2023.08.09 17:40 Neither_Interest8285 Do I collect or not collect sales tax in Florida?

Hi all,
So I run a cleaning service in NJ. We mostly do apartment buildings and condominiums.
Recently I was presented an opportunity to service a large apartment building down in Florida. So, I’m quoting those services now however I’m confused if I need to collect or not collect sales tax. In NJ, I’m required to collect sales tax for all services, however in Florida the laws aren’t so clear. For context we would only be doing the buildings turnovers (move out cleanings) not the entire building.
I’m going to post the below straight from Florida’s department of revenue:
Examples of services for nonresidential buildings that are subject to sales tax include:
• Acoustical tile cleaning • Building cleaning (interior) • Custodial services • Deodorant servicing of restrooms • Disinfecting • Floor waxing • Housekeeping (cleaning services) • Janitorial services • Maid services • Maintenance of buildings (except repairs) • Office cleaning • Restroom cleaning • Service station cleaning and degreasing • Venetian blind cleaning • Washroom sanitation • Window cleaning
Examples of residential facilities that are not subject to sales tax include:
• detached or single-family dwellings • apartments • duplexes • triplexes • quadraplexes • residential condominiums • residential cooperatives • residential time-share units • beach cottages • nursing homes • mobile home parks • the common areas of the above-mentioned residential facilities

2023.05.28 22:39 Asatyaholic THE SCIENCE OF THE SERPENT

I have, since 2019, [url=https://www.reddit.com/conspiracy/comments/jq79fl/comment/gbkvka0/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3]been quite vocal [/url], regarding the fact that we are in the first Bowl of God's Wrath and the final phases of the apocalypse are underway. Numerous prophetical texts from several religious systems, most notably the Book of Enoch and Revelation, support this notion. Long story short 2012 was a major sign post on the apocalyptic highway. For you, dear reader, the most relevant verse concerning the immediate future - and the subject of this post is:
" And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath upon the earth. And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which worshipped his image."
If you're ready then, let's explore...

The Mark of the Beast and How it Relates to Skin Disease!

To begin with we must DEFINE the mechanisms through which skin eruptions are made manifest. We are focusing on the most violent skin eruptions known to man - which will characterize the coming epidemic. To do so You MUST become literate in toxicology - the scientific study of poison - the art of the Serpent."
Let's figure out just what the serpents art is:
Numbers 21:
5 Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the wilderness? There is no bread! There is no water!”
6 Then the Lord sent venomous snakes among them; they bit the people and many Israelites died.
8 The Lord said to Moses, “Make a snake and put it up on a pole; anyone who is bitten can look at it and live.”
"Hezekiah broke into pieces the bronze snake known as Nehushtan Moses had made, for up to that time the Israelites had worshipped it through burnt offerings " 2King 18:4
Moses had originally told the Israelites to worshp Nehushtan to prevent death due to the flying "burning serpents" that infested the great and terrible place of the desert wilderness (Num.21:4-9; Deut.8:15). The Hebrew word for "poisonous" "Burning" as in the defining sensation of a snakebite, a feeling to which is compared God's wrath (Numbers 11:1). Isaiah indicates that these saraphs are comparable to vipers, worse than ordinary serpents and agents of the divine will (Isaiah 14:29).
"Interestingly, in Biblical Hebrew there is a fascinating strong etymological connection between the ‘Nachash’ and forbidden magics. The Biblical Hebrew word for ‘sorcery’ or ‘witchcraft’ is the SAME root as the word for ‘SERPENT’ – i.e. Nachash’! {נחש}
In Modern Hebrew, the old verb ‘Le-Nachesh’ {לנחש} – which meant ‘to make a witchcraft’ has shifted from it's original meaning to intend divination and guesswork. The word witchcraft called in the New Testament (pharmakeia) preserves the meaning of "applied toxicology" as it means to drug or poison - particularly as a tool of human sacrifice. This connection is revealed in the etymologically associated festivals of " Pharmakos -(Wikipedia)" - which was a ritual in which the undesirables of a community would be sacrificed as a cleansing and healing rite. In the Judaic tradition this is recalled on the day of atonement (Yom Kippur) where Azazel (Associated with Lucifer, the Serpent, the Morning Star) is symbolically sacrificed as a Sin Offering. The symbol of Nahushtan - the image of the snake on a pole - is utilized as the symbol of Pharmacy and Medicine to this very day with all the same meaning it held millenia ago.
This knowledge is the KEY to the LITERAL script which governs all human activities past present and future -, which has been revealed through various "Scriptures".
For example it describes how Satan the great deciever conquers all human structures of governance, and his methods of enslaving mankind.
Nahum 3:4 the mistress of witchcrafts, that selleth nations through her whoredoms, and families through her witchcrafts.
2Peter 2:3 Many shall follow the cunning deceits of the false prophets who scheme to promote suicidal fallacies; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. Driven by their lust for power they shall with feigned words make merchandise of you...
Rev 18:23 for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy pharmakaia were all nations deceived.

Now back to the skin sores; which are mentioned throughout the Bible. Think of the ten plagues that the Egyptians are hit with or the afflictions that strike the Phillistines after they steal the Ark - Deut 28:27 states simply regarding the transgressors against the LORD: "Yahweh will smite you with the Egyptian boils, with hemorrhoids, scars and itch from which you will never be healed - you will be stricken with permanent madness, blindness and confusion of mind. "
So, let's get back to how black magic involving DRUGGING/POISONING is involved in SKIN SORES.
"Cutaneous adverse drug reactions are unpredictable and include various diferent skin conditions of varying degrees of severity. The most concerning and dangerous are referred to as Drug Reactions with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS), severe cutaneous adverse reactions (SCARs), drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome, and Stevens–Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN). "
-From Mechanisms of Severe Cutaneous Adverse Reactions: Recent Advances
Did you catch that? Yes, the worst skin diseases in existence, typified by everything from whole body blisters to skin detachment, blindness, and permanent brain damage.... are due to drug reactions. Basically think of combining mentos and diet coke in a bottle - it's a fairly powerful little chemical reaction - only your body is the bottle and the candy and soda are a variety of different chemical poisons reacting together in your blood, which are forced out of your blood violently as pustules, nasty rashes, and sores. Basically all of these eruptions emerge due to a failure of the filtration organs, which normally prevent the mentos diet coke reaction from occuring. Once things combine that shouldn't the energy the reaction produces encourages more of the same sorts of reactions. Next thing you know, KABLAM - violent skin reaction!
Although not well understood, it is thought that inefficient drug detoxification leading to the accumulation of drug reactive metabolites causes autoimmune responses in skin and some internal organs.
So that's the 101 study of violent skin disease. You got your mentos, you got your coke, they combine in your blood. Now more on the ancient nature of this simple scientific truth:
Numerous examples exist of organized men working to together to harness the powers of "applied toxicology"... whether in regards to largescale warfare or assassination - or the preservation of food or human lives via medicine.. it's no stretch to say that toxicology and those who masterfully applied it are the single greatest maintainers and destroyers of human life- period.
The Spartans dammed whole rivers during sieges, filled the resulting lake with toxic poisons such as hellbore, and then reconnected the thirsty city to the water supply - the scheme resulted in the successful capture of the city... and one can assume that such tactics did not fall into disuse despite their relative rarity in the preserved history of the species.
Or the history of medical experimentation on the pooslaves (as Catherine de Medici was notorious for). Urban pollution falls also under this umbrella... powerful men for whome "owning mines and factories" is an ancient tradition... have been releasing tons of poisons into the ecosystems of human populations and observing the effects for some time (withholding, of course, their "trade secrets" from the toxified populace).
The ancient Egyptian priesthood would distill cyanide from peaches to assassinate dissidents and other threats to their hierarchy.
Or how about the venetian council of ten and their plot to saturate trade goods with arsenic and "the fluids distilled from the spleens of plague victims" in order to indiscriminately poison the turkish populations...
All of these arts are examples of black magic. And classically this was called witchcraft.
Skin eruptions and plagues generally are afflictions of mankind which David refers to as "the sword of the Lord" - AND ABSOLUTELY Yes, as the book of Exodus suggest, the capacity to generate plagues is a defining characteristic of the Biblical deity - and wherever we find humans transgressing against the will of "Jehova" or his prophets, we find a variety of disease afflicting them. Deuteronomy goes into great detail concerning the nature of this "curse" against his enemies.

WebCollectively, our work confirms the hypothesis that the TCR-regulated protease FURIN plays an important role in T cell activation and that it can specifically modulate TCR-activated
Thus, our results indicate that furin is indispensable in maintaining peripheral tolerance, which is due, at least in part, to its non-redundant, essential function in regulating TGF-β1 production. Targeting furin has emerged as a strategy in malignant and infectious disease5,6. Our results suggest that inhibiting furin might activate immune responses, but may result in a breakdown in peripheral tolerance.

2022.08.11 20:48 Bond_em7 [Crystal Dungeon] JP Megathread (Dark)

Once again late...still settling in with the new baby. Hopefully I'll be able to get this week's event actually posted this week.
Dark-weak D600 Neo Bahamut & D700 Bahamut ZERO come with this event. The last Crystal Dungeon was the T0 one a couple weeks ago. The last Dark themed event was just over a year ago. The initial reveal and discussion is here.
Thanks to Leyroux and onthefauItline for the translation work, dataminers like ElNinoFr (and other I'm sure), and S0litair3d as always for the posts on GameFaqs that allows me to do these, C637 for getting the animations for each new relic together, and also thanks to Pyrotios for always checking my work and helping make sure these things are accurate.

You’ve sofa-surfed your way through blockbuster cities and our five favorite Italian regions. Just one thing: There are 15 more regions in this relentlessly beautiful country. And every one of them has a different look, feel, culinary tradition and even dialect.
If you’re ready to start dreaming of more Italian trips, here’s a rundown of the regions we weren’t able to cover in-depth.
But before you take this grand tour of the rest of Italy, how about letting Stanley Tucci show you how to make Italy’s most famous cocktail -- a Negroni -- in his inimitable way?
Drink in hand? Let’s toast the rest of the country. We’ve divided these regions into northern, central and southern Italy, as they all have distinct area characteristics. Plus Sardinia, which is a world of its own. Salute!
NORTHERN ITALY
Unfurling below the Alps and Dolomites, and bordering the French and Slovenian coasts, it’s little wonder this is the most cosmopolitan part of Italy. While it’s big on the great outdoors, its major cities are unmissable. Once you’ve seen Lombardy, it’s time to explore some more.
📷
Katzi Roman/CNN
Veneto: Beyond Venice, this is one of Italy’s most elegant regions, with stately Palladian villas sprawled across the countryside, and graceful towns like Vicenza, Verona and Padova. It shares Lake Garda with Lombardy, and has some of the best-known areas of the Dolomites, including Cortina d’Ampezzo. Tucci visited for an episode of “Searching for Italy” to learn how to make the perfect tiramisu. Here’s his recipe from “The Tucci Cookbook.”
Trentino Alto-Adige: Part of Austria until 1918, this autonomous mountain region still feels more “Sound of Music” than “Dolce Vita.” This, too, is Dolomites territory, with elegant Austrian-looking towns huddled in glacial valleys, and German spoken more than Italian. Historic Bolzano and modern Trento should bookend your visit -- make sure you try canederli, traditional Tyrolean dumplings.
Friuli Venezia Giulia: Woefully overshadowed by its neighbor Veneto, with which it’s easily paired, Italy’s northeasternmost region is a delight: ancient towns, many of them Venetian-influenced, plus world-famous wine routes, and the less-visited Friuli Dolomites. Don’t miss Trieste, one of Europe’s most gorgeous waterfront cities.
Liguria: Most people rush to the impossibly pretty villages of the Cinque Terre, then leave, but Liguria -- the westernmost coast, bordering France -- is perhaps Italy’s most quintessentially Mediterranean region. Enjoy the slow life in riviera towns like Camogli and Sestri Levante, and don’t miss Genoa, home to Europe’s largest medieval center.
Piedmont: Across the mountains from Liguria and the home of the Slow Food movement, Piedmont is known for truffles, fassona steak and Barolo wine. But its gourmet reputation overshadows its landscapes (wild, forested hills and vine-speckled valleys), as well as its towns. Alessandria is a fascinating, 20th century counterweight to Italy’s typical ancient towns, while Turin has spectacularly reworked its industrial past into a truly modern city.
Valle d’Aosta: The mountainous Aosta Valley, above Piedmont, is heaven for snow bunnies -- it shares Mont Blanc with France and Switzerland, is home to the Gran Paradiso national park and ski area, and its resorts of Courmayeur and Cervinia are some of the best known in the Alps. Its mountains are speckled with castles built by the royal Savoy dynasty.
Emilia-Romagna: Foodies, this one’s for you. Parmesan, prosciutto, tortellini and ragù (what you might know as Bolognese sauce) are from Italy’s gastro region par excellence. Bologna, Parma and Modena are your essential restaurant stops, but there’s plenty more here, from ethereal, mist-swirled Ferrara to Ravenna, known for its Byzantine churches.
CENTRAL ITALY
If you’re after classic Italy, this is where to come for Renaissance towns balancing on lush green hilltops, and truly epic landscapes. As well as Tuscany and Marche, these two central regions should be on your radar.
📷
Katzi Roman/CNN
Umbria: Dubbed “the green heart of Italy,” this mountainous region wedged between Tuscany and Marche is known for its unspoiled landscapes, superb food (don't miss Norcia), and spiritual heritage -- hermits from St. Rita of Cascia to St. Francis of Assisi chose Umbria for a life of meditation.
Lazio: Nothing compares to Rome, of course, but the surrounding region of Lazio is also a must-visit. South of Tuscany, this is a region of billowing landscapes, volcanic lakes, elegant towns (try Viterbo) and fairy-tale villages like Civita di Bagnoregio.
SOUTHERN ITALY
Are you Italian American? Chances are your family came from Southern Italy, where the dolce vita was long blighted by poverty. There’s a Mediterranean feel to the whitewashed towns and centuries-old olive groves, while staggeringly beautiful coastline contrasts with the dramatic mountains inland. We focused on Puglia in the previous newsletter, but pair it with some of these for an epic road trip.
📷

Abruzzo: Geographically, Abruzzo, tucked beneath Marche, is central Italy; but spiritually it’s southern. A varied region, from the pristine Gran Sasso national park (home to Italy’s last wild bears) to the Costa dei Trabocchi, a coastline studded with beautifully ramshackle fishing piers.
Molise: Paired with Abruzzo until 1963, this mountainous region is sprinkled with villages teetering on crags, castles wrapped around mountaintops, and ruins of the ancient Samnite tribe, including the dramatic hilltop sanctuary of Pietrabbondante.
Basilicata: The “cave houses” of Matera, stacked along canyon edges, are the main draws to this, the instep of Italy’s boot. There are national parks, and a short but very sweet Tyrrhenian coastline around Maratea, whose massive statue of Christ on a mountain echoes Rio de Janeiro’s. Easily paired with Calabria or Puglia, with which it shares its borders.
Calabria: Amalfi Coast too busy for you? Try the roller-coaster drive from the Capo Vaticano peninsula down to Reggio Calabria. The toe of Italy’s boot, this wondrous region has everything: Andean-style plains in the Sila national park, ancient ruins, and some of the country’s finest coastline, with pristine beaches overlooking volcano island Stromboli and Sicily (take the ferry from Reggio to Messina for a twin-center break).
Campania: “See Naples and die,” they say, and not without reason -- this truly is a bucket list city. Nearby lie swaggering Vesuvius, the ruins of Pompeii, and the Amalfi Coast. Most visitors to Campania leave it at that. But the region has less-visited treasures -- starting with the unspoiled Cilento coastline, the Reggia di Caserta (a showstopper Baroque palace), and the ancient Greek temples at Paestum. A week or two threading down through Basilica to Calabria is the best way to see the coast.
AND FINALLY, SARDINIA
The Mediterranean’s second-biggest island is famous for its Maldives-worthy beaches, but there’s far more to Sardinia -- starting with coastal towns like Alghero, centuries-old mountain culture in the Barbagia area, and mysterious nuraghi (prehistoric settlements) dotted across the island. Pair it with Liguria, Lazio or Tuscany -- all three are ferry ports for Sardinia.

2022.02.27 08:09 Floor-Proof Forget everything you’ve heard about Venice -- it’s probably false.

Forget everything you’ve heard about Venice -- it’s probably false.
Do the canals stink? Rarely. Is it always flooded? Hardly, thanks to the MOSE flood barrier, which came into force in October 2020. Is it too busy to enjoy? Absolutely not.
See? The Venice naysayers are the Venice know-nothings. Of course, if you do what most tourists do -- come for the day, walk the same streets as everyone else to the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark’s Square, then cram onto the vaporetto (water bus) -- it can be unbearably crowded. But let’s call that fair punishment for those who devote just one day to this unique city.
Of course, St. Mark’s is knockout beautiful, but these days, the real Venice isn’t in the square so grand that Napoleon called it “the living room of Europe.” Nor is the real Venice on the Rialto, now surrounded by touristy shops and restaurants. That’s no bad thing -- because it’s everywhere else.
Just one block off the main drag that leads from the train station to St. Mark’s via Rialto, you’ll find artisans practicing centuries-old trades, marble-frilled churches where the altarpieces are by Titian and Tintoretto, and bars serving tramezzini (Venetian overstuffed sandwiches) and ombre (mini glasses of wine), where the Venetian dialect reigns supreme.
To see the real Venice takes time. Take Burano, for example. The island in the north lagoon is Instagram-famous for its colorful houses, so people snap some pictures and leave. Stay longer, though, and you’ll get a feel for what’s the longest-standing community in the lagoon -- it’s been a fishing island since Roman times. Spend time on neighboring Torcello once the crowds have gone home, and you’ll understand island life.
Most Venice visitors skip the museums and smaller churches, meaning they’re all yours. The Fondazione Querini Stampalia has an incredible gallery, plus a modern wing by architect Carlo Scarpa. A Chorus Pass gets you into 17 of Venice’s most spectacular churches for under $15 -- Santa Maria dei Miracoli, Sant’Alvise and San Sebastiano are unmissable.
Wherever you go, try to support local businesses. One way is to visit artisans, who are struggling to compete with cheap souvenir shops. Don’t miss Paolo Olbi, who creates stationery with Venetian motifs in the Dorsoduro district, or glassblower Stefano Morasso on Giudecca island -- his work is modern, unique and less costly than the fancy factories on Murano. Once you see the real Venice, you’ll never want to leave.
AT ITS BEST
Spring and fall are best, but busy. Avoid sweltering summer but if you’re into atmosphere, winter -- with its swirling mists, biting cold and sometimes-flooded St. Mark’s Square -- can be wildly romantic. The Venice Film Festival takes place on the Lido every September, while the Biennale art exhibition restarts in 2022, running April through November.

“It seems stupid, but give yourself enough time -- you need at least four nights. Venice is a slow city -- you travel on foot so to visit her properly you need to adapt your speed to that of the city. Take the vaporetto to the island of San Giorgio Maggiore -- you can see St. Mark’s Square from across the water, with nobody around. The Giorgio Cini Foundation, a cultural center, is based there -- you can visit the 16th-century monastery, plus an outdoor labyrinth and the Vatican Chapels -- 10 modern, meditative chapels, designed for a past architecture Biennale, in a forested park at the back.”

THE STAY
Venissa
For a truly out-of-the-way stay, spend a couple of nights in this Michelin-starred restaurant with rooms on the island of Mazzorbo, next to Burano. It overlooks the vineyard where the Bisol family produce wine from the ancient Dorona grape, once beloved by Venetian aristocracy. You’ll enjoy the peaceful north lagoon after the crowds have gone home.
THE MEAL
Trattoria al Gatto Nero
This legendary restaurant has catered to the likes of Cruise and Clooney, who come all the way to Burano for just-netted lagoon fish cooked to perfection by the Bovo family. The risotto di gò, made from goby fish, is worth the trip alone. You’ll likely be eating alongside the fishermen who caught it -- the Bovos make sure the local community is always at the table.
ON YOUR PLATE
Sarde in saor
Venice is known for its cicchetti -- bar snacks. This is one of the most traditional -- sardines marinated in a sweet sauce of onions, vinegar, pine nuts and sultanas. Thought to have been invented as a way of preserving food for sailors, they’re a thoroughly modern sweet-sour mix.
DIVE IN
Read Salley Vickers’ “Miss Garnet’s Angel,” a literary thriller about an elderly Englishwoman who moves to Venice. Or feel pandemic vibes with Luchino Visconti’s classic movie “Death in Venice,” starring Dirk Bogarde.
TUCCI TIME
Baccalà mantecato
📷
Will Lanzoni/CNN
Baccalà, or salt cod, is a staple in Venice, often in the shape of this pâté, which is creamed with olive oil and served on blocks of polenta or toasted bread. Here’s Stanley Tucci’s version, from “The Tucci Cookbook.”

2021.07.20 18:49 LeeElla [Thank You] July III 🍊

dwrfstr Thank you so much for sending so many forever stamps my way! The coffee series sure are cute and I'm also looking forward to the new releases! I hope you're staying cool (and sunscreen is a must). Even though I'm used to the hot weather living 1° N of the equator, 110°F sounds unbearable 🥵.

mangocheesecakegurl Thank you for the beautiful Hiroshige card. I hope by now you have the good news of attaining your Basic 3 level :)! Maybe you can come to Singapore to practise your Mandarin with the hawker aunties and uncles here one day hahaha!

DCMorrigan x5 Thank you for the generous envelope of gorgeous vintage postcards! Somehow, I thought I'd be receiving one only so I was surprised to receive five in pristine condition in an envelope. I'll treasure these postcards from your great-grandfather's collection ☺️. The heart-shaped rose gold paper clip is a lovely addition.

amyt13 x3 Thank you for the card made with Irish stamps, postcards, letter sets, the bunch of stamps on the envelope and congratulating me on my new flair! I love going to public museums here as they're free and usually housed in buildings with pretty colonial-style architecture. I love how you thought of sending me a Murphy's postcard because of my job hahaha. I have to admit that I'm not very adventurous when it comes to food, so I don't try unique combinations of ice cream flavours, but Irish brown bread does sound yummy! I'm now curious to know: what is your favourite/go-to ice cream flavour?

LaCuntessa Thank you for the Libreria Acqua Alta postcard and hotwheels stamps!! I'm kind of mad that I never have enough time on my holidays to explore cool places such as this Venetian bookstore. Also, I'd never have guessed one of the world's largest blueberries producer is in NJ!

ninajyang I hope you had lots of fun in NY, especially with relaxed pandemic restrictions. Thank you for sending this pretty LP NY card all the way from its origin! I guess you really love Mendocino since you love your wine haha! I must also comment on your dedication to carding because not only did you bring postcards, but also stickers to decorate them on your vacay 😁.

nutriyum Thank you for the adorable illustrated cat postcard with the glossy Minna Parikka shoes stamp. It was fun to hear that you tried artichokes recently :). I had my first and last encounter with them in the same day because I quite hate their taste!

talkingroses x6 So nice to hear back from you, and big thank you for your generous stack of postcards and stickers. I especially love the old Singapore postcard, as it's very different from today, but I was too young to see that era with my own eyes. The postcard of the Aussie mailbox and Koala postie is adorable, and it's always cool to see maxicards with their matching stamp and cancellation :). I wish SG released maxicards frequently, as I've only seen one set sold in these couple of years, which I want to send to you! 😊

mildyuzu Thank you for the adorable cats card depicting summer in Japan. Funnily, I asked where you got these cards from and saw the exact same set in notecard form in a Japanese bookstore a few days later!

M0NK3YKLNG Thank you for sending a postcard from your new place. Glad to hear that you're settling well! What kind of cards "deserve" a spot on your whiteboard? I could try to find something that's worthy to help fill the empty space hahaha. I wonder where did you repurpose this Tintin card from? My heart aches to see that you used a 70 cent stamp on my postcard 😭 are you aware of it?

Interesting facts from ElNinoFr
Q: Vaan's wardrobe record is called conflicted hero? What was he conflicted about?
A: That's something totally lost from translation.
In FFTA2 , you can unlock Vaan as a playable char.
In EN version the quest is named : An Elegant Encounter In JP version the quest is named : トラブル・ヒーロー (Trouble(d) Hero).
Later on, Dissidia added costume to Vaan based on FFTA2 and called it トラブル・ヒーロー which perfectly corresponded in this case but that wasn't possible for EN (because of the totally different translation) so they retranslated into "Conflicted Hero" for EN version of Dissidia.

B1: I hope you like Balthier since 5 of the relics here are his. If you were wondering he's still good at Fire DPS and Imperils and maintains his semi-support role with some additional XII party buffs. Of course we can't overlook Vaan since even with only a single new relic here he still is one of the top tier wind DPS (ATB will do that). Basch also continues his party buffing Holy/Fire thing and still does them all reasonably but not top tier. Finally, Larsa gets something without Astra but gets some Stock to help with all the anti-heals going around. Overall, it's not a bad banner to look at for XII gear with a lot of DPS and some extra healing and maybe for your physical Fire team since a lot of them use Balthier's chain already and more relics for your chain holder is never bad.
B2: I've called these Dreambreaker traps before and will continue to do so even though they're more Dragonking Bahamut focused now. Still, with XII realm relics, chains, healing and some decent DPS this falls solidly into that category. It's not a bad banner and with the first one being so solidly physical focused if your XII team is magical Vayne is here to represent magic...but it's still pretty physical focused here too. Overall, you know what to expect from this type of B2 and if it's what you need look here, and if not B1 probably has you covered (except magical damage...).
There's also an upcoming Pick-Up (Full Price). Here's what it has:
  • Prompto Sync (Lightning+ Gun)
  • Garland Sync (Dark+ Sword)
  • Quina AASB
  • Minfilia AASB (Holy+ Sword)
  • Garland AASB (Dark+ Sword)
  • Prompto 2.0 Realm Chain
  • Quina 2.0 Realm Chain
  • Minfilia 2.0 Realm Chain
  • Garland 2.0 Realm Chain
  • Garland LBG2 (Dark+ Sword)
  • Quina Flash+2
  • Prompto Flash+2

2020.11.30 16:48 Bond_em7 [Confounded Memories] JP Megathread (XII)

I know I'm late on this due to the holiday and the VI event is also dropping so I hope to get both up here in short order. It should be noted that I saw an update where you can turn off the Historia Crystal BGM here so for global we should see the same by this event (we usually get QoL changes like this early).
Normal weekly event with a Stroke of the Brush - The Forsaken. This event also came with the XII Dragonlord Bahamut. The initial reveal and discussion is here. The last XII event was only about 3 months ago.
Thanks to Stylus_Index and onthefaultline for the translation work, dataminers like ElNinoFr (and other I'm sure), and S0litair3d as always for the posts on GameFaqs that allows me to do these and also thanks to Pyrotios for always checking my work and helping make sure these things are accurate.

I didn't see any responses last week on if this section was useful for people or not. I'm going to skip this week since I've got to get two of these up today but if you have an opinion on if my analysis is useful or not please leave it so I know going forward. EDIT: Updated by popular demand.
B1: DPS on top of more DPS with a small side of Chain +SB glint. Really, if you're pulling here it's for the XII Dreambreaker and DPS. Vayne has always been a solid hybrid Dark DPS and his Sync doesn't disappoint though you may have to keep an eye on his HP depending on what the recoil values turn out to be. His CMD1 with the extra BDL will let you use the CMD2 to not only keep rage in check but also do some extra damage on top. His AASB2 is a little disappointing since Dark Damage+ doesn't stack well with 6* magicites, 2.5 chains, or his realm but it also IS a 4th effect when Awakening modes normally give 3 so...bonus? Reks gear continues to do decent DPS and also provide solidly useful additional effects for the party, then prismatic Imperil being especially useful for the dreambreaker. He won't fit too well in a XII mage team but if you're going physical he's a solid addition. Overall, if you can't put out enough damage in the dreambreaker, look here.
B2: As usual all repeat relics here but this banner does have Larsa's AASB and solid USB for healing and two chains (too bad it's not Balthier's 2.5 Fire chain to go with Fran's Ice one...) if you're looking at physical for the dreambreaker. Overall, not a bad banner...but usually for healing you want more than is offered here and there's a lot more DPS on B1 and honestly if you (in GL) want Larsa or Fran stuff the previous event B1 was better.
There's also an upcoming FFX/V/XIII/I Premium Lucky (Gem only, first pull half price). Here's what it has:
  • Wakka Sync (Water+ Blitzball)
  • Faris LBO (Wind+ Light Armor)
  • Wakka AASB2 (Water+ Bracer)
  • Faris AASB2 (Fire+ Light Armor)
  • Sazh AASB (Fire+ Gun)
  • Garland AASB (Dark+ Sword)
  • Wakka X 2.0 Realm Chain
  • Faris V 2.0 Realm Chain
  • Sazh XIII 2.0 Realm Chain
  • Garland I 2.0 Realm Chain
  • Wakka Flash+
  • Garland Flash+

2020.09.04 19:32 Juxtaopposition An alternative guide to Santorini from a resident

Hello to everyone,
Edit 2024:
Thank you for supporting this post after so long! Hit me up if you wanna grab a drink with a handsome stranger - I am between Athens and Santorini at the moment, mostly Athens ✌️
End of edit
I composed this guide because I started receiving a high number of messages for suggestions etc. This is a guide that will help you navigate in Santorini as I recommend you a plethora of things to do that you might not find the in the usual guides. I am Greek/Italian musician/visual artist, I having been coming to the island for a long long time, lived here permanently for 7 years, and own a business on the island.
Recent edit and a request to the readers of this post: I have been receiving a large number of completely random or extremely specific questions. Please note that I cannot know everything, so I please ask to keep very specific questions to a minimum. Questions like recommendations for hotels, photographers, boat rentals, transfers, wedding related stuff, sunset (it's good anywhere guys). I won't be answering to those messages, sorry. Please also don't ask me what is the best area to stay or things along those lines, read the guide and you can make up your mind I believe, thanks :)
EMERGENCY NUMBERS:
Country code: 0030
Police: 2286022649
Hospital: 2286035300
BASIC IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
  1. If you can avoid visiting during the summer, do it. The best period is April-May and September-October. If you are going in the winter, the answer to your questions is that pretty much everything is closed, so don't expect much except nature exploring (more on that below).
  2. If you can avoid AirBnB type of places, please consider it. It has been destructive for the island and touristic destinations globally.
  3. DO NOT RENT AN ATV/QUADBIKE. Can't stress this enough, and I still see people posting on this sub about to get one. They are extremely dangerous and there are many fatal accidents with tourists every year. You will be driving a vehicle you are not familiar with, in a place that you don’t know, on busy roads with crazy drivers, when ATVs are meant for dirtroads. Just don’t do it, it’s not worth your life. I have seen countless accidents and some have been fatal. Rent a cascooter instead.
  4. Basic pronunciations: Fira (Φηρά) has the accent on the A, pronounced Fee-rA. Oia (Οία) is pronounced ee-A. O+I in Greek=ee. Thira (not Fira) is an alternative name for Santorini, one of the Greek words that was used. Santorini is Italian, given by the Venetians (Santa Irina).
  5. TripAdvisor ranking doesn’t mean a restaurant is good, and this applies especially to touristic destinations, Santorini being no exception. Avoid any restaurant where they try to catfish you in the entrance, it’s guaranteed to be crap.
  6. Avoid Taxis. They are extremely expensive, and tourists tend to be overcharged by the drivers. Buses are a great alternative, but beware that in the summer they get fully packed. Also, they don't go everywhere, but they cover the majority of the island. Click here to see the time-table (it's in Greek-use Google translate). Altenatively, copy-paste "ΚΤΕΛ ΣΑΝΤΟΡΙΝΗΣ" on Google and click the first link (the reason being they create new links/timetables every year).
  7. Do not go swimming in the Red Beach, only admire from afar. Landslides are frequent.
  8. No, Oia is not the “best” place for the sunset, the sunset is what it is and it’s beautiful from all the spots of the caldera in Santorini. Oia is just advertised more so you will fall into a sardine-can type of situation. Beat the crowd by not going in the edge of Oia like everyone else, at least not in peak-season.
  9. You cannot drink the tap water, it's desalinated.
VILLAGES/EXPLORING
· Megalochori: One the best kept villlages in the island. Small, cute and picturesque with a small square with a couple of tavernas. One the best places to walk around.
· Mesaria is usually neglected by tourists as it's in the middle of the island, however, together with Megalochori, it's the most "local" & traditionally residential village you will find. Old cave-houses, neo-classical buildings, chapels, cathedrals and "villas", make part of the village architecture. I recommend walking around and "getting lost" in the alleys in order to get a good sense of how things go about and how people live.
· Akrotiri is the small but pretty village built around the ancient site of Akrotiri (you can visit the ruins), where people 3000 years ago had built one of the most prominent ports of the Mediterranean. It is also connected to the Minoan civilization and other discoveries. Near Akrotiri you have the red beach to visit. The lighthouse is nearby and it offers beautiful views of the whole island.
· Emporio is a traditional village which is the “heart” of the local population. Very picturesque with a small castle/café at its core.
· Pyrgos. This village offers beautiful views. It’s kept very neatly, built on a hill with traditional housing and a castle on the very top. The square of the village has two places to eat/drink (nothing great but the environment is relaxing) and the higher you go you will find restaurants and a couple of cafes. Before leaving the village, make sure you drive up to Profitis Ilias monastery on top of the mountain (just keep driving straight after the village). Great views.
· Fira is the capital which offers services and shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars etc. It is connected to Firostefani and Imerovigli. So I would suggest you to walk around all the three villages (that have now merged into one). Under Imorivigli and overlooking the caldera there’s a famous rock called Skaros – you can’t miss it (it looks like a nipple) and it’s beautiful to visit. Steep steps however, especially on the way back it can be difficult for some.
· Kamari, nothing great, flatlands by the beach and very cheap-touristy places overall. During early season, go to the end of the beach, next to the mountain for no umbrellas and no noise.
· Vourvoulos tiny village, cute but not much to see or do except to eat in Roza’s Tavern.
· Foinikia cute traditional little village which is very nice for a walk and it can be combined with a nice dinner in the restaurant mentioned below, and a walk in Oia.
· Oia – I am sure all the info you found online was about Oia, so I’m not going into it here. Avoid sunset hours, it’s very busy. Prices are higher in Oia than anywhere else in the island. After leaving Oia, you can go down to (driving or take the steps) Amoudi and eat by the sea at Dimitri's tavern (the last one).
SITES/MUSEUMS/ART
· MATI Art Gallery in Fira, est. 1990. The only art gallery in the island which is on another level. Fish and sea-scape themed ceontemporary decorative art by the Greek artist Yorgos Kypris. If you like art and want to see something different and fresh, this is the place. They also have minimalistic jewelry by the most renowned Greek designers. Don't expect yout typical things, everyhting is very diffirent and unique.
· In Megalochori make sure you don't miss the fantastic Symposion, where Argie and Yannis, having renovated an old winery and cave, make shows & events with Greek ancient music, played from the very instruments that Yannis makes himself: it's an ode to the ancient world of Greece, Santorini and the Cycladic islands. One of the most unique experiences in Greece, can't reccomend this place enough. You can also nibble on cheeses, some food and raki (greek distilled spirit).
· SAF: cultural event centre in an old tomato factory by the beautiful beach of Vlychada. Dance shows, art exhibitions and concerts. Not so much on the later anymore so they stick mostly to music events.
· White Door Theatre: An interactive sort of theater. The show revolves around a Greek wedding in the 1920s while the audience is drinking and eating, dancing etc. Often they are asked to partake on stage.
· Akrotiri ancient ruins
· Ancient Thira ruins
· Prehestoric Museum
· Archaelocial Museum
BEACHES
· Kambia. Small, picturesque, quiet. A bit of tough drive, so no scooters/low rake cars.
· Vlychada. The best one in the island in my opinion. Few umbrellas for a small part of the beach, but most of it is empty. Lunar-like pumice cliff landscape with black sand. The end of the beach is nudist.
· Perivolos/Perissa/Kamari. Most accessible beaches. Long stretches of flat sand, bars, restaurants. Kamari is more packed as it's smaller, Perivolos/Perissa offer more space. Two types of places: crazy, loud, kitchy beach bars that are extremely expensive but are just right for all you Instagram animals, and the others are taverns/smaller places that have cheap umbrellas and decent prices in a smaller variety of food/drinks.
· White beach. If you can get there go for it (by boat), it's really pretty.
· Red beach (not to swim! It’s extremely dangerous). Go there only to see it from afar.
OTHER ACTIVITIES
· Kayaking in Akrotiri is super cool and you will see lots of amazingly colored rock formations most people never see.
· Similarly, (at around 150€ per person), is to do the boat trip (catamaran boats) from the Vlychada marina to the sunset in Oia, with stops at beaches and the hot springs, lunch and drinks onboard. It’s a one in a lifetime experience, it’s really worth it.
- Scuba - I took my degrees here. Interesting landscape, deep waters, caves and a shipwreck but baren in terms of life.
· Horseback riding near Vlychada as well.
· If you like to hike there are two main paths that are popular: Fira-Oia or vice versa (walking along the Cliffside on the caldera), and Kamari - Pyrgos where you climb up a mountain for 2-3 hours. More paths here: https://santoriniplus.net/blog/santorini-hiking
- Mountain bike tours, click here.
EATING & DRINKING
· Wine: if you like it, go drink lots of it. Santorini is known in the wine world for its Asyrtiko grape, a white acidic grape that results into a very crisp, fresh, dry and acidic wine that is aromatic but not sweet. Before I recommend you the wineries, I would like to stress that there is an exceptional wine tasting experience in the caves/cellars underneath Kipos restaurant in Fira. Ask for Maria - I think it's 25€ per person for one hour. It's really worth it and you will learn a lot - Maria is a guru of wines in Santorini. Wineries: Vassaltis winery, and Sigalas winery (good for lunch and wine tasting, nice spaces. Hatzidakis wines are also exceptional for the brave & experienced wine-drinkers. Santo Wines doesn’t offer great wines but the view and environment is fantastic to go for a sunset or relaxing lunch. Art Space offers home-made wines, delicious Vinsanto (Santorinian desert wine) and some artwork in their dome-cave winery space.
· If you like beer, the one and only true Santorini beer, comes from the Donkey brewery (Santorini brewing company on Google). They are all great beers: Red Donkey is my favorite. Don't fall for the "Volcan" and "Nissos" beers, they are just cheap pilsners/lagers with a good branding behind them
- New and standing proud is the Ftelos beer brewery on the main road between Fira - Pyrgos. They are new to beers but doing really well, and they have great food also. Exceptional building with cool architectural features and views of the brewery itself. Very nice roof garden, bit of an odd place, but it's definitely worth a visit.
· Local produce: tomatoes, fava beans (awesome and easy to cook - it's eaten as a hot/cold spread with onions and capers),local cheeses, capers, white aubergines (sweeter than the usual), katsounia (a crispier less juicy version of cucumber-great stuff for salads).
· Places to eat:
  1. The best place to eat hands down, is To Psaraki. The chef is a Michelin-star chef who gave up on high-end cuisine and opened this simplistic fish tavern, however he does it better than anyone. The restaurant sits on top of a cliffside and overlooks the marina below and the open sea. I recommend going there for lunch as you can see the open water, and perhaps think about booking prior to going. Don't hesitate to ask the staff/ Mrs Aggeliki for recommendations and to show you the different fish they have for the day, she knows everything. In Greece we really like to share plates (mezethakia/starters), as we want to try everything possible, so I would do that over there. My favourite dishes: Grilled sardines with onions, lemons and a ton of herbs. Mixed boiled veggie salad, octopus, fava, sea bass ceviche, tuna carpaccio, mussels, cod with lemon, wine and capers, tuna or swordfish souvlaki. Oh oh! And a smoked aubergine dip/salad with smoked eel. My god I'm hungry!
  2. Ouzeri in Fira (seems touristy but trust me, the food is great! Best Moussakas on the island (not moo-za-ka, but moo-sa-kas, accent on the last syllable).
  3. Frantzeskos for fresh fish, simply made (tavern-like). Owned and run by the same family of fishermen that sells the fish in the pick-up trucks in Mesaria every morning.
  4. Roza's tavern - the food they serve is super high-quality produce. Focused on traditional Greek cuisine by celebrating the use of good produce. Book a table as the place is small.
  5. Metaksi Mas is quite popular among tourists and locals; the food is not the best, but good, but the best thing is the atmosphere as located on an open veranda/terrace on top of a cliff overlooking Kamari, and it's very relaxing.
  6. Similarly, in the village of Foinikia you can eat a great restaurant called Lefkes. Great food & service, cool architecture and decoration –main focus is meat.
  7. Pentozali is a “rakadiko/tsipouradiko” (where the focus is sipping raki while snacking). They have good Cretan food for really cheap prices but the focus is drinking and relaxing under the trees. Feels the most normal place on the island, quite typical Greek. Raki is on another level and they are really good people.
  8. Ta Delphinia in Akrotiri, you literally eat on the water, it’s a beautiful spot. Fresh fish and family-style cooking, exceptiona family that grows their produce in their garden and catches their own fish.
  9. Dimitri's fish tavern is the only good one in Amoudi (under Oia).
  10. Lygnos distillery is an old distillery of ouzo & raki/tsipouro that is also a museum. They have a beautiful courtyard surrounded by the museum/distillery itself, and they play old Greek movies on the wall while old Greek music plays. They quite good food, very homely, and there are no tourists whatsoever - a true gem that's well hidden. They oftern bring local musicians. It's very serene!
  11. Lava tavern in Perivolos is a very secluded, quiet little tavern with not much going on, but it's one of the few humble, homely food places on the island. On the beach, sounds of the waves, away from all the lights and noise.
  12. Falafeland in Fira makes quiet a decent falafel wrap for a good price, so vegetarians on a budget, this is your place.
  13. The only upscale restaurant I will recommend is "Varoulko" fish restaurant in Grace Hotel that opened this year. This restaurant is the second restaurant of chef Lefteris Lazarou, who is the most successful Greek chef to date, who, decades ago became responsible for revolutionizing how we eat fish in Greece, with his Varoulko Seaside restaurant in Athens.
If you are looking for souvlaki, Athens is the place to go, Santorini’s souvlaki are generally very poor for Greek standards. Luckily for you and me, there's a new place that makes good souvlakia, albeit not the classic "gyros" you would expect. They charcoal grill all their meats and portions are massive. The name is Golden Grill and it's on the edge of Fira. Second one in my opinion is Fanouris in Karterados. It’s mostly locals, not tourists. Ask for no oil on your pitta as it can be quite greasy. Go early (before 9.30pm).
· Bars: Personally, when I go to a bar I want a good drink and great music (I am a big music lover, so not commercial music at all). Based on that, the island is lacking so I can’t suggest a lot of things here because I gave up on going out. PK (Palia Kameni) bar is a perfect sunset/pre-going out place to have drinks, their cocktails are very good and the prices are normal, the atmoshere is very relaxing and the staff very very friendly. If you want good music but very standard drinks, Kira Thira was the first bar that opened in Santorini (ethnic/blues/jazz/folk/rock), but the drinks are meh at best. Tropical bar is a classic pre-drink or after-going out kind of bar, which offers a varity of music in an okay space. Staff is exceptionally friendly, lovely people in general. Under Tropical bar, there's Tango which is expensive but nice as a bar and in general they play really good house music. In Oia, there's Hassapiko bar, great drinks albeit expensive. Music can be hit or miss but never trashy/really commercial etc. It's the most "bar" bar on the island, the best one on average IMO. In Perissa there’s Tranquillo, a very hippie kind of place that serves bad food and mediocre drinks but the portions are huge and cheap (the drinks are like 2-3 times your usual cocktail) and they are known for their insanely massive salads (the only actually tasty item on the menu). The environment is very chilled, with good music, a live stage, and it’s all by the beach. Wet Stories in Perissa is the most famous beach bar in Santorini, and honestly, it's very overpriced, BUT on Sundays they always have parties at night with house/techno/tech-house music and it tends to be good. There's no entrance but drinks are very expensive, but the parties are usually quite good. Very similarly, Yalos on the beach near Fira. In Fira you will find Boozery, which is a sit-on-the curbside and listen to techno/house while drinking cocktails from a plastic cup kind of place. The go-to place for season workers as of late.
NEARBY ISLANDS FOR ISLAND HOPPING - SUMMER BOAT TIME SCHEDULE
There are four islands that you can visit really easily and cheaply during the summer, and I recommend you to even stay for a night or two:
- Folegandros
- Ios
- Sikinos (super quiet - 250 permanent residents, one road)
- Anafi
Have fun in your holidays and be safe!

2020.08.06 15:10 Bond_em7 [To Preserve Peace] JP Megathread(XII)

THE LAST PHANTASM/DREAMBREAKER! Of course most people probably haven't Mastered all of them yet but at least they're all on the table now for pople to work towards and for those who HAVE done all of them, it's another notch in your belt and you can start wondering (dreading) what content will come next. They seem to alternate between element/realm so in theory it'll be elemental though I still think we need some new job based content.
Normal weekly event with a Stroke of the Brush - The Meek dungeon. Of course comes with the last phantasm/dreambreaker which comes with Gabranth's "Stray's Tenacity" Dress Record. The last XII event was about 5 months ago. The intitial reveal and discussion is here.
Thanks to onthefaultline for the translation work, dataminers like ElNinoFr and Ph33rtehGD (and other I'm sure), and S0litair3d as always for the posts on GameFaqs that allows me to do these and also thanks to Pyrotios for always checking my work and helping make sure these things are accurate.

B1: Just the one banner this time (which...seems like how it should have been for a lot of the Dreambreaker banners?) with a decent chunkn (8/12) of new items. It's the typical Dreambreaker trap banner with the new chain, Healing, solid DPS, XII AASB effects...the whole package. I will say that I like the PHQC on Larsa's new USB (no Astra/Esuna?!) and on Fran's Sync CMD2 since the realm needs more QC. Also we don't have enough +Crit Damage effects so that's nice for Larsa to add to his kit too. Larsa's Sync having Stock and DR is also nice to combat the anti-heal effects we see.
With the new realm chain, his new Flash+, and his old USB2 Basch is now the solid support for your Dreambreaker team. The realm has also always had a Lightning focus but with Reks new AASB and Fran having another En-Lightning option I feel like this realm now has more of a solid Lightning team than any other single realm so if you're looking for physical Lightning look here (and you can add Ashe to your realm team of course). Overall, solid Dreambreaker trap and with no B2 (The step-up gacha is an option though) this is where you'll get your gear.
There's also an upcoming XII Step-Up gacha (Prices Below) and a DR Lucky Draw (First 11x Pull Half Price). Here's what they have:
XII Step-Up Gacha
Since it isn't really a B2 and since it contains a large number of relics for a few characters I won't be doing any analysis/commentary on the Banner.
Step Up Gacha which includes Penelo SASB, plus all AASB, UOSB, Chains, USBs, Flash+, Flash, and LMRs released before the Last XII event, for Vaan, Penelo, Ashe, Gabranth, and Vayne (doesn't include the relics there for clarification).
  • FFXII Step Up Banner is available from 10th to 21st August 2020.
  • 11-pull option only
  • Full price (50 Mythrils or 2910 Gems) unless mentioned
  • Banner rates differ on certain steps
  • After Step 10, resets back to Step 7
    • Step 1: 50% Discount
    • Step 2: 40% Discount, 5% UOSB rate
    • Step 3: 20% Discount, 6% AASB rate
    • Step 4: 2% SASB rate, 6% AASB rate
    • Step 5: 6% AASB rate, 6% UOSB rate
    • Step 6: 1 Free 5* or 6* Pick, 6% AASB rate, 6% UOSB rate
    • Step 7: 1% SASB rate, 6% AASB rate, 6% UOSB rate
    • Step 8: 1% SASB rate, 6% AASB rate, 6% UOSB rate
    • Step 9: 3% SASB rate, 5% AASB rate, 5% UOSB rate
    • Step 10: 1 Free 5* or 6* Pick, 3% SASB rate, 5% AASB rate, 5% UOSB rate

Part 3 in the COVID series.
To try and make this list more helpful, I have added Weekend Day and Weekend Night, as those can be vastly different than during the week.
I'm trying to monitor Twitter and the Vegas Message Board to get some additional information.
Keep sharing all that wonderful goodness.
I'd like to update the wiki to talk about what sidebets casinos have, so if you know that info, I can add it to the table comments.

2020.06.15 17:44 necrochaos Report your table minimums here (COVID Edition)

6/17 Edit: Great info guys. Keep it coming! If something changes, please let me know.
I reached out to the mods asking about putting together a post to collect minimums for craps tables in Vegas and other places.
If this post gains traction, it may get a sticky. It may also help cut down on the amount of posts asking for this info.
I'll try to keep the body of the post updated. If information is correct, let me know.
Update 6/18 - Nevada Gaming Board announced masks required at table games in Nevada. I haven't heard that this is being enforced yet.
6/30: Keep reporting, especially any of you heading to Vegas. We would love to hear what the mins are on the strip
Let me know what casino, day or night and the minimums:

2020.05.25 14:51 VeteranBlinds4444 Modern Window Shades and Blinds in Fishers, Indiana

Choosing window shades and blinds can seem overwhelming at the beginning but once you understand interior decoration (a little bit would do), you will easily identify what your home in Fishers needs – wooden blind, faux blind, roman shades, or fabric curtains? When we think of window blinds, the only kind that comes to our mind is a plain or colored, printed, horizontal blinds that cover the window from light, dust, and public. But you will be surprised to learn that the Veteran Blinds is one of biggest online manufacturers and sellers of shades and blinds in Fishers, Carmel, and Indianapolis that can customize several types of blinds, including roman, honeycomb wooden blinds and shades, faux wood shutters, real wood blinds, and motorized blinds. However, before you purchase your modern window shades and blinds, there are few things you must keep in mind.Your interiors must compliment your lifestyle. While readymade window shades are cool if your house has windows of different shapes and sizes go for tailor-made window blinds. At Veteran Blinds, you can make to order vertical blinds, the traditional individual slats that hang vertically from railings, pleated shutters, motorized shades, cellular shades, honeycomb shades for colder places, panel, and Venetian window blinds and many more patterns. When choosing your blind, you must check its ability to control light. Uncontrolled light can distract the mind and produce glares on a television screen, laptop, and computer screen. Light and temperature control can differ from window blinds to blinds. If you want additional insulation, you should choose honeycomb window shades. Honeycomb blinds are expertly woven into honeycomb patterns which trap sound, heat, and even cold waves. However, ensure to ask the curtain specialist about the insulation abilities of the shades you want to buy.If you are specifically looking for blinds for your laundry room and washroom, you must consider choosing faux window blinds instead of real wood window blinds. Faux wood window shades and real wood window blinds look alike, but the former is made out of high-quality PVC and is slightly heavier than real wood shutters.

2020.04.28 16:21 TheJvandy A guide to Real Estate's Discography

Realized a lot of artist-oriented subs usually have some sort of guide to the artist's discography, so I figured I would do that for this one. I've included all the music that has had an official release by the band, as well as the music of the individual band members as they don't fall too far from the music of the band itself. I've also tried to keep a running tab of who worked on which albums, as the band has had some changes in its lineup and there is a lot of overlap in the side-projects of the individual band members as well. I did a fair bit of research to find everything here, but please let me know if I've missed anything and I will add it to the list!
