I’m sorry if this is a silly question but me and my family is visiting Thailand this December, what’s your recommendation about the flu vaccine ? I know nothing can cure the flu but how’s the medicine down there against a cold, fever and sore throat (if it’s not the flu) I remember many years ago when I was in Thailand I got a sore throat, got 6 pills from a doctor woke up the next day like a brand new man, was crazy, now that I got my daughter with me (13 years old) I’m wondering if it’s a good idea to get the flu vaccine or if there’s any good meds against virus that’s not the flu, probably a really stupid question but I take any advice I can get since it was almost 16 years ago i visited Thailand, will get the hepatitis A-B of course. Appreciate it !

I have realized to take all of these disappointments lightly and to appreciate the different things brought by her in my life by reading about love languages, etc. She has her fair share of issues like poor communication, lack if empathy, cold behaviour, and avoidant tendencies.
We spoke for a while after 1 month of NC but, we realized the time wasn't enough. I calmly told her about all my mistakes and we were doing very well. The chemistry was still there but, there was a lot of unaddressed issues. She was open to having me as a friend but I want her as a gf. She doesn't seem to know if she wants me as a bf or not. She has been burying herself in work like all avoidants and has not processed the post breakup thoughts. She told me that she wants time to figure all this out. I dont know anymore, everything is out of my control. I tried to focus on my job, but things never smooth never turn out the way as expected. Workload is really loading and I am worry as hell right now. I dont want to deal with tomorrow cause tomorrow will just be another hellish day I already know. I'm seriously devastated, it used to be easier to cope with video games and animes but as I'm getting older these are not working anymore, it's only because no one wants to be with me, I don't get into depression for trivial stuff, just companionship would be enough to make me a content and cheerful man. I'm not even shy, I always put myself out there, ask girls out, hang out with them, but NO ONE RECIPROCATES, EVER. It's not like they reject me from the get go, they agree to go out with me, go to movies, events whatsoever but I believe from their perspective it's always friendly and when I try to escalate or confess they always reject me. I don't even understand if they like me in the beginning but lose interest because of how I behave because the answers are always vague. I never treat anyone badly, I never lash out at anyone who rejects me, I just say okay and move on. I don't think I'm a terrible person for wanting a girlfriend because it's just a basic human need to have a companion, while people will accuse me of being entitled and all.
I made a post a few months ago ranting about how I hang out with girls but none of them gives me a chance. Even after that post I DMed another acquaintance on Instagram, we went out a couple of times, again it was the same result. It's amazing how they look like having fun and eager to hang out with you but the moment you confess their reaction is as firm and cold as it can be. It's amazing how they can be surprised so much at me liking them. I know that I can meet another person after posting this and it will devastate me further with the same result so I just don't have the motivation anymore but still desperately want a companion.
I'm not even trying to get anyone into bed or anything, it doesn't matter as long as I have a companion that I can put my arms over and be there for her, spend fun time and all, travel, do things together, it's not all about that. But no one gives me this chance.
I know that no therapy or mental doctor can cure me, but I can't be cured without A SINGLE PERSON GIVING ME A CHANCE TO START A RELATIONSHIP. I really don't want to live if it will keep going on until the rest of my life. There's no point seriously, I don't want to build a single life that I can share with no one.

The best source of information is always the PokeRogue Wiki. This guide does not explain the mechanics of the game. The Wiki can do a better job. Read that.
I am writing this guide because a lot of the other guides I've found are long-winded, poorly formatted, and/or incomplete. This is a compilation of everything I’ve learned from this sub, YouTube, and the wiki. I have distilled all the information from the best sources, listed at the bottom, and my own experience. I will be updating this guide as needed. Please let me know if anything I've written is incorrect or out of date.

How to Unlock Endless

Beat Classic mode. Use Skelliderge or legendaries to beat it. Or see the daily community tiering posts and use any high tier Pokémon you’ve unlocked. Keep at it. You can do it.

What’s the point of Endless?

tl;dr: Shiny Hunting, Legendary Hunting, Candy Hunting, Pokédex completing, unlocking hidden abilities, egg voucher hunting, clout chasing. That’s it.

Ideal Starting Team Composition

Note: you will not have the ability to make the perfect team starting out. But your progress will snowball. Do the best you can and know that every time you fail, you will be better prepared for next time. It may take you a few tries to really get a run going. Don't get discouraged.

Your Big Beater Carry
Invest heavily in 1 Pokémon for the first 2,000ish floors.

This list is not comprehensive. It is opinion. Please comment who is missing/miscategorized

• S-Tier: Kyogre, Groudon, Zacian, Miraidon, Koraidon, Latios/Latias
  
• A-Tier: Rayquaza, Hoopa, Calyrex, Guzzlord, Mewtwo, Regidrago, Reshiram, Kyurem
  
• B-Tier: Yveltal, Xerneas, Genesect, Zygarde, Dialga (got me through 2,500, but gets sluggish), Tinkaton (with passive ability)
  
• C-Tier (for the people without legendaries): Meditite, Ralts, Munchlax, Gastly, Fuecoco, Shellder, Teddiursa, Meowth(Technician)
  

For reference, I have 2 runs with big beaters at level 30,000+ while on floor 2,500. I am 20,000ish levels above the level cap and opposing Pokémon. This is through the power of Candy Jars and Rare Candies.

Something with Pokerus

• This is required for success. You don’t have to keep them for long. You may want to wait until there’s a good Pokémon with Pokerus before starting your run if you want to go further. Replace as needed once another Pokémon catches it.

Pokémon with Pickup and/or Payday/Make It Rain

• You might be able to find a pickup or payday Pokémon when you start, so not required, but if you have a shiny pickup Pokémon that will be helpful.
  
• You won’t need them after like floor ~1,000 once you have 3 berry pouches and lots of money.
  
• This does not have to be the same Pokémon.
  

As many shines as possible

• See Wiki regarding luck and shinies

Steel-Fairy
This is for Eternatus. Its moves cannot hit a steel-fairy type. You can easily defeat it and even use it to farm items. You may be able to catch one before floor 250.

• Zacian (with rusted sword item)
  
• Tinkaton - Can also get Covet. So draining Eternatus’s items becomes a breeze. This works well with a dragon big beater.
  
• Mawile
  
• Klefkey
  
• A fused Steel-Fairy Pokémon
  

Runaway Pokémon

• Don't need to bring this with you as they're pretty common throughout and it isn't needed until the late game.

Best Fusions & Late Game Team

Note: You may find a more optimal combo of moves/Pokémon to fit your playstyle. Below is a list of suggestions and things to consider. This Google Docs guide has info on who has what move and what biome they are available. See this post for other quality info on fusion team building.

Tinkaton & Kartana

• Fuse Tinkaton with unlocked passive ability "Huge Power" (1st) with Kartana (2nd)
  
• Moves: Magical Torque, Gigaton Hammer, Covet, Sword Dance
  
• Ability: Beast Boost, Passive = Huge Power
  
• This is a good big beater but will fall off as explained in that section
  

Metal Burst + Salt Cure Combo

• Fuse Garganacle (1st) + Archuladon or Aggron with Sturdy (2nd)
  
• Nature: Brave (+Atk/-Spd)
  
• Moves: Salt Cure, Metal Burst, Dragon Tail/Roar, Protect
  
• Items: Kings Rock, Soul Dew, Focus Sash, Leftovers, Reviver Seed.
  
• Ability: Sturdy
  
• How to use: Set up damage with Salt Cure. Use metal burst to retaliate damage (this is why speed should be 1). Use protect to get HP back up.
  

Staller

• This one is complex and will take multiple fusions.
  
• First Pokémon: Ghost type that learns Curse (e.g.: Gengar)
  
• Leech Seed & Soak - Fuse with Pokémon that learns leech seed (Gengar 1st, Leech seed Pokémon 2nd), then after teaching it, unfuse. Do the same with a Pokémon that learns Soak (Gengar 1st, Soak Pokémon 2nd)).
  
• Sturdy - Finally, fuse your unfused Gengar that knows Curse, Leach Seed, and Soak with a Pokémon that has the ability Sturdy (Gengar 1st, Sturdy Pokémon 2nd).
  
• Nature: Doesn't matter
  
• Items: Focus Sash, Leftovers, Reviver Seed
  
• Moves: Curse, Soak, Leech Seed, Protect.
  
• Ability: Sturdy
  
• How to use: Use curse, then soak, then leech seed and protect to stall.
  

Alternative Staller - Metal Burst, Protect, Salt Cure, Leech Seed

• Start with a high BASE HP Pokémon, e.g.: Blissey, Wobuffet, Guzzlord, Regidrago as the FIRST fusion.
  
• As explained above, fuse and unfuse it to learn Metal Burst, Salt Cure, and Leech Seed.
  
• Teach Protect via TM.
  

Prankster Support

• Prankster ability gives priority to a status move.
  
• Moves: Curse, Misty Terrain, Soak, Salt Cure, Leech Seed, any combo
  
• Getting curse, salt cure and leech seed onto any pokemon will kill them faster than they can heal.
  
• Alternatively, use Prankster Pokémon for ability negation via: Gastro Acid, Entrainment, or Skill Swap
  
• Example:
  

Shedinja

• Immune to Eternatus.
  
• Fuse it with a Dark type to only be killable via Fairy and hazards (First fusion = Fairy, 2nd = Shedinja)
  
• Or fuse with a Normal type to only be killable via Dark type moves
  
• False Swipe can help catch Pokémon in early game
  
• Moves: Will O Wisp, False Swipe, pre-fused moves as explained above: leech seed, soak, salt cure, psychic noise
  
• If you have a shiny Nincada, you can end up with 2 shinies on your team when it evolves.
  

Run Away

• Run Away ability - Lets you flee from battle, including tricky double-battles.
  
• Fuse with a shiny to maintain your luck and free up a slot.
  

Shinies

• Read the wiki regarding luck and shiny Pokémon
  
• Any extra slots in your team should be filled with shiny Pokémon. You can fuse shiny Pokémon to get maintain the same luck stat and get a slot back.
  

How to Beat Eternatus

• If your beater is not over-leveled enough to take it, you should use a steel-fairy type.
  
• Before floor 1,000, remember to REMOVE all healing items from your steel-fairy as Eternamax Eternatus has the "mini black-hole" item that steels items from you, including leftovers
  
• Teach your steel-fairy Covet to farm Dragon Fang items for your beater Pokémon. Easy to get max 99 Dragon Fangs by floor 1,501.

Long story short, my IRL friends we're playing a modded Minecraft world and I assumed for a while that my MacBook Air couldn't run it. I got bored enough and wanted to see how bad it would be if it did work. Answer single digit frames, lol. Anyway one thing led to another and I ended up on another friends vanilla server. Note, I havent seriously gamed in about a year. I was hooked immediately foe the stupidest things. Like "oh, well I have to finish our enchantment table to use my 30 level!". I'm 22! I know what to expect from level 30 enchantments, it's not a surprise! Why am I trading sleep time for this useless grind!
Anyway, I wanted to drive home a couple of points: 1) Don't think you are ever "in the clear" or "mature" or "have grown or developed" enough to get back into gaming healthily. It's a trap. Always is. Even if you can put it down after X minutes. That one play session was enough to leave me craving more and more even here on the next day. And I haven't thought about seriously gaming or consumed any gaming content in over a year! So don't think you are safe from its grasp. Just please stay away. 2) Ties into point 1, if you are in this subreddit, you (or someone you love) are probably a gaming addict to some degree. Please stop promoting and trying moderation. Doesn't matter if you solved the cure for cancer, saved 38 puppies from a burning building, and finished your homework today. Games will leave the nagging urges for more. Which will only get stronger the more you give in.
So please, do what you need to do to go cold turkey. Find new hobbies, meet new people, and step outside your comfort zone once and a while. It's hard and it sucks at first, but you can either embrace the suck or go back to your misery of gaming. The choice is only yours to make.

48(f) 5'4" 205lbs. Like the title says, I'm in perimenopause, everyone in my family is obese, typically they were all of average/healthy weight till mid 30's and then everyone's weight explodes. My grandmother was this way, my mom, all my aunts, and despite knowing family history and trying to prepare and combat it with diet and exercise it happened to me as well. Add in I'm on medications that put on weight and make it 100x more difficult to lose anything. I could work out 8 hours a day and have a chef preparing all my meals, but I'm probably gonna lose 10lbs if I'm lucky. It's insanely frustrating. I am Borderline Type 2, but since there is no history of diabetes in the family I doubt I will ever roll over into a full diagnosis. Sadly I wish I would.
My Dr gave me 3 months worth of samples of Ozempic a year ago since my insurance wouldn't cover any of it. I lost 15lbs and for the first time since my early 30's my joints weren't in constant pain, my sleep improved, my gut issues subsided, my menopausal symptoms eased up, the list goes on. 4 months after having to stop I put the weight back on and all of the issues returned. I'm not looking to loose anything crazy - I'd be happy with losing the 15 again and being able to keep it off.
Has anyone in the US found ways to get around insurance paying for ozempic type meds? Or found legitimate companies online that sell compounded formulas that don't require mortgaging the house to afford it? Anyone else fighting genetics and medication that causes the weight gain and makes it impossible to loose? How do you combat it?
It's insane to me that we have a medically viable solution to combat what is essentially a disease and epidemic and it's only available to those who have won the lottery with their insurance (my MIL) or in the rare camp to have disposable income available to essentially make another house payment. Makes me seriously wonder if they found a cure for cancer if the only people who would be privileged enough to live would be the rich. Our medical system is gross. Sorry for the rant.

I already keep my calories under 1200/day leaning more towards semi vegetarian with limited meat and work out as much as I can (I have CRPS so it does limit how much hard physical activity I can perform consistently).

After Trump lost the election and before he left office, he tried, with Giuliani, Eastman, Scott Perry (R-Pa), and Rep. Jim Jordan to find a way to implement the 'Insurrection Act'. This would have given him the power to curtail all civil rights. Freedom of assembly, freedom to dissent in any form would be met with troops on the street, and not even Congress would have the legal power to interfere. Thankfully, the entire upper tier of the Justice Department threatened to resign this treason masse if this treason ensued, and his scheme was sidetracked.
Sidetracked, but not abandoned.
This is what a Republican Administration will bring. They will chip away, chip away, continue to chip away at our most sacred freedoms until nothing is left but a new Reich of liars, thieves, and politicians who will revel in their infinite power to abuse, torture, and rule without fear of repercussion.

A split Kansas Supreme Court ruling last week issued in a lawsuit over a 2021 election law found that voting is not a fundamental right listed in the state Constitution's Bill of Rights.
The finding drew sharp criticism from three dissenting justices on the high court. The Associated Press looks at what the ruling might mean for Kansas residents and future elections.
WHAT IS THE ISSUE?
The ruling itself is wide-reaching, combining different lawsuits at various stages of litigation that challenge three different segments of a 2021 election law passed by the Kansas Legislature. It was a lawsuit challenging a ballot signature verification measure in which a majority of the high court found there is no right to vote enshrined in the Kansas Constitution’s Bill of Rights.
The measure requires election officials to match the signatures on advance mail ballots to a person’s voter registration record. The high court reversed a lower court’s dismissal of that lawsuit and instructed the lower court to consider whether the measure violates the equal protection rights of voters. But four of the court's seven justices rejected arguments that the measure violates voting rights under the state's Bill of Rights.

The decision was written by Justice Caleb Stegall, who is seen as the most conservative of the court’s seven justices, five of whom were appointed by Democratic governors.
Stegall dismissed the strongly worded objections of the dissenting justices, saying there is not a “fundamental right to vote” in Section 2 of the Bill of Rights, as the groups had argued.
The dissenting justices said that ignores long-held precedent by the Kansas Supreme Court. Justice Eric Rosen said “it staggers my imagination” to conclude Kansas citizens have no fundamental right to vote and called the majority opinion a “betrayal of our constitutional duty to safeguard the foundational rights of Kansans.”
Justice Melissa Taylor Standridge called the decision troubling, with far-reaching implications, and that the ruling “defies history, law, and logic and is just plain wrong.” For over 60 years, this interpretation of section 2 has been our precedent,” she wrote. “Without even a hint that it’s doing so, the majority overturns this precedent today.”
A determination that voting is not a fundamental right could embolden state lawmakers to push for further restrictions on advance voting and mail-in ballots, said Jamie Shew, election officer for Douglas County — Kansas’ most populous county.
The constant changes in election law are also confusing not only to election officials, but to voters, Shew said.
“I’ve had two voters who came in this morning, and they’re like, ‘Well, I read the paper about signature verification. Is my signature going to get tossed out?’” he recalled. “They were really nervous about it.”
Election laws had been fairly constant since the passage of the 1965 Voting Rights Act by Congress, Shew said. But that changed in 2013, when the U.S. Supreme Court tossed out a key provision of that act, he said.
“Since then, the rules just keep changing,” Shew said. “And I think our job is making sure that voters not only don’t get confused, but also don’t get frustrated and just stop participating.”
The Republican-led Legislature passed a raft of election law changes in 2021 over Democratic Gov. Laura Kelly’s veto amid false claims by some in the GOP that the 2020 presidential election wasn’t valid. Since that election, there have been lawsuits over voting across the country, and partisan election law battles have continued in high-profile states like Georgia, Arizona and Wisconsin. Fights for election advantage are also being waged in smaller states like South Dakota and Nebraska.
Shew said he and other election officials will focus on meting out the state's voting laws fairly and helping make sure the public understands them.
Justice Dan Biles said in his dissent that courts must insist that the signature verification requirement — if it survives the lawsuit against it — is handled reliably and uniformly across the state. That includes analyzing the procedures for how a mismatched signature is flagged, how a voter is notified of the mismatch and whether the voter is given a reasonable opportunity to cure the problem.
“The Kansas Constitution explicitly sets forth—and absolutely protects—a citizen’s right to vote as the foundation of our democratic republic,” Biles wrote, “so it is serious business when a government official in one of our 105 counties rejects an otherwise lawful ballot just by eyeballing the signature on the outside envelope.”

Picked up a 2012 3i touring hatchback for my son and it only has the one switchblade type key fob.
I always want to have a backup. Is the best option to buy a blank online and take to dealer with the title and they will do it? Go to a local place? Not trying to spend a ton just for a spare.
Also curing fob has lock unlock and panic only. Was not sure if I could get the 4 button one for the hatch release and if that would work remotely.

Students wonder all the time, can a weak GMAT Focus be overcome? The answer is YES!
The fact is, there is a fix for every GMAT Focus issue under the sun. If you earned a lower score than expected on test day, there will be concrete reasons why. You may be able to easily identify those reasons– for instance, nerves got the best of you. Or, you may need to take some time to uncover them. Whatever the diagnosis, rest assured, it’s not terminal!
If you’re starting with a low baseline score, it’s important to remember that your starting score is just a snapshot in time. It’s not the score you’re going to stay at. You’re going to study and put in the work to increase your score. Really, your baseline score is just a tool to help you figure out how long you may need to study in order to reach your score goal. Other than that, it kind of doesn’t even matter what your baseline is!
So, whether you’re starting with a lower score than you’d like or test day didn’t turn out as planned, if you find yourself losing hope as to your GMAT Focus prospects, remind yourself: every GMAT Focus “ailment” has a cure. You just need the right medicine!

A new disease has been discovered. It doesn't affect humans, but it does affect monsters. It does not spread. However, it is a birth condition that happens randomly, although there are risk factors. It is not detected until a new monster baby is born. There is no known cure to the disease itself, there are only treatments to palliate its devastating side effects.
The disease was named "Fatal Magic Failure". With FMF, The monster's SOUL doesn't generate nor process enough magic so the organism can sustain. Monsters are made of magic. Without enough magic, the monster's organs will eventually fail and shut down. Monsters born with such a disease.... Are not compatible with life. Without assistance, babies born with the disease only last a couple of days at most. If they even manage to survive birth itself.
In skeleton monsters, the disease is even more agressive, since there are no organs that can work with the bare minimum amount of magic in case the soul fails. They rely on their soul completely.
Newborns with the disease are put under medical assistance as soon as they are born, and they'll require medical intervention for the rest of their life. They are put under life support and extremely invasive medicines that overall make them live an extremely low quality life. But making them live artificially and extending their death date as much as possible is the only way scientists can keep studying the disease. And even with assistance, few reach adulthood.

One of the most extreme cases of FMF is Little Sans. Doctors were surprised he was born with the disease, since his brother Papyrus was born healthy, and there was no family history of FMF.
It was a miracle he even survived birth, since the chances of a live birth were exceptionally low. As soon as he was born, he was put under life support, and doctors decided the best for him was to keep him in the hospital for the rest of his life... Or at least until they found a cure. After his birth, he had a pacemaker installed in his soul, so it would shock it in case it failed.
FMF affected Sans everywhere; since his body was so weak, he couldn't go outside without supervision, and only for an hour per day. Due to his frail health, he couldn't move much, since the smallest injury could dust him. As a result, his legs stunted, forcing him to always stay in bed or in a wheel chair. He has multiple needles and tubes connected to his soul, they provide painkillers, support magic, and they do drenate the residual magic. The few magic he has (thanks to the tubes and needles) is used to move the wheelchair and to help nurses assisting him. He is so frail that if you just gently touch him, while you won't hurt him, you'll have some dust in your hands. He can't eat on his own either. Both his physical and mental growth stopped both thanks to the disease and the devastating side effects of the medicines. So, despite being an adult, he is trapped in the body and mind of a 9 year old. Which was basically the age his body and mind stopped growing up. He also sounds like a 9 year old boy too.
He is alone most of the time in his hospital room. The only time of the day he has someone around him is when his brother comes in to visit him, or when nurses and doctors come in to help him or run tests on him. Naturally, he is touch starved and needs warmth and attention.
Surprisingly enough, his intelligence didn't seem to suffer that much. Sure, it's limited to the intelligence of a child, but his creativity is still there. When he is not being tested, he spends his time drawing different mechanisms that he hopes they could help him making his life easier. He also writes different methods to (hopefully) cure his fatal condition. He always shows the documents to the doctors, but they rarely say anything about them. They just smile at him. He also likes to read and telling jokes. It's his coping mechanism.
He both resents and appreciates life. He doesn't like not living a normal life, with no doctors, no hospitals and no stress. But at the same time... He loves life. He thinks that despite knowing he could die any day... Life gave him a second chance. That most monsters like him don't make it to adulthood, and he did. And that if they still keep him like that, is because they are working very hard to save him and others, and by letting them use him as a "guinea pig", he is helping them, others and himself. He considers himself a fighter.
His favourite persons are his brother, Nurse Toriel, and her adopted child who has been visiting him frequently as of late: Frisk.
Papyrus wanted to be a security guard like his best friend, Undyne. But after learning his brother was sick.. He made up his mind and decided his dream could wait. He decided to study to become a scientist and he wouldn't rest nor give up until he finally could cure his brother.
There are two possible outcomes:
Good ending: Sans miraculously survives and gets oficially cured. The disease is erradicated, and while he'll have both physical and mental sequels, Sans will life a long, healthy life for the rest of his days.
Bittersweet ending: A cure is found, but it's already too late to help Sans. His condition is at its worst and it is at the point of no return. Sans' soul shuts down and he turns into dust not long after that.

An optimal elimination diet follows the pattern of recovering from an upset stomach:

1. For fluid, drink hot water with a pinch of sea salt "tea".
2. For fuel, start with white rice congee. After #3 add brown rice, pre-soaked.
3. For fresh, have 50g frozen sea meat (shrimp) per day. The rest can be canned.
4. For fat, have 200g saltwater fish (mackerel) per day. Watch the mercury.

This is like a healthier version of chicken soup: Both are high in methionine, salt and rice.
A strong baseline makes it easy to detect harmful foods. You can thrive on #1-4, but why limit yourself? Establish a performance baseline, then introduce a new ingredient.

Intro

When I was a young man, I regarded cooking as a chore and simply wanted to eat healthy to gain muscle without wasting time. As a result, I ate a lot of Campbell's Chunky Soup and crackers. Not great for my sodium intake.
I sympathize with those who insist that a "minimum viable diet" should mean something simple and repeatable such as beef, potatoes and greens. Sounds great! If you're looking for lazy cooking, just learn some simple pressure cooker recipes. It does get more complicated than "throw tasty things in pot".
I might've continued as a culinary barbarian, had I not made some bad life choices, chief among which was taking a light course of Accutane, which is proven to cause Inflammatory Bowel Disease by aging epithelial stem cells. This caused my gut lining to gradually age, until I must now eat mush like an old man.
The struggle to find foods that didn't incapacitate me lead me to elimination diets and a journey into true minimalism, the meaning of which I hadn't appreciated before: not minimum cooking effort, but minimum digestive difficulty.

My eventual solution happened to align with the diet of the longest-lived people in the world – the Japanese. (Well, the women are longest-lived. The men work and drink themselves to death.) Apparently, the secret to their longevity is eating a lot of shrimp and rice. White rice is considered hypoallergenic, and shrimp induces satiety via methionine, permitting calorie restriction.
Doctors have been unable to label my condition with any specific diagnosis, despite extensive tests and endoscopy. So I believe my solution is generalizable to those without specific problems, who nonetheless find themselves plagued with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
The less energy the gut must spend on digestion, the more energy the brain has to focus productively. Ancestral hunter gatherers could afford to lie around after a big meal; office workers not so much.
Even healthy people may be interested in the productivity benefits of easy digestion. Soylent is popular for this reason. The minimal Japanese diet is healthier, easier to digest, and much cheaper.
Soylent costs about $225 per month. In a typical day I eat:

• for fuel, 6 handfuls of unenriched rice = 43g * 6 = 260g = .75 USD
• for fresh, handful of frozen organic shrimp = 52g = 7.70 RMB = 1.06 USD
• for fat, 200g canned mackerel = 6.5 RMB = .9 USD
• total = 2.71 USD daily * 30.4 days = $82 per month

Thus Soylent costs almost 3x more than the minimal Japanese diet! It's tastier too.
Most people don't want to eat minimally, and that's fine. However, those who hate cooking can keep the minimal ingredients at home, then indulge at restaurants.

Fluid, Fuel, Fresh and Fat

Omnivore

Humans are omnivores. Thus a proper minimal diet will consume both plants and animals. Among mammals, even herbivores are usually opportunistic carnivores. Compensating for pure vegetarianism or carnivory complicates things considerably, as icebound Eskimos and smooth-brained koala vegans demonstrate.
Given omnivory, a minimal diet has three major requirements:

1. Fuel: either eat enough carbs and fat, or burn your own fat.
2. Fresh: for volatile water-soluble vitamins and animal protein.
3. Fat: for fat-soluble vitamins and well-being.

These are listed in order of priority.

1 Fluid

The Romans paid legionnaires in sea salt, leading to the expression, "Worth his salt". Without sea salt, humans develop goiters.
During a severe IBS episode, you often stop eating. That is fine, humans can fast for weeks. Just drink sea salt "tea" until your gut calms.
This staves off dehydration, but gets quite hungry. When ready to rise and cook, proceed to the next step. Until then, have a toothpick and relax.

2 Fuel

The first step of recovery is to have some bland white rice congee. It is usually the easiest thing to digest. (If not, try soaking or pick another grain.) Starch fuel prevents starvation, conserving body fat on skinny chronic IBS sufferers. You need enough calories to stay active.
Put a 1-2 handfuls of rice and generous water into the pressure cooker, then cook until congee.
Plain white rice does get boring. So alternate white with brown rice. Brown rice has insoluble fiber, which is hardest to digest. So start with just a pinch of brown rice in white, which will change the flavor of the pot enough to fool your brain. If you can tolerate insoluble fiber, then increase the ratio. Gas is a key sign you can't.
If you're constipated, increase the ratio of brown rice. Fiber keeps you regular.

3 Fresh

The next step is to consume healthy fresh meat. The healthiest sea meat is shrimp. Just a handful will induce satiety via methionine. Briefly autoheat them in the pressure cooker until they curl into a c-shape, not o. This is safe, because saltwater shrimp parasites can't transfer to freshwater hosts. Eat the shrimp before cooling, and save the broth for the next rice pot.
Wild meat is healthier than farmed, and saltwater is healthier than terrestrial. Humans are primarily a littoral species, even today. Our hairlessness is an aquatic adaptation (hippos, elephants); chimps can't swim. Our other closest relative, the pig, is semi-aquatic like us, and shares many anatomical features such as nose shape and eye color. Pigs, not chimps, are the main animal source for organ transplants into humans.
Water-soluble vitamins are present in all living plants and animals, but they degrade quickly. "Fresh" here just means the vitamins haven't degraded yet. The practical way to get "fresh" meat to your table is to freeze it. All but gourmet seafood is frozen; this doesn't hurt the vitamin content.
The vitamins in fresh meat are much more bioavailable than those in plants. Attempts to cure scurvy with lemons and limes failed, whereas eating fresh meat succeeded. Don't worry about the RDA value of vitamins in meat; they're calibrated to avoid deficiency from vegetable sources. If you want to play it safe, eat some fresh shellfish in addition to the shrimp.
You can survive on just shrimp and white rice for quite a while, possibly indefinitely. It's a thin existence, in more ways than one, but doable, as I've done it. Great way to lose weight. Difficult to get enough calories due to the methionine, so expect to be sedentary.
But you shouldn't! Once your gut stabilizes for a day or two, just eat your fat. Nobody wants to live like that, and there's no benefit.

4 Fat

Fat is the second hardest to digest, but the most rewarding. It's what puts a smile on your face and heat in your extremities. Fat soluble vitamins degrade slowly, so canned food is fine. Mackerel is incredibly cheap and delicious. At 13% fat, it is sufficient but not overwhelming to weak guts. The bones are easy to eat around. Save the broth for the next rice pot.
Watch the toxin accumulation. Maximum is 200g mackerel per day, due to arsenic. Try alternating with other fish, such as tuna and sardines.
If you have fat malabsorption, try putting cholestyramine powder in the rice pot preceding the fatty meal, and look into UDCA. Eating fat is essential to enjoy life. Hence the expression, "Fat and happy."

Congratulations, you've completed the minimal Japanese diet! Now you can add whatever works for you.
Having a strong baseline means it's easy to tell when something makes you feel worse. Similarly, being malnourished makes it easy to tell when you eat something that was previously missing. Malnourishment is not a pleasant baseline, so I recommend the former!
For your first trial, I suggest seaweed sheets. They add a crunch to the mush. Then try soaking a handful of mixed tree nuts overnight in the cold pot. That should solve the snacking urge.
I'm sure you're eager to get to the steak and potatoes. The Weston Price Foundation has many more great ideas for healthy indulgence.

When traveling, boil questionable water, and carry activated charcoal, the censored antiviral and azithromycin. If you swallow something harmful, induce vomiting with salty water.

Got a version of this that doesn't use seafood? I know it's healthy but i'm not a fan. I don't think I could bring myself to eat shrimp.

For a terrestrial version of the minimal diet, try organic chicken and eggs, which are high in methionine to discourage overeating. (Much of the benefits come from moderation.) You will need to cook the chicken much longer, but otherwise the same template should work.

Wade walked in front of his teammates as they all walked down the short hallway, checking for any hiding hostiles as they slowly scouted the next area of the laboratory. At his side, Tina held her pistol low as she kept her guard up, bracing for an imminent attack while walking alongside Wade. Aiming her rifle, Vasquez looked across the hall, not lowering it even when she saw no hostiles ahead. Duncan kept a grenade in one hand and a kinetic pistol in the other, preparing to throw the former in order to scare out potential ambushers.
The entrance outside the tower was, surprisingly, not as heavily guarded as presumed, only being protected by several human and drone defenders, along with only two sentinels.. After clearing the entrance bay, the group came across three elevators at the other end of the large room. Despite asking J for help, she stated that the facility was highly secretive with it's layout, only allowing those stationed at the tower to know where was where around the place.
Taking a gamble, as well as being extremely eager to end Halloway's life sooner than later, Wade and F's team chose the middle one, which brought them up close to the top of the tower. Disembarking the elevator, the group hoped to find important information related to the Solver Project within the rooms on this floor, but first they had to ensure the area was secure before beginning their data raid.
As Wade and F kept their weapons trained ahead of themselves, Kelly walked right behind the two drones, holding her fancy-looking toolkit at her side with one hand and a kinetic pistol in the other. Looking to the doors at the sides of the hall, Wade saw that the hall branched into a few smaller paths on each side, leading to a door at the end of each one.
Raising a hand to stop the groups advance, Wade commented on the side doors. "Guys? You think we should check these rooms? Maybe there could be something here for us to snag."
F nodded in agreement before pointing at the door to her right. "You check that one. Be wary of our team, you and I are their main lifeline here."
"Don't worry F, we'll do just fine. Go see what these eggheads are hiding." Kurtis replied to the warrior drone, F glancing to him before nodding in understanding.
The two disassembly drones walked to the two doors between the assault team, Wade keeping his shotgun at the ready as he glanced at the door. It looked to be a simple slide door, having no control panel to enter a code on. Assuming it was probably minor items and the like, Wade sighed as the door opened, revealing an even less interesting sight. Against the wall was a large, box shaped device of some sort, cyan blue LED lines wrapping the sides of it. Noticing the electrical box at the wall to his right, Wade deduced it was some kind of power generator.
Shutting the door, Wade brought his dissatisfied gaze to his friends. "Seems to be just some kind of power generator, nothing special."
"Same here." F replied as she shut her own door, having found a similar object within the room as she continued speaking. "I'm thinking we just stumbled upon some sort of energy complex, we should probably head back and continue upward."
"Yes, maybe we should..." Alvaro replied in partial Spanish, moving forward past the team as he spotted something sticking out slightly down at one of the door halls ahead. Getting close, he saw it appeared to be the foot of a worker drone, certainly hiding from the approaching raid team. Quietly, the soldier snuck up on the drone before swiping around the corner wall, grabbing onto the cowering drone by their arm as they began to panic. Holding his gun to the drone's head, Alvaro shushed the terrified bot as they began to beg for mercy.
"Please! Don't hurt me, I'm just a maintenance drone!" The male drone pleaded in hushed fear as Alvaro replied to him.
"Oh, don't worry, I ain't gonna bop ya." Pulling the drone over to the team, Wade and F walked back to the group as they witnessed the hiding servant of the Administrator.
The drone gasped in terror upon seeing Wade's form. "Agh! D-Disassembly drones?! Two of 'em?!"
Tina scoffed at the drone's fear as she conferred with the drone. "Oh please, don't judge by his looks. My dear Wade's a sweetie bear, you'll be fine."
Wade nodded as he grew a comforting smile, which changed to a stern face as he spoke to the cowering drone. "Yeah, I'm not gonna hurt you... IF you tell us what this place is."
"We're here looking for data on the Solver Project before heading to the Administrator's Lab to detain her and her overseers. Can you tell us where to go?" F explained as the drone seemed to take a calming breath, eased by the mostly friendly lot he was facing.
"Okay, okay uh, yeah. There's an archive past this door over here." The drone stated as he led the team to the door at the end of the hall, Wade and F keeping watch for potential sneak attacks as the drone glanced at the control panel. "I think it's one of the higher level ones, unless you got a really good hacker or an acceptable ID, we're not getting in."
Kelly chuckled in amusement as she replied to the slave drone's challenge. "Well, must be our lucky day. I've taken a hand at picks like these." Getting down on one knee, Kelly opened her toolbox as she began to start her hacking attempt. "Just keep my behind from getting scorched."
"No problem, Kelly." Wade acknowledged with a nod as he held his shotgun up, F doing the same with her weapon as the two kept watch for hostiles.
After what couldn't have been more than a minute of pulling screws, screen tapping, and beeps of affirmation, the control panel finally yielded to the assault team's request to enter.
Once she re-attached the panel to its slot, Kelly held her hand over it while looking to her teammates. "Alright, I got the locks off. Gimme the word and I'll open her right up."
"Good to hear that, Kelly. On my mark." Wade replied before holding his shotgun at the ready, F holding her own laser cannon steady after him as she glanced to her team. Motioning her head back, F signaled her team to stand clear.
While they did so, Tina walked behind Wade with a sly smirk. "Wade, mind if I mount up?"
Wade returned the expression as he nodded, Tina climbing onto his back before pulling out her own pistol in preparation for combat. Looking to Kelly, he nodded to her, the technician pressing her hand against the panel before the doors opened.
Flying into the room ahead of F, Wade made a brief sweep of the room as he fired at the closest target. The large room consisted of several tall metal shelves, reaching up to the ceiling. Against the shelves were heightened walkways, which could be accessed by sloped sections of the floor between the doors. The height of the wall paths went up only by a few feet, the ceiling being, by Wade's guess, perhaps over almost two dozen feet. Finally, a large glass window occupied the wall opposite to the hallway, the light outside shining into the huge room.
As for enemies, Wade took a shot at one of several worker drone guards, who took aim at him as he gunned down their comrade in a visceral pool of oil. Along with the slave drones, Wade saw a single sentinel in the middle of the room, the robo-saur screeching at them as it began to sprint at the two killer drones. Tina covered Wade's flank with several shots of hot blue energy, hitting three of the hostile workers as they fell to the floor, visors glowing with red caution symbols before flickering out. Swapping out for a sub-machine gun, Wade gunned down the remaining four workers as F held off the sentinel, her laser slicing off the beast's tail as it tried to boot-loop her.
Seeing the light fail to work on the disassembly drone, the dino-bot roared again, only to scramble wildly as Wade mounted it, trying to pull off the same move he did at the factory. Readying a chainsaw, Wade cut at the sentinel's neck, sparks and oil spraying everywhere before the head snapped off from the attack. Flapping his wings, Wade hovered in the air once more as the corpse of the sentinel collapsed to the floor, more oil spilling out as the body lay still.
"Splendid kill, I'd say!" Duncan stated in admiration as he and the other troops walked in, each scanning the room as Wade and F flew back down to Kelly.
Walking alongside the technician, Wade swapped for a sword as he spoke to Kelly. "Okay, where do you think we should start?"
"Good question. Hey, worker buddy, ya know where we can get our intel?" Kelly asked the slave drone as he looked to her attentively.
"Uh, I think there should be two control stations we can access over here. Follow me!" The drone answered, pointing ahead to the middle of the room before beginning to jog over there. Flying ahead of the drone, Wade and F hovered above the center area while they looked around, holding their guns down as they spotted no hostile forces nearby. Once the group approached them, the two guardian drones set down on the opposite end of one of the large consoles while the maintenance drone examined it.
The consoles were of a circular shape, four built-in computers docked on rectangular arms sticking out around the machine. looking at it, Wade glanced to Kelly as he asked the servant drone. "You think Kelly here will have to crack these open?"
The drone nodded in affirmation as the woman in question came over, kneeling while setting down her toolkit. "Just like before, give me some cover and we'll be outta here in a pinch."
Raising a hand, Nathan spoke up on their efforts. "You think we should spread out? Maybe take positions behind those big wall shelves?"
Wade looked to the archive's entrance, debating on the idea before coming to a decision. "Sure, some of us can take position there. I'd like at least a few around Kel, though. We can't lose her."
"Gotcha, Wade. I'll help with close cover." Nathan replied as he held his gun firm at the entrance, Tina hopping off of Wade's back before walking up to the table. Kurtis, Gerard, and a few other troopers began moving towards the wall slopes leading up to the walkways at the sides of the room.
"Um, Kelly? Do you think we can look through this computer while you're working?" Tina asked her human friend as she gave a nod of approval.
"Sure, just lemme crack the locks off first. Just a bit longer now..." Standing together, Wade and Tina watched as Kelly did her work, the table's monitors flickering out for a few moments before coming back on. Glancing to the drone couple, Kelly spoke to them further. "Alright, dig in all you'd like. I'm gonna get this download started."
Nodding to the technician, Wade observed the screen with Tina, the former putting his hands onto the keyboard section as he pondered where to start their curious browsing trip. Scanning through countless folders, Wade saw the names of a select few relating to the Solver Project. "INSTALLATION 0XLV426, Plat-Binary System; INSTALLATION RSCH012, Copper System (Defunct); INSTALLATION 01NU26I, Proxima System"
Tina put a hand close to her mouth as she looked at the files Wade was hovering the mouse over. "Proxima, Plat-Binary... They have MORE installations in other systems!"
Wade sighed in frustration as he examined the names carefully. "Great, so she's probably gonna run for these hideouts later on."
Kelly raised a finger to counter Wade's worrisome assumption. "I don't think so, our ships outside should be jamming whatever signals they try to send out. So unless they scrambled some kind of fancy thingamajig in these labs, that Admin-gal ain't got a place to hide but here."
"I hope so." Wade replied as he continued looking over the data folders for a moment longer, Tina putting a hand on his own before she spoke to him.
"That one says 'defunct', open that one." Wade fulfilled his lover's request as he clicked on the desired file, several more appearing in place of the hundreds of folders previously onscreen not a second ago. Looking through the titles of each file, Wade clicked on the first one, intent on discovering more about what Halloway and his people were doing on that ill-fated colony.
Several lines of text filled the screen, the two lover drones reading through it as Nathan turned to join in their search. "STATUS REPORT 120547; Date: Sept. 27, 3044; INSTALLATION No: RSCH012; Planet: Copper 9, Copper System; The research team lead by Dr. Ridley on the 9th exoplanet of the Copper system has successfully commenced operations on the new facility there. They are charged with working to understand the 'virus' as they call it, curious of its capabilities and how to keep it under their control. Due to the... sensitivity of the Solver, and its danger to those that dare challenge it, I shall begin monitoring this team closely to ensure they do not antagonize it."
Exiting out of the file, Wade selected another. "STATUS REPORT 129402; Date: Jan. 04, 3046; INSTALLATION No: RSCH012; Planet: Copper 9, Copper System; Recent reports from the team at the laboratory, now christened 'Cabin Fever' by the very... quirky scientists there, have proven my long presumed suspicions correct: They are attempting to find a way to tame the Solver. The lab has several worker drones used in their experiments, corrupted with the Solver string that inhabits my own being. I will bring forth my concerns with the 'virus', and convince Dr. Ridley to take immense care in her duties whilst developing her 'cure'."
Wade gasped silently as he read through the report, Tina wrapping her arm around Wade's as he exited the second file. Scrolling down a little, Wade clicked one more file before reading it, his and Tina's faces reeling in quiet horror as they read Cyn's commentary.
"STATUS REPORT 133017; Date: Mar. 12, 3047; INSTALLATION No: RSCH012; Planet: Copper 9, Copper System; The worst has befallen the colony of Copper 9. Due to the inept care demonstrated by Dr. Ridley, the recent-and final-experiment of the Cabin Fever facility has resulted in the partial collapse of the exoplanet's core. Such destruction has completely purged the colony of all organic life, while surprisingly leaving most artificial life, such as the worker drones, intact. Due to the immense danger the experimental drones present to not just Copper 9, but all other worlds, they cannot be allowed to persist. I shall prepare a... materials team for transport to the colony to begin recovery efforts."
Staring at the report, Wade and Tina took in this horrific truth Cyn had hidden all these years with mournful expressions, Nathan looking over the screen further as he broke the silence. "So, the Copper 9 incident, the core collapse... It was their fault?"
"It would seem so." Vasquez said aloud as she joined the three drones, already observing the report about the colony's core implosion as she continued. "Official reports from just about every news source claimed that it was due to improper mining precautions, but, from all the craziest mining accidents I've seen... Copper 9 is quite the outlier for how extreme it was."
Tina took a deep breath as she steadied her mind over the files she and Wade had just read. "And yet, this 'Solver' thing.... they still kept it in service? After the loss of an entire colony?!" Glaring at the computer, Tina finished her furious spew. "This is ludicrous. Even if things have stayed calm up to this point, how do we know such a fuse won't spark again? Earth, Proxima, Plat-Binary... There's so many people that could be threatened by whatever this virus is!"
Wade nodded as he shared Tina's sentiment. "I've got a really bad feeling about this whole thing, we should get our data and then haul our asses to that lab upstairs!"
"Agreed. Fixer drone, you know the way there?" F asked the slave drone below her, who had been hearing in on the discussion about the lost colony as he answered the friendly murder drone.
"Uh, yeah. Yeah, I think I did some work up there. You should be able to reach it at the top floor back at th-"
"Hostiles!" F stated, alerting both her targets and teammates as Wade, Tina and Nathan turned to see the arriving foes. The maintenance drone cowered next to Kelly as his vision was locked on the defense squad: In front of five disassembly drones was a single human male, holding what looked like an assault rifle in his arms, as well as bearing a small sidearm at his right hip. Wade growled in low fury as he saw Hawk and his cohorts, the disassembly squad he was awoken with back at the factory: E, D, H, L and an... uncomfortably familiar face, particularly to Wade and Tina.
"So, that's the evil double you were telling me about?" W asked his superior, Darren nodding lightly as he and the drone squad stared down at the intruding assault team.
"You!" Wade growled as he readied a shotgun, the five corporate guards holding their own weapons at the ready as Darren gave a confident smirk of triumph at him.
"Yes, Mr. Carter. Good to see you made it out of that place, if only you weren't still in league with those terrorists next to you." The team coordinator replied to Wade's angry face, Tina seeming to cower behind his back as she took care to dig into her pocket without being caught.
"I don't think so, they're not the ones who got people killed with all this kerfuffle in the past few days." F retorted with a lighter glare at Hawk as he sighed in understanding.
In the midst of the chatter, Tina slid out her smartcomm, tapping a button to lower the volume of the device's speakers before tapping the screen a few times, trying to call her sister. It was a crazy idea, but with how desperate she and her friends now were, there wasn't much else they could do.
After almost nearing the end of the call duration, the vibrating ceased as the call went through. "Jasmine? Are you there?" Tina whispered behind Wade's wings.
"Yeah sis, is everything alright in there?" Jasmine replied, taking notice of her sister's quiet demeanor.
"Was, we're in a really bad pickle at the moment. In the higher area of the tower, back side, near one of the external windows. Is there anyway you can get us some help in here?" Then, glancing in the direction of the new arrivals, Tina whispered further. "We've got DDs!"
Jasmine was silent for a second, but quickly gave her reassurance as she seemed to think of an idea. "Hang in there, Tina. I'll have them brought to you quick. Jasmine out." With that, the call ended, prompting Tina to return her device to its pocket.
Raising his arm accusingly at Hawk, Wade spoke to his trapper. "AND it's because of you and your boss that Tina and I are in this mess! You and your pet G got my brother killed!"
Shaking his head, Darren responded to the former worker drone. "Well, Mr. Carter, I must admit one thing: Your 'brother' was a very caring man. Clearly with how devoted he was to you." Then, with a sigh, Hawk returned his words to the matter before him. "But, again, his loss won't be in vain. Not for us. Now, I'm only gonna ask this one last time: Stand down, come back with us... Or you can deal with your former squad-mates until they cut you down."
In stubborn defiance, Wade slowly shook his head to the team leader. "I'd rather die as who I am than help you and that Cyn bitch hide the truth in this place."
Raising an eyebrow in slight surprise, Darren acknowledged Wade's answer. "So, you looked into the Administrator's files?" Shaking his head again, Hawk spoke once more. "...Then you really can't be allowed to leave here."
Taking Hawk's motioning head to his sight, W took aim at Wade with a missile launcher, firing a single rocket at the former worker drone before it was stopped by F, who grabbed it with her claws before swinging it back at Darren's team with immense force. Seeing the speeding projectile of death approaching rapidly, E got in front of Darren, taking the hit with her wings and a grunt. The room quickly fell into disarray as several hails of bullets and energy bolts came from the sides of the room, D and L shielding themselves from the attacks as Darren gave his orders to them.
"D, L, clear out the room, the rest of you, deal with the traitors first!" The killer drones complied without words as the two began to sweep the upper walkways, firing their own sub-machine guns down the long walkway as several human and drone troopers cried out from fatal strikes. E and H flew at F, the hardened soldier roaring furiously as she clashed her newly formed blades with her opponents', keeping them away from Kelly as she continued tinkering with the computer during its download.
As for W, he came after Wade, Tina pulling out her pistol while Wade held his fresh swords against his clone's. Wade grit his teeth as he pushed back W, the two clashing swords for a long moment in constant attempts to cut each other down. As he clashed one sword with both of W's, Wade readied his shotgun with his free hand, W trying to copy the same attack before Tina shot at his face with her pistol. As W shut his eyes from the shocking strike at his form, Wade shot at W, blasting a chunk of the disassembly drone's side off before he fired again, this time shooting the chest where the core was.
As W fell to the ground, seemingly dead, Wade looked to F, who was struggling to hold off her two opponents as they began to overpower her. Flying over, Wade shot at H with his weapon, blasting the murder drone right in the head as he fell to the floor. With only one enemy to worry about, F focused her efforts onto E. "Wade, help the troopers! I've got the others here!"
Wade obeyed somewhat reluctantly as he flew over to his left, heading to where L was occupied before taking aim at the murder drone. L was just finishing off one of three pairs of troopers hiding behind the large shelfs against the walkways when he was struck by a hot beam of energy, grunting as he looked up to see Wade aiming at him with his laser cannon. Deciding to deal with the bigger threat first, L flew at Wade, who swiftly readied a pair of swords before blocking L's claw hands in a deadlock. Intent on buying her boyfriend another chance to strike easily, Tina took aim with her pistol, firing at L's face again as he backed off, keeping a distance from Wade as he tried to avoid another quick death.
Gerard positioned himself into a crouch as he held his weapon at D, who had just cut down the troops at the second pair of shelves on the right end of the room. As she flew at him and his drone ally, Gerard shot at D with his rifle, the drone blocking most of the bullets with her sword as she cut down the worker drone ahead of Gerard. Falling back, D pounced on him, stabbing the ground with her sword arm before swinging her tail down on the man. Dodging the nanite tank by just inches, Gerard spat at D, spraying her face with his mouth fluids.
"EEK!" D cried out in grossed out shock as she got off of Gerard, who grabbed his assault rifle to continue striking at D. The disassembly drone made a quick recovery, however, blocking the shots with her wing before she yelled at him in frustration. "You're nasty! I'm gonna get you!"
Pursuing their opponent, Wade flew back into the center area after L, trying to continue their fight before spotting D preparing to attack Gerard. Leaving L to flee away from him, Wade shot at D with his laser gun, the beam scorching her right on her behind as she cried out again. The disassembly drone seemed to grow tired of the assault as she broke off, trying to hide herself under her wings while moving back slowly.
Wade swapped his laser gun out for a sword, intent on putting D down for good before his attention was drawn away by Tina. "Wade, watch out!"
He was too late as he was slashed at by W, who had recovered from Wade's vicious attack before continuing to fight him. Wade cried out in pain as his arm was sliced off, then felt the cool air in his robo-lungs leave him as he was kicked back against the wall where he came after L at. Not a second after hitting the wall, W flew at him, impaling both Wade and Tina against the wall as they both gasped from the pain, the latter coughing up oil from the quick stab into her chest.
W laughed sinisterly as he looked to the couple with a toothy grin. "Well, the boss was right. You are a rough blemish to scratch off." Stabbing Wade's other arm with his nanite tail, W's wide smile shrunk as he continued speaking to the two drones. "Well, that's a real shame. You and your friend there would've made quite the drones for the Division."
Coughing up more black drone blood from her mouth, Tina croaked out to her and Wade's opponent. "I-If, If you're going to kill us... At least take us both out together. It's h-how we, prefer it."

From outside, three more new arrivals flew into the room: a trio of female disassembly drones, all with blades and guns deployed as the middle one spoke out amongst her team. "K, M, let's give these people a hand!"
"Okay!" Said one of the drones, the other not saying a word as they all moved to the sides of the room.
Looking back to the distracted W, Wade struck his face with his tail, the clone's visor cracking from the attack as he yelped in agony. Without any hesitation, Wade readied a claw hand before grabbing W, pulling him close before biting into his neck. Seeing her partner's clone trying to perform a similar attack, Tina grabbed onto the approaching nanite tank, keeping it from hitting her darling's head as he fed off his evil double.

Nathan growled as he held out one of his pistols, shooting at the arrogant drone as she backed off of his crush. Smirking at her partner as well as at her decision to follow Wade's example, F fired her sub-machine gun at the exposed E as she replied to her fellow murder drone. "Let me and Mr. Nathan here show you who's the pathetic one, scraphead!"
Before she could continue her fight with E, a flurry of bullets flew at F, the warrior drone blocking it with her wings before seeing who shot at her. Taking notice of Darren's position, F continued shielding herself while preparing a rocket launcher. In a tense blur, F shot at Hawk, the man just barely avoiding death as he was knocked back against the wall, seemingly unconscious. With Darren taken out of the fight, F continued striking her blades with E's, intent on snuffing out this troublemaker out for good.
With the tide of the battle turned, Wade took a moment to take some of his mouth saliva, holding it out to Tina. "Tina, here." The drone girl took the silver goop without a word before putting it onto her wounded chest, her damaged body and clothing repairing quickly thanks to the liquid nanites. Once Wade entered another deadlock, Tina fired at H's head, distracting him just long enough for Wade to bite into the drone. H howled in pain as Wade drained him of most of his oil, the feeding lasting several seconds before Wade finally felt satisfied. Feeling H's body beginning to heat up, Wade tossed H's smoking body out the window, part of the still unshattered glass breaking off from the impact as the drone fell. H screamed in perilous agony as he fell down the building, his overheating problem climaxing as he exploded in a ball of fire.

At that instance, Wade roared at Darren as he dug his hand into the man's face, gouging his eyes out as he joined Wade in the screaming. F, Nathan, Kelly and the other soldiers watched on with looks of shock, fear, and bewilderment as Wade took his bloody vengeance, Tina putting a hand to her mouth as she watched her love throw Hawk's head while letting go of his body. As Hawk's body fell to the floor, Wade took in heavy breaths from the immense effort he exhausted upon his nemesis before looking to Tina, embarrassment and shame swiftly overcoming him as he realized he was being watched by her. Looking down, Wade spoke to his love apologetically. "I'm... so sorry you had to see that."
Tina shook her head in an odd attempt to comfort Wade on his feelings over what he just did. "Oh no, no. It's fine." Turning her gaze to the grotesque sight of Darren's head, she regained her sympathy over Wade. "Besides, after what you told me about him... I'd say he deserves it for what you endured."
"Yeah. Besides, something tells me if it were Ron in your position... he would've done something similar." Despite the gruesome air she stood in, F let out a morbid chuckle as she continued. "I can believe it too, he tried choking J when he woke up back at your place."
Wade seemed to join in on F's laughter, Gerard giving a more hearty one as he spoke up on the matter. "Can't say I disagree. Call me twisted, but I think it's only... human of you, Wade."
"Thanks, Gerard." Wade said with a small smile, which slowly shifted into a stern frown as he spoke to his team. "I may have been a bit rash with Hawk here, but Halloway better be counting his stars in that office of his. He'll be lucky if he doesn't get worse for what he did."
"Indeed." Tina added before looking to Kelly, the technician taking a small data card out of the hacked console before putting it into one of the slots in her toolkit. "Kelly? Are we good to go, or is there still more to do?"

"Oh, yes. Our friends here made this intel job much easier." Glancing to the friendly murder drones, Tina nodded in silent appreciation as they returned the gesture, turning to fly back outside as the pilot drone listened to the small device.
"Glad to hear it, I've got some wounded onboard that I'm taking to the base. I'll see you there after this whole rodeo is over."
Tina chuckled pleasantly as she replied once more to her sister. "I see, well, I wish you the safety of the stars over you and your team on the way back. See you tonight, love."
"You too, say hi to Wade for me. Jasmine out." With that, the Fowleys' call ceased again, leaving Tina, Wade and their remaining team members to themselves as they contemplated their next move.

Please. I need help
Please, any advice at all would be appreciated.
I have a 40 gal breeder, with 4 fancy goldfish in it. I know this is overstocked, but I have excess filtration (have a FX4) and do twice weekly water changes to maintain ideal parameters. (0,0,<40ppm respectively) and have managed to do so successfully.
Recently one of my goldfish (A) was suffering from popeye in its right eye. I treated it with kanamycin and nitrofurantoin and for the full two doses, and melnafix once changed the water and continued with just one more dose of kanamycin as fish A’s eye had essentially cleared up and looked much better, however I noticed slight cloudyness in fish Bs left eye and wanted to be safe.
However, this treatment crashed my cycle (partially) as my ammonia is still 0 but my nitrites are elevated (~2ppm) I did another water change and dosed with api general cure because I was out of kanamycin at the time.
The next day suddenly, fish C was suffering from what appears to be torn fins/fin rot in its tail and pectoral fins is missing a patch of scales on its side. Its tail is red with blood red spots on one side of it and clearly irritated, and fish B suddenly has begun nipping and chasing fish C, which it has never done before (they have been together for over a year, no signs of aggression)
I panicked, tested the water and the parameters were OK, the cycle was off, but not bad enough where there should be severe issues (0, ~1,~10ppm). In a panic I dosed again with kanamycin and general cure along with a vitamin B supplement to help with the missing scales.
I then worried it was parasitic rather then bacterial and dosed with Paraguard at half dose since nothing I gave would help with that.
I know I over medicated, but I panicked and wanted to cover my bases. I also covered the tank with a blanket to try to make them think it’s night and stop the chasing.
I checked this morning any everyone is till alive. I couldn’t see how fish Cs tail looked because it was to dark but he seemed more lethargic, with fish B still bugging fish C.
Fish A’s eye still looks better, and fish D has no apparent issues. I know I should have separated them but I didn’t have an isolation tank apart from a 3gallon and was worried it wouldn’t be enough room.
Money isn’t an issue, space is though. I will pay and do anything for them. I don’t have access to a fish vet locally. Please any advice at all would be appreciated. I don’t know what to do.
To clarify further. The fin damage is sudden and rapid. There is no black or which edges on the damages sections, and looking at photos from the day prior there was no damage at all.
