly.
Here are a few videos I found on YouTube.

Now these are great videos, but they are also extremely rare cases.
This success can sometimes give youtubers the wrong understanding of success on YouTube.
Last year I hit one of my personal milestones which was $7000 (USD) within 28 days on AdSense alone.
This was accomplished over several years of building content making mistakes and implementing changes.
18 months before that, I was struggling to get 1000 views on a video, 2 months ago I had a few videos that have over 1 million views and Last month? Well, I sold the channel. But hey that’s a new story for a new day ha-ha.
But my point is that success is often over a long period of time...
AND THEREFORE, it’s wise to take a step back to reflect on things especially if you feel that you're working too hard or getting too stressed because for many of you who will be successful, it will be a long process over several months or years rather than an instant change.
In my desk next to my bed, I have a big red book of YouTube trade secrets & experiments I conducted.
The rabbit hole content is one of those.
Rabbit hole content is basically content that is made and after somebody watches the video, they go into a rabbit hole of content.
Examples of this include conspiracy. (UFO, ALIENS, ASSASSINATIONS, ETC)
Another example is if there is a series or a very engaging video that has been split into several parts.
What I've noticed more than anything especially speaking to other youtubers is that rabbit hole content seems to perform incredibly well. Almost like YouTube knows that *THIS VIDEO* will lead to people watching 10 more videos… well I guess they do know that.
With every other point on this list, I have solid data, experiments, and proof. But I aim to always be transparent, and I must confess I don’t have all the numbers yet to back this up fully compared to the rest.
Nevertheless - It has worked for many people, and I have not yet seen it not work. But because I don’t have the numbers to show (unlike all the others) I believe it’s important to mention.
A moment ago, I mentioned that most success on YouTube is not linear and instead drawn out over a long period of time.
However...
For those who do not fall into this category and have had success relatively quickly they often find their success by taking advantage of trend jacking.
Trend Jacking is a clever tactic that you can use to grow new audiences relatively quickly based on a trending topic, situation, or person.
This could be a trend that is happening within your niche or a trend that is happening globally. Here are some examples that were big stories over the last 24 months.
· Johnny Depp Vs Amber Heard
· Tucker Carson Departs From Fox News
· Ireland Offer $92,000 If You Move & Settle On Their Coastal Island
· Japan Giving Away Homes For Free
· World’s Largest Wildlife Crossing Is Going Up So Animals Can Walk Safely
· Airlines To Give Refunds For Cancelled Or Delayed Flights And Late Baggage
OK so these ideas are pretty out-of-the-box and are not niche specific.
But let’s make it a challenge! (I’m regretting this already)
What about if we had a YouTube channel talking about ~how to live cheaper?~
Here are some video ideas we could create.
· Depp Vs. Heard: Calculating The True Cost Of Lawsuits!
· After Tuckers Exit, How Media Changes Impact Your Wallet?
· Moving To Ireland For $92K Is It A Dream Deal Or Costly Fantasy?"
· Free Homes In Japan: What’s The Catch?
· Saving Wildlife & Your Taxes!
· How To Get Every Penny Back From Airlines [*year*]
Okay these are not the best type of content for the niche but after typing out about1500 words, my mind is a little fuzzy XD - Please note that these are not the titles but an example of a type of content based on the trend.
But how about niche trends? (~often much easier)~
Jumping on specific trends related to your niche can be really effective. For example, I advised a travel content creator who capitalized on the "passport bros" trend. This trend is where men move overseas to find wives.
This trend was gaining traction on TikTok and other platforms, and by tapping into it, he was able to reach multiple new audiences. His content sparked reactions and discussions, which pushed his growth to a new level.
P.s - As an added point, if you are in the UK, check out *baby reindeer* which is currently trending.
As a creator you are also an artist, it just happens to be that your art is electronic.
The saying highlights the key idea that true innovative artists (aka creators) don't just copy other people (even though I know some do – naughty naughty)
But instead, they mimic the work of others and transform it / rebuild it into something better.
Perhaps it is a type of content that you've seen very popular in other niches but is not covered in your niche.
Or it could be a topic that other creators have discussed, and you have seen that it has performed very well but it could be improved upon.
One Youtuber I have always found inspirational is Mr Beast. Not because of Jimmy's content but simply because he has worked for many years to perfect his art.
Here’s the thing…
There are so many Mr beast clones.
These creators literally copy his entire format.
This is not good as eventually people see the truth, and this will leave a very sour taste in viewer’s mouths.
So, what can you do?
You can rebuild but in your own image and in your own way instead of stealing.
Look in your niche, the style, content, delivery of content, time, pace and think of ways you can rebuild this content to offer you audience something even better.

Very few noticable trichomes on the outside, broke one open and could see some small ones on the inside. Short by 0.15g, not great, but I have been shorted worse before. A fair amount of stems in here too, plus what looked like an underdeveloped seed 😒 Taste from my Dynavap; nothing to write home about sweet, earthy, if there is any grape/berry I am having a hard time tasting it. Effects... Made me a little sleepy, but really not much else. Not the potency I was looking for since this was labeled 22% THC. So for me this is about a 3/10, and with that this is the 3rd strike from this version of GDP, will not buy again, gave it one last shot; poor trim job, stems, too dry, potency/effects where not up to par. There are far better options out their for a couple dollars more an 1/8th. |

Even if a great many of the refugees have left since the ending of the Desraki invasion, many more had remained, whether out of choice or lack thereof. The change is subtle, but noticeable when someone knows what to look for. A quiet silence of mourning falls over the fortress; it's broken by the daily activities of the inhabitants, undertaken with a gusto intended to distract themselves from their own thoughts, and by quiet, soft whispers, as small groups start to coalesce to talk amongst themselves, disperse wordlessly, and reform with new members later. No one rushes, but there's a feeling of activity beneath the surface as everyone collectively attempts to process what they had just learned. What do we do now?
The dam breaks when a hammer painted with black paint appears on a wall. It's small, innocuously placed, and no one comes forward to claim to have painted it. It attracts cursory attention without comment, eyes lingering on it before moving on elsewhere.
But then more of these black hammers start to appear without warning. Some are caught in the act of painting a black hammer of their own, but how many painters there are is impossible to know. Their quality ranges wildly, and some even attempt to paint Améline's likeness, poorly or well from memory. Sometimes her expression is grim or stoic, but more often than not there's a small, encouraging smile on her lips. After a while, painters work up the courage to take their time with their creations, adding more detail or even creating entire scenes. The Soulbound quickly learn of the wide diversity of these gifts when they start appearing on their doorsteps. Correctly or incorrectly, anyone associated with the Anvil soon finds food on their windowsills, or left in small nooks for them to find; hot food and red scarves and small black iron hammers, and many more besides. It's clearly uncoordinated by the sheer volume and haphazardness of the gift-giving, yet the Soulbound can feel that the giving of these small tokens is anything but random.
Hysh starts to become obscured by Ulgu, and the activity slowly winds down. Small crowds gather together to share the warmth of fires and drink, but it still takes a long time for the first, trembling voice to break the silence;
"The Anvil saved me during the siege..."
And then, finally, everyone starts to share their story;
Of how the Anvil fought for them when they were in danger. How she broke their chains when they were slaves. Of how she fed them when they were hungry. Of how she put up roofs over their heads when they were homeless. How she always talked to them, giving them quiet words of encouragement and hope. How she always listened to them, and never dismissed their fears. How she gave them second chances. How she never demanded anything from them, yet gave everything for them. How thoughtless it came to her to do so, and how it gave them courage to emulate her.
They share stories of how Améline had touched their lives, great and small. It's no god-wrought monument, but the legacy born from this moment would never, ever be forgotten.

- Toppe Gartneri - a family-run garden that's a bus ride and a short pleasant walk away, they're mainly known for their tasty strawberries but also have other greens and flowers available.
- Second-hand shop in an old house under the bridge - every floor is filled with old treasures, the house itself is an antique
- Fyllingsdalen tunnel - world's longest pedestrian and cycling tunnel (3 km), opened in 2023, also looks cool inside
- The Løvstien hike opened fully this year and it now has a cool bridge section
- Dagsturhytta - there's a LOT of them in Vestland in general and they're one of my most beloved things around here (day trip cabins). My favorite is Rambua, it's a bit farther from the city but reachable by bus and a half-hour hike, has fantastic ocean views.
- But probably the closest to the city would be Larslibua - while the previous one is reachable by hike, this one is by a walking path
- Everyone knows Troldhaugen, of course, but did you know that occasionally there's piano concerts held inside the house itself, played at Grieg's piano? It really feels like being a guest of the composer
- There's a very cute and small botanical garden near the city centre
- Fjord saunas! My personal favorite is this one because you have access to a changing room and hot showers after it, but there's many around, like Laugaren that was built by volunteers

As the woman leaves, the person bumps into the girl on a boardwalk near a beach and chants some sort of spell while pointing at the woman's belly button. The next morning, the woman wakes up and sees her belly button talk to her. The belly button is voiced by the same actress who plays the woman. Understandably, the woman freaks out while her belly button talks, but nobody else notices. Not even her girlfriends even when the woman tries to explain. They think she's nuts or something. Eventually, when she returns to her apartment, the male or female gypsy or whatever knocks on her door and explains everything. Only the female and the gypsy can understand the belly button. Because of her stuck up behavior and past insecurities as shown by her encounter with the person, the person placed a hex on her belly button to come alive. The woman has to put up with it for 30 days and after she realizes the error of her ways, she has the option to have the belly button stop talking or even keep it. The male or female has done this many times and still keeps in touch with some of his past female friends including one he invites to the woman's apartment. This particular female friend still has her talking belly button as like her conscious and is voiced by the actress playing her. The gypsy or whatever and the protagonist's belly button help our female protagonist for the next month by having her think and care about others while also helping her with her past insecurities and giving her more confidence like wearing a bikini on the beach. She plays volleyball and gets the confidence to ask the guy out that she likes. While the woman converses with the gypsy on the beach and her belly button, two beautiful plus-size bikini girls bump into the magical person as their old friend who used to have talking belly buttons. After thanking the person for helping them and leaving, the gypsy or whatever reveals that he or she is actually around a thousand years old and is cursed with an immortal life on Earth after making some sexual error or unwanted advance. After the woman's beach day, she wonders whether or not to keep having a talking belly button.

I'm assisting a small precision metal milling owner with processes / IT systems updates. The factory has ~100 employees, operating various vertical CNC machines, mostly German Optimum Maschinen.
Production is usually small batches of all kinds of precision metalwork, German automotive, etc.
The company is paying salaries at ~10% above the regional average, thus, wages and motivation should not be the main issues for the challenges listed below.

So, analyzing the current situation there are unclear things for me:
a) production time estimates. Right now, there is a senior (both in work experience and age) guy looking at the order CAD and estimating required work hours based on their experience, aka "well, this part will take 10 hours to make". Problem: overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), there is a big mismatch between planned and actual manufacturing time. The machines end up standing still for a large portion of the day. Q: are there any sort of software that could do automatic estimates from uploaded CAD? CNC programs guys use MasterCAM. They also hand-write most of the GCode.
b) work progress step-by-step monitoring. One of the key issues is blanks not being loaded into the machine after a piece has finished milling due to the operator being away from the work center. Q: Have you seen any software/solutions to track red/yellow/green operational times effectively? Does it require significant re-wiring/adding sensors/etc?
c) overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) In our case, the OEE is ~30-40%, which makes shareholders very anxious. Q: do you calculate it? what is a good OEE % for a CNC manufacturing shop?
d) making a decision on which order to "take in" and fulfill. I'm assisting a small precision metal milling owner with processes / IT systems updates. The factory has ~100 employees, operating various vertical CNC machines, mostly German Optimum Maschinen.
Production is usually small batches of all kinds of precision metalwork, German automotive, etc.
The company is paying salaries at ~10% above the regional average, thus, wages and motivation should not be the main issues for the challenges listed below.

So, analyzing the current situation there are unclear things for me:
a) production time estimates. Right now, there is a senior (both in work experience and age) guy looking at the order CAD and estimating required work hours based on their experience, aka "well, this part will take 10 hours to make". Problem: overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), there is a big mismatch between planned and actual manufacturing time. The machines end up standing still for a large portion of the day. Q: are there any sort of software that could do automatic estimates from uploaded CAD? CNC programs guys use MasterCAM. They also hand-write most of the GCode.
b) work progress step-by-step monitoring. One of the key issues is blanks not being loaded into the machine after a piece has finished milling due to the operator being away from the work center. Q: Have you seen any software/solutions to track red/yellow/green operational times effectively? Does it require significant re-wiring/adding sensors/etc?
c) overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) In our case, the OEE is ~30-40%, which makes shareholders very anxious. Q: do you calculate it? what is a good OEE % for a CNC manufacturing shop?
d) making a decision on which order to "take in" and fulfill. Obviously I will never have the money to achieve this. But seeing the failures of Evermore and the Star Wars themed hotel I've written down some ideas on what I think would be a fun LARP experience that includes as many demographics as possible.
In my dream LARP theme park there would be an area designated for more structured activities like you'd see at a Ren Faire like an Archery Booth or Axe throwing. Things like puzzles in the environment that lead to "treasures" similar to geocaching. Themed escape rooms. Etc.
There would also be a more open area with themed buildings and limited staff (only there to call for help if someone needs medical attention) for group LARPing.
There would be three types of experiences based on ticket price detonated by wrist band color.
NPCs would be pretty limited to the more structured areas such as the restaurants (Imagine an NPC bartender for example) or themed buildings in the main area (I really loved the lady with a baby dragon at Evermore). And unless you're with a guide their dialogue would be pretty limited as well: both to protect the employees playing the NPCs and to minimize regulars hogging the NPCs. The NPCs would stay put in one place and give limited quests like pointing to a puzzle or two in or around the themed building where the NPC is. Once the puzzle is complete with proof, you would return for your prize (like a small stuffed animal, a piece of fantasy costume jewelry, or a mini grimoire with silly spells written inside.) Complex puzzles and quests would change once a year. Simpler puzzles and quests would change once per season to match the theme of the season.
There would be a store that sells foam weapons for people who want to LARP but came unprepared. Maybe an area for live shows like jousting (Open to all who bought a ticket regardless of price). And obviously a store that sells merch like Tshirts, stickers, hats, fans, plushies etc. And OBVIOUSLY a tree with a face.
These are just the simple ideas floating around my head. Since I will never have the money or backing to create my own fantasy LARP theme park it doesn't matter how unrealistic my ideas are ahahah

They would get use of the themed buildings in the open area LARP section and the gift shops. This would be a cheapest ticket. If they want to access the more structured activities (such as Archery), like a ren faire it would cost extra money. This would be best for people who want to have access to a sick ass LARP space.
- People who want a more guided and structured experience (Groups of 5 to 10) where there is a guide who takes them around to experience the more structured activities and small, simple but rewarding quests with NPCs. There would also be one "major" quest the is completed at the end of the guided experience. This would be the most expensive experience and would likely need to have limited tickets per day as there would need to be staff handling each group. As this experience is more expensive the cost of the structured actives would be factored into the ticket cost and guests would not need to pay an additional fee (again using archery as an example). Perhaps the guests would get a coupon for a free appetizer at the restaurants. The guide would not take the customers to the open area LARP section. This option would be best for families.
- People who want access to the more structured activities but do not want a guide. This would be a medium priced ticket. They would have access to the structured activities but not to the NPCs. The cost of the structured activities would be factored into the ticket cost and would not cost extra. They would also get access to the open area LARP section. This is for people who just want to have a ren faire like experience.

I have a ring camera that notifies me when someone approaches. I was sitting at home and saw on camera the middle child gasping when she found the crystals. Then a few seconds later the oldest and youngest daughters come and steals some. (I didn’t know at the time because I listened to the recording later, but I heard the oldest whispering to the sister “ok let’s go let’s go” after they grabbed some and ran off). I knew they would come again so this time I waited at the door. As soon as they came up to the crystals, I opened the door quickly and shocked them. The oldest said “she (younger sister) wanted some of these rocks”. I told her if she did then she should’ve knocked and asked. Then I asked if they took some earlier the oldest straight up said “no”. They start walking away and I (being a pushover because it’s just rocks) told them they could take ONE. The youngest one took two and ran off. Whatever. So I go back inside and I get the feeling they’d come back. I was right. I saw them on camera coming back a minute later but this time I waited in the garage (which is in the pathway to their house) watching them on camera. As soon as they leave my porch, I open the garage door and see two shocked faces again. Caught red handed. Their parents (mid 20’s) were in their front yard to my surprise. They weren’t supervising their children who were running back and forth (while out of site from them). I talk to the mom and told her what was going on. She apologized and her husband got the crystals. I let the girls keep some but told them no more. While I’m talking to the mom, the littlest daughter is driving her toy car on top of my husband’s car. The mom told her to stop and told the oldest to stop her (which she didn’t). I had to go and stop her from potentially scratching my husband’s car… Then the youngest runs off back to my porch and tries to steal more crystals. I go after her (mom is just standing there) and the other girls go too. I tell them and show them I have a camera that I can see them. They just start playing with the rest of my stuff. The mom finally came and got them. I took my decor inside and decided to glue all the gems down. I kept it inside today because I’m still working on it.
Today while I was in my backyard, I saw the girls come up to my porch AGAIN. I can hear them wondering where the crystals went. I raise my voice asking “girls…what are you doing?” They say nothing. So I go to the front door and the middle child says “we want more crystals” and I told them “no I gave you a couple yesterday” and she says “but we want this much” as she cups her hands. I would also like to add that I’ve had issues with this family before. They breed XL bullies. Their dogs have broken into my yard twice and the neighbors had to replace my window screens twice. They got rid of the dog that was chewing on the fence. The other two dogs haven’t tried to chew through the fence since. The old mama dog got pregnant and now they have apparently have 17 puppies in the house. Plus I was recently told their “indoor” cat that escapes frequently, is pregnant. They rent their house and I highly doubt their landlord knows that they breed dogs. Their front yard is full of junk. They have a janitor mop bucket and kiddie pool that they clean out frequently (probably from the puppy waste). They hang the mop head on a flag stand that’s on their porch. Their grass is tall and rarely hire the guy that cuts it. Every time I go to my backyard and the wind blows, all I can smell is dog shit. I’m pretty sure the husband lost his job because his truck is always home during the weekday for the past two weeks. The mom stays at home all day.
I don’t want to have a bad relationship with them, especially the kids. I’m their only neighbor (there’s no house on the other side of them, just a road). I want the kids to trust me so if anything were to happen, they can knock on my door and get me. The parents are just so irresponsible. I’m not sure what to do. I want to put my foot down but don’t know how to go about it. I’m certain they will come back. They play in my front yard, which I don’t mind but I’m worried they’ll scratch my cars.

To preface this story, my partner and I have known each other for a very long time. Thus, we have come to understand each other very well. We’ve been through quite a bit together.
Both of us have troubled pasts, but that’s what makes our relationship so strong. We’ve worked hard to leave our trauma behind us and build each other up. We tried to change ourselves for the better. At least that was the case up until about four years ago.
I think it started when my grandmother passed away. It didn’t help that it was on my wedding day. A piece of my mind was lost then. I never quite recovered from it. Nevertheless, I soldiered on. I went to therapy diligently and got on more medication. That seemed to help for a time.
But overtime, I started noticing small emotional outbursts and my anxiety would spike at the most random moments. I didn’t pay that too much mind though because I figured that it would pass with time. That time never came and it’s all spiraled out of control.
I became more irritable; emotional at the slightest bit of adversity. Things like a person’s tone of voice stand out the most or plans suddenly changing. I became more fearful and untrustworthy of others including my partner. I became suspicious, jealous, self-conscious, hyper-critical, and easy to cry. I’ve always been a sensitive person, but this was completely out of character. It’s continued to build up from there.
Most recently, I had a parent pass away and a beloved pet as well. To say the least, my mind is completely shattered. I don’t really know who I am anymore to be quite honest. I’ve been grasping at straws and trying to do my best to be happy. But it comes and goes in moments; times when I’m myself and others where I feel like I’ve been possessed and I’m on the inside looking out.
Through all of it, my partner has been there. They’re so good to me and they always have been. Even for all of the worst moments. I know that they will always be here for me, but now I’m not so sure that will be true for much longer. I don’t want to keep treating them this way.
I’m not who I used to be. I used to be kind, gentle, loving, and selfless. I still have those qualities, but they’ve been overshadowed by whatever horrible thing that I’ve become. I’ve tried to do everything that I can: therapy, doctors, rheumatologists, neurologists and the list goes on. I’ve taken supplements which affected me for creer and for worse. But nothing seems to stabilize me.
Even though I’ve gotten my diagnosis, I feel like it’s all too late. I can’t go back and change everything that that I’ve done. My brain has made me an abomination and I can’t stop it. Nothing has worked. I’ve been told to wait and be patient, but it’s been so many years. I’ve spent most of them becoming someone I don’t recognize; someone that hurts the feelings of others and traps them with themselves within the prison of their own mind.

This is probably a dumb topic but I've always liked the artwork of the attraction posters you see before entering Main Street. It's like a movie poster and gives you an idea about what to expect in the park. There are 16 frames in total (eight in each tunnel). Posters are usually changing or being alternated. What 16 current attractions would you hang up posters for to best represent the park(s)? For me it would be classics and new things:

I (31F) was grabbing some groceries after a friend's baby shower yesterday. WinCo was PACKED. I find the shortest line and proceeded to scroll through the 17 billion reels my kid sister (who was in the car during this) had sent me while I shopped. I'm keeping one eye on my phone and the other on the Other Boomer blocking the conveyor belt. Finally I get to start unloading my cart, and our star Boomie pipes up "You can leave that purse there, I'll take great care of it." Said purse is a small black number with an embroidered and bedazzled skull. Weird comment but whatever. Me "I don't know that you're qualified to carry that type of responsibility" attempting humor. Boomie: rattles off something absurd about the state of this country Me: yah well, it's whatever I finished unloading my cart and proceeded to scoot forward. Boomie unloaded his 5 items, kept his cart behind him and proceeded to stand closer to me than was ever necessary and asked "Do you know the difference between sex and a chicken sandwich?" I saw red. Me: "EXCUSE ME?!" I learned a while ago that creeps usually lose their nerve when you get loud Boomie: "it's just a joke. Do you know the difference?" Me: louder than necessary "I'm sorry I didn't hear you" at this point we have our cashiers attention, the next cashiers attention, the customers behind us, and the ones actively loading their groceries. So there's a small bubble where he could in fact be heard properly Boomie: "Do you know the difference between sex and a chicken sandwich?" Completely unaware of the colossal ass he has made of himself. Me: "stop talking to me." Turned away and proceeded to quickly bag up my groceries. I know, anticlimactic but I was fuming. The cashier did not acknowledge him at all, and did not touch his groceries until mine was paid for and were completely off the belt. And she thought my nails were cute. So, a girls girl. PEACE ✌

Boot.ConfigThis is one that most people already know about but I figured I should include it anyways.Navigate to X:\SPT\EscapeFromTarkov_Data and find the file labled Boot.Config and edit it. If you don't have a text editor Notepad ++ is free but the default windows one should work fine. Delete everything here and copy these lines in. gfx-enable-gfx-jobs=1 gfx-enable-native-gfx-jobs=1 gfx-disable-mt-rendering=1 wait-for-native-debugger=0 vr-enabled=0 hdr-display-enabled=0 gc-max-time-slice=10 job-worker-count= single-instance=Now, once that is copied there is one more step, press Control + Shift + Escape, this will open task manager. Navigate over to the performance tab and click on your CPU. You should now see all of the information for your CPU, all we need from here is the "Logical Processors" take that number and subtract one then add that to this line. job-worker-count= It should then look like this. job-worker-count=15(or whatever your # of threads is as mentioned above) Lastly, be sure to go in game and turn ON 'Only use Physical Cores' in the settings. 2. In game settingsNow that you are in your settings, I'll recommend some.If you have a much better GPU than everything else in your PC, you can actually get a small amount of frames by increasing your settings, this should (in theory at least) take off some of the load on your CPU. Post FX can also be frame killers so try playing without them if you really need the extra FPS, remember though, you can always use reshade for a lower cost re-color. 3. RAM Cleaner and ISLCI'm sure most people know about the RAM Cleaner but what most people don't know about is ISLC(Intelligent Standby List Cleaner)By default your computer will use your RAM and Page File(which I'll talk about later) to cache information that it deems could be useful. I believe Tarkov also uses this feature. The issue is that sometimes this cache can get too large and start taking away from system memory, to fix this you can use ISLC Normally this program isn't doing all that much, but as we all know Tarkov loves to eat RAM so this is one case where I find it to actually be helpful. ISLC reads your Cached memory on an interval and if it meets 2 quota's it will clear that cache. They are the two text boxes in the bottom left. If you have 32 GB + of ram you can just copy my settings, this will only clear the cache in extreme situations so it won't happen often but should help with memory leak. If you have any thing less I recommend setting both of the boxes to half of your ram. So for 16GB it would be - List size is at least : 8000 Free memory is lower than : 8000 Then you can set it to start on windows startup, but I only recommend this if you have 32 GB with settings similar to mine, as windows(for me) hovers at around 8 GB cache for general use, and having that be cleared when not gaming can make some apps slower. Otherwise, just click the start button when ready to play, or alternatively you can set both of the boxes super low, so that they would always clear you cache, but only activate the program when you need it cleared. WARNING* If your values are set to low and ISLC is constantly cleaning you WILL experience stutters. Both windows and Tarkov are going to be constantly writing to your standby list/cache to meet their base needs, so cleaning that before you need to can cause performance problems. 4. Page FileA page file is essentially backup RAM that is obtained from your storage, this is already enabled by default but the size is too small to have any real performance gains.
5. Lossless ScalingThis is by far the biggest bump in "performance" I've had. The reason I put it like that is because Lossless Scaling allows you to use Frame Generation. Meaning it quite literally just doubles your framerate.There are a couple downsides, one of which being that Lossless Scaling isn't free. Its $8 on Steam, but worth it all. Worst case scenario, you try it and don't like it and are able to refund it with less than 2 hours of use. Draw FPS will show you what FPS you are actually getting, in game counter won't show generated frames. I don't use either of the other 2 options so use at your own discretion Then go to the Capture Tag and set capture API to DXGI That should be all for the settings. Next go in game and set your game to windowed fullscreen(yes you have to do this, Lossless Scaling isn't compatible with Exclusive Fullscreen) If you plan on messing with upscaling I'll save you some trouble, it requires you to be on windowed mode(not windowed fullscreen) Now all you have to do is make sure you game window is selected and press Control + ALT + S you're screen might flash black but you should then see the game and have a grey FPS counter in the top left. Next is probably the most important step, CAP YOUR FPS TO HALF OF YOUR REFRESH RATE.(Don't if you only have 60hz) Frame gen requires stability so if you can't hit half your refresh rate at least most of the time then lower your cap further. I don't recommend capping it any lower than 45 as it'll have more latency and ghosting the lower you go. This is all for this part.
