English: for section 1 question a on paper 1 use pqe, point quote explain, nake one point use a quote to back it up and explain, leave extra space after each point incase you have extra time to spend on it
Question b of that same question make sure if you write the text of a speech the whole text is said speech and if you have to for example write the text of a speech from a famous person you never step out of character. Your opening line should be basically a rephrasing of the question eg:write an article for the local newspaper, you should say "I am writing for the x newspaper to tell you about...", even if its unrealistic they still look for this in regard to your purpose mark.
For the composing:make sure there are famous people you can talk about a lot, also just a few topics that youve got some bit of knowledge on e.g ai might be handy
personal essay: use anecdotes even if they're made up
Short story:I'm avoiding this personally but make sure you show don't tell and alsondont leave plot holes, from what I've heard people who do this already have things like settings, characters and storylines planned out before the exam
Opinion essay: chose for or against and be strongly for or against, if im not mistaken you can be neutral but it's a lot harder
For the single text your first quote shouldn't be from act 1 scene 1 or your texts equivalent,your answer shouldn't be a summary
For hamlet: have lots of quotes, back in as many points as possible with quotes, remember the word regicide and antic-disposition, if the question asks about Claudius' role as villain if must only be his direct wrong doings (laertes, elder hamlet) and not the ones he indirectly caused by making hamlet mad (ophelia, polonius etc).
Comparative:constantly compare your 3 texts,(this next tip only applies if parf of your comparative course is never let me go) MOST of the time if you are doing the question 1 which is split up into a and b where a is in relation to 1 text and b is 2, never let me go will be in part a as it is hard to compare to other texts, this obviously depends on the question but if in doubt do that
Unseen poetry:I'm absolutely useless at this but on my mock I completely misunderstood the poem and got 17/20, waffle with confidence, don't spend too long on it as 20 marks is sweet fa in your English paper and the difference between spending 20 mins and 25 mins is no more than 3 marks.
Poetry: have one poem you can talk for days about no matter what, they will more than likely come up. Have 3 more you understand to be able to answer a question, then your perfectly covered. If you want to be more confident you can learn 2 poems to perfect 50/50 but from here to Thursday time management is important
History: if your a slow writer like me learn a metric fuck tonne of good quotes they're the quickest way to pick up marks, here's a few if you want them

Geography: from here to friday dedicate 10 minutes to aerial photography, it's 8 marks waiting to be claimed. Nows probably too late for flashcards but if it isn't fucking use them for srps
Maths: nows not too late to print off a mock or past paper, see what needs the most work and make sure you fully understand them
Irish: if your like me and haven't done a scratch there's still more than a week, predictions are your best friend, learn one essay, one poetry notes, one story notes and one play notes and let God decide how well he wants you to do
French:be able to write about the Olympics as if your fluent, its probably going to come up. Know your tenses and your subjunctive. Learn off a few proverbs they add marks to any essay. "Je suis tout à fait d'accord avec le declaration Ci dessus","il est neccesaire de pesser le pour et le contre", "n'oublions pas le proverbe" and "a Mon avis" fit into most opinion pieces, know them(get correct spelling aswel mine was affected by autocorrect). Also if your down to the wire learn diary phrased, even if you write a bad diary you will get marks for the phrases
Accounting: final accounts will come up,know 2/3, learn all your ratios and all the theory they will come up, know either budgeting or costing as one of each will come up, that leaves the second 100 marker, it will most likely be suspense as that comes up every second year but it could be a 60 marker, I wouldn't even bother worrying about anything else until ratios,final accounts, budget/costing and suspense are up to the grade your hoping for but if all that is sorted learn off maybe 3 other possible 100 markers, that any you have 4 which includes the 80% likely suspense and 2 will come up, the accounting exam is probably the easiest to predict, and for the love of God know your theory. Keep doing exam questions of your struggling, every time you correct one write down your mistakes and have the list of mistakes next to you when doing the next one, then tear it and make a new list of mistakes
This is all my experience, I will add any good advice for these subject or other subjects that are provided in the comments, all of these are for higher level except for maths, good luck,don't panic and think about the pint that's instore once this is all over

Going to take year out of training to do an F3. Planning on applying for an ACF next year.
Ive thankfully got two offers - one is a purely clinical fellow job and the other is purely research. Both at major insitutions, and both in the specialty I want to do my ACF in.
Just looking for some insight from current ACFs - from an application point of view, which do you think would be more useful in terms of increasing my chances of getting an ACF post? Is there more weighting for formal research roles pre application?

We have an elderly RZ220. I've just been asked to do a print run of over 60,000 copies - usually, I only do runs of 2,500-5,000. Although I've done over a million copies in the 8 years I've had the machine, this is entirely new territory for me. The paper is basic A5 80gsm, which I normally print long edge going into the machine rather than portrait style short edge in.
So, do masters have a "life"? I remember from old Gestetner machines fifty years ago that if you tried to do too many copies the stencil tore and it was a vile job to sort out! I'm wondering if I should perhaps make a new master every ten or twenty thousand copies - any comments or anyone with experience of large print runs?

FYI: A lot of thoughts, so this might be all over the place.
I’ve been working in this school for many months on and off. At first it was smooth sailing, the staff in the our SPED department worked together for the students, had team building exercises and some fun.
This goes on for months, before the new year though, the sub position was fulled/frozen. Something in the district froze job applications, not enough details have been released.
After the holidays, I had subbed to a school down the street and had a great time. Once I got back, shit hit the fan.
The main instructoteacher is a nightmare. Many of the paras do not want to work with that teacher. We talked to the principal and some of us got what we wanted. I’m not one of the lucky ones. I feel like I’m being talked down as a student. I feel like I’m doing most of the work.
Paras are there to help out with the class, some may be one to one, others to a group of 2-3. The paras are here to support, not to be taken advantage of. I had paras from the other class take a chance in the class, there was not structure. It’s been months with no structure.
We had people from the district who helped paras learn more about the job we do. Helped us for a week, gave up critical feedback. And not once, did the teacher reflect their actions. whoosh
I keep a smile on, focus on the students and try to get through the day. We have a few days left before summer break/school. I’m slowly loosing my mind, I know there should be a routine to engage the students, especially SPED students. 15 mins then a break, ongoing. The students I work with, get bored so easily. The teacher, gives up after a few hours. And it irritates me and the other paras.

Not long ago I started a new campaign that has been going strong since, with only relatively few problems all things considered.
Unfortunately, after a long time of playing together, disagreements caused a schism which ended in the departure of 2 of our players, and as such we are looking to add some people to get back to 4 players!
Now, for some information about the campaign
Requirement Time zone MUST be within 2 hours of CET.
The DM
At this point I'm getting more experienced but DMing sure is a "job" you never stop learning. Most players were pretty happy. I try to focus on everyone having a good time even if it's not always easy. I'm more laid back, but try to keep a good balance between fun and actual meaningful roleplay. I'm happy to engage with players, especially as I get to know them, and don't have any issue with bending the rules a bit for some cool stuff to happen, if I trust you. I just like to have a good environment with people I think work well together.
I'm happy to help players who are newer, and we are inclusive and basically anyone can apply, the only real rules about it being 18+ and timezones.
Communication
A key for me in a campaign is that everyone knows to give and receive feedback. If you have a problem with the vibes or with aspects of the campaign, it is important you say so. It's not good if I need to chase information, as I can only improve what I really know about.
The goal is to build a long term party that may be around for more than one campaign, as such it's important everyone gets along. I am very patient and try to talk things over whenever possible. Nobody (Including me) is perfect, but that's okay. I am happy to discuss things, I just expect my role as DM to be respected to avoid pointless conflict that disrupts sessions.
The Campaign
Alright, now for the meat of the entire post that most of you surely have been waiting for. It's relatively classic D&D it's close to heroic fantasy. We adventure, do quests, slay lots of beasts and also try to bring in some in world political intrigue, a lot of the world and happenings is built with the player characters stories in mind while giving about as much freedom as you can give the party, while at least trying to prevent them from aimlessly walking about. I make a lot of the creatures you see up, but I also use a lot of D&D's classic monstrosities. We've been trying to have more RP as such it's not a fully combat heavy deal, of course, there is still plenty of combat to be had, but we've also had sessions go by without any real fights at all. A lot of how things go is based on the choices of the party and their decisions over the story.
We do have a bunch of freestyle systems the players have loved to engage with, such as crafting your own magic items, character specific boons to power up without items and tons more! Also! Joining this means you're set for a while, when this campaign ends most likely it'll go right into a new one in the same world. So, a commitment, but one that may be worth it!
Atmosphere
It's usually rather light hearted, even when heavy topics come along we try to keep to not let things get too out of hand with the heavy stuff. Still, there might be some darker topics, as there sometimes is in D&D where cults and murder is commonplace. It's not all happy and silly dragon slaying in my campaign (at least this time around, I've had some pure heroic fantasy in my first campaign). So expect a lot of classic stuff, but some cosmic horror and the occasional twisted fantasies to mix things up!
When Saturday, 2-7 pm CEST, every week

We don't care too much about experience as I said before, what counts is attitude and willingness to work as a group. In return for your efforts, I try to make sure you get personal story arcs, to bring whatever vision you have to life in cooperation. I'm not perfect, but I am more than happy to communicate and plan stories and arcs with my players and I am always approachable.
We'd love a player who is committing to a campaign with a long-form narrative, while we have lots of combat, normal questing and all that, we are doing our best to make everything meaningful and to have interpersonal RP and to build natural dynamics.
It's also a big plus if you try to make characters with strong ideals and are happy to challenge yourself, while classic chaotic do whatever feels right is fun, the most memorable moments have always seemed to come when your character has a clear moral compass and distinctions from the player.
And lastly and arguably the thing that's the biggest boon, positivity and moxy. We have timid players, so someone who's a bigger force of character would make a great contrast.

We do have a bunch of freestyle systems the players have loved to engage with, such as crafting your own magic items, character specific boons to power up without items and tons more! Also! Joining this means you're set for a while, when this campaign ends most likely it'll go right into a new one in the same world. So, a commitment, but one that may be worth it!

Not long ago I started a new campaign that has been going strong since, with only relatively few problems all things considered.
Unfortunately, after a long time of playing together, disagreements caused a schism which ended in the departure of 2 of our players, and as such we are looking to add some people to get back to 4 players!
Now, for some information about the campaign
Requirement Time zone MUST be within 2 hours of CET.
The DM
At this point I'm getting more experienced but DMing sure is a "job" you never stop learning. Most players were pretty happy. I try to focus on everyone having a good time even if it's not always easy. I'm more laid back, but try to keep a good balance between fun and actual meaningful roleplay. I'm happy to engage with players, especially as I get to know them, and don't have any issue with bending the rules a bit for some cool stuff to happen, if I trust you. I just like to have a good environment with people I think work well together.
I'm happy to help players who are newer, and we are inclusive and basically anyone can apply, the only real rules about it being 18+ and timezones.
Communication
A key for me in a campaign is that everyone knows to give and receive feedback. If you have a problem with the vibes or with aspects of the campaign, it is important you say so. It's not good if I need to chase information, as I can only improve what I really know about.
The goal is to build a long term party that may be around for more than one campaign, as such it's important everyone gets along. I am very patient and try to talk things over whenever possible. Nobody (Including me) is perfect, but that's okay. I am happy to discuss things, I just expect my role as DM to be respected to avoid pointless conflict that disrupts sessions.
The Campaign
Alright, now for the meat of the entire post that most of you surely have been waiting for. It's relatively classic D&D it's close to heroic fantasy. We adventure, do quests, slay lots of beasts and also try to bring in some in world political intrigue, a lot of the world and happenings is built with the player characters stories in mind while giving about as much freedom as you can give the party, while at least trying to prevent them from aimlessly walking about. I make a lot of the creatures you see up, but I also use a lot of D&D's classic monstrosities. I'd like to give some unsolicited notes to anyone who's trying to get into law school. It's been a long journey for me so I'd like to impart a few things for anyone chasing their dream.
Before I write those out, I'd like to give some context to my background:
I graduated in 2014 with a 2.78 GPA (last 20 courses) on a 4.0 scale in Poli Sci from the University of Calgary. I didn't care, I was lazy and just wanted to pass. As some Poli Sci majors say, they'd like to study law. I said that too but I always knew my GPA was too low. However, that was more of an excuse forv my laziness.
When I graduated, I worked for the local United Way on a 4 month contract. I was then faced with unemployment for 1.5 months.
I then signed up with a temp agency and worked as a temporary employee for 2 federal offices for 1.5 years. My goal was to find full-time employment which luckily happened at a Canadian tech company in 2016. I have been there ever since where I've been working in Operations-focused roles.
In the summer of 2019, I joined the Canadian Armed Forces as a Reservist while working full-time at the tech company.
In that same year, I saw my spouse get into their MBA program. I was motivated and inspired to try for law school. I studied for a few months and in September 2019, I wrote my first LSAT in which I got a 142. I continued to study and got a 148 in August 2021 for my second attempt. I decided to study some more to get a higher score on my third attempt.
In September 2021, I went back to the University of Calgary to upgrade my GPA in Fall 2021. I knew that to have any chance at getting accepted, I'd need to increase my GPA. I took full-time courses (minimum of 3 courses per semester) and stacked up every spring and summer with courses to get 20 courses done as quickly as possible.
I couldn't just pick and choose courses to upgrade from my undergrad because some courses were no longer offered. I chose courses based on ratemyprof and remote options because I was working full-time remotely. Sometimes, however, I had to take an in-person course with in-person tests. Luckily, my work was flexible and allowed me to go to school on the side. Ultimately, I raised my last 20 courses GPA from 2.78 to 3.89 with no grade below an A-.
In that timespan, I wrote the LSAT 3 more times prior to this application. TRU took my 148 score. I wrote it again this April and got a 153. While it didn't matter for the acceptance at TRU, a 153 is an improvement on its own.
I know this is an overly long post but I'd like to impart with a few notes that I hope can help people with fulfilling their dream of getting into law school.
Countless hours spent doing homework and studying while working a full-time job, dedicating time to the Canadian Armed Forces and spending time with my spouse. I did homework and studying while on holidays. When we welcomed our child, I was finishing up my courses. All-nighters and falling asleep at the desk to finish some paper all while work was around the corner to start with 1 hour sleep.
If you feel that your GPA can and should be improved, go for it. I'd like to think that the LSAT has more weight than a GPA but I'd like to think that the GPA is important as well. A strong course grade can be obtained by getting to know your prof and being efficient with homework and studying. All things I never did while in undergrad.
It's important to keep a healthy balance. Even just doing one item will take away countless hours of relaxation/family time/fun and everything in between. I remember telling my spouse "I have homework" or "I have to study" all the time. You might drain someone near you and/or yourself.
Sorry, for the long post but I hope this helps someone to look at their pursuit with a different perspective!

Keep in mind these cats may be rich, but everybody out bathesda is rich so these are basically the rejects. Pretty much the closest thing to a street nigga you can find out there.

And he was quite the yapper, he’s one of those motherfuckers who peaked in high school, and now he’s just watching his life come spiraling down, at least that is until he meets Amy…
In this meet up I learn a lot about Swervy. He was basically a kingpin at the age of 16-17. He would get shipments of 10’s of thousands of Xanax bars and sell them like hotdogs at a baseball game. These weren’t your regular junkies, these are the children of senators, buisness owners and lawyers. So you didn’t have to worry about a junkie saying he’ll pay you back, money was nothing to these crazy ass white folks. In the midst of all this yapping, I hear something that caught my attention.
“Yea so basically my cousins got like seven pounds of weed and 500gs of thc wax that they’ll give me if I can pick it up, it’s all the way in Arizona” Says Swervy.

Now driving cross country with pounds of weed and concentrate was risky, but shit I’d give my left nutsack for that kind of opportunity. And I might as well have, because a week later I was on my way to Tucson, with this Russian speaking drug addict I had just met the other day. Mind you I’m driving around in a red Lancer, with paper Vermont tags that I had printed online. I might as well Have went up to the police station and asked any of them if they wanted to buy drugs. But she had her own two bedroom condo with a view of Sugarloaf mountain, a Pomeranian dog(which Swervy fucking hated), and a new jeep. I’m talking about a three story townhouse in Germantown, with a fully furnished basement, a patio, a balcony, a grill, 4 bedrooms, a 70 inch television, a paid off brand new fully insured jeep, they’re talking about trips to Italy. And that’s only the tip of the iceberg. Fool, are we living in a simulation? I couldn’t fucking believe my eyes, Swervy had pulled off the ultimate finesse. He convinced this rich family that he was the one for their daughter. And the most hilarious thing about it is that he was no better than a crackhead heroin junkie you can find panhandling for money on the street. I couldn’t even be envious, no instead I had felt something inside of me, this sort of toxic motivation. I learned that you didn’t have to work hard in this life, you didn’t have to earn your living, no instead one day God can just drop this lonely damaged woman who’s family is fucking loaded right on your fucking lap. He was even talking about marrying her and having her kids. In fact he tried, but see he had a problem. His sailors couldn’t fucking swim. Maybe it was all the crack, cocaine and heroine. He was having trouble producing fertile sperm, and Amy was running out of time! And that was the peak of their relationship. He was this close to closing the deal, but when it was game time he fell short. All it is now is one of those memories in your head that’ll have you like “damn, what if…” almost like when you reminisce on a football game thinking about how things could’ve been different if that one play went right.
Look I’ll be honest, I sugarcoated a lot of things. They may have lived in a world of handouts, but that relationship was more toxic than a nuclear wasteland. So this might come out a little sporadic but I'm typing as it the conversations come out. Also on mobile apologies for format. Also I've tried to talk to them about my wife's feelings about being here but they brush it off and said well suck it up.
So after struggling to keep up with rent our landlord said to have 1300 by last friday or be gone. We had no way of coming up with 1300 in 5 days (she told us the monday of that week). So we told her we would be gone so we started packing. Called my parents to see if we could temporarily move in with them and they said yes, it should be noted they have spent the better part this year pushing to have me, my wife and our daughter move in with them rent free. My wife and I are both pretty private so the thought of living with other people was too much even if it was family. Being our only choice I had to reach out, we spent monday afternoon through Wednesday night packing our home of 3.5 years. They came down thursday and we started loading the truck (just my wife and i) while they kept our daughter busy. After the truck is loaded and they have our mattress and a few other items loaded in their truck they take us out to eat, we then take the truck to the storage unit, unload and make our way to their house 2.5 hours away.
My parents and I have a semi strenuous relationship, being they like to control and guilt trip me since I'm a only child and my dad is now disabled. Their on fixed income. My wife and I spent the better part of the next 4 days applying for jobs through various job websites. It's been fine up until Tuesday when we head 45 minutes away to the nearest town with staffing agencies. We fill out info and were told to wait for a call. That was about 3 or 4 hours, knowing we did all we could we headed back. We get back to my parents house(really a trailer on some land) the first thing out of my moms mouth was "yall are back already. I figured you would make a day of it" mind you we've been applying online to anything and everything but so far no calls. As I've already checked the jobs in town (as small as it is) only accept online applications, it's not like we could fill out paper ones and et hired on the spot. My wife and I spend the rest of the day in our room still applying for what we can find. My parents want us to sit out in the living room with them, we do for a little bit until it's time to put our daughter to sleep.
Wednesday comes and it goes pretty much like tuesday, along with the sly comments when we get back, except this time we head another 30 minutes away to another town and we have a interview set for this coming monday.
Thursday comes and we dont go out because we've already hit the staffing agencies even remotely close to us, which any job we get requires up to a hour of driving one way. Now this trailer is hoooot and the ac doesnt work all that well on our side so my dad and I take a window unit out of his work shed and fit it in the window of our room. All that was said before we spent half a day getting to this point was any extra electricity we use we would pay the difference, that was fine with me. My parents are older and get cold easily so setting the ac temperature to 78 is normal for them but again the ac sucks on our side and we're sweating our asses off the previous nights.
Meanwhile they have been pressuring us to spend our free time in the living room to watch movies with them, while they have their faces buried in their phones and not paying any attention to anything else.
So now its Friday, exactly 1 week from our first full day out here. We're down to 1 vehicles right now and the engine temp gauge starts going out as we ran into town for baby stuff. We make it home and I noticed I missed a call from my mom. I call her back and she asks where we are at, I said we just got back because the car was acting up. " well I thought yall would he out applying for jobs" I said again we've been applying for jobs for a week now. "Well you need to figure something out soon especially since your car is messing up". So then I spend the next 4 hours helping my dad around the property and listen to him complain that we've been using too much electricity with the window unit and they cant afford a $500 electric bill. We've kept the ac at 70 and it barely comes on with 2 fans going. We have a 2 year old and she doesnt need to be sweating in her sleep. I say ok and try to move on. After taking a shower and laying down to rest I get up and grab some leftovers from the previous night. Now before I continue I should mention that when I was still living at home while my wife and started dating, my parents would ambush me after getting home with 2 or 3 hour discussions on how my behavior is unacceptable. Meaning me going out with my girlfriend at the time, now wife and walking through the park after work or going on a date on our days off. This continued until we moved in together. Even me moving out was a problem when I didnt want to take towels and cookware with me because we already bought some. They always guilt trip me into helping them with something. Now after a 1.5 years of my wife and I living together my parents lost their house(my mom didnt tell my dad until a week before they had to leave) she knew for a while but never got a job or asked for help. So my wife and I got 1k each loans from work to help them move(which they have paid back) but then spent the next 3 days helping them move 20 years worth of living 2.5 hours away.
My wife has tried to get along with them but they just rub her the wrong way with comments, behavior and attitudes.
But now we have a kid so I feel compelled to go out there as often as possible so they can spend time with their grandchild.
Now cut to friday(yesterday now) and I'm heating up leftovers. As soon as I set my bowl on the table they come sit down, oh joy another round table discussion. They start off with how we sleep in too late(9 or 10am is too late I guess) we dont spend time with them, also a lie because we spent 6 hours in the living room the day before and they barely acknowledged us, we dont seem to be doing anything. Also a lie, coming straight from their mouths, they dont believe we have been putting any effort to find a job since we dont do it in the living room and tell them watch what yall want we're putting in applications. I cannot make this up. How I have to ask if they need any chores or anything done around the house to help out. Also a lie because I ask do you need help with dinner, do you need help with cleaning up, and my dad has been asking for my help for every little job he wants to do around the house. I may be your child but I'm not a child. They dont like how we sit in our room, for maybe half a day, I've spent more time doing shit around the house or looking for a job than I have spent chilling with my wife and daughter. How we dont seem to have a plan and their not going to be paying our way, now mind you they've been hounding us to move in, we have to find jobs, shit doesnt come by easily anymore. One thing they kept saying before was yall dont have to come in the living room with us, you can come and go as you please, that was bullshit. As far as places reaching out to us for interviews it's only been 5 business days since we've been here, between the 2 of us we have nearly 150 applications out and nearly all of those are 45-1.5hrs away. We do have 2 interviews set for monday.
So they wait until I've sat down to eat since I've been busy all day and haven't eaten to ambush me again with a talk. They love to control me by guilt, before it was fine because it was just me dealing with them since my wife refuses to play their games but now your trying to do this shit in front of my wife and daughter.

I'm not being defensive, I'm telling you we have interviews set and applications out, it's a waiting game. Anytime in that discussion I say something that disproves what their saying they turn it around to well that's not the point that's exactly the point, what I said proves that your talking out your ass but you sont see it that way. Earlier in the day for the 3rd time in 2 days they berate me about the extra electricity. Why offer to have a window unit put in if you sidnt expect us to use it. We're not talking 60 degrees 24/7. 70 at night(which is still hot in the room but bearable and off during the day.
Also my wife doesnt feel comfortable eating around people, so really the only time she eats is dinner at the table(mandatory apparently) or if I bring food in the room, with my parents behavior its makes her uncomfortable to be out in the living room(where the spend nearly all day) to grab a snack. I get it, your in someone else's house you dont want to dig around the fridge. So now my wife is barely eating.
I've been trying to keep a relationship going for the sake of my daughter but this shit is the last straw. I feel like your trying to drive a wedge between my wife and I(like they've been trying to under the guise of have we want to spend time with yall but making sly comments to piss us off) my wife is ready to leave and I'm with her. I cant do this game with them anymore.
Yall offer help with one hand and have a knife in the other. Everything has strings attached to it.
Over the years my dad has giving me some thing she doesnt use anymore. A old laptop (by today's standards but usable) Xbox one which I still use A old digital camera Old tablet with cracked screen Set of battery powered drills(heavily used) These are the only items they bring up and ask if I still have them or I sold them. They are all in storage, I should know by now any gift will be used against me later on by accusing me of selling them.
So now I'm on reddit after my wife and I talking about the entire week, 1 week, 7 days of being here. Until she fell asleep about 1am. I'm still up pissed off and typing this. I'm not sure what to do, we talked about gettig 2 checks and getting a pay by the week hotel to get out of here quickly or try to deal with it for 2 months until we save enough to rent a place(security and at least 2 months rent)
I'm ready to ghost them and move on, my behavior is suddenly a problem when it doesnt involve them.
Side side note, for our daughters birthday we decided not to do a party and just the 3 of us go to zoo. We had a blast, lot of laughs and pictures, it was a great day until my dad took offense that he wasnt invited. Nobody wss invited because it was the 3 of us. But again everything has to be about them.

recently an account manager for a staffing firm reached out to me and expressed interest in recruiting me. after a 3 month training period, i would be making 66.5k/year salary, plus commission. the workplace culture does seem pretty cutthroat and competitive, though ive heard that this position has lots of room for upward mobility. it’s not healthcare - i would be tasked with finding, recruiting, and managing educational staff for a nearby school district. but it’s a livable wage, it’s a company i can grow in, and i will be making plenty to support myself. am i passionate about this industry? no, but it’s a solid job.
