I am a bit nervous but i readed all about it and i know it is safe (also i have checked the plane everyday and It depart and land safely every time). I have a question: if there is any problem while traveling over the atlantic ocean, can you send a message to other planes that are around you to talk about the situation or let them informed that you are in trouble?

So I've recently moved into my own place for the first time ever. Up until January, I lived at home. I'm 30 years old and never really had to take care of myself the way you have to when you're on your own, my parents needed to eat so they made food for me to, the laundry was gonna get done anyway so they washed my things to etc.
Obviously I helped, but it wasn't like up to me to get stuff done. Now it is, and I'm discovering that I have a very difficult time getting things done. I had dishes piled up in the sink for weeks, cleaning if a fork every now and then to have something to eat with. My dad came by one day when I wasn't home and did all the dishes for me, I felt so embarrassed. Grateful, but embarrassed. I'm a 30 year old woman, I should be able to do stuff on my own, but it's like there is this wall in my brain that's just like "No".
I have no trouble doing tasks that is given to me at the unemployment thing (we have different programmes, I'm in one right now, I've had to do administrative stuff, I glued a book together and done some create jobs as well, they are testing what you're good at to help you find a job), but when I come home, it's like my brain stops functioning. I have medical conditions and depression that makes me extra tired, but I feel like doing the dishes shouldn't be as hard as it is. Well it's not just the dishes, it's the cooking as well, and cleaning. The laundry is a little troublesome to, because I have to go down to the washroom and book a time, but once I finally get of my arse and do that, I'm very good at keeping that appointment, and I usually stay in the laundry room, reading a book while I wait between the loads. Then I just never unpack the laundry when I get back up though and pick outfits from the bags until it's time to do the washing again...
But the other chores, it's like my brain is just "No". One plate in the sink brain: "No, that's not enough to stand there and wash up, waste of water", five plates brain: "Oh no, now there is too much and we are overwhelmed by the size of the task". It's just a few dishes in the sink but still no.
I was thinking of getting a bench dishwasher to like make it easier for me, because then I could load that and start it when it was full, but a friend kind of mocked me and said I was just making excuses.
And I feel like I am to, but I just can't seem to get over this wall in my brain, so I just waste hours playing video games. I mean sure, I'm having fun, but I need to take care of things, yet I feel like I just can't. And as a 30 year old, it really makes me feel as a failure.
I know it's just been a few months and maybe I need more time to adjust to having my own household, but I kinda feel like I should have gotten in order by now. Yet, if it wasn't for the fact that I have to go to this unemployment thing almost every day, I probably would forget to shower regularly and I definitely wouldn't be brushing my teeth on a daily basis. Or eat. Which I need to because I just got diagnosed with diabetes 2 on top of everything else.
Like I said, I think I just needed to vent. I feel like I can't really talk about these things with the people in my life because, well as I mentioned, one friend kinda mocked me, the other is super busy with school, family and work and my dad, well... He's a bit of an old school guy, so he's not much of a talker.. I'm very grateful though to him for helping me with the chores, but again, I'm 30... The first picture is my hair 80% dried and the second one is 100% dry + some hair oil (L’oreal Elseve Extraordinary Hair oil). I tried a wavy hair routine. I used Davines Oi Milk as leave in, and the Umberto Giannini mousse and gel.

Hi. My first post on a new mild hybrid CX-5, 2,0l. Totally new to AT, AWD and Mazda. What a car! It seems absolutely perfect for our needs.

1. What are the steps I should do when pulling a boat trailer out of water, and the ground is big sized gravel?
   
2. Or when going up a steep hill with a light trailer when you can't accelerate much beforehand, and it's some gravel?
   
3. Or similar situations in winter, on ice and snow?
   

The CX-5 is the base model, "Centre-line", from Europe, that has no "Off-road mode", but it does have the "Off-road traction assist switch". I have also read something about the "second gear fixed mode", but information is hard to find.
The main area I want help with is the boat trailer situation on gravel, when the boat is still in water.
Currently my impression is that I should press the ""Off-road traction assist switch" on, and possibly put the "second gear fixed mode" on with the manual transmission mode, so the wheels don't spin too fast? Does it have enough torque to move from a stop with the second gear like this? The guidance on this seems quite lacking.
Another problem was with a light trailer on a steep hill where you could not get proper speed, so when going up the gear was too high. Maybe press more gas pedal? But then it could spin too fast?
It's the first AT car ever used, so I'm having a tough time properly understanding these kind of situations with it. The main idea to buy an AWD was to easily get the boat trailer out of water with the boat on it. The last MT & FWD car got stuck there last summer, which prompted the upgrade.

I’m from England and have grown up there my entire life. I’ve always had acne problems and slight yellowing of teeth (only noticeable to me though). I recently came home from a 6 week trip across Europe, and the biggest thing I noticed was the water difference.
First of all, it felt “harsher”. I have coloured hair and despite english water not affecting it, all of a sudden the dye was literally coming out in the water when I showered, and my hair became instantly dull and less-coloured after 2 showers.
HOWEVER, it absolutely saved my skin and teeth. I stopped having breakouts, the redness of my skin cleared up, my pores were less visible and even though I have some scarring, I’d say my skin was almost “clear”!! that’s not happened since I was about 13. And I noticed my teeth were instantly less yellow. they almost felt clean and white all the time, even if I forgot to brush one night.
Now I’m back in the UK and already my skin is breaking out (despite keeping the same skincare routine) and my teeth have become slightly more yellow again.
The main countries I noticed a difference in was Belgium, Denmark and especially Sweden (which seemed to be the best).

I currently have an agreement to help with some project management subcontracting work, and my client is really starting to demand a lot more of my time.
We discussed that the agreement would cover roughly 10hrs/week (40hrs/month), but the services and extra meetings they are asking me to do are really starting to add up (though all within the overall scope). I’m halfway through May and already at ~33 hours.
The contract is for four months, and I’ve already worked one. The first month tracked right around 40 hours of work, but this month is tracking higher than what we agreed, and the next two months will be certainly be higher than 40 hours based on the project timeline, so I need to have a discussion with them.
It’s a flat fee so we didn’t have a strict 40hrs/month of work written out in the SOW, but we had a handshake agreement that would be the benchmark. What’s the best way to approach this?
Simplest solution to save time would probably be to say that I can’t join the meetings, but they rely on me to join these meetings because I’m in charge of the tracking software that we use and reference heavily during these team meetings.
Since this would be hard to do, should I ask them to pay a higher fee? Reallocate money/hours from the last month of the project when work will be lighter to cover the extra hours? Add an amendment to SOW for overage charges at an hourly rate?

SEO efforts are always ongoing but we are really satisfied with the base that we have built and we are really looking forward to working with keywords with higher KD and generating more revenue with SEO In the upcoming months. Although we will keep running ads in future as well mostly for awareness purposes but the major revenue will be generated from our SEO efforts. Apart from this, as we mentioned earlier, we are looking to actively start the Social Media efforts as well from the next month itself. We will be looking to target Instagram and Tiktok in the initial phase and we believe in 2-3 months social media will contribute towards 25% of our revenue which will grow rapidly.

The last time she split was last Monday. She complained, insulted me, picked multiple fights, tried to use my credit card without asking, lied about it, then tried to manipulate me into feeling bad about the lie she just told to my face. When I called her out on the lie, she tried to DARVO and when that didn't work she threatened to leave me. I let her go.
After 8 months on and off together, that was the moment I finally realized that it was never about me or what I do—this is just who she is. Despite the recent inpatient stint at the mental health clinic, she's not actually getting better. The relationship will never be healthy or peaceful. I'll never be able to keep her happy. She's just a miserable person and when her emotions go haywire she seems determined to make me miserable too. That was when I decided to look further into BPD and found this subreddit, which made everything clear.
I showed no interest in reconciling for a week and finally blocked her number after her ~6th attempt manipulate me. After two days of being blocked she finally swallowed her pride and asked to come back. She's in my bed sleeping while I write this from another room.
I've lost all desire for a serious relationship with this woman but I want to keep having sex with her, so my plan is to just stop caring.
I'm not going to sacrifice my time, energy, and money trying to make her happy because she won't appreciate it anyway. I'm not going to walk on eggshells around her because she'll find a reason to lose her temper anyway. I'm never going to trust her to be honest or faithful. I'm not going to argue with her about anything. I'm not going to care when she complains, insults me, or picks fights. I'm not going to care when she threatens to leave me. Any time she tries to manipulate me with negativity, I'm just going to disengage and leave her alone.
If I can remain as calm and detached as I intend to be, it seems like this can only go one of two ways:

1. She accepts the new dynamic wherein we enjoy time together without emotional investment from me. I keep getting sex without participating in her bullshit drama.
2. She realizes I'm not going to feed her demons anymore and she decides to go find someone who will. She eventually leaves me alone for good.

Seems like a win-win situation for me. What do you guys think?
P.S: Yes, I realize that being deliberately withholding and inconsiderate to use someone for sex does not make for a healthy relationship. This does not come naturally to me or I would've started doing it in the beginning when she first started showing red flags. And with or without her I have no interest in dating other people for the foreseeable future

Disclaimer: Please excuse any awkward English it’s not my first language. I will be summarizing my experience in a 7 month LDR.
We met on a dating app last fall and we instantly clicked. He lived in a city 3 hours from mine and was just there to visit his siblings. On his last day in my city he asked for us to be exclusive and to try doing LDR. I was very hesitant on this because he has a demanding schedule (med student) so I thought it would be difficult to maintain one. But he reassured me it could work out and I really liked him so I gave it a shot.
3 months in and the relationship was perfect. He came to visit me every 2 weeks and we would spend the weekend together. He would take me on a shopping spree and we would eat at all these lovely restaurants. It honestly felt like we weren’t in an LDR.
Once we reached 4 months (end of the honeymoon phase haha) I started to notice some things that began to bother me:

1. his communication drastically began to decline. We use to talk on the phone for hours once a week while also texting throughout the days but then it just became exclusively texting and no more calls. When I confronted him about this he told me it was because his schedule changed and school became more demanding. He warned me about this before we became exclusive but I had became so attached to him and use to our old routine it was hard on me to adjust.
2. He forgot to wish me a happy birthday. I had reminded him 2 weeks prior and he had said he had it saved on his calendar. He doesn’t care for birthdays but I communicated with him that I cared and would appreciate the acknowledgement no gifts or anything like that just a message. He apologized 2 days later and told me he had an exam that same week so he wasn’t on his phone at the time.

This is when I began to realize he isn’t able to prioritize me and med school at the same time anymore. I assumed he had lost interest and when we met up afterwards he began to look more and more stressed / worn out.

1. 5 months in is when I began to identify the bread crumbing. Bread crumbing means he began to show inconsistent interest in me aka emotional abuse. He was taking longer and longer to respond to my texts. I noticed he was also more active on Snapchat while he left me waiting on delivered. I was being ignored and it honestly hurt. I never confronted him on this because I didn’t want to look crazy for essentially monitoring his snap score lol please do not do that it’s not healthy.
2. Whenever he did respond to my texts they would be lengthy and of course med school was always the reason for the delays. I do believe it’s a valid reason but at the same time it’s an easy excuse to get away with not having to answer me.
3. 6 months in I mentally began to mourn the loss of the relationship before the break up officially happened. We talked about our future together and moving in together so it was a very hard time for me. I didn’t want to be with anyone else but him but I felt like I was the only one that cared enough to keep trying to make the relationship last and work.
4. During month 6 I became more distant. I use to reply almost instantly to his texts so when he noticed the change he began to increase his efforts in communicating with me (aka more bread crumbing).

Note: I did communicate with him twice on my expectations when it came to our communication and the relationship as a whole. I felt like I was very vocal on my needs and he simply refused to meet them despite saying he will try multiple times.

1. With bread crumbing you do not know where you stand in the relationship and that was my current issue. Month 7, I asked him if I could come to his city for a day and speak with him face to face. I wanted to end the relationship in person out of respect. He told me he would let me know when he was free. I gave him a timeline and I told him I must see him by the end of the month or this wouldn’t work out. I didn’t want to drag it out anymore than necessary.

Well, he never told me when he was free in time so I took that as a sign that he was unwilling to try to rebuild our relationship and texted him that it would not work out and thanked him for the memories we shared.
I will say he did show signs of depression but was in denial about having any mental issues. I do believe med school started taking a toll on him because a lot of the hobbies he loved to do he stopped doing them and he began to lose weight. He didn’t seem like he cared about much of anything anymore including me of course.
I wanted to share my story to let people know if you ever feel unsure about your relationship please trust your gut. I was in denial about it for a long time despite the signs being right in front of me. Your time is precious and the worst thing you could do is waste it on someone who doesn’t give you the bare minimum. Thanks for reading and good luck to you all.

I recently over the last year have become unemployed while awaiting a disability judgment and have so much free time that I don't know what to do with myself these days and it's making me stir crazy. I could really use some new chat buddies to talk with and pass time with. I am a good conversationalist and I try not to "vent" too much unless I ask permission to unload first. I have had a lot of experience in other cultures overseas so I have some great stories. I have a 14 year old son that I'm navigating his coming of age issues with and could use a sound board to toss ideas back and forth too. I have interest in sci fi and fantasy books and movies as well as I have played a lot of RPG's over the years if you are a gamer. I enjoy music, books, the ocean, art, and I try not to debate too much politically but I am good at keeping it civil when discussing different points of view when it comes to politics even if I don't agree with your stance, I was told on a train once that I had the most balanced viewpoints that are pretty cut down the center on the current policies and candidates. I find things like Mandela Effects and Quantum Realities/Parallel Timelines to be very intriguing as well and while I don't subscribe to dogmatic religious belief systems I do enjoy discussing spirituality/metaphysical theories.

i have always been wanting to start something on my own in the crafty section. i've done some projects here and there but nothing too serious (since i did not enjoy it too much).
for me it is really hard to stay focused on one thing, this is why candle making is really sparking my interest because there is sooo many different options! Unfortunately, i have no experience in this whatsoever. i know what i want my candles to look like, nice amber jars, maybe some colors ( depending on the line ),...
i just don't know where to start.

• should i get soy wax, paraffin or a blend? and which one?
• how much should i get for the first time just to test, is 2LBS enough?
• how do you make a selection of wicks to test?
• will a small bottle of FO oil do for testing?

these are my main questions. If there is any other info you think i should know, please let me know!

Hello! I sold a bottle of designer perfume on eBay about a month ago for £60. The buyer selected Evri as their shipping method, so that’s what I used.
After lots of back-and-forth with Packlink/eBay, they have said that they are able to give me £25 in compensation, as that is all that Evri can offer (unless I had bought enhanced insurance, which I never had the option of doing).
Is there no way I can claim full compensation? It feels unfair that I will be losing £35, when it wasn’t my fault that the item was lost. As far as I’m aware, the buyer will be receiving a full refund.
I also tried to make a claim through Evri, but they said that I’m not able, as they deem perfumes to be a ‘prohibited item’. This doesn’t make any sense to me, as the item was listed as a fragrance and they still let me post it without any issues.
This was my first time selling on eBay and it has certainly put me off using their platform again.
