Decided to start with sardines. Box is appealing and the claim of sustainability caught my eye. Opened the tin and the phrase “packed like sardines” need not apply here as you can see in the second picture Taste- these are skinless and boneless sardines in OO. I tried some straight from the tin and made the tacos. Straight from the tine they are very mild tasting, not overly fishy and have great texture. I would say very similar to the king Oscar’s but not as dry so huge plus. The olive oil tastes quality and I used it to warm up my tortillas which added a little touch Overall- I picked these up for $3.25 which is at the same price point as the KO’s I eat as my daily drivers. I really enjoyed the texture more on these as well as them not being as dry as KO. I’ll be adding these to my rotation and can’t wait to try the other offerings The Tacos - had some leftover tortillas and accoutrements from making Al pastor street tacos the other night and decided to make a quick lunch. For these, I mixed the sardines, fresh chopped onion and jalapeños as well as a dollop of sour cream to help hold it together. As mentioned, I used some of the OO from the tin to warm the tortillas. Tio Pelon’s salsa is the closest thing in store that I can find to the spicy green salsa you get from taco trucks and went really well with these tacos. Was really surprised how good these turned out. |

I struggle making ends meet and have a dead-end job in customer service. I want to better myself but because of my chronic autoimmune issues I never feel well enough to balance both work and school because working full time takes so much out of me. I sleep in until it is time to roll out of bed and get read for work. I have no energy or drive to do anything for myself. All I do is jerk off and think about sex and wish I was married.
My family is mad at me. Men are repulsed by me. I can't make friends or keep them. Yes, I am in counselling and have a long way to go before I can be a person who people want to get to know. But right now I feel like the most worthless piece of excrement. I go on Facebook and see all my old friends and acquittances sharing pregnancy announcements, engagement pictures, wedding photos, baby bump photos, sonogram pictures and feel the most painful jealousy knowing that will never be me because I am not likeable.
There is something about me that turns people off, both men and women. I can sit in a group full of people talking and no one ever engages me or looks at me. When I try to speak up or throw something in the conversation people ignore me or act like they didn't hear me. I feel invisible among people and it is the most painful feeling. I don't know what it is about me but people just don't respond well to me. I think it is my anti-social personality, but what they don't know is I am anti-social for a reason because I have been hurt by people very much in the past and don't want to be hurt again.
I was sexually harassed by a professional last year and threatened to take my review down of the BBB or else they would take me to court and sue me for libel. They did not believe my story and I never felt so invalidated and violated in my life. Men are attracted to me at first and want "me", but that is about it. No one wants to love me or know me. I could go to any bar in town and find someone to sleep with tonight--but that is where it ends. I feel empty and like a husk people just use or want to play with to suit their needs. It makes me feel absolutely worthless.
I am obese and use food to escape from loneliness. It is the only comfort I have.
I can't afford the things I need. I can't drive and never got my driver's license due to illness in the family after I get my permit and never had anyone who had time to teach me. I can't afford to see the endocrinologist which I have been needing to for a long time for my pituitary tumor that I was diagnosed with in 2015. I have not been on medication for it in years and it's probably grown and my periods are extremely heavy and I am growing facial hair now (which makes me feel disgusting and unfeminine). I haven't been to the dentist in years and went this year after I got my tax refund and found out I need over $10,000 in dental work my workplace insurance can't cover. So I have teeth rotting out of my head and a tumor in my head that is wrecking havoc on my hormones.
I feel like a waste of space and life. There are children dying of cancer who deserve the air I am breathing more. There are mothers who have children who deserve the air I am breathing more. There are people who have purpose and lives to lead who deserve the air I am breathing more. I ask myself, why did God create someone like me if He knew this is all I would ever amount to be? I am sure even He is repulsed by me as well.
I feel dirty, cast out, unwanted, disgusting, un-likeable and useless. I feel like at this point I am just waiting to die. The only thing that is keeping me wanting to stay is my cat who depends on me.

I've recently started screwing with Baldur's Gate Enhanced Edition. I thought I'd go ahead and play with the character editor. That used to be pretty straightforward. You download ShadowKeeper and set up your directories. Well, the new thing is EE Keeper, and it doesn't work. First, it couldn't locate chitin.key. Googing, I found different stories about where it was supposed to be, but I ultimately found it in some obscure place ("DlcMergebackup/3") and copied it to the main directory. Then I could actually get EE Keeper to browse the save directory, but when I tried to load a save the program would hang and have to be closed.
Most of the posts I found about this issue were from 6-10 years ago, and none of the suggestions worked. Someone suggested working with a program called Near Infinity. Well, this program can't load the BALDUR.GAM files that are supposed to be where character info is stored. The error message appears to be "null".
Since all discussion of these programs seems to date back many years, it would appear that I'm the only one interested in messing with this stuff? Or somehow it's just going smoothly for everyone else?

I use InDesign, PS, Lightroom and Premier Pro for work. But I cannot rely on the colours I'm looking at. The exact same photo can appear washed out in one program, fine in explorer, terrible on a website. Then I make a change to something, (monitor settings, colour settings in Windows, NVidea settings, driver uninstall/reinstall, shut down restart, and so on) and often it will be magically fixed in one place, but broken in others.
For a bit I thought it was just a glitch in display, something I could work around till I had the time to sort - but it now appears that if I upload an image that appears washed out in Explorer from my PC, and then upload the exact same image from a different PC, my upload will bake the washed out colours into the picture. See attached for one example side-by-side, uploaded to mailchimp.
wtf is causing the difference between left and right images, they are unedited copies of the same file.
The PC brand is "MSI Gaming Series", here's the system Info:
GPU = NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4060 driver version 31.0.15.5222 (11th April 2024)
Windows 11 Pro 23H2 - OS build = 22631.3447

After a while, he confessed to me that he likes me, and he was very nice and the interest seemed clear and he said that he wants to know me more and get engaged.
We remained like this for not long, but he began to be noticeably late in responding. Sometimes he would see messages and not respond at all, or he would ignore some of them and reply to others In general, i was being”lovely” etc and he wasn’t matching my energy or giving me the same feelings.
I talked to him about the matter and he said at first that he didn’t want to get attached to me since we still never met and that he meant to do that (ignoring to be nice or show that he was interested in me, or to even match my energy etc) and i felt completely rejected at that time, but after all i understood his reason.
He said that he would try to be more open and share the same feelings with me (of his own free will ofc, not because i asked for it and he was the one who said that), and indeed he became very nice.
Now he seems uninterested again, and i tried to understand that because he spends too many hours working and doesn’t have enough time to really care (I’m trying to give all the excuses because i don’t understand why he does that)..
I asked him again if he feels like he’s not interested anymore and that when he got to know me better, he felt like he doesn’t still like me, but he he said that he still likes me, but he sees that he has more important things to do or to care about than putting a reaction on a picture that i sent him, or on a message (I felt abit insulted and not respected at that time and that i’m not important to him and what i feel doesn’t matter) but I tried to understand that too and it passed..
He said that he doesn’t like chatting and told me not to judge him now until we meet several times, and the decide who he truly is , his words were somewhat logical.
I don’t know if he’s trying to push me away , or if he really doesn’t like texting( but it’s our only way now) , or if he’s busy and stressed because of his work. I don’t know what to do and can’t understand his attitude and i won’t ask him again cause it’ll be the third time and yk, feels like disrespecting myself.

Hello, Front Disk Brake Pad replacement on 2014 Accord. Purchased Duralast Gold pads, they came with 4 each of the pictured hardware (16 total pieces).
First, this is different from the OEM arrangement, but I assume it will work just as well?
But more importantly - They seem to have given me two different sets of hardware (I only need 4 clips and 4 springs for both front brakes, and they've given me 8 of ea), and I'm not sure which to use. I'm also not sure which spring style is supposed to go with which clip style.

So finding myself in a unique position… a ‘23 300 got posted back in February for around $6800 and at the time I wasn’t in position to buy. Went back and forth with the owner and he was able to produce recent up-to-date maintenance records for 600miles and tires and even went and looked at it, sadly the price didn’t match up.
Fast forward to today, I see what I’m guessing the EXACT bike on a local dealership page (mileage and pictures match up) and they’re charging $8000…
The dealership doesn’t offer any type of used warranty or anything like that. Just curious what anyone thinks about my options to get the price lowered at all since I highly doubt they’ve done anything except purchase it, probably clean it up, and pay off the previous owner’s loan.

So I recently (3 days ago) received my 75" TCL QM8. Overall I am happy with the picture quality when watching movies. Gaming is pretty good and damn this TV is bright! Almost too bright, even at 20% I do all my streaming through an Apple TV Box which seems to make the HDR and DV content more enjoyable. However I am finding some inconsistencies in the operating system. Sometimes when watching HDR content I will select Picture Modes and "Smart HDR" is an option. Then the next day I will watch the same content and its not. If I use the built in TV apps, "smart HDR" is never there. I can't find any manual online for this TV, so I have to assume that "smart HDR" is the mode that appears when the TV recognizes HDR content? When gaming, I will get a black screen from time to time and have to reset my console (both PS5 and Switch). When increasing my external speaker volume through my Yamaha receiver it will show the volume level on the TV display 50% of the time. When I use my external speakers the audio and video don't match up but that could be a APTV issue.. who knows 🤔
Is anyone else having issues like these or can shed some light?
The features (if they are working properly) and picture quality make this TV a winner, especially with it being comparable to TV's that are almost twice as much
I would love to say I am going to keep this TV and that's it the bargain of the century, but as of now, it's looking like you get what you pay for.

I decided to carefully fill the broken case with JB Weld Steelstik epoxy using an ear plug to block the barrel and some dental tools to push epoxy against the brass. I waited an hour and was able to knock the son of a bitch out of the chamber with a brass rod. The pictures show how the case molded to the chamber. Pictures 3 and 4 show the JB weld inside the brass. The JB weld stuck to the brass and everything came out when I knocked it out with a rod. Clear chamber and no damage! |

(20F) on Friday I started feeling sick and then on Saturday I woke up gasping for air and I could only sleep for an hour. Walking and getting up or even moving an inch renders me gasping for air. I spent the last of my digital money in my bank account which was $40 (I only have cash in a piggy bank now) to uber myself back and forth from the ER and they did tests on me and I came back for pneumonia. They gave me antibiotics.
It hurts to breath, I cant sleep, my chest, back, throat, and head hurt and my chest is so tight that I'm afraid to sleep because I'm breathing “manually” and it hurts to much to breathe to sleep and I'm afraid I'll stop breathing in my sleep. I can't eat and I've been throwing up and every time I move AN INCH my heart rate shoots over 200 and I'm gasping for air. Doctor just told me to take ibuprofen and they just told me basically I just have to deal with it even if I can't sleep. I've been using my moms inhaler, sudafed, mucinex, ibuprofen, Tylenol, and vaporub and nothing really helps.
Anyway I have been throwing up and heavily panting every time I walk and my dad keeps coming into my room to scream at me. “I'm so sick and tired of your shit you need to get out.” “I can't sleep because of you” and he's been drinking and now he's not going to work today because of me.
If I make any noise he will come into my room to cuss me out to which I apologized for being sick, and he laughs at me every time he walks by my room and if my door is open he scoffs at me.
This is top 3 of the worst pain I've ever felt before I used to get beat and bruised on the head.
I feel so disgusting and like a worthless pos because I know I am, I asked my sister if I could come stay in her back room but she said no because she doesn't want to get sick. Or if I ask for any help she ignores me. I don't have anywhere else to go and I don't want to go to a shelter until I get better because then I will make others sick!
I tried going back to the ER but I don't have a ride so I was about to call an ambulance but my mom doesn't want me to.
I have another sister that I was texting but she was asleep whenever I messaged but I don't want to go there and make them sick again or be a burden. I don't have any doctor or nurse I can contact because its the weekend.
What do I do??? Nothing helps the tight feeling in my chest! I can't breathe!!!!
