I love playing characters in games that have some kind of magical/mystical/mythical/spiritual companion or pet creature: be it a god, angel, spirit, demon, devil, fairy, elemental, ghost, zombie, mythical creature, monster etc. The companion or pet fights on the character's behalf, while the character either actively uses abilities that enhance the pet or companion, or they have passive abilities that make the pet or companion improve over time.
I wish Baldur's Gate 3 had something like this. The closest is the Beast Master Ranger subclass. At level three they get a permanent beast companion, doesn't require any resource other than an action to summon, can be resummoned once per short rest and will last until a long rest. As the Ranger levels up, the beast companion will get bonuses to their attack rolls, damage, armor class, and hit points, and will learn to dash, disengage, and help as bonus actions, and even gain an extra attack. They'll also change visually over time, gaining armor and such to make them look tougher.
This is exactly the kind of subclass I would want for a magic user, just swap out a mundane animal for god, angel, spirit, demon, devil, fairy, elemental, ghost, zombie, mythical creature, monster, or what have you.
The closest thing is the Necromancy School Wizard subclass. At level six they gain Animate Dead for free and are able to summon one extra undead when using it, and the summoned undead will have increased damage and Hit Points. But that's it, that's all that subclass gets in terms of improving their undead companions: you have to wait until level six to get such bonuses, and then that's the end of it. Undead also have the problem in that they need new corpses every time you take a long rest, which can be a problem if you want to summon a lot at a time but also want to long rest for cutscenes or replenishing hit points and spell slots.
I actually thought the Necromancy School subclass was better than it actually is, as I thought the bonuses applied to any undead that were under the control of the wizard, such as from the Second Marriage, Create Undead, Danse Macabre, Fungal Infestation, etc. But as I understand it, the bonuses are only exclusively to the Animate Dead spell and not other ones.
There are several other classes and subclasses who gain spells that raise undead minions but I don't think any of them have any specific features that enhance their undead minions.
As for other companion-related features, there's also the Warlock's Pact of the Chain Pact Boon at level three. That gives the Warlock an imp and a quasit familiar. Unfortunately they can't be summoned at the same time, and their abilities are pretty low, so they are not that useful in combat except for finishing off enemies that only have a few hit points left, getting a surprise attack in while invisible, standing near an enemy to let rogues use their Sneak Attacks, or controlling them as a "scout" to see what is ahead. The only improvement they get is receiving an extra attack at level five, but later in the game most of those attacks will miss anyway. While they have their uses, they are not really full-on battle companions, more like little helpers that at later levels can take one or two hits, or maybe kill something that had one or two hit points left.
Anyhow, I'd love to play a character that focused on either conjuration magic for summoning a special companion creature or necromancy magic for a raised undead companion creature, with level up abilities focused on improving said companion to being a continuously useful battle buddy. Again, the Beast Master Ranger subclass handles this great to me. I just wish there was a class or subclass that did the same thing except with a magical theme rather than a nature theme, and with some kind of unusual companion rather than a mundane animal.

I think Everybody Loves Raymond is close to the perfect sitcom. I've used it as the basis for how I tend to write families, especially when there's some kind of cultural conflict involved. But there are a couple things I've always wished they had done differently. If I could've changed one thing: I would've kept Robert single. I never like arcs where a character's resolution is 'oh they need to get married'. I always thought it would've been a better storyline if he learned how to be happy alone and with Robert. Because the way they wrote him, he's not even really happy being married. Maybe they could've done a storyline where he adopts a child or something. But I always thought a better ending would've been him being finally at peace with himself or somewhere close to it.

So if you could change ONE thing, what would it be?

I've taken multiple tests and want to know exactly what type I am. I'd like an extra opinion on what potential types I might have, as I'm not sure if what results I am getting are due to me wanting to be a certain type and a certain person, and if I am an unbiased enough source. I'm not even sure if my answers to the questionnaire are the most reliable, especially since I have a bad recollection of what I've thought of in the past or my behaviors, and I have a memory that is not ideal in certain areas. On tests, I've gotten INTP, ENTP, and I have a feeling INFP and ENFP might be strong contenders.
All I’m going to say about my age is that I am young and I’m a student. I am female. I don’t think I understand myself too much, but I’m trying. I’m not sure how accurately I can assess myself.
I have been diagnosed with ADHD.
That depends. I do it all the time and it really depends on how much I can do before getting bored. When I’m alone I can at least reflect on things, ideas, or whatever is going on in my head. I already spend most of my time alone because I have no social life and I find it hard to get to know people I click with, or people I can share my ideas with. Without other people, I can't discuss my ideas with other people and get their thoughts, which is something I like to have.
I’m going to admit that I’m not the best at observing my surroundings. I have a tendency to walk too close to the counter and hit the side of my body against it, or smack my foot on a chair leg. I walk strangely. I’ve noticed that. That might be an ADHD thing.
I’d like to say that I’m curious. But am I? I’m not sure. What things about me, things that I question, my general outlook on life, what qualities found within me would label me as someone who's curious? What I’m curious about can change, I tend to hop from one thing to another, which leaves me with a large amount of surface knowledge, but I can never get too deep into anything due to my mind already getting preoccupied by something else. I'd say I have more ideas than what I can execute. There are so many different paths I can take, so many different ways I can write this, or do that. My ideas are more conceptual. I'd think of a way to write a story or an imaginary situation. I'd go into more detail, but trying to pull up exactly what my ideas are is hard. It seems like I tend to forget my ideas a lot, or until something triggers them again.
I don’t know if I’d enjoy a leadership position or not. I dislike having to wrangle other people into doing their jobs during group projects, and I don’t like doing work I’m not interested in. I’d rather do things myself just because only I can at least measure up to my lofty expectations, or at least conjure a small fraction of them. I don’t take leadership positions often, so I’m not sure how I’d lead others. I’d rather question and criticize the leader’s decisions rather than contribute any meaningful ideas to the project.
I am not coordinated. I run into things all the time, the edge of my desk, my door frame, the door handle, the countertop, a chair, etc. I walk super funny. I don’t mind working with my hands. It’s nice sometimes. I like working with my hands in the sense that it keeps my hands occupied. I move and fidget a lot. I can't sit still. It doesn't feel write when I'm forced to not at least move one part of my body repetitively.
I don’t know if I’m artistic. I’ve created my own characters for a story, or at least the shreds of one, and I like to come up with imaginary scenarios. I like to create elements in settings. Oftentimes, I do need some inspiration, something I can take an idea and turn it into something else. I really enjoy music and stories. With music, there’s something about it that I love, how it can evoke something from me, oftentimes a moment of an imaginary story, if that makes sense. I enjoy stories because there is so much to get from it. It’s at least entertaining, and it’s interesting to see how someone, a character or a real individual ends in the way they do.
I have a bad memory, at least in certain aspects. The past is something I do wish I could remember better, at least to remember the fun and good things that happened, but there’s not much I can do about it. The future is something I fantasize about. I wonder what I’ll be, what I could be, and how unrealistic those paths and outcomes are. It’s a way to pass the time. There’s so much that could happen, so many ways my life could instantly change for the worse. There’s not much to say about the present. It constantly changes and it never stays for long in my memory. So I’ll just do whatever will keep me entertained for the moment. I have a sort of disconnect from my past self. When I think about myself, I have a hard time seeing any version of myself aside from my present self. It's hard to comprehend that I've changed, rather, I feel as if I've always been the way that I am.
That is heavily dependent on what exactly I am helping other people with. If it's anything involving heavy lifting, I'm not going to be too happy with it, just because I'm not going to be helpful. I help people due to
I’m not sure. I like to get what I expect out of my work. Reality is unrealistic. It might be futile to expect logic to happen. It might be nice in some areas.
I’d be better if I were more efficient and productive, but I’m not. I’ll either be doing no work or forty hours of work within two hours.
Do I? I might. I might be doing it subconsciously. I find others that I’m not too familiar with. I know what members of my family like me better. So I’ll use that to my advantage. I know that while I’m awkward and have a hard time talking to people like a normal person, I’m aware that some people find it appealing, especially if I’m genuine (or at least seem that way) or nice to them.
My hobbies constantly change because I tend to bounce between multiple hobbies. One day I’m looking at airplane crashes. Next, I’m looking at birds or disasters. I’ll watch a whole bunch of media analysis videos because I tend to miss so many details when consuming pieces of media. I do have this whole fantasy world with a large number of characters I've made up, just due to how it encourages me to research other topics and I find it fun to implement elements from other pieces of media into it. I also have an addiction to TvTropes because I find looking at patterns in pieces of media quite fun, and it's fun seeing how certain tropes are a thing.
Funnily enough, I could never figure out my learning style. That was because I tended to pick up on subjects very easily, so I never could tell what worked with me better. I prefer a learning environment where I can ask questions and get clarification, and as much as I dislike engaging and working with groups, I find it easier to process things if I can at least discuss those subjects with other people.
I’m not that good at strategizing. I’d rather wing it, just due to my inability to think of ideas and paths to get things done. I can't get my brain in order and any plans I make will get derailed soon afterwards.
I thought about it for a little bit and realized that I don't have much of an idea about what I find important. I think I seek validation from people, as much as I don't admit it. I think I care about people's opinions more than I'd like to. But individual things that are important to me? I'm not sure. I've been trying to make some things important to me.
I fear rejection. I'm horribly sensitive to it and I'm not sure why. I can't name what I hate, but there are a lot of things that I'm frustrated with. I have some existential fears. I'm scared of what people could do to me. I fear what people think of me. I'm sure it's because people see me as strange. I'm alone, but I don't mind too much. But I still have that part of myself that has those fears.
I'm enjoying new things, and new experiences.
I'm stuck in an endless loop of days that seem to blend, doing the same mind-numbing tasks over and over. Then I start to wonder if this is all life has to offer me. Or I'm going through that downward spiral and I wonder if I can truly be valued, loved, or have any worth. I feel unlovable when stressed.
I am not attached to reality at all. I daydream a lot. When I daydream, my surroundings fade away. I’ve noticed that this happens when I’m focused on one task. I’ll often walk around, thinking about various subjects. I have walked past people I know well without noticing them despite knowing them well, just because I'm so deep in thought that I no longer notice things that are practically in front of me.
I’m not sure how I’ll react, but I have a few theories. I’ll just think about multiple things, like philosophical concepts, the latest form of media I’ve consumed, and random things. I’ll be thinking about all of my characters and potential plot points for a story. I’ll pace around while doing so because I’ll think better when my legs are moving and I’m walking around in circles. Eventually, I’ll get bored. Then I’ll contemplate a large number of things like when I’ll get to do something else because I need something to trigger the thought process. I might just sleep. Who knows. I might go down a dark spiral of self-pity, or maybe I’ll be confused about how I got into that room in the first place.
I wait as long as I possibly can because I’ll probably have no idea what I’m doing. I’ll make a decision and question it. I’d like to say I’d try and consider if it’s a good decision, but I’m going to need a little more context about what decision I’m making before I’ll know what my approach on making important decisions is.
I have a hard time regulating my emotions. So oftentimes, I’ll be wondering why I’m feeling that way, why I’m reacting a certain way. I tend to start overanalyzing my emotions and overthink things. A lot of the time, I can’t figure it out. I find my emotions to be rather annoying, I can be overly sensitive and easily overwhelmed by emotions. I’m pretty sure that’s partially because of my ADHD, after doing some research. I find my emotions strange because I often react emotionally in strange ways.
I don't remember doing this. There are other ways to keep a conversation going and it depends on if I really want to be talking with this person for any longer.
I wouldn’t consider myself that much of a rulebreaker. I’ll pirate stuff. I’ll ignore stuff that other people say. I think authority should be challenged, especially since I’ve reasoned that oftentimes, authority does not know better. I’m too lazy to be outright defiant. If a rule’s stupid, I might ignore it.

There is an old farming game I just can't quite remember. Hopefully, someone knows it.
it was a sort of tower-defense style game using plants and garden equipment/garden items (2 notable examples were a garden gnome shooter and flytrap)
the main characters iirc were a married couple with the wife in charge of the Plants aspect and the Husband building all the gadgets
It worked on a level-by-level basis... i think.
I also played this on my mom's old laptop which she had Wildtangent and BigFishGames on it so it may have been on those somewhere?

Brave fighters who have forsaken their last names, and would dare to fight back against the incomprehensible terrors of the night. Join their ranks and fight against the dying of the light.
Taking place in an original setting, we will be using snippits of the new "Steinhardt's Guide to the Eldritch Hunt" for much of the game's content, including new races, new subclasses, new spells, transforming "trick" weapons, and much more!
Besides Steinhardt's, we will be using The Player's Handbook, Tasha's, and Xanathar's for our source books.
This game will be very dark and grim in tone. Expect a difficult and unforgiving nightmare based on the works of HP Lovecraft and Bloodborne, where maddness lurks around every corner and character death is a very real possiblity! Because of this, I cannot recomend this campaign for newer players. Due to the maturity of some of the themes in the campaign, I am only taking players 21 and older.
We will be using roll20 for maps and character creation and discord for voice. A camera is not required, but a mic is.
The only playable races are in this document! Do not come to me asking to play anything else!
We will be playing every OTHER Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. MST for approximately three to four hours per session.

Looking for best options on Log management. I am always logging my character because I use the EQtool pigparse and like having info available. My files are starting to get large but I'm afraid to delete them from my Logs folder as I don't know the consequences.
Just today I started noticing a lag/stutter starting up pretty consistently and am thinking it may be the size of the log files. So how do you all handle yours log files? Can I just delete them and the game will start a new one? Do I go into the file, erase everything and save? Looking for best practices.

I just beat my technical first run of Three Houses last night. I say technical, because my real first run was many years ago and I stopped playing very shortly in. I believe the last mission I did was the bandit one in Zanado where you first get Divine Pulse.
So what made me come back years later to try again? Nemesis. I had recently found Man on the Internet's lyrical cover of God Shattering Star. A comment on that video described Nemesis' story using vague terms like "god" or "Jesus" as stand ins for the characters.
Their telling of events was that Nemesis killed god while they were in a coma, drank their blood, and made a sword from their bones. The song itself has lyrics such as "The killer of god, the slayer of god, the butcher of god". When I was listening to the song and reading that one comment, I thought "Man this guy sounds kinda sick, maybe I'll try the game again".
And so I did, playing the Golden Deer just like my first playthrough I abandoned. Now, count me surprised when I get to the final battle and Rhea says that Nemesis snuck in and took Sothis' REMAINS. Took her Remains? That's all he did? Where was the whole killer of god thing? I thought surely it would be revealed slightly later, maybe Nemesis would say it when the fight started or something. One battle later and a re-dead Nemesis and still nothing.
Was I just gaslit into believing that this guy killed Sothis? Either I'm missing some info here, or the internet got fooled into thinking Nemesis killed god. I asked my friend who's a big FE fan. He was surprised to hear this. I went back to the song and looked at the comments. Hundreds saying that he killed god and not a single one saying otherwise. I feel like I'm the crazy one. Is there some extra info in another route, or is he actually just a hyped up fraud?

2024.05.20 04:38 Zachary__Braun Low Battle Rank = Low Difficulty?

After several playthroughs of the game in which I never carried over my Battle Rank, I noticed that the game structured its damage given and damage received in much the same way as Scarlet Grace: it doesn't matter how high your character's attributes or HP are. Enemies always seem to deal the same percentage of damage, and your characters always seem to deal the same percentage of damage per technique.
This is changed only by the kind of gear that the characters wear. When I got that special 1-handed gun from Siugnas's story, it almost killed weak enemies with a single blow, taking away about 95% of their HP. This happened near the beginning of that game's progression, so I was able to see how a powerful piece of equipment was able to bend the rule of Battle Rank strongly in the player's favor when the Battle Rank was still low. (Later on in the Battle Rank, near the end of that game, a shot from this gun would only take away about 30-40% of the enemy's HP.)
If the Battle Rank ekes too high, the game will expect the player to have very powerful equipment to compensate. Such powerful equipment might not even be available until multiple playthroughs, after equipment starts to build up in the player's inventory, and high trading ranks and high Mr. S trial ranks are achieved, which gives access to rare and special materials.
Therefore, maintaining a low Battle Rank while also holding onto high-level gear seems to be the way to keep the difficulty low.
Of course, if you skip too many fights, your characters might not have the technique toolbox to manipulate the timeline and the enemies as well. It's a delicate balance.
As an example, doing a Bonnie & Formina game, I went through the game with an average number of fights. I never fought Normal or Hard battles over and over. I did take the opportunity to fight 2 Hard battles on different occasions when I visited the combat simulator in Capitol City.
Arriving at the final boss with Bonnie, Formina, and the three cats, I had about 230 HP average across all characters. The Terracotta Warriors did about 23 damage per tackle. I don't think any attack, even from the boss, did over 70 damage.
Phase two, I couldn't get into position well/get a groove going (using the Wild Gemini formation, you need to make combos to gain extra BP, and I was too busy interrupting the masks to build up a good reserve).
Battle Rank might fall if you die a lot: After a few reattempts, the masks were suddenly doing insanely low damage (like, 9 damage) with their Blaster. A Spreadfire chain attack did 0, 3, 4, 7, 9 damage to different characters. Still Blade from the boss did 99 damage. Still had to rely on a showstopper for victory, though. Not looking forward to playthrough 2 on any same character, where the henchman immortality kicks in...

ACT 2:
This chunk of the movie is a bit tough for me to completely crack. However, I have a solid idea of how it would play out. Basically, till the interval point, we would see the gang's dunki journey intercut with the modern-day scenes. When the gang is about to set out on the journey, they are part of a large group of a dozen people. Here we get a moment where some people collect the Indian soil in small containers. This confuses the gang, because they personally don't really have any positive feelings towards their country. The journey starts. In the actual movie, this whole portion is covered in just 20 minutes. In this version, atleast 40 minutes would be devoted to this portion.
When we cut to the modern day portions, we learn that the prime minister of the UK is on a visit to India alongwith some delegates. Hardy has been persistently trying to meet the PM, but due to security concerns, he is denied repeatedly. Eventually, a large group of people start protesting with Hardy to meet the PM. They use taglines to protest that as of now, the audience doesn't understand (this will get fleshed out in the second half).
The dunki portions will initially be on the humorous side, with the gang and the rest of the group escaping dangerous situations that are presented in a funny way. However, things get dark quickly. A lot of the members die due to exhaustion, thirst or starvation. They also encounter a group of donkers who capture them. Here, more members of the group die but our core gang manages to escape. Throughout all this, the dynamics will be fleshed out, especially Hardy and Manu's love story. Lutt Putt Gaya can be inserted into the eariler parts of the dunki portions. Sukhi understands that Hardy loves Manu, and the two men have a conversation. Here, we can establish that Sukhi gives Hardy the idea of proposing to Manu at the Big Ben (establishing Hardy and Sukhi as best buds). We get the same sequence with the border patrol, but this is where Sukhi's death happens. The film takes a more emotional note. Hardy, Manu and Baggu eventually complete the jouney, and reach London.
INTERVAL
(Disclaimer: Things get a bit messy here. This is where a strong screenplay would be needed, so imagine that only Hirani and Joshi wrote the screenplay, and Kanika Dhillon was not a part of the process. Also, in act 1 in the Laltu portions, through satire, we would establish how stupid the conditions to get visas are (I forgot to include this in the prev. post))
The gang goes to Big Ben, there they meet Balli like the actual film. Here, we see in detail the hardships the gang faces, ranging from unemployment to racism. This would need the Hirani magic, so we can establish the character arcs. This is where Hardy starts understanding the value of his own country and starts longing for home (insert an emotional song sequence). The rest still want to stay in the UK, however. Eventually, we get the whole church sequence, just with better screenwriting and pacing. Things go the same and the gang ends up in court. Here, when Hardy has a convo with the judge, he doesn't say that visas are stupid, he says that the terms and conditons for visas are stupid. Just like the film, Hardy refuses to take asylum, and we also see him explaining to Manu that his whole life he has been abusing his country, even to justify his own flaws, he is tired now.
We then see a sequence of Hardy reunitng with his motherland after a full two years(one year in dunki, one year in UK), intercut with Manu suffering in London. A nice 10-15 minute sequence is needed to establish Manu suffering in London and realising the importance of her home alongwith the mutual longing between her and Hardy. This would make their reunion at the airport much more emotional
Cut to 15 years later, Hardy is gearing up for a race, when Manu calls. Things play out like the actual film, where Hardy goes to Dubai and gets the gang back to India. That whole reverse-dunki sequence was great on paper, it just needed better screenwriting and pacing to make it more thrilling and humorous. We get the Nikle The Kabhi Hum Ghar Se song here, with the gang reuniting with their motherland.
We cut to the interrogation chamber, where Priya asks Hardy how did he get into this mess again. He starts explaining, and we go into flashback again.
5 years after he brought Manu back home, Hardy and the gang now run an old-age home for people whose children have gone to foreign and are now alone. Here, a lot of the people have children who went the dunki way, and are desperate to come back. but cannot due to several foreign countries passing severe laws like extended prison times before deportation. The leading country in all of this is the UK.
Hardy wants to help, but is also reluctant to get into this mess again. He goes for a race to another city with Geetu, and during the race, collapses, experiencing severe chest pain. After some checkups, Hardy and Geetu learn that it is a heart tumor, and Hardy only has 6 months left. The rest of the gang are purposely kept oblivious to this entire incident. Hardy sees this as a message from god, that he must fight for the illegal immigrants before dying.
Hardy and the gang set out on their journey, carrying out protests. When the UK's PM comes to India, they get desperate to meet him, carrying out rallies for the same. When the UK PMO digs up some old files and learns that Hardy was supposedly ousted from the UK as he was an illegal immigrant, they strictly deny him a meeting with the PM, fearing security risks. Eventually, the protests keep growing, with hundreds of people joining and Hardy even challenging the PM and his delegates to a live TV debate. They demand the UK to abolish its new severe laws. Throughout the protests, Hardy's situations keeps worsening and it becomes tougher for him to hide his condition from Manu. Geetu also wants Hardy to stop all of this, but Hardy isn't ready. After this latest protest, he was finally arrested.
There is a solemn silence in the room. Priya receives a call, and she tells Hardy that not only has he been bailed, but the PM has also agreed for the debate.

Skylore has long had its own twist on a distinctive character progression system based on equipment rarity and level. But as we journey forward, we're excited to announce great changes coming to Arinar that will bring new challenges to its heroes! Let's take a closer look at the changes coming in Update 1.29

Experience-Based Leveling

Shifting away from the previous Mastery-based character leveling system, you'll now need to earn Experience points to level up. You'll earn Experience for many activities, including:
  • Completing quests
  • Killing monsters in the open world
  • Fulfilling gorgor Contracts
  • Killing monsters in PvPvE areas
  • Killing bosses in Raids and Guild Hunts
The amount of Experience you gain will vary based on your character's level, the type of activity, and the level of monsters, quests, or locations. You'll also earn additional Experience in PvPvE areas when you fly the flag of aggression.

Level Cap Increase

To give every hero a chance to try out this new system, we're raising the maximum character level up to 35 in this update! Additionally, this level increase will unveil a new talent page with fresh abilities, which we'll detail in the upcoming 1.29 changelog.
Even after reaching the new level cap, earning Experience will still remain valuable — any extra Experience you earn will unlock unique rewards!

New Vigor Sources

Remember how winning in the Arena, Battlefields, and Dungeons refills some of your Vigor? In Update 1.29, heroes of Arinar will find even more ways to restore their Vigor — it will automatically fully replenish three times a day and with every level-up. This will come in handy, as you won't be able to gain Experience while under Fatigue…

Equipment Progression Changes

With the upcoming update, equipment level requirements will be determined by more than just the set it's part of. Item level, quality, and hardening will all come into play. This new system aims to balance character progression and create fairer combat scenarios.
To ensure a smooth transition to the new system, we won't forget about the gear you already have. You'll still be able to use your current gear regardless of your character or item level. However, you won't be able to upgrade it unless your level meets or exceeds the new item level requirement.

It was a 5 minute short film created to show Marvel investors to get them excited because the first Spidey movie was in development and on schedule to finally be released by Sony in a few short years. There's a handful of snapshots from the short and it looks neat, the vibe of it simply looks top notch. They use the same suit for many public appearances at the time and at the Universal theme parks.
I used to browse a lot of Spidey fan sites in the early 2000s looking for any info on the movie or comics as a kid but I missed seeing anything about this before, thankfully a few places had some stuff about this thing archived otherwise I never would have heard of it. I'm super into obscure stuff with the character, I created the pages for the Spider-Man versus Kraven the Hunter page a few years back as well as for Spider-Man: The Venom Factor. Unfortunately it's all stuff that doesn't seem to have any leads out there.
For this, I found the person who apparently owned Big Chair Productions was named Rob Michael Cohn but it doesn't seem like there's any good contact for him out there.

Req B1: The Java walkthrough guides help provide you further insight on what you should be doing. Now I'll give a few more details about it. It's important that the html file is edited and it uses the array method or list to display your welcome messages on the main screen. It's best to build a rest controller on the backend, so that you can link it to the frontend for Angular on the app.component.ts file. You can create a second file that implements runnable and this is used to retrieve the two different locale messages from the resource bundle. And then you can use this class on your controller file which can then be used for the Angular front end. Just be sure to start the threads on the SampleCodeApplication if you go down this route. You can look at the Java guide for more details about this part. I believe that this is the hardest part of the entire project.
Req B2: You can use the documentation cited in the Java guide for B2 if you want to learn more about how to do this. You just need to edit the App.component.ts file and the html file. Add in two more prices one being CAD and the other being EUR. They can remain the same and there's no need for currency conversion here as they don't require it, but it's important to simply add these two variables to the room class. And then create a simple forEach loop through these two variables you added for the room class. You then add these beneath the price object that is on the html page and you can follow it exactly how it's done with the first price. Just use windows + . to get the emoji keyboard if you use windows and there's a symbols tab at the top and there's a currency category below. This part is the easiest one for writing code here.
Req B3: You can follow the same route as you did in B1 by creating a rest controller. You need to create three timezones and all three of them are displayed on the page. So the page should show ET, MT, and UTC. You just need the hours and the minutes for the time format. I recommend you to use the resources provided by the Java guide. This should help you out with what you need help with.
Req C1: Right click on the root folder and create a docker file. Click on the target folder and you should see a JAR file in there. You want to copy the file path and just paste it into the docker file's file path. Then just keep target/JAR file because that's all you need. For the entry points, just copy it from the link in this article exactly the same way. Note: there shouldn't be a maintainer because there's no reason to have one for this project.
Req C2: You need to open up the docker desktop app and make sure that the setting "expose daemon" is enabled on the docker desktop app. The okay button is on the top right corner in case you didn't see it. Then you use the command "docker build -t [d387_student id] ." Just remember that this is done on IntelliJ using the terminal which is at the bottom left corner of your screen. It should successfully build it and you can verify this by using "docker images" in the terminal. Then use the command "docker run -p 8080:8080 [name of file]" to run it. It should work fine as long as "expose daemon" is enabled.
Req C3: You can use the Java guide and follow it exactly. You're simply describing how you would deploy your current application to the cloud using AWS or Azure. But Azure is more simplistic and easier to explain if that's what you're looking for.
D: You just need to print pdf the Gitlab branch history, a file for the screenshots and a file for C3 which can be done on Word, and then the Gitlab repository link.
That's all you need for this course right here. I think it's less work than D288 and even D287 once you understand what you must do. However, it takes time to learn new concepts like multithreading. I've completed this course much faster than the previous two courses. You could get this course done in a matter of days if you focus and learn what's needed. You can use ChatGPT to help you understand Angular and Spring Boot concepts as well. It can help you understand the code that you're reading.

Hey there! I’m 23 M, been role playing for about 6 year and I see myself being semi-literate. I’m not highly advance but I believe I’m able to be decent for most. What I have in mind I’ve been thinking for about a month and I want to give this idea a go. I’m seeking anyone 18 and up who might be interested in partaking this play and maybe share/ work on some ideas. I’m seeking a fun adventurous play with romance and a crazy plot.
Imagine being in the early 60’s to late 50’s with the idea of having a slight sci-fi and steampunk added to it. Advance tech that is very uncommon to see, being found and used by criminals. Luckily some people of good have some to encounter, but never enough. The master mind thieves and criminals are always a step ahead. The area and architecture of the world being inspired around old London
Examples of the steampunk idea, not so long ago a gentleman invented the exoskeleton. A light frame of gears and pistons connected from the back of your limbs. Its purpose was to help construction with heavy materials and machinery, big companies invested and got their hands on some. Months later news had reported them being used to steal. Reworking the design for shooting hooked zip lines for them to sneak from above. The only downside is mobility and flexibility, but some crazy nutjob had found workarounds. Vehicles has some sort of advancements, people of high class have modified engines to go fast.
I enjoy and prefer an anthropomorphic universe. I was thinking it would be your common domestic cats and dogs. A lovely balance thriving on this small world. I’ll be playing the detective of course, I wanted him to be this brown fur similar structure of a golden retriever. His personality being this courageous, determined dog with a tasteful hint of charm and passion. But that will later, you will be the one to bring him back to his good ol’ self. I’m interested in a cat dog dynamic.
I want you to build your character, but with some things added to it. You being Rudolfo’s assistant (the detective), he needs a right hand man with an understanding of medical, and most importantly one hell of a shot. Skilled with mostly any weapon is given to you. Rodolfo being good with his department, I want you to be amazing with many skills, surprise him! Over the time you’ll discover more of his life and grow a bond that becomes beautiful.
