Hi guys. I am a long time windows user but always a fan of linux. But since most things i do requires windows i never switched. Now i want to try it for real, move my plex server, and most of my workflow.
But i still have some questions about old games. For example, gta san andreas i use about 4 scripts to run it on newer systems, with controller support, widescreen etc. Others like nier automata that uses specialk software to fix issues, How will this work on linux?
Also, does anyone uses launchbox and EXODOS on linux? how these work?

Hello im a s22 user and i was trying to mod gta san andreas when i saw i cant use the folder com.rockstargames.gtasa "becasue gogle want protect privacy" i gave up but then i tried installing a save file with the game completed. So after i installed it neither Firefox or Brave will play any kind of video YouTube will play the preview videos but audio doesn't work if you click the icon it just starts loading that's the only place I've seen it "work"
another thing is now x11 dosnt work either i have the same issue on that for some reason

But but the issue may be because of Kwin and explicit sync. I'm not sure it installed, the konsole spits this out:

I was having a lot of graphical issues on the 550 driver in games and applications.
A fix would be greatly appreciated still kind of a Linux Noob.

Title. I'm playing the demo (will buy the game proper when the demo timer ends), and was wondering how relatively difficult that is compared to the game's general difficulty.
