It's been a year since I posted about my challenges with my mental health. It's gotten better in some ways and others not so much.
My relationship with my kids has improved. Haven't melted down or lost my mind on them since. It's been a lot of work and struggle, but to see the positive changes in our relationship has been wonderful. I don't have a regular therapist because the VA is awful and burns through them at a terrible rate. I have had to basically have an intro appointment every few months.
I lost my mother two weeks ago to cancer. While she wasn't the greatest mom and we had our struggles she did show up some for her grandkids over the past year leading to her death she only tried to see them a few times. They wrote letters and painted pictures and even wore masks in public and isolated covid style so they could see her and she just didn't want to engage with them on any level. It's been a struggle helping my kids go through the grieving process while processing on my own. I find I can't fall asleep till after 3 am as that's when the call came in that she was gone.
My parents were divorced and I always knew my dad didn't want me growing up and that he preferred my brother over me but the fact that he would call to support my brother and I got nothing but silence shouted volumes.
I feel like an orphan. I guess in a way I am. It's probably the dissolution of what remained of my family as my step father made a passing comment about how my kids aren't his grandchildren even though he's been in my life since I was 2. They called him grandpa but to think he just never saw them as his own hurts.
Part of my therapy has been deconstructing my childhood and recognizing that I was an emotionally abandoned child but seeing my children face that from grandparents is hard to watch. Thankfully my father in law is still present and is planning a visit to see them(he lives across the country).
I guess I had always hoped my parents would have tried to be different and maybe better for grandkids but this finality has been hard to swallow.
Why does the loss of parents even bad ones hurt so much?

When I started texting paragraph after paragraph (+ texting them back and forth.) I was met with my mom thinking something isn’t right regarding my mental health and telling my dad and brother she thinks something is wrong with me again (she was surprised how I could speak so knowledgeable bc I barely even interact with them anymore) them texting my phone asking if everything is okay and they are worried ab me (she’s also made many comments before this situation like “you seem like you need to get back on ur medication you’re being irritable” etc when clearly that was the correct response to some fucked up comment she made i’m sick of that shit.) (sorry that was lowkey irrelevant but holy shit). them throwing what they do for me as PARENTS in my face, blame shifting, manipulation, lying, her saying she has no acknowledgment of ever treating me like that over the years, trying to ruin our relationship, or saying any of the vile shit she said about my gf. OH and how she thought It couldn’t possibly be me that’s writing these exceptional level paragraphs and she thought my gf was controlling me and making me send all of that to my parents(me texting her ab this shit went on for like 3 days, 3 days of her not taking accountability for anything, lying, trying to manipulate by making me feel bad as well and she had the nerve to say “it feels like i’m being abused” GIRLLL STOPPP HUH im still confused ab that one) it’s honestly sickening and baffling knowing ppl can think & say shit like that. i’ve been so detached from them since I was little (never knew why at the time) but THIS makes that detachment 100x worse and I feel like that’s a GOOD thing for me even though the outcome wasn’t what I wanted, bc i’m feeling free, released, not pint-up, etc most importantly more like I can finally be MYSELF!!! i’m way more comfortable in who I am and my Identity now at 19 could you imagine that like damn (just hoping it’s not temporary)!!! just putting this out there in hopes that someone else going through the same thing or similar will see and maybe help them a little. now i just gotta move out.

I'd like to have more customization options for the delete button.
For example, I don't like that I have to wait like 2 seconds for the first word to be deleted whenever I hold the delete button. I want the first letters to be deleted 1 by 1 when I'm holding the delete button, and then to move on to the word-by-word delete mode. I'd also like the delete behavior between words to be faster. I'd like to be able to control the speed and acceleration of the delete modes when deleting letters or words (while the delete button is pressed)
Configurations could be:

• checkbox: delete letters before words. When delete button is held, it will delete letter by letter before going into word by word mode.
  
• string: delete letters (milliseconds). When delete button is held, how long in delete letter mode before going into delete word mode.
  
• string: time between word deletion (milliseconds). Time between the deletion of words in word by word mode.
  
• string: delete acceleration letters. In letter by letter mode, set acceleration milliseconds between letters.

My partner ( C, male, 30s) and I ( HV, female, 30s) have been together since 2016 and we have a 5 years old son. I wish I can attach the screen shot of the actual email here. This is not the first time the uncle's wife has done this to us. And she has been sending nasty email like this to almost all members of my partner's family talking about stuff like this. I'll follow up with you guys the email she sent to my partner's mom, and other uncles. Every time it happens, we let it slide since we love and respect the uncle and the cousins. At the end, she is still the uncle's wife and the cousins' mother. But this time, it's way cross the line. My partner was so livid he sent the email screen shot to all of his uncles and his mom and ask wtf is this. The uncle had nothing to say but apologize to him and said he didn't know his wife sent this. My partner asked him 'are you going to check your wife out this time or are you just going to let her continue to break our family apart?'. He was silent and said he couldn't do anything. My partner decided to show up at the party and talk to her out of her delulu. And we just did. We show up, she was just smiling up and waving to us like nothing happened. We asked her to come outside to talk or we can talk to her right there at the party. She finally had to went outside. We didn't hold our tongue this time. I told her to keep my name and my son's name out of her mouth, if she wants to keep her tongue inside there. She was acting shocked and that she didn't do nothing wrong, that the email was just a reminder. The result was she left to go inside in tears, and other uncles and cousins came out to say that was epic, that was what they wanted to said to her after all of those nasty emails. So are we the assholes?

I am trying to import playlists from my gig drive after having to replace a hard drive in my computer. Whenever I do I then get the "music files not present in rekordbox on your computer" nonsense.
My main drive is the same letter it was before.
My internal secondary drive where all my music is is the same drive letter with the exact same folder structure.
My gig drive is the same exact letter as when I exported to it.
Yet if I try to import the playlists it says the files are not there and it will need to download them to another folder. When it does then it shows an exact duplicate to the one already in my collection but now in this new folder it had me create.
I still don't understand why 8 years later it does not even give us a message showing what drive letters or it is looking for. Or to simply have it smart enough to reassociate simply based on file name alone.
If anyone else has found a workaround for this other than manually re-putting the songs back into playlists all over again, I would greatly appreciate your help.
To Pioneer - just give us what we have been asking for the last 8 years or so. Get rid of all the nonsense about drive letters and just associate file names. Or give us the option to batch redirect the import.

My brother is 5 years older than me. He is 60 now. He was always a difficult child, troubled and extreme in anything he was doing. Hi IQ, excellent memory, loves history, aspects of genetics and science, but did poorly at school as he did not want to study. he only drew human profiles and angels in his notebooks. Never read a book from beginning to the end, but he would discuss it with others just by reading bits of it. He always thought he knew better than others. Studying was a waste of time. Working was a waste of time as well. He only ever wanted to be the centre of attention. Never looked for a job, so not a day of employment.
He disrespected any household rules and never to this day really cared about his parents, or show any interest in anyone in our large family. Totally detached and knows nothing about anyone.
If you disagree with him or challenge him, he gets furious. Never apologized to anyone, never said he was wrong or sorry.
He was into politics (back in the old country, opposition, was imprisoned and was very proud of it), parapsychology, astral body, hypnoses..and had the weirdest friends. He thrived by being surrounded by many people and listened to. Thrived on any attention he could get. Then he found the religion, in 1987, it is a sect, and became so extreme that the church kicked him out at some point. He was taking over from the properly educated and appointed preachers at the church. Formed his own groups that never lasted.
Religion meant manipulating others through fear. he would preach to anyone who would listen, especially troubled and mentally ill people. Those who desperately needed hope, like him. He is convinced his role was to convert people, he is on a higher mission. My mom, who is on medication for her mental issues was having a really hard time as he would scare her with: "the satan is living inside of you, you need to stop taking meds and fall on your knees and pray" and he would totally mess up her condition....His social posts and speeches are full of critique. He also condemns women who for example want to break out from abusive relationships. His view on women is very very backwards. Women have no rights and their only mission is to serve and pray.
HE lives from the so called "sponsors" who pay his bills. My parents gave him a little place to live, with his much younger wife that totally supports him and is very obedient (also never had a real job), two boys who are becoming defiant now with age. He does not like me as I refuse to send him money, and it all viewed through how much money he can get from someone (but I do send to my parents who in turn send to him and pay his bills). I could write so much. Do you know anyone similar?
I am really interested in hearing if you think this falls under Messiah complex that I have recently learnt about.

At one point I was thinking about the timeline of FNaF, and decided to write out every concrete date we have. The dates we know for certain are:

• Game & Novel Events
  • 1983 - Freddy's Opens and the Bite of '83 (Confirmed in the Steel Wool games and the presence of Freddy's characters in the FNaF 4 minigames)
  • Monday, October 31st, 1983 - Charlie's death (Confirmed in the novels)
  • Wednesday, June 26th, 1985 - MCI (Confirmed in the FNaF 1 newspapers, novels and Fazbear Frights)
  • Sunday, November 8th, 1987, through Friday, November 13th, 1987 - FNaF 2 Nights and Phone Calls (Confirmed in the FNaF 2 Paychecks)
  • November 8th through November 14th - FNaF 1 Nights and Custom Night (Confirmed in the FNaF 1 Paychecks)
• Novel Only Events
  • July of 1985 - Henry Commits Die
  • June of 1995 - The Silver Eyes
  • October of 1996 - The Twisted Ones
  • Post-Easter Sunday of 1997 - The Fourth Closet

And doing this made me realize something. With the number of dates we have, a lot of people are just guessing instead of working around them. Most notably, the reuse of certain weekdays/months can help us understand dates that aren't confirmed. For example:

• Due to the Spring Bonnie costume being moved in the FNaF 3 Night 5 Phone Call (AKA Phone Guy's 4th call) and Spring Bonnie being used for at least the MCI, we can safely place Phone Guy's FNaF 3 calls from Sunday, June 23rd, 1985, through Thursday, June 27th, 1985. Since Phone Guy brings up the Springlock Failure on Tuesday, this means the Bite of '83 can't have been the springlock failure he mentions on Call 3.
• Since the newspaper clippings in FNaF 1 are after the MCI and appear to be the same front page, this means that not all of them happen on the same day. The "Kids vanish at local pizzeria – bodies not found." page is likely on Thursday, June 27th, 1985, after at least the first two MCI victims have been killed. The "Five children now reported missing. Suspect convicted." page is likely on Friday, June 28th, 1985, after the incident has been more thoroughly investigated. The "Local pizzeria threatened with shutdown over sanitation." page is likely on Saturday, June 29th, 1985, after the bodies have begun to decompose. Notably, the "Local pizzeria said to close by years end." page seems to be well after June of 1985 since the MCI is referred to as "many years ago", so it's unlikely it takes place at the same time as the other three.
• Since both FNaF 1 and FNaF 2 have inconsistencies with it being a "summer" job (FNaF 1 on the Steam Page and FNaF 2 in the Night 1 Phone Call), it's implied that the job listing hasn't been updated since the MCI.
• Phone Guy repeatedly mentions a "previous employee" who took the night shift before we did, who was likely William Afton using a fake name, which means that he had worked from Sunday, October 25th, 1987, through Friday, October 30th, 1987. After this he moves to the dayshift and begins tampering with the animatronics. Since the MCI in the 1985 location happened on a Wednesday, this implies that the DCI also happens on a Wednesday. This, combined with the investigation into Freddy's happening on Night 4 of FNaF 2, implies that the DCI happened on Wednesday, November 11th, 1987.
• Due to the "Freddy Fazbear's is Closing" page seen after Night 6 of FNaF 2 and the Night 7 Guard being a different person, it's likely the Bite of '87 happened on Saturday, November 14th, 1987.
• Since FNaF 2 shows Fazbear Entertainment pays its employees on Thursdays, this means FNaF 1 has to take place in a year where November 12th is a Thursday. As such, the possible dates it could be are 1992, 1998, 2009, and 2015. Since 2009 and 2015 are well after most depictions of the FNaF 1 location and 1998 is after the Security Guard Faz-Fact date of 1988-1993, we can conclude that FNaF 1 has to take place in 1992. To add onto this, a code in the Survival Logbook involving coupons further implies the year 1992 due to calculations involving pricing and inflation. Related to this, Phone Guy is stated to be finishing his last week during the FNaF 1 Phone Calls, and since Mike arrives to take his place immediately after, it's safe to say that the Phone Calls take place from Sunday, November 1st, 1992, through Thursday, November 5th, 1992.
• Due to Phone Guy's Night 1 Phone Call from FNaF 1 playing in the background during FNaF 4 and a number of other similarities, it's safe to say that FNaF 4 takes place during FNaF 1, with Nightmare Night being before just before FNaF 1 Custom Night. The reason for this is that, if Mike is working the Night Shift, he would need to be asleep during the day to make up for it and be ready for his workday.
• Sister Location is stated to take place after a Freddy's location has closed its doors, placing either post-MCI, post-FNaF 2, or post-FNaF 1. However, since HandUnit says the Freddy's that closed was a successful one, it can't be post-FNaF 2 as the location was only open for a few weeks. It also can't be before FNaF 3 because Mike would have no reason to go to Fazbear Frights. Lastly, Elizabeth in the novels dies after Charlie, so her death would have to be before 1987. This implies that the events of the game take place post-FNaF 1, while Elizabeth's death takes place post-MCI and pre-FNaF 2. Notice that earlier when talking about FNaF 2 that I said William didn't work on October 31st, 1987. That is because, given the previous evidence, he was implied to be at the opening of Circus Baby's Pizza World witnessing Elizabeth's death. This event is what leads him to perform the DCI to gain Remnant now that Circus Baby's is out of commission.
• The Immortal and the Restless cutscenes are pretty self-explanatory, taking place after each night of Sister Location. Similarly, the Sister Location cutscenes take place the week after Sister Location. Lastly, the Elizabeth voice lines after each night take place in the week leading up to her death.
• This is where things get a bit controversial. The Silver Eyes takes place over Five Nights (as in the title), and since Charlie is in town for the 10th anniversary of the MCI, this means the book takes place from Monday, June 26th, 1995, through Friday, June 30th, 1995. In the book, we see Charlie springlock William as revenge for his crimes while the other animatronics drag him to the Safe Room. While it isn't 1-1, a similar thing happens in the Follow Me minigames, where on Night 5 all the spirits lead William into the Safe Room and springlock him as revenge for his crimes. Phone Guy also states that "If I were forced to sing those same stupid songs for twenty years and I never got a bath, I’d probably be a bit irritable at night too", which could relate to the predicament William Afton found himself in after Follow Me. This implies that the events of The Silver Eyes happen at the same time as Follow Me in the game continuity, which is why they had to be separated in the first place.
• Relating to the above point, both The Silver Eyes and Sister Location take place over the course of 5 nights and both involve the older brother of one of the dead children being trapped in a Springlock Suit on Night 4. Similarly, both Follow Me and Sister Location end with a man identified by a purple sprite being killed by the victims of the MCI (or maybe DCI for Sister Location). This implies that Sister Location and Follow Me also happen at the same time, and the reason Mike couldn't find his father was because he was springlocked in the back room at Freddy's.
• Since FNaF 3 is stated to be 30 years after a Freddy's location closed its doors, this means that it is in either 2015, 2017, or 2022. Since the game is released in 2015 and the Survival Logbook's previous coupon code matches that date if adjusted for inflation, FNaF 3 takes place in 2015. Due to the date of the MCI already being mentioned and work weeks in the games usually starting on Sunday, this means FNaF 3 takes place from June 21st, 2015, through June 26th, 2015 (after which it burns down). On a related note, the last night of Pizzeria Simulator is stated to be a Saturday, and since the game has a lot of relation to the Afton and Emily families, it's likely that it takes place on the day Charlie and Elizabeth died (October 31st). This implies that the game takes place from Monday, October 25th, 2015, through Saturday, October 31st, 2015.
• You may have noticed that Sister Location is the only game that doesn't start its work week on Sunday, instead beginning on Monday. That is because FNaF World takes place during this day, as implied by the lack of Funtime and Scrap animatronics. After this, the minigames from FNaF 3 are set up and Mike goes to the Sister Location bunker at the behest of his father. Ultimate Custom Night, however, has no set date because it is seemingly a time loop, an endless cycle of suffering endured by whoever you believe the player to be. Happiest Day only occurs after Ultimate Custom Night ends, but just as the Vengeful Spirit says, they will never happen.
• Now that we've covered the major events, let's get to the main course: The minigames. Considering the above evidence, Take Cake to the Children and Security Puppet take place on Monday, October 31st, 1983, Fruity Maze takes place on Wednesday, June 26th, 1985, and Circus Baby's Minigame takes place on Saturday, October 31st, 1987. Foxy Go!Go!Go! and Give Gifts, Give Life likely take place either on the same day as Fruity Maze or the day after on Thursday, June 27th, 1985, though the more likely option is the latter due to cluttering the number of events. The main FNaF 3 minigames besides Happiest Day take place during the events of FNaF 3, since Mike is the one setting them up. That only leaves the FNaF 4 minigames and Midnight Motorist. Due to Midnight Motorist being labeled "later that night" in the code, the rain texture being the same as Security Puppet, and the player driving a purple car, it's likely the minigame takes place the night of Charlie's murder. Since Elizabeth's death, the Bite of '87, and Pizzeria Simulator put a lot of emphasis on "parties on Saturday", it's likely they are calling back to the Bite of '83. Since William "should" have a motive to kill Charlie, this places the FNaF 4 minigames from Monday, October 24th, 1983, through Sunday, October 30th, 1983. This places the Bite of '83 on a Saturday, just like the Bite of '87.
• One last thing of note: Though the year she describes is inconsistent due to Book Charlie being a replica and not the real Charlie, she is born on Tuesday, May 13th, 1980, and dies at the age of 4. Similarly, the date of Fredbear's opening has also been inconsistent, ranging from 1979 to 1982 depending on the media. This seems to imply (to me at least) that Charlie's birthday is the same day Fredbear's opens. Also, since Elizabeth dies four years later on the same day as Charlie, it's likely the same is true for Elizabeth's birthday and the founding of Freddy's. Lastly, to me at least, Michael's birthday being the same day as Bite Victim would give him a motive to bully him and cause the Bite. Considering both Charlie and Elizabeth were four when they died, it's likely that Bite Victim's birthday is Wednesday, October 29th, 1980, with Michael being born on the same day in 1970 to allow him to be old enough to work at the FNaF 2 location as Fritz Smith. gives an exact date for almost any remaining dates missing.

Now that we've covered every possible point from the Clickteam games, let's take this information and form a timeline. Please note that not all of the specifics will be agreed upon, but I believe the general dates are correct.

• Thursday, October 29th, 1970 - Michael Afton (Mike) is born, William Afton and Henry Emily found Fazbear Entertainment.
• Tuesday, May 13th, 1980 - Charlotte Emily (Charlie) is born. Henry and William open Fredbear's Family Diner. In the diner are two animatronics, Fredbear and Spring Bonnie, who can be used as animatronics or worn as suits through the use of springlocks.
• Wednesday, October 29th, 1980 - Bite Victim (CC) is born, and Fredbear's is a massive success. Fazbear Entertainment is large enough to have plushies, action figures, build-your-own-robot toys, a Spring Bonnie finger trap, and even a TV Show called Fredbear & Friends.
• Friday, May 13th, 1983 - Elizabeth Afton (Abby) is born, Henry opens Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. In the Pizzeria are four animatronics (Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy), who originated from Fredbear & Friends and don't feature the springlocks found in Fredbear and Spring Bonnie.
• Monday, October 24th, 1983, through Sunday, October 30th, 1983 - Mike torments his younger brother in the week leading up to their birthday while their father watches from afar using cameras and a Fredbear plush with a walkie talkie. The day of the party, Mike and his friends accidentally cause the Bite of '83 through a prank gone wrong, and he dies the following day with both Mike and William speaking to him on his deathbed. The Bite Victim possesses the Fredbear plush, but Mike locks it in a toy chest along with all his other toys so they don't have to think about him. While Mike and William are talking to CC, Fredbear's closes down, the suits are moved to Freddy's, and Fredbear is rebranded to Golden Freddy and given black accessories to replace the original purple accessories.
• Monday, October 31st, 1983 - William gets Henry to watch Mike so he can go to a nearby bar to drink his problems away. After being kicked out for getting too drunk, William drives to Freddy's in a drunken rage. William sees Charlie locked outside by a bunch of bullies and kills her, leaving her body outside by the dumpsters. The Security Puppet animatronic, designed to keep children safe after the accident at Fredbear's caused it to shut down, follows Charlie outside and deactivates while clutching her in its arms. This causes Charlie to possess the Security Puppet. When William gets home, Henry tells him to leave Mike be, but he refuses. He knocks on the locked door before checking the window outside. He remarks that he's run off to "that place", meaning where Mike buried the toy chest in the woods, and vows that Mike will be sorry when he returns.
• Sunday, June 23rd, 1985, through Saturday, June 29th, 1985 - Fazbear Entertainment hires Phone Guy to record safety tapes for the springlock suits used at Freddy's. On Tuesday, an incident involving multiple simultaneous springlock failures (the origins of Shadow Freddy and Shadow Bonnie) causes wearing the suits to be banned. On Wednesday, William dons Spring Bonnie out of spite and lures two children, Susie and Jeremy, to the back room of Freddy's where the springlock suits were being stored and kills them. On Thursday, William kidnaps three more children (Gabriel, Fritz, and Cassidy) and brings them to Freddy's to kill them. He kills the first two the same way as before but has a "special gift" for the third one. He stuffs them into the Golden Freddy suit, then allows their crying and screaming to trigger the springlocks, causing yet another springlock failure. Once he leaves, the Puppet (AKA Charlie), takes action and stuffs the bodies of the other four children into the suits in hopes of bringing them to life the same way she was. This leads to Susie possessing Chica, Jeremy possessing Bonnie, Gabriel possessing Freddy, and Fritz possessing Foxy. Cassidy, however, had already been strong enough to possess Golden Freddy herself due to the agony of the springlock failure. On Friday, the police investigate Freddy's and find the Golden Freddy suit laying in a pile of blood, leading Fazbear Entertainment to seal the room the suits were being kept in. William frames Henry for the incident, causing him to go to prison for a crime he didn't commit and giving sole ownership of Fazbear Entertainment to Afton Robotics. However, the dead bodies being kept inside the other four suits began to leak blood and emit a foul odor, eventually leading the restaurant to be shut down due to sanitation violations.
• Sunday, October 25th, 1987, through Saturday, October 31st, 1987 - Now with total control, William opens a new Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. The new restaurant used new models called the Toy animatronics, due to being based on various toys manufactured by Fazbear Entertainment. The initial plan was to reuse the original suits, but due to the bodies inside, William instead re-uses their parts for the new line of animatronics. This transfers the Remnant of the original animatronics to the new animatronics. While this was occurring, he also began work on opening a new location, Circus Baby's Pizza World, with more humanoid animatronics in the form of Baby & the Bidybabs, Ballora & the Minireenas, BB, and JJ. The location also had two additional animatronics, Funtime Freddy with his hand-puppet Bon Bon, and Funtime Foxy. The animatronics at Circus Baby's were built for the purpose of gaining more Remnant and were programmed to lure, capture, and kill children. Abby, however, developed an obsession with wanting to see Circus Baby. Starting on Tuesday, she begins begging her dad every day to play with Circus Baby. William, obviously not wanting one of his own kids to die again, refuses. On Saturday, however, Abby manages to escape William's view and see Circus Baby, leading to the animatronic doing as it was programmed: killing Abby and extracting her Remnant. William, distraught by the loss of yet another child, cancels the opening of Circus Baby's due to "gas leaks" and retires the animatronics to a storage facility underneath his house. However, BB, JJ, and Funtime Foxy were moved to Freddy's instead.
• Sunday, November 1st, 1987, through Saturday, November 14th, 1987 - William, now robbed of the location he had planned to use for testing, gets a job as a night guard at Freddy's under the fake name "Dave Miller" to obverse the location. At first things seem to be going smoothly, but the animatronics quickly recognize him and attempt to kill him repeatedly throughout his work week. By Saturday, November 7th, he contacts the restaurant as "Dave Miller" and reports the behavior of the animatronics, which leads to him being moved to the day shift and a new employee named Jeremy Fitzgerald (one of Mike's childhood friends) taking his place. During Jeremy's work week, Phone Guy calls him each night to update him on current events and guide him through his shift. William, still needing Remnant, uses his position as a day guard to kill five more unnamed children. This causes the animatronics to become even more aggressive and leads to "Dave Miller" being fired by the company. However, since William still owned the building, he closes the location publicly. However, he allows one family to have a birthday party on Saturday and sets up Jeremy as the day guard. The animatronics (likely Toy Chica), believing him to be William, cause the Bite of '87 and leave Jeremy without a frontal lobe. Following this, the location shuts down for good and William sends Mike under the fake name "Fritz Smith" to dismantle the animatronics and return them to him. He uses the parts he has to repair the original animatronics and re-open the original Freddy's location to very limited success. He also injects the Remnant from the Toy animatronics into the Funtimes and repairs Funtime Foxy (who had been torn apart by toddlers while he was there and become Mangle), making them more hostile than before.
• Sunday, November 1st, 1992, through Saturday, November 14th, 1992 - While the Phone Guy had managed to work as a night guard at the FNaF 1 location for a very long time, he eventually got old enough to retire on his last work week in November. As such, he begins to record a set of training tapes for the next in line for the job after him. Things go smoothly the first three nights, but on Wednesday the animatronics finally get the better of him. They kill him and stuff him in a Freddy suit in the back room. This gives William an idea. From November 7th to November 14th, he performs experiments on Mike by poisoning his room with fear gas during the day, leading him to have horrific nightmares of the Freddy's animatronics. During the night, he sends Mike to work at Freddy's again as a night guard under the last name "Schmidt". On Saturday, however, Mike listens to the tapes Phone Guy left and checks inside the animatronics, leading him to discover what his father had done. This leads to William "firing" Mike and to the experiments worsening over the next few years. After a while, Mike's fear of the experiments leads to him becoming completely subservient to William and wanting nothing more than to please him.
• Sunday, June 25th, 1995 - FNaF World...happens. It's hard to explain exactly WHAT happens since the game is built on metaphors and double meanings, but its events are important because they set up the events of FNaF 3, Pizzeria Simulator, and Ultimate Custom Night. All that we know for certain is that Mike opens the box (as seen in the game's files), he remembers everything that happened, and he is tasked with putting the pieces in place to help his younger brother. Could it be a dream, altered by the spirit of CC, the fear gas, or something else? Could it be an in-universe game he played that was kept in the box with the other toys, explaining the repeated use of Atari imagery in cutscenes and minigames? Or could it just be something silly Scott wanted to make used to represent Mike and CC's memories of the past? I have no clue, and I don't think anyone else truly does either, so I'll just say it happened and leave it at that. Although, something important to know for later is that Old Man Consequences in FNaF World is used to represent Henry, given their similar speech patterns and his cutscene in UCN.
• Monday, June 26th, 1995, through Friday, June 30th, 1995 - William, running low on Remnant after experimenting on the Funtimes, returns to Freddy's to extract more Remnant from the original animatronics now that the location has closed. He lures them into the same back room he killed the children in and dismantles them one-by-one. While he's there, he sends Mike to the underground storage facility, now named Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rentals, to "put his sister back together". On Thursday, the animatronics kidnap Mike and place him in a springlock suit, forcing him to watch Ballora be injected with the Remnant of the original animatronics before allowing him to leave. On Friday, however, both Mike and William run out of luck. The animatronics at Circus Baby's tear themselves apart and join together to form Ennard, who tricks Mike into following them into the Scooping Room. The Scooper tears out his insides and allows Ennard to use him as a skin suit. While this is occurring, the ghosts of the children from the MCI take form before William and frighten him. In response, he remembers how wearing an animatronic mask confused them, so he wears the Spring Bonnie suit in hopes it'll make them leave. However, the general lack of maintenance and the wet surroundings lead to him experiencing a springlock failure first-hand. He dies a karmic death, but the agony of the springlock failure leads to him possessing the suit and becoming Springtrap.
• Saturday, July 1st, 1995, through Saturday, July 8th, 1995 - In the week following Mike's death, Ennard uses his body for a while to attempt to fit in with the other people in town. However, they didn't account for Mike's body decomposing due to exposure to air and sunlight. By Friday, they decide to abandon ship and vomit themselves out of Mike's corpse, leading him to collapse. However, the Scooper also injected Mike with Remnant, allowing him to reanimate himself and regain consciousness. This leads to Saturday, July 8th, where Mike laments his life and vows to find his father and get revenge for all the damage he's caused. While this is happening, Ennard is beginning to fall apart. The majority (Funtime Freddy, Funtime Foxy, and Ballora) eject Circus Baby's parts from their body, leading to Circus Baby having to put herself back together in more ways than one and becoming Scrap Baby. However, this causes their Remnant to destabilize and become molten hot, leading to their form melting into an amorphous pile of Remnant and animatronic parts called Molten Freddy.
• Sunday, June 21st, 2015, through Friday, June 26th, 2015 - 30 years after the MCI at Fredy's and 20 years after the events at Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rental, a horror attraction called Fazbear's Fright opens. Mike, seeing this as an opportunity to find his father, again applies for a job as a night guard and works there for 6 days. On Sunday, he has no luck and just sits in an empty office. He writes in the Logbook given to him by Phone Dude, the owner of the attraction, and notices two spirits communicating in the book. He remembers the events of FNaF World and uses this opportunity to pick up the pieces left for him and free the souls of the children. On Monday, however, Phone Dude has "great" news for him. He found Springtrap (AKA his father) in the backroom of Freddy's and is using him for the attraction. He also found the first set of training tapes Phone Guy recorded and plays them for the rest of Mike's work week. Over the course of the week, he communicates with the spirits in the Logbook, sets up their "Happiest Day", and defends against his father's attempts to kill him all while dealing with faulty equipment and Remnant-based hallucinations. On Friday, after he's certain the pieces are in place and has learned who the people communicating in the Logbook are (CC for certain, but the other could be either Cassidy or Charlie depending on how you look at it), he burns the attraction to the ground with both of them inside. However, William escapes, leading Mike to return once again and give chase. The Puppet, who had been at the location alongside Mike since it opened, also follows suit.
• Sunday, October 25th, 2015, through Saturday, October 31st, 2015 - Henry is released from prison on Sunday after the police in town investigate the animatronics roaming the streets and discover Circus Baby's, proving he was innocent all along. After leaving, he comes up with a plan. He reuses a bunch of older animatronics from before Fredbear's opened and repurposes one named Carnie into LEFTE, who he uses to capture the Puppet. He also builds a fake pizzeria above ground, with an elaborate labyrinth of vents with a large empty room in the middle below ground. “To Captain Sassen, KCS Victory
“Captain, I continue to learn many things about the humans. Again, their sense of community is their strength. Their Shaa is strong, although they do not have a similar word and concept in their language, as I learned recently. I would like to continue this assignment beyond the previous estimated time. Please consider an extension, send to the council if necessary. I would also like to ask the council to review the request I have submitted to share some aspects of faster than light technology. Their current methodology is primitive, unstable, and, to a certain extent, dangerous. They are very close to discovering standard spacetime warping, and for that reason I don’t believe it will violate our technology sharing guidelines. Further details are in the formal request I submitted.
Bren paused, he knew protocols were against this request, but the humans were so close, he hoped the council would consider it. The council could make exceptions if he could show them that the humans demonstrated a non aggressive attitude. He remembered one more thing to add to his letter.
“Klaan philosophy regarding the deceased is an important part of our culture. While many are matter of fact about it, the rituals and sacraments have allowed us to function more efficiently as a society. I have learned about some human rituals, and their essence of Shaa. Two days ago we came across our thirteenth ship…”
Two Days ago
“Captain, the ship is on course, and seems to be functioning properly. However, the radiation emanating from the ship is at lethal levels. It’s highly unlikely anyone survived.” Captain Gardner looked at Commander Klein, taking a deep breath before speaking.
“Commander, prepare to scuttle the ship. Full honors. We don’t want to send a dirty bomb across space.” Commander Klein acknowledged the Captain, calling Bren over to his workstation.
“Bren, can you come look through this information?” Bren approached Klein’s station and looked over his shoulder. Klein pointed at the screen. “These readings, that seems to be the deceased passengers, correct?” Bren nodded then pointed at another reading. Klein agreed curiously. “That’s the one I don’t get. It looks like the life sign of a hibernating human, but it’s distorted.”
Gardner turned to Klein. “Is there a problem?”
Klein looked at Bren, then back to Gardner, “Sir, I think we’ll need to investigate, I can’t confirm that everyone is deceased.”
“How many people Mr. Klein?”
Klein and Bren conferred and Bren answered. “That’s the problem sir, we read 36 pods, most of which are non functioning.” Klein finished the thought.
“Most of the pods appear to be unused. The others are not allowing clear readings. Possibly due to the radiation?” They had encountered several ships with various levels of radiation exposure, likely due to a nearby nuclear blast. This one was the heaviest they had encountered. Klein continued. “This ship had to have gone right through an active explosion. The radiation is still intense.”
Gardner grimaced, while they had protections against radiation poisoning, it was tedious. Any items retrieved required scrubbing with radiation protocols. Patients needed extra medication beyond the standard inoculations, which protected against various types of radiation, mostly radiation found in space. But, they had to be sure. “OK commander, only you and one other, make it quick.” Bren volunteered himself.
“Captain, I am better protected against this type of radiation, I could join the Commander.”
Gardner thought a moment. “OK, just the two of you. Take every precaution.”
Markings on the side identified the ship as North Korean. That explained the radiation as a still unknown saboteur had detonated all of North Korea’s nuclear weapons at once. Sadly, the entire country was reduced to rubble. Although humanity had created effective radiation treatments, cleaning North Korea was taking longer, due to the massive amount of radiation released all at once. Some Koreans had survived, but North Korea, as a country, no longer existed. South Korea was now just Korea, having taken on refugees and stewardship over the cleanup. The reunification of Korea was a Pyrrhic resolution.
Bren and Klein entered the ship. Although it looked shoddily built, it was one of the few ships they had encountered that was fully functional. As they moved to the cargo area the problem became obvious. Crew members littered the area, some partially in their pods. The radiation had knocked them out before they could enter the pods. Bren scanned the area. “They are dead sir, it looks like 33 humans.”
Klein looked at them, some on the floor, some climbing into pods. He recalled the anomalous readings. “So there are three more pods?” Bren continued scanning, stepping carefully over the bodies.
“Commander, the readings on these hibernation pods is unusual, there appear to be several different metals in use, there is no consistency.” As they made their way into the depths of the cargo area they found three pods, hidden away behind stacks of cargo, still functioning. Bren approached them. He scanned, then turned to Klein excitedly.
“Sir, these three are alive, they are quite sick, but the pods appear to have shielded them enough to survive the radiation.” Klein stumbled into the area, looking at Bren’s scanner.
“If we wake them they won’t survive long.” Bren agreed. Klein pushed a button on the arm of his protective suit and called Gardner. “Sir, we have three survivors, They won’t survive long once they are brought out. We will need shielded gurneys to move them directly to the medical bay. Please send three patient pods and four rescue team members to facilitate the rescue.”
Bren and Klein checked their exposure time as they waited for the others to arrive.
Once the rescue team had arrived they cleared out the three crew members quickly, heading straight to the medical bay. Klein and Bren were ordered to undergo more extensive medical tests and spent the night there.
Early in the morning, Bren was explaining Klaan humor to Klein. Klein was not impressed. “So, simple mistakes are funny?”
Bren smiled, “Yes, inverting variables in a navigational equation can be quite satisfying.” Klein looked unsure as Bren added, “But the real humor comes in absurd endeavors, which can take several days or weeks to develop. The payoff is substantial.” Klein was about to speak when they were surprised to see one of the Koreans stir. He looked around, confused, and then startled to see Klein and an alien. Bren had accessed the Korean language program and spoke to him in perfect Korean.
“Do not be afraid. You are on an Earth ship, The Shepherd. Earth is a different world than when you left. I assure you, you are safe here.” The Korean calmed a bit, looking for his comrades. Bren continued, “I am sorry to tell you that only the three of you survived. You have extreme radiation sickness but medical advances have created effective treatments and you are all expected to recover.”
The Korean asked, “What happened?”
Bren turned to Klein, “He wants to know what happened.” They were interrupted by the arrival of Captain Gardner and an Ensign.
“Bren, this is Ensign Choi, she speaks Korean and will be the liaison for these men.” Choi immediately went to the Korean man and began talking. Bren watched as the man apparently learned that his country was gone. The look on his face touched Bren deeply. He appeared to be in physical pain upon hearing the news.
Gardner turned to Klein and Bren, “Are you cleared to resume duties?” Klein nodded and Gardner continued. “I had hoped to avoid a conflict but you may recall the previous rescue of the ship Justice 4.”
Klein grimaced. Just a day before finding the Korean ship they had rescued a ship that was clearly affiliated with the Justice Party. Although it was never confirmed, the Justice Party claimed responsibility for the three nuclear warheads that decimated Los Angeles to start the war.
The Freedom Party quickly formed in response, but since there were no geographical divides the initial stages of the war were particularly gruesome. Political strongholds of each party were destroyed by nuclear weapons, killing members of both parties, as well as the undeclared; more than half of the country that claimed no connection to either party. The complication was certainly due to the fact that a Freedom Party ship’s passengers were already on board. Gardner confirmed Klein’s assumption.
“We assigned quarters to the passengers of the ship, Justice 4, and initially there was no problem, until someone saw an insignia on someone’s shirt. The Justice group refused to be quartered on the same floor.”
Klein grimaced. “The Freedom passengers were on level three, right? Just move the Justice to two?” Gardner smiled.
“The Freedom passengers decided that they wanted to be above them, so they refused to stay on three if the Justice moved to two.”
Klein scoffed, “We’re in space, there is no above and below, we may be sideways now for all we know.” Gardner agreed and as the three men entered the passenger common area, the leaders of each group swarmed them.
As multiple men chattered and made demands at once Gardner raised his hand and finally got them to calm down. “We came across a heavily irradiated ship and we want to allow the surviving crew to be involved in the Honor ceremony when we scuttle the ship. They are in the medical bay. We could be here for a few days depending on their recovery time. That means you all can’t stay here in this room. You will need to accept room assignments.”
The men all began shouting again when Bren stepped forward, raising both hands which, somehow, stopped everyone immediately. Bren spoke.
“Captain, I may have a solution.” Gardner looked hopeful.
“Go ahead Lieutenant.”
Bren lowered his hands. “My people have a method for solving disputes that goes back several thousand years. It is specifically designed for this sort of post war dispute.”
Everyone was rapt as Bren continued. He smiled and stuck his arms out to the side, palms up. He spoke loudly in a commanding voice, “Feats of Strength!” As he said ‘strength’ he raised his arms over his head and clasped his hands together. Shaking them with a determined grimace. The men pumped up their chests and murmured agreement. Gardner looked at Bren curiously. “Feats of Strength?”
Bren nodded, “Yes, although that is rarely the form it takes. We stopped fighting to the death centuries ago.” The men seemed a little less enthused.
Gardner asked, “What does this entail?”
Bren smiled, “We choose a contest, and since it is a test of strength, we add,” he paused, searching for the correct word, “complications, as we go.” He looked around, and sensing no objections, continued. “I would suggest… bowling!”
Gardner and Klein stifled laughs as Bren looked each group straight on and asked, “Are you prepared to compete for your pride?” Hesitantly each group agreed. Bren went on, “I will administer the contest, the rules are simple, I can add any difficulties I choose.”
The leader of one group looked at Bren, confused, “Difficulty?”
Bren nodded, “For example, we could start by bowling with the non dominant hand. Perhaps with eyes closed, or while… singing.” As the men started to take Bren less seriously he puffed up and seemed to get taller. “You have accepted the challenge, do you agree to go forward?” The men looked at each other, unsure, but finally nodded and started to get excited.
Bren stated one more rule, “The final outcome is that the winners will be allowed to choose their quarters,” the men nodded and mumbled until Bren cut them off, “But the winners must also host the defeated team to a feast in their home.” He looked around and felt he had everyone’s attention. “There is no human term for this, but the Klaan call it Shaa. It is the knowledge that everyone on the planet is connected. In our case, on this ship. We are all part of one physical organism, collectively called the Shaa-a-ren.”
The men looked around, slightly less excited but committed to the contest. Bren stood straight, and addressed the room. “Each team will choose four champions. The contest will start in sixteen hours. Spread the word, in the original Feats of Strength great crowds cheered on their warriors.”
With that the groups of passengers separated into huddles, deciding on their champions. Gardner turned to Bren. “Feats of Strength? Shaa-a-ren?” Bren looked at Klein and the Captain.
“Yes sir, the rules are adaptable, but Shaa is a sacred concept to the Klaan. I assure you, this method of conflict resolution has an excellent record on Klaan.” Klein and Gardner shared a curious look, when Bren noted excitedly, “We will need to prepare the bowling lanes for an audience. The crowd is a critical part of this event! Captain?”
Gardner shrugged, “Commander Klein, let the crew know that they are invited to a Klaan Feats of Strength event.” Klein shook his head as he walked toward the bridge to deliver the invitation.
In the medical bay Gardner, Klein, and Choi spoke to the three Korean men. Gardner had offered them several option for disposal of the irradiated ship. Choi translated for the Captain. “They said they are not overly concerned with the ship’s disposal. They only ask to be able to watch as it’s done.” One man, who identified himself as Colonel Han spoke. “Captain, we do believe you when you say things are different. We also hope you understand that the official stance of our country,” he paused, as the country no longer existed, “The stance is one of no religion. However, there is a thread of Buddhism among us, and a prayer service to commemorate the men who did not survive is kindly requested before the ship is scuttled.”
Gardner nodded and asked Choi if she could make arrangements. Colonel Han spoke again. “Captain, is it possible to finish in time for the contest? Your Mr. Bren extended a personal invitation.”
Gardner was surprised, but agreed.
The next day Choi, Han, Gardner and the other Korean men stood on the bridge, watching a large monitor. The Shepherd had shut down the ship’s engines and shined lights on the ship. Choi had arranged the prayer ceremony, and the three men seemed at peace with the situation. Gardner looked at Colonel Han, who looked at his companions and nodded to the Captain.
“Commander Klein, you may proceed.” Klein stood, as did the rest of the crew. Captain Gardner spoke. “It is with great respect that we send these 33 passengers and their ship to space. This ship served them well, and now all will be committed to the great expanse.”
Klein blew a military whistle and launched two missiles. The missiles flew directly to their target, detonating and turning the ship to dust, to scatter among the backdrop of the stars. Gardner spoke again.
“Your lives will be remembered as your final destination has been reached. Godspeed.” He saluted and the crew followed his salute. The Korean men somberly saluted. The crew held their salute until Choi had ushered the Koreans off the bridge. The crew resumed their duties silently for a moment until Gardner spoke once again.
“If you have arranged to go to the Feats of Strength event, you are relieved, once the skeleton crew is in place.” A few crew members entered to man the bridge as several others headed to Bren’s event.
Bren quieted the crowd. Klein was surprised at the turnout. The crew of both ships sat intermingled with Shepherd crew. Choi ushered in the Koreans, stoic, but seemingly looking forward to the distraction the contest would provide. Chairs, benches, and cargo containers had been constructed into makeshift bleachers, and they were packed. Food and beverages had been prepared and in general, it was a festive atmosphere. Bren entered the center of the space and raised his hands, facing his palms out, and turning in a circle.
“My friends, you have accepted me into your ship and crew and I am grateful. It is with that gratitude that I happily share the Klaan tradition of… FEATS OF STRENGTH!” The crowd cheered and Gardner looked around, wondering if he should have assigned security for the event.
Bren lowered his hands and the crowd silenced. He spoke again in a low voice. “Shaa is a Klaan belief that we are all connected. That the people assembled here are all part of one single living organism. We are all a part of Shaa-a-ren. We are each other. We are one. We are Shaa.”
He smiled and waited as the crowd seemingly held its breath. Then he clasped his hands over his head and shouted, “LET THE GAMES BEGIN!” The crowd roared as the eight men prepared to bowl. Bren explained the rules. “The standard rules of bowling and scoring apply. The automated system will keep score. I will add rules as we go. The first additional rule is that all bowlers are required to throw the ball with both hands. Team Justice won the random generated decision to go first. Proceed.”
As expected, bowling with both hands was awkward, and the bowlers threw gutterballs and generally left a lot of pins standing. No one was bowling well, but the men were laughing at each other anyway. After two frames Bren stood and spoke. “Time for a new rule! You must bowl with your non-dominant hand!” The bowlers grunted and grimaced. Bren was excited, the concept of a dominant hand was new to him. Human brains fascinated him and when he learned of right or left handedness he had spent hours asking people to use their non-dominant hand for daily tasks.
The teams bowled slightly better than before, but neither team was lighting up the scoreboards. Only one strike had been thrown, and truthfully, it was a mistake. Something went wonky with the magnetic system and changed the ball’s trajectory.
The crowd was cheering when a bowler knocked down three or four pins, and the teams were getting irritated, so Bren changed it up again. “Starting now, you must do two complete turns before throwing the ball.”
As the bowlers made themselves dizzy, the crowd’s excitement escalated. The bowlers had begun cheering each other on, regardless of which team they were on. The difficulties Bren was introducing made the two teams bond over the challenges. The crowd was eating it up. Even the Korean men were enjoying the show. Finally they reached the final round. Team Justice was up by seven points, it was anybody’s game.
Bren stood and called for quiet. “I would like to thank you all for joining us tonight. I hope you have felt the Shaa. You are all part of the Shaa-a-ren here on the Shepherd. Even as you go on to other ships or planets, this connection is now a part of you all.” Bren looked at the Koreans and bowed deeply, speaking in Korean. “You have lost much, your crew, your country, perhaps family. However, today you have gained Shaa and we are happy to have you here in this Shaa-a-ren.” He bowed again and the Korean men bowed deeply back to him. Bren turned to the crowd.
“For the final round, we have the ultimate test. Each team will switch lanes and complete the other team’s final score. However! A gutterball counts as a strike, so you cannot intentionally throw the game. You can choose to bowl with both hands, or your non-dominant hand.”
The teams switched lanes and began, with Team Justice putting up several points for Team Freedom. By the time they reached the last ball the game was tied. The men looked at each other, then conferred. They nodded and each stepped up to the lane, carefully throwing simultaneous - and very intentional - gutterballs. Bren raised his hands, quite pleased with himself.
“The game has ended in a tie!” He called the teams to him. “It seems that the outcome has not solved our problem. How would you like to choose the winning team?” Bren smiled, fairly certain he knew the answer.
The captain of Team Justice spoke. “We will both stay on deck three.”
The captain of Team Freedom joined him. “And we would like to host all of you for a feast on deck three tomorrow!”
The crowd erupted in cheers. Captain Gardner spied Bren speaking with the Korean men, they seemed to be thanking him. Choi moved to the Captain. “Bren knew exactly what to say to them. This Shaa business really made a difference.” Gardner smiled and watched as the men walked to the food and beverage stations and joined in the celebration. Gardner went to Bren, who was now talking to Klein.
“Lieutenant Bren, I must commend you. Your Feats of Strength and Shaa-a-ren was an unqualified success.”
Bren smiled. “Captain, Shaa is a very trusted solution to many problems.” He held his hands out, palms up and fingers sticking up. “We are all digits on the same hand. Once the men started to bond over their shared experience they began to feel the depth of connection. Shaa-a-ren connects us all, sometimes you just need to reach out and feel it.” Klein nodded, holding out his hands as Bren had done. Bren smiled again. “Commander, you have now experienced Klaan humor, in its long form. How often did you laugh as the men dizzied themselves and fell, or threw bad balls, left difficult splits, or danced with their opponents?”
Klein looked at Bren curiously. “You did this all just to…” He looked at the Captain in shock and finished the thought. “… To tell me a joke?”
Bren smiled, “It was a happy coincidence. Shaa-a-ren is very real, as is Klaan humor.” He hummed a tune as he walked away. Klein and Gardner looked at each other, questioning what had actually taken place tonight. Gardner shook his head as he patted Klein on the back, blending into the celebration.
“It doesn’t matter Mr. Klein, it worked.”

Miles and I have known each other since we were 2 because our parents are best friends.
Now I would not say miles is my best friend. He is a good friend and we do hang out on occasion but see each other on all major holidays because of our parents.
We are in our early 20s.
The problem started because of a dumb childhood memory. When we were 8, we had a wedding play on school after care. I played the bride and miles the groom. It was a play. With horrible songs and uncoordinated kids.

Miles is dating Lindy. They met 3 years ago and started dating last year. Lindy does not like me.
So every time we concide at a celebration, she makes a comment about me being the typical girl best friend. She one time said that I secretly wanted to sleep with Miles.
I have no clue where she got that impression from. Miles and I have different friend groups and schedules. Besides the monthly catch-up over food, we didn't really meet that much.
Things got worse when Lindy saw the wedding play picture. The comments just got more. She even started DMing me on Instagram saying "she knew what game i was playing."
I talked to Miles once about this, and he told me to give her time.
So his birthday was on Saturday and I was invited. Lindy wrote me saying something along the lines that she was going to supervise me. This was their first birthday as a couple, and I was not allowed to take up his time.
I was honestly just fed up. I tried talking to Miles once more, but he said the same thing.
So I just skipped out. When the party started I wrote a quick sorry I can't come and told him my mother was going to bring his present.
Now he is upset with me for missing his birthday Lindy is mad that I made it all about myself, and my parents are upset I missed a "family function"

I didn't want to poison anyone against Lindy, especially not if she is a new fixture in Miles life. That would make both our lives more difficult. I hoped that just talking about it might be the more adult thing.
My parents are not mad at me or blowing up my phone. Ala reddit fashion. They and Miles parents were just bummed out that this was the first birthday that I ever missed.
As to why she is jealous. I have no idea. Neither of our parents ever wanted us to get together. There were no jokes or anything about it. I think they also never would want that.
The wedding play picture is in the living rooms because they loved the picture and it was our first play.

OP: That's the part that seems odd to you? Our parents are best friends from Uni and stayed best friends. They are like family.
Miles and I are not made to be lifelong friends. We were besties when we were little. Then we we went to different secondary schools. And he developed more into the sports kind of guy and I developed more into the need nieche. So we don't have too much in common anymore but we hang out sometimes.
The picture is there because our parents like it. There are also a few of me with other kids that I don't know any more.

I just have a different experience. The whole idea of parents constructing the narrative of my life and choosing for me who is family and friends based on who they went to college with decades ago is outside of my experience. They chose to be friends with these people. Not you. This whole problem seems easily avoided. Unless you feel deeply connected to these people.

Of course I feel connected to them. I can't remember a time when they weren't there. Miles father for example, always drove me to my karate lessons, and they always came to my tournaments. I don't feel forced on them. And it's always nice, seeing my parents be so happy when they all do something.

Although honestly I feel like you might be underplaying your friendship a little bit if he was upset about you missing it. The way you describe it originally is that you are basically friends by association. If that was the case then I really wouldn’t expect him to have an issue with you missing his birthday. I am confused by the fact your defense for not wanting to sleep with him is that you have different friend circles. Not sure how that fits.
Also kinda worried about it being a family function. It’s their friends sons birthday. Do your parents expect you two to end up together? How sure of you that play was a play and there isn’t any legal binding thing between you and him? (I know some states have marriage laws against marrying that young but I don’t know them and this is the dark path my brain went down).
As for you skipping the party: how is you not going to a birthday party making it about you? The girlfriend is way too fixated on you and your actions. I wonder if your friend or his parents have said stuff about you to make her this wary of you. Like comparing something she’s said or done to something you have said or done. Or maybe he had a crush on you at one point and you weren’t aware and he let it slip to his girlfriend.
Other people have said it here but definitely need to tell your parents what’s going on and why you didn’t go. That way you have some people in your corner (hopefully). Lindy is insecure. She just needs to make a close male friend who she is integrated in his family and he integrates in her family. I'm a bit suspicious of your narrative since if your parents see Miles birthday as a family function then you are closer and spend more time with him than once a month. Especially if you spend the majority holidays together.
OP: Why suspicious? Our parents see each other weekly or not daily. Miles and I don't see each other that often because of life circumstances. We try to meet minimum once a month, and we will obviously see each other at family reunions. We are good friends. I never said we are not. We are just not super super best friends who talk and write everyday

I will update in the first part and clarify some things later
After my post I talked to Miles. At first he was kind of mad and thought I had been blowing things out of proportion. Some more details are in my last post.
We came to the conclusion of taking more distance while he figures that all out. Mainly because I did not want the added stress of petty drama.
Then I talked to my parents and explained to them, what was going on. They were really upset by how Lindy treated me.
Like obviously they weren't going to get involved , but it was nice to get that of my chest.
Then nothing else happened. Until Tuesday evening. Wednesday was a holiday so some of my friends took the opportunity to go to an Irish pub to do karaoke. At some point my best friend and I went to pee and touch up our make up. Then Lindy and some of her friends walked in and kind of cornered us. It wasn't pretty. They stared loudly talking about "man sealing bitches" and how some women were just born to be homewreckers. And imagine being pathetic enough to pretend to be a guy's friend to fuck him and how pick me's are the worst. They kept kind of edging us physically into the part where the hand dryers were while pretending we were not there. Until my best friend had enough and just pushed trough them wile drawing me behind her. We were almost at our table when Lindy went right behind me and pulled my her so that I feel backwards onto like a metallic peace where you are supposed to put your feet on. It hurt so bad that I started to see white. And then a girl next to Lindy poured beer on me. I can not really tell you what happened, but there was a scuffle and somone dropped one of those heavy pint glasses on my head.
The Lindies were taken away by police and I was taken to the hospital. My parents were furious as were Miles parents. They both came to the hospital. I was severely concussed, my nose was factured and the worst thing is that I have a hairline fracture in my back. I stayed in the hospital till yesterday morning.
Miles did try calling me a bunch. According to my parents, they told him to not visit me right now. I did get a official notice saying that apparently there was now a legal case open against Lindy and one other girl for not only assault but also public disturbance in the bar. So now I'll have to deal with all that legally.
I finally talked to Miles. And long story short. Those of you saying Lindy was isolating him was a sign of an abusive relationship was right. He told me all the things she said to him to make him feel awful. She would freak out about anything in her live and take that out on him. She would scratch him and bite him when she was mad. Our talk ended with both of us crying and apologizing. We will be closer again. At least so we can talk about these things more often. He broke up with her and is hiding at my parents house.

OP: It was just really dumb events. Lindy wanted to fight me, but she didn't mean to fight me in the pub. As dumb as this sounds. She pulled my hair saying something like "Hey fuckface". But because I didn't expect it, and she pulled quite hard and I had a ponytail I slipped and ate shit. I am about 79% sure she didn't drop the glas on me. It looked like one of her friends knocked it from the table while trying to fight a bouncer.
I stalked them on Instagram, and they seem like typical rich girls who have gotten away with everything and didn't expect this to actually have consequences.
But they are already here. I couldn't even press charges fast enough. I honestly don't know who did. But I think of the police or something like that witnesses the crime it has to be persecuted. Sorry for rambling lol

This new label has started an Instagram page under that handle and they have put up a release on the major DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.) with the copyright attributed to Milkshake Recordz. I do not want their brand nor music confused nor associated with my label's.
Do I have legal standing to have my manager send them a cease and desist letter asking them to rename their label and take down their music and re-upload it under a different label name? I do have a lawyer, but this is an unexpected cost that I have not worked into my budget, so I am trying to avoid getting her involved if possible.
If you do think I have legal standing to send a C&D, do you think the label owner will take it seriously coming from my manager as opposed to my lawyer?
