Ill start by saying I don't have chronic constipation but my bowel movements starting about 2 months ago started to decrease, and I always feel like I have incomplete evacuation even when I do go and It causes a lot gas. Around February I wanted to get fit, so 5 days a week I lift and do cardio, id say since early March I began a proper amount of fruits and veg, I almost never ate any before just meat and carbs. I know dramatic changes in diet can have temporary effects but but its been about 2 months and it feels the same. The first day I tried magnesium I thought I found the cure but the next day it stopped working, I've been taking about 500 mg just from supplementing it and nothing changed, I am a larger guy, 6'2 210 about 13% bf. Also, I drink well over 120oz of water a day.
I was wondering if there was a supplement that can help this what I hope to temporary issue that I wont get a dependency on. I've heard psyllium husk, Cayan pepper, vitamin c, Citrucel. Just curious what you'd recommend for me.

Hi everyone,
Posted here already this cycle with half my school list, wanted to post again with my finalized list and see if people had any last minute feeback on it. Application below:
cGPA-3.84 and sGPA-3.79

1. MCAT score(s) and breakdown: Sep 2023 520 (131/129/129/131)
2. State of residence: PA
3. Ethnicity and/or race: Asian (Indian)
4. Undergraduate institution or category: Temple University
5. Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer):
   1. ~1000 hours as an ED scribe, honestly not much pt interaction but was a trainer for new scribes in the later part of my tenure
   2. Will have ~800 hours as a medical assistant at a smaller IM physician office. Daily and frequent pt interaction doing procedures and rooming pts. Medical assistant job is current full time and will continue doing it into my gap year
6. Research experience and productivity: 800 hr; one poster presentation with first place poster award (just at a symposium for the university tho, not a conference or anything); one pub that may or may not be ready by application time. Was the first undergrad in this particular lab so was responsible for training all the undergrads that came after.
7. Shadowing experience and specialties represented: No true shadowing experience but I've seen other people extrapolate scribing hours into shadowing since I see everything the physician does in the room, so will probably put about 50-100 hours ED shadowing
8. Non-clinical volunteering- 100 hours tutoring disadvantaged K-12 students in science and math + 50 hours working with young inner city children on early reading skills. Honestly most worried about this as people have told me this doesn't really count as volunteering since it is tutoring and not a more traditional activity like food bank etc. Both experiences did involve working with disadvantaged populations directly so please advise whether I need to try and find another opportunity before application szn
9. Relevant honors or awards- First place poster award in undergraduate category at school wide symposium; multiple dean's list; presidential full tuition scholarship
10. Potential red flag is my LORs: I will have strong LORs from my PI and a doctor I work with currently but my two professor LORs will likely be fairly generic as I didn't have a super close relationship with any profs in college

Hi!
I finally decided to learn how to make WeakAuras so I don't depend on others and I can make I just the way I want it.
The thing is: I'm stuck with a basic thing.
I have this progress bar that tracks the charge of a skill (in this example it's Renewing Mist), and it is working as expected with progress filling the bar from left to right.
But when the spell isn't cast, I want it to show just the rectangles filled to show that "hey, there's a cast available".
I think this should be something really simple but I have no clue on what to do lol
I did try adding a trigger PlayeUnit Info > Conditions > Always active, but without success.
Can I get any help with this?

I believe I have an idea as to where we’ll be going to in Kai no kiseki. I was kinda let down with Kuro II as we barely went to any new locations, the only new places we saw were Messeldam, Nemeth Island, and three districts within Edith. However, because of the lack of locations visited, I think I cracked the code as to why the game isn’t going to be called Kuro III. I predict that we’ll be visiting multiple countries and therefore it doesn’t make sense to call it Kuro III when we’re barely in Calvard. After looking at the map of Calvard, there are only four cities we’ve yet to visit in person (assuming all cities are disclosed on the map), they are Anchorville City, Baume City, Duon City, and Marte City. There is still the possibility we will visit these cities but the fact we didn’t visit them in either Kuro I or II has me doubting.
If we are barely going to be in Calvard, then where are we going to go? The answer to this can be deduced in the Calvard map we got from Kuro, but more importantly the updated map of Zemuria we got at the end of last year. We already know the way Van and co travel is by car so if we focus only on the roads we can actually figure out the new locations. If we follow this lead we end up with six possibilities. There are two paths North of Creil Village, one East of Longlai, one South-East of Longai, one South of Tharbad, and one South-Wast of Basel.
If we then use the updated map of Zemuria you’ll notice how all six of these roads lead to different countries. North-Western from Creil is Remiferia, North of Creil is Ored, East of Longai is blank, South-East of Longai is the Ishgal Range, South of Tharbad is Elsaim, and South-West of Basel is Liberl. If we continue to look at the same map, you’ll notice how half of these countries have a new location on the map compared to the 2019 version of the Zemurian map. In Remiferia there is Luzent, Lavence in Ored, the space military base in Ishgal Range, and Ludos in Elsaim. Again if you focus on just the main road (the yellow line) you see a direct path way to each city listed above.
Therefore, these four cities seem like guarantee locations we will be visiting in Kai. This is supported from the second batch of promotional images that were shared where we were shown the MTSC headquarters as well as Swin and C in a deserted area. There is a chance we may go to Elmo village as that’s the closest location if we follow the road from Calvard to Liberl. On one hand, we may be visiting Liberl as Kondo has hinted towards a Sky remake as well as for the fact that in the Taipei Game Show they highlighted Liberl within the presentation. But on the other hand, we’re very much moving away from West Zemuria so it seems odd to go back to Liberl.
Finally, that other promotional image of C I’m pretty sure is taken place in Edith. I’ve looked at every location between Kuro I and II and the closest match I found was the the building in the background looks very similar to some of the buildings in the Seiden district. Therefore, I propose that screenshot is either from the Chardin district or Raval District.
TL;DR new locations are Luzent in Remiferia, Lavence in Ored, the space military base in Ishgal Range, and Ludos in Elsaim. Not named Kuro III because it will act as a transition towards the countries Eastward.
