Since I want the surgery for cosmetic reasons and self-esteem, and not due to any health issues like sores, I know I wouldn't meet the NHS's extremely strict criteria for approval.
I have worked hard to lose 100 pounds and have been left with unsightly loose skin, which affects how I feel about my body. The inheritance would enable me to afford this surgery, something that would be otherwise out of my financial reach. This surgery would significantly improve my self-esteem and help me achieve the body I desire.
Undergoing major surgery with several months of recovery time is a significant step, but it's not simply about returning to a pre-inheritance financial state. It's about taking advantage of this opportunity to afford the surgery and improve my quality of life while I can.

6 months ago, I had a submentoplasty and I’m not thrilled with the result at all. I think I will need a revision. My PS did muscle tightening through one incision under the chin and submental liposuction. My original main concern was neck laxity and fullness. I noticed I was starting to develop a bit of a minor turkey neck due to weight loss and genetics which is why I sought out the procedure. I did my research and went to a double board certified facial plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills.
Now am left with what I think is a botched result. My surgeon seemed to be unconcerned when I brought up the noticeable neck banding a few months ago. It looks like too much fat was removed and there is weird skin pleating (cobra neck deformity?). Also, in the last month I’ve noticed minor jowling making a center indent especially when I move my chin down. It honestly only looks normal to me from the side view when my head is in a neutral position. I’m only 33 and I feel like this procedure has aged me and I don’t feel happy at all.
If anyone knows of a surgeon who successfully revises botched necks please let me know. willing to travel within the US or Canada and even Mexico. I do plan on letting my surgeon know I’m not happy, but at this point I want to get other opinions

I was recommended to have liposuction when I go in, but it's pricey, and I can have just the mastectomy covered under OHIP (I'm in Canada). I talked with my family doctor today about it, and I've learned I can go in for revisions afterwards and I don't have to do liposuction during the main procedure, but I'm wondering other people's experiences? My weight tends to fluctuate 5-10lbs regularly, which doesn't bother me, but I do wish I was fluctuating between 125-135, rather than 140-150 like I am now. I haven't been able to lose the 20lbs I put on during the pandemic, despite regular gym workouts and watching what I eat over the last 2+ years.
I'm in my late 30s, 5'6". My body type is curvy (36-30-36). When I'm on the higher end of my weight range, my boobs and butt look incredible, but I gain weight everywhere at once, which means my thighs rub and jiggle, my belly and sides get bigger, and I get back rolls. When I'm in the low end of my weight range, I'm skinny/slender, but I lose the butt and my large breasts get deflated and saggy.
For all these reasons, I am considering some kind of procedure to 1. Help me remove the fat I can't seem to reliably lose, and 2. Remove it from my belly/back/thighs, leaving my breasts and butt intact.
My questions are: 1. Is what I've outlined (removing fat from only certain places) a thing? Will my body then continue to gain and lose weight at these new proportions over time? 2. Am I a good candidate for liposuction, or is there another procedure that would be a better fit? 3. What would you estimate the cost to be, ballpark? I'm in the DC area.
