My doubles partner and I had a 4.0 USTA league match yesterday. We lost the first set 4-6, won the first game in the second set and got rained out. We continued our match today and won the second set 6-2.
In the tiebreaker, we just couldn't get a point at first. At 0-7 we finally got a point. Then our opponents got 2 points in a row so the score was 1-9. Then something crazy happened - we got 9 points in a row! I had to serve when the score was 8-9 and that was the most nerve wracking moment of the game for me.
We ended up winning 13-11.
I've never experienced a comeback like that before. It was crazy. I don't know how we did it. We played really safe when we were down by so much and our opponents played aggressive at the net but we somehow still pulled it off.

| Im 36M, single with active social life, going out drinking alcohol etc. As you can see before picture, teeth want too bad, diastema. My dentist told my bite wasn’t perfect and he want make it good. Plan was 33trays, 10 days per tray, 11 months total. Cons: Brush and dental floss all time it’s very annoying. Not being able to snack anytime. Yellowing teeth but this goes away easy after basic cleaning at dentist office. I didn’t felt pain. I didn’t felt discomfort. The very first days were a little bit annoying and sometimes new trays felt too tight, but not any real problem. I had to use elastics during 2-3 months to correct my bite and that was annoying . It felt ugly. I use them all time but didn’t use them when going out at night. I wear aligners 19-20 hours most of days. I did drink alcohol and everything with trays . I don’t like coffee. When going out drink wine, I didn’t wear my aligners for 5-6 hours in a row. No problem. I didn’t use my aligners for 5 days in a row, tray 15/33. My dentist told go back use tray 14 and we are good. Going to dentist every 4 weeks to check up wasn’t my favorite part, but it was easy. All my Invisalign experience was pretty good, I recommend 10/10 As for social life. Before start I was a little bit insecure but at night clubs / bars, girls don’t notice while talking and don’t notice while kissing, bitting etc . Because my lack of discipline, took 13 months instead of 11 months to finish tray 33. Last week I went take off attachments but I told my dentist my front teeth doesn’t looks perfect. I said I’d be happy if that was the final result but I thought could be better. He agreed and offered 2 options: bonding / resin or make new scan and order more trays. I want perfect teeth, so we did new scan and I will wear more tray for a while. All good, my dentist was very nice and supportive all time. Ps: 1st picture is before. 2nd picture is after tray 33 without cleaning. 3rd and 4th picture are after cleaning. There’s 2 hours between 2nd and 3rd picture. Cleaning session was 45minutes, made huge diference lol. There’s like 0,2mm diastema . Could finish now but I’m happy that my dentist understood my wish’s. 2024.05.20 04:06 coconutlemongrass Vertigo over a week after plane ride?
On 3/11 I took a 6 hour plane ride from Hawaii to Colorado. The plane was gigantic (three rows!) but at one point we did experience major turbulence. I felt my stomach drop for sure (the plane dropped at least like 50 feet in the air) but I can't remember if I felt vertigo directly after or not.
But ever since then I've been experiencing brief episode of vertigo when I lay down or get in an all-fours position and move my head from side to side at barre class. The sensation only lasts a few seconds and I've got no associated weakness, nausea, etc.
I just had a full blood panel at the doctors the day before I left for my trip and everything looks good. I suppose this is just a "random fibro thing"? I feel like if it gets worse or lasts more than a month I'll call my doctor- but what say you fellow fibro fighters? Does this sound pretty typical? I've never experienced it before but I've also never experienced such major turbulence before. Plus at 35 I'm getting older and perhaps as my age/ fibro progresses I'm getting more sensitive?

Hi friends, I'm not a frequent reddit user, so apologies if anything below was formatted/phrased/etc incorrectly!
tl;dr - Consistent printing misalignment across multiple firmware updates has me wondering if it's time for a new printer, or if there's some esoteric setting or troubleshooting I need to do to get my hardware to cooperate. I am looking for recommendations on a new printer, but am also open to troubleshooting tips for my current printer.
Details: My current home printer is an Epson WF-2830. One of the most common things I need it for is to print price tags for my small business. My current efforts for this involve those pre-perforated tag sheets that you're meant to print on and then tear the tags out of. This is what my current printer is doing when I try to print on these pre-perforated sheets:
The alignment gets worse from top to bottom This is the left hand column of the last sheet I tried to print. I did have the sheet oriented properly in the printer.
The alignment in the upper left-hand corner is already off, but would be usable. The alignment gets worse from this corner outward. And this (above) is the full sheet, with the alignment just degrading tag by tag and row by row. Below here is what it
should look like:
Behold, my layout I am using templates provided by the tag manufacturer, OnlineLabels(dot)com, and doing my formatting in Adobe Illustrator. My background is in graphic design, so I know my way around Illustrator pretty well; the alignment is properly formatted within the software (see above).
Printing from Illustrator vs. exporting to .pdf or other file doesn't appear to have any effect on print alignment. I did this successfully on a former printer, which was a Laser Jet M234dwe. Kinda wishing now I'd kept that printer >_>
I am not currently looking at any specific printer models. There are so many options and I don't have much recourse if a new printer
still doesn't do what I need it to, so I wanted to seek advice from people who know more about this than I do. So hi : ) I plan to retain my current Epson, so I don't even care if the new printer is multifunction (ie scanning and whatnot) as long as it will allow me to print my hanging tags for work.

I'm not sure if this is super relevant to the current situation, I just miss that reliability and am currently very frustrated that I can't just
do that right now ;_;
