The letter was signed by PLLO Secretary Mark Llandro Mendoza. "After a long fought battle to increase the Teaching Supplies Allowance (or chalk allowance) of teachers, the 'Kabalikat sa Pagtuturo Act' is now a law, hiking the current P5,000 teaching supplies allowance to P10,000," said the party in Filipino. "This law was first filed by the ACT Teachers Party-list in 2011 and was brought to the forefront for years before being officially passed into law." Teachers have long been clamoring for the said increase since the current allowance couldn't cover all the expenses needed to buy enough chalk, erasers, forms and other classroom suppplies. As a result, educators have been taking out money from their own pockets. Said party-list spearheaded the most recent measure in the House of Representatives, which was later on passed in December 2023, with their approved version providing for P7,500 for SY 2024-2025 and P10,000 for SY 2025-2026 onwards. Its counterpart bill in Senaate was likewise passed in May 2023. However, only P5,000 haas been granted for SY 2024-2025 in the reconciled Senate Bill 1964 and House Bill 9682 of the Bicameral Conference Committee. It was officially transmitted to the Office of the President last May 3, 2024. 'Proof that collective action works' In a separate statement, the Alliance of Concerneed Teachers (ACT) Philippines last Friday attributed the bill's passage to the tireless efforts of teachers and progressive supporters. "This is proof that we could achieve victories through collective action alongside our genuine representatives inside the Congress, the ACT Teachers Party-list, who since 2011 have filed the bill seeking for the increase of teaching supplies allowance for our public school teachers," said Vladimer Quetua, ACT chairperson. "Teachers have long been spending their own money for school supplies. Yearly, we take out a huge amount from our own pockets to fix classrooms. Hello, I’m trying to set up a Docker mail server, but I’m having some difficulties. After the installation from the market, I’m unable to connect a client like Outlook to it.
I’ve followed these tutorials: Basic Installation and Self-hosted Mail Server. Now, I can connect to the server, but I’m unable to send emails. However, receiving emails is working fine. Also i could not set up SSL. I used 143 and 465 as ports in the Client.
Every outgoing email seems to be marked as spam and doesn’t reach the recipient’s server. I believe I’ve correctly set up the DNS with the following records:

A Soulja Boy interpolation and unabashed, blaring computerized synths drives That Kid’s track “Kiss Me Thru the Phone” where he relies on the nostalgic interpolation singing, “I just wanna kiss you / But I can't right now / So baby kiss me thru the phone.” Lyrics likes these and glitchy, distorted vocals and beats provide a unique listening experience that asks little of the listener in terms of content and expression while asking for contemplation and reflection regarding form. Hyperpop has become a community-based genre, and a space, for independent queer artists to express themselves and develop culture from the sidelines. The genre is attractive because of the tension between its queerly-nostalgic, kitsch lyrical content and avant-garde musical production.
What is Hyperpop?
The microgenre has been covered by The New York Times and The Atlantic with the latter’s article title reading, “Noisy, Ugly, and Addictive.” Hyperpop as a genre began as a Spotify playlist whose relatively small following of about 450,000 currently that, according to The New York Times, followers add to their library at a rate rivaling that of some of the biggest playlists on the platform like “RapCaviar.” WXPN, a non-commercial, member-supported radio service of the University of Pennsylvania, describes hyperpop as “…a genre that takes modern mainstream pop concepts, crushes them up, spits them out, ingests them again, and spits them out again. Perhaps that’s an exaggeration. But not an egregious one.” Maximalist and exaggerative, hyperpop takes the conventions of the pop genre and pushes them to its extreme. Resulting in “surrealist lyrics, overblown bass and high pitch vocals” and “Glitches, metallic sound synths and distorted vocals” (Lucas De Lellis da Silva). Hyperpop is a genre that defies the genre label in its transformation of other genres such as hip-hop, trap, rock, and punk. Its punk influence can also be seen with “its alignment with queerness, anti-capitalist and environmentalist beliefs raises questions on our current notions of technology and issues of representation.”

Hyperpop music production is where it is most avant-garde. The genre imitates pop music and exaggerates it, pop music being an imitation in itself. In his essay, “Avant-Garde and Kitsch,” Clement Greenberg on the avant-garde says, “[According to] Aristotle, all art and literature are imitation, then what we have here is the imitation of imitating.” Greenberg describes Picasso paintings as avant-garde, where the reflection of the painting, the interpretation and deliberation on part of the audience, “are not immediately or externally present in Picasso's painting but must be projected into it by the spectator sensitive enough to react sufficiently to plastic qualities.” On the other hand, Greenberg (misattributing a painting to Repin) describes Repin as a kitsch artist. Greenberg says “the “reflected” effect having already been included in the picture, ready for the spectator's unreflective enjoyment.” Greenberg summarizes this point when he says, “If the avant-garde imitates the processes of art, kitsch, we now see, imitates its effects.” Both avant-garde and kitsch can be seen in hyperpop where the production is avant-garde, glitchy, distorted and experimental and the lyrics are kitsch, overt, and cliché.
There are class biases regarding high art (e.g. avant-garde) and low art (e.g. kitsch). On the material importance of class and aesthetics, Greenberg claims that
On the effect the ruling class’s funding has on the artist, Greenberg says, “precisely because his content was determined in advance, the artist was free to concentrate on his medium. He needed not to be philosopher, or visionary, but simply artificer” (16). Being an artificer allowed artists to focus on their medium and its form. Because hyperpop music is not determined in advance by the ruling class, hyperpop artists instead must focus on form and content which has resulted in avant-garde production and a reliance on kitsch imagery in their lyrics.
Perhaps the most avant-garde, the acclaimed hyperpop song “ringtone remix [feat. Charli XCX, Rico Nasty, Kero Kero Bonito]” by 100 gecs demonstrates the paradox of being avant-garde and kitsch. The song displays a catchy hook with distorted sound effects and pitched up vocals, a rap passage over a rock instrumentation, an interlude asking Charli XCX to sing the hook again, and finally an outro that features whispers and a sparse electronic drums. The song pushes the boundaries of form. However, once again, the lyrics are kitschy; “spilling champagne” and “my boy’s got his own ringtone” which invokes the tradition of giving specific phone numbers particular ringtones popular in the 2000s.
Nostalgic Lyrics
Queer artists in the hyperpop genre have relied on nostalgic lyrics. This queer sensibility is not new or unique to hyperpop. In Time Binds, Elizabeth Freeman posits, “This stubborn lingering of pastness (whether it appears as anachronistic style, as the reappearance of bygone events in the symptom, or as arrested development) is a hallmark of queer affect: a ‘‘revolution’’ in the old sense of the word, as a turning back” (8). Hyperpop follows the queer tradition of expressing pastness in its references to Sidekick phones, Ronald Reagan’s 2004 death, and overall, a Year 2000 aesthetic. Freeman continues,
The genre also does not bend to the musical trends of the moment. A hyperpop artists does not need to constantly update their sound to match the current sonic landscapes because they are creating music that exaggerates a particular decade. The other relational dimension of the attraction to the genre is the rebellion that it provides listeners. Brown writes, “today's consumers look to kitsch consumption as a way of rejecting an aesthetic hierarchy forced upon them by economically determined and class-bound interests.” Listening and enjoying hyperpop for its lyrical content is a kind of revolt from the ruling class’s distinctions of what high and low art are. Hyperpop is both high and low art according to the ruling class. It is preoccupied, plays, and breaks form; in Greenberg’s words, it imitates the processes of art. It also is cliché and overt in its lyrical content, imitating effect. It is through the ambiguation that allows listeners to commit to appreciating it for its high art value, its low art value, or both.

However, as the genre grows and opportunities befall hyperpop artists, it has been exploited. Greenberg says, “Capitalism in decline finds that whatever of quality is still capable of producing becomes almost invariably a threat to its own existence” (21). This is evident with artists like Camila Cabello (one of the most listened to artists of today with a powerful label backing her) making a genre switch from pop/Latin pop to hyperpop with her first single “I LUV IT” featuring Playboi Carti off her upcoming album. Other than being poorly received and deemed a Charli XCX rip off by hyperpop fans, Camila Cabello capitalizes and therefore, strips the genre of its underground roots, making even the production of the track redundant. “I LUV IT” is an imitation of an imitation of an imitation. If we were to take this song as a sign, an omen, for the genre, hope for hyperpop shall remain elusive.

Accounting: final accounts will come up,know 2/3, learn all your ratios and all the theory they will come up, know either budgeting or costing as one of each will come up, that leaves the second 100 marker, it will most likely be suspense as that comes up every second year but it could be a 60 marker, I wouldn't even bother worrying about anything else until ratios,final accounts, budget/costing and suspense are up to the grade your hoping for but if all that is sorted learn off maybe 3 other possible 100 markers, that any you have 4 which includes the 80% likely suspense and 2 will come up, the accounting exam is probably the easiest to predict, and for the love of God know your theory. Keep doing exam questions of your struggling, every time you correct one write down your mistakes and have the list of mistakes next to you when doing the next one, then tear it and make a new list of mistakes
This is all my experience, I will add any good advice for these subject or other subjects that are provided in the comments, all of these are for higher level except for maths, good luck,don't panic and think about the pint that's instore once this is all over

Question b of that same question make sure if you write the text of a speech the whole text is said speech and if you have to for example write the text of a speech from a famous person you never step out of character. Your opening line should be basically a rephrasing of the question eg:write an article for the local newspaper, you should say "I am writing for the x newspaper to tell you about...", even if its unrealistic they still look for this in regard to your purpose mark.
For the composing:make sure there are famous people you can talk about a lot, also just a few topics that youve got some bit of knowledge on e.g ai might be handy
personal essay: use anecdotes even if they're made up
Short story:I'm avoiding this personally but make sure you show don't tell and alsondont leave plot holes, from what I've heard people who do this already have things like settings, characters and storylines planned out before the exam
Opinion essay: chose for or against and be strongly for or against, if im not mistaken you can be neutral but it's a lot harder

If something is chanted by thousands, it's either a common belief, or at least one propagated by the leaders of the movement. They literally did release footage of the strike itself. Footage in which you can see that the aerial map they released is correct, as the buildings surrounding the area in the video are the same as the ones for where they claimed the strike is in the map they released. In the map, btw, you can see that the area of the strike is removed from the tents. All of this is in the articles I linked.

We do know it was one of those small munitions, as I already said. Another thing we simultaneously know is that those small munitions could start a firAnd another thing we know is that the area where the strike occoured is removed from the tents. In fact both claimed locations of the strike are removed from the tents; both the IDF's and even Hamas' claims for where the strike occoured show them over 100 meters from where we know the fire started. Why do you drop that piece of information?
The IDF's claimed location is even entirely removed from the tents by an open area, and Hamas' claim has the entirety of the UN facility between the strike and the tents- a UN facility which didn't catch fire. So unless the fire somehow managed to spread across 100 meters of open field, or go around an entire aid distribution facility without anyone noticing, it's pretty safe to say that the bomb didn't start the fire.

Israel gathers all the aid donations, loads them unto trucks, and brings those trucks to Kerem Shalom or Erez. From there, the trucks are picked up by the UN and NGOs who then distribute them.
The problem with Gazan aid was distribution, as a lot of aid failed to reach its destination, and Israel refused to get involved in distribution. Israel literally had a backlog of hunderds of trucks which they already vetted, but we're waiting to be picked up by the UN.
The pier was opened because the US believed it would make distribution easier. But what happened after it opened? Did you intentionally leave that piece of information out?

I actually was in the military, so let's set a few things straight. when fighting guerilla warfare, there are no clear military targets. That's literally the definition of urban guerilla warfare. Embedding yourself within the urban environment and within civilians to fight against a stronger enemy. It isn't like there's buildings marked as "HAMAS HEADQUARTERS" that Israel can just attack and leave everyone else alone. Hamas very intentionally and very openly hides themselves within the civilian population and areas, hence why to attack them, you have to remove the civilians from the region via evacuation. That's literally how every urban conflict against a guerilla force in history was done. It was how the US fought against the Taliban in the cities of Afghanistan, it's how Iraqi forces fought against ISIS in Mosul, and its how the coalition fought against ISIS in Raqqa.
In fact, Raqqa and Mosul both saw far more destruction than Gaza did; with Gaza's figures suggesting 70% of the buildings were damaged to some capacity, where in Mosul some estimates go up to 80% or even 90%. When an enemy embeds themselves in a civilian population, there's no easy way of fighting them. Urban guerilla warfare is quite literally the ugliest form of combat.

Long story short and as much as it sucks to say, I haven't really experienced much of anything. I'm going to intentionally beat around the bush as to what category that "experience" falls under but I think most people should be able to figure it out lol. In other words (and if you play games), I'm a complete noob when it comes to all things girls. As for why those things haven't happened and why I want that to change.. There's a few reasons, but the main reason why I'm putting such an emphasis on this is because I'm a huge homebody and I don't go out much at all which makes it difficult to meet people. That's where Reddit comes in! The message I'm essentially trying to send is becoming physically and emotionally close with a girl is what I want the most. I want to experience it all; the laughs, excitement, curiosity, intimacy, hanging out, fun. Blame all the Disney movies I watched as a kid for that lol.

Please for the love of all that is holy, a group of regularly MA-players need to make a website with dueling guides to raise the game knowledge of people on the global servers, and specifically for global servers because the CN meta is different and has a lot more echoes and cards. Maybe someone with a lot of pull in the community like Kang/Bayonetta/etc. who can also promote it via Youtube to make the playerbase smarter.
We're 7 seasons into a game and people STILL do not know how to play in duels.
Every season on my road to MA I see:
The game knowledge is ABYSMAL still. I laugh when I see global players complain about the dreaded "Asian players" who they can't fight back against. In my experience, an asian name still in GM in mid/late season is a sign of a hardstuck GM idiot with negative win rate who has no idea how to play and no idea what echoes to ban according to his play-style, but who bought an account with high level cards. I 100% trust the people on global servers with Western/Anglo names more because in my experience 90% of the Asian players are brain dead and Luna players are easily the worst offenders for people who have no idea how to use their echo because 80% of them have no strategy other than "save for thestral; launch thestral, start saving for thestral again" even though summon spam with her echo ability is the reason Luna is a good echo since she can hard counter Hermione/Harry/Dobby/Bella by simply flooding the field nonstop with meta summons. And yet I can probably count on one hand the amount of Lunas who know how their echo works - when was the last time you saw, for instance, a partner Luna drop Pixies when she sees 3 incoming death eaters from Bella? 3 dead pixies and 3 useless crucios for 2 mana is an excellent trade but oh wait it turns out my partner Luna would rather the Death Eaters crucio her limited health and then try to frantically kill 3 death eaters with a snowball or stupefy (lol) so she can continue saving for thestral which she will inevitably miss against the enemy team anyways since they have broom/side along/obscurus/protego/etc.

We're 7 seasons into a game and people STILL do not know how to play in duels.
Every season on my road to MA I see:
- Lunas who do not know how to hard counter Thunderstorm spam decks and who save for Thestral while getting killed by 10 million thunder strikes because they're too dumb to start using their echo ability to spam locomotor, crab, troll, whomping willow, and anything with high HP or an additional transformation phase like suitcase/yeti to soak up the thunder damage - meanwhile me in cover safely with nebulus and protego watching them die cringing internally since I know it's pointless and they'll die 3x without me being able to stop it because they don't know how to play Luna and if I throw my nebulus or protego on them and join them then it's an easy obscurus/whizbang/expulso/glacius etc. event. which would only set the team back even further as I would start taking damage too
- Summon players who immediately start tossing out summons without checking to see if the enemy team drops Kevin and waiting it out to kill Kevin first to ensure enemy Snape can't do anything - if a Hagrid player is smart they don't even have to ban Snape past 8.1k since they can just tech in Accio, wait for kevin to drop, Accio kevin, kill kevin, and then GG as the Snape loses 80% of his damage since his echo is so ridiculously reliant on one companion. Accio can also hard counter Cassandra stalling but so many Hagrids I see bring no tech card for Cassandra or Kevin which is another sign of the playerbase being stupid and not understanding counters.
- Players who have Protego in their decks but who save it for themselves solely and never drop it on their important companions (Cassandra, Daniel, Harry) or partners. If you have a vital companion like Daniel, Cass, Harry and have protego in hand, wait for 5 mana first so you can IMMEDIATELY RESPOND to any damage anyone tries to throw at your companion - but nope they just drop it and forget and then act surprised when their companion gets insta killed
- People trolling with their decks and "testing" new or off meta cards when we all knew from the beginning that they're utterly worthless (ex. players unironically using Crystal Ball or Diabolica, or as I just witnessed yesterday, a stupid Neville in GM who was using KELPIE and BLUDGER instead of a standard dragon/crab/tree/etc. heal sustain deck - obviously my team beat the crap out of her and won in 2 mins and she did barely any healing to her partner and then I reported her afterwards for being stupid and not using meta Neville decks because I felt so bad for her partner who was expecting heals and sustain). Another way of trolling are the summon Bella players who have Bomb Box in their deck but only 1 or 2 summon targets (ex. monster book and manticore) which is an absolute waste of a card slot and absolutely ridiculous.
- People trolling with their decks period and playing it as if it's another echo (ex. Luna players using both Snowball and Stupefy and then Pikachu facing when they find out they can't do anything against summon players - do you think you're playing Harry echo with the +50% extra damage to 3 cost spells you idiot?)
- People who are so stuck in trying to make their decks "work" that they never try to adapt (ex. Hermione players who for 6 freaking seasons in a row still somehow think that 1 Sectumsempra in their deck is enough summon clear even though virtually every season adds new powerful summons to the game that further buff summon players (lol) like suitcase and mooncalf, and then who get really mad and blame others when it turns out that their lightning or whizbang spam can't kill Neville healers or Hagrid/Bella/Newt/Twin summon spam teams).

She continued, boasting that “the Zionist occupation continues to suffer deep humiliation, both on the battlefield in Gaza and on the world stage at the hands of the mass movement that we have built. Gaza has been transformed into the graveyard of the Merkava tank, the Namer troop carrier, the D9 bulldozer, and the occupation.”
Also on Friday, American Muslims for Palestine Outreach and Community Organizing Associate Director Taher Herzallah claimed that “the long tentacles of Zionism have always reached deep into the American heartland. Like no other place in the world, Zionism has penetrated the depths of American society – economics and politics for decades.”
“They’re losing a public narrative battle; they’re losing their ability to control us, and this means that now the gloves are off, and quite frankly, anything is possible,” Hezallah said on the War on Palestine panel. “I caution you of the days to come, because they will not be easy. There are people among us today who might not be with us next year at this conference, and this is a reality because the liberation struggle requires sacrifice, and I know everyone here is prepared to make that sacrifice.”
Palestinian Youth Movement Houston’s Mohammed Nabulsi, who served as conference MC throughout the three-day event, led the conference participants in chants calling for intifada and praising Hezbollah and Houthi maritime terrorism.
“Yemen, Yemen, make us proud, turn another ship around,” said Nabulsi, who opened the conference by honoring fighters in tunnels in Gaza.
Amnesty’s presence at the conference was not the only controversial attendance. Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib also made a surprise Saturday speech at the event, and Dearborn Michigan Mayor Abdullah Hammoud delivered a video address.

I'm a student who's planning to study in Germany. I took my Goethe B1 Exam last week and hoping that I'll pass and continue working on my language. Applying to universities all around Germany as well. But this post isn't the one to enquire but more of just to catch a feeling about y'all. Social media is toxic and we all know that, IG has been pushing a lot of German Political Content to my feed from both sides the AFD which to my understanding doesn't like international student (Especially ones from the middle east like myself) and the other sides which promotes that Germany and the German people welcome anyone who's willing to come to their land and work and create a family and a life there (AKA be a normal productive member in society). I also have an American friend (F34) who told me that the later way of thinking is more common. But I didn't actually take her words to the heart as things maybe different based on place of origin and where you're planning to live in Germany. So I thought that I'd take it to reddit and ask the people directly. How do you feel about international students in general? and according to my experience online I'll answer a question in advance: If I hopefully had the opportunity to move to Germany (Visa & Admission Letter and the rest...) then I'm not planning to just benefit from the tuition free education and leave Germany for a better place, I actually want to create a stable life if I had the chance and even work on achieving my dreams inside of Germany because my field - as I heard - is still growing and has tons of potential for development in Germany and because (this one is a personal reason) I like way y'all are specifically the dry sense of humor and Ruhezeit makes Germany attractive to me as a place. As I've said, this is not the full post because things aren't clear yet and idk if I'd get the chance, but I was really working on that chance for the past year and I hope that I'll get it. Hi all, sorry if it's been already asked, but I couldn't find any detailed info or tests. I'm in the market for a new laptop which would be used mostly for work, but it'd be a nice option if it could handle gaming too.
I'm a backend developer, so my workload tends to be more heavy on the CPU and the RAM side, but I'd also like to dip my toes to machine learning. Hence, a GPU could come in handy. Also, I like to travel, and it would be nice to play a game or two with my friends when I'm on a trip.
My current laptop is a 3-years old Lenovo Yoga with a great 14" OLED screen, a Ryzen 7 5700H, 16 gigs of RAM. It's a nice machine for general use, but not so much anymore for doing actual work. The issues I'd like to address with it are the following:

This is how I ended up with checking out the XMG Neo 16, which seems to be able to cover all of my points, but I can find no noise measurements with/without Oasis (I don't plan on running GPU-intensive loads without Oasis). Are there any tests that actually measure the noise levels of the Neo 16 (if possible, with the 4090) under load?
I've also read this on the store page for Oasis, which got me thinking: "the water pipe is made from copper, while the rest of the liquid cooling loop (especially the radiator) is made from aluminum"
Does this mean that the pipes for the radiator are made of aluminium? Wouldn't that mess up the internals of the pipes really fast? Mixing metals in a liquid cooling loop is bad practice, for the best of my knowledge.
(also: what does the 2x Oasis option mean on the Neo's store page? Can you chain Oasis units?)

May I ask, normally, how long it would take for the scholarship (Vice-Chancellor's International Scholarship) results to come out?
Also, based on the information on the website, "Scholarships are offered on a rolling basis in the months leading up to the start of the trimester," could it be the case that because I am applying a bit earlier than usual, results for scholarships for 2025 may take longer to be processed?
