2024.05.20 02:36 koala_thunder Vacation hairstyles for low density hair?

As the title states, I have low density hair which means with certain styles you can see a lot of scalp *sigh.* I never had box braids or twists before, but I'm afraid to commit due to the fear of it really showing how sparse my scalp is. I'm going to Mexico this year and really need a protective hairstyle that won't make me look crazy. Or maybe I'm overthinking this? Anyone have any tips or suggestions?

2024.05.20 01:18 abeteenorvegese any advice to know if box braids would suit me?

the title is pretty straightforward. i just LOVE how box braids look, and always wanted to get them done, but i'm not sure if they'd look good on me or not... i have short hair and bangs, and a big forehead with a heart shaped hairline (i don't know if it has a name, that's the best way i could describe it šŸ˜) that looks like it's receding in some points since i've had long hair for years and they were always tied in a tight high ponytail. all these things make me wonder if getting box braids would be a good idea or a terrible one-
(since i'm white and i've seen many "cultural appropriation" debates on internet regarding this hairstyle, i want to specify that from my point of view, it's more like "cultural appreciation", i just love how they look, but if you think getting them done would be disrespectful, please let me know: i don't want, by any mean, offend anyone )

2024.05.19 23:50 anowarakthakos Fancy hairstyles that work with fine, thin hair?

Hi lovely people!
I have thin, fine hair that is a little long (down my breasts or so) to and stick straight.
Next weekend, Iā€™ll be a bridesmaid in a friendā€™s wedding. I elevated to do the profesional hairstyling since I am not good at doing my own hair, but I need to come up with a requested style. Everything Iā€™m seeing online requires twice the amount of hair I have, requires shorter hair, or will show my scalpā€¦ Iā€™d prefer not to feel/look bald if Iā€™m paying $200.
Does anyone have fancy styles they recommend? My hair doesnā€™t hold a curl well but I worry itā€™s too thin to do a nice braid. I donā€™t care whether itā€™s up or down, or some combination of both.
Any suggestions are appreciated! Thank you!

2024.05.19 17:35 Kgg907021 Looking for some pretty old edits!!

So, way back after season 1 came to an end, there was an actual period of time until season 2 came out. I was a kid and going crazy because there was no content. I really got into this small community of editors(?) who photoshopped Screenshots and made their own story or cool edits.
There was this one girl who made her own superheroes. One was a girl, who's whole thing was that her miraculous was based on a cheetah. (I think? The patterns were very minimalistic, but it was either a cheetah or a leopard) She also had long brown hair that I think was in a braid-ish hairstyle, but I may be remembering that part wrong. The other one was a guy. I don't remember what his miraculous was like but he was very emo and the creator shipped him with Adrien. There was one edit where they were kissing in the bushes and there was a whole video (animatic style) with the OC and the song "I'm not gay"
I have since tried finding these videos and edits, but I've had no luck so far. The videos may have been deleted, but if anyone can at least find the edits it would mean the world to me. Thanks in advance.

2024.05.19 17:07 Far-Suit-5295 My Story Of Leaving Islam

Introduction: Hello, I was born and raised in a devout Muslim family in Michigan. Islam was not just a religion for me; it was a way of life in every aspect. I prayed five times a day, fasted during Ramadan, and wore the hijab since I was 15-16. For many years, my faith provided me with a sense of community, identity, and purpose. Personal Journey: Growing up, I never questioned my beliefs. My family and community were my world, and Islam was the foundation of that world. However, as I entered my late teens, I began to encounter ideas and perspectives that made me question the beliefs I had always taken for granted. It started subtlyā€”questions about the role of the Lord in every religion. During quarantine, I was 15-16 years old (now turning 20), I became so religious compared to the person I was before. I was reading the Quran and trying to memorize 99 names of Allah. I was fasting every Monday and Thursday (one time, my birthday was on a Thursday, and even fasted on the day). I wore the hijab and long skirt like I mentioned before. Experiencing Abuse: A significant and painful part of my journey involved experiencing abuse within my family. My mother is my first bully. She would throw insults and negative comments about my body and eating habits (no, I am actually pretty healthy). She is very insecure, and project her insecurities onto me. This went around for 5+ years. Key Questions and Doubts: One of the first issues that troubled me was the concept of being abused in Islam. Like I donā€™t know why some except me to trust a deity to give me a child abuser as my mother. Why would I do that? I also felt lost and hopeless when it comes to the whole thing about the respecting thing to my mother. Trust me, I do respect my mother, but she doesnā€™t respect me, making it so hard. I tried to find answers, but I never rather got a good one. Process of Leaving: I stop wearing hijab a few years ago. I am not going back. I loved it at first, but I gradually stop caring about it. I love my hair extensions (braids, twists, and planning to do french curls). I feel ten times more prettier for the clothes and hairstyle that I choose to wear. I am more into manifestation and affirmations to be honest. Spiritual is more freeing and gives me a happiness. Honestly, spiritual feels like a nice, warm hug. I am planning to buy some crystals too (rose quartz and citrine). Impact on Relationships: When I finally admitted to myself that I no longer believed in Islam, it did take a while. I think I was in denial for a few years. When I was 18-19, I stopped caring about religion as a whole. Although, I am more still questioning God to this day. I never told my family, knowing them, they would just get mad so Iā€™m good. Hell, I never told anyone Muslim that I left the religion. I donā€™t need the extra backlash and stress. I only told my non-Muslims friends. Good thing that the only Muslims friends I have are online. They still call me sister, and I am just like ehh. Conclusion: Today, I moved out of my momā€™s household. My journey out of Islam has been the most challenging experience of my life, but it has also been the most rewarding. I am at peace with my decision and look forward to a future where I can live in peace and happy.
Thank you for listening, and sorry for the long ass post.

Any tips on animating things like dreadlocks and other protective hairstyles?
hope im posting this in the right place, I tried searching but all the tutorials I found were 3d.
I have a character I'm planning to animate who has dreadlocks, does anyone know a good way to simplify dreads to make them easier to animate whilst also keeping it obvious they're supposed to be dreads?
Also, not just dreads, if anyone has any tips for the same thing but with other hairstyles like box braids, twists etc that would be appreciated!
Here is what the character is supposed to look like, its mostly the bun im struggling on, it feels like an awful lot of lines to have to redraw over and over again.,.

2024.05.18 16:19 Intelligent_Agent767 Whimsylist: Not-so-required Quality of Life

Iā€™ll try to be as objective as possible, but the short story is: When I ask for some of these qualities of life on TwitteX, I was told that theyā€™re whimsy because thereā€™re more important things for the team to focus on, but now with Loot Reborn maybe itā€™s time for some whims (good for everyone including unicorn gamers)!
1 Choose to play only day or night instead of cycle, or normal cycle (maybe in bed?) 2 Option to highlight Elite enemies for a color of choice. (for when we play without life bars) 3 Track Battle Pass objetives. 4 Combat Text Display: Show Critical Numbers only (including Overpower) 5 Choose Minion Health Bars colors. 6 Fast teleport to Tree of Whispers when Grim Favors is full. (instead of looking on the map) 7 Remodel some set transmogs visuals that are repeated and make them look unique. (ex: Sorcerers Boneweave, Archon and Sovereign) 8 Bring back first beta Hairstyles. (Male Barbarianā€™s braids and Female Sorcererā€™s long hair) 9 Black dye. 10 Side Quests tracker that weā€™ve done yet. (people stop asking for this) 11 Somehow we know when caused a lucky hit. (maybe a ā€œL-H!ā€ or a symbol) 12 Choose eyebrows and beards separately. (by the name of Akarat)
What else do you think would be an important but whimsical improvement?

2024.05.18 07:23 xXcyaneXx help :( looking for a hair mod XB1/X

have skyrim SE XBx
have a really obscure Q because my dumbass DID NOT save a pic of it but i'm looking for specific hairstyle i lost on my skyrim SE. does anyone know what mod contains a hairstyle like a mowhawk/undercut with a spikey braid/updo type situation in the back (female)?? shaved on the sides, a single hairpiece drops down over the forehead, the back is a spikey 90s barbarian type of braid/updo. almost very pamela anderson/90s spikey updo in the back but it reads very lesbian barbarian, very short!
had this hair on my orc tank and i LOVED it. i changed my LO, got rid of some mods and added some others then went to recreate the character and was missing the hair i had originally picked for her design. the only problem is that i DID NOT get rid of any hair packs. i have no idea what mod gave me this hairstyle but i would really like to get it back!
i have only ever run HG hair packs and currently have downloaded and enabled every available HG pack on XB1/X so i know it isn't any of those. thought it might have been an orc racial overhaul i had but have tried all of those to no avail. i've cross referenced my library on bethesda.net and still cant figure it out. i know its a long shot without a picture, but im desperate. at this point ill also take generic recs for nice tank-y barbarian type hair mods.

2024.05.18 02:24 thehollow21 i am so confused w myself genuinely

so iā€™ve known i was transmasc for probably 2-3 years now, and iā€™ve fluctuated with gender a lot in the past but have been pretty solid on name and pronouns for a while. however, iā€™ve constantly been stuck on this internal debate, where i convince myself i can only be a girl because i only look pretty as a girl and i know i could transition and look the way i want to but the chance im able to transition anytime soon is slim to none. im heading off to college next year and i really, really want a fresh start but that has to start with me being solid on my gender identity and im so frustrated with it all. i know i would love to pass as a guy and dress feminine then, even try going back to makeup and stuff, but when i dress feminine now, or put on makeup it feels so wrong. i look too close to a girl wearing makeup, and not a guy wearing makeup. when i get braids done or other feminine hairstyles per my mothers request, i feel pretty for a little while until it feels so sickeningly wrong and i need it out desperately. i donā€™t know what to do. with my parents paying for college, transitioning right now i donā€™t think is an option, but i want to just be a feminine guy in college, not a girl struggling to pass as a guy cause i want to wear skirts and shit every now and then. what do i do genuinely im so exhausted

2024.05.17 20:02 channies-laptop Anyone know any tips on how to tame frizzy hair?

Anyone know any tips on how to tame frizzy hair?
Iā€™ve got (sort of) thick curly hair because of my mother (sheā€™s Pakistani so I get the thickness from her) and my father (heā€™s Nigerian so obviously I get my curls from him) but my hair didnā€™t really turn out like my siblingsā€™ hair did. My sister has gorgeous 4c hair that really match her cute round face and my brother has proper short African hair that is actually really long when you pull it because of shrinkage. But Iā€™m guessing that I have like a 3ab hair type as itā€™s not curly enough to be 3b but way curlier than 3a but I might be wrong. And because my hair is a mix of both of my parentsā€™ hair itā€™s really thick, frizzy (if I donā€™t finger roll it) and curly. I was wondering if anyone knew any products or hairstyles that could help stop the frizziness because I canā€™t keep finger rolling my hair everyday before school as itā€™s grown so long that it reaches my hips when pulled so it takes forever (Iā€™m also sort of a perfectionist) and I also donā€™t have the time to drench it, make sure the chickens have enough food/water, get dressed and showered, revise for my Spanish GCSE and then walk to school. I was thinking about asking some girls in my year group but thereā€™s only one girl curly hair and sheā€™s a different hair type to me (same hair type as my sister I believe) and her friendā€™s mum is a hair dresser so she she can have her hair in different styles every other week (sometimes she has braids, other times itā€™s straightened, natural and down or in a ponytail). Iā€™ve tried a few different styles but the ones I use the most are having it half up half down or just in a regular bun with my bangs finger rolled so they donā€™t go frizzy. Iā€™ve been using a leave in conditioner and this other weird hair thing. I donā€™t know what it does but it kind of helps when I finger roll my hair but Iā€™m getting sick of finger rolling so I need some help. I might also need help with my bangs because Iā€™m banned from using straighteners to protect my hair so I canā€™t straighten them but they also get much frizzier than the rest of my hair and I canā€™t finger roll them because when they dry I kinda look like a slug and I donā€™t have the time to individually roll them (I can barely do my whole hair without being late). I donā€™t use any gel so I donā€™t know what I should get(and if I should get some). I know different hair types need a different hair routine but Iā€™m honestly stuck right now. Can anyone help me??? And any quick alternative hair styles would help me so much too.(In the second photo I didnā€™t finger roll and didnā€™t have my bangs at the time. In the first photo itā€™s half up half down with my bangs)

By incorporating these unique and imaginative hairstyles, you can make the most of your Remy hair extensions in 2024. These styles not only enhance the length and volume of your hair but also allow you to express your creativity and individuality, ensuring you stand out with every look.

Guess who arrived! My first 18ā€ AG doll ever šŸ„ŗšŸ©·
I caved thanks to fomo and bought Kirsten with some savings I had! Definitely a big purchase considering Iā€™m from Colombia and had to pay shipping too. But omg Iā€™m so in love. Sheā€™s beautiful! Idk how Iā€™m going to pay for them or store/display them, but Iā€™ll definitely try to grow my historical characters AG collection šŸ¤Ŗ
Iā€™m debating hard between keeping the braids or trying a different hairstyle, because they arrived pretty loose plus one braidā€™s end is not tucked inside the rest of the hair properly, and Iā€™ll probably have to re do it completely anyway. šŸŽ€

2024.05.16 19:50 vikingboogers Always need it up in a hairstyle?

Hello! My hair is the longest it's been since I cut it and dyed it a million colors in highschool, (then side shaves in college lol.) Right now the longest bits are to the middle of my back but I'm having some concerns.
I lose A LOT of hair in the shower. It's kinda crazy how much, I run my hand through my hair and a whole hair ball is woven around my fingers. I have had low vitamin d in the past which is what I thought was causing this but I've been taking vitamins for weeks and getting sun as well. My doctor (who runs blood tests on me every three months for other stuff) says nothing is wrong.
But also my hair is very fine and thin. I feel like I have to keep it in a braid or up with a hairstyle or else strands of hairs go everywhere, look like greasy tendrils, and risk getting broken off.
Right now I use Sally's generic color saving shampoo and conditioner as well as a hair mask with ginseng and caffeine. I also put oil on my scalp before a shower.
I don't use heat but I do dye my hair black every three to four months. My hair is naturally almost black but I just want it really black. I would rather not post a picture of my hair.

Now that they're face to face, Chizuru finally recognizes her. However, the girl in front of her looked different than usual, she seemed to be playing herself. Her clothes and hairstyle were just like her rental date with Kazuya. She's even wearing her hair in pigtails, but it looks like it's about to fall apart if she doesn't wear it properly.
https://preview.redd.it/08i7dnjddp0d1.png?width=762&format=png&auto=webp&s=ce7d3e55493bfaf013607f6b0f5062ffe6a2f047
Young Girl (Angry): Mizuhara Chizuru! Why are you here?
Chizuru: You're Ruka? It's been a long time, why do you look like this?
ā€”------------------------------------------------------------------------------
It was a few hours ago when Kuri dropped Ruka off at the door.
Ruka: Thank you very much, I'm sorry for the trouble.
Kuri: You're welcome, it's okay.
Ruka: So I'm going home, bye!
Kuri: If you need anything, just call me! I'll be there whenever you need me, bye!
Ruka went back to her house, because her parents went on a business trip, Ruka was now free and uninhibited.
Ruka thought: What Kuri said about Kazuya just now seems to be very true. But maybe Kazuya lied to him! Kazuya's always worried about Kuri knowing about our relationship, so it makes sense to lie to him. I've seen Kazuya lately, and I don't think he's any different. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen myself.
But it's true that Kazuya can't get enough of Chizuru. And the lie is still alive and well. His family still thinks that Chizuru is still his girlfriend, so I can't really get into that. And did Kazuya really stay at Chizuru's house for a while? It doesn't make any sense, if that's how their relationship is, would Kazuya move to a new apartment?
Detective Ruka keeps her positive thoughts, so she completely rejects what Kuri said before.
Ruka thought: But, I really need to be aggressive, and these two days are my chance. While mom and dad are away, I don't have to explain too much even if I go to Kazuya's apartment for the night. I'm going to take advantage of it.
But last time he didn't do anything for me, how can I win him over? Although I'm not convinced, he's really obsessed with Chizuru. What is it about me that I am inferior to her?
She's a bit taller than me, but I still have room to grow!
She's got a fuller figure than me, but I'm not so bad either, and I've got room to grow.
Do I not look as pretty as she does? I definitely don't think so, and I'm younger than she is.
Don't I work as hard as she does? I'm working hard on studying
Do I deserve sympathy compared to her? It's sad that I've had a heart condition since I was a child!
Above all, I'm the person the world loves him the most.
Ruka came to the conclusion, scratching her head, but she couldn't reach a conclusion. While scratching her head she realized that she had overlooked something very important.
Ruka thought: Hair... Hair .... I just don't have long hair. Kazuya was always concerned about the long-haired women passing by on the street, and he liked long hair, so it's a wonder he didn't care about me.
But how can I grow my hair long in such a short time? It's my mom's fault, she taught me that short hair is easy to manage. In fact, she's just lazy and doesn't want to brush my hair and tie my braids when I am little.
If you can't grow it long, try a wig. I want to make Kazuya look at me in a new style, one that he won't forget.
Ruka searched the internet for information on wigs, and ended up buying a dark brown wig from a cosplay store. In addition to that, she recalls the dress Chizuru wore and buys a set in a similar style.
Ruka went home and started to dress herself up. She puts on a thicker evening makeup, sprays herself with her mother's perfume, and puts on a pair of unusually high heels. And black pantyhose. But the hardest part was the wig.
Ruka thought, ā€œIs that all I need to put on my head? It's too common, I remember Chizuru's hairstyle had some special pigtails. I'm going to follow suit. I'm not proud of it, but I'm going to have to go all the way. After I've taken him down, I'll just go back to my favorite look.
Ruka searched the internet for a way to do Chizuru's braid, and she finally found it, but it was very complicated, and it was an ā€œSā€ level of difficulty for her, who always had short hair. She spends a lot of time trying and trying, and when she was supposed to be out of the door by 6:00, she ends up doing it by 8:00. Finally, a shape came out. She was ready to go.
Ruka thought: I'd like to surprise Kazuya, so I won't inform him. I'm sure he won't be able to resist the sight of a sexy girl like me when he's lonely.
I bought a box of 3 last time, should I bring the remaining 2? Not this time, that just ended yesterday. It's very safe today. Just let me be real ........ with him. Then he'll never leave me.
Ruka went to Kazuya's new apartment with high hopes.

To be continuous .....

2024.05.16 03:51 LemonsSqueezys I Hate My Hair

Iā€™m really, really, starting not to like my hair. It bothers me that thereā€™s all this extra work in order to take care of it properly, since itā€™s super curly (4b or 4c?)
My hair grows, and itā€™s quite healthy. The longest Iā€™ve had it was to my butt. Right now, its just below my chest. So itā€™s not a growth or length issue. Iā€™ve also never had it relaxed, Iā€™ve been natural all my life. My routine and products I use are minimal, and I have the techniques down. I would say Iā€™m quite experienced.
My main issue is that itā€™s not quite versatile. I know people mention all the things you can do to it, but itā€™s usually wigs, braids, or silk presses. I hate wigs, I hate braids, and constantly straightening your hair damages it and thatā€™s its own set of upkeep. And if it is natural, the styles require a bunch of gel and tension.
For a few years, I had my hair in twists. Thatā€™s how I got my hair to my butt. But because of how long it was getting, I would only touch my hair once a month (I know, disgusting). It was getting to the point that I would start in the morning, and at best, end late in the night. I tried doing it more often, which did cut down on the time, but it still took basically all day just in more frequent intervals. I eventually decided to just take the twists out. Due to basically neglecting my hair, I had so many split ends and single strand knots I had to cut more than half my hair šŸ˜
When I looked online for what to do with my hair, all I saw was wigs and weave. I get hot and sweaty easily, and I donā€™t like the idea of not having access to my scalp, so wigs are a no. Iā€™ve had braids before, but I donā€™t like sitting down for hours to do my hair, and I didnā€™t want to continue waiting a month to do my hair or only having it in for 1-2 weeks and taking it out. I donā€™t trust myself to use heat, and I hate gel as itā€™ll make my hair greasy quickly. I also wanted styles where I didnā€™t have to worry about my hair too much, since I like to swim. But without those styles, itā€™s hard to have your hair looking decent.
My alternative to gel was to detangle and style my hair everyday. I would detangle it in the shower and style it when I came out. Since I didnā€™t moisturize it, that end up leaving my hair dry and with single strand knots, so I had to cut my hair again. Then I applied moisture every other day, which stopped the knots, but now my hair was getting dirty easily. Also, the routine of taking the time to section my hair, detangle each section, twist it up, and then find a style was getting tiresome. Finding a style while having kinky hair, thereā€™s only a handful of hairstyles that work with no gel, so it was quite discouraging.
Eventually, I just decided to leave my hair in four braids and wash it once a week. My routine is simple: I detangle it in the shower before I start shampooing, I leave it in sections the whole time, leave the conditioner to sit while I wash myself, detangle and rinse it, use water and oil and braid them up. Throughout the week, as it gets frizzy, I detangle and braid it in the shower (which is about every other day).
I look back and Iā€™m like, why all this work??? I watch people with straight and loose curls a lot and I wish I could do what they could with their hair. I wish I could just wake up, brush it out, and itā€™s decent looking or I can immediately style it. Or, even if I have to wet and detangle it, I wish I didnā€™t have to constantly section it off, and only let the water ā€œresetā€ my curls. Since my curls are tight and can knot easily, I donā€™t wear it out without detangling it first which isnā€™t a simple ordeal either.
I wish I could do minimal to no sectioning, and when Iā€™m done detangling I could take it all out and just brush through it. I wish it would stay decently detangled throughout my shampooing, and all I have to do is a quick brush through my head with the conditioner in before rinsing it out. I wish it didnā€™t take me almost 2 HOURS TO WASH AND BRAID MY HAIR EVERY WEEK! I wish when I styled it, I could leave more hair out and do cute minimal hairstyles, not worry about having to ā€œstretch it outā€ or do looks that could be achieved with minimal to no gel (my hair just isnt like that lol). I wish I could just moisturize it and let it dry and be done with it.
Iā€™ve had long hair: down my butt, lower back, and now Iā€™m letting it grow out again and itā€™s about mid back. I canā€™t show off my length! Iā€™ve always wanted long hair, and now that I do, I canā€™t even take it out and see it all because itā€™ll just shrink and be a hassle! I think my curls are pretty, but shrinkage limits styles so much and since theyā€™re tight, wearing my hair out just leaves it vulnerable to breakage.
Another issue I have is cleanliness. I wash my hair once a week, but like I said, Iā€™m hot bodied. Iā€™m also active, so I sweat a bunch. My hair just gets dirty so quickly! My issues always been that I canā€™t just wash it, since it takes so long. I have a life! I have stuff to do! This is tmi, but I hate that I canā€™t wash my sweaty head! It grosses me out, and Iā€™m always scratching it. I feel like no matter what I do, Iā€™m a slave to my hair. This has to be my biggest issue, it gives me the ick.
My only hope is to shave it. I donā€™t mind wearing wigs if I have nothing underneath, if I decide to wear wigs. I can also wash it however often I want to. My only issue is my femininity. I love long hair, I love having long hair. I love measuring my hair from time to time and being happy with how much itā€™s grown. I love the compliments I get about my hair being (unexpectedly) long. Also, my hair wasnā€™t always long. Before I learned what to do and how to take care of it, my hair was the same length for years and I envied those whose hair was long and loose. I mean I still do, but itā€™s more for versatility and ease rather than it is about looks (although that does still play a role). Now that I have it, I feel sad about letting it go. Itā€™s kind of like my identity, which is also a reason why I want to shave it off. Iā€™m also already insecure about looking manly, so while shaving my hair from here on out might be freeing, I feel like itā€™ll amplify another insecurity.
I donā€™t know what was the point of me making this or if anybody cares but this is my dilemma and I dunno if anyoneā€™s going through something similar.

2024.05.15 14:23 SpaceGainde I canā€™t control my hair texture

I canā€™t control my hair texture
First photo is my hair at what I consider itā€™s peak, I like the texture on the top of it making it look kinda long/messy. Second is my hair right now.
It had this hairstyle 1 day after I took out my braids and I remember my hair stylist putting products and manipulating it in some kinda way but I canā€™t recall what she did exactly.
Rn I cut a little bit of my hairs and Iā€™m just not doing anything special with it but Iā€™d really like some texture on the top. I tried the twist sponge but I just canā€™t figure out how to use it even with tutorials šŸ˜
Anyone knows how to achieve the texture on the first image ? Any advice on where I should go with my hair ?

2024.05.14 21:07 magpienesting hairstyles to manage seborrheic dermatitis?

hi! i'm southeast asian/filipino with thick and hopelessly straight hair that reaches my shoulders. i'm currently managing seborrheic dermatitis with prescribed creams/ointments and medicated shampoos. the thickness of my hair makes it such a chore to wash, and my medication placement is patchy at best.
i have an undercut to manage the thickness and i'm best able to apply medication on the shaved parts. i'm not inclined towards shaving my whole head but i'm šŸ¤šŸ¤šŸ¤ this close, ugh.
i'm hoping for suggestions on hairstyles to make it easier to wash my hair and apply medication on my scalp. would braids be an option for me? if so, what kind? (for context, i'm based in the philippines so i'm not too familiar with the socio-cultural nuances or implications of braids and race.) or just a short layered cut? even a pixie? any suggestions and insight would be appreciated! thank you!
