Looking for someone to design 5 levels of a 2D Racing game.

As the title says, I would like someone to design 5 levels of a 2D racing game similar to Hill Climb Racing.
The first level should be a short tutorial on the mechanics and controls, and subsequent levels get harder as usual.
The game has a specific theme (Asia) so each level should encompass some different aspect of that (i.e - city, country, market etc).
I would leave it to you to design mechanics further than the initial gravity and balancing that can be used to ramp up difficulty.
The game is complete as far as the core aspects go, along with graphics and sound outside environmental. This is a hobby project. I am not looking to gain money or millions of downloads. I just want to make a fun game I can submit to Google Play and have my friends and family play.
I would like to pay a flat project fee - but am open to hourly rates or even by level.

I'll be honest, I'm that guy that picked it up for $20 because of the TV show. I know the game came out ages ago but when it came out my kids were young and my video game time was nil.
I wanted to share my thoughts, if anyone cares. Maybe no one does, but I'm guessing everyone here has played through a bunch of times, has a bunch of mods downloaded, etc. so maybe you will.
1) Dogmeat is annoying, I made Codsworth my follower out of frustration.
Literally shot that dog dozens of times since he would jump between my gun and the enemy trying to be helpful. Then had to stimpack him out of guilt.
2) The Sad Couple and Minuteman Mission Giver made me avoid Sanctuary.
I know it's supposed to be home, but I actually made my home the Drive in Theater instead where I didn't have to listen to the couple complain or risk being given another Minuteman mission that I didn't want. I made a really cool base (at least I loved it). Building was tricky, but I basically made tiers of society up to the top of the screen. Wasted a ton of time but had a lot of fun.
I wished I could have reserved the top bed for myself, but I basically had the King's Quarters on the highest level, my citizens the next level down, shops below that, then my workshops, and surrounded on the bottom level with turrets.
And then... My citizens kept getting trapped under the ramshackle palace, which was annoying. But otherwise building was fun.
3) I loved exploring the world overall.
The little sidequest stories found on various terminals were really cool. Especially the vault ones, but also finding little email arguments and whatnot. I always read what they said. Getting the special power armor chest from that lab was also cool, they should have had more stumble upon things like that.
4) I found all 3 factions distasteful, but went with the Institute as my choice.
The Institute was the least bad option, and it had my family loyalty. I also loved the backstory of how it was founded by survivors living in tunnels and that they created a paradise, and were still expanding underground.
I didn't like how the story tried to drive me into the arms of the railroad. Sorry not sorry: AI isn't people. Building a machine for a purpose and using it isn't "slavery."
Meanwhile the Brotherhood wanting to destroy everything and rule through military might just drives the world into further dystopia.
Did I agree with everything the Institute was doing? No. Replacing people with Synths and experimenting on people is obviously bad, and is too "Vault" type thinking, but it felt like the game wanted me to find out the evil part of the seemingly perfect society in order to push me into the arms of the railroad but didn't make the evil part all that shocking.
Sorry not sorry, but attempting to murder and destroy people over "enslaving" technology that they make themselves wasn't my cup of tea. So the Institute was the least bad of 3 immoral options. At least society isn't going to be a brutal fascist Brotherhood or run by people that want to stop using technology to improve humanity.
5) After the main quest line was over everything was meaningless.
It felt like a real lost bit of potential not to have a "part 2" to the game where you rebuild society. Fishing the main quest should have been the halfway point. I would have loved post-main quests based on your faction of choice. Like reestablishing the CIT. Cleaning it up and using the Minuteman network to recruit townships and create a functioning society.
I've glanced at mods and I don't mean "download a mod that makes this town look like it did before the fall". I mean like recruiting townsfolk to produce wall panels and machinery in one of the factories. Establishing local school houses. Using the Institute to invent some Environmental Rad Away Processors to slowly purify the lake water. That sort of thing.
Part of the hollow feeling was that the world didn't change. We destroyed the Railroad and Brotherhood, but then... It's just raiders and super mutants. No where to progress. Not even a cheesy montage with a time lapse of society improving over the course of decades and a credits scene. No closure. Just back to killing NPCs that are trying to invade Greentop again... Overall I enjoyed the game, just felt like it was unfinished.
I was only level 41 when I finished the main quest line too. Just did Minuteman quests for a while. I put off finishing it until I unlocked the final level of mods for weapons and armor, but probably would have been fine to finish it 10 levels earlier.
6) I also didn't love that I was required to unlock hacking and lockpicking to finish the game.
I was going to anyway, but the game sets up for customizing you're character and then forces you to build a certain way. I felt like I was required to have a high Charisma guy that could pick every lock and hack every terminal. If I wanted to be an ignorant brute just kicking down doors that option wasn't open to me. That master lock can't be picked? BS, I'm wearing power armor and can punch a giant monster to death, pretty sure I can rip a wooden door off it's hinges!
7) The fact that Deacon was supposed to be their idea of "cool" showed the writers grew up watching 80s movies.
It was laughable how big of a dork he actually was.

Download and Upload speeds range from 300 kb/s to 1mb/s. You can probably imagine that this is a huge problem when it comes to downloading steam game (it take days). We can not switch as we have no other providers in our area.

Just wondering on best practices when it comes to doing a set of lights, I've got a family friend who wants addressable leds all around the roof of their lounge room in a new house build, the plan was to just use a standard esp32 and put under the stairs and run a wire to leds about 5m away I was just going to use the standard 12v 16.5amp power suppliesb two of them one at front and back of the leds and power injection about every 5m. The leds ws2805 with dedicated whites in it.
I just don't know about how far the signal can go, what's the best cable to use, I hear of people using capacitors and resistors on the data lines, what fuses should be used, does it need fuses. How far does the capacity touch buttons feature work on a wire distance (just going to use cat 6)
Is there a benefit of using a off the shelf unit vs a esp32 standard board.
How far can I microphone be wired off the esp32
When I measured the power draw was about 30w over 5m even though the specification listed the power draw to be much much higher is that just a safety thing?
What's the best way to sync multiple esp32s home assistant? Is there a repository for any downloadable extra effects

I just don't know about how far the signal can go, what's the best cable to use, I hear of people using capacitors and resistors on the data lines, what fuses should be used, does it need fuses. How far does the capacity touch buttons feature work on a wire distance (just going to use cat 6)
Is there a benefit of using a off the shelf unit vs a esp32 standard board.
How far can I microphone be wired off the esp32
When I measured the power draw was about 30w over 5m even though the specification listed the power draw to be much much higher is that just a safety thing?

As the title says, I'm mainly looking for all the apps that can help with getting me to the finish line for rent.
Ive downloaded many of them but I'm seeing if there's anything I haven't thought of. I started a new job awhile back that actually pays really well so I haven't had any issues paying rent up just until now. I had some family emergencies come up, without going into detail, so I had to spend more than I had in the past. I thought I would be fine but I'm about $130~ off from rent.
Ideally, I'm probably going to Amscot in the morning and asking for the funds to finish the last amount. I've already posted one of my signed Taylor Swift CDs online (it pains me so much but I'd rather have a roof than a box and a CD) for $100 so fingers crossed it'll go through.
Sorry that this post turned so long. I'm sort of venting too I guess.

Set up notes and a bulletin journal, download ed a hobonichi template, took all my daily notes with it.
AND IM IN LOVE NOW.
If you’re on the fence like I was, let me tell you why I love this device:
If you’re easily distracted or unorganized sometimes but like to write notes or journal on paper, and have the budget, get this device.
Finally don’t have to worry about having 5 different note books, 3 different journals — well I still have multiple notebooks and journals, but they are all on my RM2.

If you’re on the fence like I was, let me tell you why I love this device:
- It seriously replaces my notebooks and journals, and allows me to keep my personal, business, and other notes in one place.
- The lack of distractions is perfect for me. I get distracted when using my iPad (notification comes up, etc)
- It really does feel like writing on paper, and makes we want to switch my note taking process entirely to writing instead of typing. (I’ve noticed just from today with the notes I took on my RM2, that I remember them better than I typically do with typed notes.)

A little background (because the title isn't super clear): my parents got me a kindle when I was a kid, and they had it set up so the kindle was signed into my mom's amazon account and I read under an amazon kids profile. Many years pass, that kindle gets very old and my grandparents got me a new one for Christmas about two years ago. For simplicity's sake, I just sign in under my mom's amazon account again but read in the normal kindle library. Both of my parents' libraries are connected somehow (possibly through amazon household? I'm unclear on the how, I just know that they are), so we all have access to the same books.
With that cleared up, here's my main question. If I were to download a pdf onto my kindle by plugging it into my computer and transferring it directly, would it be visible to my parents because we share a library? Or would the document only be stored locally?
it isn't a big deal it would just be embarrassing for my parents to see that i've downloaded fanfiction onto my kindle

this most recent thursday evening (5/30), an incident occurred where i was put in a position with a high risk of pregnancy. there was no protection used during this— birth control pills, condom, IUD, etc. as soon as i was able, on the same night, i downloaded the planned parenthood direct app and ordered a prescription of ella. however, the prescrption will only arrive on monday (6/3). i went to urgent care on friday morning (5/31) and while i also got the ella prescription, due to it being out of stock, i also have to wait for monday (6/3). (i won’t take both. i was just panicking and hoping i could get it sooner from urgent care that from PP.)
further context: i have not had a period in about 177 days. i know it is not due to pregnancy, i made absolute SURE of that, but i never looked into it further due to having lots of other generally troubling issues in my life i deemed more important.
i know ella is meant to be effective within a 5-day period, but i still feel so worried having to wait 4 days. how am i meant to know when to take a pregnancy test after taking ella if i no longer have a menstrual cycle i can track? if the ella doesn’t work, what is my best course of action? i live in florida and i do not have a lot of money. my family would not support be through this. any insight or advice would help. i am very scared.

Hello i am 18 years old guy from Nepal. I am currently studying Bachelor degree in science (chemistry group) in first year. Life was pretty normal. Then after some searches, i found app named blued which was similar to grindr. Two days after installing, one guy suddenly messaged me. We talked a bit and with my sense i can feel that he was genuine and later we get connected to WhatsApp. After chatting for hours he said he wanted me to meet tomorrow. After thinking for a while i said yes. Then the day after he came to room. From very beginning i felt very nervous since i was in fear that what happenes if he doesn't like me or blah blah. I look decent but I'm lean and thin which is my biggest insecurity. After talking for hours we decided to ho out since i had to buy something from a shop . So we rode together in the scooter (which he brought) and had momos with cold drinks. After that we returned to my room. I swear i don't have any intension of hookups but he had .
