2024.06.01 09:30 jazzgrackle The little man by the tall reeds.
I know all of you like to tell your scary stories, I like them too. Way back when my voice was still high-pitched I knew a man who told the scariest stories you'd ever hear, well he wasn't a human exactly, but he sure was a man. A good man by estimation, but you can be the judge of that. See, my mama used to live way down in the rural bits of Texas. Ain't nothing much down there 'sides toads and mosquitos. Fireflies would light up the night sky, and once in a while you'd see a couple eyes comin' up from the water. We lived in a small house, a bedroom, a kitchen, nothing special, but nothing shameful neither. It was just me and mama, papa left a long time ago, mama says he was out on the lake and got eaten by one of them gators. I believed it, he was always drunk and on a tear. He'd go out into the reeds until they got as high as his head. He was big a fella, too. That man'd go out there and throw meat to the alligators, meat my mama said we couldn't afford. And he'd come back scratching from the mosquitos and what else was in those high reeds. He'd stumble into the house and fall asleep somewhere round the door.
None of that may seem wholly pertinent, but it will be, just give it some time. I was outside one evening, mama was asleep. Mama was a hard sleeper, I think she grew up by a train track - Chicago she said, mama was a city girl that came out to the country to raise a big family. It was just me though, I never asked why, but it was always just me. It was a gorgeous evening, the ones you see in those little photo booklets that advertise how beautiful the town is. Fireflies dotted the sky, and a big yellow moon lit the whole way down to the lake. As much as a lake as you could call it, the critters sure did like the water. Bugs, frogs, gators, big and little fish; you could stick a net in the water and be sure something'd be stuck in there.
So, I walked throught the reeds, taking little chunks off the ones nearest me so I could find my way back. It was just a straight walk, but you try walking in a straight line when you're blind. You'll end up going in a circle - I think that's why they say we have a circulatory system. As I'm just near the water, pullin' reeds, and swattin' mosquitos, I see a kid with a lantern, about my height. The lantern was half the size of his body, big flame in the middle of glass, the orange waves danced and flickered lighting everything it touched, and casting shadows where it didn't. The kid beckoned me too him: "Hey, come here" he said. Well, it wasn't a kid, it was a very adult voice. "Little person" I thought, that's what they liked to be called. Just the same I didn't feel too comfortable approaching a man I didn't know.
"Come here, it's all right." And he beckoned again. Something about him, seemed - familiar. I didn't need much convincing, I headed over to him, and he gestured with his hand for me to sit. I sat, and he sat beside me. Wasn't much of a man either, he had a bulbous yellow eyes that searched around and never found anything. Big lips, red splotches just about everywhere. He was fat too, well not quite fat, but somehow, inflated. He was barefoot, and smelled like old hamburgers. I breathed through my mouth, and waited for him to speak again.
"I've got tell you a story about that house you're living in" he said. He paused, just waiting for it to sink in. Somewhere I was livin'. Now, I loved my house, and I loved my mama, but there weren't nothing worth telling a story about there. And everyone in town knew about papa, so it couldn't be that.
"Just me and my mama here" I replied, shifting a bit on the dirt as the small tide lapped close to my sneakers, the shadows from the lantern playing on the water. I had my eyes fixed on the water, always expecting a couple of eyes and a big alligator mouth.
"Just hold on there, I've been around this place a long time, I might know something you don't." He waited again, his eyes whirling, and his hands shuffling around the dirt, like he was lookin' for something on either side.
"Okay, go ahead then."
"There's a woman in that house, sometimes thin, sometimes big. Sleeps heavy, talks about the trains in Chicago"
"That's my mama"
"It is?"
"yes sir"
"She good to you?"
I hesitated. Mama was good, but she was rough sometimes. Sometime she'd get sick, and, well, irrational. She'd yell about how people in the house tryin' to talk to her, wanted to 'get' her. Eventually she'd tire herself out, and then she was a sweet mother then. Cooked the best beef stew you'd ever had, I never had any other beef stews, but her's was real good all the same: "yeah, she's good" I said.
The little man waited again, then continued on: "Well, maybe I'm talkin' about another woman. I couldn't know, your mama seems a wonderful gal."
"Tell me the story" I said. My fingers were tapping on the ground, along the dancing shadows, under that big yellow moon. I could hear the plop of a fish flying out out of the water and right back in. That siren eek of a mosquito came by my air and I shooed it away. And I looked at the water, where it was lit by the flame I could still see the little man. His eyes still whirling, his hands still digging.
"Well, some woman lived in that house. And she had a husband, handsome fellow, maybe a little too hard on the bottle, but he got done what needed to be done. For years the two of them would talk about havin' kids, and it just never happened, well almost never. Don't worry - I'll get to that. Now I want go too into the details because you're so young, but boy did those two try. And sometimes, like woman do when they're ready to become mamas, she'd get nice and big. Then she'd get thin again. Now, her husband was confused to say the very least. His wife'd cry, say the child was taken by the Lord, and they'd continue on about their lives, alone, in that little house by the lake. But funny enough how God works, like a miracle, when they were at their saddest - plenty would come in. See, the woman had a sister from the city who'd send her big packages full of meat and she'd make that meat into a nice stew. Sometimes they even had a little extra, you know what they'd do with it?"
I paused, I knew, I heard the stories. "He'd go throw it to the alligators"
"You're right, he'd throw it right to the alligators, now I don't know if gators can taste spice, but if they can they're mighty tough. That stew was always filled with the habaneros and all sorts of chilis, something you gotta stop and sweat for every few bites. Not those gators though, they'd gobble them right up. I'll tell you though, one day those two did have a child, handsome one too. Fuzzy brown hair, and cute as all get out. Looked' something like you matter of fact. Named him Matthew."
"My name is Matthew" I knew what was going on, I did, and I felt something like fear and something like comfort. Knowing just who this man was saying he was.
"Is it? Well, that can't hardly be a coincidence. I'll tell you something though, Matthew, I lied earlier in the story, I s'pose I should go ahead and tell you the truth."
"What's that?"
"Well, you already figured out, wasn't too hard, that's your mama I'm talkin' about, and yes, I'm your papa. I'm sure you figured that out too. I know I don't look like much not after you know what happened, but I didn't die. I've been living around this here lake since you was born. Your mama says she don't want me back in the house account of how I look. I don't blame her, but it sure is frustrating." there was some rustling in the reeds behind us, and the croak of some old frogs - they always sounded old to me at least.
"And that meat, ain't no packages from Chicago, I don't think Carol ever lived in Chicago, maybe she did, but I never heard from anyone there. And there wasn't so much as a picture to prove it. Those was those little miracles from the Lord. Yes I'd put one in your mama, we'd wait a few months, and we'd have ourselves a nice meal. The first one really was a miscarriage, and we were hungry, so we tried just a bite. Maybe we were both a little too much on the whisky, but we were very hungry. And boy - it tasted good. Best meat I'd ever had. And as long as I could keep fishin' by that lake I could give your mama the energy she needed to make that delicious beef stew."
I got up as fast as I could muster, I tried to run, took a few good strides, and then felt arms on my shoulders, locking me in place, and shoving me down onto the floor. I squirmed and screamed: "Let me go, no!" I cried, and I hollered, but it was no use. It was my mama, she straddled me with her legs, and pinned my arms down so I couldn't move a muscle. She smelled like those old hamburgers. And she smiled the sweet smile she always smiled when she was in one of her better moods.
"We waited a bit longer with you, wanted you to be nice and ripe, and now I think you're ready. Don't you think he's nice and ready, Carol?"
Mama took one hand off me, whipped it behind her back, and pulled out a big kitchen knife. She held it in front of me, and I could say my eyes in the metal, tears were rolling, and my face was red and screaming. Can't say I'd been that scared since.
"Carol, darlin', before we make our meal, how bout' we kiss like we used to. It'd be nice for him to see what a happy family looks like"
"Kiss you?" Mama spat. "You ugly little drunk, not even the alligators would want to kiss your mouth. Last one tried to kiss you spat you right out. I ain't want nothin' to do with that."
"Darling, I missed you."
"I didn't miss you, I ain't lettin' you back in the house neither. You think I can't find another man? Just past this lake I've got a hundred suitors just waitin' to take a gal like me. Bet they have big cocks too, not like your little pecker."
That was enough for papa, He ran right toward mama, I don't know how he did it with those whirlin' eyes, but he did it. He came and pushed mama right off me. I started crawling away as quickly as I could. Papa bit her and mama let out a big yelp: "Fuck!" she screamed; mama didn't cuss much 'less she was real mad. And boy was she real mad. I crawled into the reeds and hid there, lookin' through to see what was gon' happen.
She stabbed him, right in his arm when he tried to block her form his stomach. Big nasty gash, blood running everywhere, a little brown, a little green, but still mostly red. But he kept just goin' kickin' and bitin'. "I'll kill you!" she screamed and slashed, and they both yelped and hollered.
Then, I swear, he started hummin' a little tune, sounded like a nursery rhyme, and the water started to bubble, and I saw two big eyes out of the water, and then that mouth, and a big gator came right up. whappin' his tail, snortin' and groanin' in that way gators do. Bit mama on the leg, and started draggin' back to the water, mama screamed, and kicked, but that gator hung on. Bit up on her thigh, boy was she bleeding, strips of meat, and bone cracked and split. That gator dragged mama right down into the water. There was some splashin' and the gators back would come up and then back down into the water, and occasionally I heard a gurgly scream, but before I knew it the whole thing was over.
My papa sat there, I have to say, even then I felt a bit bad for him. "Son come out of those reeds, I promise I ain't gonna eat you no more."
I came and sat by papa and papa started hummin' again. I started to get up, but he put his hand on me. "Don't worry, she ain't gon' hurt you. I just gotta go away for a while."
The alligator came back on to the land and papa sat right down on her back, she crawled into the water until just her back and his upper body were above the water. "I gotta go son, I'm sorry. One day we might see each other again."
I didn't say a word, what was there to say? I met my papa, and he tried to eat me, now he wasn't, and now he was riding an alligator. So, I just nodded, and secretly hoped that maybe I wouldn't see him again.
And then off he went across the lake until I couldn't see him no more, haven't seen him since either. I went back to the house, and I'll tell you, I heard those voices my mama used to hear, too. But they wasn't mad at all, they was saying thank you. I think those are my brothers and sisters, and I think they thought I did something right. I whispered, "Don't thank me, thank papa, he saved us after all." And then, I'll tell you, nobody ever heard those voices again.

2024.06.01 08:33 ItsGotThatBang Is Ron Paul responsible for the rise of Trumpism in general & Vivek Ramaswamy in particular?
Ron Paul Redux: The Texan Congressman Has an Unlikely Intellectual Heir: Vivek Ramaswamy is running on Paulâs regressive libertarian populism Remember that moment in the Republican presidential debate when one brash guy voiced some unorthodox positions, and the other candidates hastened to express their vigorous disagreement? Probably not. I mean, the debate took place in 2011, and that controversial Republican, Ron Paul, has largely faded from memory.
When he ran for the GOP nomination in 2008 and 2012, Paul came across as a rumpled gadfly voicing unvarniÂshed opinions that put him on the fringes of the party. But today, at 88, he can look with pride on an ideological heir who is young, handsome and slickâ and happens to be in perfect harmony with the modern Republican Party: No, not Rand Paul, Ronâs son, the three-term Republican Senator from Kentucky. It is the practicing Hindu and son of Indian immigrants: Vivek Ramaswamy.
Ramaswamy doesnât look or act like the avuncular Texas obstetrician. Educated at Harvard and Yale, with a glib confidence and a physique suited to playing tennis shirtless, Ramaswamy could hardly be more different. But thatâs on the surface. Put him and Paul together in a room and they would find plenty to agree on. Not only do both self-identify as libertarians, they represent the same flavor of populist paleolibertarianism. The main difference is that Paul was starkly at odds with the prevailing ideology of the GOP back then. Ramaswamy, on the other hand, is fluent in the language of todayâs very different GOP.
Comrades In Arms
Paul railed against the federal government and particularly the central bankers at the Federal Reserve. He abhorred multilateral institutions, affirmative action, foreign aid, welfare, and environmental protection. He denounced NAFTA as a step toward a North American Union. He vowed to cut federal spending by $1 trillion in his first year and abolish five cabinet departments. His newsletter described Martin Luther King Jr. as âthe man who replaced the evil of forced segregation with the evil of forced integration.â Paul later claimed that he didnât write or approve such statements in the publication that bore his name. But his followers ate them up.
You can hear distinct echoes of much of this in Ramaswamy.
The 38-year-old pharmaceutical tycoon says he would eliminate the Department of Education, the IRS, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and the FBI, part of his unlikely plan to get rid of 75% of the federal workforce. He has said he would cut off aid to Ukraine and, in time, to Israel too â though he later reversed himself on the latter. Like Paul, he claims the âclimate change agenda is a hoax.â
When a white gunman killed three Black people in Jacksonville, Florida, Ramaswamy, who likewise opposes affirmative action, put the blame not so much on the perpetrator but on racial preferences for creating âa new wave of anti-Black and anti-Hispanic racism in this country.â He suggested his running mate might be Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who is notorious for his anti-vaccine disinformation, popular in certain libertarian circles.
Ramaswamy has raised the possibility that government instigators were involved in the Jan. 6 insurrection. But you know who beat him to that? Ron Paul. (There is no evidence of that.)
Carrying Water for Trump
Ramaswamy says, âI don't think Donald Trump was the cause of Jan. 6,â ignoring a Himalayan pile of evidence confirming that he was thoroughly complicit in the Capitol insurrection. Without knowing the evidence that will emerge during Trumpâs criminal trialsâwhich Ramaswamy smears as âpoliticized prosecutionââhe promises to grant the former president a full pardon. Oh, and he describes Trump as âthe best president of the 21st century,â despite his unprecedented effort to overturn a free and fair democratic election.
Paul, meanwhile, has said littleâif anythingâabout Trumpâs role in inciting the Capitol mob. He has, however, slammed the Jan. 6 Congressional hearings as âinsurrection theaterâ perpetrated by âdesperate Democrats.â
On NBCâs âMeet the Press,â Ramaswamy outlined the following bizarre scenario if he were certifying the last election instead of Mike Pence: âHereâs what I would have said: âWe need single-day voting on Election Day, we need paper ballots, and we need government-issued ID matching the voter file.â. . . In my capacity as president of the Senate, I would have led through that level of reform, then on that condition certified the election results, served it up to the president â President Trump â then to sign that into law. And on January 7th, declared the re-election campaign pursuant to a free and fair election.â
And then he would have ridden away on his purple unicorn. Ramaswamyâs alternative was not only idiotic but impossible, a tribute to either ignorance of the Constitution and the legislative process or breathtaking dishonesty. Paul had a reputation for being a kook given his many offbeat crusades. But Ramaswamy seems determined to outdo him.
On immigration too, Ramaswamy and Paul are remarkably aligned with each other and at odds with policy libertarians, who paleolibertarians deride as establishment elites. Paul was against a border wallâat least he said he wasâwhereas Ramaswamy, borrowing from Trump, has pledged to âclose the southern border.â But Paul talked incessantly about eliminating the incentives for âillegal immigration,â to wit, easy welfare and easy birthright citizenship for the children of undocumented. In the same vein, Ramaswamy has pledged to push a constitutional amendment ending birthright citizenship if elected.
Ramaswamy: No Anti-War Warrior
But thatâs not the only thing in the constitution Ramaswamy wants to amend. Heâd also raise the voting age to 25, which would disenfranchise 31 million peopleâmore than the population of Texas. Thatâs one way to address the Republican Partyâs low esteem among 18-to-24 voters, 65% of whom voted for Joe Biden in 2020, though he may not have considered the electoral vengeance they would exact as soon as they turn 25.
Ramaswamyâs measure combines the anti-democratic with the coercive. Young adults could gain voting rights by passing a civics quiz or by spending six months in the military or âfirst responder serviceââhis goal being to ârevive civic duty among Americans.â He has also advocated compulsory universal service for high school students on summer breaks in his book, Woke Inc.
Much of this, along with Ramaswamyâs embrace of the Monroe Doctrine as a warning to foreign powers such as China that âAmerica comes First and that our hemisphere is not to be encroached by our adversaries,â would not thrill the Paulistas whose version of America Firstism consists of not spilling American blood for foreigners. Nor would they likely go along with Ramaswamyâs proposal to use military force to âannihilate the Mexican drug cartelsâ or his suggestion to make a firm commitment to defend Taiwan against a Chinese attack.
But paleolibertarian Paul fans would be four squares behind Ramaswamy on ceding Ukraine to Putin â the only Republican on the debate stage in favor of doing so.
Mainstreaming the Fringe
They would also be open to Ramaswamyâs conspiratorial turn of mind. Paul has tried to distance himself from the kooky theories peddled under his name in his newsletterâlike when in the grimmest days of the AIDS epidemic, it accused gays of plotting to âpoison the blood supplyââbut Paul himself is on the record claiming that the U.S. government knew about 9/11 in advance but kept it a secret. In a similar vein, Ramaswamy also hinted at federal involvement in the attack but recanted later.
When Paul ran for the GOP nomination, his views were effectively disqualifying. In 2012, his best showing, he finished third in the Iowa caucuses and second in the New Hampshire primaries. He eventually ended up with 8% of the convention delegates, putting him fourth in the overall race. But like Pat Buchanan before him, he was never halfway plausible as the Republican presidential nominee. His role was provocateur, taking bold positions that let his rivals unite in denouncing him as dangerous and irresponsible.
Ramaswamy likewise found his opponents ganging up on him in the first Republican debate, with Nikki Haley, Chris Christie and Mike Pence doing their best to read him out of the race. But his views, despite their similarity to Paulâs, can no longer be derided as conservative heresy. In fact, his rivals seemed to be the ones defensive with GOP voters, which is no surprise given Trump retains the allegiance of 59% of them, according to a post-debate poll.
Ramaswamy isnât likely to win the nomination. But if he loses, it wonât be because his views are too extreme for the party faithful who remain under the spell of Trumpâs toxic populism. Thatâs why Ramaswamy has shrewdly declared, âIâm in this race to take the America First agenda far further than Donald Trump ever did.â
To that end, Ramaswamy has put out a 10-point statement of his convictions which include âGod is real,â âthere are two genders,â âreverse racism is racism,â and âan open border is no border,â all intended to signal his vehement opposition to the left.
Paul was against the cultural left too but he didnât make that the center-point of his campaign because the GOP then wasnât fighting the culture war 24/7. But post-Trump, the party is fully consumed by the leftist enemy and so what was implicit in Paul is now explicit in Ramaswamy.
In retrospect, Paul was less an outlier than a forerunner. In his candidacy were the seeds of a new version of a populist libertarian conservatismârooted in a suspicion of ties with the rest of the world, racial paranoia, rejection of cultural liberalization, hostility toward almost every major national and international institution, a propensity for red-pill fantasies and a distrust of democracy.
What was fringe in Paulâs time is now the dominant strain in the GOPâand Ramaswamy is determined to be its champion.
What are your thoughts? This is obviously a bold claim & Iâm not sure I fully agree with it.

2024.06.01 06:28 ggreggyeggy What should I name my new female brown tabby kitten?
She was found in the middle of the desert in Odessa, Texas all alone crying with a horrible eye infection, her eyes were completely sealed shut from puss and she was very malnourished, but after vet visits and medicine she is doing so fantastic now! And her wild personality is showing through! We tried naming her Odessa but itâs not sticking, itâs too many syllables I think.. any cute shorter names for a crazy kitten are appreciated !!

2024.06.01 06:16 FancyInvestment397 Super Slots Casino Review for June 2024
| Established in 2020, Super Slots Casino is already making a name as one of the top online casinos for US players. I found a fantastic casino offering, covering not just 382 slot titles, but a wide variety of blackjack, virtual poker, and other table games â alongside live dealers. Super Slots Pros - 82 slots titles from six leading developers
- 17 blackjack and 15 virtual poker titles
- Exceptionally user-friendly interface with extensive help & FAQ sections
Cons - High rollover requirements for bonuses (35x for welcome bonus)
- Up to 15 business-day wait for bank wire payouts

I found a fantastic casino offering, covering not just 382 slot titles, but a wide variety of blackjack, virtual poker, and other table games â alongside live dealers. Super Slots is one of the most user-friendly sites I have reviewed and has a massive selection of banking methods to cater to a wide audience. The welcome bonus is generous (250% up to $1,000) â although the rollover requirements are high. I think this is a solid option for any online casino player. Super Slots User Interface In terms of usability, Super Slots has one of the best casino interfaces I have encountered. The tile-based format is easy to navigate, and the headings are neatly laid out, with search bars and a favorites section. Everything appears seamless. https://preview.redd.it/k58ympyvyv3d1.png?width=1904&format=png&auto=webp&s=4db8ea3540df950b7baca7f827d7d4fbf922f01e Each heading displays the number of titles for each game type, and each game tile also reveals the game developer. I was particularly impressed with the extensive help & FAQ section. This answered most of my questions without needing customer support, with walkthroughs and tips for various games. The bonus requirements were also easily visible. My first impressions were that Super Slots is at the forefront of modern-casino web design, perhaps due to this casino being only a few years old. That said, I did find the basic purple color scheme to be quite plain. Highly functional, but not particularly exciting. Super Slots Casino There are over 470 game titles at Super Slots Casino, including 382 slot titles. These come from leading developers including BetSoft, Nucleus Gaming, Dragon Gaming, Rival Gaming, and more. I was very impressed with the casino offering, which featured lots of variety in slot titles, table games, and virtual cards, amongst others. There are also two live dealer casinos, split between Red Casino by Visionary iGaming â which also includes some virtual casino games â and Black Casino by Fresh Deck Studios. I found this to be a comprehensive casino offering. Slots https://preview.redd.it/yrc90efzyv3d1.png?width=1900&format=png&auto=webp&s=10cb0bbff6eaafaee546a85b2acfe4f84f00d6c2 I saw 364 slot titles in the main casino, plus an additional 18 titles in the Red Live Casino, from six different developers. There was plenty of variety to keep me entertained, covering 3-reel and 5-reel slots, classic and modern themes, with both progressive and traditional jackpots on offer. Furthermore, I noticed regular free spin bonuses. Quite simply, I thought this was a fantastic slot option that more than lives up to Super Slotsâ namesake. Here are some popular real money slots titles at Super Slots: - Golden Dragon Inferno (RTP = 96.41%)
- Wilds of Fortune (RTP = 96.33%)
- Genies Riches (RTP = 94%)
- Primal Wilderness (RTP = 95.28%)
Blackjack I loved the blackjack offering at Super Slots, which was more extensive than most competitors. There were 17 blackjack titles in all â 14 in the normal casino and another three in the Red Live Casino, covering a wide range of variations from single and double deck blackjack to pirate 21. The detailed blackjack walkthrough in the help section was very useful â laying out blackjack basic strategy, rules, and variations. One standout feature was the Blackjack Tournament. This included free-to-play tournaments to test your skills â making it perfect for novice and less-experienced players. Meanwhile, the real-money tournaments come with cash prizes ranging from $5,000 to $20,000 for the top players. This was an exciting new dynamic as I played against other players on the leaderboard for the big pot. This is a must-visit for any virtual blackjack fan. The game titles include: - Single Deck Blackjack
- Multi-Hand Blackjack
- Pirate 21
- Double Deck Blackjack
Table Games The selection of alternative table games was a very pleasant surprise â with these games sometimes neglected by casino rivals. I counted 15 roulette titles, two craps titles, four baccarat titles, three keno titles, and a host of other alternative and specialty games. The number and variety of table games really helped keep the casino fresh for me once I had my fill of the slots/blackjack/poker titles. For those unfamiliar with these alternative games, there are overviews and strategy guides for games including craps and baccarat. Table games included: - Multihand Casino War
- Andar Bahar
- Teen Patti
- Three Card Rummy
Video Poker Overall, I thought there was a great video poker offering at Super Slots, with 15 virtual poker titles. Super Slots has four classic variants of this game, including Jacks or Better and Deuces Wild. However, for me, it was in the alternative poker variants that Super Slots stood out from the crowd. I found eleven alternative variants, from Texas Hold âEm, to Pai Gow and Tri Card Poker. The poker alternatives include: - Let It Ride
- Tri Card Poker
- Pai Gow
- Caribbean Poker
- Texas Hold âEm
- Oasis Poker
- 6Up Pocket Poker
Super Slots Live Dealers Super Slots has excellent live dealer casino options, thanks to two separate live casinos. I saw 10 blackjack live games, along with four roulette, two baccarat, and super 6 games at any one time in the Red Casino by Visionary iGaming. Meanwhile, I counted 12 blackjack games, 1 baccarat, and 3 roulette live games in the Black Casino by Fresh Desk Studios. Besides the live dealer aesthetics, there are several main differences between the two. Red Casino Red Casino contains 36 virtual casino game titles alongside live dealers, and you can play virtual mini-games within the live dealer games while you wait for a table. https://preview.redd.it/cbju7l6lxv3d1.jpg?width=790&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8e2a1186ef0f0a74666ec5ff4cb48bc36b414bdc I found the Red Casino has many opportunities to bet-behind on other playersâ cards. Some of the games also have unlimited seats. Red Casino buy-ins range from $5-5,000. I thought these features were perfect for more casual players seeking some variety. Black Casino As a lover of blackjack, I was particularly impressed with the Black Casino. Black Casino is clearly geared toward committed card players. The minimum buy-in was $10, although most games require $25 or $50 minimum buy-ins, with the range going all the way up to $20,000 for the most serious card players. I would not venture into Black Casino without knowing what youâre doing. But itâs a great option if you are chasing serious money. Super Slots Bonuses I found a good range of online casino bonuses at Super Slots, including welcome, crypto, and referral bonuses, alongside free spins, competitions, and rebates. The lack of a loyalty program was disappointing, and the rollover requirements are high compared to some competitors. The bonus requirements were clearly visible â with no attempt to hide the small print. Welcome Bonus: Up to $6,000 total The welcome bonus is spread across the first six deposits, which is worth up to a massive $6,000 in total. On the first deposit (SS250) you can claim 250% up to $1,000. On the next five deposits (SS100) you can claim 100% up to $1,000. Conditions: - Minimum deposit = $20
- Rollover = 35x
- Need to claim winnings within 30 days
- Only valid for certain games titles
- Not valid in live casino
Crypto Bonus: 400% up to $4,000 The crypto bonus is very high value, worth 400% up to $4,000 on your first crypto deposit. Be warned though â the rollover requirement is very extensive. Conditions: - Minimum deposit = $20
- 48x rollover
- Need to claim winnings within 30 days
- Only valid for certain games titles
Referral Bonus: 20% up to $200 + 50 free spins The referral bonus matches many competitors and has a very low rollover requirement to claim. You get 20% up to $200 on your referralâs first deposit, plus 50 free spins. Conditions: - Referral must rollover at least equal to the deposit
Weekly Rebate: 10% The weekly rebate is there to soften the blow if you go on a losing streak. You can reclaim up to 10% of your losses, from Monday to Friday. Conditions: - Up to a maximum of $250
- You must have lost at least $1,000 that week
- Can only be claimed once a week
- 40x rollover
Refer a Friend The refer-a-friend bonus is a great way to earn free spins and bonus cash to strengthen your bankroll even more. In Super Slots, you can enjoy a bonus of 200% up to $200 and 50 free spins on Take Olympus for recruiting a new member. Conditions: - The bonus is issued after the referred playerâs initial deposit is rolled over 1x or the initial deposit has reached the 30-day hold time.
- The bonus is issued weekly, every Tuesday.
The Best Super Slots Bonus Codes These are the best deals currently found at Super Slots. If a code is needed you will find the Super Slots bonus code in the third column. If a code isnât needed you will simply need to click to claim the offer. Rollover and Playthrough Requirements at SuperSlots.ag You know the old saying, â There is no such thing as a free lunch.â This adage rings true when it comes to wagering and rollover requirements at Super Slots online casino. If Super Slots bonus codes could be used and instantly cashed out, the site would go out of business. Rollover is the number of times each bonus dollar is expected to be played before it is eligible for a withdrawal. A bonus offer with a 10x rollover means that the player has to risk the equivalent of 10x their initial deposit. Only then can they collect their payout. If these requirements were not put into place by Super Slots and every other online casino, people would be joining just to claim their welcome bonus offer and run off with the money. Rollover ensures that the money is actually played through the gaming machines, allowing games to get their fair share of use. Rollover also allows the casino to make a profit. For more information on rollover requirements, visit SuperSlots.ag and check out the promotions page. All terms and conditions are listed, including information with regard to rollover. Super Slots Mobile Experience https://preview.redd.it/bxvwguu2yv3d1.jpg?width=641&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=ab3fe24824262696866c9795120426c35de85929 I found Super Slots operates seamlessly on mobile devices thanks to its sleek modern design, with full access to all the game titles. There is no need to download anything â just simply hop onto your mobile web browser. Unlike some older casinos, Super Slots was founded in the mobile gambling era, as the website is fully designed with this in mind. Super Slots Banking Options I found Super Slots to be a standout option in terms of the range of payment methods accepted â for both crypto and alternative methods. There are a total of 18 different crypto methods available, exceeding many competitors. As with most online casinos, crypto methods have higher deposit and withdrawal limits, have faster processing (all within 48 hours) and no fees. In addition, all the main traditional methods are accepted, including credit cards, checks, cash, and wire transfers. These methods do carry some withdrawal fees and lengthier processing times. However you like to pay and receive money, Super Slots has you covered. https://preview.redd.it/0oko7ca7yv3d1.png?width=1222&format=png&auto=webp&s=d727651a08baa88eab3101d60c8617fb8c474b7b All crypto payouts take less than 48 hours and have no fees. Traditional payouts take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days depending on method. Traditional payouts also carry fees that vary depending on withdrawal amount. Super Slots Customer Support I found only two options for contacting customer support at Super Slots â email and live chat. The live chat operators were quick-to-respond and courteous. When inquiring as to the RTP for slots titles, the operator actively followed up with their support team to help me out. I was very impressed with the FAQ and help sections, which were well organized and answered most of my queries eliminating the need to speak with anyone. Safety and Security at Super Slots Although only founded in 2020, Super Slots has a solid background. It has a Panama Gaming Commission license, operates with tried-and-trusted gaming developers, and utilizes industry-standard SSL data encryption technology. I had no problems with monetary transactions. Despite its youth, Super Slots is safe and secure, with a good reputation. Final Verdict on Super Slots: 4.5/5 You will find few other casinos that match Super Slots for their number and variety of slots, blackjack, virtual poker, and alternative table game titles. For casino-lovers, the bonuses are high value, although you may find the rollover requirements excessive if you are a casual player. I loved the flexibility of live dealer options, with Red catering to casual players, and Black to committed card players. The website design is one of the most user-friendly layouts I have reviewed. Super Slots is also an industry leader in terms of the range of accepted payment methods. All-in-all, I recommend Super Slots as a brilliant all-around casino option. submitted by FancyInvestment397 to bestcasinosusa [link] [comments] |

2024.06.01 05:15 Super_Dupers Suggestions/ideas for Public domain(Copyright free) Kaiju to add to gigabash
Believe it or not, there is a very large slew of kaiju or giant monsters in the public domain that could be used for Gigabash's original roster since they do not strictly require copyright permits due to either lapsing in copyright or being of long natural folklore and mythology.
- Apep- A ancient Egyptian deity and a ginormous long serpent that represents the darkness to light.
- Arctic giant- A giant syberian permafrosted Dinosaur kaiju from the Fletcher studios film of the same name.
- Behemoth- A creature described in the biblical folklore as a lumbering beast of god's first creation.
- Cerebex- A colossal multi-tentacular robot monster with the brain of a human from the forgotten "planet comic" series; and a possible inspirator behind brainiac's ship from the DC universe as well as the concepts of robot hiveminds.
- Charybdis- A mysterious deadly giant whirl-pool-like Mouth monster from the greek mythos.
- Cthulu- a colossal winged demonic deity with the face of a cephalopod, from the tales of H.P. lovecraft. as with most other monsters in the novella, H.P. lovecraft's works have majorally entered the public domain.
- Fenrir- A norse mythological being in the form of a giant-sized wolf.
- Gertie- A giant-sized sauropod dinosaur and the first ever drawn dinosaur featured on major film strips, created by Winsor McCay. Gertie also made a surprise cameo in the IDW comic adaptations of Dinosaurs attack!, and is in the public domain.
- Buddha- The giant buddha statue of "Great buddha arrival", a lost 1934 film that was later remade as a meta fictional documentary in 2018. as all media made before 1953 was ruled as "public domain" by japanese court law as of latest, the buddha (possibly the first ever JAPANESE KAIJU) is in the public domain. There are many other mediums out there that depict a giant buddha statue attacking, including Ninja gaiden Sigma 2.
- Paul bunyan and Babe the blue ox- A legendary duo from the folktales of Paul bunyan. Paul is a giant-sized lumberjack and Babe is his trusty Blue-colored Ox pet. Bunyan is a very well known figure of stories and has been featured in giant monster scenarios in some way (IE- the simpsons)
- Giant gila monster- From the 1959 film of the same name, the giant gila monster fell into public domain due to missing copyright notices (alongside its sister film, Attack of the killer shrews). Like the Comic book kaiju Reptisaurus, it was remade into a modern B-movie retake with more than questionable CGI. Fun fact: Giant gila is actually portrayed by a Mexican bearded dragon, not a gila!
- Golem- A giant clay figure of the Jerusalem folktales.
- Heffalump- A giant Elephant monster that exists solely in the dreams of none other than Winnie the pooh himself! as heffalump was introduced in "the house on pooh corner" (which entered public domain this year), he's free to use!
- Kong- King of the apes, ruler of man, and conqueror of the dangerous beasts of skull mountain island. While The RKO film remains in copyright until 2029, kong himself (and the story) is accidentally in the public domain thanks to a mistake with the original novella by Lovelace! Just try to avoid any mention trademark wise of "king kong" or anything not in the novel.
- Konga- King kong's estranged copycat cousin from britain, who is a mutated enlarged chimpanzee from the jungle instead of a naturally giant gorilla species. Konga suffers from the same slip up as some of charlton comic's other kaiju, as they were made before the films and ended up lapsing into public domain following the closure of the comic company. Konga in the comics is also considered distinct from the film version.
- Kraken- a legendary colossal sized Squid monster from Caribbean Sea folktales.
- Leviathan- A terrible sea serpent beast accounted in the books of hebrew and the bible.
- Yamata no-orochi: A multi-headed serpent and beast of Japanese mythology tales.
- Fafnir- A germanic legendary tale creature and serpentine beast.
- Micromegas- A giant-sized man from a 1700s french sci-fi novel who hails from another planet and engages in a slew of various fascinating feats.
- Twrch Trwth- A giant boar monster from the legendary tales of king arthur.
- Pulgasari- North korea's (unnecessary) answer to Godzilla and an iron-consuming behemoth. As copyright law was not established in NK until 2001, Pulgasari can safely be assumed to be in the public domain for free use. Additionally, his more archaic counterpart from a lost film "Bulgasari", exists in works.
- Pet- A mysterious, size growing Canid drawn by Winsor McCay that increases mass for everything it eats. It ends up giant size at its climax in the film.
- Scylla- The other half of Charybdis in greek mythology and a mysterious half-multiheaded serpent Half-reptile humanoid colossus.
- Umibozu- A japanese folklore monster, and a giant shadowy yokai.
- Meat-eater: A giant Tyrannosaurid species, also from the world of king kong. like kong himself, the meat eater is up for grabs thanks to the novel losing copyright.
- Jormungandr- A giant legendary serpent from the tales of H.P. lovecraft.
- Dagon- A giant legendary monster conjured up by H.P. lovecraft from the syrian folk myths.
- Jabberwock- A cryptic giant dragon monster from the novels of the original Alice in wonderland series. He lives to be slain by the Vorple sword artefact.
- Blunderbore: a giant from the tales of Jack the giant killer.
- MMX-2: A giant mechanical satellite from the premiere animation for Disney channel's opening. Both the poster and Disney channel broadcast lack copyright notices and as its based on the likeness of the original mickey mouse, this enigmatic mickey satellite could very well be up for grabs.
- Reptilicus- A danish-answer to godzilla, and later adapted by Charlton comics. This semi-comical serpent with stunted wings and stumped limbs is highly likely to be in the public domain due to either possible lack of copyright notice, or regardless a lack of a copyright renewal.
- Reptisaurus- Charlton comic's backup replacement over Reptilicus after their license expired. First starting out as a red colored version of Reptilicus until becoming a giant pterosaur-esque dragon monster, it like the other kaiju adapted by Charlton comics are in the public domain.
- Gorgo- The ever famous British take on godzilla, is in fact, IN the public domain. like Konga and kong, Gorgo was first introduced in a series of Comics made by charlton comics before the release of their staple films. As gorgo first appeared in the comics which entered the public domain, Gorgo is a fully free-to-use kaiju as long as you only source from the comic and not the film. Gorgo's abilities are much more robust in the comics anyway...
- Yeti: from the film "yeti: giant of the 20th century", an obvious Kong rip-off like Konga is also in the public domain. he's more human-looking.
- Mighty Peking man: Another Bootleg kong from a film that lapsed into public domain. Mighty Peking man looks more like a gorilla suit.
- Kabagon: A mysterious described japanese cryptid said to resemble a giant Grey hippo beast peaking its head out of the water.
- Green giant: Yes, the green giant is so old that he's actually public domain (and one of the only instances of a famous still used Business mascot having entered the public domain). So long as you don't use him strictly for misleading advertisements and trademark tricks, Green giant is freely useable in stories. Green giant vs. Gorgo anyone?
Bonus:
The Retrosaur lineages of TyrantisTerror: Tyrantis terror (a kaiju artist with his own website and novella) has fully offered up their basic lineages of the giant dinosaur kaiju "retrosaurs" into the public domain, since they are technical blankish templates inloosely following into the kaiju he owns (also, its possible for people to willingly put things they own whether copyrighted or intellectual property into the public domain). The retrosaur lineage templates (a whopping 16!) up for grabs include: Transitional tyrant, Primitive Carnivorous retrosaur, Primitive herbivorous retrosaur, True tyrant, Tiny tyrant, Egg theif, Flying tyrants, Long-necked sea tyrant, Long tailed sea tyrant, Short-tailed sea tyrant, Long necked goliath, Duck-billed goliath, Helmeted goliath, Spike-tailed goliath, Club-tailed goliath, and Horned goliath.

2024.06.01 04:20 cancas79 Candy with the Lollipops đ
Dear Abby,
I am from Texas, yes. I am a former mod of yours, yes. I at one time did talk to you and your mother on the phone, yes. That has been probably 8 months or more ago. I not calling or texting your mom, it is actually you that approach me for help...if you recall the night of Feb 19th...it is actually you that continue to talk about me and my family. Now you have your bf believing these things you are spewing. At one time, very long ago, I was an unabashedly staunch enabler of yours. Then you showed me your true colors. I've never bullied you! I've never called the police on you. I've gotten you your blue collar around your name when you finished top 20 in rising đ I've sent food to you, movies and the list goes on and on and you continue to bash me on your live. I done nothing to provoke this from you. It is not ok for you to attack people and talk about their families just because you get your people mixed up and think they are gifting someone you don't like. Even if I did gift tyler which I have not..I don't owe u a ss of my paypal nor do I owe you anything..bcuz you were never appreciative of me and everything I did for you in the 1st place. I was a real friend to you ..I went to bat for you..I tried to help u and mrs sandra. It sickens me to listen to you sit on live and bash all of these people. I really prayed you would've came back with a different attitude but instead u only want to be nice to those who gift you or agree with every wrong thing you say. You know that's not me ..I have sat back and listened now for weeks. I've heard one apology from u and then your back to bashing me the very next week. You do not know me or my life now but I do know yours. Since you choose to block me rather than respect me a female... and let me speak to u like a grown woman without being hateful. I will tell u here, please stop! I can have not thrown for tyler but if i so choose to i will and it's not yours or anthony business or right to request my paypal info or ask me to throw for y'all or help to buy ur followers. You know very well where your phone went! Stop spreading lies! You are forcing some of us who would rather just stay completely out of the show to. know come here to speak our truth. You know it was not TK that took your phone. You know I am not texting your mom or your bf. Stop with the nonsense! And you in the chat that know me and don't take up for me or at least tell her she shouldn't talk about families/children/husband's... shame on y'all. I am a nice person but i am over hearing the lies everyday. I don't even come into your live because I am that done but I still am seeing the screen recordings of you lying about me. Enough is enough. REMEMBER WHAT JOHN LAMAR TOLD YOU! Keep it up and I will really stop it not just say I'm going to like u so. I welcome the Memphis police dept to call me. It would not be good for you however but by all means if the list is so short why have I not been called yet?? You will not ruin my friendships because my friendships are real! You need to learn how to treat good people. At one point you had alot of good people pulling for you.. now you don't and it's not because of trolls ..it's from you yourself and your own mouth. Thank you and goodnight. Please don't force me to become a frequent fact teller on reddit because you will not like it.

2024.06.01 04:03 americanslang59 [TOMT][Movie] Fake true crime documentary from the last ten years
I'm trying to remember the name of a true crime/horror movie I saw within the last 5-ish years.
-It was a "documentary" that was presented as being real. Similar to Lake Mungo.
-Came out in the last ten years.
-Takes place somewhere around Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, or Tennessee.
-Not well known at all. I've literally never seen another person mention this movie on the internet. I couldn't find it when searching "Lake Mungo similar movies" or "Fake true crime documentary"
-It was not available on any large streaming service. I'm pretty positive I rented it. If it was through a streaming service, it would have been a smaller streamer like Kanopy or Screambox.
-I would say it's more on the true crime side than horror side. It's pretty believable.
-Probably not much help but the case they were investigating had to do with missing people I think? It wasn't a specific person that was missing, just multiple

2024.06.01 03:15 Yolin_A Insurance agent says legal release cannot be altered
Hello,
My mother was hit by a driver in Texas. I've been assisting her through the process. This process new and foreign to us. The other driver had insurance and accepted responsibility. Her insurance agent would never return our calls and would never update. I found out about car rental options way after the fact after I realized that going through the agent was of no help. The vehicle was deemed and processed as a total loss by a different agent/person. I inquired about a $75 hospital visit towards the end of the process and was told to inquire the original agent. The original agent said he would give $350 after a release was signed. Fine, my mother only had muscle bruises thankfully. She got radiologies done and has been fine so far. He misspelled my mother's name 3 times. After finally getting it correct, I read the release completely. There is a paragraph that reads along the lines that she would accept that this claim was a doubtful and disputed claim and that the driver is paying us off to buy her peace. Everything else reads okay. I asked the agent to delete this section. He responded that he cannot change the legal release just for us. He said they covered the vehicle and that should be that. I don't think this is true. I live in Texas. The insurance is located in Texas. Same for driver.
I have the driver admitting to being responsible on video and during the rare instances we spoke, thr agent said that the driver admitted fault.
I greatly appreciate help here. I don't feel comfortable with asking my mother to sign a paper that says that the claim is doubtful and disputed but maybe this is what is done.
Thank you

2024.06.01 02:50 Marshatucker300 How did you get into horror/how did you get your start?
First I want to deeply apologize if my text seems bad to you. Iâm mentally disabled to an extent and Iâm doing the best I can.
Honestly my love of horror was always there. Growing up in the 2000s ( I was born in 2000 and Iâm 24 now. ) I would watch goosebumps, courage the cowardly dog etc. ( I remember before I was homeschooled I remember taking the goosebumps books back home from elementary school but I remember nothing about them. However I know I took them back home because I remember they had one with a snowman cover on it. One of my disabilities is bad memory. ) I remember every Halloween season excited about goosebumps, watching a double Halloween special and watching a haunting hour donât think about it. ( now donât get confused with the haunting hour tv show. Iâve definitely seen it on the hub that show was a more mature version of goosebumps for older kids/teenagers. Iâm talking about the movie. It was about a two headed monster and had Tobin bell in it. He was a mysterious shopkeeper in it and the protagonist was a goth girl who buys a book from him. ) in 2007 I found another classic I loved seeing. On Cartoon Network they advertised a film called Batman vs Dracula being played later that night and it drew me in. ( Iâm not into superheroes like I seen another Batman cartoon but it was just whatever was on tv at the time. The actual reason why I was drawn to the movie was because I love vampire stuff. Iâve always preferred them over werewolves Iâm sorry werewolf fans but Iâve never seen the appeal of. I donât remember very much of when I use to dress up just a kid just a few but I definitely remember one being a vampire. My favorite goosebumps episode was vampire breath and even growing up my favorite Scooby-Doo movie was about a vampire. ) I watched the movie and loved it and it was added to my tradition. Unfortunately as years went on they stop playing these shows because they werenât exactly new anymore.
In my later kid years watched the haunting hour tv on the hub and in 2013 I kept hearing about slenderman but didnât know much about it and I ended up stumbling on markiplierâs ( sorry I butchered the name. ) video on a PokĂŠmon slender game and was scared by it for a few days. I eventually did research on slenderman and was scared for three days but got use to it and became obsessed about him. ( back then you either liked slenderman or you liked Jeff the killer. I never liked Jeff or the serial killer creepypastas. Theyâre all bad to me but that doesnât mean I hate serial killers in horror. Thatâs very far from the truth. My horror movie genre though I try different genres slashers itâs my thing. My favorite horror charactemy favorite character in general is William afton and his springtrap versions. Iâm just someone who prefers villains over heroes. So this shows Iâm perfectly fine with serial killers in horror. Iâm just not into monster movies. Tremors is fine, but Iâm not crazy about creature features like aliens and stuff. However I find real life, monster legends like Wendigos etc very interesting and slender man fell into that interesting monsters to me. ) Iâve always had an interest in mysteries, and since the creature was very mysterious, thatâs why I liked it. In October nan ( I live with my grandma and not my mom/parents. ) Was going through channels and found AMCâs fear fest and they were playing Friday the 13th part three. She wondered what it was and the first thing I remember, is Ollie getting attacked by Jason in the barn and nan saying I should be getting into stuff like this since I was getting older. October I watched the Jason films and accepted my Gothic nature.
In 2014 creepypastas was ruined forever for me. While I was getting bored of it What happened was kind of the final nails in the coffin me. ( While I go back if I feel nostalgic for the past, just like top 10 list or reviews, it just doesnât feel the same. Though because of my love of horror is why I even use my profile pic. I did enjoy the SCP side of the creepypastas. I love the plague doctors 049 because of him I grew an obsession with plague doctors because of how they look and Iâve always loved animals and they had this bird almost animal like appearance. Itâs hard to explain. Because of this, I use plague doctors mainly as my profile pic. ) However, I moved onto horror games mainly the fnaf series. While I will admit 1-Ucn is the best the newer games or either good or disappointing and I donât care about the new story compared to the old one itâs still my franchise. ( I love this series because of its mystery. Itâs characters and I will admit I was always into robots. I used to collect bionicle sets, transformers all that. Like I said, I love animals so everything just fit together perfectly. However, that doesnât mean I like M3gan. I found that film boring. ) That and I never understood the popularity like resident evil etc. ( I have the original resident evil six movies. I only have them because my friends are crazy about it. I will admit 2,4,5,6 was good The only thing I like about the series is nemesis and thatâs why I have resident evil three on my Steam account. I donât find zombie games or anything to do with zombies interesting. That and games with guns donât interest me either. That and Iâm not allowed to play tons and tons of violent games because now things video games cause violence they donât, but I have to live with that and Iâm not allowed to play tons and tons of violent games because nan thinks video games cause violence they donât, but I have to live with rules. ) Besides the fnaf series, I also love outlast stuff like that. I just have one of those minds that it takes a lot to surprise me and interest me for something interest me it consumes me.
Like for years, I couldnât get into my bloody valentine though I knew about it because I remember seeing a trailer for it when I was nine years old and when I got my Texas chainsaw 3-D Blu-ray disc, it advertised my Valentine 3-D, and I loved the minerâs design. Seen both versions on TV and didnât care about it apart from the coal miner design, but after something called out to me last year, something clicked in my mind and I fell in love with the movie mainly the remake. ( 2009 my bloody Valentine along with the 2009 Friday the 13th and the five Freddyâs movies are my favorite. I just love the mystery and the mysterious miner. Iâve always loved mysterious characters as a child and as an adult. ) Itâs like how outlast didnât click to me when I was younger, though I watched videos on it when I was younger and security breach was disappointment. I watched videos and fell in love with the outlast series. There are times I can remember some stuff, but I canât tell you how old I was or anything so please forgive me. Whenever my mom was visiting and found some Chucky films like bride of Chucky was playing on TV I would see stuff from the movie like I remember seeing the RV scene and parts of seed of Chucky. One year( this definitely had to be when I was an older kid. ) Nan watched orphan and I really like that movie became obsessed with watching it whenever it was on. That and I remember seeing glimpses of saw here and there throughout my life. like I remember being really young and seeing the bathroom in the first movie, when I was a bit older, remembering the John Kramer operation scene with a skull in the third movie, I believe in 2011 I remember seeing Billy on TV talking to Amanda about the reverse beartrap. I obviously also watched tons of scary horror videos on YouTube about monsters, facts, even horror channels like sir spooks, top 15 ( backward top 15 was good. I wonder what went wrong? )
Basically, Iâm a mix of everything. If I donât like something, I can at least compromise for the most part. Donât like monster movies very much, loves real life, monster, legends. Donât like serial killer creepypastas I enjoy them in movies and video games. Donât ghost movies because theyâre boring. I watch ghost videos online and paranormal documentaries. Donât like body horror like Hellraiser? I can respect the cenobites I enjoy body horror if itâs done right in the Five Nights at Freddyâs series. Donât like psychological like psycho? Like itâs all in your head honestly, I donât think I like psychological stuff. Same with zombies and werewolves. I think thatâs the very few things I canât really compromise here. That and I donât think I can compromise in video games like I can with the other horror stuff because when it comes to my horror games, it has to really special to me like five nights at Freddyâs and outlast and a lot of the games I have thatâs on my Steam account is just so I can play with my close friends and thatâs really it though. I also enjoyed dead by daylight because I find it so cool to have all these horror characters in one place, however, i usually just get the horror stuff I like like if I know a character, like them or an exception, if I like the dlc. However, at the moment, Iâm saving up for something truly special and I donât have money to really blow, however since the fnaf movie came out and William Afton is obviously my favorite character. Iâve been super hyped when it comes to the Matthew lillard stuff. Because right next to the fourth closet Five Nights at Freddyâs novel with William being a mad scientist character, movie William Afton is my favorite version of the character. I even have his autograph on my wall in my Five Nights at Freddyâs collection. My entire room is covered in fnaf merch Iâm not joking. ( I have actually seen him a long time ago in One of the live action, Scooby Doo films because back in the early 2000s when Cartoon Network was actually good. They kept playing the monsters unleashed one which is where I seen him from though apart from barely remembering a few things I remember nothing of the film and I may have actually grew up with him with another Scooby Doo property, but I could be wrong. Though I seen scream four a few times but I remember nothing of it apart from the ghostface being a female called Jill. Trying a little bit of scream three I hadnât touched an actual scream film on until after the Five Nights at Freddyâs movie earlier this year after I found a three pack for five dollars at Walmart, which contains the original three films. Mainly because I knew Matthew was in the first one since I seen obviously YouTube videos of when he was on screen and pictures here and there. I heard heâs in another horror film 13 ghosts so something like that. Iâm thinking about trying it someday if the film is actually worth it just for him. )
I also just remembered something i used to watch something called lost tapes on animal planet, which was like these monster shows. I wouldnât necessarily call it a part of the found forage genre. However, it was this monster show it had Wendigo, vampires, jersey Devil, you get the idea all these terrifying monster documentaries it was a good show.
How did you get into horrohow did you get your start?
