Hi,
As I'm (also) using my Arch system for music I recently switched to RT kernel. But it seem that this is not compatible with running VirtualBox ?
- I removed virtualbox-host-modules-arch and installed virtualbox-host-dkms - I can't see any error message during compilation - But it seems that the vbox* mods are not compiled ?

Ok, this happened to me in 2015 and I’ve always wondered if I had a case…
In 2015 I was a recovering heroin addict on suboxone. I got pregnant and let my doctor know what was going on so I could be put on a very low dose. The pregnancy was tough, with a lot of Braxton-Hicks contractions. I often would have to lay upside down on my couch (to take the pressure off my cervix) listening to soothing music and drinking tea.
Despite that, My son was born at around 32 weeks and he was 4lbs even. Very small and born breach, and when he came out he was not breathing. They had to suction his airways and someone had to give him his first breath with a ventilator. He was immediately sent to the NICU to be put inside one of those horrible incubator boxes, where you can only touch them through a rubber arm and glove.
Needless to say we were distraught. But after he was sent to the NICU I was visited by a woman from the DCYF (they investigate every child born on suboxone as a rule). I’ll call her Kim. When I met with this woman I got the worst feeling whenever I’d answer her questions or say something. Her overall disdain for me was palpable. In my mind I’m thinking to myself “this woman hates me!”. But I still tried to be cordial and cooperative.
Anyway, the day after she met with me, she met with my son’s father and his mother, and she told them that our son was withdrawing from drugs! My son’s father and his mother were horrified to say the least. Kim then asked his mother and he if they would be able to care for my baby because she did not anticipate that I’d be allowed to have my child. Of course they said yes. When the distressing meeting was over my boyfriend first called the hospital to check on his son, and he was then going to call me.
When he called the hospital he asked what was going on with his son. The nurse on the phone actually laughed! She said “we only give him caffeine in the mornings, he’s not withdrawing from anything as far as we know… I’ll check his chart but I have no idea what you’re talking about.”
My son’s father then called me and told me what had happened. I knew they would be drug testing me, the baby and my placenta, but I had only taken my prescription medications and a very low dose at that.
That’s when I realized she was so sure that I was going to fail for drugs that she was just telling everyone the results were back! I knew it couldn’t be possible, but as an ex-drug addict I was also doubting myself. Could I be wrong? Was I crazy? Could this really be happening?
After this I got a call from my ex, the father of my oldest son. He told me Kim had told him the same thing as she wanted to take my oldest son (who had never lived with anyone else) and move him in with his father. I knew that had to be a violation of my rights, because my ex had no right to know anything about the condition of my child who was not related to him, but again, I was unsure. And I was scared of this woman. Did she really have this kind of power? Had my drug test come back positive?
This was all happening on a Friday. I spent the weekend waiting anxiously to call the DCYF office and speak to Kim and hopefully someone in charge of her. Monday finally came and I got my mail early in the morning. Inside was a copy of my drug test. My CLEAN drug test…
I was elated! I immediately called Kim’s line, and suddenly it led me to another woman’s desk. A supervisor who greeted me kindly and asked me to identify myself. I was all too happy to tell her who I was and ask her how to speak to my case worker, Kim, whose card I was holding in my hand.
She replied that she was now handling my case. I hesitated and asked why? She said again that she would be the one handling my case from now on. I then asked her why Kim had told my bf and his mother that my son had been in withdrawal from drugs. Again, she avoided my question and told me they’d be closing my case. I just needed to sign some papers.
I was confused. But I could tell this woman was not going to discuss Kim, for whatever reason. I was happy to hear the case would be closed so I agreed to come in with my bf and his mother that day.
When we came in they had only a few papers. But the last one I started to read and it said something along the lines of “I (my name) agreed with Kim that I may have had drugs in my system resulting in my son experiencing opioid withdrawal” and so on…
I also noted how it was backdated to Friday. It was Monday. I refused to sign, as did my bf and his mom. When we refused I was told I needed to sign or they would “consider permanent placement” of my newborn. In a panic, we signed…
I later found out Kim was fired Monday morning. Because of my case? I don’t know.
The case was closed, I have my children, but was this legal? What happened? Does anyone have any idea as to why the DCYF worker was able to do this or if it happens often? I’m hoping to hear from people who have worked in the DCYF or family court. Thank you!!

Uncle Istvan is a 1/3 black creature whose name reminds of Warhammer 40.000 and whose ability is that it is immune to creature damage. Should be a good blocker, right? And he is immune to Terror because he os black.
It came to me in my beginnings at a time when I put all the cards in my decks, whether good or bad. And I was amazed by this one because it seemed like a legend (I hadn't seen any but they mentioned them in the instructions) and the text implied that he was a crazy old man who chased tourists with an axe. More or less, wow, but he was the kind of bat-shitting edgelord that a pimply teenager would love. Of course, three points of black mana and a colorless one were another matter: it costs a life to get it down. It took me a long time to summon him because I didn't get the card or I was low on mana but I was sure I would have a winning creature in the end.
Finally, I took it down one day with a triumphant shout. And they blew it up with a Lightning Bolt.

I'm making a react SPA and I'm using tanstack query to manage my server state on the front end, and a postgres db. I'm finding I'm needing a lot of queries for views that return common data which makes it messier to cache on the front slower (more joins) on the backend.
Eg, if my data model has documents: (project_id), notes: (user_id, project_id), projects: (company_id), companies and users. Say one view shows a user all notes they wrote (based on the notes.user_id) including the name of the project the note is in. In order to get the project name, we would need to join notes to projects:
Would it make sense to have a separate query to get a list of projects and their details and display the project name by looking up the project id from this list in the front end? That way if project details change we only invalidate one query, and we avoid all the joins the 'projects' table in the backend.
The example is obviously simplified and in my actual app I'm needing an extra 3 or 4 joins often to get common data for many views.

But... holy shit Manasvin really cared about Ananta. What if he knew that Leez had Ananta's soul and never planned to completely succeed anyway? He might not have known at the beginning, but he doesn't really seem very hopeful for success right before disappearing. Which seems suspect, given how much he loves Sagara and he knows Sagara wants this to succeed. The only person I can see commanding more of Manasvin's loyalty than Sagara is Ananta, or Ananta's soul himself.

- Yuta's alter ego/real identity is a universe destroying monster right? And supposedly this monster has existed for eons...
- Manasa gets rekt by primevals because she uses the power of time too much and turns into a universe destroying monster. She is then destroyed into pieces and Ananta gathers up what he can find to make into Manasvin + Sagara.
- Yuta and Leez meet S2. Yuta and Leez naturally like each other from the very beginning and since then have very strong bond.
- Leez's name is Ananta. She also curiously has 0 divine affinity as a pureblood and does not gain any divine affinity when other Kuberas are killed by non-suras.
- Leez also eventually becomes time leez and does not have any problems carrying the weight of Anantas name ergo, popular fan theory is she has Ananta's soul.

My request would be a very easy thing to do for anyone knowing the Chinese characters- In the video 13 songs for erhu are displayed. I play erhu but don't know Chinese (yet) and have been desperately trying to find out the name of the songs. Actually in would be perfect if they would be let in Chinese characters, no need for translating the names. As for the moment the order of the songs and its names are as follows:

I would really like to preface this post by saying that I do NOT like Hybe. I really have never liked Hybe as a company and that hasn't changed. I also do NOT like Min Heejin at all, ever since the whole thing with Cookie she's been on my radar. However, whenever something like this in the community happens I try to go into doing research as unbiased as possible! I would also like to say that I've liked New Jeans since their debut and I really think they're sweet and talented girls. It seems stupid to say all this but I think that a lot of people jump to call names like "Hybe d****rider" when it comes to my opinion on this topic.
Context:
Ok. Min Heejin's leaked chats. So yesterday there was a lot of arguing from both sides that it was edited by Hybe and that it was real, and personally, I was on the side that it was real, and I'll explain why. From what I gathered, it was brought forward by Hybe in court and it was dismissed due to lack of relevancy to the case. I think that this fact is what made so many people believe that it was falsified as it was dismissed, but I believe that if it was false then Hybe wouldn't just get the evidence dismissed but wouldn't they get in legal trouble? I also found it hard to believe that Hybe, a huge company going through a bunch of scandals and controversies at the moment, would go through the trouble to fake evidence (a crime) to present in a court of law. I really don't think that their legal team is stupid enough to allow them to go through with that. I don't know much if anything about Korea's legal system, but I can't imagine that such a thing would be allowed. I also read that Min Heejin didn't deny that claims in court but rather said it was an invasion of privacy and her team said it was taken out of context. Again, I was trying to look at this issue as unbiased as possible and based on the facts of the situation the claim that those messages were real started to make more sense to me.
The Facts:
Flash foward to this morning and Min Heejin releases a statement. I don't know how Reddit works so I'll try to attach images, but basically she said "Complex human affairs, human relationships are not explained by a few KakaoTalks that are simply cut and cut arbitrarily...My personality, my usual tone, my jokes or playful style, and the situation I was in and the situation and the object of the conversation don't have to be simply dismissed and evaluated...." she laters says, "New Jeans and I have been through a lot of things and various situations that you don't have to know about...." A lot of people read this and for them, it confirmed that these messages were real because she didn't deny them, rather started making excuses for herself. I noticed, however, that later in her statement she refers to them as "patched-up" or in another translation I saw, "edited". I don't speak Korean so I don't know the direct translation, but a lot of her defenders bring this up in her defense. However, in an official statement released by Hybe they state, "We have never woven any materials. The court told us that we have secured the relevant data through due process and submitted the original text. Nevertheless, CEO Min is lying to the media that it is "illegally obtained data" and "squeezed data". In Min Heejin's statement she also (once again) mentioned the New Jeans members, stating, "Immediately after being attacked with a patched-up KakaoTalk conversation, the members all sent me text messages of consolation. It wasn't just a text message of comfort, it was full of love. The text messages of comfort continued until the morning of the next day." So far, these are all the facts and gathered statements that I have found about this situation.
My Opinion:
I would like to reiterate that I do NOT in any way support Hybe or Min Heejin, I just want what's best for the girls. A lot of people are jumping to Min Heejin's defense once again, saying that "she said they were edited", or "of course Hybe would say that why would they say they lied" and I just want those people who think that to stop and think again about what they said. If that can be true for Hybe, why can't it be true for Min Heejin? If Hybe is capable of lying then why isn't she? I'm not saying that Hybe is an all innocent being and that they aren't capable of lying, but why can't the same energy be kept for both sides? I think that a lot of New Jeans fans have been confusing their support for New Jeans as support for Min Heejin, which is simply not the case and I'll address this later. I think that it's odd that fans are so quick to jump to her defense when all the evidence is pointing against her, especially when those messages said those disgusting things about the members, and if you haven't seen the messages I will attach an image of them. I understand not wanting to support Hybe because yes, they are not a great company in any way and are not innocent, but supporting Min Heejin is not supporting New Jeans. Supporting New Jeans is supporting New Jeans. When people say that Hybe is, once again, lying and that those messages are fake and edited, it makes me wonder (again) why they would go through the trouble and risk for something like this. To make Min Heejin look bad? It makes no sense if you think about it logically. Especially now since Hybe claimed in their statement that the court told them the evidence was obtained legally and the document was the original text. Again, this is with my personal feelings about Hybe and Min Heejin put aside and simply reviewing the facts and forming a logical conclusion. I honestly think that the mental gymanstics that some bunnies are doing is crazy and needs to be studied (in the worst way possible). Based on what I've seen so far, I have no reason to believe that Min Heejin is telling the truth when she says that these messages are fake.
Min Heejin does NOT care about New Jeans:
Now this is definitely based on my personal feelings about Min Heejin. I really believe that she doesn't care about New Jeans the way she says she does. A lot of fans believe that she loves New Jeans and that New Jeans loves her, and I do believe that some of it is true. I think that New Jeans really does love and trust her, but I don't think she feels the same way about them. Putting aside the leaked messages, it was Min Heejin who brought New Jeans into this mess. Any doubt in my mind about Min Heejin's true feelings toward New Jeans was immediately cleared when she mentioned them in her press conference and how they called her crying and showing their support for her. To me, this just proved that she was using them to gain sympathy from the public and bunnies, and it worked. A lot of people defend her by saying she was asked about them, but she could've simply said "this situation doesn't involve the members and I won't speak on them." This would've made them completely neutral in the situation. If she truly cared about them the way she claims she does, she would have been shielding them from harm, not using them as her shield. She does this again in her most recent statement when she reveals that even after seeing the messages, the members still sent her comforting and loving messages, and I think that this will really be bad for New Jeans because you have to remember that Min Heejin didn't just talk bad about New Jeans, but also about female employees in regards to s*xual harrassment complaints saying "d*e f*cking b*tch". By revealing New Jeans support after seeing the messages, she's revealing that they had no problem supporting her saying things like that and I think that this can really affect them. I really don't like Hybe and don't think that they're good for New Jeans, but I don't think that Min Heejin is ANY better.
Conclusion:
I'm sorry this was really long I just have a lot to say about this topic and I needed an outlet lol. I'm gonna keep up with everything and probably post more no matter what happens because I'm not trying to spread information only for one side, I'm trying to view evidence from both sides and form an opinion from that. That being said, if anyone has any other evidence for either side I would love to see it and discuss it. My in laws bought us a house when we got married. My husband and inlaws made decision that we would pay them no rent and we would just pay our house bills so my husband and I split the house bills. I didn't think we'd be in the same house still under only my inlaws name 11 years later but here I am. My husband has no interest in getting a house where it would be in our names. My husband over the years has had trouble with house projects such as starting never finishing, leaving things smeared when he fixes things, painting dropped onto other things and leaving it that way, he now instead of starting a project he just won't do it at all, I can't get him to do anything hardly. I do all the work inside, all the kid chores, laundry, cooking, taking trash out, cleaning, picking up after everyone, etc. He goes to work and will grocery shop as needed but he wants to take a nap daily as soon as he gets home.
When I try to address needs of house/stuff not getting done with inlaws they defend my husband/ignore me. Yet their house is so well kept up with and my mother in law flaunts her house around and takes over playdates and wants everything at her house which i think she does it because she knows the kids dont like our house.
Right now we have snakes that come in because high weeds but my inlaws don't think that is a big deal. They only want to talk to my husband about things that need to be done with yard and ignore me about it. I cant do everything inside plus out, I don't have the man tools and man knowledge about yards, I mean the way my husband has left it we have high large weeds that look like plants, no grass - all dirt/woodchips and the woodchips are now low because we havent gotten a refill in years, however no one except me seems interested in getting anything fixed up.
I dont like how my inlaws treat me like im crazy for wanting help or better situation w the yard, they ignore me and just let my husband do nothing while I'm stressed and have kids/dogs who need to be out in the yard. I cant even think of my own place until i finish my degree program in one year from now. What am I to do?

So obviously there is no way to know 100% but I had a fairly awkward encounter this weekend with a neighbor in my building in the garbage area and would appreciate any input.
I was putting away my garbage and recycling in the bins which are in a caged area in the back. I look towards the front of the cage as I’m finishing up and there is a woman grinning at me. Maybe 5 years younger than my mom, 60s. All in black, lots of makeup. I legit get startled. Anyways I open the door to leave the area. She’s standing there with two full bags to throw away and starts a conversation with me. “Isn’t it crazy how much garbage we accumulate? These are bags of food that will go bad bc I’m going on trip” I ask where and she says the destinations. I ask how long and she says for three weeks. I say have a good trip. I’m thinking convo over. There is an awkward pause and she says “my name is Sandy”. I say my name. She then asks what floor I’m on after saying she’s on floor 2. I tell her my suite #. “Oh I knew the people who used to live there” I told her those were my grandparents. I feel she got the suite # wrong lol.

So I'm brand new at Prometheus, and I'm looking to monitor our custom app.
The app API exposes stuff fairly well via GraphQL and simple http requests, and (as an example) this curl which runs on a schedule produces an integer result that tells us how many archives have been processed by the application total.

Give you what you want from me, because it does hurt me knowing that when you see my name and iMessage light up your phone screen, you most likely aggressively swipe the message away, angrily grunt, roll your eyes, sigh in frustration or maybe everything. And as much as it hurts me envisioning you doing this when once in another life you used to crave talking to me, beg talking to me and blow my phone up (in a cute way, not possessive) so you could talk to me because you missed me and I was taking too long or got distracted… now it’s so easy for you to go days, weeks, months without a word to me… but I can also imagine deep down it just hurt still in multiple ways for you to keep me the furthest away from you as possible and out of your life and reject my cries each and every time.

Sorry, this is long and will probably get buried. But I had to say my piece about this crap, specifically paragraphs 8-11 in the March 2024 WT, Study Article 11.

Their deliberate ignorance is bottomless. Any human who cares to learn about abuse and its effect on victims, including what to do and not to do to help them, can easily educate themselves on the basics in less than an hour. They have had so many opportunities to correct their course, and they have chosen to close their eyes and double down. Unfortunately for the women victims of domestic abuse, including emotional abuse, the Governing Body, speaking in the name of God, heaps additional abuse and gaslighting on their shoulders.
Let's break it down:
First, the subheading is titled, “Persevere When Your Spouse Disappoints You.”
They employ maximal manipulation right out of the gate, framing abuse not as actual damaging behavior actively inflicted by one spouse on another, but as merely the subjective perception of disappointment by the victim. They further conflate abuse with “difficulties" and imperfections common to all marriages. Notice this line:
“They may, in time, display traits that were not noticeable before the wedding.”
Allow me to decode what has happened here. Women have complained about mistreatment by their husbands and have been told the onus was on them to get to know their men before marrying them. This particular line in the article is in response to people trying to educate them about how narcissists behave early in the relationship. They hide their abusive traits and lovebomb, lovebomb, lovebomb. We see here that the GB have been made aware of this, but choose to close their ears and refuse to be educated, purposely using the victims’ explanations against them with dismissiveness.
Next, they offer a line that is music to the ears of an abuser:
“Instead of recognizing that each has a part in the problem and therefore should work to resolve it, they may blame their mate.”
This plays right into a narcissist’s hands. “Well, if you would do X, then I wouldn't have to yell at you!” In truth, the innocent spouse shares NO blame for the abusive behavior of their partner, but this misinformed bulls**t from the GB will ensure that the wife is kept more distressed, confused, and chasing ever-shifting goal posts. And they further afflict her by saying, with shaking heads and clucking tongues, that some “may even come to see separation or divorce as the solution. But is giving up on marriage the answer?" So they use shame and guilt to cut off her only route of escape.
Next, they dump the example of Abigail on the heads of these women. Nabal must have been severely abusive, and one shudders to think how terrifying it was for Abigail to have been stuck in that marriage. And in those patriarchal times, stuck she was. So how repulsive it is for the GB to claim that Abigail remained with that man out of respect for Jehovah's standard of marriage! They claim she could have “found an easy way out." How? By stepping aside and allowing David to murder Nabal and all of the other men in the household! But the reason she chose not to use this ‘easy way out,’ we are told, is because she viewed marriage “as a sacred arrangement.”
Rubbing salt in the wound, the GB also doesn't miss the opportunity to mention that Abigail "was also willing to apologize for a wrong that she did not commit,” adding, "Clearly Jehovah loved this brave, unselfish woman.” So, women, be ready to apologize and take the blame your abuser is actively throwing on you, because this will make Jehovah love you. Whereas, if you resist and try to hold your boundaries, not so much.
After showing this horrific example of Abigail and Nabal, the question for paragraph 11 makes sure to point out that “respecting the marriage arrangement even if their mate is difficult to live with (like Nabal)” is an expectation from Jehovah.
The GB tops off this bulls**t sandwich with one more fresh, stinking pile. They give the (probably made up or embellished) experience of Carmen, a sister who put up with her husband's verbal abuse for... wait for it... 50 years! As per always, they put the responsibility of managing the abuse on the wife. “‘As the years went by, I learned to be more discerning and to speak tactfully to my husband.’” Translation: Carmen had to learn to become small, suppress her voice, and walk on eggshells for 50 years so that her husband would hopefully hurt her less often.
The burden is always on the abused one in the JW org. They say that “you can trust that Jehovah will support you and help you to persevere.” It's never pointed out that Jehovah did nothing at all to help Abigail. He didn't kill Nabal to save her; he was only exacting punishment for Nabal's disrespect to Jehovah's king. Had there been no run-in with David, Abigail would have rotted there for the rest of her days. What they also don't say is that in this organization, Jehovah's “support" often looks like the abuser getting praise and privileges, while He is happy to let you continue suffering, expecting you to keep quiet and keep that pretty smile on your face. Things will continue to change dramatically; it’s a fact based on observations. Now, how much will we change in 25 years? At 2049. I have an interesting guess to share. I base my thought experiment on calculating the possible outcomes of the development of existing cultural and technical abilities of society. Consider three unrelated trends of today: 1. Rabbit R1 release. A gadget trying to predict the future “smartphone killer” tech. 2. Merging of inner monologue and a transmitted voice of media. 3. ADHD and lifetime mediational modifications. Speaking to your inner self and no one else is considered a higher value and a goal for everyone. Being free and independent is considered good. Letting other people be different and not violating their freedom is considered good. So where does this naturally bring us? Your own head borders. Only your inner self might be good, relaxing, and safe enough not to violate the objective world and other beings. So “Buddha within your own head” is the highest state of a personal enlightenment you can get. All future will tend toward it. Each of the three viewed trends can help us imagine what that future state of mind could feel like. Master, can I please get into your head? Not now, rabbit, not now. Wait a bit and order me a pizza. 1. Rebbit R1 “the future of human-machine interface.” As they call themselves, this company focuses on creating the next step gadget where the user connects to their AI helper mostly by voice. Rebbit R1 is AI in a box with a camera, microphone, and sound system that interacts with you and the digital world following your verbal requests. If their prediction is correct, soon we might fully rely on our daily routine life management to the AI just by speaking to it. It already looks much like the inner dialogue people usually have in their heads. It is a very natural feeling to be able to discuss anything just here and now. But what is different is the absolute objective world knowledge of AI's inner voice. The further logical thing to do will be merging that voice from a device into your head. If this idea with a 24/7 voice advisor works with R1 or any other similar out-of-the-body device, it will tend to transform into your head directly. Neuralink style. Or any other. So we can state with a high level of certainty that soon we will have an inner voice advisor in our heads. Not mandatory, but using it will plug you into modern life. Another disturbing side effect of shorts is that the stories in short videos always come with their clear and fast-exposed plot twists. So there is a constant feeling of “getting all the best at this moment” Dopamine trap. So a migration of a voice from a device into a head might happen almost unnoticed by some individuals. Hey, I can be bored, sad and laughing and running around all at once. 3. ADHD and lifetime medication modifications. Let’s trace only this group of disorders called ADHD progress over some time for example.
