This is going to be a long one, however I’ll try to sum it up as much as possible.
Not married, we have been together almost 6 years, we both have two children, one together. The other two are from prior relationships. My daughter is almost 18 and his is 11, ours is 2.
Things as of late well last 5 months have not been good, me and him hardly even speak to each other. This started in the beginning of the year when his behaviors have suddenly changed and I suspected infidelity. He was finding any excuse to leave the house every night, quick gas station runs turned into 30-45 mins. I told him how I felt and my gut was telling me something isn’t right. Of course he denied everything & called me crazy blah blah….
I couldn’t just forget the feeling i had and i knew i wasn’t wrong …. Some time later i find a receipt for flowers in the car that we share. Flowers that i never received. So I call him on it and of course he’s denying it, trying to gaslight me into thinking he wasn’t even in that area and any other excuse he could find. Clearly…. He’s lying!
I suggested we separate, months ago! However, we are still living together and things are tense & uncomfortable. The house is divided. We don’t speak to each other, his kid don’t speak to me or my kid… my kid don’t speak to him or his kid……. It’s like, what are we even doing! This is so unhealthy & I really just want to split.
I was a single mom for the majority of my daughter’s life. Me and her have a very close bond, we are best friends & she’s an amazing kid! 4.5 gpa beyond talented. Makes good decisions hangs around great friends. Aside from typical teenage things, she’s very easy!
He’s always had some sort of jealousy when it comes to our relationship and as much as he tries to deny it, it shows in his actions! Any argument we ever had (and that’s a lot) without a doubt he drags my daughter into it!
My daughter now has a boyfriend. Both responsible and very respectful kids! I trust my daughter she tells me absolutely everything! Like everything to the point i have to tell her to keep some stuff to herself! Lol. Well when her boyfriend comes over, my boyfriend has a huge issue & slams doors & makes everyone so much more uncomfortable!!l
I hold a lot of resentment because of his jealousy of my relationship with my daughter, and also ANY friend i have. He doesn’t like any of my friends they never did anything to him. He swears they disrespect him but he’s delusional! My friends wouldn’t disrespect him & i surely wouldn’t even allow that to happen. Also because of the cheating & can’t even be man enough to be honest after i found clear proof!
Also, the fact that I run this household!!! I work full time, i do all the drop off and pick ups! I do all the shopping, household chores! I told him he does the bare minimum and now he’s punishing me by doing absolutely nothing. Doesn’t clean up after his own baby! I take the trash out, i do all of the laundry ( i stopped doing his) I’m constantly cleaning the house and putting things away. I carry the load, i also pay majority of the bills & he thinks he contributes more than though. He gives me $250-$300 a week. Daycare is $1,000 / mo .. house is $1950/mo … groceries … necessities…. He pays car payment & electric. How does he see he contributes enough?
I hate living in this environment. I am a bubbly happy person, when he is around i am an anxious & on edge! He won’t leave, he knows the state laws & at this point I’m considering leaving, i just don’t think it’s fair i have to uproot my kids!!!
He’s not trying to make our relationship any stronger or better he’s just here!!!

Sorry if this has been asked in different ways before.
I'm in my mid-30s and I've tried many times in the past to make a budget but can never make it work. I've tried various methods from very simple (writing down each transaction in a book), so different spreadsheet templates, to using the automated budget sections of apps like Monzo or Revolut, but I can never stick with it or even understand on a basic level what is going on. When I wrote things down in a book I kept every receipt but it never lined up with the amount in my account.
I am bad with numbers generally but I find money basically impossible to understand. I don't know where to begin with simple things like working out how much I want to or could save each month, or how much to budget for things like eating out. Any time I spend any amount of money the number balloons to some vague but huge number in my head. Even if I'm just buying a cup of coffee my brain says "well you've overspent so that's it for the month" and I try and avoid spending any amount of money at all unless I absolutely have to.
I've never known what my monthly outgoings are even though I try often to work it out. Numbers become blurred and I lose track very quickly. An example - I had to borrow some money from my folks when a relationship ended and I had to cancel a lease on a flat. They lent me some money to cover a shortfall with those costs and I couldn't work out what the difference between say, £1000 and £1400 was. When I try and either break my monthly pay check into expenses, leisure, etc., the numbers break apart in my head and I can't piece it back together, or if I try and do the opposite, the numbers balloon into something ridiculous and I can't parse it. This isn't all of it but I find it hard to articulate.
I want to buy a house some day but right now I wouldn't be able to answer any of the basic questions the bank would have, so that becomes an obstacle I put in front of myself.
All of this makes day to day living very stressful and I am sick of it, but I don't know what a solution is that would work for me.
Is there any way I can get around this? I feel I am basically innumerate when it comes to money and it is stressful and embarrassing.

This is for us normies who don’t want to sift through a hundred youtube videos just to figure out basic information that should be readily available. This guide is designed for people who are new to modding.

You can leave out any mod on this list that you don’t want except for USSEP.

Hi everyone; I’m not a modder nor a PC player, but I was desperate to figure out how to safely load my game with reasonable lore-friendly updates. Every LLO guide I’ve found so far has either been outdated, contradictory to other sources, does not specify which mods fall under what category, is way too vague, or way too specific. The mods I’ve listed here should be easily searchable on the recently updated Xbox creations menu so that any Xbox player can easily copy this list. Originally, I was just recording my LLO for my own personal use, but I figured this could help people who don’t have the time to put in as much research as I have.
If you are brand new to modding, vanilla+ means that you want to stay faithful to the original game as much as possible while upgrading the look of your Skyrim world and making a few convenient tweaks. The least “true to the original game” mod on this list is convenient horses. In my experience so far, this LLO plays just as smoothly as vanilla Skyrim.
Unless I wrote a note next to the mod stating otherwise, all of these mods are independent of one another, except for: divine atmosphere, divine atmosphere snowflake edit, and realistic snowflakes. If you like the ugly fractal snowflakes in divine atmosphere then don’t bother with the other two mods, but if not, you need the vanilla snowflake edit and the snowflake texture mod to go together. Therefore, you can leave out any mod on this list that you don’t want except for USSEP), and the game will function normally.
To customize settings of mods while in-game, go to magic -> powers. “Equip” the mod you want to change and press RB once out of the menu. This is relevant to divine atmospheres, divine interiors, flute finder, convenient horses, and some dialogue mods.
Most mods on this list can be downloaded or deleted safely while playing a pre-existing save file. Deleting mods become problematic when you have already added and interacted with a custom item to the game and then delete the mod that supported the item. When testing new mods, I suggest only adding a few at a time so that you know what to delete if you encounter any issues.
If you are reading this on a laptop or PC, you can press command/control F to search for keywords of the mods you want to install to find where they belong in the LLO.
Personally, my favorite mods that I’ve added to the game are the dialogue mods and the texture mods. They make Skyrim feel like a real world with real people living in it and I would highly suggest using some or all of them. I’d also love to hear everyone’s suggestions on proposed edits to this load order. Please let me know if you are aware of any conflicting mods or bugs, or if I have made any mistakes in my layperson's explanation of techy stuff. Unsure if this is relevant information, but I’m located in the USA.
Extra notes:
What the heck is a leveled list? A leveled list is a change in the code that makes changes to certain values. Such as changing how much gold a character has or how powerful an enemy is.
And what exactly is an area edit? An area edit is any mod that adds or significantly changes a location in the game. This includes adding extra trees, adding extra smelters, or adding custom player homes that do not exist in vanilla, among other things.
Why are there all of these categories and why is it so complicated? LLO sorts mods so that the game can load the most important files first. When LLO is not followed, the game will inevitably crash. Categories allow us to sort mods into the LLO based on how they interact with the game's code. People sometimes disagree on what order to put the categories in, but all LLO templates use the same basic categories.
I do not use immersive citizens AI because multiple people have reported bugs. Other people have no issues with it, but I prefer to stay on the safe side.
Remember to lower your in-game brightness, especially when you are using divine interiors and divine atmospheres. If the brightness is all the way up, things will start to glow. You will have to use torches in locations with zero light, such as corners in caves. This adds a realistic feel to the game. If you give a torch to your follower, they will automatically use it in in low-light conditions. I switch between default/glimmegrim/vivid depending on where I am and how colorful I want things to be. The game may look darker overall as you can see in the screenshots, but this is more true to how lighting works in the real world.
Skyrim 101 tip: When you ditch items to reduce your carry weight, store them somewhere (such as a dead body or a chest) instead of dropping them on the ground. If you drop items all over your game it will eventually lag.
When creating a new character, keep in mind that once you start playing, you might change the lighting and make the colors more saturated. For example: I accidentally gave myself yellow hair instead of natural blonde because I forgot about lighting and atmosphere changes. This is another reason to install the vanity mirror mod, which allows you to change your character mid-game.
Storage space: all of the mods I have listed here take up approximately 4.36GB.
I suggest keeping a note of your LLO on your phone so that you can easily categorize mods you want to add the future.
Sometimes LLO will not save, so I recommend double-checking that everything landed in the right spot or backing up your LLO to bethesda before exiting the LLO menu.
Sometimes you need to restart your game to enable a newly installed mod.
How to delete a complex mod without causing problems: disable the mod, hard reset (hold power button for 10 secs or unplug the console), uninstall the mod, hard reset.
I’ve noticed a bug where I cannot tell my follower (Lydia) to do anything in “command mode”. I don’t know what’s causing this- it seems like a dialogue issue but I rarely use the command mode feature anyway so it’s small enough for me to ignore for now. EDIT 5/19/24 More to say 9.0.2 was causing this issue so I uninstalled it.

• Unofficial skyrim special edition patch (USSEP) *almost every source says that this must be installed. It fixes core bugs in the game that developers have not bothered to update themselves

Cheat room also works for the makeup issue, but I didn’t want so many extra cheats in my game just to fix this one ridiculous bug
• Get no more dead followers *functionally turns off friendly fire for followers

Game mechanic changes: races, perks, vampires, adoptions, etc.

• Flute finder - a skyrim gps tracker for npcs *this is because I always lost my followers in vanilla and it was super annoying
• Multiple Marriages *haven’t tested this yet so cannot vouch for its effectiveness
• Auto unequip ammo *unequips arrows when you uneauip your bow so that you’re not always walking around with a sheath on your back

• Master of Destruction (xb1) *adds new high level spells that target specific characters instead of killing everyone in the area

*The mods I’ve listed in this section should cover almost every visual in the game. Nothing is too drastic of a style change and fits right in to the game’s vibe.

• Wear multiple rings *this mod is more useful for stacking enchantments rather than pure aesthetics. Not necessary if you want a more vanilla game
• Divine texture pack - architecture
• Dark ages: fantasy dungeons
• Dark ages: dragon Textures
• Divine creatures texture pack
• Omen armors weapons and clothing *I highly recommend this one!
• Fluffy snow
• Dark ages - landscapes
• Divine skins and bodies for men *misleading name: this is actually unisex. Make sure this goes above^ divine people otherwise you might experience an occasional face glitch. This must be used along with divine people in order to work correctly
• Granite mountains *another mod I highly recommend
• Dark Ages: Trees of the north
• Divine SMIM *Static mesh improvement mod. SMIM mods redesign lots of small items in the game
• Lucidaps’ high poly project v5.x *This corrects blocky items to make things look more realistic. It cooperates with the SMIM to create beautifully textured and realistic item designs, such as the ridiculously good looking head of cabbage

Non-combat NPC AI
Immersion (e.g. immersive patrols, landlord etc.) - can be tricky to categorize
Anything that changes a character’s/npc face or hair (e.g natural eyes)

• Divine people of skyrim: celestial *For more vanilla/gritty looking people, try the dark ages texture pack. Both divine people and dark ages people mods must be paired with its corresponding skins mod, otherwise the textures will get cut off at the neck due to mismatching colors

Interior lighting changes

• Divine interiors shadows and light *my favorite setting is glimmer or default if the game looks too oversaturated because of the lighting. I highly recommend this mod, it makes the game feel much richer

Interior decorating changes
Lightweight multiple area edits

• Unique bridges of skyrim
• Divine forests
• Get more smelters *haven’t tested this extensively but I don’t foresee any issues since it doesn’t interfere with anything big

Single area edits like player homes
Multiple area edits (e.g. divine cities)
*I do not recommend divine cities or divine villages because it can be buggy. One time Lydia got permanently stuck in a modded tavern and I had to backtrack through an hour of progress to get her back out
Adding individual unique objects

• Auto Harvest Ring *because I like alchemy but hate picking flowers. Equipping this ring automatically harvests ingredients in range. Just remember to ditch the cabbages to reduce your carry weight

Combat changes, combat AI (e.g. realistic damage, wildcat)

• Dark ages: immersive dragon ai
• Better stealth ai for followers *followers will not start fighting automatically while you are trying to be sneaky

Unique follower mods (e.g. Sofia)
Mods that add new quests (mods that alter vanilla quests do not go here)

• More to say 9.0.2 *this dialogue mod is here because it adds new quests. The other dialogue mods I’ve added are less consequential and simply add a little immersion. I’m unsure if this conflicts with the other dialogue mods EDIT 5/19/24 I'll be uninstalling this mod because caused the issue with Lydia that I mentioned in the blurb. To be fair, the author stated that installing this mod mid-game could cause issues, but disabling the mod didn't work to fix the bug so I just uninstalled it since I already have other dialogue mods that I like.

Map mods

• A quality world map - vivid with stone roads *map mods use up VRAM and many people recommend against using them. I’m not a tech person, so forgive me if this isn’t accurate, but VRAM is similar to regular RAM. This means you can reset VRAM if you hard restart your console. If you are playing with tons of heavyweight mods all the time then maybe you should skip map mods, however in this LLO I have not noticed any FPS changes at all and personally, it’s worth it to me to hard restart the console every once in a while so that I can keep this mod. • Pastel map markers *Can you tell I like organizing? Color coding the map makes it more readable and gives locations a touch more personality

Tonight at JP primetime of 22:00 JST the girls will be facing off against The Wither. There may be some prep done beforehand so let's see what happens. It could be a real challenge, or it'll be easily defeated in less than 5 minutes.
General Rules for the server. Written by Pekora in the rulebook, with some edits (NOTE: These rules by Pekora may go through some changes, please make sure to check today's Pekora's News Stream for the latest information):

• If you die, its over (Note: Please see revivals below)
• I will write a diary after the broadcast
• Complete the mission
• Nether opening starts on the 16th
• The ultimate goal is to defeat Endora (Ender Dragon) and Wither
• About Survival Diary
  • Write about the events and memories of the day
  • If the content is good, good things might happen
  • Penalty will be incurred if there is no diary
• There are nether and recreational facilities
  • Nether opening date 5/16 JST
  • Recreational facilities 5/15 JST (Chinchiro)
• You are free!
• You may build a residence
• You can equip yourself
• Survive.

Additional Rules and Information:

• Currently (as of this writing) if a member dies in Hardcore and wishes to be revived, they can do so by going to their own Solo Minecraft World, and collect 7 diamonds. They can only be revived once.
  • Confirmed Perma-dead: Subaru, Nene, Haachama, Polka, Lui, Lamy (Note: Lui and Lamy chose to not be revived after their first death).
• Members won't be able to be revived after Day 7
• The server needs 2/3 of its online players sleeping for time to pass to the next morning
• Certain events such as the Pillager Raid will not be given a warning
• You can buy a totem and 5 golden apples from Pekora for 200 diamonds

There are also missions for the server. There are two types: Global and Daily
Global Missions:

• Find a Western Style Mansion in the forest (basically find a Woodland Mansion) - 20 Diamonds
• Find a Jungle Temple - 20 Diamonds
• Find a Pillager Outpost - 5 Diamonds
• Obtain a Trident - 30 Diamonds
• Find Ruins (Most likely meaning Trail Ruins) - 20 Diamonds
• Find a Pyramid - 10 Diamonds
• Find an Ancient City - 20 Diamonds
• Defeat the Boss of an Underwater Temple (This most likely means the Elder Guardians at an Ocean Monument) - 100 Diamonds
• Obtain 10 different dye colors - Diamond amount unknown

General Notes:

• Sora will be sightseeing the server and mining for diamonds today. She already started and found a good vein of them! She decided after seeing the vein to get her pickaxe updated with Fortune III
• Sora came by to Kaela's Trading Post to get Fortune III and other things. She met with Kaela and the two interacted. Kaela in the meanwhile is working on her villagers. During trading, Kaela sneakily gave Sora some extra Emeralds as she was at the anvil. Not sure if Sora noticed it or not. The other emeralds were used for other weapons/armor.
• Kaela has been busy with lots of things today. She went to the Nether to test out her fire resistance armor (by walking into lava to see how much damage it does, which is not much). She does have fire res potions too to help. She went to hunt for some Ancient Debris. She wants to get at least 20 (enough for a full set + tools). She will have to find a Netherite Template at a Bastion afterwards in order to properly upgrade. Best of luck!
  • EDIT: Kaela did it! She was able to get the stuff and make Netherite armor! Earlier too Kiara had wanted her to get the Netherite Template from her to get some armor (she had originally thought Kaela already had one but turns out she didn't). Kaela didn't want to bring Kiara with her to a bastion in case something bad happened (bad experience with Haachama). Fortunately Kaela was able to go to a bastion and get a template.
  • Also Kaela when talking to
  • Miko accidentally used her Jdon My Bow to repair a random bow and therefore losing it in the process. She told Kaela about what happened and Kaela told her that it would be alright. She then gave her 4 Netherite Templates for her to make her own Netherite Armor, as a way for her to feel Better. Miko now also has Netherite Armor.
• Sora and Miko met up a bit before Miko's stream. Miko told Sora about Lamy and some of the things that happened in the server, along with the plans for the Wither fight today. Miko on her stream has a list of her plan for today.
  • Miko went and got even more Netherite, she gave some to Iroha along with a Netherite Template for Iroha to make her own Netherite Armor (also telling her to make sure to duplicate the template first).
• There's now an ice road, (most likely by Iroha or Kaela), from Kaela's house to Iroha's villagers. Its to make it easier for members to quickly and safely travel between the two places, especially since many members have been going inbetween the two places to trade.
• Since Ina missed yesterday, she's starting a few hours early to catch up and prepare for the wither. She again in MS Paint lays out her plans for today. Ina suspects that she'll be the tank again for The Wither Fight.
• Ina made her own fishing house near the iron farm. She made it so when she fishes the iron can be generated as she fishes.
• Ina and Flare met up in the server. Flare went "Ore no Ina" and then threw her diamonds at her. Ina in surprised couldn't accept a gift so she gave them back. The two proceeded to keep throwing the diamonds back and forth at each other. Eventually Flare went and gave Ina a Potion of Strength and a Golden Apple which Ina accepted. Later on they met again and Flare gave Ina some new boots with better enchantments.
• Kiara went to Kaela's place to upgrade her armor to Netherite. After getting the netherite armor and trims, she wanted to show it off. She went to Pekora to show it to her, though her reaction isn't what she expected. Pekora after reading Kiara's diary actually realized Kiara had netherite armor on, and then asked Kiara to get Netherite for her on stream.
• Anya and Kanade now have a piece of Netherite armor. Each of them have the chestplate.
• A villager moved into Ina's house and became a cleric due to Ina's brewing stations inside. I wonder where the villager came from since the village was empty when people started moving into the houses. Ina trapped the Cleric using Netherack outside of her home.
• After the fight, Kaela and Pekora met up. Pekora asked Kaela where her house was, and Kaela took her over. She showed Pekora the cleric where she can buy Ender Pearls. Pekora also asked Kaela for Netherite but Kaela only had one Netherite Scrap that she gave to Pekora. (Earlier before they went to Kaela's house, Pekora asked and Kaela threathed her with a bow which Pekora responded "its joke"). Kaela also gave Pekora the Netherite Template and said they're best friends now.
  • Pekora went to Aqua and told her about what happened.
• Pekora and Aqua went to the Nether to gather Netherite. They went to where Kiara had been mining for them and continued onward. They are simply strip mining for them. Aqua was able to find 2 already. They found a few before heading back. After they went to gather more materials including TNT, they went back to mine for more Ancient Debris.
  • Pekora actually mentioned she had planned to go to the Ender Dragon fight in only diamond armor, only really getting Ancient Debris for Aqua's sake.
• Polka watched Luna lure pigs to The Farm (Polka and Suisei's farm). However because of the Wither flowers that were planted at the farm, the pigs suffered damage and died.
  • Luna made a tweet saying that she replenished the farm with pigs and chickens.
• Kaela is taking Hajime on a trip into the nether. They went and found Ancient Debris together. Polka watched the two of them for a while.
  • Kaela and Hajime were able to get the Debris they need and get back to the Overworld safely. Kaela asked about Hajime's house and Hajime showed her the house. Its empty and has no roof. They then went to Kaela's house so they can turn the Ancient Debris into Netherite for Hajime.
• It seems like many of the girls are hunting for Ancient Debris to get Netherite after seeing some of the girls today. Current Ancient Debris Hunters: Pekora & Aqua; Hajime & Kaela; Moona; Anya & Kanade (first separate but then together). Koyori joined Anya and Kande in Ancient Debris Hunting too.
• Moona died! While hunting for Ancient Debris in the Nether, some lava fell on her and at that moment, she lost the fire res effect on her, so she died. Polka went to go and find her. Polka and Moona met in the Nether as ghosts.
  • Koyori, Kanade, and Anya went and made a grave for Moona next to the other graves by the portal. Anya wrote R.I.P. Sleep well, Moona"
• Moona decided since she's dead she'll spend the rest of her time commentating on what she sees.
• Koyori and Raden were branch mining separately, and it turns out the two mines were actually pretty close to each other and they both met up. Koyori was actually lost in the mines but Raden ended up finding her by chance. Thanks to Raden's help, Koyori was able to make it out of the mines. Raden is still in the mines hunting for diamonds.
• Ao has been wokring on her own to spruce and clean up the city some more after the destruction of The Wither.
• Iroha and Kaela met up. Iroha asked Kaela if she wanted to go into the Nether to collect Ancient Debris with her. However Kaela had just gotten back from her trip with Hajime and was ready to wrap things up. She told Iroha that she needed to end her stream soon to get some rest (cause she hasnt gotten any sleep since yesterday). Iroha was understanding of it. She went into the mines and met up with Koyori who showed her where to strip mine for Ancient Debris.
  • A little bit after, Hajime and Iroha met up, and the two went to get Ancient Debris together. They're doing it with the strip mining method (with Iroha occasionally using TNT)
• Kanade is now the newest member to be fully decked in Netherite Armor
• Currently Kanade, Iroha, Anya, Hajime, and Koyori are all in the nether gathering ancient debris. Since they're all in the same mine area they can sometimes hear and talk to each other. Iroha has been gathering TNT to help making gathering Ancient Debris a lot faster. Koyori showed Kanade, Anya, and Hajime how she blows up all the TNT in the Nether using redstone and a pressure plate.

Wither Fight Notes:

• Time of Wither Fight: 22:00 JST
• Before the Wither Fight at 21:00 JST the members online will have a meeting to determine the actual location of The Wither Fight. The Meeting is held with Pekora, Kiara, Ina, Kanade, Noel, Botan, Aqua, and Anya.
  • During the meeting Kiara and Ina tell the group their experience in fighting the wither with the EN girls in the Holo Server above ground.
  • Kiara gives a recap of the meeting. Generally they will be fighting it above ground a bit away from the city area. It'll be nearby a village that a few of the girls live at, near the courthouse (Kiara, Anya, and Ina's houses are at most risk of destruction)
  • The Wither will be summoned at the middle of the fighting arena.
• Everyone is busy making preparations, from getting golden apples, to making different potions.
• Everyone is meeting up by the courthouse. Can hear Aqua talking about Miko's armor. Miko, Kiara, and Kaela have a full deck of Netherite Armor
  • Kaela: If the wither comes, ill run. I'll run away and hide
• Members participating in the Wither Fight: Pekora, Kiara, Ina, Kaela, Anya, Noel, Aqua, Botan, Hajime, Moona, Koyori, Ao, Kanade, Miko, Raden
  • Polka will be observing as a ghost
• Ina went to pay her respects at the grave to those who died before this moment. She will bring back the head of her enemies.
• WITHER FIGHT SURVIVED! It went super fast! And no one died. Kiara was tanking a lot of the hits for it! Pekora sees that the Portal got destroyed during the first fight, along with the middle of the arena
• Since it was easy, Pekora now wants the to fight 3 of them. She will spawn them in different locations in the area. Pekora hints they will be located in places where they live.
  • The 3 were Spawned! This time it took a lot longer for all of them to be defeated. Sadly during the fight Iroha died while fighting The Wither, along with the destruction of some houses. Ollie's roof suffered some damage We did lose all the cows and chickens that were at Polka/Suisei's farm. Pekora notes that Iroha can be revived (she does need to do the batsu).
  • Wither flowers were placed in the middle of the two pens in memory. Koyori also placed some flowers like the Sakura Saplings and Sunflowers. The girls are using the dirt that got picked up during the fight to restore the area and clean it back up. And other girls are working to fix some of the damage, like Ina fixing Ollie's house.
  • Noel and Kanade are making a grave in honor of Iroha. Its made of Netherack
• Koyori took one of the Wither Stars and placed it in her house. I dont know where the other Beacon pieces went (There should be 4. 1 From the 1st fight, and 3 from the 2nd fight). Edit: Kaela got 2 of the Stars. The two stars were turned into beacons that are by her house. The beacons are made of diamonds

Collecting Ender Pearls in the Nether Notes:

• Some of the girls are going to go to the Nether to collect enders to make Ender Eye.
  • Members: Kiara, Anya, Noel, Botan, Miko, Hajime, Kanade, Koyori
• Since the portal broke, the girls were trying to light it back up. They kept shooting arrows at it before Miko used a flint to properly light it up
• The girls are able to complete the mission easily with the help of the boat strat. Even if one of the Enderman aggros someone the girls are quickly behind to help out with boats or weapon damage.
• After mission complete a photo of the group was taken.
• On the way back, Kiara and Miko got hit by Piglins cause they forgot to put back on the gold. They were able to survive and make it back home, mission complete!

ch16 -- The Lawspeakers' Association has been undergoing a bit of a shakeup as Lawspeaker Radenkiut-pack has lost a challenge and is leaving office as a result. Apparently this is due to them changing the standard templates for certain classes of state-corporate partnerships, ostensibly to simplify them, but it has backfired as the population of District 37 has become angered at the resulting drop in subsidies and rallied behind a challenger. There are subtle implications for Project Hope; previously the two main power blocs of Lawspeakers were in on it, but now Ronyr-pack and their allies are the only organized alliance in the Hall of Power, with the other Lawspeakers either working alone or in groups of two or three packs at most. This is actually a bit of a concern for City Alpha Nyektak-pack, Ronyr-pack will now have carte blanche to fill Project Hope with irrelevant pork that will make it more difficult to actually finish, and if they go too wild with it, an anti-Hope coalition could arise among the Lawspeakers and put the project in even further jeopardy. Indeed, this is exactly what happens, Ronyr-pack uses their influence to expand Project Hope with bloat, leaving Nyektak-pack to figure out where to get revenue from without causing an uproar and putting their position in danger. They raise taxes across the board, but at Nyak's behest, concentrate most of the increases on professions not directly involved in Project Hope, so they can look like they have the backs of workers in these critical industries. Rents on the city's land are also increased, even though the landholders will just pass this cost down to the tenants who actually live there.
ch17 -- In Koranah city-state, Kaadya-pack are low-level intelligence workers who have, along with the rest of their office, been posing as citizens of random city-states to spread anti-globalist sentiments on the internet, encouraging everyone not to trust Ikun and to reject its influence, and also that the world is dying, and only the Climate Control System, not Project Hope, can truly save everyone. As they leave work for the day, Kaadya-pack seem to be disenchanted with their lives. There's definitely good reason for that; while Koranah is a very sleek and high-tech city, it's also a rather grim and depressing place. The buildings are an endless sea of nearly identical featureless gray blocks and arrays of surveilance cameras are everywhere, both inside and out; there's no effort to hide them, indeed they're quite conspicuous, as if to remind everyone that they're there. Everyone tries to keep their heads down and not draw attention to themselves. And with Koranah being in the far south and it being the middle of winter, it's currently bitterly cold with a polar night. And Koranah continues to research geoengineering, leading to sanctions from Ikun and their allies, and a lot of foreign goods being unavailable or very expensive. No one in Kaadya-pack is going to explicitly commit to saying whether they think things are hard because life in Koranah is shit, or because the evil Ikun hegemons are sabotaging their utopia, they mostly discuss their woes in vague terms as if they don't 100% trust even each other. After the mandatory mass-worship session (in the south Kyanah religion is a much more public and collectivized matter than in the north), they contemplate seeking permission from the government to leave Koranah for Ikun. Though it's quite vague as to which of them are true believers who want to be spies and saboteurs in Ikun and take it down from the inside, and which of them just want to ditch Koranah and raise their future young in Ikun.
ch18 -- Icen-pack has had two more hatchlings, Noxen and Tai. It's actually quite a challenge to raise them and do all the proper socialization--someone has to basically be interacting with Kyanah hatchlings at all times or they'll go off the rails--while they're out working in the field, but they manage well and their two hatchlings are growing up quickly while Raktan and Tyor reach the adolescent stage and begin the customary teenage dominant struggles, mostly centered around how they feel about no longer being Icen-pack's only pair of young and the center of attention. Meanwhile Icen-pack and the crew are expanding the Water Distribution System through the Dunelands and weathering extreme heat and frequent sandstorms. This project has mixed reception from the locals; some are actually grateful and welcoming as the pipelines promise more water to their drought-stricken region. However, installing some new wells and a control node near Orokun, the largest city-state in the Dunelands, angers many Dunelanders, who fear it will be used to overpower their own control nodes and draw water away from their already dangerously unstable oasis, and they're tired of Ikun influence in their part of the world. Many of them seem to be unknowingly repeating lines from the Koranah propaganda being spread in the previous chapter. As for Icen-pack, they obviously think they're doing a great thing with the Water Distribution System since their job is to work on it, though Karok and Naiun sympathize a bit with the locals, while Korak, Kei, and Nuyu--who all grew up in the industry--think the locals are just being rude and entitled.
ch19 -- Ryen-pack is finishing an influencing operation for a major defence contractor, in which they successfully pitched a military intervention in a southeastern city-state to the Lawspeakers, supposedly promising to oust a corrupt dictator pack and increase stability in the region, but as Teren and Konyan note, they're probably motivated by a chance to test out recent updates to their tactical AI and boost public support with a quick and easy military victory to distract the public from recent tax hikes. The pack goes out for a feast to celebrate; Kerok especially thinks they could be getting a raise soon. Ition Nua also comes with them; he has been separated from his birth-pack for a little while now and is as a result starting to grow closer to Ryen-pack, but is not legally part of the pack yet. Teren and Kaun think the pack is ready to have kids, though Kerok fears that they won't be able to go out and enjoy life with kids, but thinks it's a good idea at some point. And Konyan, who has been irritable and distant all day, finally has an outburst and says she doesn't want to bring kids into a dying world, especially one that they're doing nothing to save, and that she hates herself and the pack for what they're doing. This leads to a huge argument, but unlike in the past, it doesn't blow over this time, and Konyan admits that she's not sure if she loves them. Despite--or perhaps because of--the turbulent situation, they accelerate their timeline with bringing Nua into the pack. Kerok begrudgingly agrees to have the children that Kaun and Teren--and now Nua as well--want; his doubts vanish when he finally holds the two of them after they hatch. They are named Kya--after a water deity in the popular TV show The New Gods of Ikun--and Ayen--after a rare and precious flower that Kerok's birth-pack's Alpha is also named after.
ch20 -- By Y943, Ikun has completed the Interstellar Vehicle Assembly Hub in low orbit and the first crews of workers begin showing up to start building the starship hulls. The 3D printers developed for use on the Ikun-Koranah accelerator are also being deployed here and the first asteroid has arrived in orbit for mining and processing. State TV is hailing the first wave of construction workers as brave heroes bringing Ikun into a golden age and working on the greatest engineering project in Kyanah history. A pack of private journalists on the internet is one of several who are already beginning to bring up the mounting costs of Project Hope--nearly half a trillion qoin have been spent over 9 years and there are still no starships--but this doesn't get a lot of traction compared to epic cinematic clips of workers building the first starship at the IVAH. Meanwhile, Nyektor-pack, now scholars of the third rank, have begun taking on their first students and, having failed to solve the problems with the antimatter engines, begin investigating ways to shave mass from the starships themselves, but this is hampered by government and corporate bureaucracy.
ch21 -- The joint Ikun-Koranah particle accelerator continues to progress; due to the advanced state of Kyanah 3D printing tech and materials science and the practically unlimited budget, it's going quite a lot faster than an equivalent human project, but is still years away from being finished. Various tribal villages in or near the accelerator's path have forced to relocate by Ikun's military, and Ikun has brought in some nukes to level a range of hills in the accelerator's path, saving them lots of time and money, though this seems to be a bit of a sore spot for Koranah, as they dislike Ikun's policy of only allowing themselves to have nukes. Nationalistic tensions are also mounting between the workers and engineers as the project goes on; Koranah workers are blaming Ikun for the sanctions brought on by their geoengineering activity, while Ikun workers blame Koranah for risking destroying the world with geoengineering, and destabilizing the southern hemisphere. Both are increasingly accusing the other side of sabotaging the project, but nevertheless it rolls on.
ch22 -- Aktektan-pack is quite ebullient about the first tangible progress on the starships for Project Hope, along with the military intervention by Ikun in the southeast regions, vociferously espousing their views that Ikun is back to glory. When questioned as to why everything is so expensive, Nedak blames the immigrants from the Dunelands, which drags Aktektan-pack into a fight with a pack of Dunelander immigrants at the factory. Meanwhile, Ractor is now old enough to help out with his pack's work at the factory, doing small tasks and fetching and carrying and watching the hatchlings while the older adults do the acutal assembling of the weapons. Meanwhile Aktektan-pack continues to be fairly toxic and dysfunctional at home, with Karien being the only one who shows any warmth and affection to Ractor. Additionally, a lot of things around their apartment are in disrepair and a lot of their food is very bland and highly processed. Though when any of their young complain about it, Nyaken (and also Karien) lambast them for complaining and tell them that at least they're not in the Dunelands. Ractor, meanwhile is turning out to be quite precocious, reading above his age level. He's also developing quite a sharp tongue, much to the annoyance of everyone else.
ch23 -- Back to Ptorya-pack in Adronkin. It is Y944 and they have had two new hatchlings, Luept and Tpout, consuming a lot of their attention. At a big cultural/religious festival in Adronkin, which Ptorya-pack is attending, a paramilitary group attacks, apparently motivated by the corruption of the government, who have just been selling off public assets and funneling the money into their own accounts, and have thrown a populist challenger for the City Alpha position into prison under dubious circumstances. The whole festival turns into chaos as dozens of police and random civilians alike are killed, but Ptorya Rytor is able to lead his pack home to safety. The Adronkin government immediately goes into full crackdown mode, with a media blackout, martial law, and random police searches and interrogations to try to find the packs responsible for the attack. Even Ptorya-pack comes under some scrutiny despite their privelaged position, though the authorities don't find any dirt on them (in other words, they aren't poor or socially low-ranking in Adronkin). Ptorya-pack decides that their position isn't safe and they apply to immigrate to Ikun, but there will be a years long waiting list as millions of packs from around the world are also trying to get in. Nekyez suggests that they bribe someone to sneak them into Ikun or try to find a less prestigious city-state to get out of the Dunelands faster, but Rytor insists that they must start their lives in Ikun honorably if they are to succeed, and that Ikun is the best possible destination, as it's the strongest and wealthiest city, basically the shining example of what a Kyanah city-state should be. Ptorya Ptreyn agrees with Rytor, although actually she doesn't want to leave Adronkin as everything they know--including her birth-pack, whom they are currently ikoin with--and secretly wants Ikun to take forever and reject their application.

I have a large, but close-knit family that always pulls together and helps out-especially when it comes to weddings.- Most of us do not have the incomes for extravagant weddings, so when a family member ties the knot, we usually pitch in with decorating, food, photography, and even sometimes hair and makeup. This has been the case whether we are the family of the bride or groom. We have had so many weddings, we joke that we should go into the wedding business.
When my family member, let's call him "James." became engaged, it was assumed we would be helping. James is in his early twenties and engaged to "Heather" who already has children by multiple dads. None of that has mattered to anyone, and the kids have been fully accepted as family from day one. James's parents have provided them a fixer upper place to live and helped to work on it out their own pockets. They watch the kids nearly every day.
We asked Heather if she wanted help with the wedding repeatedly and were told "no." That's okay, the bride probably wants to plan with her own family. James's mom offered to help pay for the dress, and did have her feelings hurt when heather went shopping with her friends and family, bought a dress, and dropped of the receipt with MIL. James is the first of MIL's kids to get married, and she had really hoped to be included in the dress shopping.
MIL continued to ask if they wanted help with anything. The couple decided on just having some pizza for the wedding intending for her to order from somewhere like Pizza Hut or Dominos.
They rented a venue with several cabins often used by our family for weddings. The cabins are a bit rustic, the lodge is a beautiful wedding venue with great waterfront views. With every wedding we've attended here, we have stayed in the cabins.
Some of our family members offered to help with making homemade pizzas, pastas, breads, charcuterie boards, and salads- oh and the wedding cake. One of our family members also made homemade ice cream which was served at a stand while guests arrived as it was summer and HOT. Several of us were asked to help.
When we reached out about sleeping arrangements, we were told that the cabins would be occupied by the family of the bride and friends. We were a little put off by this, but fine, we could arrange to stay in hotels.
Eventually, Heather told them that they could plan the rehearsal breakfast and told MIL to cook for 25 people- making it clear that our family was not invited as we are much more than 25 people.
Fast forward to the wedding day, we arrive early just to see if any help is needed. IT CERTAINLY WAS. Tables were set up with some of the decor in place. Each of us immediately set out to cooking and decorating. the bridal party was getting ready in the back, and the bride, as expected, was very stressed, so we tried not to bother her. But as she had not shared her plans with us, it was difficult to ascertain whether we were putting things up as planned. Her family was supposed to have handled all the decorations, but MIL and her siblings stayed up until the wee hours the previous night to set up (as they saw it was not going to be finished in time). After conferring with the bride a few times, we realized that she had a general vision for what she wanted but was too stressed to micromanage the details any further. We were repeatedly told that her mother was coming with the key pieces of decor and that her mother would handle the arch. The day creeped on, and no mother of the bride. It was coming time for the bridal pictures, and eventually, some of our family members started making the arch and fine tuning the floral arrangements. We began adding more lights, vases, furniture, and flowers, and honestly, it was very beautiful. The bride's family arrived throughout the day going in and out, and the room became hotter and hotter. It was 104 degrees F outside, and the inside was about 85. With all the work we were doing, it may as well have been a sauna. We started asking people not go in and out and not hold the door open. The ice cream stand was located outside between two doors- one of which locked automatically.- The grandmother of the bride continued to hold the door open for several of her family members to get ice cream even when we asked her to close it. They could have come in the other door as she was aware. After we asked for the door to be closed 5 or 6 times, one of the family member yelled "Close the door now!" to which she replied, "I'm holding it open so they can get some ice cream!" and kept it open. (If she didn't want them to use the other door, she could have stood by the locked door and opened it when they were ready to come back in.)
All day, guests came in and out, some treating us like hired staff asking for refreshments. The bride's mother eventually arrived with only some of the items we were waiting on saying she couldn't find some of them. By the time she arrived, the bridal pictures were finished with no arch. The mother of the bride didn't even bother to carry in the decor, she just told others it was in her vehicle. She then proceeded to sit down next to the lady who had been holding the door to complain about how hot it was.
Despite all the rude family members, we managed to get the whole place in order and looking great. The arch was constructed and looked beautiful. The ceremony was beautiful, but miserable as it was held outside in the sweltering heat. When the ceremony was over, we hightailed to the back to grill handmade pizzas. Other family members of ours arrived and began helping as it was clear we needed the help standing over pizza ovens in the sun in 104 degree heat. We served the bride and groom who were starving after a long day of wedding prep.
The reception was lovely, and there were so many compliments on the food. We helped organize the cutting of the cake, and I took over taking photos when the photographer left before the important parts of the reception.
As the end of the reception ended, and we sent the bride and groom off to their cabin, we began cleaning up. Do you think anyone from the bride's side helped? you guessed it: NOOOOO.
We stayed until late in the night cleaning. Some of us had to leave and drive 300 miles home, so we were unable to help break everything down the next day, but it was our family who did most of the work. I just wonder what would have happened if we had not stepped in to set up and cook everything. Would the tables have just had a few flowers and vases on them and everything else still be left in cardboard boxes and plastic tubs when the wedding started? some people have told us that we shouldn't have helped, but that's just what we do for family. I just can't get over the laziness and entitlement of the other family. We also later learned that the groom's brother left early because he overheard the bride and her family trash talking the groom's siblings, one of which is autistic. It has definitely put a sour taste in my mouth for the bride. I will also add that we did not say anything to any of them about this. We would never stress a bride and groom on their big day, and afterward, what is the point other than to cause drama. The wedding was beautiful, and I am glad we were able to make it so for James, but it was the sweatiest, most miserable wedding work I've experienced thus far.

HOA was abolished for our duplex, new neighbor wants us to sign a contract. WA state.

My wife and I own one half of a duplex building and our renting neighbor is moving out due to their half being sold to a new owner. The new owner is getting a FHA loan requiring them to get an agreement signed that we will not start an HOA and breaking down how repairs on shared property / common areas will be handled. I dislike the current wording specifically because of some issues we have already repaired that may be an issue on their side, such as the crawl space. When we first moved in both sides let it run rampant with rodent / local cat activity causing it to need to be completely cleaned, repaired in some areas, and deodorized and reinforced to prevent further activity. The only thing separating the sides is a metal mesh down there so their side is still most likely in need of repair. The way this is worded it makes it seem as though if this area would be considered common we would have to agree to and then also pay 50/50 to fix their side. I'm just not sure how I would reword the current document to lay out more specific responsibility for each owner regarding their side even if it is a common area. Example: If their side of the roof has a huge leak, I could see us paying 50/50 to replace the entire roof if necessary but to repair just their side I don't see how that would be our responsibility.

All major maintenance must be approved and agreed upon by both unit owners prior to work being done. For work or repairs that cost $1,000 or more, two bids are needed prior to work

Miscellaneous:
Although the Master Deed / Declaration outline the requirement for collection of assessments, due to the small size of the project, unit owners have agreed not to collect dues, therefore, a budget is not drafted and adopted each year and as a result there are no financials prepared on a monthly or annual basis and the association will not maintain checking or savings (reserve) accounts as each owner pays 50% of all maintenance and repair costs.
