I know in current canon boba Fett was sent to track down the pilot and only told Vader the name, leaving him to put two and two together, but I'm wondering did the same thing happen in legends. Did Vader learn about Luke in a book or comic, or did he know when palpatine told him in esb?

 | My understanding is that the cargo hangers patch will allow players to insure pledge armor but I don't understand not letting people keep the cosmetic appearances they've worked hard to find and mix/match. It's purely cosmetic. Allowing people to "re-print" these armors through death will give unique player identity that could lead to instances of players recognizing each other by their armor like how we all recognize Boba Fett or Din Djarin. I mean, hell... It doesn't even have to be traditional insurance. Just charge me the full value of the armor each time it needs to be re-printed. It couldn't possibly be more difficult for 2954 technology to 3D print this armor compared to "regenerating" my new body. AEGIS Redeemer I always wear this combination of armor. Have for over 2 years. All my friends know exactly what I look like fully armored. |

Now, I consider myself a Star Wars fan, but when you only consider the movies, Star Wars really kinda sucks. The only movies that everyone universally agrees are good are the original movies made 50 years ago. The prequels are only considered “good” by some people because of Clone Wars, Rebels, Bad Batch, and literally every other Star Wars media touched by Dave Filoni. People also seem to forget that most of the new Star Wars content sucked. Kenobi, Book of Boba Fett, Mandalorian Season 3(although this is controversial), and even Ahsoka wasn’t that good. Yes, Andor was good, Visions was fine, and Bad Batch season 3 was pretty good. But so much of new Star Wars has been bad. The most recent “good” Star Wars movie was Rogue One and even then it wasn’t a masterpiece.
Also, Star Wars hasn’t had any original ideas since the prequels and even then the original ideas sucked. The sequels were a total knockoff of the original movies that was ruined by the clashing visions of two different directors who had two very different ideas for the movies.
It’s possible that i just think this because I’m worn down by the new content but that’s just my opinion.

Yesterday was my daughter's kindergarten promotion ceremony. The entire school was present, as well as the parents of the kindergarten students. They called the students one by one to come up, and one of the last children was named Boba Fett (Last Name). I don't know if that's how it's spelled, but it is his complete first name.
I kid you not when a pretty decent chunk of the older children (1st--8th grades) said very incredulously, "Boba Fett?!" The teachers were immediately trying to shush them, but the damage was done.
Now, I'm not sure if in any other culture this name has a different meaning; that being said, the family are not POC, nor do they dress in a manner that would suggest being anything other than your standard Caucasian American nerd/geek (not to be pejorative).
I felt really bad for this kid, because I'm sure it's not the first time that something like this will happen to him. And honestly, as a teacher, I haven't seen/heard kids get made fun of for having unusual names in quite some time (ever since we started focusing on socioemotional learning like 12 years ago). But this particular name is too recognizable. Planner that I am, I'm wondering what will happen when people see that name on a college or job application? Will they get rejected because they think it's phony? Maybe by then he'll just go by Bo.

The Dark Fluid that doubles as a jetpack is how the original should have been. It’s SO much fun to use!
You go twice as far, jump twice as high, and it has more than half the cooldown.
Mechanically it can also kill enemies and your allies if you take off next to them. it also either gets damaged over time from use or by the bugs, to the point where it’s become risky to use anymore because it might blow up the next time you go to jump.
This adds risk vs reward, and is in line with helldiver’s theme of “you’re expendable”.
I think Arrow Head should truely consider doing one of the following:

- Adding a ship upgrade to improve the jetpack with Dark Fluid, making it work the same way as the packs do on Meridia
- Adding a new Dark Fluid Jet Pack so the old jet pack works as a safer alternative. The Dark Fluid jetpack should have a limited but generous number of uses until it becomes unstable and you’re gambling with your life for mobility. Perhaps you can even throw it down, shoot it and create a mini blackhole for a few seconds, that’d dope.
- Or lastly, simply updating the jetpack so that it works the same way. The original jump pack is still fun to use, but the Dark Fluid one is so much more fun.
