I really want to know anyone who went to final table from freeroll ticket, got money and was able to withdraw it Everybody I know, including me (and here in topics and also on Instagram comments) never get their account verified and can't reach 1st place at any tournament even reaching the final table or almost.
That only happen in 888
yesterday I played 30+ tournaments at gg, pokerstars and 888
got awarded with 3 at gg and 1 at ps I entered the PKO freeroll and won the 3 tournaments in a row (11 gtd, 5 gtd and 2 gtd) made it all perfect. But at final table, I got absolutely no opportunity and lost to a lot of nonsense plays.
For me is extremely strange players going all win with low cards off suit disconnected and winning a lot of times.
I play at a club every saturday and never meet anyone who goes all win with J3o at small blind Mainly at the final tournament table. At prominence poker people bluff like this (bc theres no money involved)
Idk if this house really uses bots (and they blame cheater users doing this and return the money all the times it was discovered by other players analysis and reports) or are real people exploring a client vulnerability in the 888 app like the "moneytaker69" did with gg network for exemple

around 10-12 years ago I played freerolls only, I was broke and stuck in a wheelchair from an MC wreck it was mainly something to pass the time. I was no good at poker, yet I would see the private freerolls for clubs aka affiliates was told to play in them I had to join the club and use their affiliate link to make a new account. I did, and it gave me more free games to play I learned the basics of poker back then yet still never won anything after learning to walk again I forgot about online poker
fast forward a decade starting playing Play Money on Android did really well and decided to play for real money well like everyone else I had changed emails so I just made a new account and made a deposit i did win a few games yet I am down like 90% was about to make another deposit then decided to find old accounts well as soon as I logged into an old account I got suspended
never cheated yet I did have multiple accounts many years ago and the WPN affiliate program is why I did the past day I guess I am getting up to date on what has been going on with cheating
my brother had an affiliate account aka Poker Club and hosted freerolls at the same time he even had to make an alt account for ACR and BCP for his own site " Bankrollers.tk " in 2014 so the TRUTH is WPN created a problem for the future
why not just change the log in and remove the email part after one login leaving just the password
I only had $10 left on my account, only ever made one deposit in my life, and never withdrew anything in my life I was inspired to get better yet the whole problem is their mess
I just haven't kept up with poker so I was in the dark about rule changes botting and collusion

After many years as a "play money" user of PokerStars from CA, where on-line real money poker is still illegal, I've run into some bugs that are making it unusable. In particular the account I have used from my Mac, my iPhone, and my iPad, now only works from my iPad. Attempts to login from my Mac fail even though I am using the same credentials as on my iPad. Attempts to log in from my iPhone generate a message about "transferring a session from another device" and then fail with an error message.
Many emails to PokerStars go unanswered. Even attempts to reset the password from my Mac, which should be completely automated, get no response.

We play hold em with a group of 4-5 for play money using the pokerstars app on our pcs/laptops. Started during covid and since have been playing a couple times a year.
Last month, after roughly a year without play, we got the band back together. Everyone updated their accounts and got back in, except for the old man, who couldn't log in because he didn't have his password.
We've tried password recovery on multiple email accounts that the app says is associated with a pokerstars account, but received no reset link or email of any kind from pokerstars to any of the accounts. I even went to his house and spent the better part of an hour trying to figure it out myself. No recovery emails sent, anywhere.
I even went as far as creating a new account and getting him logged into that. Thinking we were all set I left, but once play time came around he couldn't join my poker club. The join a poker club button simply did nothing, no prompt or anything. When he tried to logout and reset, the new login/password I made for him would not grant him access. Very frustrating.
So my question is, how can we verify the status of his original account that has about 900k play money chips so my dad can get back into games with us? Is there anyone I can talk to that I can just give them a username and find out what the deal is with the account? Or what the correct email associated with that account is? Or why the password reset links aren't working? What should we do?
Please steer me in the right direction.

Is anybody having an issue with the Pokerstars.Net client. I'm part of several home games and play(ed) pretty regularly.
A couple of weeks ago, I logged in on my laptop and all my home games were gone. When I tried to add one, it would ask me to log in. So I'd put in my login credentials, and they'd be accepted. But then when I'd try to access the homegames or my account, it would say I wasn't logged in.
On the mobile app (Android, if it matters), I can fully log in, but when it gets to the home games, I input all the info and accept the terms, but absolutely nothing happens.
I tried to chat with support, and they said they were going to escalate my ticket, but that's been two weeks ago with no response.
(I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling on multiple computers and phones and nothing works. I've tried resetting my password, but the link never comes (using the exact same email address that allows me to log in on mobile)).
I had been trying to practice so that I could travel and play for real money in PS this summer (I don't live in a "real money" state), but if I can't log into the free to play client, why on earth would I try on the real money site.
(And if Pokerstars doesn't care enough to help me figure out the issue, I guess they don't want my money anyway).
I'm hoping someone in this subreddit might have an idea of something else that I could try to get this to work?
