so I've been smoking weed for 3 years only evenings for getting better sleep first year wasn't a every night thing but from second year I was doing every night less than a gram and third year maximum a gram at night but I had to come off it 45 days ago cuz I was in panic mode after I changed my strains I couldn't get any sleep and I developed an obsession that I lost my ability to sleeping so i stopped weed I think situation got worsen i panicked went to ER 3 nights in a row didn't know that what was going on And I accept the fact that I'm just going through withdrawal symptoms Everything's was going fine for a week and than boom one night I got hit by intrusive thoughts out of nowhere and I got shocked get panicky since than I'm having anxiety and felt like I have no control of my thoughts at all racing 24/7 all negative first months was pure hell but going through second month feel little bit better when I'm with my gf or surrounded by family I feel quite good but when I'm alone it's coming back anyone experienced this before ?

I realised they don't even know about it. Just imagine you have 2FA enabled with your phone number and you also have recovery codes. But just cause your email got hacked, somebody was able to steal your account just by that. You might not believe this but this is 100% truth that i am speaking here. I request for justice here and nothing else. Accounts are getting stolen and being sold on sites like playerauctions, etc. Selling accounts is against TOS of Supercell but they are still not taking any action towards sites like these, Thieves are stealing and selling accounts on sites like these. Why not shutdown these black markets?? Why not prioritize your players by having a human in-game support? My dad (54) smokes SO much, probably a pack a day of cheap cigarettes. He’s in a very stressful van job & is trying to change careers but it’s difficult financially. He’s experiences a lot of trauma (in war).
He looks like he could be 65+. His health is so bad, breathing isn’t good, chronic insomnia and he had a stroke scare. I think about him dying every day and makes me want to cry, without my dad I don’t see how I’ll survive. He’s the light of my life. I love him so much.
I know I can’t make him stop, he has to decide. I’ve told him before how much I stress about it and he tried to quit but he struggles so much. I wish I could help him. He’s sought out help, gotten the patch, tried the gum, vape, bloody tried to get hypnotised out of smoking lol.
I focus on making good memories with him to look back on later, it’s that bad. His mum died from Alzheimer’s and his dad had a stroke similar to my dad’s age.

The fallout from the New York jury’s conviction of Donald Trump on 34 felony counts last Thursday, May 30, continues. Trump’s team continues to insist that the guilty verdict will help him, but that’s nonsensical on its face: if guilty verdicts are so helpful, why has he moved heaven and earth to keep the many other cases against him from going to trial? And why are he and House speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) calling for the Supreme Court to overturn the convictions?
As political consultant Stuart Stevens put it: “I worked in five presidential races and helped elect Republican governors or Senators in over half the country. I have never heard anything more transparently desperate than a party trying to spin that there is some non-MAGA pool of voters who can't wait to vote for a convicted felon.”
On Friday, Morning Consult conducted a poll to gauge how voters were reacting to the guilty verdict. It showed that 54% of registered voters approved of it, while only 34% disapproved. Perhaps worse for Trump was that 49% of Independents and 15% of Republicans thought he should end his campaign. A Reuters/Ipsos poll found that 10% of registered Republican voters and 25% of Independents said that his conviction made it less likely that they would vote for him for president.
Then, on Saturday, there was what Danny Westneat of the Seattle Times called a plot twist. It turns out the state of Washington has a law on the books that prevents felons from running for office. But because a candidate has to be certified to be on a ballot before they can be challenged, the issue can’t be resolved until Trump officially becomes the Republican Party’s presidential nominee at the July convention. Westneat asked, “Republicans: You sure you want to go down this road?”
On Sunday, Trump appeared on Fox and Friends for his first interview since his conviction. The interview was heavily edited, suggesting his comments were problematic in some way, but what was there was still bad enough. He repeated his plans to fire generals who refuse to do his bidding and to deport immigrants by using local police to round them up. Notably, considering his own looming sentencing, he claimed he never said “lock her up” about Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a claim that reporters on social media promptly shredded with video clips of him doing exactly that.
Media figures are puncturing Trump’s image. The verdict buried a story by The Apprentice producer Bill Pruitt, who is now free of a nondisclosure agreement, explaining how he and others created an illusion that Trump was a successful businessman and alleging that Trump used the n-word on set. On Saturday, an image circulated on social media of Trump leaving Trump Tower and waving as if to a crowd, but there was no one there.
Also on Saturday, top sports talk host Colin Cowherd pushed back on the idea that the trial was rigged, telling his listeners: “If everybody in your circle is a felon, maybe it’s not rigged. Maybe the world isn’t against you.” “Donald Trump is now a felon,” Cowherd said. “His campaign chairman was a felon. So is his deputy campaign manager, his personal lawyer, his chief strategist, his National Security Adviser, his Trade Advisor, his Foreign Policy Adviser, his campaign fixer, and his company CFO. They’re all felons. Judged by the company you keep. It’s a cabal of convicts.”
Cowherd went on: “[Trump’s] trying to sell me an America that doesn’t exist.” “Stop trying to sell me on ‘everything’s rigged, the country’s falling into the sea, the economy’s terrible,’” he continued. “The America that I live in is imperfect. But compared to the rest of the world, I think we’re doing okay.”
This morning, Robert Faturechi, Justin Elliott, and Alex Mierjeski of ProPublica reported that Trump’s businesses and campaign committees have funneled significant financial benefits to at least nine witnesses in the criminal campaigns against Trump, often at crucial moments in the legal proceedings. The pay of one campaign aide doubled; another got a $2 million severance package that barred him from cooperating with law enforcement. The daughter of one of the campaign’s top officials was hired onto the staff and is now the fourth-highest-paid employee, with a salary of $222,000. Payments to the companies of certain witnesses dramatically increased.
Faturechi, Elliott, and Mierjeski note that it is not uncommon for bosses to find themselves defendants, complicating their relationship with employees who might have witnessed alleged crimes. In such cases, lawyers advise the defendant not to provide any unusual benefits or penalties, to avoid the appearance of witness tampering.
Trump’s attorney, David Warrington, sent ProPublica a cease-and-desist letter saying that if the outlet and its reporters “continue their reckless campaign of defamation, President Trump will evaluate all legal remedies.” He demanded that ProPublica kill the article, keeping it from publication.
And then, this afternoon, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Damian Williams, along with the U.S. Department of Labor and the State Department, unsealed an indictment charging Weidong Guan, also known as Bill Guan, the chief financial officer of the global news outlet The Epoch Times, with using the outlet to launder at least $67 million. The Epoch Times is affiliated with the ultraconservative Chinese anticommunist religious group Falun Gong and supports Donald Trump and other right-wing U.S. politicians with both press and cash. It was a major promoter of Dinesh D’Souza’s film 2000 Mules that claimed the 2020 presidential election was stolen. A voter depicted in that film sued for defamation, and just last week the distributor settled with the plaintiff, issued an apology, and stopped distributing the film.
The allegation that The Epoch Times is a money-laundering operation comes on top of yesterday’s story by Joseph Menn in the Washington Post, reporting that the editor of another media site that pushes disinformation from both the far right and the far left, The Grayzone, has worked for Russia’s Sputnik as well as taken money from Iranian government-owned media. One of the people who retweets Grayzone stories is Senator Mike Lee (R-UT).
In the middle of all this bad news for MAGA Republicans, it felt like desperation today when the House Oversight Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic tried to resurrect Covid conspiracy theories against Dr. Anthony Fauci. Fauci was director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) from 1984 to 2022, serving under seven presidents. President George W. Bush awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian award in the U.S., for his work on combating the global AIDS epidemic.
Fauci’s position as NIAID director put him at the center of U.S. attempts to grapple with Covid-19, and for his work on developing a vaccine, Trump awarded him a presidential commendation. But first QAnon and then MAGA Republicans centered him as a villain who either started or covered up the pandemic, or forced people to mask or to get vaccines they told their supporters were unnecessary or even dangerous. QAnon conspiracy theorist Ivan Raiklin and convicted January 6 rioter Brandon Fellows were seated behind Fauci today; Fellows made pouty faces when Fauci was describing the death threats he, his wife, and his daughters have endured.
Video creator and political commentator Michael McWhorter noted that Raiklin has made dramatic threats of violence against those he considers members of “the Deep State” and that he should have been nowhere near Fauci. McWhorter also noted that the two men were likely invited to the hearing and that it would be useful to know who invited them.
Committee member Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who has skipped seven of the last ten hearings and who has expressed sympathy for QAnon in the past, attacked Fauci by saying he should be prosecuted: “You know what this committee should be doing? We should be writing a criminal referral because you should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity,” she said. “You belong in prison, Dr. Fauci.” For all the nastiness, the hearing turned up nothing.
Later, Greene told Manu Raju of CNN that Speaker Johnson should shut down the government over the Trump verdict and prosecutions. “We're literally a banana republic. So what does it matter funding the government? The American people don't give a sh*t.”
While MAGA Republicans are insisting that a Manhattan jury’s conviction of Trump means that President Joe Biden has weaponized the Department of Justice and that they must take revenge, the trial of Biden’s son Hunter on federal gun charges, brought by a Trump-appointed U.S. attorney whom Biden kept on, started today. Former top Justice Department prosecutor Andrew Weissmann noted that Biden is “living the rule of law…in the most personal way. He is not telling DOJ to stand down…. He is not pardoning his son…. He is living what it means to have a rule of law in this country…. If you want to know if he believes it, you can actually see what is happening with his own son.”

As political consultant Stuart Stevens put it: “I worked in five presidential races and helped elect Republican governors or Senators in over half the country. I have never heard anything more transparently desperate than a party trying to spin that there is some non-MAGA pool of voters who can't wait to vote for a convicted felon.”
On Friday, Morning Consult conducted a poll to gauge how voters were reacting to the guilty verdict. It showed that 54% of registered voters approved of it, while only 34% disapproved. Perhaps worse for Trump was that 49% of Independents and 15% of Republicans thought he should end his campaign. A Reuters/Ipsos poll found that 10% of registered Republican voters and 25% of Independents said that his conviction made it less likely that they would vote for him for president.
Then, on Saturday, there was what Danny Westneat of the Seattle Times called a plot twist. It turns out the state of Washington has a law on the books that prevents felons from running for office. But because a candidate has to be certified to be on a ballot before they can be challenged, the issue can’t be resolved until Trump officially becomes the Republican Party’s presidential nominee at the July convention. Westneat asked, “Republicans: You sure you want to go down this road?”
On Sunday, Trump appeared on Fox and Friends for his first interview since his conviction. The interview was heavily edited, suggesting his comments were problematic in some way, but what was there was still bad enough. He repeated his plans to fire generals who refuse to do his bidding and to deport immigrants by using local police to round them up. Notably, considering his own looming sentencing, he claimed he never said “lock her up” about Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, a claim that reporters on social media promptly shredded with video clips of him doing exactly that.
Media figures are puncturing Trump’s image. The verdict buried a story by The Apprentice producer Bill Pruitt, who is now free of a nondisclosure agreement, explaining how he and others created an illusion that Trump was a successful businessman and alleging that Trump used the n-word on set. On Saturday, an image circulated on social media of Trump leaving Trump Tower and waving as if to a crowd, but there was no one there.
Also on Saturday, top sports talk host Colin Cowherd pushed back on the idea that the trial was rigged, telling his listeners: “If everybody in your circle is a felon, maybe it’s not rigged. Maybe the world isn’t against you.” “Donald Trump is now a felon,” Cowherd said. “His campaign chairman was a felon. So is his deputy campaign manager, his personal lawyer, his chief strategist, his National Security Adviser, his Trade Advisor, his Foreign Policy Adviser, his campaign fixer, and his company CFO. They’re all felons. Judged by the company you keep. It’s a cabal of convicts.”
Cowherd went on: “[Trump’s] trying to sell me an America that doesn’t exist.” “Stop trying to sell me on ‘everything’s rigged, the country’s falling into the sea, the economy’s terrible,’” he continued. “The America that I live in is imperfect. But compared to the rest of the world, I think we’re doing okay.”
This morning, Robert Faturechi, Justin Elliott, and Alex Mierjeski of ProPublica reported that Trump’s businesses and campaign committees have funneled significant financial benefits to at least nine witnesses in the criminal campaigns against Trump, often at crucial moments in the legal proceedings. The pay of one campaign aide doubled; another got a $2 million severance package that barred him from cooperating with law enforcement. The daughter of one of the campaign’s top officials was hired onto the staff and is now the fourth-highest-paid employee, with a salary of $222,000. Payments to the companies of certain witnesses dramatically increased.
Faturechi, Elliott, and Mierjeski note that it is not uncommon for bosses to find themselves defendants, complicating their relationship with employees who might have witnessed alleged crimes. In such cases, lawyers advise the defendant not to provide any unusual benefits or penalties, to avoid the appearance of witness tampering.
Trump’s attorney, David Warrington, sent ProPublica a cease-and-desist letter saying that if the outlet and its reporters “continue their reckless campaign of defamation, President Trump will evaluate all legal remedies.” He demanded that ProPublica kill the article, keeping it from publication.
And then, this afternoon, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Damian Williams, along with the U.S. Department of Labor and the State Department, unsealed an indictment charging Weidong Guan, also known as Bill Guan, the chief financial officer of the global news outlet The Epoch Times, with using the outlet to launder at least $67 million. The Epoch Times is affiliated with the ultraconservative Chinese anticommunist religious group Falun Gong and supports Donald Trump and other right-wing U.S. politicians with both press and cash. It was a major promoter of Dinesh D’Souza’s film 2000 Mules that claimed the 2020 presidential election was stolen. A voter depicted in that film sued for defamation, and just last week the distributor settled with the plaintiff, issued an apology, and stopped distributing the film.
The allegation that The Epoch Times is a money-laundering operation comes on top of yesterday’s story by Joseph Menn in the Washington Post, reporting that the editor of another media site that pushes disinformation from both the far right and the far left, The Grayzone, has worked for Russia’s Sputnik as well as taken money from Iranian government-owned media. One of the people who retweets Grayzone stories is Senator Mike Lee (R-UT).
In the middle of all this bad news for MAGA Republicans, it felt like desperation today when the House Oversight Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic tried to resurrect Covid conspiracy theories against Dr. Anthony Fauci. Fauci was director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) from 1984 to 2022, serving under seven presidents. President George W. Bush awarded him the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian award in the U.S., for his work on combating the global AIDS epidemic.
Fauci’s position as NIAID director put him at the center of U.S. attempts to grapple with Covid-19, and for his work on developing a vaccine, Trump awarded him a presidential commendation. But first QAnon and then MAGA Republicans centered him as a villain who either started or covered up the pandemic, or forced people to mask or to get vaccines they told their supporters were unnecessary or even dangerous. QAnon conspiracy theorist Ivan Raiklin and convicted January 6 rioter Brandon Fellows were seated behind Fauci today; Fellows made pouty faces when Fauci was describing the death threats he, his wife, and his daughters have endured.
Video creator and political commentator Michael McWhorter noted that Raiklin has made dramatic threats of violence against those he considers members of “the Deep State” and that he should have been nowhere near Fauci. McWhorter also noted that the two men were likely invited to the hearing and that it would be useful to know who invited them.
Committee member Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), who has skipped seven of the last ten hearings and who has expressed sympathy for QAnon in the past, attacked Fauci by saying he should be prosecuted: “You know what this committee should be doing? We should be writing a criminal referral because you should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity,” she said. “You belong in prison, Dr. Fauci.” For all the nastiness, the hearing turned up nothing.
Later, Greene told Manu Raju of CNN that Speaker Johnson should shut down the government over the Trump verdict and prosecutions. “We're literally a banana republic. So what does it matter funding the government? The American people don't give a sh*t.”
While MAGA Republicans are insisting that a Manhattan jury’s conviction of Trump means that President Joe Biden has weaponized the Department of Justice and that they must take revenge, the trial of Biden’s son Hunter on federal gun charges, brought by a Trump-appointed U.S. attorney whom Biden kept on, started today. Former top Justice Department prosecutor Andrew Weissmann noted that Biden is “living the rule of law…in the most personal way. He is not telling DOJ to stand down…. He is not pardoning his son…. He is living what it means to have a rule of law in this country…. If you want to know if he believes it, you can actually see what is happening with his own son.”

3 years where it was hard to explain to family and friends why I’m still invested in GME. We all went through this tough time. I know what I’m talking about.
How to explain to someone who is not involved that the system is rigged and that it’s not anymore just the support of my favorite company but also to stand up for the victims of a rigged system.
How to explain to someone who says: “They make their own rules and you and your like minded apes are a small piece in this system. You can’t change it.”
I still don’t know how to explain it now how to change a system that’s against me. But one thing I know for sure. Supporting a healthy company by simply holding their stock is how I can have a small impact on the rigged system.
Will I win? Don’t know. Will they bleed. I believe so. Will things change for better? I don’t think so. But this one will hurt them.
MSM is calling me dumb money. They say that I “the investor” threaten the economy. That my buys are hurting the banks aka the system. They say that RK is manipulating a stock in his favor by posting his positions - ignoring that their anchors talk about companies and shares all day long. They give advice on what to invest in. They tell openly that they are shorting a company. And yet, we are the bad guys. We are manipulating. We are hurting the system. We need to be limited by new rules. We are the problem… so they say.
They don’t realize that their game is coming to an end. They still hope that they can avoid the pain, the blaim. If this implodes the world will see one more time that nothing changed since the house market crash.
They just don’t care. They play with money they don’t own. But yet we are the bad guys.
I will never understand how this is still allowed. I will never understand why the rich still seem to be untouchable.
Don’t they have family and friends? Don’t they want to have a free and fair system? It seems that they don’t care as long as they have a seat at the right table. Right?
In geo politics you don’t need to have proof to invade a country. You just need to have a reason why it’s beneficial. But in economics the system will only be changed if the normal guy is hurting the system.

I hope that the economy goes down so hard that history will remember your names for eternity.

I died once trying to reach the top of 1600 mountain because I had to refill my life support and I couldn’t stop. Fortunately I was able to recover my grave - barrrrrrrrely - at 1000u. Also fortunately it’s flat at the top so I put a base there on the third rendezvous world called Summit 1600. Hopefully it can help someone. I did not have fun with that milestone.

Hi there I’m Connor Jury and I’m a survivor of a recent physical assault in Invercargill. I’m reaching out to you because I feel that my story highlights the urgent need for changes in how youth crime is dealt with and the control words can have.
My story.
On the 4th of April at 1:30 pm this year, I was leaving school at lunchtime to be picked up for an appointment. On my way out I noticed three boys following me out, at the time I didn’t think much as if they had carried on they would be heading for the dairy which these boys had done before at lunch. Anyway, I carried on down the street till I turned right onto the street I was expected to be picked up from. I could not see my ride and so walked down the street assuming it was further down as I did. The boys kept following me. At this point, I started to get worried so I turned left down a street into a park. The boys had caught up to me as I got to the park. The three of them stood in front of me, I didn’t understand what they were doing so I tried to push past. Suddenly I was in my driveway. I felt pain all over my body and immense confusion. My Nana who found me at the park told me that she was a few minutes late and saw me walking across the park. In quick thinking, we raced over to the school as I quickly realised I was punched and I wanted to check in on my friend. Once done with that I of course went to the doctors to discover I had a sprained ankle, bruising all over my neck and a concussion. Over the next few weeks of staying at home to recover, I found out that the boy to my left had punched me (which knocked me out.) and then kicked me in the head. The other two just watched.
My call to action.
I have dealt with both the cops and school about what happened and the boy who did the assault is covering for the cost of my injuries, bag and what was inside it. So I am not here to try and make his life hectic for him. I am here because of one of the boys in particular as he has officially ruined my life. The other two boys did receive punishment like being suspended and classes moved but that's not enough. At least not for the boy who instigated the assault. For this next brief paragraph, I am going to provide some context. Before I turned sixteen I used to have to go visit my father in Christchurch every school holiday. On one particular visit during Christmas time he decided to take me and his family to Quinney’s bush. I had not long turned 11 at the time now while at this holiday park, I wanted to make some friends as kids do. One of the ways I thought of was Snapchat, Snapchat has a feature called “quick add” which lets you see people nearby and add them as a friend. I did this and one of the girls at the camp added me back and we got to chatting. She was nearly 11 and also staying with her family. We never actually meet up at the holiday park, just lots of chatting. On one of my last few days at the park, I had just showered and was snapping her. I sent a snap of my wet hair with a filter and that is when she sent back very inappropriate snaps. This was something 11-year-old me did not want to see or ever see, so I blocked her. Years later down the line, the boy who instigated the assault (a previous friend of mine) was told that exact story as it was quite traumatic to 11-year-old me. This story from what I can tell got rejuvenated in his mind except very incorrectly. He somehow got the idea that I was 15 at the time and he also thought that I asked for these inappropriate photos and that I sent some back. With this story and his incorrect version of it, he managed to correct these two other boys to join him in giving me “what I deserved.” Also to note all three boys are religious and thought they were doing good by god. To put it simply these boys thought they were beating up a paedophile.
The results of his words and my key reason for contacting.
Despite everything that’s happened as a result of the assault, the boy who planned it has continued to believe his false truth and spread it. Everyone and I mean everyone has heard his story. Look I’m not contacting you about the one who did the assault. I want that to be clear and I have already sorted it with him through youth justice. What youth justice can’t deal with is the tyranny of mental torture that the one who planned it has caused me. When speaking with people at the school they agreed I have some form of PTSD. I have constant nightmares and I always think I’m seeing or hearing things. Then there's the people’s reaction. I receive constant glares of disgust from most of my pupils. I am constantly being called a paedophile whether that's a whisper when I walk past or being yelled at from far away. Boys in classes will discuss it all right behind me purposely. I’ve lost countless friends because of the story and have had to start spending my lunch times in more public places to avoid anyone trying anything. Speaking of which I’ve had people harassing me and touching me talking all about this paedophile nonsense. Unfortunately, the school could not move the boy from two of my classes. Health and business studies. Both are classes that run once and once only therefore there was nowhere to move the boy. Admittedly the school and cops have been great and it seems that adults understand my situation much better than other kids do but it isn’t enough. This boy is trying to make my life hell and I’m trying not to let it get to me but it is. For an easy example, my first day back and first period was health with the boy. My body had this reaction. I couldn't even attempt to describe how sick to the heart I felt. Everything about me felt horrible being in his presence and it was so bad that my dexcom which gathers reading for my type one didn’t gather any the whole period. My body had that crazy reaction to him. It did calm down a tad but it still happens a lot, not the same feeling but it's still a bad one and now I am constantly late in the morning as I physically struggle to enter school. I’m sorry if this came off as a bunch of junk or me venting but I truly believe there is some message in all this, maybe something like the power of words? This boy has managed to do the worst he can without breaking the law and no one can do anything about it. That was the email I sent around the country to multiple radio and news stations. Unfortunately only one replied and it has yet to lead to anything. That isn't why I'm posting here today. As evident from the date in the email today exactly it's been 2 months and my issues are still prevalent. It has gotten worse and looks to keep getting worse. I was sent to see a councillor and she had the idea of a speech at an assembly telling the school my story. Senior leadership was all very happy with the idea except for one person and alas he was in a higher position than the rest so the speech did not happen. My main goal was that the people would hear the truth, if they believed it or not it wouldn't matter to me just that they at least had that in their head. Anyway, after that failed attempt we talked and talked to so many people and the solution the school provided was I tattle tale on anyone who harasses me about the rumour. To me, this doesn't really work. I want the truth to be out there I want to speak my mind share my story and just have the reassurance that not everyone in the world would just believe those boys without question. The speech may have made it worse and to be honest I had ideas in my head of something similar to Homelanders speech when Starlight talks about him donating money. The people at Youth Justice have an apology letter for me from the boy who did the assault so that's nice I guess. Look to get to the point about my reason for posting this mind bend of a read is I'm genuinely tipping towards the deep end. My counsellor told me it wasn't PTSD but ongoing trauma I have to go to school five days a week I have to see that boy in business studies and health those things happen whether I like it or not and she wants me to find a way to just get around that. I don't feel that I can, I miss having a life being able to hangout with friends in public and going to the movies I miss being able to leave my home alone without the thought of it being broken into or burned down. This boy is stubborn and serious he believes I'm a paedophile and doesn't seem to want to stop trying to break me. I don't do much anymore other than play video games and write my book, I want to go out and do those things but I can't risk running into him and the result of that happening. I'm alone as well truth be told no one really understands I lost most of my friends to the rumour and family wise I have a mother who is dyslexic and never got help with it so she doesn't grasp a lot of things very well and a nana who is old school and wants to go all legal about it. I don't even really have much of a case for if I wanted to do that the police is only interested in the boy who did it and the school keeps shutting down any mention of going public because they fear for their reputation which I understand but cmon man. I am mentally not okay the day it happened keeps replaying in my mind and any mention, thought, sight or whisper of the boy makes me feel ill. I have known him for a long time and he isn't a nice person at all, sure he has his own issues going on in life but he has these very racist, sexist, homophobic and transphobic beliefs and even then he manipulates and puts down anyone he can to make himself feel better. I could go into the past and remind everyone of what he's like but I'm not that kind of guy. I just hate how much he has ruined my life. I'm sorry if this is just a ramble so much of it I do not know how to put into words but I'm losing hope and seriously giving up. I just need to know I'm not alone and I need people to know my story to some extent. I'm posting this in the hope that people will read and support I'm not asking for a revolution or a riot just a helping hand, there will undoubtedly be many questions and I'll answer them all I have no issue with information being out there if I did I wouldn't have included my name. For this next brief paragraph, I am going to provide some context. Before I turned sixteen I used to have to go visit my father in Christchurch every school holiday. On one particular visit during Christmas time he decided to take me and his family to Quinney’s bush. I had not long turned 11 at the time now while at this holiday park, I wanted to make some friends as kids do. One of the ways I thought of was Snapchat, Snapchat has a feature called “quick add” which lets you see people nearby and add them as a friend. I did this and one of the girls at the camp added me back and we got to chatting. She was nearly 11 and also staying with her family. We never actually meet up at the holiday park, just lots of chatting. On one of my last few days at the park, I had just showered and was snapping her. I sent a snap of my wet hair with a filter and that is when she sent back very inappropriate snaps. This was something 11-year-old me did not want to see or ever see, so I blocked her. Years later down the line, the boy who instigated the assault (a previous friend of mine) was told that exact story as it was quite traumatic to 11-year-old me. This story from what I can tell got rejuvenated in his mind except very incorrectly. He somehow got the idea that I was 15 at the time and he also thought that I asked for these inappropriate photos and that I sent some back. With this story and his incorrect version of it, he managed to correct these two other boys to join him in giving me “what I deserved.” Also to note all three boys are religious and thought they were doing good by god. To put it simply these boys thought they were beating up a paedophile.
The results of his words and my key reason for contacting.
Despite everything that’s happened as a result of the assault, the boy who planned it has continued to believe his false truth and spread it. Everyone and I mean everyone has heard his story. Look I’m not contacting you about the one who did the assault. I want that to be clear and I have already sorted it with him through youth justice. What youth justice can’t deal with is the tyranny of mental torture that the one who planned it has caused me. When speaking with people at the school they agreed I have some form of PTSD. I have constant nightmares and I always think I’m seeing or hearing things. Then there's the people’s reaction. I receive constant glares of disgust from most of my pupils. I am constantly being called a paedophile whether that's a whisper when I walk past or being yelled at from far away. Boys in classes will discuss it all right behind me purposely. I’ve lost countless friends because of the story and have had to start spending my lunch times in more public places to avoid anyone trying anything. Speaking of which I’ve had people harassing me and touching me talking all about this paedophile nonsense. Unfortunately, the school could not move the boy from two of my classes. Health and business studies. Both are classes that run once and once only therefore there was nowhere to move the boy. Admittedly the school and cops have been great and it seems that adults understand my situation much better than other kids do but it isn’t enough. This boy is trying to make my life hell and I’m trying not to let it get to me but it is. For an easy example, my first day back and first period was health with the boy. My body had this reaction. I couldn't even attempt to describe how sick to the heart I felt. Everything about me felt horrible being in his presence and it was so bad that my dexcom which gathers reading for my type one didn’t gather any the whole period. My body had that crazy reaction to him. It did calm down a tad but it still happens a lot, not the same feeling but it's still a bad one and now I am constantly late in the morning as I physically struggle to enter school. I’m sorry if this came off as a bunch of junk or me venting but I truly believe there is some message in all this, maybe something like the power of words? This boy has managed to do the worst he can without breaking the law and no one can do anything about it. That was the email I sent around the country to multiple radio and news stations. Unfortunately only one replied and it has yet to lead to anything. That isn't why I'm posting here today. As evident from the date in the email today exactly it's been 2 months and my issues are still prevalent. It has gotten worse and looks to keep getting worse. I was sent to see a councillor and she had the idea of a speech at an assembly telling the school my story. Senior leadership was all very happy with the idea except for one person and alas he was in a higher position than the rest so the speech did not happen. My main goal was that the people would hear the truth, if they believed it or not it wouldn't matter to me just that they at least had that in their head. Anyway, after that failed attempt we talked and talked to so many people and the solution the school provided was I tattle tale on anyone who harasses me about the rumour. To me, this doesn't really work. I want the truth to be out there I want to speak my mind share my story and just have the reassurance that not everyone in the world would just believe those boys without question. The speech may have made it worse and to be honest I had ideas in my head of something similar to Homelanders speech when Starlight talks about him donating money. The people at Youth Justice have an apology letter for me from the boy who did the assault so that's nice I guess. Look to get to the point about my reason for posting this mind bend of a read is I'm genuinely tipping towards the deep end. My counsellor told me it wasn't PTSD but ongoing trauma I have to go to school five days a week I have to see that boy in business studies and health those things happen whether I like it or not and she wants me to find a way to just get around that. I don't feel that I can, I miss having a life being able to hangout with friends in public and going to the movies I miss being able to leave my home alone without the thought of it being broken into or burned down. This boy is stubborn and serious he believes I'm a paedophile and doesn't seem to want to stop trying to break me. I don't do much anymore other than play video games and write my book, I want to go out and do those things but I can't risk running into him and the result of that happening. I'm alone as well truth be told no one really understands I lost most of my friends to the rumour and family wise I have a mother who is dyslexic and never got help with it so she doesn't grasp a lot of things very well and a nana who is old school and wants to go all legal about it. I don't even really have much of a case for if I wanted to do that the police is only interested in the boy who did it and the school keeps shutting down any mention of going public because they fear for their reputation which I understand but cmon man. I am mentally not okay the day it happened keeps replaying in my mind and any mention, thought, sight or whisper of the boy makes me feel ill. I have known him for a long time and he isn't a nice person at all, sure he has his own issues going on in life but he has these very racist, sexist, homophobic and transphobic beliefs and even then he manipulates and puts down anyone he can to make himself feel better. I could go into the past and remind everyone of what he's like but I'm not that kind of guy. I just hate how much he has ruined my life. I'm sorry if this is just a ramble so much of it I do not know how to put into words but I'm losing hope and seriously giving up. I just need to know I'm not alone and I need people to know my story to some extent. I'm posting this in the hope that people will read and support I'm not asking for a revolution or a riot just a helping hand, there will undoubtedly be many questions and I'll answer them all I have no issue with information being out there if I did I wouldn't have included my name. There are no genders, nouns end in a vowel except a. The plural is made up by doubling the middle syllable of the word or the first syllable if the word is made up of only two syllables. Adjectives
Adjectives all end in a. They are placed before the noun. They are invariable; they do not vary in gender or number. The suffix se- indicates negation and allows new adjectives to be created. The comparative prefix suffixes are: mol- (more, more than) pil- (less, less than) ko- (as much, as much as) examples : molbela (blacker) pilbena (less good) koxara (as bad).
Verbs
All verbs end with a consonant. The verb is conjugated with the person, to indicate the person you must add the personal pronoun at the end of the infinitive form of the verb as a suffix, example: lakan (to sing) > lakani (I sing) meten (to think) > metenu ( you think) etc. There are three tenses, past present future. The future is created by doubling the first syllable of the verb and the past by doubling the middle syllable of the verb, example : lalakani (I will sing) metetenu (you thought). The conditional is formed with the prefix po- and the imperative with the prefix hi- examples: polakani (I would sing) hilakanu! (sings!)

I'll have a few weeks, where things maybe looking better, and so, I maybe start acting better, go to the gym what not. But then the self loathing comes back in full, and all those acts once again seem wasted on a pathetic life like mine. What's the point of going to the gym? I don't care about me enough to want to get better, and I can't do it because others think I should, because there's no one willing to be that for me.
And so, once again, I ask myself, what can I do to stop? To quit drinking and drugs and deal with the demons inside in earnest? To keep going to my psychologist? Because once again, I've basically proven I can't do it for myself.
And I know I should, I know the answer should be "I want to get better for me". And so I counter, with the feeling that is so persistent for me. What is my potential, when I don't think anyone else sees any in me?
I realise, that's why the whole no relationship stuff hurts so much, because in all that time, it's felt like there's no one that ever wanted to get to know me, want to be around me, even maybe, help me with some of my anxieties. I want to be that for someone else, a helping hand, a support and champion if needed. A voice on their side, but also a balance between the two. A duo of personalities, talents, strengths and flaws. Each to help the other become better.
And so, I don't believe anyone sees me as someone that could be better, and for sure doesn't want to be the person that joins me in the adventure of life.
How can I be better? How can I learn to flirt? How can I accept myself, without ever believing someone else would? And i know that's counter intuitive, that's not how it works and the like. And I say but just this, who can honestly say humans are meant to be alone? Because if that's what you think, then sure, I'm obviously wrong to feel that.
But if you agree, humans are meant to have connection, friendship and family, but also romantic and sexual, then you can maybe start to understand my plight.
If I don't believe it's possible to have a romantic or sexual connection because I'm just that fucked up, or ugly or both. And if no one has ever said otherwise, or acted otherwise, no information to the contrary, am I truly wrong for just wanting to know that it IS possible for me to be loved? For me, to ever find love? Because I don't think it is, and without that potential, I honestly struggle to find motivation in anything.

Mommy ko on the other hand, hindi ako pinapadalan.. well, dati nung mga unang years niya sa Germany, nagpapadala siya. But habang tumatanda ako, nagiging distant siya and mahirap icontact. Dumating sa punto na cinut niya yung contact niya samin nung mga 10 yrs old pa lang ako.. kasi daw natotixican daw siya sa pamilya ng tatay ko dahil lagi siyang hinihingan ng pera pero di daw niya maramdaman na nanay ko siya kasi parang ayaw ako ilet go ni nanay (lola ko) Kinailangan akong operahan dahil sa appendicitis pero wala siyang kaalam alam. Hindi rin ako natulungan sa bills para don. The fact na 10 pa lang ako non pero nagegets ko na parang walang pake sakin ang nanay ko, dun ko ntalaga tiniglan umasa. Dun na ako nagsimulang ilayo loob ko sa kaniya. Bukod sa ang dami niyang pagkukulang, natotoxican na ako sa kaniya. Nung shs ako, medyo may contact na ako consistently sa kaniya. May isip na rin ako haha meaning, may stance na rin sa mga bagay bagay. May instance na hindi ako pabor sa political belief ng tatay at nanay ko kasi pareho silang bbm haha kaya sinasabi ni mommy sa dad ko na bantayan ako kasi baka NPA na raw ako lol.. Di pabor tatay ko sa lag bf ko nang maaga kahit 19 na ako. My mom knows about it kasi i chose to trust her. But she tried to threaten me na isnitch niya ako sa tatay ko about sa bf ko if di ako nagreply sa kaniya - yun naman ay during the time na i was suffering from my mental health and was just asking for space and time kasi wala akong energy.. pero di niya nirespeto, sinabihan niya ako ng maarte, sinungaling at pavictim. All kinds of stuff she could say sinasabi niya yet I never heard a single sorry from her.. Past forward, namatay lola ko from cancer this year, my mom insisted to go here sa ph again with her 2 kids mula dun sa fiance niya na now husband. Btw, pupunta siya here not for me but para daw makita niya tatay niya. I thought mabibigyan kami ng new chapter since all grown up na ako ang napatawad ko na siya. But it was worse.. Nung may sakit ang lola ko, may trabaho na ako na WAH noon, kinailangan kong magresign para maalagaan ko si nanayat para na rin di ako naiistress ibalance ang personal and work life ko.. not gonna lie, it took a toll on me to the point na ayoko nang alagaan si nanay dahil awang awa ako sa sarili ko nung time na yon dahil wala ako ibangmatatakbuhan. Laki ako sa nanay ko and she’s all i ever had but then, trabaho ko lang din ang bubuhay sakin bukod sa kaniya. So nung time na yon sobrang drained ako. May contact pa ako sa mom ko pero may times na nasasaktan ako kasi kahit kausap ko siya hindi ko man lang siya magawang hingan ng tulong dahil alam kong magagalit siya at pagsasabihan lang ako na matanda na at bakit hihingi hingi pa ng pera.. Dumating sa point na nagkaroon ng work pero during the time na malapit na umuwi ang mom ko sa pinas. Naisip ko rin if itutuloy ko ba ang work pero dahil alam kong kailangang kailangan ko pinili ko siyang ikeep. But beofr anything else, i made sure na okay sa mom ko ang set up na gy shift ako and matutulog during the day tapos di kami magtutugma. And yup, pumayag naman siya. Dumating na yung araw na first day ko pa lang ang daming shit na nangyari, di ako makaconnect nang maayos sa wifi, di makatulog mommy ko kasi maingay daw ako so ang ending sa cr ako ng hotel room namin nagwork, ending naman di siya makaihi nor makatae lol. So i had to make a way para makawork ako, nagawan naman ng paraan- dun na lang ako sa friend ko magwork around sa area kung san kami nagstay ng mom and 2 sibs ko. Everything was fine na until the next day, nagreklamo ng bongga ang mom ko na kesho di raw nila ako makakabonding and sayang daw ang oras yada yada. She made a point but then i was a bit confused kasi she knew naman na ganung ang mangyayari so bakit siya nagrereklamo ng ganun diba? Jasi she obviously wants me to choose my time with them and igive up work ko. I know my mom. When those kind of things happen, I basically have no other options but to comply kasi kung di ko gagawin, non stop sumbat and away ang mangyayari.. and i have no time for that since I was still grieving for nanay. Nag leave ako sa work and akala ko okay na.. During stay ni mama may mga ganap na di ko nagustuhan. Maririnig ko in german ang salitang “assistante” “papa” mula sa mama ko nung inexplain ni mommy sa 4 yr old sibling ko kung bakit ako yung kasama at hindi papa nila. Kahit di ako nakakaintindi ng german, nagagets ko somehow ang convo nila.. nainsulto ako. May times din na di ako makakain kung di sila kakain or kakain sila if kakain ako.. lahat is super micromanaged. Nung una naeenjoy ko pa ang time ko with my younger brother na 5 yr old but then ever since narinig ko yung explanation ng mama ko sa kapatid ko na assistant ako, pakiramdam ko yun lang ang tingin sakin ng nanay ko. Pagkagaling sa beach imbis na makapagpahinga ko, yung oras ko mapupunta sa oras ng kapatid ko kasi sinasabi ni mommy na sa room sila ng isa kong kapatid while ako naman, sasamahan ko yung isa kong brother kasi gusto pa niya magswim. Nagkakaroon lang ako ng me time kapag matutulog na. Luckily nagbook ng separate room yung mom ko.. pero everyday naging ganun ang setup, taga akay sa younger brother ko, pag tapos na kami magswim sa beach, bantayan ko ulit siya if ever gusto pa niya magswim sa pool kahit hapong hapo na ako sa puyat dahil gy shift ako usually.. may isa rin akong di nagustuhan., nag mall kami pero wala man lang kaming ginawa na para sakin. Nagpasalon mommy ko, pero di niya ako sinama. Instead gusto niya pagupitan ko brother ko havang nagpapaganda siya. Wala akong maleta so sabi ng mommy ko bibili kami. Pero namahalan siya kaya ang ending bumili siya ng bagong maleta para sa kaniya tapos binigay niya yung lumang maleta sa akin, samantalang nagshopping siya sa halagang 8k para sa younger brother ko pero nung bibilan ako ng gamit para sa maleta dahil kailangan ko, namamahalan siya.. ang daming instance na pakiramdam ko hindi ako belong na i’m putting up so much effort pero ganun ang trato sakin ng sarili kong nanay. I’ve never felt so little and insulted in my entire life. Bad news came: natanggal ako sa work. Nga pala, bago ako magleave may mga paandar ang mom ko na tutulungan ako, binigyan din niya ako ng 10k. icocompensate din daw niya yung kulang or magigipit ako if ever matanggal sa work. Nangyari nga.. when she heard the news, she was really reassuring me na tutulungan ako and so on, even insisting to provide for additional support sa living ko. Since i know my mom, di ako umasa sa kaniya so pinipilit ko pa rin na wag magrely sa nanay ko. Days passed, kinailangan ko ng support for my teeth dahil sumasakit na. You know what my mom said, nairita daw ang husband niya and dapat daw malaki na ako and hindi na nagrerely sa iba. Daddy ko daw ang responsible sakin and di daw dapat ang asawa niya dahil may 2 anak na binibuhay. Nakakahiya daw. I was so disappointed na narinig ko yon sa kaniya and alam naman niya ang dahilan kaya kinailangan ko ng pera.. dahil nawalan ako ng trabaho dahil sa kaniya. Dahil sa unreasonable demands niya despite ng maayos namin na agreement. So i let her know na di dapat ako mahiya dahil nag give way ako sa bakasyon para mapagbigyan siya.. so yeah, idgaf it was her fault as if i had a choice din. Dumating sa point na sinusumbatan niya ako na bat daw ako naninisi when in fact kasalanan ko daw bat ako nawalan ako ng trabaho. Ginusto ko daw at nag enjoy daw ako. Sana daw di na lang ako sumama para di daw umabot sa point na to.. i was so mad and amazed sa behavior niya na i just blocked her ass off sa life ko.. Di siya tumigil. Sinumpa niya rin ako sa tg saying na paparusahan daw ako ng Diyos at wag ko daw hayaang magdala ako ng kamalasan sa buhay ko sa pangbabastos ko sa kaniya. I still blocked her after that. Now, she’s usingn her sisters para kontakin ako. I’m having second thought if dapat ba ako magsorry or mali na na icut off ko ang nanay ko na naging toxic sakin? |

My husband and I are 8 years together. Amazing 8 years but we've drifted apart hugely since 2018 when he became a truck driver. We went to counselling. We saw seperate counsellors to. He got asd diagnosed. And I'm in the process myself. I have my own mental health issues.
Honestly we've just drifted apart and there is 0 hate for one another. We've pretty much changed to house mates when he's home. We get along great. There just is no romance.
We are doing great and working things out slowly. With the rental issues here etc. Moving isnt an option so we are happy with how things are.
But of course his family keep bringing up stuff. MIL jumped in.. When am I leaving? When am I changing the car to his name? Etc they clearly see me as a money hungry person when I'm far from that.
Im disabled. He worked for all this. Married or not. He bought the car. Yes it's my name but it's his. We will get around to changing it but it's also none of their buisness. We are getting along fine and need to stop putting their 2c in when this break up is between us.
Ill also add that they are fine asking me to look after the nephew(sister in laws son) that I'm close to. But don't want me at family dinner.
This is all fresh stuff to. About 3 weeks ago.
Ive been in and out of hospital for mental health support. Im really not in a good place and my husband, despite not being good with emotions, has been there to listen to me. We are really doing ok at people and I'm really hurt they think less of me with 8yrs if nothing but kindness to them.
The car etc isn't the only thing. Just multiple times things have been brought up. Ive asked the husband to tell them, kindly, that it isnt their buisness at this point and we are working through things ourselves.
Any advice on this stuff? I'm really mentally not doing good honestly. Im struggling heaps and I'm getting help but man I'm not in a good place and them putting 2c in. Makes it harder on me. .

About two days ago, my girl, who I discovered was an avoidant attachment type about a day ago, broke up with me because she thought we were incompatible and believes that me having to compromise at all is inherently a bad thing.
The logic and reasoning she used was so jarring that I was looking up on google about what the hell could make someone think like this and I found out about avoidant attachment and it literally described her to a T.
As the attachment type suggests, she never once stated what her desires or expectations were of me. She wanted me to go to church with her every Sunday, which I did a few times but since the service was completely in a different language and my job requires me to work weekends, I stopped going. Again, she never told me that this is something she needed in a man she was dating, so I knew no better this whole time while she was building resentment. Another issue was that she wanted me to attend more of her social gatherings frequently. Similar to the last issue, she did not make it known that this is absolutely imperative to the man she dates. So once again, I knew no better that the times I didn't go out with her, she was building lots of resentment.
About a month ago, she finally started opening up about these things and started to become distant. It was extremely hard to get her open up finally but she did. We hashed it out and came to a solution finally: I'd find a way to get Sundays off or at least the mornings and go to church with her from here on and I would be more willing to attend any social gathering she thinks she'd like me in. Her best friend then spends a few nights at her house and she suddenly wants to discard the whole thing and break up
The irrational part to me is that these two things she is asking of me are absolutely no problem to me; it's no sweat off my brow, but she believes that this compromise is unacceptable and I shouldn't be compromising at all. It's changing me to my core apparently. With this, the fact that these things weren't a priority of mine beforehand is also an issue. These things are a priority to me now solely because of her, not because it came natural to me. That's a no-no for her. So even though I told her I am more than willing, she wont even allow me to try at the moment.
So as she continued to leave me in the dark, she started to get in her head about how this must mean we are incompatible. She went on a crazy spiral of finding anything we could differ in and used it to support her idea. Like last year I did not have life insurance and because of that she said our values and priorities were so different. Like WHAT??!!!
Anyway, I told her I'll give her a week to get space from me and I'll reach back out. I want to get back into a relationship with her ideally. Now that I understand how she just sabotaged our relationship, I'm under the assumption that she literally just isn't aware of what she's actually doing. The reason I think there is hope is because she did mention therapy a few times; she is somewhat aware that she needs some type of help.
I am open to the fact that our break up might just be permanent and I'm okay with that. I do love this girl very much I'm only willing to get back with her if I can:
