Received in April. Posting from burner account because spouse still working for company. Removed all sensitive details.
Spouse has been extremely hard working for the last decade putting in long hours since covid only to see the company harassing & threatening to terminate if return to office policy is missed even by the slightest margin.
Due to short staffing, everyone on their team is mentally exhausted and their office environment in reality doesn't necessarily increase productivity or efficiency.
It's a tight slap considering the long hours put in & missed family time with kids.
Also, no concept of loyalty here. They get horribly underpaid compared to their direct competitors.
These employees worked to make the corporation billions when the world was on fire and this is how they pay them back!

Man, I had a rough run, but here's my example of an application that went... not great. Worth noting that I had no idea what I was doing and the few people who apply US from my school are legacies/have contacts, and after I got deferred ED I panic-submitted all of these in the space of like two weeks. (also my college counselor was absolutely rubbish, told me I should aim for "safer schools", and then defined a safer school as anything above 10% acceptance).

2024.05.20 02:19 campionesidd Ranking all Juventus Jeep kits from worst to best.

With Jeep's shirt sponsorship due to end imminently, I decided to rank all the Jeep kits we've had over the years. These include all home, away and third kits since the 2012-13 season, but exclude any special edition or one-off kits. Of course, these are my subjective rankings, so I don't expect anyone to agree with this 100%, so feel free to voice your own opinions.
Starting off with the worst kits:
36) 2021-22 Third kit. By far the worst Juventus kit with the Jeep logo in my opinion. While it uses classic Juve colors like yellow and blue- the overly bright yellow and the horrible design make it ugly for an amateur kit, let alone on one of the biggest teams in Europe.
35) 2019-20 Home: The worst Home kit on this list. It made a total mockery of Juve's classic black and white stripes and replaced them with an unappealing half white/ half black shirt with a pink ribbon in the middle. While this might not have been a terrible third kit, it was an absolute travesty to have had it as a home jersey.
34) 2017-18 Third: An unappealing olive green kit with a horizontal white band that completely seems out of place. Highly forgettable.
33) 2023-24 Home: In previous years, Adidas has done a stellar job of incorporating yellow into the mix and complementing it well with other colors, but in this instance, the yellow clashes with the black and white stripes and makes it look like a mess.
32) 2016-17 Third: The infamous zebra kit. While the zebra design on the sleeves itself doesn't look too bad, it doesn't go well with the completely bland and uninspiring white of the rest of the shirt.
31) 2020-21 Third: While the orange color looks good, the black spots look like smudges of ink and ruin the overall appearance of the jersey.
30) 2018-19 Home: The black and white stripes are too narrow, and the Jeep sticker is slapped on top of it.
29) 2019-20 Away: Not a bad looking kit by any means, but the white kit and the red lettering are very unremarkable and forgettable.
28) 2012-13 Away: An otherwise good looking kit whose ranking is knocked down several spots due to the ugly Jeep sticker which sticks out, and not in a good way.
27) 2012-13 Third: Just like the kit below it in this ranking it is ruined by the awkward placement of the Jeep logo.
26) 2013-14 Third: Plain and boring black kit. Not much to see here.
25) 2022-23 Home: A controversial jersey. Some people loved this jersey and others hated it. Personally I think it looks good from a distance, but isn't pretty from up close.
24) 2023-24 Third: A greyish black jersey that is decent looking, but a very forgettable one.
23) 2020-21 Away: From here on out, we start getting to the decent looking kits and jerseys. This is another forgettable entry in the list. The dark blue color looks nice, but there's nothing that stands out about this kit.
22) 2015-16 Home: Another kit that divides opinion. The stripes are too narrow for my liking.
21) 2018-19 Away: A very clean, crisp beige design that stands out simply because we're not used to seeing this color on a Juventus jersey.
20) 2014-15 Third: Another unconventional Juve color, but I like the clean bright green design. This kit belongs firmly in the middle of the pack.
19) 2016-17 Home: A slightly unconventional design for a home kit. Would've ranked higher if the Jeep sticker was incorporated more gracefully.
18) 2018-19 Third: Very similar to the gorgeous 2015-16 kit, this beautiful jersey loses a few spots for being not very distinct from it.
17) 2019-20 Third: Most of Juve's blue kits are easy on this eye, and this one is no different.
16) 2022-23 Away: A sleek black kit with an electrifying Jeep logo, but not a very memorable one.
15) 2012-13 Home: The very first Juve home jersey with a Jeep logo. The collar looks nice, but like other early Jeep designs, the Jeep logo placement isn't done very well.
14) 2014-15 Home: A classy and timeless home kit, which will be remembered favorably for years to come due to Juve's incredible season that year.
13) 2022-23 Third: Juve returning to its pink roots yet again. This kit gets a high rating due to its intricate design although few people will remember it in the coming years due to Juve's miserable season on and off the pitch.
12) 2017-18 Away: Yellow and blue are classic Juve colors, but this kit's similarity to the 2013-14 kit leaves it out of the top 10 list.
11) 2016-17 Away: I have fond memories of this pretty two-tone blue kit, as Juve had another memorable season in Italy and Europe with it.
10) 2023-24 Away: One of the few horizontally striped jerseys on this list. I appreciate the effort to make a design that stands out from the rest. The pink and grey stripes complement each other nicely
9) 2013-14 Home: This is what a Juventus home jersey should look like. Perfectly spaced stripes, and a great collar and simple sleeves. Not ranked near the very top due to the intrusive Jeep sticker.
8) 2015-16 Away kit: The highest ranked pink kit in this list. Would've been perfect with a better Jeep logo.
7) 2021-22 Home kit: Excellent kit. The only thing I don't like about it is the horizontal Adidas stripes on the top.
6) 2013-14 Away: The Yellow shirt and blue shorts are done to perfection. If you wear this shirt, make sure it to wear blue jeans or blue shorts to match the color combo.
5) 2021-22 Away: Very visually striking jersey, and one which you can wear casually and look great in. I actually like the Adidas stripes on this one.
4) 2020-21 Home: The gold lettering and logos look really nice on the home shirt. A huge improvement over the dreadful 2018-19/ and 2019-20 jerseys.
3) 2017-18 Home: The first Juve jersey without the classic Juventus logo, but the classy design of the collar and the gold touches more than make up for it. The best Juve home jersey in a long time in my opinion.
2) 2014-15 Away: Reminiscent of the 1995-96 Juventus away jersey, this stunning kit also brought us many memorable moments in the Champions League. This was one of the last kits Nike designed for us, and they certainly made sure they signed off on a high note
1) 2015-16 Third: The black and gold combo is sublime. The Jeep logo is tastefully done, and the classic Juve logo is converted to a black and gold scheme which looks gorgeous. Adidas hit a home run with this one.

And it's also no wonder that the number of abortions in the world increased over the last years

There are some things you definitely need to know if you plan on putting a GPS on a car for the purpose of tracking it. First of all, you can never enter someone else's vehicle and equip a tracker if you are not the registered owner or lessee. If you are the registered owner of the car you can legally track it (as long as you say you are tracking the vehicle for theft recovery purposes when asked).
What if you place the tracker outside of the car while the vehicle is parked on public property? Now here is where things can get a little murky in terms of the law. Just like my last post, I want to take a second to help further explain a few things that can be expected to see next week (and the following weeks) based on my experience in 2021 with GME.
The topic covered in this post will be as follows:
  1. My last post, many people were concerned about conflicting information concerning the amount of shares being shorted. Ill provide up-to-date information and clarifications with regards to this, and what it means.
I've decided future posts will cover the following topics if I get enough attention (I hate doing this work and having nobody benefit lol)
  1. I'd like to speak about the media coverage that is likely to be seen over the next few weeks while this stock is continued to be short squeezed. You should also have some guidance as to how best manage it.
  2. The big ticket topic that will be touched upon soon is my most asked question after my last post. "When do I know when to sell" Until you understand when to sell, when to buy, etc. don't do anything crazy.
  3. How long will it take to see returns?
  4. SEC rule 201 and what it means
Disclaimer before we get into it: I'm not an expert. I'm not a professional. Everything I tell you is publicly available and I have no insider information regarding FFIE (or any stock for that matter). My goal is to educate retail investors among the chaos and help you understand what exactly is happening (as I understand). I encourage you to do your research and make your own decisions INDEPENDENT of what I say. I also wont tell anyone how to spend their money. Don't DM me saying "Should i do this, should I do that.
Okay. Lets get into it.
The biggest concern over the information regarding my last post was concerning EXACTLY how much FFIE was being shorted by hedge funds. There is much conflicting information out there and I believe its time to put these rumors to bed. These rumors create fear when not understood. Squeezers ain't got time for fear.
For those who don't even understand what this debate is even over, its simple. Some Redditors are stating that we are not even squeezing anybody because hedge funds have already returned their shares (this would be bad for squeezers).
However, others have stated that they are now 100% shorting, and are being squeezed harder than ever by you nasty fuckers (this would be good for the squeezers).
Confused? I was too. But seeing how we have the internet at our disposal, I skipped my brother's 18th birthday party to bring you the best info I could and not give you whip lash

So amongst this debate, there's ALOT of screaming, tons of CAPS LOCKS ON FOR SOME REASON, and very little information being given. Even some people straight up telling false information. I'm here to help.
The reality is, everyone's posts have hints of truth. So for you, I have written my best version of The truth of short share information/data:
Short share information, I've learned, is ONLY available in full every 2 weeks or so. This is mandated by law via the SEC (SEC = the big bad federal government who oversees a so called "fair" market).
*Notice the different font and bolded letters for the "in full" part? That'll be important later. Try to file it away for now*
For now, lets evaluate the most recent data. It was from 4/30/24, and released in early May. That most recent posting showed a 98% shorted FFIE (VERY GOOD FOR APES). This information can be found:

And just to help you decipher this info:
Not only does it show April 30th being shorted 36 million shares, but it also shows a history of it being shorted at this caliber since the start of 2024 (and maybe even earlier in lower amounts)
Now. Credit where it is due. Many have been SCREAMING that this could mean we have reached the end of our squeeze. After all, that was 20 days ago. How can you know if the shares are being shorted?
Personally, I've questioned them back and said "well if shares are not posted, how do YOU know that they aren't being short squeezed?"
(No intelligent answers typically once they realize the flaw in their logic.)
Well, even though it's annoying, there is some stock (hahaha, stock, get it?) to what they are saying.
Those who are screaming this, are not correct.
However, they also aren't wrong.
I can't confirm the squeezing of FFIE can't be confirmed with 100% certainty due to the date of publication being 20 days ago (technically). However, the squeezing also cant be denied.
So do you all just sit in limbo until Thursday?
No I take care of my lil ape buddies. I can teach you to see as I see. But you are not going to like it so hold onto your bananas.
I think we need to be able to use logic and reasoning to deduce if FFIE is still being shorted. I KNOW I KNOW. Asking APES to think?? How dare I. Here, eat this, then lets think.

Well there are a few things that we can use to indicate a short is still happening:
  1. Around 19 days before right now, they were shorting FFIE at high percentages consistently for 5 months. Yes, they might have seen a squeeze coming and gotten out of it. BUT, the squeeze didn't truly begin until May 13th. And when it did start, IT WAS QUICK.
If retail traders were able to skyrocket share price to that high on the 13th, don't you think we would've seen a jump if they returned their shorts between April 30th and May 13th? I mean seriously. If they bought back 36m shares to stop themselves from being squeezed, we would've seen something right? But we saw nothing. not even a little teeny tiny spike. To them, it was business as usual. Why would they have gotten out of their shorts if there was no indication that y'all would squeeze them?
It wasn't until the 13th that some crazy ape decided they wanted to short squeeze them anyways.

  1. As per my previous post, the patterns seen, the "short ladder attack" seen beginning around May 16th indicate that those who are being short squeezed are attempting to break your squeeze by dropping the stock value and making you sell. Why would a stock be attacked like that if a hedge fund had no interest in dropping the price? Because there are likely still active shorts.
  2. The prices changed so much, that SEC rules get involved. Specifically, SEC rule 201 has been raising eyebrows as a way to prevent short sellers from using "short ladders attacks" against us. I'm not entirely sure about the specifics of the rule, but I do know that it is used to protect retail traders from volatility.

I actually didn't verify weather that user who posted that is actually educated, but what he says seems accurate enough for the purpose of this post. I WILL DO A rule 201 post in the future once I understand it a little more.
Ill skip my little brother's high school graduation to bring you all that one.
  1. Media coverage from most hedge fund controlled/owned is SUPER ANTI FFIE.
I know it might be a bit tin-foil hat theory, but IMO when a hedge fund controlled media outlet like yahoo news speaks out about a stock they are directly involved with, with intentions of manipulating the masses, they should be PUT IN PRISON for market manipulation.
The reality is, the full information regarding the most recent short availability will be made public on Thursday this week. This will give 100% certainty on whether FFIE is being shorted or not.
Another reality is, the information above all indicates that FFIE is still being shorted, and being shorted by alot.
The questions that need answering are:
  1. How much is still being shorted.
  2. does this mean that squeezers are completely blind right now?
No. Not fully blind. And with the information *that we do have available,\* in addition to some patterns we saw last week, and SEC rule 201 being thrown in there, my theory is that they are still shorting and they are still being squeezed.
WAIT BEFORE YOU GO!!! DID YOU DETECTIVE APES CATCH IT?
Remember the bolded and different font i mentioned a few paragraphs up? Did you see me do it again just now?
Here's why I drew attention to the "that we do have available" part. Because even though a full account of shorting data is not available until Thursday, the FULL SHORTED data is released in smaller amounts by companies who are involved in unbiased trading and loaning of shares. These companies regularly post sample data from a smaller pool of shares to help mirror how much is being shorted.
This would be the equivalent of using a poll to determine the outcome of an election. It can be pretty accurate.
Here is one post illustrating this concept. These companies release the partial shorting information more often then every 2 weeks: CLICK
This post was made by some other person. But this time, I actually looked into, and verified this information myself. Go give them some love for a good job. Get them a banana.
Based on this, It can be seen there have been small changes in the amount of shorted stocks for FFIE over the last few days, however, it very rarely dips below 95% shorted.
Is this a smaller sample size than the total number of shares? YES
Is this likely 100% accurate? NO. I wouldn't use this chart to try to guess an exact number of shares being shorted. However, I personally trust it to depict trends in the market. And the trend seen on there, is that there are still LOTS of shorted shares out there ripe for the squeezing.

I admired, but was intimidated by, the role back when I was a 19 year old sapling. Now, with more years of work, life experiences in general, and a great deal of personal growth, I feel that I could really serve the company well. While a barista, I was told by my manager that I narrowly missed POQ two separate times. Trying to prove myself to my peers and to myself, that fact really disappointed me. I think, however, that in time, I’ll be able to surpass my past performance— and won’t be nearly as driven by such external validation. As long as the team is happy, I’ll be happy.
OKAY blah blah, get to the point, OP— I applied for Shift at my nearest store, went in and semi-jokingly asked how desperate they were for someone to fill the role, to which they responded, ‘pretty desperate.’ I’ve called a few times trying to catch the hiring manager, finally reaching them last Monday (13th). I was informed that I would receive a call back to schedule an interview by the next afternoon. I hadn’t heard anything by Wednesday, and stopped in to have a drink and decompress after a long semester. I did ask if the manager was by chance free, but alas, luck was not on my side. They did assure me, through the grapevine, that they would call me later that evening. It’s now Sunday, and I’ve heard nothing. All of this said: what should I do? Would it be rude to ask for a yes or a no? I am in need of a job to pay my bills, but I feel so inconsiderate being such a nuisance trying to show that I am available for an interview at any time convenient for the manager. I have not yet even received a denial email, in the case that you ask.

Hello,
I'm writing to ask what you guys suggest I should do about my credit limit £200.
I've been with barclays for 9 years and they sent me a letter 3 years ago offering me a credit card with £800 limit. I was working as a freelancer back then with less than 12k/year and even though I admitted to earning under 12k they put me down on £200 and it has never changed for 3 years now, since then I got 3 jobs, 21k-24k-27k and I've asked a credit limit increase 3-4 times in the past years but it's a computer who decides in my case which always rejected me, I only requested an increase up to £500 so still not a big thing but I can never get it increased, I went to the bank to enquire about it where I was sent away with " it's not us employees decide on this, the only thing you can do is asking the computer on the app after a few months.
I've been using my credit card here or there but with a limit of £200 I can't really get into buying anything xd
I don't even know if it's worth requesting a new one because I think it damages my creditscore..

I work for a museum in England showcasing railway and trains, which is free to access.
Around 2 weeks ago, I noticed the same man on 3 separate days in the museum in a single week, which at first seemed normal to me as I believed he was just someone who enjoyed coming (repeat visitors are not that rare at all in the museum, especially tourists).
In the museum, we have an exhibition room that closes at 4 PM (by closes, it is just a simple strip barrier to signify that this room is now closed to visitors, one that you can duck under), whereas the whole museum closes at 5 PM.
I work at a gift shop with a good view of the entrance to that room, and on the man's third visit I noticed him loitering around the entrance to that room past closing (it was about 4:15 PM), as he was just stood by the barrier. I noticed him there multiple times the next week after and began to get suspicious, I reported it to my manager just in case as the exhibition room contains very valuable models and exhibits (some worth £2,000-15,000) that only get locked up at 5 PM when the whole museum closes.
My manager also observed this, and suggested as a security measure to his supervisor that to avoid anything being stolen, we replace the real exhibition lock boxes (which get locked at 4 PM) with fake, empty spare ones with no exhibits in. We began doing this as an additional safety measure.
What would you know? Tonight, one of the empty exhibition lock boxes goes missing upon closing, and after reviewing CCTV footage of a side entrance, there the man is taking what would have been an exhibit worth about £5,000, concealed in a backpack (the backpack being unnaturally rectangular, as you can tell the box is in it).
It was reported to police immediately tonight, however after some discussion among the managers and employees, we realised one thing, since he hadn't stolen an exhibition whatsoever, he had simply stolen an empty lock box worth at least under £200. Because of this, people are obviously pretty upset that someone who could've stolen one of the museum's most expensive items, is probably just going to get charged with a small minor theft as if he'd stolen goods from a local Tesco...
Is there anything in the law on theft here that would mean he can be charged for stealing the whole exhibit? Because he would have probably managed to had I not reported it. I just feel like the severity of the crime seems under what he would've actually managed to do had I not stepped in, and obviously want justice for a museum that isn't even for profit.
