I am writing here for advice because I am in an accelerated nursing program with no support other than my fiancee. I don't have time to fit a doctor's appointment in just for them to refer me to PT and have PT tell me the same thing.
I had a traumatic 4 day induction followed by my daughter getting her head stuck. We were both injured from the birth and she had feeding issues for several months. So, I did not go to pelvic floor therapy until 7 months pp and then started nursing school.
At PFT I learned that I had torsion or a twisted pelvis and some gapping. I went for a couple of months until they told me I should do the exercises at home and save my visits for the rest of the year. They did teach me how to stretch before exercising and I did notice some improvement.... But I think I need more help as far as releasing tension. I am still in a lot of pain 18 months later. It feels like my hip is stuck hoved into the socket and my abdomen is still tender to the touch where the gap is. If on my feet or walking I feel tension that aches. I still have some urinary incontinence. I think hemorrhoids finally went away but my anal muscles are so tight. I could not pass gas the other day and it was excruciating!! It's honestly miserable because I am trying to get back in shape but feel this is a huge barrier amongst other things.
What can I do to ease the tension? Does exercising just make this worse if I'm still tense? Any quick effective exercises I could fit into the day?

Noticed my phone swelling and for the past couple of weeks it’s been even when fully charged. Just learned about how dangerous the phone could be but I’m in a major predicament. I’m currently overseas for 3 weeks and can’t take my phone to be fixed but obviously I need my phone for general safety since I’m in a new country. I also can’t buy a new phone out here because if I need repairs I won’t be able to do it outside of the phones country of origin. :/ unsure on how to proceed

2024.05.20 08:23 lokev989 Unloading the truck now!?
Apparently because Aldi doesn’t know how to properly treat their truck drivers a bunch of them quite a few days ago. Now they are hiring outside contractors and in their contract it states that they do not unload the truck. Yesterday I opened at my home store then closed at an another store, and had to unload the entire truck! We had no clue how to make the metal ramp go down (that was fun to figure out!) and then there is only one of the smaller jacks there, so luckily I had a very nice truck driver offer to help me but he doesn’t know how to use the mechanical jack so he used the hand jack. It took over an hour to unload and was super stressful watching him move a produce pallet with a hand jack in his untied Nike shoes!! Our SM said it shouldn’t happen all the time but when it does we have to drop what we are doing and go unload the truck! Wtf!? How bout when we only have two closers and curbside going on how am i supposed to manage all that!? This Ahead program is the absolute worst thing they ever rolled out. How are they buying up grocery stores and building news ones and yet they can’t even get the damn groceries to the current stores!! They need to have their own trucking company like Meijer or Walmart does! That way our truck drivers would be aldi employees with our pay and benefits and actually know that a grocery pallet doesn’t belong in the freezer. I just don’t understand why they won’t fix the major problems they have right now instead of just patching things up and pretending everything is fine! It’s not fine I’m fucking tired!

Using the latest Logic Pro 11, on a MacStudio M1, I'm having a MIDI problem that I cannot solve. I'm trying to connect two synths to my DAW. A Behringer TD-3, and an Erica Synths modular via MIDI-CV module. Audio is fine, but MIDI is a nightmare. Here's the problem:
My Behringer TD-3 ALWAYS controls the Erica no matter what I do.
So when I hit play in Logic, the TD-3 plays its sequence but it also plays the same sequence on the Erica. What the heck?? How can I get the two synths to work via MIDI in their own track and NOT interfere with each other? They are on different MIDI channels.
Any help appreciates, I've been trying to fix this for HOURS. thanks

So after a couple of hours reddit and other part of the WoW-Community get flooded with posts about, how bad Blizz handled the Frog Massacre. I don't know if i get this wrong but, the Frog nerf had to happen ASAP. I don't think complaining about the "oh i don't hit bronce cap in the first 5 days" is a valid reason to shit on the fact that they had to nerf it. I think alot of people just jumped on it bcs of videos and posts and didnt even realize what made the frog farm so broken. The insane powercreep by turning the lesser coins into threads had to be stopped sooner than later. You can up the bronce gain on a week day or in a later point, like its still +90days, but the insane amount of stats people gained is not something they can just overlook.
So in my POV, Blizz could have handled it better, but lets be real. Should they really work something out smart for some guys and their bronce obsession in the first 3 days on a weekend or just bandaid-fix it before more people get insane stats oneshotting every boss.

 | I was driving down a mountain yesterday at a windy road, the speed limit was 70km/h so I followed to speed limit. However, I braked too late and did not downshift at the bend, the car understeered and hit the other car on the opposite lane, the left side was a cliff so I did a counter steer to the right and that’s how I ended up in that position. My right front fender, door, rim and bumper, rear diffuser and exhaust are all damaged, all airbags except the steering wheel one deployed. The car that got hit has got damaged right rear door, rear wheel and rear bumper. Even though the cars can be fixed everyone was safe and stable, I still can’t get over it as I hit someone innocent and my car will be written off. I don’t really know where to start there’s so much but basically I don’t have any family (I have a mom that’s it) and always wanted to have kids to have my own family later down the line in life but my girlfriend and me have talked about it and she wants to breaks societys norms and not have children and she said she thinks she would be a bad mother and tbh I don’t disagree with her . She’s autistic and kinda just naturally a lil selfish natured and lack empathy towards others . We’ve talked about the future and stuff and she always just talked about the things she wants to do and nothing really ever includes me. She has family and doesn’t necessarily have a bad relationship with them but it’s like she purposely keeps them away from me . Every time I go there they are very mean and pacific aggressive people and she’s never really stood up for me and it caused issues in the relationship but eventually I just got over it . I’ve always allowed her to do as she will, if she wants to get into a new hobbie I try to provide the resources. She told me before we got together she was going to use sugar daddies for money because she didn’t know how else to survive and today our living situation got messed up and we only got a week left at this house and we could be homeless she start acting irrational and I tried calm her down and tell her things will be alright but she kinda just seem to get more irritated the more I try to comfort her on things here lately and I don’t really know how to go about this . Maybe she just outgrew me or vice versa I love her from the bottom of my heart but I feel as if instinctively something has been off.

So, my car broke down and after many times trying to fix it, my money was very low. So in order to make it to work, I made a mistake and chose to search Carvana. I bought a Chevy Spark EV 2016 with (50,000 miles on it) from Carvana thinking it would hold me over (with little up-keep compared to a gas vehicle) a year or two before I can get a better car.
I drove it just to work and back for 9 months and randomly on my way home it dies. I do more research on how I could fix it, I take it to 2 EV mechanics - need 2 replacement battery coils. I call chevy and they don't make the car or its parts anymore.
Now I'm paying a 12k bill for a car that won't move. But I need a car to get to work and back. Buying a used or new car is going to put me in the red because of this situation. Any option of repo or just simply not paying ruins my credit into not being able to buy a more reliable car.
So I am lost on how I could make my situation any better. How do I get out of this without killing my credit?

Hello i don't know how long this thread will be relevant because the way I'm going to explain it's based on a bug (or at least i think it is) so they will probably fix this sooner or later. I don't even know if it's something already known but I thought it would be good to share with everybody in case it's not something known. Basically when you have a saving and catch pokemon you get the candies for caught pokemon and go to next floor, but if you catch the pokemon go to next floor and then exit open another save > open the menu > save and quit > reload > load game (the one where you just encountered the pokemon(s) you want to farm) it will be reset to the first floor or the stage. This means that if you encounter a legendary at floor 942 (example) and you catch it and you do what i just said you will restart from floor 941 and on 942 there will be again the same legendary so you can catch it as many times as you wish and farm candies for that pokemon.

- if there are shinies they will always be shinies on each reload
- if you save and quit a save you will no longer be able to come back to previous floor with this method but can be helpful in case you're interested in a pokemon on floor xx8 for example, just save and quit there so you don't have to go through all the previous floor eveytime since you will be reset to xx8 floor
- to save the candies you have to go to the next floor this means that you can use this method only for pokemon on floor xx1 to xx9, the pokemon on xx0 floor cannot be farmed this way.
- item drop will be the same
- encounters could be modified if you take or don't take some lures

2024.05.20 08:16 Bad-Psyche Plex Server Disappears after 90 minutes for no reason
All of a sudden I’ve got a problem with my server (including on local network) where the server becomes undiscoverable after 90 minutes (always 90 minutes). Everything plays fine and then it just can’t find it anymore. If I go into Task Manager and “End Task” on the Plex Media Server item and then reopen it, the server becomes accessible again and I can play media, until it happens again and then I have to go through the process again. The weird thing is that when I’m playing on my local network, it seems that even when the server goes down I can finish whatever media I’m watching (i.e. can finish the movie) but then when I try and load anything it all goes blank and I get a “Server not discoverable” error message.

- To get started, I cloned the whole Marlin and Configuration repositories to my Linux machine. git log shows all the developer commit history and all.
- Versions are a big deal since bugs appear and are fixed frequently according to release versions. It appears the Marlin community make one branch for each release version. When I first cloned the repository, it was on the latest bugfix/testing branch. So I checked out a branch called "2.1.1 LTS", and I assume when I compile this, I'm compiling "version 2.1.1 LTS", but I'm struggling for a way to confirm that. Maybe this is obvious to users of git, but there's nothing visible that changed after I checked out 2.1.1 branch. It was kind of anticlimatic. There are no comments in the header files that says they are "for version 2.1.1" or anything; my only evidence is that git branch shows I'm on a branch called 2.1.1; is that all I need to know to know I'm compiling 2.1.1?
- Can I break anything? I assume as long as I never push, I'm not going to like, mess up anything for the Marlin project. And I don't think I can push anyway, I would have to submit a pull request for any changes I would make to the source, and although I've already tweaked the source, it's unlikely I will make any useful code changes.
- I'm creating tons of firmware configurations and binaries and testing them repeatedly. I want to use git myself, for my own purposes, to track my work. But I'm ALREADY working in a git repository....the Marlin one. Should I start committing to this repository, even with no intent ever to push my changes back to the Marlin project? I actually have a top-level "3D printing" repository that I use to track my 3D modeling and designs, and normally "firmware" is just a subfolder in my 3D printing repository. Without thinking about it, when I cloned Marline I cloned it into my "firmware" directory, so now the whole Marline repository is living underneath my 3D printing repository. For the moment I just added the whole directory to my .gitignore, but I'm in desperate need of using git to track my firware compilations, I just don't know whether to start committing to the Marlin repository, or somehow just add the Marlin .git to my top-level .gitignore and start commiting to my normal git repository, or something completely different, please help

For context, we’ve been together for almost 2 years now but we’ve had an extremely rocky past. He (19M) used to be very controlling and manipulative and I (18F) helped him work through all of that. It was very draining to go through, but on top of that, he had disrespected my boundaries on multiple occasions. He had flirt with other girls either in person or through text and when I had confronted him about it he would say that he didn’t know what he was doing was wrong and said he wouldn’t do it anymore. There were also 2 major incidents where he had lied to me about a girl and when I confronted him about it he denied it for hours until I finally got him to tell me the truth (once I showed I had proof). I initially broke up with him, but I had convinced myself it wasn’t a big deal since he hadn’t actually cheated on me, he just lied about breaking the boundary (looking back on this, I definitely gaslit myself). He was extremely remorseful about lying and had opened up about having these toxic habits and tendencies throughout his past relationships, but he never knew how to fix them, so we decided to work on it together. Throughout this first year in our relationship, he never full on cheated (except for the flirting) and since these incidents he’s shown full remorse and has grown so much as a boyfriend since then. The person he was at the beginning of our relationship is almost completely different to how he is now. He hasn’t lied, manipulated me, or controlled me in any way since then. But, I now have the worst trust issues and feel that I can’t trust him. I have constant anxiety about whether he’s cheating on me or lying to me about other people, and even though he constantly reassures me that he isn’t, it doesn’t ease any of the anxiety. There are even times that I’ll ask to go through his phone (I know this isn’t the healthiest thing to do), and even though he’s apprehensive about it he still lets me and I never find anything to indicate him cheating or crossing any boundaries. Even though I don’t find anything, I still overthink and convince myself he is hiding something. These thoughts aren’t ALWAYS around, but they do occur at least once a month and cause some strain on our relationship. He’s frustrated with himself for breaking the trust and I’m tired with having these thoughts. Looking back, I shouldn’t have stayed with him for as long as I did, but I’m still with him now and we’re at a much better, healthier place in our relationship except for the overthinking on my end. I want to continue this relationship if possible, but what do I do? How do I heal and rebuild my trust with him?

M23, about two weeks I decided to fuck around on dating apps and change my age range to 35-55. Unsurprisingly, didn’t get very many matches. On bumble i did match with a 49 year old woman. Looks amazing for her age. She was weird from the get go, couldn’t hangout past 5 on weekdays, no weekends really, wouldn’t give me her number because of the security issues in that. I kinda tried to brush it off as an older woman getting back into the dating scene and was just really quirky. Anyways, the past two weeks I’d say a total of 5-7 times she tried to coordinate a plan to hangout. Usually a movie or a restaurant. Also unsurprisingly, couldn’t really do it since I work 8-5 and she can’t do weekends or anytime.
Anyways, out of nowhere today she hits me up asking to hangout. It’s a Sunday and I agree, why not. I’m on my way to meet her at a movie and I just get this gut wrenching feeling that somethings off. My mind goes straight to catfish, I tell her my concerns, we video call on bumble, boom problem solved she’s real. We then agree to meet later that night at a race track/restaurant to do some drinking and dancing. I get there a little before plan to meet, let’s say 7, and she’s not there. Well she finally hits me up at 7:20 saying she’s there by the entrance. I go outside and see she’s on the phone in what looks like a serious convo. I say hi and she says hi gimme a second, so I politely step away, no sweat. Anyways, an hour goes by, I decide to go to my car and text her I’m leaving. I get to my car and im about to tell her im leaving i get a few messages from her saying she’s done with the call and she’s sorry. I get out of my car and meet her by the entrance again and she’s still on the phone and I hear her say into the phone (not whispering, just normal tone) “no, he’s coming back.” I felt that was odd…so anyways she’s still on the phone, I give her 20 more mins and I start walking back to my car…well I turn around and she’s following me while on the phone still. I zig zag a bit and she’s still hot on my trail, so instead of going to my car, I picked up the pace and went back into the restaurant. I’m sitting there hiding from her, very weirded out, and my mind starts racing, I call a buddy just to be on the phone with someone and he’s telling me I need to leave and that she could be on the phone with someone out there in the lot. I want to leave, however, she’s standing in the way of the entrance and the lot, still on the phone. I look up on my phone and turns out the bar and dance floor close at 8 on Sundays, and she was going off the Friday-Saturday hours. I was able to call a friend to come get me, while she’s texting me apologizing trying to offer me a free meal at a restaurant, saying she’s off the phone now, and giving a whole bunch of options we can meet. I politely declined and she apologized and said she understood why I left, and then said she was on the phone with some military guy who was acting suicidal (I live near an Air Force base) and that’s why she was on the phone for so long.
Anyways, my friends and I are indifferent on what happened. Some of my friends think I was being a paranoid wimp and was just dealing with a quirky older woman who kinda forgot how to act when dating, and is maybe just a little forthcoming about what she wants. However, the other half think I made the right call and were very concerned, thought I was going to get mugged, beaten, or worse trafficked or killed.
What do yall think? Should I cut ties? Should I try and meet her again if she offers?

I zig zag a bit and she’s still hot on my trail, so instead of going to my car, I picked up the pace and went back into the restaurant. I’m sitting there hiding from her, very weirded out, and my mind starts racing, I call a buddy just to be on the phone with someone and he’s telling me I need to leave and that she could be on the phone with someone out there in the lot. I want to leave, however, she’s standing in the way of the entrance and the lot, still on the phone. I look up on my phone and turns out the bar and dance floor close at 8 on Sundays, and she was going off the Friday-Saturday hours. I was able to call a friend to come get me, while she’s texting me apologizing trying to offer me a free meal at a restaurant, saying she’s off the phone now, and giving a whole bunch of options we can meet. I politely declined and she apologized and said she understood why I left, and then said she was on the phone with some military guy who was acting suicidal (I live near an Air Force base) and that’s why she was on the phone for so long.
Anyways, my friends and I are indifferent on what happened. Some of my friends think I was being a paranoid wimp and was just dealing with a quirky older woman who kinda forgot how to act when dating, and is maybe just a little forthcoming about what she wants. However, the other half think I made the right call and were very concerned, thought I was going to get mugged, beaten, or worse trafficked or killed.
What do yall think? Should I cut ties? Should I try and meet her again if she offers?
Edit: One of my friends thinks I’m dealing with a cheating housewife. Considering she’s so secretive about herself and can only hangout on weekdays before 5 (likely time her husband would get home from work).
I’m honestly surprised she even keeps asking me to hangout. Over the course of the past two weeks, i think I bailed on her plans at least 2 or 3 times because my gut just kept telling me something was wrong. They are currently (under my dumb stupid blessing) are letting him rent what is my family's home they are leaving to me when they die for a whooping $600 a month. S I X HUNDRED. 3br 1bth huge fenced back and front yard. 3 porches. Huge attached garage. $600.......
He knew it was only a 6 month agreement. And that either I would be retaking my home, or the rent would be raised to $1000, as i would be taking $600 of it monthly and planned to use it towards a rental of my own. (My family and i truly helped him willingly, so he at least had 6 months to get on his feet.) I on the other hand, was fortunate enough to have my recently divorced bff of 25 years with an open room in her home, badabingbadaboom.
Truthfully, I was basically forced out of my house before I had a say. It wasn't my first choice to leave every bit if furniture/my daughter's bedroom set/ect...THAT I ALONE have purchased throughout the years, to my floppy meatsuit of an ex manchild who's idea of "hard labor" is mowing a lawn..but it was my ONLY choice. Anyways the 6 months is up, and it had come time to go forward with what was already previously understood as to happen...I should have seen it coming, given that he suddenly started to attempt far more communication (our child being his perfect excuse to disguise what was really going on....
.....and then THIS MF-ER...MAN.... My grandmother tells me on my way out after stopping by for breakfast, that my ex had told her unless they lower the rent for him, he won't pay the 3k debt from TWO years ago now (he promised as soon as he got his tax return, he would pay it) but now he'd need it to find another rental property......this 33 year old man....telling this to My sweet and kind grandmother, who is the a matriarch to my family mind you, she has basically RAISED this 33 year old brat since his infanthood (since he was 22 years old!). ~His parents were 2.5 hours away, his dad is an attorney in some podunk hillbilly town, and his mom is all the worst parts of the gossipy church women put together. They only cared about his younger sister and her two children, lol. So.~
I was floored. I told her something along the lines of "uhhhh I'm pretty sure that's a form of extortion????"
Anyways. I slept on it, and woke up to choosing violence. By violence, I mean I messaged the only thing I knew he "CARED" about, at least for now, until there's nothing for him to gain. I just wanted to make sure he knew where i stood really, and how careful he should tread with me now after hearing that.
...this girl was the other former bff of MY bff. She HATED me for at least a decade. "Frienmies" if yiu will. I had been told SEVERAL times around 6 years ago (ish) that she told our mutual bestie how she was going to "fuck my boyfriend, and get him to leave me. That he was her dream guy" LOFL ...and had witnessed/heard her myself FLIRT with him heavy and totally disrespectfully in front of me. Up until the day they boinked in secret, this girl followed all my social accounts religiously for allll these years....
You can imagine, I had some STUFF I was dying to let out, but I will say, I refrained from being an absolute c-word. I basically in the most passive aggressive tone, EXPOSED what my exs current game was with my family home and the mistreatment of my grandparents.
I told her to ask about his stomach illness he faked so well, had me so SO sympathetic towards him that I asked if he would just instead making basically double pay for the summer months (school district employee) and not taking off....to take off, an I would just work ot graves or whatever extra I could/did...and then how the DAY BEFORE our child started 1st grade, he pulled the rug out from under by creating a literally pointless 4 hours screaming match.....and leaving me, the house, the dogs, and the bills high and dry. No tummy ache to ever come about again...
Or how he had a disguised app with nudes and texts from women he cheated on me with or had fucked when we were in a slump/split. And how she's also in it.
And to ask the father of the year what his 7 year olds doctors name was...we used her since the 2day infant visit lol.
Or to ask him who's been the provider for our child's education since 3 years of age. Her insurance. Dental. Ect. (Hint: it's not him).
I asked her to ask him why he told me that she "owned her own home and was so independent and worked so hard to be where she is now" as a means to rub salt in my wounds while he forced me out if my/OUR old home in the worst mental depression I'd ever dealt with.....when that is not true because she cheated on her husband with multiple men while he was deployed and lost her Marital home in divorce. She lives with her parents and two younger brothers.
Why he was still.texting me and sending me his unsolicited or answered selfies to me.
I wrapped it up with my point of the information being that for my exs sake, I pleaded she encouraged him to don"the right thing".
I mean....I knew he was putting on a dog and pony show for her from day 1. He's a fraud, I learned that over and over. He will lie/manipulative/step on whatever and whoever without a care in the world, all while making whoever they choose to feel as if they're to blame if any sort of conflicts or grievance against them rose.
So I knew in my exes false reality he was painting for this chick was no doubt of how amazing a father he is, and how shitty of a parent and person I am in turn....

4 days later - he is asking if we could discuss getting her needed dental work finished up as we've put it off for a while (he literally never cared the first phase lol)
That same day - he is pandering sympathy and attention because he's suddenly having stomach attacks again and he's got a colonoscopy scheduled and blahblahblahhhhhh.
I mean....literally the list of the shit I exposed directly goes on and on.....and he made sure to cover up each one down the line. Like. If that isn't "master manipulation".....what is? There has got to be a word for this oh so insanely predictable behavior lol.
Certainly. I'd hope the chick truly SEES what is happening? That the dude is literally whether subconsciously/uncontrollably covering up his actions because he knows deep down, what was done was wrong all around...or just creating and perfecting his own stage right before our eyes? Lol RIGHT?!
I just have to laugh at it all now. It's just a RL sitcom of disaster at this point. 😑

I used to play in Skyrim version 1.6.1130, everything worked back then (same mods, same load order, same skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini), I decided to update since I read that now it should be working as intended and that the great majority of modders updated their mods to work with 1.6.1170... Big Mistake.
I found myself in multiple problems: First Address Library wasn't working, turns out, for some reason I forgot to update USSEP, when I did, it worked. So I proceeded to manually check every single mod I had installed and updated each and every one.
Then I found myself facing a new issue, .NetScriptFramework was failing, reporting the next error message:
Initialization failed! Main::Initialize threw an exception. See 'NetScriptFramework.log.txt' file for more information. Message returned was: InvalidOperationException(Version Library error: File not found (NetScriptFramework.SkyrimSE.1_6_1170_0.bin)!)
But then realized it's not ported into AE (no idea how it worked in 1.6.1130), but anyways, I realized my mods don't really need it, so I unchecked it altogether. The error stopped popping then... But...
After that, Engine Fixes SSE stopped working, showing the error:
SKSE/Trampoline.h(187): Failed to handle allocation request.
According to another post, it might have multiple solutions, but after trying everything there was in the post, I can't seem to find a solution.
I'll leave my modlist, plugins and ini files here for anyone to check, I don't really know much about modding, I apologize if there are conflicts in my load order, but this same modlist (apart from disabling .Net Script Framework) worked flawlessly in 1.6.1130, and as soon as I updated, everything died.
I'll also leave my EngineFixes.log file here so anyone can read it, but I'll tell you now that the supposed quicksaves, autosaves and saves that it's trying to open in C:\Users\pc\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\__MO_Saves\ doesn't exist whatsoever, so idk why that is happening tbh.
