Frozen sisig

going back to the province in a few days and will be staying there for a while until classes start again in january. have a lot of food in my freezer that i just wanna get rid off but feel too bad to just throw in the trash (no to food waste haha).
here's what i have rn:

• an opened pack of tender juicy hotdog with cheese
• a pack of pure foods' reasy-to-cook sisig mix (bought a big pack to try and realized i dont like it lol)
• frozen veggies (carrots corn broccoli)
• unopened pack of ham slices (yung pang sandwich)
• an opened stick of eden cheese

if anyone wants to get this off my hands, please lmk. no need to pay for it or anything - i just really wanna get rid of it. i can also pay for the grabexpress to whichever condo you live if you're too lazy to meet up.

Pumunta kami sa isang well-known resto sa out of town trip namin. Aware ako na pricey sya at expensive but I don't mind naman as long as the service is great and the food is worth the prince. Akala ko talaga worth yung pagiging pricey nya as per recommendations and reviews pero napamura nalang ako sa utak ko pagkatapos ng dining experience namin. Ang pangit na nga ng service tapos ang mid pa ng pagkain. Bwiset na 450-500 per dish na yan. Potek na nilagang baka yan, sobrang tabang naman ng sabaw. Mas may lasa pa yung tap water na for sure eh dadalhin ka sa ER pag nainom mo. Yung sisig mga 1 hour bago naserve lasang frozen na minicrowave. Edi sana nag 7/11 sisig nalang ako. Yung chocolate drink na sikat sobrang hyped, ang meh naman ng lasa. Sana nag Mary Grace nalang ako. Nainis lang ako kasi parang hoodwinked ako don. 2k ang ginastos namin pero what the hell nalang talaga sana nagpunta nalang ako sa paresan sa may kanto samin na solid food trip. These restaurants overpricing their mediocre dishes should be illegal, it feels like they're ripping their customers off under the guise of an "ambient dining experience" aaasdnfjfkgkgkgk

I was able to take back a roughly 2 or 3 pound block of freshly made, then frozen sisig from my vacation. I want to make it for my coworkers when I return to work tomorrow but have NO clue about the proper method and I want to make it properly.
Defrost, super hot pan with oil, add egg and green onions when almost finished is as much as I know. I might be wrong but please correct me if so.
