Hello, so this is the first post of mine also English is not my first language so if I misuse any words please bear with me and feel free to ask any questions.
I’m in early 20s and around 2 years ago I dropped out from university to rest and get some medication with my mental illness which is CPTSD caused by my biological father
and only thing doctor ask him to cooperate is to not yell at me &to not hit me anymore
So, long story short, we’re Asian and he received these kinds of emotional/physical/verbal abuses from his own parents (which he cut ties with them + is what my mom told me him however never try to explains anything though)
which is why he’s passing down what traumatized him to me
and when someone tell him “Don’t do this, you see it’ll only make things worse”
he’ll just go
“I can’t I have to make she know her place”,
“This is my house she’s just a resident”,
”She’s just over reacting/overdramatic”
“Hey you can stop acting that’s too much now stop acting like I’m a monster” etc.
You see the thing is my mom tried her best to make things work for us as father-daughter and even though I’m very very scared at the time that I decided to leave uni I was like very crippling , I can’t sleep and can’t sleep in peace without nightmares and always in verge of tears so I know I’m not in the good condition for study anything which is why I come back to the house and give it a try another time with everyone
but even after I’ve been through medications, do my own self healing and recently I feel really happy with my progress both in mental health wellness and self studying I’ve been doing all that times starting to look decent to me to make some money
That day, we went to our another house and let’s say something I can’t physically control just happened um like his huge pet got in the house area through opened fence and I can’t physically drag her out or anything at all, it’s his pet 100+ kg buffalo and it just come in to play with my lil dog which is her favorite. Idk I mean just can’t right? I’m not even that strong my good hand have carpal tunnels syndrome and I can’t even grab pen good like wtf
And he yelled at me, not that bad one bc I got my anc headphone on and it reduced the decibels but yeah I mean I just kinda feel lil bit down but try to console myself and go talk to mom who’s inside the house at the time and yeah I cried at calmed down a bit but I still feel bad
So when he was driving us home I got silent but actually it’s not that weird sometimes I just feel tired and sleepy and for this case I try my damn best to not cry and make him think I’m making a scene again
but yeah I was wearing headphones and pretend to listen to smth and he asked me “why you have to have the headphone on all the time?”
ok guys I got this headphone just 2 days before that day, the first day I didn’t touch it much just unwrapped and qc so I was wearing this on when I’m studying, listening to music and when I go to dog park. So it was literally 1 day or less and he’s not even seeing me all the time??
I got quiet after that bc I don’t want to answer and burst of tears bc that have happened and it make him pissed out even more and call me crazy
But yeah he turned up the volume of the radio to the point my anc can’t block out (I think this one can block around35-40decibels) and outburst the anger and start hitting steering wheel and yell at me he went like, with the loudest voice,
“I don’t want to live in this house anymore”
idk what and where this came from at all
“I can’t fxxing say anything huh how much we have to spoils you”
bc he has to stop yelling as doctor said and controlling me just bc he wants to
“And look how you dress like a slxx”
it’s tropical country and it’s a short with grandma(like she gave me fr) t-shirt
“You two are driving me crazy I’m going crazy like you two”
maybe I’m idk I’m trying my best to function but mom is just weak bc him
And I was freezing in fear at first then cried out very loud bc I can’t hold it anymore
and he seems to calmed down, or not idk I just know that the voice is quieter but Idk I was shivering and crying and actually I wanna jump put of the car and runaway but my dog is there and I don’t want to abandon my dog with this guy or mom who does nothing at the moment
and I fear of death at the moment I fear that he’ll just get us in car accident and we all will die just because all these stupid reasons he said
But Idk when arrived home I ran with my dog to the storage room upstairs and mom just tell me to wait and come talk with father…? I mean wtf he’d kill me!! he almost killed us!!!!
I yelled back to her that I can go live with grandma!!
And then yeah idk I locked myself up and I think father needs therapy asap or I’ll never be able to be healthy again bc he’ll always take me back to square one
So I talked to mom, but yeah….I thought we understand the point……
I convinced her he shouldn’t be mad at anything like this at all and have to stop focus on me and expect me to focus on him and please him (&bc rn I’m teaching myself to stop people pleasing as well…but I didn’t tell her this I can handle my own improvement journey)
I asked my mom I need to be alone for a while to adjust my thoughts and it just basically means please don’t let him near me for a while and she said back”it seems to have to be like that”
Yet, he came to my room while I’m doing laundry and trying to find solutions for this situation
I just have a glance and he mumbled smth like “come..” and gesture like he’s gonna hug me
but my scared ass can’t, I can’t anymore so I mumbled back like “no…no..no” and went to my room and cry and after make sure he’s gone I came out to do laundry…
Mom came to me and after I asked she said they didn’t talk yet he just do it by his own
(the context is mom has done this kind of thing once, which is when I say I can’t I don’t want to talk to him and at some point she’ll just drag me to apologize and talk to him and trust me it’s all about trivial stuff)
The thing is I don’t think he came to say sorry I think he just come to make it sounds good enough to admit it’s all my fault as always and he’ll do it again I’m sure
I texted mom and ask her if she gonna take dad to therapy or else I have to find other ways bc I can’t trust him like before anymore, I don’t think I want to sit in the car he drives and I don’t want to talk to him( bc apparently I’m back in this state where I can’t feel safe living and wanna die)
Mom sent me the application deadline for university and tell me to go
I read and confused then cried, like wtf?? why now??? we’re trying to make dad go to therapy and I have to start over my therapy and mom just think sending me away in whatever state I’m rn is the best choice? So I called her talk to her and start crying uncontrollably
So mom came to talk to me second time, this time she look pissed somehow idk
Turned out, she never actually listen to me, I was talking with a wall all along this time
You see, I always told her what am I intended to do, what am I studying, when I have bad feelings
But I don’t think I have to tell her everything like step by step of what I do
I just think it’s my thing, I’m getting myself tgt and she’s busy af bc dad don’t work much
and I was like it’s ok she trust me and respect me that I’ll be able to manage this study and I’ll ask for her help when I’m stuck
But she just basically say “I don’t know if that career you’re aiming for is stable and I think this is better” but what about my opinion??? I told her like thousands times that I want to do this and I showed her the possible works, events and stuff like manufacturing and the payment and oh Idk what else should I do, should I just have to work and study in front of her??
And the thing is, she mentioned it now! like not when I’m in best state to decide anything big at all
Omg I just wanna die you know these days I just want to sleep and fxxxing die or I just want to kms with that big kitchen knife and leave a letter saying it’s all all his fault and as ghost I really wanna see if he’ll go to therapy ughhhh
So, I blurted out everything yk I do really think I will die soon and even I didn’t tell her that, what came out of me at that time is really really negative ways to see things but to admit it, it’s what I was feeling deep down like
“I don’t think he love me, he hate me so much he have to find something to insult me and he never respect me as human being I feel like I’m his extension, his dog or anything but my own self and I admit i lose my motivation I’m still here bc I love my dog sm and he’s so velcro he literally can’t live without me and I don’t think I can’t go study like this, you think I just go somewhere else and wow I just magically be happy even the problem is still there unsolved? etc. etc.”
yk I know I was the harshest I’ve ever speak to mom but it’s so so clear that man want everything orbit around him
Like, he once told me to leave ‘his’ house to live with grandma bc I just went silent at him bc he’s so so stupid yelling me at trivial stuff as always and do I have any right to be angry???no???
I didn’t even yell and even try to not cry not showing my face to him so he just feel better not seeing my ugly face why is it so hard why it’s always my fault even I choose silence????
And yes, at that time I went to grandma’s and stay there, quite happily I mean I feel much much better (unfortunately for now I can’t go bc they’re taking care of another grandma who has Alzheimer and very stressful I don’t want to bring anymore stress to them)
But one day dad just call in to my uncle and grandma to tell them how sly I am(???)
like, “She never actually into studying why pretend like she’s now such a pretentious”
I mean I was shook yk, I thought he’d never ever ever do this, not to my grandma
what was he thinking? he thought grandma’d hate me so she send me back??? it’s so sick…
so yeah this is a support story why it’s so hard to trust him but oh dw grandma and everyone just go “damn, this guy is sick…” and not believe any bullshit he said to me
I’m still locked myself up to escape him and yeah I admit that I’m escaping reality and I sometimes go out walking my dog to the park and just that…
I don’t eat much and my nightmares start to come back and I actually lost most of the things I’ve been trying to build yk for example, trust and confidence
Another point is that my dog is almost like, sleep when I sleep and get up when I do and I'm very worried about him bc I'm very messed up rn and I don't want him to get sick
I’d choose death if my dog isn’t here and I don’t know what to do next please give me some suggestions

I joined a company 85 days ago. I got an offer from another company[better salary]. I want to resign immediately. My job doesn't involve work/projects that require handover. Helena herself sat in a soft guest chair, grey and white the cushioning, while the Maester sat in his own high-backed, almost regal one in the same colours. Either way as he sat there watching her, she could not help but find him somewhat boring. Albrecht was a smart man, and with his white hair tied up in a small pony behind his head, she thought perhaps he meant to be contemporary. The Maester’s quarters of Lion’s Hearth were fashioned on only the styling that wealth could afford; a blending of exploration themes and more trade elements, it was a shame the man who occupied them had forgotten this. Instead he was forced to drudge around a ladder with a rail and climb up and down each time.

Into the library came Desmera Lannister, Lady of Lannisport, ina gown the colour of liquid gold. With her a small troupe of younger lute players, lyre boys, and even a harpstress. Her eyes curving into a smile as she approach, her golden hair tumbling down her shoulders with streaks of silver.
“The guardsmen told me you were complaining about sore knees good Albrecht, and so I brought some helpers for you.”
The old man gave her a smile, he had always liked the Lady, now she was just flaunting her ability to hear every word said in the keep.

Title's a little stupid. Didn't know how else to phrase it. Lol. I'll do my best to keep this short and sweet, stick to the details, but this will be long. Don't know what's actually important to the question/title but feel free to ask if things aren't clear.
So last year my mom contacts and tells me that she, my autistic brother, and elderly grandma are moving out of my late grandpa's home due to it "stressing her out" and she didn't want to board it up and abandon it. And offered it to me. Take care of the house, land, and pay a fraction of the bills I'm paying for my apartment. Heck yeah why not! Also our relationship has been rocky so this was a chance for us to fix it.
This is where some would ask, what was wrong? Through my rose tinted glasses at the time, not much. I was a mama's boy really. But I started to go through a change and we got into an argument over the phone prior to her asking me to move down here. If I remember correctly, I was the type to ask my mom for advice about everything. So we'd talk at least once a week. But it had gotten to point where she couldn't give me advice anymore, not bad advice. Just advice that didn't help. and also I started not to like our conversations anymore. Again forgot why, simply felt like they weren't doing me good. so I started to withdraw from here. And the argument was like I need to figure how to do things without you cause your not helping me anymore I need to figure it out on my own type. But a tad more emotional.
So about 2-3wks later she offers the house. Again rose tinted glasses didn't think about it at the time. So I go for it. And the plan was to move at the end of the summer. But me being anxious and impulsive, I asked her if it was OK I move at the beginning. She encourages me. Now the house is in the western suburb of Illinois. Meaning you need a car to do anything. Which I didn't have. It was during this conversation where I swear my mother states that she'll allow me to have her car here at grandpa's house so I can use it. I'll be on the insurance, help out with the maintenance, and drop it off when she needs it. It'll help me save up for one, and on top of that she offered to buy me my own car, but I didn't take her seriously and even stated it.
So I move at the end of May. 2 weeks before I move she calls me to tell me that her and my grandmas new living situations are in limbo. Grandmas insurance hasn't kicked in yet, and basically my mom has to pay more money in order to get the house she wants. So we'll be living together for awhile. I assume no more than 2 months. Boy was I wrong.
Another thing I should mention is me and my mom are two peas in a pod. Damn near think and act alike. Just different genders, with different beliefs, born in two different times and different ways of going about things. So I knew if we lived with each other for too long, it's not gonna end well. And I was right. I just wish I articulated It better then.
So I moved and unloaded. Got as settled as someone sleeping on a couch, living with 3 extra people for an indefinite future, could get.
So to keep this short, from may 29th to mid December, I lived with my mom and brother. Grandpa's place went through after a month. Mom had to pay more money on top of what she had to pay. Took her time to debate that, she could afford it she was just debating if she wanted to, and she decided yes. But a week later she finds out she needs to pay more on top of the more. Again, she could afford it, but she debated again for a long while till she decided no. Then out of all the finished places in built communities, she chooses a newly building one. So to clarify timeliness, She decided again the house mid July. She acquired the newly building house in September. So it didn't get finished till December.
So for 6-6 1/2 months I lived with my mom. First month was OK. Good actually. But then the arguments started. Began small, till it got to the point where I yelled at my mom for 1st time in my entire life. All the arguments were the same. She would mis some. Mis-understood, mis-interpret, mis-communicate. Hell even got mad at me for overly communicating. But she would do one or all these and me being overly emotional I be the more angry one. Then I would not talk to her for a day or two, then come to her. Explain my feelings and why I acted like that. Hoping she would recognize that she is either unintentionally triggering me and crossing a boundary which would start literally all over again. The one that culminated into me yelling at her.. as I was leaving to pick up legal medicals, she calls me and instead just asking me to buy cleaning materials to cleaning up the toilet, cause I tore it up. Lol she kinda danced around it like "hey could get cleaning stuff" for what? "To clean the toilet" no I don't wanna spend my money on cleaning stuff "well you left it pretty dirty and it needs to be cleaned" OK, just say that then..... she says something else, but I'm trying to explain to her that I have stuff all she needed to do was ask me clean it, but she cuts me off like a child. "Okaayy okaayy fiiine" so I literally pulled the car bar into the driveway, literally ran back into the house and screamed to the top of my lungs. I admit this was dumb, but again emotional. And what does this woman do? Smiles half way through my rant, as I finished, begins laughing and then starts Tearing into me. Not about me Tearing into my mother. Not about the subject. Can't even remember what. Can simply tell you her rant was dumber. So I'm in my feelings cause I'm hurt. Not only did I just yell at my mom. I felt ridiculed and unheard. Then sometime later she makes fun of the situation. I'm visibly hurting. So I write a quick letter on my emotions and read it to her. Again. Ridicules me.
Now 2 things happened after this. 1st, I got into an accident in her car. I was not at fault, so I filed the claim through guys insurance. Mind you during this entire process she did not once couch me or tell me how to go about this. Should I have asked? Possibly, but I think it should've been evident especially how I'm going about it at the moment, but I thought I was doing everything right. So a month and a half later the insurance company cancels the claim. And me being in a depressive state of mind and didn't have the energy to go through that suing process, I. Me. I'm the person who decided to bite the bullet to pay her back to fix her car. Never once did she suggest, hint, nor mention i needed to do that. But after tha 1st payment we have a conversation due to her misunderstanding and now I'm finding out she got a bad memory. Remember when I said in the beginning ish, that she let me keep her car at grandpa's house when she leaves... completely forgets that part. Doesn't forget the buying me a car part though. Mind you now this is 3rd time she's said she would buy me a car. But back to point, she also tells me that she intends on suing the guy to get the money to fix her car. Whatever money I've given her up to that point she has no intention on paying me back. Didn't outright say it, but she might as well have. Sometime later she buys me my car. And I do want to be clear I am appreciative of her for doing that for me, she absolutely didn't need to regardless of the situation of my city life. But I need to be clear on something. Not once. Did she ever say I need to pay her back. Never mentioned. Never suggested. Nor hinted. (Is there some type of unspoken rule on this stuff that I'm Unaware about?)
So It dawned on me that the original arrangement made no sense and I did not like it, so I felt out of moral obligation I need to pay her back for the car. So I switched the payments without telling her. Didn't think it mattered truthfully.
But then I started to lose hours at my job... do to me losing em willingly. Had a hard time not finding the work I wanted in this new state and when I did it was like my resume meant nothing. So I told my mom, via text, that my hours were cut and I'm going to struggle a bit and need to cut her payments down by half. She wanted to have a person talk but I was like naw. So a little time passed, a gave her a payment. And she contacts me asking for the rest.. a discussion happens. She believes that this is a landlord tenant situation and that I need to pay her in full and struggle. I'm like naw, this was never a landlord situation to begin with and the only why I assume she thinks that is due to the rental agreement I ASKED HER TO SIGN in order for me to get food stamps and so paying her back can be somewhat legit. And the only reason why she's getting money is because I decided that and if I wanted I could cancel it all together. She didn't like that. Like I said, 2 peas. Just simply believe we love our control. Lol so that's the last we speak(texted. After she moved out all this has been through texting) Back in April, she tells me Grandma wants to move back in the house. And her and my brother and moving back in to help her. Now grandma moving in I do understand that. Other 2. Nope. Especially mom. She straight up said this house stressed her out. And she is right. I've only been here for a year and I'm stressed. Basement has cracks in the walls, doors, and beyond water damage to the windows(wood/stuff holding the windows) so the basement full on floods. Really bad pipes. Like corroded on top of corroded pipes. Structure is failing. Slowly but surely. And to top it off, mom redid the bathroom, and the contractors half assed it. Not going to go into that. Just wow. And she lives literally not even 10min from here. So I ask questions. Literally only 1 was answered, why is you and my brother moving back. Any other question was silence. Like after I asked the initial questions I asked what I am supposed to do? She says"well I have several suggestions, but your going to do you anyway" now correct me if I'm wrong, wasn't the initial ask, meant I wanted to hear those suggestions? Or should I have actually asked again? Cause I took that as a oh she want me out without saying it.
So I'm obviously pissed. Uprooted and moved for literally nothing. Didn't do crap out here cause I spent 6+months being depressed due to living with this woman, spent months getting out to just about to, to tell me oh we moving back.
And the icing on the cake. She asked me if I could move out sooner. So she can fix stuff. I said with what money? I need the money I've given you back and I'll start that back up when I get situated. No reply. So I asked if she is using or saving it. Once again, "if this was a landlord situation you wouldn't be asking yo landlord what they do with the money. And it doesn't matter so I don't wanna argue" Last message I sent to her was basically reiterating that this ain't that. Haven't really spoken to her since. Don't want to really.
If you managed to read all this I'm sorry for it being long and thank you for "hearing" me out regardless of your opinion. I'm not doing a tldr cause I would've just did that to begin with instead of all this. I know some parts were vague, unclear, possibly incohesive in some areas. Lol feel free to ask and I'll clear things up.

I’m a first generation, top 10% of my class and I scored an 82 on the ASVAB, which everyone tells me is a great score especially for someone who lives in Las Vegas. Anyways, I’m considering joining the Navy because I feel like I need a challenge in a life, a sense of belonging, and I’m not sure if I can afford college in this day and age. I’ve only met with the Marine and Navy recruiters but in the end I qualify for basically any job I want, except something nuclear for the Marines, however for the Navy they said I will probably qualify for their nuclear program and it’s interesting, I like math and science, never gotten anything below a B in those subjects and maybe I’ll be a good fit? The pay that they advertise is pretty good and I don’t mind schooling. But ever since I could remember I’ve wanted to do something in the medical field, and I know for the Navy that would be becoming a hospital corpsman. I’ve always wanted to become a nurse, getting my BSN and I know the navy has a program precisely for this. But I also know I can be in one program and go to college for a completely different thing like nursing. Now my question is, is it really worth it? Does anyone know the pros and cons? (Apart from the obvious ones) Any advice you guys can give me? Anyone a hospital corpsman or former? Or someone who went to through the nuclear program and knows the demand and responsibilities? Now waiting for psychiatric doctor to “sign off.” Then, per DDS manager: “We’ll be done.” She said another week or two for psychiatric Dr. to sign off. I had an excellent, amazing experience with a SSA psychiatric examination on May 5th and said examiner spoke to me well over an hour and told me at the end I should be awarded benefits, will confirm diagnoses, and if denied to appeal. My psychiatric provider also wrote a detailed statement letter. He has been my provider for 4 years. I have been seen by a psych doctor since I was 11. I am 36.
I have PTSD, panic disorder with agoraphobia, bipolar disorder, chronic generalized anxiety disorder. My symptoms are so bad. I do not leave my home, practice hygiene, socialize, feed myself, care for myself. I hallucinate as well as have night terrors among other vying symptoms fluctuating from highly to extremely highly disabling.

I’m tired of awful notes written about me. I’m prescribed adderal, Xanax, and buprenorphine. Fluoxetine for depression. They have me on a controlled substance contract. They don’t have everyone one it but told me they do. Buprenorphine doesn’t help with pain very much and is gross. I got off one of two full benzodiazepines prescriptions PRESCRIBED to me (I was on clonazepam and Xanax 60 a month clonazepam and 120 alprazolam) by my old dr in hopes of be given something more efficient for pain. I was told if I got off on of them we could talk about hydrocodone or oxycodone for my debilitating pain that won’t go away. Now new dr is trying to back petal. Get me off buprenorphine completely and Xanax as well eventually even though I have very bad panic attacks and that is what helps me most to be around people. I’ve had a very rough last year and just feel like I’m being fed lies. Never had cps at my place until this drs office and I’ve never abused my kids or neglected them. I got off one of my benzos not expecting they want me off both I won’t be able to function normal I am a nut case with anxiety without it and nothing else helps me. This dr is the particular dr who lied to me. The one who is seeing me now. Someone help I am in Idaho. I so wish I was a normal person with no pain no mental health issues but that wasn’t how my life ended up at least I seek end for it in some kinda way.
