I am volunteering for a blueberry farm in hokkaido in japan and would like to help the owner of this farm attract tourist customers to buy his products and services. I suggested social media to him and told him id be willing to help him set things up but im unsure of how i could approach making a social media page that will bring people to his farm in hokkaido, any ideas or advice on what to post or what to do to bring it tourists to his farm would be appreciated, thank you.

I’m a Kentucky fan. Our success under Mark Stoops in making us an adequate SEC program has led us to enter the competition of who will finish behind Georgia in the SEC East. In this group are three teams Florida, South Carolina, and Missouri.
TLDR; is a completely self-indulgent piece about UK football and how their current success has brought the question of who the rivals are now. Florida is probably not due to historical success, it’s up to them to decide. Mizzou is our coworker, not a rival. South Carolina can eat a bag of dicks.
Also Fuck Tennessee
I think I should start by defining a rivalry. The two programs need to be close enough in short-term and long-term success to draw comparisons. Games between the schools need to occur regularly and there needs to be mutual hate.
Florida for years would beat the living shit out of us. Your players had career games, and draft highlight tapes. Every fan in the Bluegrass state loathed playing you all and we never thought we would see the day the mighty Florida Gators would whimper. The best moment of the series for us was when we knocked out Tim Tebow. It’s not because we like to see players injured, but because it felt cathartic to draw blood on our god-king overlords finally. Even in that game, we lost 41-7.
Now we have won three games straight, with us blowing y’all out last year. Even though we are 4-6 in the last 10 matchups, it is usually a competitive game with huge memorable plays. We check the boxes for playing regularly and it being competitive.
Is there hate?
Stoops hates Florida. He was a defensive coach at both Miami and FSU and has always brought a different intensity to the Florida game. When Stoops won his 100th game we celebrated by frying a Gator. Kentucky fans hate Florida, but do Florida fans even think about UK?
Florida has pissed off every fan base at some point. From the stupid “two bits” chant, corny ass chomp, and them chanting “it’s great to be a Florida Gator” after every TD. There’s nothing that pours salt in the wound quite like hearing that shit in your home stadium after Jeff Badet drops a wide-open game winning TD in the to lose the game.
Florida is hated by FSU, Miami, LSU, Tennessee(fuck you btw), Alabama, and Georgia. Historically they’re a three time national champion. I feel like they view us as a momentary speed bump until they reach CFB glory again. Unfortunately for them, that’s not true. Maybe I’m wrong, maybe Florida fans hate us and view us as little brother rivals. Florida fans let me know what you think.
Missouri? I put Missouri on the list because they fit the criteria. Historically they are a better program than UK, but since joining the SEC has been on par with UK. UK has a winning record against Missouri 9-5 and there have been no true blowouts. There have been some big plays late and controversial calls. Your players don’t like us. We fans hate having to travel to Mizzou to play, not because of the atmosphere (which is great btw) it’s just Missouri. I think the best way I can summarize my feelings is through an analogy.
I play NCAA 14 dynasties to completion. I go for either 60 years or until the game starts crashing. The problem is after you win 5 national championships in a row you can get anybody you want and the game isn’t a game anymore, it’s a job of being dominant. You’re faced with a choice either leave to a new school or edit your opponents to be a challenge. Each has these perks and shortcomings. Editing is very tedious but, you only have one dream school. The tedious part with editing is you can’t just make a bunch of guys 99 and call it a day. I’m sure a couple of teams don’t need the spit shine, but you can’t play 12 of the same boring team and you need to challenge yourself. What you have to do is edit their playbooks and schemes so they play in different and fun ways but more importantly you have to find out how to stop them. You can make a mimic team (they are you but a different color, crazy, right?), or triple option no-huddle, or my favorite the anti-thesis team, or whatever you can think of. The issue is some of these teams will make you eat shit on a platter. This forces you to either to De-edit the team - like a bitch - or get good. Getting good though requires discipline, repetition, and practice. My solution was to make less talented versions of these all 99 squads to play before I hand the big showdown. Kind of like a level boss before the BBEG.
My BBEG was an antithesis team and was Kentucky's most hated Rival Louisville. I had lost to them in a couple of blowouts so, to better myself I edited Temple. I picked them because they played at the Philadelphia Eagles Stadium, and the Eagles are my favorite team. I'm quite fond of Philidelphia due to Ben Franklin and Philly Cheesesteaks. I have nothing against the real-life University of Temple, but I ended up hating the Temple game more than Louisville's game. Louisville there was a challenge I had to play perfect to win, every play had stakes. One bad read and I cost my team a national title to our arch-rival. Temple, I knew I was going to win, but it was going to be a miserable slog. Temple would not allow ANY big plays and would only allow 3-4 yards at a time if you fell behind the sticks you had to punt. Every time a run went for negative yards or a sack it was like you were Sisphyus watching your boulder roll back down the hill at the end of the day. Fortunately, their offense was dog shit and it would be a quick 3&out. I would feel no gratification from winning, only relief that it was over. I never felt animosity or hatred towards them it just felt like they were just doing their job. I would root for them against other teams. Hoping the other teams would feel the same virtual torment I endured.
Missouri is Temple. I don’t care about them. I have complete apathy towards them. I don’t expect to win against them, I expect to endure 60 minutes of football. I never expect fun to creep into the occasion. If something fun happens, I expect it to happen by accident. I don't expect anyone to see the one cool play either, you will go to the restroom, return to your seat and see a replay of it, you'll ask your friend about that play. He will say "Oh... it wasn't that exciting." A Kentucky-Missouri football game is not a football game; it is a test of one’s fandom and loyalty to the game of football. It is an endurance of football on par with an Iowa football game, there is no joy, no happiness, no pleasure just two-yard runs and punts.
I don’t consider you a rival, I consider you a coworker that Greg Sankey makes us mud wrestle in a pool at our company Christmas party for our holiday bonus. I know it’s not your fault and it’s an experience we both must suffer through to get our wife’s boyfriends a collectors edition Optimus Prime.

South Carolina historically is equal to Kentucky, only recently did Steve Spurrier make them an adequate SEC program. South Carolina does lead the series 20-14. The series has been marred by memorable moments and has been defined by streaks. Flames have been stoked when Beamer first joined USC, Stoops said “You can’t just put on some sunglasses and start winning games” in response to a corny ass tik tok Beamer made. Beamer is taking that personally as he brought a different level of energy to the games. There’s been more shots and there’s more history between the two coaches than just that but to keep it short and sweet they hate each other. The teams don’t like each other. I hate them. Their fans seem to not like us either. What are we gonna call this rivalry? I'm partial to the cock fight and the winner gets a golden pair of sunglasses. We've all been vegan. We have experienced how ridiculous so many anti-vegan arguments are and we know how rational pro-vegan arguments can be. Even though I'm no longer vegan myself, I still recognize that veganism is pretty great, though not perfect. Why on Earth is there so much wrong and illogical anti-vegan nonsense? It feels like I'm on some sort of pro-meat sub.
Some examples:

1. Veganism is unhealthy
2. Beef is better because it has less ingredients than alternatives.
3. Animal products are important/necessary to being healthy
4. Pets being vegan is animal cruelty
5. Beans are not a source of protein
6. And looootttss of nonsense "look at this steak", "look at this dumb vegan", "famous person said meat is good" posts that contribute nothing.

We adopted an abused cat (waggle) about 4 months ago, and she is having some issues. We have 4 cats total and they actually all get along quite well and seem to be friends. However waggle rarely ever moves from her favorite spot, shivers in fear or runs away when you approach her. And has Bite me pretty hard when I have to pick her up. I’ve tried approaching her slow and being quite for months and make little progress. She will “let” you bet her but she shivers in fear the whole time. I don’t know if she’s letting me pet her or just too scared to move. Ive tried bonding through the cat Carrier or wrapping her in a blanket to get used to people being near her but no method has made any progress with her. Ultimately she’s perfectly fine just being by herself but I want to help her not be so frighten 24/7. Advice?

I am super extremely scared that because i do not think that keeping dogs is akin to slavery or oppressive it must mean that i actually hate animals, am in favor of all kinds of oppression and am an evil person. i love love love dogs there is literally nothing that i love more than dogs, dogs have been a special interest of mine since i was 3 and i very much could t live without dogs. (i am also autistic) i always try my best to learn how i can make their life the best for them and how to take their feelings into account with everything i do with them (such as dog sports/hobbies) so it really distresses me when i see certain animal rights people say that keeping dogs is Literally slavery and that if you dont feed dogs vegan (even though we dont have enough scientific data to know if it even is healthy for dogs!!) you are an evil hypocrite. and that especially not having a rescue dog is Evil. (even if the dog is from an ethical breeder who does all needed health tests, puts extra attention to socialization and also works in a country where there are literally zero shelters and very minimal amount of homeless pet dogs, my country is like this) this is such a rant and makes no sense but i had to get this out because i am so anxious

I am a 21F. I know I am a lesbian. In my heart of hearts I know this. And without getting too TMI, women are hot to me. Any women, really. Doesn’t matter if she’s a hot supermodel type or just a regular lady, I like all women. I know this for sure. I have dated women in the past. But people still insist I am not into women.
The reason is a little weird. So hear me out. I am in a very close relationship with my best friend, who we will call Jermaine, who is a gay male. We met freshman year of college and each year we’ve gotten closer. It really shifted my sophomore year when I broke up with my girlfriend and stopped talking to a lot of my friends, even him. I was pretty depressed. Somehow he got through to me and basically pulled me out of the funk I was in. My room was a mess, my life was a mess, but he didn’t give a shit. He’d come over to my dorm every single night, we’d smoke weed, and watch a movie. I’d wake up in the morning and he’d be gone, but he’d show up the next night.
Most night I invited him, but it sort of became an unspoken thing. I remember one time I didn’t expect him until I heard him shout outside and turns out he just assumed we were hanging out. So we did.
And then the summer after that we hung out the whole time. We both stayed on campus to work, but we roomed together and hung out constantly. That was really when we started to get super close, and come fall of my junior year we were basically glued to each other. Wherever I went, he was expected to be, and wherever he went, people expected me to be there. Our dorms were right next door to each other, so yet again, every single night we’d hang out. This whole year we’ve basically spent every day together.
I don’t know what our relationship is. Genuinely. I know that growing up autistic and having no friends and suddenly having a best friend who no matter how fucked up your brain is wants to be with you and help you might make you a little more than attached, but I also think he’s a little more than attached to. We compare ourselves to Naruto and Sasuke, or Luffy and Zoro. Like a more than friends, less than lovers type situation. Most people would joke that we’re a beard couple or a lavender marriage because we acted like we were dating and bicker like a married couple. We’ll hold hands in public, hug each other, stuff like that. Eventually we thought it would be funny if we jokingly got married since everyone says we are. So for april fools we invited all our friends to a big elaborate wedding in the coffee shop on campus. Was it fake? Sort of. We had cheap bird rings I bought online and he dressed in a 70s flower blazer while I was in a starry dress like I was going to a 90s prom. We read vows to each other but they were 100% genuine, and it was a great time.
We’ve only gotten closer since. We’ll talk about what our kids’ names will be (adopted), what house we wanna get, what pets, etc. I always worry he thinks I’m too much but he never does. He’s the complete opposite to me, and he brings optimism that I need in my life. I definitely need to work on having a healthy relationship with him, because we are definitely very attached. But I still want to be as close to him, just able to be chill with hanging out by myself sometimes.
People always ask if we are actually dating, to which we reply no. But when they ask if we love each other, we say yes. So I know it’s weird. We have openly said we love each other multiple times. We plan on living together and having a future with the other person in it. But he’s gay, and I’m a lesbian. I always joke that when we have a house together we’ll actually be married and love and rely on each other but we’ll seek sexual relationships elsewhere, since he’s into dudes and i am into women.
I know we have a weird relationship. And I know life is weird and people are weird and nothing is normal and labels don’t matter unless they matter to you. But people are constantly saying how we should act or behave, and it always gets on my nerves. He says the only thing I should care about is if we are happy, not other people who aren’t in the room with us or hang out with us regularly, but it still gets to me. I know I am very dependent on him and I want to be okay with being alone, but he makes me genuinely happy and I love him, even if he doesn’t have boobs and isn’t a pretty woman.

Our app will offer features like Clothing Catalog, Personalized Outfit Recommendations, Clothing Donation for Upcycling, and Showcasing Fashion Designers, aiming to help people make better wardrobe decisions, improve closet visibility, and encourage sustainable fashion choices. All was fine and well, usual soreness that I've dealt with at the dentist, until this past Wednesday when I started feeling pain deep in my lower jaw. I contacted my dentist, and they said it's normal for the swelling to settle in the lower jaw. My bottom teeth were hurting, but I chalked it up to the extensive work I had done.
Fast forward to Saturday, and I start experiencing the worst TMJ pain of my life. Now my top teeth and bottom teeth hurt on the left side. I wake up every 10-30 minutes due to severe pain. It's 3am on Monday morning now, and I'm laying on my stomach to get relief from this pain. Laying on my back and sides hurt severely. I still feel a dull pain in my teeth, and my jaw isn't naturally closing anymore.
I can't chew hard foods because it hurts. I've been eating soft foods for the last 36 hours. I can't open my mouth all the way without wanting to literally rip my jaw out of my skull. My mouth can close, and my bite doesn't really feel off. It's just painful to close my mouth, or to open it. I'm in a natural position of having my teeth open slightly, with my tongue pressed to the roof of my mouth. And I have high anxiety, so I'm usually a clencher.
I don't know what to do. I'm going to call my dentist today, but I can't deal with this pain. I take a low grade narcotic as needed for arthritis pain due to a car accident two years ago, and I took it hoping it would help with this pain. It doesn't even take the EDGE off. And that's what's scaring me. Because this medicine is helping me deal with a whole bulging disc in my spine, but isn't helping jaw pain.
I've had occasional jaw pain all my life, as I said earlier, but nothing like this. It hasnt kept me up at night. This is my second night getting virtually no sleep. Setting: Players are in the small-ish village (Golden Crest) in the marshy area. Abandoned and sinking area of the village is calles Marsh Walks.

Vanishing in the mud

Core information about the quest:
- People in the Golden Crest village are afraid to go into the Marsh Walks, they refuse if asked to. They will try to convince the players to not enter there however will let them if players insist.
- People in the village sometimes vanish for a few days and then come back not knowing why or where they vanished, however some don’t come back, especially children. Those who return seem not hurt in any way yet their talking and thinking is noticeably slow, and they lose focus easily. If asked about the state, they say they are just tired. Players can convince the villagers that vanished and came back to be investigated – medicine check 14 on person that was missing in past day or two will reveal marks as if they were bound without clear pattern over their whole body, on medicine 18 they will notice small sting mark at the back of the person’s neck. If a medical check is attempted on a person that was missing longer than several days before players don’t notice anything noteworthy.
- Arcana checks will be more effective – if the players decide to study the minds of the villagers via magical means, on arcana 10, they will notice strong mental connection to some broader consciousness that saps the mental power of affected person. If players try to study affected villagers’ body with magical means they will reach the same conclusion on arcana 13.
- If players try to look for information about vanishings – they could just ask villagers and the information varies highly (from several months to several weeks). For investigation check 14 they will have to have access to fortress and the guards’ books, then they will learn that the first vanishing occurred six weeks before the day players arrived.
- If players come to recognize mentally affected people in the village they start to notice them more often. Drunk in the tavern hasn’t been served alcohol since evening yet he still seems completely out. Woman just stands with basket of herbs on the side of the street with blank stare, after several minutes she looks around and continues to walk. If players, ask people around the town about this they just say it’s normal or that it’s not happening at all.
- If they want to visit the homes of the affected people, they will find that they live in disarray, plants have withered and dried, pets malnourished or vanished completely, they haven’t cleaned for a time, but nothing pointing in the direction of Marsh Walks.
- If players move at night around the town, or just are lucky enough during the day, they notice one or few affected people carrying food, pets and such in the direction of Marsh Walks. These people try to be stealthy and look out for players. If they notice that they are being tailed, they will change direction and try another time. They will try to hide with -2 to stealth, and they will look out for players with +0 to perception. These villagers carry these offerings into one of the buildings in the Marsh Walks.
- The entity causing all this trouble is the magical plant. On nature check 14 players will learn that this plant is like man eating plants from jungles and its location is highly unnatural. On nature check 18 players learn that its not natural plant, its magical capabilities were somehow enhanced and even its body is strengthened by magic (its resistant to non-magical damage). Villagers are affected by its psychic powers and bring it offerings to feed on. Affected villagers will defend it to death and will not have problem to sacrifice themselves to neutralize player. If this plant learns that the players are investigating it, it will strengthen defenses. If it learns that players know its location it will possess affected villagers and try to assassinate them.
Maybe I would implement several wisdom saves for players to see if they are to be vanished or to be affraid of the Marsh walks as the villagers are.
I picture combat in one of the sinking abandoned houses of the Marsh Walks. Most of the terrain is water and ponds only several places with secure footing. Villagers defend the plant with their bodyes and try to attack players. Plant is mostly harmless by itself but its durable. It has moving roots that try to grapple players and drown them. Villagers are willing to sacrifice themselves - grabing players and jumping with them into deep water to be captured by roots of the plant.

So my and my husband got our own little flat this month and started renovating. We were considering getting a cat when it is all done and we move in.
