Salutare grup, sa va explic situatia in care ma aflu acum:
Eu - 24M, sotia - 25, un copil care urmeaza sa se nasca, job-uri ok din punctul meu de vedere, eu asistent, ea la birou, ambii la stat, salar incasat in casă ~9000 de lei impreuna(adunați). Nu platim chirie dar nici nu e apartamentul pe numele nostru. De ceva timp ma tot gandesc sa plec in Spania, am niste fini acolo si tot vad ca viata pare mai “roz” decat la noi. As vrea sa aud cateva pareri din partea voastra, pro si contra deoarece eu sunt cam “pornit” pe ideea de a pleca neavand ce “pierde” aici.
Ps. NU vreau sa plec pentru bani ci pentru conditii, daca aici pot manca o prajitura, acolo sa pot manca aceeasi prajitura insa in conditiile mai bune pe care le ofera Spania(infrastructura, spitale, climă, oameni, etc..)

Sunt avocat specializat pe drept penal însă de aproximativ jumătate de an mi-am deschis o firmă specializată pe consultanță juridică în orice tip de drept, 100% online. Incluzând redactări de documente, contracte, etc.
Astăzi am primit cea mai ieșită din comun solicitare de până acum: un client ne-a cerut redactarea unei cereri cu care vrea să meargă în instanță și să ceară dreptul de a își monta legal folii pe toate geamurile masinii, având astfel transparență de 5%. Ne-a dat și câteva motive pe baza cărora să îi susținem cererea. Inițial am crezut ca glumește însă când am realizat ca e serios am decis să acceptăm provocarea.
Menționez ca noi doar îi vom redacta cererea si îi vom spune care sunt pașii, nu îl vom reprezenta în fața instanței.

Je n'en peux plus. La souffrance est devenue trop importante pour etre supportable. Je ne vois aucun interet à vivre si je souffre ainsi. Je ne vois pas non plus comment je pourrais me libérer un jour de cette souffrance.
Rien, ou presque, dans ma vie n'est positif. Ma famille, mes relations sociales, ma situation professionnelle. Tout est absolument catastrophique et source de souffrance.
Rationellement, il n'y a aucun interet a ce que je continue a vivre, je pense qu'on peut etre d'accord la dessus. Je dirais meme que ca serait faire d'empathie envers moi meme que de mettre fin a ma souffrance.

So just to let you guys know I had already tried to install WayDroid in the past and it didn't work; the app appears but whenever I click on it nothing happens. I was first following a written tutorial but after I got confused on something I switched to a video tutorial and continued where I left off. I don't remember much of the other details tho.
So I thought I should just start from the beginning and see where the problem lies.

Curios este faptul ca am depus declaratia estimativa in momentul in care am infiintat pfa ul, in 2023, dar pe spv nu apare. Ce imi recomandati sa fac?

Comme tous, je devais lire des bouquins pour les cours de français. Et bien sûr, je n'étais pas très fan des lectures vu qu'on me les imposait. Il y a quelques lectures que j'ai aimé mais elles n'étaient pas nombreuses. Je vais vous les présenter :
-L'ami retrouvé : C'était sympa. J'aimais bien l'amitié entre les deux mecs. Le thème de l'antisémitisme durant le 3 ème est bien traité et tu te demande si leur relation va tenir malgré tout (l'un d'eux est juif). T'es inquiet pour le perso principal juif qui subit de la discrimination et qui était seul avant de devenir pote avec Conrad. J'ai adoré la fin émouvante et douce amère qui montre le pouvoir de l'amitié.
-Les hauts de Hurlevent : Sans la bd de Yann et d'Edith, je n'aurai jamais kiffé le roman. L'histoire est prenante ainsi que la relation toxique entre Heathcliff et la première Catherine. Les personnages en bavent pas mal avec des maltraitances et des décès qui vont ruiner leur vie. C'est des humains faillibles avec un destin souvent tragique qui te plonge dans un océan de désespoir illuminé par la seule lueur d'espoir du roman.
-Le silence selon Manon : Un roman d'anticipation assez intéressant sur l'antiféminisme et le féminisme du futur. Tu as plusieurs pdv de perso, comme ceux du incel en cours de remise en question, du profem qui devient ce qu'il combattait, de son frère tout aussi privilégié que lui, ou du commissaire Sébastien Mille. Ça explore les tensions politiques qui mènent à des attentats et à une vague de cyberharcèlements, de la liberté d'expression sur internet et les groupes de musique straight-edge. Les personnages sont complexes et l'intrigue à base de menaces terroristes est assez prenante. Ca alerte bien sur le mouvement incel qui a fait plusieurs morts dans la vraie vie (exemple avec la tuerie d'Isla Vista) et sensibilise sur le cyberharcèlement.
-La petite Fadette : Ce livre est une véritable ode à la nature! J'aime beaucoup le faite que Landry tombe amoureux d'une guérisseuse malgré sa réputation de sorcière : ça rend leur romance si intense! Sylvinet est un excellent obstacle énervant et possessif envers son frère jumeaux : sa jalousie ruine sa vie ainsi qu celle de Landry. On valorise le métier de guérisseuse. Ça dénonce l'obscurantisme. L’héroïne est cool, indépendante avec un charme assez sauvage et mystérieux.
Voilà ! J'ai fini avec ça! Et vous, c'était quoi les bouquins à lire pour l'école que vous avez adoré?
