A Note About Strength Training

2024.06.01 12:49 TFVooDoo A Note About Strength Training

Given the recent discussion of Shut Up And Ruck’s strength programming, I thought it might be appropriate to address a few lingering comments.
First, we’re not immune to criticism. It is perfectly reasonable to criticize whenever and whoever you want, even me. Clearly, the anonymity of the internet provides ample license to do so. I’m not infallible and I make at least one mistake every fiscal year. I get downvoted all the time and I recognize that many things that I say are taken as gospel based on my years of providing accurate information. I don’t take this leniency lightly. I’ve earned this gift and I don’t look gift horses in the mouth. I certainly don’t shy away from criticizing others, but I always seek to do so from a position of best intentions of the outcome. But if you think that it’s appropriate to draw conclusions like “He definitely doesn’t know what he’s talking about”, “It violates basic principles”, or my favorite “It looks like he stole this from X, Y, or Z” and you’re basing that on one tiny screenshot of one sample day of one singular domain absent of context of the entirety of the programming then you must be special. I wish I had that sort of clairvoyance.
Second, our programming is not a mistake. Is it aggressive? Absolutely. Is it wrong? Absolutely not. It is deliberate and intentional. A few points to consider:
-The higher percentages and rep ranges occur at the end of each cycle. You don’t start off at the high end, you finish there. The passage cited is 9 weeks post 1RM testing. At a minimum the higher % come 5 weeks after testing. You get stronger and the programming reflects that.
-Just because you’ve never done anything like this doesn’t mean much. We follow the evidence, and the literature clearly indicates that our recommendations are appropriate. Aggressive, but appropriate. Here are 6 sources, including some meta-analyses that bring the body of knowledge to several hundred; there are many more.
Source 1
Source 2
Source 3
Source 4
Source 5
Source 6
Your experience not withstanding, our programming is entirely valid. This is especially true given the other variables. 1) we prioritize intensity and we manifest that through heavy weights 2) you only lift each exercise 2 times in every 5 day cycle - plenty of time for macro recovery 3) you are resting up to 4 minutes between sets - plenty of time for micro recovery 4) you are only doing 3 lifts in a day and only one for that domain - you aren’t doing 3 sets of barbell bench, then 3 sets of incline, then 3 sets of decline, then some cable cross-overs, then some dumbbell flys, then finishing with some drop sets on the Smith machine. 1 exercise, at maximal intensity. No need to pace yourself. 5) we are seeking to balance strength and endurance. It’s impossible to fully address both simultaneously. There will inevitably be friction. 6) we are seeking to challenge you, not accommodate you. 7) we emphasize self-reflection, data analysis, and agency. If you are struggling to meet the listed criteria then we encourage you to program accordingly. It’s foundational to our approach.
But allow me to let you in on a little secret. Even though we cite no small amount of literature, you can find lots of literature that argues against our programming. In fact, there is so much ‘literature’ out there that you can find supporting information for damn near everything and anything. So, back to my first point, you are welcome to criticize. But you should at least provide some counter-evidence beyond “in my experience”. In the Taxonomy of Information, anecdotal testimony is the least rigorous. We have presented our arguments, you are invited to present yours. Or be a little more graceful in your criticism.
We are well aware of Prilepin’s optimal reps (for powerlifting), and the NASM 5 Phase Optimum Performance Training Model (which we follow) and the NSCA Performance Pyramid (which we follow). We don’t disagree that they are to be well considered. We did a full and complete survey of the information environment. But we stated in our introduction and made available for free our philosophy…we have no interest in preserving the credentialed protectorate of the fitness industry. SFAS is different, so shall the programming be.
Third, we didn’t “steal” another program and stack it on top of our own stuff. That’s not how this works. If you survey all of the programs and methodology out there, you will find a ton of overlap. If you follow established principles and seek consensus, then you end up looking a lot like the other stuff. Did we look at other programs? Yes, dozens of them. Did we steal them? No. The fact that we favor a more intense program that most programs don’t should make this argument moot. This is a serious accusation and should be reserved for the most egregious circumstances. You might not have experience with this type of programming, you might not be familiar with recent literature, and you are only seeing a very minuscule event absent of any of the other programming and ancillary elements.
Fourth, and finally, I want to address the unhinged discussion of cost. We’re particularly sensitive to this topic because we know that our target population skews younger and likely less affluent, so cost matters. And I don’t like calling guys out necessarily, but u/Certain-Exam-2577 and u/Potential_Presence67 ? You two can go fuck yourselves. You anonymous peices of shit decided from your castles on top of Mount Holy that we are looking for a “money grab”? I could have charged hundreds, I could put all of my content behind a paywall, and I could simply pump and dump and walk away to stack cash. But that’s not the case.
What do you two fucking genius economists think would be appropriate for 8 months of daily programming for strength, conditioning, rucking, mental prep, mobility, skills, recovery and much more? We charge 60 dollars. Let’s take a very small survey the prep environment and see where we stack up:
Evoke - 3 months, requires additional programming prerequisites, $65
Performance First - 3 months, $90
18A Fitness - 4 months, $179
Gritty Soldier - 3 months, $30
Mountain Tactical - 12 months, $329
Blue/Green Training - 11 weeks, $129
We’re looking pretty competitive given these numbers. And these are the better programs. We mostly like them (and others) and we have tremendous respect for their creators and coaches. We don’t think they are as good as ours, especially our ruck programming, but they’re in the ballpark. Many guys in this sub have used them and speak highly of them. There are also near endless shit programs out there. AI generated, generic, point-of-sale trash with slick marketing and zero support.
We are a complete program that covers every single domain, and we have well established our expertise for SFAS. But we don’t rely on reputation, we deliver. We research, analyze, synthesize, and present the most comprehensive program out there. For just 60 bucks. Hell, you’ll spend over half that on a blank journal…we’ve recommended this excellent journal many times. But that’s just a cool journal. Zero programming. So we think we’re not “grabbing” too much.
Our resident pricks go on to say that RUSU wasn’t worth $50. Good thing we only charge $40. And perhaps you’d prefer the 15+ year old, lack-luster competition? They’re in the same price range. They even take a cheap shot at our Muster events as just a ‘wAlK iN tHe wOoDs tHaT yOu cOuLd do for FrEe’ or ‘info you could probably find online’. Our “competition” is $750 and one of the programs isn’t even taught by a military guy, much less a Green Beret. You two retarded laureates haven’t even attended an event, so your opinion is irrelevant.
And I should put a pin in all of this money grab, predatory, grifter talk by reminding them that this is all voluntary. You don’t have to spend a single dime if you don’t want to. Lots of guys don’t do anything extra and they get Selected all the time. But if a guy wants to be compensated for his hard work and another guy wants to allocate the cost of a night out drinking, then maybe your keen criticism could be stymied a bit. I offer plenty of free advice and commentary every day. I note that neither of you provide anything of value.
So, that’s my assessment of the situation. You don’t have to be a part of the conversation, but I thought that I should let you know how I see it. I endlessly tell you about the importance of foot care, so it’s only fair that I weigh in on this important topic. I should note that there was also some very reasoned comments and lots of guys understanding the intent of the programming AND of the program. And the OP reached out via DM and we had a very reasonable and productive discussion. He gets it. And the number of guys commenting is <1% of the number of guys reading the actual full program. I like that guys are passionate about this stuff. If you get 10 Green Berets in a room you’ll get 11 different opinions on damn near every topic. You know what they say about opinions…

Always interested in reinventing his live performance, Matt uses a looper so he can improvise and manipulate layers of sound not usually heard from an acoustic performer. 4. The Grascals in Concert Little River Bluegrass Barn, Radford Friday, May 31, 2024, 7:00 - 10:00 PM General Admission: $30.00, Reserved Tickets: $35.00 Great musicians will always find a way to make good music, but for great musicians to make great music, they must form a bond – one that, more often than not, goes beyond the purely musical to the personal. For The Grascals, that bond has been forged at the intersection of personal friendships, shared professional resumes and an appreciation for the innovative mingling of bluegrass and country music that has been a hallmark of the Nashville scene for more than 40 years. Their cutting-edge modern bluegrass is delivered with a deep knowledge of, and admiration for, the work of the music’s founding fathers. Timely yet timeless, The Grascals make music that is entirely relevant to the here and now yet immersed in traditional values of soul and musicianship. It’s a unique sound that has earned three Grammy® nominations and two Entertainer of the Year awards from the International Bluegrass Music Association, as well as national media attention that seems to perpetually elude acts entrenched in niche genres. Such appearances include The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Fox & Friends, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, and CBS’ The Talk. The Grascals have over 200 guest appearances on the Grand Ole Opry to their credit and have also performed on the revered stages of Radio City Music Hall, the Ryman Auditorium and the Kennedy Center as well as music festivals such as MerleFest, Stagecoach, and the CMA Music Festival. In addition to performing across the United States and Canada, the awarding-winning band has traveled the world to take bluegrass music to Japan, Greece, France, Germany, Switzerland, Norway, and Belgium. Software Engineering students that managed to land an internship interview, how did you do it?
I am about to complete my third year in computer engineering. For the past 2 years, I have been applying to every company I find and with no surprise, I receive the same old rejection email. It's funny how difficult it is to find an internship where they don't even pay you anything considering that computer science is supposed to be "the future". Here you can find my resume. You can notice that I have used a very similar template to "Jake's Resume" and yet I still cannot even reach the second round of the interview. I purposely did not include my personal details in the image for obvious reasons.

2024.05.31 14:44 Huth_S0lo So...you totally CAN load a PAN config from a different hardware version to another

I wanted to make a post to acknowledge that u/Chemical_Buffalo2800 was absolutely right. He had made a reply to a post earlier this month here. I had never heard this before; and was never a consideration I ever made, because I am well aware of expedition. And have used it a bit during my TLS training.
For the last 4 years, I've ran PA-3020's at my house, and office. They're used ones from ebay. Since they are capped out at PAN-OS 9.1, I decided to move to a PA-850 at the beginning of the year. I manually rebuilt all of the rules from the 3020 I would be replacing. And then went nutty with turning up as many of the new features as I could from PAN-OS 11.1.
At some point I broke my IPSec tunnel, and globalprotect portal. I've been tinkering with it for a couple of months now, to try to make it work. Its not an urgent priority for me. But I still had not gotten it resolved. So I decided to at least give this a try. After all, I had the back up of my config from the 3020 from back in January.
Sure enough, it sucked the config right in. It loaded it so quickly, I thought that maybe it didnt actually work, and gave a false positive response. So I reverted to the running config, and took screenshots. Then loaded it again. I was rather shocked to see that there was some nuanced differences between my running config, and the imported config. Not shocked that there were differences (because I've made new rules since then). But shocked that it just happily loaded the config without a single warning.
The real test was, could I commit this config. And yes; yes I could. I looked over everything. All the interfaces, including management, and my core nat and policy rules. Then hit commit, with a continuous ping going. As the commit started hitting the 90 percentile, I was just waiting for some dropped pings. Nothing, nada. Not a single dropped packet.
The only thing I had to go back and fix, was now it had an expired certificate. But it was a cert I had pushed in via acme.sh off my webserver. So I just ran that manually (coincidently it would have ran again in 24 hours; so I was only requesting a cert a day early). Boom, my PA-850 was now running my January config from my 3020, without so much as a reboot being needed.
I then just made a couple of rule changes that I knew would be needed. And then got down to business on the real reason I had done all this. Sure enough, I was able to get my ipsec tunnel back up on the first try. And globalprotect vpn is now working great.
I have no idea what I had done within my configs that broke these things. But being able to use the other PAN's config got me past my problem.
Dude; u/Chemical_Buffalo2800, Thank you very much! That was the most amazing tip I've seen on this entire sub.

Hello, i am currently a student learning Network Technology. We are conducting a feasibility study and the study requires us to create a topology that is safe and secure from any attacks or possible information corruption due to reasons like power outages.
Currently we have a surveyed a school that has
In dire need of building a Cisco Packet Tracer topology for this project and our professor lacks the initiative to teach us how to properly create one so we had to learned for ourselves.
An explanation of the how and why's of topology is greatly appreciated.
I hope this gets approved.

2024.05.31 11:34 BALD_W1nkYFacE Is it suitable to use a serial connection between 2 routers to simulate the internet?

My professor wants me to create an internet connection in packet tracer, would it be suitable to use a serial connection between 2 routers, one of which an ‘ISP router’ then configure NAT? Then I could just add a server on the other side to act as the amazon website for example. I’ve read using the PT cloud can be quite finicky, so if possible id rather do it this way, thanks.

2024.05.31 10:12 idkwhattochooseok Does he like me?

Hi all!
I (ISFP) have been dating?FWB? With an ISTJ for the past 3 months.
I have been getting a lot of mixed signals from him and I can’t tell if he likes me or if we’re just friends with benefits but I’m starting to develop real feelings for him so if he just sees me as a FWB I have to cut it off but I’d like to get some general opinions before I set the place on fire.
We met on bumble when I moved to a new city and went on 3 dates in the same week before I went solo travelling to Vietnam for 5 weeks.
On the 2nd date we kissed and were quite touchy and on the third date we had sex (we’re very compatible sexually). He has told me that our dates are probably the best he’s been on.
After that, I went to Vietnam and he kept in contact and spoke to me every day. We would speak on the phone for two hours every night. I then asked him around the 4 week mark if I should come back earlier to see him before I fly off to Japan for 3 weeks and he told me that he likes to takes things slow and that we’ll continue where we left off once I’ve done my travels and to keep as FWB for now until I’m back and settled in the new city.
During this time I also did tell him about my relationship with my ex of 11 years, we broke up last June.
However, it’s been a month since I’ve been back and we still go on dates and do these 2 hour phone calls every night and text during the day and he doesn’t kiss or hug me or initiate any touchy feely stuff but we are having sex???
We also have really deep conversations about relationships and were talking about baby names, he pays for everything (I offer, he says no), our dates are always all day until the next day, he pays attention to the things I like (I told him I like grape sweets and he bought me 5 packets), along with a bunch of other things but he’s just really attentive.
If he is interested, why is he not kissing me or anything? But if he’s not interested why is he calling me for two hours every night?
Also it’s my birthday next week and I told him I don’t know what to do for it and he hasn’t suggested meeting up.
I am so confused so say the least…

2024.05.31 01:23 a_skelton The Shimmer, V.

The Shimmer, I. The Shimmer, II. The Shimmer, III. The Shimmer IV.
Sara and Ian clung to the darkness like dew drops to leaves in the early morning, but it was anything but morning. It was the dead of the night and they had finally arrived at the eerily still and silent apiary on the outskirts of campus. Ian had already grown accustomed to wearing no bee suit, as most of the other bees had now retreated inside their hives for the winter.
Sara, dressed in all black, following Ian's instructions, chose not to don her protective gear this time either - a prudent choice considering the patrolmen that were present, making their rounds around the lake to the west of the apiary. Their bee suits would stick out like white paint on a black canvas, which this night was - a moonless night, with only the stars and the light of antique isolated lamps which were sparsely spaced, dotted along the perimeter of the outskirts of campus to light a completely deserted path.
Sara kneeled down and bowed her head at the same time Ian did. The giant honeybee hive gave its singular shimmer - permission.
They slowly and cautiously made their way to the base of the giant tree with sprawling arms, where the hive loomed large over their heads and sat with their backs against its enormous trunk.
A deep calm washed over Sara, a calm she had never knew she wanted or needed. She had experienced this sensation before on her trips with Ian, nervously at first, and now she had grown to look forward to their long journeys to the outskirts of the university campus to receive their nightly prize.
Not even the nipping cold of fall nights reached them once they were in the bosom of the behemoth tree and the hive. Sara felt the warmth wash over her, remarking to Ian after her very first experience, that "It was like sinking into a steaming hot bath on frosty day."
The low and rhythmic humming of the hive gently lulled Sara into familiar meditative state. She remained aware, but only just to keep track of the time, which seemed to pass much slower once she was "at home" under the great branches of the tree.
A steady pulsing of buzzing slowly gave way to a deep drone that became constant as the world itself disappeared behind her newly closed eyes, and she began her communion.
She replayed the events from the day in her memory starting from the time she woke up:
8:00am - Alarm goes off. I get up out of my bed and climb down the ladder of my dorm bunk, and slip into my bath shoes, grabbing my towel, and head to the showers.
8:30am - I am sitting in the meal hall having breakfast and reading over my notes for biology class. I am eating slices of green apple, an egg over easy, and two small pieces of white toast, with iced coffee.
10:30am - I am getting out of class with Ian and we're going to our usual spot at the café. I order iced coffee with 2 pumps of vanilla with two packets of honey, and Ian orders a medium coffee, with sugar. We discuss our trip tonight, keeping watchful eyes so no one hears about the new abilities we have that we share with each other.
10:45am - We're out in the quad and I swear I can hear the students whispering from *inside* the café, even though we are on the far side of the quad by the cherry blossom trees. Ian tells me his dreams are getting more violent and scary. His last dream even came true, Tracy's face was barely recognizable after the chemical burn. We both know it is because we have been communing with the hive, but still don't know how or why we suddenly have better vision or hearing, and now Ian is having premonitions. I tell Ian about how I barely even need to sleep anymore and that my knee that I injured playing varsity soccer in high school hasn't bothered me at all. I can even run around the campus track. My last mile time was 4:23:12 minutes.
11:15am - I'm in the library studying with Ian when we overhear a conversation about Daisy. Her parents are suing the school for negligence. The investigation is still ongoing.
12:30pm - Lunch in the cafeteria with Ian, Amanda, Blake, and Krystle. We are discussing the recent changes in campus policy and how girls on the swim team are being escorted to and from the pool during practice. Amanda seems worried about the killer being another student and Blake is saying, Jake is absolutely guilty. Ian is quiet for most of it - I assume it is because Jake lives in the same frat house.
2:45pm - I'm back in my dorm and texting Ian about his feelings about Jake. He seems closed off, but that seems normal considering Jake was his fraternity brother. He says, he is just really tired and wants to take a nap before our escape tonight and will tell me if he has another premonition. I am tired from studying and all of the drama and just want a break from it all, so I go for a run along the campus trail that follows the perimeter of the school before curfew is enforced. I feel so alive, but also bummed. Running helps me escape a bit.
4:05pm - I make myself some instant ramen in our dorm microwave and talk with my roommates - Stacy and Monique, as we settle in for the night. Monique's boyfriend cheated on her with a freshman and Stacy is in hyperfocus mode on the new episode of Game of Thrones that came out this week. I can hear Monique's racing heart and blood rushing through her veins, and I somehow can sense what Stacy is about to say before she says it…her boyfriend Xavier and her are going to Comicon and I already know what they will be dressed up as. All of the stimulation is making me nauseous, so I put on my headphones and put on my Fleetwood Mac inspired playlist.
5:15pm - I was woken up by the girls wanting to order pizza from Tito's and I agree to chip in $10 for a large cheese pizza and a medium pepperoni. Monique and Stacy are venting about their classes. Monique is failing Organic Chemistry, despite her family being Chemists, her Indian father has threatened to cancel her credit card if she isn't top of class by winter break. She tried to tell him there was a murder on campus and another girl is permanently disfigured. Stacy cannot get over how little our history professor cares about the material - making a gun with her finger and her thumb pressed to her temple. Homework time.
9:00pm - The girls go out to yet another frat party - it's only Thursday. I don't know why they even go, the police are everywhere, so they are no fun anymore. I decide stay in bed thinking about everything that has transpired this semester, and how it could be possible to gain the abilities Ian and I have gained, and how we can figure out what is going on with the giant honeybee hive. I text Ian to see if he is okay and how his nap was. He responded that the frat party is at his house and that he was going to come over and to sneak him in.
9:30pm - I know he's here before he texts me. I can sense him. Once the coast is clear we head up to my shared dorm, passing Julia, who glares at me, seeing Ian. Julia and I have never liked one another, but she also has been caught with her boyfriend, Tyler. We don’t have to like each other to understand that we have a silent agreement - love matters.
12:00am - We just got done doing...it. I love him, and I think he loves me, but we never say it - it's just understood. We nip across the dorm hallway to the showers to don our midnight uniforms.
Sara opened her eyes and felt the steady vibration humming through her veins start to dissipate and turned to look at Ian who was also coming out of his communion.
They made eye contact and then looked up at the hive to witness it: The hive erupted in an spectacular ephemeral shimmer. Wave after wave, each one in a different color until it reached ultraviolet and then, went dark.
Ian helped Sara get up from her cross-legged position by offering his hand, and Sara quietly brushed off the dirt stuck to back of her black jeans.
As they both surveyed the lake, the woods, and the way back, a dark figure with no flashlight, darted away from the tool shed that housed the bee suits and took off across lawn toward campus.

2024.05.31 01:20 a_skelton The Shimmer, V.

12:30pm - Lunch in the cafeteria with Ian, Amanda, Blake, and Crystal.
2:45pm - I'm back in my dorm and texting Ian about is feelings about Jake.
All of the stimulation is making me nauseous, so I put on my headphones and put on Fleetwood Mac.

Is this a real thing??
Y’all, I just tried to do the half grilled, half fried nuggets that WW recommended on the app, and the girl at CFA rather rudely looked at me like I was crazy and said they don’t do that and have never done that. Has anyone else done this before?? Surely it must be a real thing if WW mentioned it? 😅

2024.05.30 22:57 Condensed_Sleep [1.20.1] Having trouble using specific features of the Axiom Mod

Hi hi,
So, I've been working on putting together a kind of "forever modpack" geared toward building in creative. I started with FXNT's Create 2 modpack and modified it significantly (a lot more mods added, some removed). After a good deal of trial and error, it started running well. I've decided to make Axiom my main building tool, so having the mod is a dealbreaker. It's been working great up until now, and every other mod in the pack seems to be working fine (with maybe a few less-than-ideal compatibility situations).
Two features of the mod I recently discovered are autoshading and generating a color field of blocks. They're under the "Operations" menu in the build mode UI. Both of these operations immediately crash my game with the exit code "-1". Other operations work fine, like "fill" and "replace". I imagine it has something to due with the amount of additional blocks in the game, but even when specifying a vanilla-only color palette for the autoshade feature, the game crashes. Maybe it's a memory issue? Or a graphics driver out of date? I'm stumped. It's a LOT of mods and I'm trying to avoid going through one by one if I can.
I don't know how familiar this community is with the Axiom mod, but I thought I'd give it a go. Feel free to point me toward another sub if you think they can help. Also, let me know if there are any other files/specs that would be of use. Many thanks. I'm using FABRIC, by the way.
The most recent crash report is here:

2024.05.30 22:33 Remarkable_Road_3892 How do I reset mt switch password in cisco packet tracer?

Ive configured a topology a while ago with vlans, wans and lans. All routers and swtiches had password protections enabled on them. Today I needed to make some changes to the topology but I've forgotten the passwords. I was able to access the rommon mode on the routers and reset my passwords but I'm unable to reset on the switches. Is rhere anyway I can reset the passwords on those? I'm using pt-switches btw. Please help.

2024.05.30 12:31 FinishFast4587 How to overcome childhood trauma?

I’ve so many harassment and a raped story which I haven’t shared it with anyone and all those have have affected me so much. ( story might me long but please read I really need suggestions)
First harassment happened to me when I was 5 years old. I was traveling with my parents, bus was fully packed, then one middle aged man called me to sit in his seat. Later on, he pulled me and kept me on the lap and started touching my vagaina. ( tyo manchele euta haat le tesko bag samayo ani arko hand bag ko bich ma rakhera mero pant ko chain kholera he started touching me badly.) Daar le mamu baba lai pani kei bhanina.
2nd time I was harassed by an old man( 60+) while playing in my locality. He called me ani bought a packet of titaura. He told `ma aajhai k k mitho mitho khane kura kindinchu tara timile maile bhaneko mannu parcha’ and took me to uncrowded place and told me to suck his d***. One sister saw that and scolded him and dropped me home. I was around 7 years old when this happened.
3rd harassment happened to me when I was around 8 years old. Euta chineko budoo thiyo mamu baba sab le chiniseko, ek din he took me at his home ani he showed us( me and my friend) pornography videos and raped us. After a month, his son took me at his room and told me to suck his d***. I shouted and ran away. Yo incident haru pachi pani I was never safe family members ko ma jada tehi bad touch hunthiyo, school ma teacher haru bata pani. after all these incidents malai depression bhayo at the age of 11. 3 years depression journey was too difficult for my younger self.
Now, I’m 23 years old, 4 years ago pani I was harassed by baccha bucchi. I was walking with my friend and a kid( around 10 years old) came and touched my lower private part and ran away, samatera sakne jati pitye. Next time, aunty ko ghar jada pani aunty ko chora( 12 years old) sutirako thau ma aayera he touched my upper private parts ek jhapad hanye but kei react nai garna sakina.
My childhood trauma has affected me a lot. I get a lot of anxiety. When someone comes near me, my body automatically gives a fight-or-flight response. I feel very anxious when someone stares at me. I feel so guilty for not sharing all of this with my parents. I’m still struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, and many other issues. I really regret for not standing for myself. How can I overcome all those trauma?
