Also , the water force, necessary for residency, wasn't connected until April 8, 2021.
The homebuyer finally entered possession of the flat on August 3, 2022. According to Section 18 of the Real Estate( Regulation and Development) Act, 2016( RERA), if a builder fails to deliver possession on time, the homebuyer is entitled to interest on the paid amounts for the detention period.
The Tribunal ruled that the builder must pay interest to the homebuyer from April 1, 2019, to April 8, 2021, because of the delay in giving possession.
The Tribunal directed the builder to compensate the homebuyer for the delay by paying interest from the original deadline until the basic amenities, like water force, were in place. This decision emphasizes the builder's obligation to adhere to the agreed timelines and the legal protections available to homebuyers under RERA.

For a while now i have a need to own my own stuff mode independently. I'm fond of making tech work for me, loved it to have the lights turn on and off when i get home etc.
I'm 43, behind the development of new things like hypervisors and how those things hook into each other with redundancy etc etc. But, i'm trying my best. got some things running'ish. But it wasnt working as intended. I'm aiming for a 3-2-1 setup.
What i have might not be optimal, but i hope its fine enough to start with. I have a HP Prodesk 600 G2 Mini, i5 core, 32 gb memory, 256gb ssd and a 2tb nvme drive.
What i would like to achieve: A proxmox setup, with multiple drives (mirrored for redundancy). Running: Truenas for storage/NAS functions. VM's to host my local media (plex/jellyfin, i have not decided), photo-backup, home-assistant). I'm not a power-users. I'm fine with 1gb networking, read/write speeds are nice, but i'm not into 4k movie editing so, with a little patience i'll get there.
But to get all the VM's etc running, the basics have to be in order. For redundancy, i would need extra storage. Maybe in the form of 2x external drives?
And for getting it setup, best case, a friend in the neighbourhood to help me allong, but their interest lie elsewhere. So, a guide or resource that i can follow allong would be great.
TLDR: I have a tiny low power pc, that might need 2 external drives to make redundancy viable. I want to start selfhosting some services. I'm lost in the countless options out there. I'm looking for a setup that will at least get me started and stable. In a later date i'd hpoe to upgrade to little larger case, place some extra physical drives and use this new machine in the house, and move the tiny PC to function off-site. What to do, where to start.

I'm becoming disillusioned with photography with my mirrorless camera and I'm wondering if anyone non professional photographers can convince me not to sell it for an iPhone:

1) Most people can't tell the difference between a shot taken on a phone and a dedicated camera anymore. Go on youtube a watch a blind photo comparison video... I doubt many can reliably tell the difference. They're on par with each other now
2) Optical photography, especially at full frame, is expensive. You essentially need $3000 dollars at minimum to purchase the body and non kit lens necessary to match the performance of an iPhone.
3) No, you don't need to blow up an iPhone photo to billboard size. Between auto HDR adjustments and high megapixel counts in phones you have both the dynamic range and resolution necessary for practically any screen you own.
4) Handling editing manually in post is slower, and less practical. Many argue the point of dedicated cameras are for creative control through manual editing of a raw image. Doing things in post might be stimulating artistically but if you want an accurate image, it really helps if you have strong software aid helping you do edits live.
5) Smartphone software is improving at an exponential rate. Even if you disagree with all my points, smartphone camera iq improves yearly. Dedicated camera iq does not. If it hasn't already, software aided photography will surpass optical.
TLDR; Ultimately this is a "Grand Piano" vs "Electronic Keyboard" argument. No a electronic keyboard is not gonna work for a pro pianist in a concert hall but it's way more practical, convenient, and cost effective for most hobbists while being acceptably close to the real thing. It's been just over 3 weeks since we broke up, 2.5 years into what we thought would be a forever together. I am doing a lot better than the 1st week, and the 2nd. Our relationship was tortuous at the start, life threw too many things at us too quickly too early on.

I got hurled rude insults at when I received a supposedly " Lab grown diamond" I took it to three different Jewelers who all said it was fake. This was supposedly certified lab-grown diamond. It tested moissanite under the pen reader, and he said that they aren't reliable and that they're garbage and that he'll reimburse me over $2,000 if I sent it off to gemologist and get it graded. By that time I'm another $100 in as well as it takes a whole month or so to get it graded, but also there is no actual commitment on his end. He could probably just dip and close his shop. I paid about $800 for the ring in total and it was definitely my fault that I thought I could get a true lab-grown diamond one carat for that price. He's got amazing reviews and I can't help but think in my mind he's scamming several other individuals who are completely unaware. Besides that, the quality of the job I was told is just completely awful as well.
