Amataure car racing

I've grown up across the pond from Seattle, and while I love to visit and use to work jobs over there, I suddenly find myself in uncharted waters.
I'm looking for some good spots to do car shoots in the city. I've got some spots in mind, but I haven't done car shoots in Seattle before, and therefore I find myself needing some recommendations for places to get good pictures with cars. Extra brownie points if you can help with places to avoid either due to property restrictions, general Karen-ness, or security who get a wild hair at this sort of thing.
To be clear, these are for static shots, no no hoonin, engine revving, or racing of any kind will be taking place. TIA!

The title sums it up. I'm quite confident I'll like sim racing, and I know of car games I enjoy, as well as having some friends who sim race, so I don't really want to get just enough to dip my toes in. However, I'm not made of money either, and this purchase is being monitored by my parents and it would be a Herculean task to convince them to let me go above $500, maybe $600. So, with that in mind, what are my best options?
For games to play, I was thinking probably both assetto corsa games, the F1 games, beamNG, Forza Horizon, and possibly looking into iRacing, but I don't know if I'll be able to keep up with a subscription and I'm not a fan of having to both pay the subscription, as well as buy the content.

So after doing the goliath race for about 10 hours, my cr isnt showing up. I only got 125 thousand xp, and only a couple wheelspins. Why? My gander is that when I clicked out of the game, and went back through quick resume, it "kicked" me out of the game but I was still able to complete it. I was just doing the race to get more cr cause I'm low, and so that I can collect more of the cars that are hard to get. 10 hours, right down the drain.

I live around the corner from the Cook Out fast food place on Haynes Bridge Rd. Every Tuesday night there is a huge crowd that gathers in their parking lot (which is shared with Grouchy's Deli) and it looks like they have a bunch of pimped out cars and they are drag racing or something. We hear really loud revving and squealing tires/burnouts every time until around midnight. I'm guessing it's some sort of car club or something since it's always on a Tuesday night around the same time. It's actually happening right now on a Sunday night also so maybe they are having it on multiple nights. Does anyone know what the story is with this drag racing club thing? It's been going on for a couple of years now and I still have no idea if they are actually drag racing in the parking lot or just revving their engines and squealing tires while sitting there. Hi, I'm looking for car-based games that have a variety of cars you'd commonly find in real life. Sports cars and supercars are neat, but I just like pretending to drive around like I'm part of traffic a lot of the time. Preferably for PC or Xbox 360-Series X. I'm okay with emulating for other consoles as well. Mods are also okay.
Some examples I'm aware of: Forza Series - There's a good bit of everyday cars in this, but there isn't enough traffic. I still quite enjoy driving in those games regardless. BeamNG.Drive - Perhaps the biggest example of this, but my computer isn't powerful enough for more than maybe three cars at a time unfortunately. Driver: San Francisco - A very fun arcade racing game, and tons of regular cars. My only issue with this game is that the traffic models do not rotate unless you restart the game. GTA and Watch Dogs - Grouping these together since they're fairly similar. I've played these to death though.
I'd like further examples of these types of games, if possible.

A couple of weeks back Donald Trump attended The Miami Grand Prix and was seen interacting with race winner Lando Norris. Folks on Twitter and r slash formula 1 quickly expressed their disappointment with him, claiming it showed his "true colours." The comments here are a hoot!
Lando Norris lives in tax exile in Monaco. His daddy has an estimated net worth of £205 million, which he used to partially fund his son's junior career in single-seat racing. Norris races for McLaren, who, like all F1 teams, court a wide array of sponsors: big tobacco (despite tobacco advertising being formally banned from the sport in 2006), big oil, crypto... the usual suspects. I guess it just strikes me as absurd that fans would even care about this interaction. They know enough about F1 and Norris' background to realise that him and Trump are essentially cut from the same cloth.
Since F1 was purchased by Liberty Media several years back, it's attracted a slew of mostly progressive, mostly American fans. The kind who will praise Lewis Hamilton's tepid support of LGBT rights (never mind the massive Petronas logo on his car) and have Palestinian flags in their bio but will live tweet their excitement ahead of the street race in Baku. I guess I just don't get how they can endure the contradictions? I'm a casual viewer but fail to understand how it can be appreciated without at least accepting the sleaze at the heart of it all. The drivers aren't hot enough either imo.

I’ve dealt with minor anxiety throughout my life but always considered myself lucky, as it has not affected my path in any way. Some mental health issues tend to run in my family such as acute anxiety and depression, so like I said, always considered myself lucky to go through 23 years pretty much alright.
I’ve had two episodes recently that lead me to believe I’ve possible had panic attacks and I’m just a little curious about the symptoms.
Both happened while in the car (I wasn’t driving) and both happened while I was pretty exhausted.
It begins with feeling for a moment like I can’t swallow. (Nothing physically obstructing me, it’s like when your brain tries to stop you from swallowing a pill). Both times I started worrying about this and felt my lips get numb. The first time it ended there and I was able to kick myself out of it fairly fast. This last time, my heart started racing and my hands started tingling. I was on my way to supper and tried to just focus and respond to what the driver was saying. Once I got to the restaurant I felt better after drinking water and having some food. But then I started worrying about it happening again and with food in my mouth, maybe I’d choke if I became unable to swallow. Again, I tried to force myself not to think about it and eventually came out of it. The worst of it lasted probably 4 minutes and then for another 25 ish minutes felt like I was coming down from it.

I’m trying to find a relatively old episode where Jeremy was reviewing a (an estate?) car. The main part I remember was that they were told explicitly that it would beat any sports car in a drag race… and it very firmly didn’t
Another feature of the episode might have been that he started reviewing a saloon and then moved on to the estate version of the same car(which then lost the race)

Ive thought about this for a really long time and i want to confront her but i don’t know how or if i should. Every since I’ve known her she tells everyone shes Japanese and i think that she may be lying.
When we first started hanging around a lot i got curious and asked “what is your race“ she told me she was full Japanese. also she told me she was born in japan and moved to America when she was 5. I said “ohhh i thought you were hispanic.” I also thought “oh maybe she is hispanic but is Asian passing ??” Then later she tells me something different and said she was just born in Chicago. She also says she has a Japanese name “Aiko Takahashi“
in school we always called her by her Japanese name, but when they would call her name through the school intercoms, they called her by “Camila García” (fake name but it’s pretty close to her real name) one day she actually skipped picture day so she wouldn’t have her real name in the year book. One day yearsss later she told me that she is Half Filipino, which if thats true that could explain her real name.
i also asked her once “why do you have two different names?” She said “my stepmom didn’t like my Japanese name and forced me to change it legally because she couldn’t pronounce my real name”
Every since I’ve known her she has aways dated Asain guys, and always had Japanese cars (specifically mitsubishis) She would also lie about her car when i could literally see it. she would say “i have a 2020 Mitsubishi” when you could clearly look at it and it would be a 2010. She also introduced me to Kpop, we both use to love it together, but now i feel like the purposely mispronounces / misspells group names for some reason, maybe to make it seem like she knows nothing about it? Idkk. she also use to drink alot and had a huge obsession with being skinny. She was probably 90 pound’s soaking wet.
Ive known my her since middle school and Ive never met her family or anything. I didn’t even know she had siblings until her ex told me about them he also sent me video proof of her with her father and siblings at the mall. We have both seen her ID and it also has the same name of Camila Garcia. He even told me thats he’s met her family that they all looked Hispanic and that they all spoke Spanish. But i have never met her family so i would never know.
We are all in our 20s now and we live in different states but she would always travel just to hangout and see me. and for a little bit i disappeared on her (only for about a month) because i was kinda hurt knowing that she could be lying and not being truthful, because if we are really best friends she wouldn’t hide anything from me. We literally talk to each other about everything. and I’ve always wanted that best friend relationship where we met each others family’s and we could all be close.
She wants to move to my state and to roommate with me, I really want confront her but, i don’t want to confront her and hurt her. Im wondering if this coping thing. What if i ask her and it brings back some trauma and she disappears?

I’ve been going to a lot of protests since October and some with threatening police presence.Every time I’ve went, let’s call him Mehmet, was always there. Over the past several months we’ve been through a lot. Our buddies getting arrested, people giving us death and rape threats, and running from violent cops. I guess when your lives are being threatened and staying close with the people you trust, you might develop some feelings towards some comrades.
Anyway he is such a nice person. Every time you are around him, you just know he cares about you.For example, I don’t like driving cars/ just use public transit and whenever I come to the function all exhausted and sweaty because our public transportation system is shit, he just gives me this look all the time like “you are dumb, I could have just drove you here”
I know this is literally the bare minimum, but he really does treat me like one of the guys. He knows I’m a guy and calls me “brother [name]” when introducing me to other people. He’s also been teaching me how to pray and how to read the Quran since I’ve sadly never learned because I lived with the white Christian half of my family my whole life. I might not fully believe in god. But praying (stretching), performing wudu (washing your feet,hands, etc), and learning Arabic all 5 times a day can be very good for your health. I have depression and I’ve noticed my mood and energy has been elevated because of these changes. I also really enjoy being around so many other brown and black people who share my culture. Being in a small 99.9% white and racist town your entire childhood, really does make you feel lonely. I actually get to talk about how much America fucking sucks and it’s horrible effect on the Middle East without feeling judged by my white community.
Anyway back to Mehmet. He is Turkish and here in America to get his doctorate in Computer Science. I’m also working on getting a degree in Computer Science :D He’s almost done thankfully (sadly for me) and is planning on gradating this December. The thing is, I STILL have a crush on him. I know it would never work out for obvious reasons but my brain is weird and still gets butterflies when I’m around him. How do I make it stop?????
