YEGHOYAN: Many Russians are coming to Armenia to get a visa to Europe, so the lines got long. To this day the diplomatic offices have been unable to keep up with the demand; we are trying to find solutions. On top of that, some tourism agencies can use programs to reserve large numbers of visas and resell them to others at a higher price. I asked embassies to stop granting visas to individuals with other names, so whoever took the spot must be the one to use it. I think the German embassy has chosen that option; we are working with them right now.
REPORTER: Could the developments in Georgia have an impact on Armenia and EU?
YEGHOYAN: Yes. We hope Georgia finds a balanced solution.
REPORTER: And what about right-wingers gaining power in the EU during upcoming elections?
YEGHOYAN: The Right is improving its numbers but they do not have the numbers to form the government. I can't predict how much influence the Right will have on the new government and it's something that also depends on the performance of Right in their respective countries.

• Every product with export potential has been examined by Armenian and foreign experts with the help of EU and USAID. The export potential and possible destination of each product were calculated.

Economy Minister Papoyan said there is currently the ATM (Autonomous Trade Measures) for some other countries, and as a result of Armenia's policy of strengthening ties with the EU, there could be an opportunity for Armenia to use ATM to export certain types of agricultural and industrial products without taxes. Hey guys, on my recent post, "Why Team Falcons Is The Best Team In Dota 2", I received a lot of positive feedback from you guys, both on reddit and in private, so I was motivated to post more things that I've learned personally that helped me improve.
There is another concept called Target Priority. The question is how to prioritize our autoattacks in lane. If you have the choice between CSing a creep, denying a creep, and hitting the enemy hero, which one do you pick?
There is nuance, but in general the correct priorities (or the priorities you can never 'go wrong with') are last hits > denies > autoattack enemy.
Another actionable step to improve as a core, is to practice last hitting Training Polygon Arcade Game, just buy the starting lane items you buy, and try to last hit against the sniper, you can do it both with support heroes and core heroes to understand your attack animation and get used to it. Its like an exercise you get better overtime everyday, play a little you will feel the difference.

Cores in sidelanes:
There are 2 concepts you must know: aggro/deaggro.
Aggro means A-clicking the enemy so that creeps come close to you. De-aggro means A-clicking your own creeps, while creeps are aggroed, so that they will stop chasing you and instead chase the target closest to them.
Also, its important to note that you can combine your spells, in order to secure last hits, for example if you are playing Luna you can beam the enemy and deny ranged, or beam the creep that you can't reach. Combine your spells in order to achieve what is necessary to accomplish your goal of the priority on the lane.
Supports:
For supports, your priorities are secure ranged/flag -> deny -> hit enemy. Two things that can make these easier are good camp priority, and precise lane positioning.
Camp Priority - First, realize that you cannot control both camps. You must prioritize one. If you are ranged vs melee, prioritize blocking the enemy camp over unblocking your own. You can already hit him freely if you are mindful of positioning, you just need to not be dragged to his camp where he can close the gap on you (Tusk, for example).
Lane Positioning - Good lane positioning mostly depends on the support matchup. It means simply to know whether to stand on the left or the right side of the lane, if you are a position 5, playing against a melee position 4 on Radiant it would be better to stand on the right side of the lane, and hit the enemy offlaner, because there will never be a time in the lane, where the melee position 4 can break the distance between you and him, and if he tries to , he will always walk into creeps, in a bad position and lose all of his HP,
Against ranged heroes, you are supposed to stand on the left side, while playing Radiant why because you don't want the ranged hero to constantly hit your carry, and for him to lose farm or die, so you want to prioritize denying, and then hitting enemy position 4, now you kind of understand lane positioning so, for other lanes it might be opposite, and for Dire this concept will be completely opposite in terms of your positioning.

Hey guys, on my recent post, "Why Team Falcons Is The Best Team In Dota 2", I received a lot of positive feedback from you guys, both on reddit and in private, so I was motivated to post more things that I've learned personally that helped me improve.
There is another concept called Target Priority. The question is how to prioritize our autoattacks in lane. If you have the choice between CSing a creep, denying a creep, and hitting the enemy hero, which one do you pick?
There is nuance, but in general the correct priorities (or the priorities you can never 'go wrong with') are last hits > denies > autoattack enemy.
Another actionable step to improve as a core, is to practice last hitting Training Polygon Arcade Game, just buy the starting lane items you buy, and try to last hit against the sniper, you can do it both with support heroes and core heroes to understand your attack animation and get used to it. Its like an exercise you get better overtime everyday, play a little you will feel the difference.

There are 2 concepts you must know: aggro/deaggro.
Aggro means A-clicking the enemy so that creeps come close to you. De-aggro means A-clicking your own creeps, while creeps are aggroed, so that they will stop chasing you and instead chase the target closest to them.
Also, its important to note that you can combine your spells, in order to secure last hits, for example if you are playing Luna you can beam the enemy and deny ranged, or beam the creep that you can't reach. Combine your spells in order to achieve what is necessary to accomplish your goal of the priority on the lane.
Supports:
For supports, your priorities are secure ranged/flag -> deny -> hit enemy. Two things that can make these easier are good camp priority, and precise lane positioning.
Camp Priority - First, realize that you cannot control both camps. You must prioritize one. If you are ranged vs melee, prioritize blocking the enemy camp over unblocking your own. You can already hit him freely if you are mindful of positioning, you just need to not be dragged to his camp where he can close the gap on you (Tusk, for example).
Lane Positioning - Good lane positioning mostly depends on the support matchup. It means simply to know whether to stand on the left or the right side of the lane, if you are a position 5, playing against a melee position 4 on Radiant it would be better to stand on the right side of the lane, and hit the enemy offlaner, because there will never be a time in the lane, where the melee position 4 can break the distance between you and him, and if he tries to , he will always walk into creeps, in a bad position and lose all of his HP,
Against ranged heroes, you are supposed to stand on the left side, while playing Radiant why because you don't want the ranged hero to constantly hit your carry, and for him to lose farm or die, so you want to prioritize denying, and then hitting enemy position 4, now you kind of understand lane positioning so, for other lanes it might be opposite, and for Dire this concept will be completely opposite in terms of your positioning.

Through this post, whatever concepts you've learned try to compare them to any pro in any replay, you will find them doing all of this stuff, so learn from them when is the best time to hit enemy, how to secure CS with spells and how to aggro/ when to aggro, you will improve SO MUCH.

I'm new here so sorry if I'm not posting about this appropriately. I just need somewhere to talk about this without the person I'm talking about finding out.
So basically, I've (22, F) had an online friend (21, non-binary) that I've been talking to through discord for 2+ years. We got along great from the start, and have spent many many nights together in voice chats, watching movies and shows and YouTube videos, and sharing our creative passions. About five months ago, they announced that they were "waiting for someone to confess that they liked them", and that message alone made me realize I was not okay with just remaining their friend anymore. I wanted to be the one confessing and getting together with them. So, like an idiot, I confessed the next day. It went disastrous, and they took two weeks to speak to me again after telling me they needed time to process it. A lot of drama happened, and at least two mutuals on Tumblr blocked me and still haven't unblocked me. We managed to make up and go back to our usual activities, but I guess I never really got over it? Because today they messaged me telling me they were about to confess to someone, after I'd asked if we could hang out. I just said "oh" and literally nothing else because the message upset me so much and I didn't want to respond with fake enthusiasm. Fast forward to now, five hours later, they just got back to me, and said the other person reciprocated, and asked if I still want to hang out. I haven't said anything. I don't know what to do. It almost feels like an insult that they're flaunting their happiness in my face after crushing my heart earlier this year. I've never been in a situation like this before, and deep down I do really care about this friend, but there's still hurt feelings bubbling to the surface from long ago.
TL;DR: What am I supposed to do when I'm not happy about my close friend of two years being in a new relationship, because they didn't want one with me?

It’s too much IMHO . I teach Special Education elementary students. My students yelled at me on the last day of school, “ why are you taking away our chrome books?” Had to call for support from admin to get one of them.

The Chrome Books belong to the school district and they can’t keep them obviously. Honestly we should go back to limited computer access at school. They tend to get a lot of unmonitored internet access at home already. Plus they are tech savvy and find ways around the firewalls to play games, watch YouTube and listen to Spotify.
These are kids who cannot read or do basic math or write a complete sentence, some are still learning to spell their names. We had Gen Ed 5th graders on an inappropriate content online. They can get around the firewalls.
It blows my mind how a kid who literally cannot read can change his cursor size, adjust his computer screen, and use voice search to find unblocked games etc… he managed to change the settings ( intentionally) to cause the state testing to not work correctly for him. Disabled some settings. But ask him to read a 1st grade level text? He struggles.

This border demarcation process is understandably the most discussed topic of recent months, and I consider it important that each of us has a clear answer to the following questions: what is happening in our country, what is happening with our country, why is it all happening, what are the possible scenarios and alternatives after this point?
The key factor from which the current processes derive is the strategy that the government of Armenia has put on its table. That is the strategy of Real Armenia, the strategy of Armenia, the gilded map-image of which I show you at every opportunity. That's the Armenia I am talking about.
And why should this map cause debates and inflame passions? For a simple reason: not only in the previous 33 years, but also before that, the subject, goal and destination of our social psychology was not this Armenia.
And there were objective reasons for this. The most important of those reasons is our national misfortune of not having a state for centuries, which in itself should keep the dream of restoring statehood alive in our consciousness and subconsciousness, which has been the most important component of our national identity.
But while dreaming of a state, we relied on the memories that came from the state tradition we had in the past. Armenia of Yervanduni dynasty, Armenia of the Artashesian dynasty, Armenia of Arshakuni dynasty, Armenia of Bagratuni dynasty, Cilician Armenia. Those Armenias were not identical and comparable with each other in terms of their territory and sometimes geographical location, which became an objective obstacle for the concretization and objectification of our ideas about Armenia.
This may seem not essential, but imagine you want to build a house, but you are not sure in which area, in what location, what size house you want to build. Until your understanding of these matters becomes concrete, you cannot build that house and your efforts to build it will never come to fruition. The most you will have is chaotic actions, because you do not decide in which area you want to build a house, in what position, in what size.
During the short period of existence of the First Republic, we did not manage to become concrete in our ideas about the Republic of Armenia.
The Second Republic was the Soviet Republic, which was not a sovereign state, but a country within the USSR, and due to this fact, it was a hostile environment for thinking about independence and an independent Armenia. Those with such thoughts and ideas were subject to criminal prosecution and were a threat to the integrity of the Soviet Union.
One of the methods of the Soviet Union's struggle against the strong national self-awareness of the Armenians was to direct the independence dreams of the Armenian SSR outside the territory of Soviet Armenia and the Soviet Union, sometimes geopolitically, and sometimes in order to weaken and eradicate the perception of the Armenian SSR as a potential area for the re-creation of Armenian statehood. And those who still tried to connect the feelings of Armenian statehood with Soviet Armenia, ended up in prisons and on the political margins as carriers of anti-Soviet activities, that is, their supporters did not multiply.
Here, it is in the conditions of the mentality of searching a homeland, a state outside the homeland, that the Third Republic of Armenia was formed, which positioned itself not as a means of ensuring the freedom, security and well-being of its own citizens, but adopted a vision that fully and completely fit into the Soviet-Armenian formula of the search for a homeland.
This is where we found ourselves in the situation described above, when we are not sure on what territory we want to build a state, in what position we want to build it and in what size.
And the search for homeland was reaffirmed as the key socio-psychology of the Third Republic.
A huge part of the deep problems of the Third Republic is related to this.
I cannot boast that I had this understanding and realized these conceptual nuances all the time or throughout my prime ministership. I have dealt with this agenda in a systematic way after assuming the position of the Prime Minister of Armenia, seeing in depth and practically the threats that hang not only on the security of Armenia, but also on the existence of our state in general.
And therefore, the conceptual question, the solution of which I have considered vital as the prime minister, is as follows: how are we going to ensure the lasting and prosperous future of the Republic of Armenia?
Strategic thinking on these issues led me to the Peace Agenda and the vision of Real Armenia, which are deeply interconnected.
If our strategic vision is not the Real Armenia, the already difficult peace will not be possible at all, because our environment will consider us a threat and therefore will do everything to either physically destroy our statehood or prevent its development.
And secondly, when we do not spend our limited resources and energy on the strategic needs of Real Armenia, we do not have the results we could have and the development of Armenia, the future of our children is hindered doubly. And the peace that the Republic of Armenia needs so much is becoming more and more unattainable.
Under these conditions, the sovereignty of our country is significantly damaged, because when your ideas about the motherland do not exactly match with the internationally recognized legitimate borders of your country, you are forced to open the door for the disproportionate influence of others, because it seems to you that in this way you get strength and support to advance your agendas that do not coincide with legitimate borders.
So here we are again in the Soviet-Armenian model of patriotism. It is this model that separated the concept of homeland from the concept of state, solving the practical problem that the Armenian people should not consider the state of the Armenian SSR, even if incomplete, as a homeland, because the next step after considering the state as a homeland would be deepening the consciousness of independence.
Contrary to various assessments, our government is not separating, but trying to re-unite, to equate the concepts of homeland and state, because this is the only way to accomplish and strengthen the Republic of Armenia, otherwise we will spend our already limited resources on the search for a homeland, jeopardizing the future of the motherland-state.
As one of you who received a mandate from you to work on the formulas to ensure the future of Armenia, I spent years thinking about this epoch-making agenda, this tangle, before and after the 44-day war. And my thoughts have brought me to the unequivocal conviction that our duty to the future and future generations, as well as to the real people living in the Republic of Armenia today, requires us to do everything to make sovereign and democratic Armenia with demarcated borders a national and state ideology and concept.

Yeremyan Projects and PM Pashinyan marked the opening ceremony on Friday. The plant, which can produce 150,000 liters per day for now, was built with a $32 million loan from the Eurasian Development Bank to "ensure food security and sustainable economic development of Armenia's agro-industrial sector."Pashinyan hopes the plant will raise the standards in Armenia. I can't believe we never got to become close. I did not look out for you how I was supposed to. You were my best friend when I was born, and when you went off to college we drifted apart and that never fixed itself. We fought so much. Physically fought too. I regret every single time I called you a name, I regret every single time I did not stand in your defense, rather in the contrary, I regret everything I did wrong.
Our parents were shit assholes and I knew it, but I was so caught up in my own issues I forgot to see you. I moved away as far as I could, I cut contact with dad for 2 years, I ended up being strung along an emotionally manipulative relationship for 3 years just to numb the pain of my entire existance and when you needed me the most I cut you off too. I can't even remember the last thing I said to you. I can't remember the last words you said to me. I chose not to talk to you and block you on almost everything for a year before your death, and I will never forgive myself. Dad is blaming mom for this event. It wasn't her fault (entirely).

Time stopped. I cried for 4 hours straight. My boyfriend, who only started dating me about a month before stepped out in shock and comforted me. I don't remember what happened until I got really hungry so we ordered pizza. I was supposed to have a shower, and then we were supposed to move to my new house. We were supposed to be finished by 9/10pm. We only started at 12am, and finished at 5am. When my mom called me at 8am, I no longer slept that night. The friend who came to visit me, dropped me home 3hours drive, to my parents house and then everything after that was just flight or fight. Race against time to clear your belongings. Rage for how much clutter and absolute junk there was. Flights after flights of stairs, bin bag after bin bag of endless recycling, and endless messages on facebook marketplace trying to sell your furniture as there was no place to keep it in the parents house. We only had a couple of weeks to clear your belongings, and we did the best that we could.
I tried to get in contact with people after you died to gain access to your social medias, but that urge has now passed. You were buried 1 week after we found out, but my parents wished against the news to be made public. They also said no to your name being published on rip.ie. Almost nobody knows about your death and it makes me hate my existance. People deserved to know you were gone, people deserved to be able to come to mourn you. You were a whole person with your whole unique life, and my parents treated you like if they owned you when you died, ashamed you committed suicide. In fairness I would also be ashamed if I was them. But not for the reasons they are. I would be ashamed that I try to keep this so quiet. Why are they pretending to the world that nothing has changed? EVERYTHING has changed.

Now I realise there might have been some truth to that. I did not understand your pain. That happened 5 years ago I think. December 2019. Not long after Covid came around and well... your life was just a constant downhill.
You got fired from your job, and then couldnt hold one down for longer than a few months. Financially it became an issue for you, but myself and the family were hesitant on helping, we were too afraid it would go down for drugs. It didn't help any time we tried to have any conversation with you you would shoot us with the : that's none of your business.
I miss you. And words are not enough to describe how I feel. I no longer have a brother and its hard to come to terms with that. I feel so much that if I just did more, if I was less selfish, if my family was actually loving you would still be here. It feels surreal. It has only been 6 months since you died, yet I feel an eternity older. I am so depressed. All i think about i doing the same and joining you. This week I called into work sick twice, went in two days, and I was supposed to work today, yet I slept through it all. They didn't call me, but now I am so embarrassed. But theres nothing I can do, and life goes on, and I feel so incredibly stupid to still be a part of it. I feel so incredibly sad, because I was the one who always wanted to run away, get away as far as I could from my family, and here I am at 25, and I feel stuck to my toxic parents now. They beat us when we were kids, never showed us any love, and laughed when my brother came out and said he had a traumatizing childhood. My parents once caught me, after having stolen the family computer, it was in my room and I was playing games, they told me to pack me things and they are giving me away. So I did. I packed a bag quickly, with maybe a toy, put on some shoes and they drove me to the police station. I cried but I was not sorry. I was happy to finally get away from them. They got mad at me that I wasn't upset. I was maybe 9 or 10. Even back then I knew that running away from my parents will be my goal.
I went off on a tangent. I never ever wish my experiences on anyone else. I feel I will never be happy. I feel a burden on my boyfriend, he deserves to be with a girl who will bring him joy, and permeates joy, and I feel I will not be that person.

Welcome to another edition of a random card being turned into an EDH Deck! Every Friday I create a budget (<$100) EDH Deck based entirely around a random card that I pull from scryfall.com (or that is suggested by someone else, either way it’s still random to me). I would love it if anyone has any suggestions for future random cards/decks or just wants to share their own experiences with any cards or decks discussed, I think this is a ton of fun.

Deck Tech/Gameplay Video: (The Wise Mothman vs Rukarumel, Biologist vs Depala, Pilot Exemplar vs Tymna the Weaver & Ravos, Soultender)
This week’s deck uses [[Rootcoil Creeper]] as our random card and [[Gale, Waterdeep Prodigy]] & [[Raised by Giants]] as the commander and background. It took me a while to find a commander that I was happy with for this deck but it turns out that Gale + Raised by Giants is actually a perfect combination. Gale allows us to cast an instant or sorcery from the graveyard when we cast a spell of the other type but he does require us to pay mana for it, which is where Rootcoil Creeper comes in. Another notable quirk of Gale’s ability is that he gets around timing restrictions so if we cast an instant from our hand on an opponent’s turn, then we can also cast a sorcery from our graveyard at instant speed. Because of this unique ability, we’re focusing on casting cheap instants and expensive sorceries to out-tempo the rest of the table. Additionally, since Gale will be a 10/10 with Raised by Giants, most of our spells focus on combat tricks and pump effects to try to knock people out with commander damage. That means we’ve got instants like [[Giant Growth]], [[Hunter’s Insight]], and [[Earthbrawn]] while also running sorceries like [[Clone Legion]], [[Rishkar’s Expertise]], and [[Body of Research]].
Since a lot of our focus is on instants and sorceries we also want to use cards like [[Shark Typhoon]], [[Talrand, Sky Summoner]], and [[Docent of Perfection]] to flood the board with creatures while still focusing on our Voltron strategy. Speaking of the Voltron strategy, it’s important that we can push through damage since Gale doesn’t have any natural evasion so we’re running [[Shadow Rift]], [[Fanatical Strength]], and [[Hunter’s Prowess]] to allow Gale to get through as much damage as possible. Finally, since we’re running so many spells that we’re hoping to cast from the graveyard we’re also running cards like [[Ominous Roost]] and [[Secrets of the Dead]] to continuously generate card advantage while just playing our deck. Ideally, we should be able to keep Growing Gale’s power until he’s capable of one-shotting an opponent and, sometimes, he may even be able to do it out of nowhere with a few cards like [[Exponential Growth]] or [[Increasing Savagery]].
In the end, this deck came in at $48.37 with [[Deekah, Fractal Theorist]] being the most expensive card at $3.81. Deekah is another card that creates tokens when we cast spells but it has the unique upside of also being able to give a token unblockable for a turn (which is especially important for Body of Research). However, it’s not a necessary piece of the deck so if you do need to trim Deekah for budget purposes you certainly can, we have a lot of other cards that do similar things.
On the other hand, if you want an out-of-budget upgrade as well as the card to take out for it then I’ve got you covered. That’s why I’d recommend putting in [[Berserk]] ($17.54) and taking out [[Patrician Geist]]. Patrician Geist, while not a bad card in the deck, doesn’t do quite as much as we’d like in this deck. It’s a card that probably thrives in decks that want to be casting multiple spells from the graveyard every turn but since we really only want to be casting one giant spell a turn, it doesn’t help us ramp as much as I’d like. Berserk, though, is possibly a one mana spell that can give Gale lethal power as long as we’ve pumped him up just a little bit beforehand.

Deck Tech/Gameplay Video: (The Wise Mothman vs Rukarumel, Biologist vs Depala, Pilot Exemplar vs Tymna the Weaver & Ravos, Soultender)
This week’s deck uses [[Rootcoil Creeper]] as our random card and [[Gale, Waterdeep Prodigy]] & [[Raised by Giants]] as the commander and background. It took me a while to find a commander that I was happy with for this deck but it turns out that Gale + Raised by Giants is actually a perfect combination. Gale allows us to cast an instant or sorcery from the graveyard when we cast a spell of the other type but he does require us to pay mana for it, which is where Rootcoil Creeper comes in. Another notable quirk of Gale’s ability is that he gets around timing restrictions so if we cast an instant from our hand on an opponent’s turn, then we can also cast a sorcery from our graveyard at instant speed. Because of this unique ability, we’re focusing on casting cheap instants and expensive sorceries to out-tempo the rest of the table. Additionally, since Gale will be a 10/10 with Raised by Giants, most of our spells focus on combat tricks and pump effects to try to knock people out with commander damage. That means we’ve got instants like [[Giant Growth]], [[Hunter’s Insight]], and [[Earthbrawn]] while also running sorceries like [[Clone Legion]], [[Rishkar’s Expertise]], and [[Body of Research]].
Since a lot of our focus is on instants and sorceries we also want to use cards like [[Shark Typhoon]], [[Talrand, Sky Summoner]], and [[Docent of Perfection]] to flood the board with creatures while still focusing on our Voltron strategy. Speaking of the Voltron strategy, it’s important that we can push through damage since Gale doesn’t have any natural evasion so we’re running [[Shadow Rift]], [[Fanatical Strength]], and [[Hunter’s Prowess]] to allow Gale to get through as much damage as possible. Finally, since we’re running so many spells that we’re hoping to cast from the graveyard we’re also running cards like [[Ominous Roost]] and [[Secrets of the Dead]] to continuously generate card advantage while just playing our deck. Ideally, we should be able to keep Growing Gale’s power until he’s capable of one-shotting an opponent and, sometimes, he may even be able to do it out of nowhere with a few cards like [[Exponential Growth]] or [[Increasing Savagery]].
In the end, this deck came in at $48.37 with [[Deekah, Fractal Theorist]] being the most expensive card at $3.81. Deekah is another card that creates tokens when we cast spells but it has the unique upside of also being able to give a token unblockable for a turn (which is especially important for Body of Research). Been scammed out of a lot of money and i dont want you to be a victim of these guys ........ Please learn from my mistakes

At the moment, there are ֏170 billion ($438 million) in contracts signed between the defense ministry and 27 representatives of domestic industry. We expect to bring it to ֏190 billion ($490 million) by the end of this year by involving two more companies.
Most contracts are about communication tools, control systems, radio-electronic warfare tools, drones, modernization activities, etc.
LEONID NERSISYAN (expert): It's not a secret that hefty investments were made in the manufacturing of drones. We've also seen a production of 122 mm and 82 mm shells; it's necessary to expand to 155 mm because we are purchasing new [Indian] artillery that uses those.
HIGH-TECH MINISTER: (1) The state is enacting legislative reforms to make the industry attractive for investments. (2) We are promoting R&D for new technologies and the generation of new ideas. We are financing research activities, the creation of prototypes, and their experimentation. HOST: Some Armenian manufacturers have reached international levels and could soon begin to export their products. However, there are logistic complications here as well. For example, in 2021 Armenia faced difficulty transporting the mockups of larger weapons to the Abu Dhabi expo [Moscow forced the jet carrying Armenian products to be unloaded and kept delaying the cargo's transfer to Abu Dhabi].

REPORTER: During a joint press conference with MOD Papikyan, the Greek Minister spoke about the possibility of Armenia-Greece-France-India quadrilateral cooperation in the defense area.
AMBASSADOR: All 4 states have very good relations but at the moment it is still premature to talk about a quadrilateral format. But yes, there are convergences.
REPORTER: The Indian government said it's going to appoint Defense Attachés to Armenia and several other countries to strengthen the military links. What can you tell us about this?
AMBASSADOR: PM Modi has a very clear-cut policy and initiative of “Make in India”, including in the defense sector. We are now seeing that many countries in the world are buying Indian defense equipment. Defense Attachés are being posted to coordinate the process.
AMBASSADOR: The $200 million trade we made was far below the potential. India is the Pharmacy of the World with more than 60% of the vaccines worldwide coming from India, including those supplied through the WHO and other mechanisms like GAVI. So we see more potential here. Both sides are working towards increasing the import of Indian medicines and vaccines into Armenia. We are also looking at the high-tech sector.
AMBASSADOR: When countries need to prosper, connectivity is the key. And connectivity is something that we, in our own region, have been working very closely with our neighboring countries. So similarly, we find that for any region, if you want to move to the next level of prosperity, you need to have connectivity projects. Naturally, we see this “Crossroads of Peace” project of the Armenian government in that light, that it would be a win-win situation for all the regional partners. So indeed for us there is no other way than to have more connections between countries, whether it is in terms of roads, railways, etc. We look at it positively and enthusiastically.
AMBASSADOR: The Chabahar port is jointly developed by India and Iran. In our discussions with the Armenian side, they have manifested an interest in using the Chabahar port. Armenia's Minister of Territorial Administration visited the Chabahar port in December. We are waiting for the details from the Armenian side and we will consider it once we receive concrete proposals.
REPORTER: What role can Armenia play in the development of a communication route from India to Chabahar to the Black Sea?
AMBASSADOR: This goes back to my comment about connectivity. Armenia being a landlocked country definitely needs more connectivity projects. If it materializes, I think it would help Armenia to overcome the fact that it is a landlocked country.

We will also rebuild the road between H-26 and Acharkut and Kirants, which is an alternative road for Kirants. As for property issues, the volumes are small and the government will compensate in such situations. //

Azerbaijan is located between Kirants and Sarigyugh villages. Kirants is currently connected to Sarigyugh with two roads: a direct connection through the interstate road, and a secondary road that connects Kirants to nearby Acharkut before reaching Sarigyugh.
Approximately 300 meters of the direct road falls under the Azerbaijani side, so the government will build a 750-meter bypass road parallel to it. Preliminary construction activities have begun; they are working on the details.
As for the secondary road passing through Acharkut, the government has begun rebuilding and widening it to allow cargo trucks to use it.
So there are currently two construction projects, with one connecting Kirants to Sarigyugh directly, and the second connecting Kirants to Sarigyugh through Acharkut. Both roads are expected to be ready in 3 months.

The 3 remaining border posts were reportedly installed in Kirants on Monday. Here is how the road issue will be addressed:
Azerbaijan is located between Kirants and Sarigyugh villages. Kirants is currently connected to Sarigyugh with two roads: a direct connection through the interstate road, and a secondary road that connects Kirants to nearby Acharkut before reaching Sarigyugh.
Approximately 300 meters of the direct road falls under the Azerbaijani side, so the government will build a 750-meter bypass road parallel to it. Preliminary construction activities have begun; they are working on the details.
As for the secondary road passing through Acharkut, the government has begun rebuilding and widening it to allow cargo trucks to use it.
So there are currently two construction projects, with one connecting Kirants to Sarigyugh directly, and the second connecting Kirants to Sarigyugh through Acharkut. Both roads are expected to be ready in 3 months.

REPORTER: Is the ongoing Tavush-Gazakh delimitation really a bilateral process, as Baku claims?YUNUSOV: No. The U.S. is still interested in the delimitation process and influences both parties behind the curtains. There was a high-profile Azerbaijani visit to Washington. Although the official press release didn't share details, we can safely assume they discussed the AM-AZ relations. If this delimitation continues in spite of Russia that means the U.S. is currently a moderator in this process. This is not purely a bilateral process despite Aliyev's efforts to present it that way.
REPORTER: Is the U.S. a guarantor that the delimitation won't end in Tavush?
YUNUSOV: Not a "guarantor" but the U.S. is the force that is really trying to accomplish something and is actually doing something. The full demarcation will last a long time. The main objective of the U.S. at the moment is the signing of an AM-AZ peace agreement. I don't think they'll be able to sign it before November, however.
REPORTER: How is the Azerbaijani public reacting to the border delimitation?
YUNUSOV: Positively. People truly want to have a demarcated border. The Azerbaijani regime often mentioned "Western Azerbaijan" and the return of Azeris there, but in reality, nobody in Azerbaijan took that seriously because they all understood it was an attempt to pressure Armenia. As soon as information came that the border was partially delimited, it was met with a positive response by the public. The Azerbaijani public understands that it's normal for Azerbaijan to gain and lose control of territories during this process, just as we did during the delimitation with other neighbors.

My friend and I could not see each other in our friends list. He's on PS5 and I'm on PC. We couldn't see each other's friend requests or if we could see it we hit "accept" only for nothing to happen. We tried blocking each other as a last resort hoping unblocking would reset things and let us be friends again. Instead nothing showed up in our blocked players list. Fast forward a couple of weeks later I can now see my friend in the blocked players list, but I can only report them, I can't unblock them. On older YouTube videos there is an unblock button, but it doesn't show up for me.
Does anyone know a workaround for unblocking someone??? This bug is killing me.
