I have the NES and SNES minis which include the CRT Filter and makes the game look amazing. Since we don't have an N64 Classic Mini and doesn't seem that we are going to get one I was debating getting an N64 Switch remote then getting Switch Online. Does the N64 Switch Online have that CRT Filter aswell.

I'm an American student working at University of Montpellier for the summer and looking for housing (June 14th - end of Aug). I've heard that renting is notoriously difficult if not French, and have been directed towards AirBnB. I've found a place on AirBnB, it's just significantly more expensive ($900/month for a pretty small place w/out wifi or laundry, etc.). I have friends with French family so I could get a guarantor on a lease if needed.
Any advice for places to look? Am I better off just going with the AirBnB? I've also heard there's a very high number of scams online for housing, so it's also been difficult to filter through all the options. Any advice is helpful! Thanks!

I get that this isn't an official WGU channel and has never been like a study group. It's mostly just for posting confetti, trying to get specifics about the different programs, commiserating about Examity, and seeing if others failed the same OA. I just scroll by anything I don't find interesting or that I think I can't contribute to.
What is hard to avoid are the tons of comments asking, "how long did it take you?" The school is already set up so that you can speedrun an accredited degree. The reason they ask this is because they don't think of it as school. They think of it like a video game or work training module. I know many people simply need a degree to bypass dumb HR filters and there's a not insignificant cost and many people already have families, jobs, etc. However, if you can't even try and go through the experience to earn a legitimate degree at your own pace, maybe this just isn't for you?
I'll admit what inspired this was an interaction from last night. Somebody on here is in a bind with the end of their term coming soon. They couldn't figure something out that I know like the back of my hand. I wrote out a detailed explanation, along with an example, and all I got in return was, "please DM." I didn't even bother responding because I knew it wasn't tutoring they wanted. They wanted to know if I had the answers from the class to give them. I also spent time/money going through WGU. What makes you entitled to my work when I already gave you some of my time and help for free? I think it speaks to the laziness of these types because practically everything is already available online. Google the exact phrase and see what pops up. You'll likely find other WGU alumni who made their coursework publicly available, either intentionally or accidentally. If you can't even do that, I don't know what else to tell you.
Who knows. Maybe it's just insecurity that companies might see what the other WGU grads get up to online and think I'm doing the same shit. I'm proud of my accomplishments and really appreciate the school's unique model. It looks very unserious when people have flairs with 6 Masters Degrees though. I know if I were a hiring manager and saw that on a resume, I would discard it.

Well, I'm not really the type to post about my issues online but times are tough. I got covid mid December of 2023, and after about 1-2 months out from the initial illness I experienced this dizziness one morning after feeling like doo doo continuously bc of covid day in and day out. I thought it was just me laying on my pillow wrong or something but it didn't go away. I then was just eating one day and all the sudden I felt this weird sensation, almost as if I was going to fall over and die, like my awareness was 0 and this huge filter just appeared. This dizziness evolved into this weird foggy/out of it state of mind that I've been stuck in to this day. It feels as if I'm not even here, or awake, I feel like when I wake up in the morning I don't really wake up mentally.
It feels as if my brain is sleeping, or not turned on and like I’m very fucking stoned or high. Like my brain is about to just shut off or give out and is literally dead. Its like I'm in a haze or daze, whatever one would call it. Sometimes I feel like my brain get super irritated/agitated along with this, but this isn’t 24/7 and is only occasionally. I feel as if I’m about to fall into a deep state that I can’t get out of and I won’t be able to do anything in. I am so far away from reality at this point, it's so scary. I feel as if I'm actually going to go brain dead or like I already am. I walk around every single day and am so unaware that I'm even doing it, or at least that what it feels like.
My world literally feels so dark, like physically and mentally. When days are bright and sunny, I don't feel motivated by the good weather like I use to. Everyday just feels like I'm in a storm and sleep walking. Like I can't stress enough how dead my brain feels, I'm not aware of my existence at all, even though I know I'm here. It's really getting rough, I've been in this state for 3-4 months and it's changed so many times just not in the way you'd want it to. It's never gotten better, but it feels different some times. Never experienced true depression before or severe depression but I think I have it, I'm so worn out and fucking sad because of this curse.
I don't even bother with doctors because there's 0 pain and I've seen numerous people go to their doctors and explain similar problems but the docs just throw SNRIs or SSRIs in their face and tell them to get lost. Maybe SNRIs or SSRIs are the cure, but there's so many bad side effects.
Is this DPDDissociation? If so is there a way out of this? or am I eternally fucked?

Let's just get to the gist to it. There's this boy, who we're going to call glasses. We both have fourth period math together with each other and sit right beside each other. We sit in groups of four in the class, and our table is centered towards the back of the room. Every day I had to help him with his work because he has trouble with understanding the lesson we're in. It's not like I'm a super smart student, but at least I understood the material. It wasn't a big deal for me. His grades overall for math and science are terrible. It's not a secret, the teacher has even made jokes before in the class about his grade. Everyone else at our table was pretty much the same way, so I felt bad that he had to sit with all of us.
I'm not sure how we got on the topic, but at one point, I was basically doing his work for him because he said he didn't understand anything, and in all honesty, I don't think he even was trying to do it. He had to have had some knowledge about what he was doing though, because when he finally did his own work, he would get every answer wrong. That didn't stop him from making dumbass remarks, using his phone to look up the answers to the questions, and watching tiktoks on his phone. The only reason I would have been helping him out, is because it makes the class more enjoyable. If you're just sitting there by yourself, the class can be really boring. He has this habit where he would just say the most randomness statements. For example, once we were in the middle of doing an assigned online lesson, he just randomly turns to me, and tells me I'm gay. He has no filter on his mouth. I don't pay him any attention, as I have never felt attraction to a guy.
Not saying he's ugly or anything, he's pretty average looking. I've seen worse looking people. He's got this nice taper haircut, and looks good when he keeps it freshly trimmed, he wears those clear glasses, and has a pretty nice big nose. Not in a bad way, but a good size, and shape. I don't think I've ever seen him without a black or grey hoodie. I'm pretty sure he has an addiction. He has a pretty average body too, a little skinny, but it suits him. It's not like it's bad or anything. I don't judge anyone on their looks. We're both about the same height, with him being about an inch taller, maybe? His personality is probably his most unique..? Interesting? attribute. He's not one to hold back from sharing his thoughts. Sometimes I have to put up with him making fun of me and my personality. Sometimes in a playful way, but I have a few traits that can be picked on. One thing that is probably his biggest flaw is his over confidence, and the fact that he thinks he's the best at everything.
He's constantly bragging about things. He's the kind of person that makes you want to punch him. Not the worst thing in the world, but not the best. When we first started having conversations, it was pretty casual and chill, but then it escalated into him getting to the point of being aggravating. He would say the stupidest stuff. At first I was confused, but I eventually got used to it. I'm not going to lie, it does make me nervous. I don't like being stared at. It makes me feel awkward and uncomfortable. But I never told him that. He was probably just trying to get my attention.
He's got a very strong sense of humor, and a lot of the things he would say, even the most serious and inappropriate things, are actually really funny. The way he talks and acts, I'm pretty sure the teacher knows that he's a big distraction to the class, and doesn't want to have to deal with him. So she gives him the benefit of the doubt. I have no idea why he even cares so much about his grades. He always talks about how he doesn't care, and that his grades don't matter. The thing is, his behavior shows the opposite. Every day he'll come into class, and sit there waiting for the teacher to finish instruction, and when we began to work, he asks me if I can help him. Sometimes he'll just copy my answers. I've never said no, and have always helped him out. I've tried giving him hints and suggestions about the material, but he just doesn't listen.
It's not like it matters to me anyway. If I'm not helping him, he'll ask another student. He's a real pain in the ass, but I don't blame him. If I were in his situation, I'd be the same way. He's not the best student, and probably one of the dumbest kids in the school. The funny thing is, is that he acts like he's so much smarter than me. Like he's better than everyone else. But he's not. He's just a stupid, annoying kid who's not very smart. But he tries. And that's what's important. So once again, we're sitting at our table, doing an assigned lesson, and everyone else is talking to the table mates or doing their own thing. I'm pretty sure the teacher was helping out other students who was stuck on a question. We were sitting right next to each other. I was doing my work, while he was on his phone and had barely even began the assignment. That's when I felt a hand rubbing up and down my thigh. I was wearing some heavy baggy jeans, and could feel his hand moving up and down. I looked and stared at him while removing his hand. He looked at me with this knowing grin, and turned his attention back to his phone. I couldn't even concentrate at that exact moment. He was just acting like nothing had happened. I could feel my heart beating fast and my face was hot. I don't know why, but it was.
A few more minutes went by and the hand returned to my thigh. I tried shaking it off, but he wasn't having it. He wasn't letting go. So I gave up and left his hand there. I couldn't even finish the problem I was on, I just sat there letting his hand rub up and down my thigh. I looked over at him, and he was just staring at me with a grin on his face. His hand was just gently rubbing, up and down, up and down. Then he stopped, and he slowly removed his hand. He turned back to his phone. I don't know what I was thinking, but I reached my hand over to his thigh. I didn't look at him, and just placed my hand on his thigh. It was a pretty firm squeeze, and he flinched slightly. It was almost as if his entire body stiffened. I practically froze up since I forgot to do the whole rubbing motion. It was probably the most awkward moment of my life. It wasn't the way I wanted to react, but my body did what it had to do. I started slowly, but firmly massaging his thigh, and could feel him starting to relax. His eyes were glued to his phone, and he wasn't paying attention to the hand that was rubbing up and down.
Eventually, I removed my hand as the end of class was nearing. He and a few other students started standing up and gathering their things. I remained in my seat, as I felt a slight stiffness in my pants. My heart was racing, and I could feel my hands starting to get sweaty. I wasn't expecting anything like this to happen. It was awkward, but I had this.. lustful feeling in my stomach. As I sat there, he went on the other side of me and slyly pressed his crotch up against my shoulder. Music Or Lose It hosts a monthly Best Song Of The Month contest at this musicorloseittv subreddit community. There is no cash or monetary value prize at this time. This contest is simply just for fun. Winners earn the enjoyment of being voted the best. Winners may cite the win in their biographies and social media posts.

A decade ago, I had a mental breakdown or identity crisis. I flourished in this. Fell in love, moved next to a beach, and became fairly successful and well off. Most importantly, I learned to become present with myself. I attribute this all to my extreme decision to start new.
I recently had a baby which made me revisit my social life and those who I cared about who caused no harm to me. With this, I started a new IG. It also helped me make mom friends as I wanted to feel accepted socially in this new journey and create a village. I don’t post daily or overshare, but I have a tremendous amount of guilt for being back online after so long. I downloaded TikTok as I felt pressured to understand the new wave of media consumption. From here, I notice my tech consumption large and my attention span low. My motivation is also stunted even though I continue healthy decisions daily such as eating clean, lifting weights, doing Pilates, engaging my relationships. By being online, I see myself comparing every decision and judging every environment.

Then recently, an acquaintance wrote to me to warn that my ex is creating fake profiles to match with me on Hinge. Back in my country, it's easy to get a cheap Android phone and SIM card. I'm having fun building my own headphone and experimenting with different drivers that i buy online.
I know there is IEM with 5 drivers each specialized in different frequency range. So i know building very very small drivers is possible and it exists. I also know big drivers (over 10cm) for different frequency range exist. You have big subwoofer, tweeters, ect...
What i'm looking for is bigger than IEM drivers for bass and treble but smaller than big speaker panels. Basically i'm looking for small drivers (10mm to 30mm) specialized in different frequency range.
I've looked FOR HOURS online and cannot find any.
Do you know if it exist and available for purchase ?
As i came to understand is that headphone drivers (40mm) are usually designed to be good at all range so there doesn't seem to be any market for it.
Also my second question, can i take existing general drivers and apply a filter to it to tune it to be a bass-only or treble only ? and will it produce the same bass/treble sound as if it was a specialized driver ?

I am trying to help my old father with his hearing aid. He has a Signia Pure Charge & Go X, and he showed me something he didn't know what was.
I determined it was a CeruShield Disk to change the wax filter, but all the information I found about it online says it is a Phonak system, and that isn't compatible with Signia Hearing Aids. (?)
Do these work together, or did he get the wrong thing? He might have had other hearing aids before, but he doesn't remember, and I wasn't involved back then.
I am not even sure if he ever changed the wax filter, or if he was told how to do it by his audiologist. I figured she must have told him, but that office is closed for a few more days so I thought I should ask here.
He lately also has problems with the hearing aid battery not lasting the full day on a single charge. Today one of them only lasted 9 hours. Is that normal?
