So I’m working on a comprehensive, chronological, X-Men reading list from the Claremont Era, 1975-1991. Uncanny, New Mutants, X-Factor, all the relevant limited series, crossovers, and guest appearances.
Naturally, one would think that Excalibur would be a shoe-in. 3/5ths of the cast are X-Men, Captain Britain’s sister is an X-Man. It’s written by Chris Claremont. Of course you’d include it. Heck, just say it. “X-Calibur”
But the more I look at how the various X-Books tie into each other, the more I realize that Excalibur… doesn’t. The team gets dragged into Inferno without ever encountering any of the other mutant teams involved in the storyline with the exception of Kitty Pryde having a brief conversation with the New Mutants in the aftermath and that it for Excalibur’s connection to the greater X-Men storyline.
From 1988 to 1991 there’s a lot of turmoil in the X-Men world. The X-Men are believed to be dead, Excalibur forms in the aftermath, X-Factor is doing their thing, the New Mutants are running around. But they all come together again in the Muir Island Saga and Claremont’s run ends with Xavier reuniting the teams under one mansion again.
Except for Excalibur, who somehow miss the cataclysmic event happening in their own backyard and don’t even find out that the X-Men are actually still alive until it’s all over.
Of the first 40 issues of Excalibur, exactly three of them are even remotely related to the X-Men. No X-Men, not even Wolverine, guest-appear in the book and, if I’m not mistaken, the only time anybody from Excalibur ever appears in an X-Book during this time is when Rachel finally meets Jean Grey in Days of Future Present.
So, for the same reason I’m not including the Champions or Defenders just because Iceman and Angel were on the team… I’m kinda thinking that Excalibur should get the cut.
Arguments for dropping Excalibur: Their stories are pretty disconnected from the X-Men world. By and large, Excalibur doesn’t deal with Sentinels or Apocalypse or Mr. Sinister or even really mutant prejudice. Their primary stories are a continuation of the world built up in the previous Captain Britain runs.
Arguments for keeping Excalibur: Shadowcat, Nightcrawler, and Phoenix are pretty quintessential X-characters and Captain Britain and Meggan are at worst X-Adjacent. It’s written by Chris Claremont, and if I decide to continue working on this reading list past 1991, Excalibur will eventually become more ingrained with the X-Men universe.
Thoughts?

This is my first thought after DFV posted his portfolio, but the big 'unknown' is his cash isn't enough to exercise all 120k options. 230milion dollar gap is quite large.
and finally find some people provided some 'evidence' (or guessing LOL), link is at the end of the post.
main reason:

1. from his video, it's clear the plan needs the price 'just up'. if he sold (some of) the call options, it will dragging down share price, which might ruin the plan.
   
2. 45M newly issued shares is specifically for his plan. so he will have 17M shares and still under 5% threadshold. that is, he has flexibility to do things based on his own schedule.
   
3. technically speaking, he can exercise shares even if stock price is less than $20 dollars. which means, there's NO dependency on the market condition. as long as his cash is enough to exercise all the options, this plan will work. so he will have full control.
   
4. in the very first video, he is trying to tell us 'I will do it myself' or something like that. that is, his plan has ZERO dependency on GME situation(profit, loss, dividend or anything), zero dependency on market (manipulation).
   
5. DRS symbol showed so many times in his videoes, it's clearly that's one crucial step in his plan. But if he DRSed his shares, he won't able to trade, so this is likely to be the last step.
   
6. this plan is CRAZY, and his videoes clearly told us this ：-）

I gave it a great deal of thought and I don't know. However, some of them you have to see as puns for them to make sense (like Run lol a Run) but they do make sense this way if you watch going forward from the play forward meme (instead of reverse).
Example: Braveheart = the calls are going to be executed. Batman = the CAT is up while RK plays the riddler (Paul Dano was the Riddler and RK in Dumb money, also the upside down alien head). The ATM "People could leave when the ATM happens but RK and these memes are crazy and someone is calling." Mr. Robot = When your friend sends you a message light it on fire (spread the word). It all really kinda fits what's happening, watching forward order with the puns. I think Aladdin is probably when he jumps to DRS but not sure about the clocks. There's a lot of deliberate misdirection and it may be a red herring.

The Road to Omaha... there's nothing like it, if you ask me. As someone who grew up not too far from Omaha itself, the College World Series is a very fun time for all. But, to get there you must win in the Super Regional round. We began with 64 teams in 16 locations - we're now down to 16 teams in 8 locations. Let's see who made it out alive.
Knoxville and Greenville
The first section has two well known Southern college towns and two very good baseball teams hosting this past weekend. Now... Show me who escaped from Knoxville!
#1 Tennessee
Why do I hear Rocky Top? Oh god no... that song is going to be so gotdamn annoying. But there's a good reason for that - the Vols are a machine.
Tennessee as Brian Cage - Why Not?
They do everything well. On offense, it begins with 2nd baseman Christian Moore. He's one of the best players in the nation and the stats show it - a .382 batting average, a .789 slugging percentage, a beastly 1.236 OPS, 28 homers and 63 RBI's. The others on there aren't slouches either, it's just that Christian stirs the drink. Then, you have their ace on the mound in AJ Causey. He went 10-3 on the season with a 4.10 ERA (High ERA's are common in the college game, so don't be shocked) and 100 K's on the season.
As the machine they are, they blazed through their regional rather painlessly with wins over Northern Kentucky, Indiana and Southern Mississippi in rather simplistic fashion. It'll be up to the winner in Greenville to see if they can stop this monster. Now, show me who is the unlucky victim!
Evansville
Well, this is a nice surprise. You DO have a purple team coming out of here, but it's not the purple team you thought it was. It also speaks to the power of a team being molten lava hot in the postseason.
Brimstone and Fire intensifies!
The Purple Aces came in on a tear, blazing through the Missouri Valley conference tournament by winning four games in a row - which included a win over a highly ranked Indiana State team. No one thought that Evansville would do something, but that means ignoring the molten lava hot elephant in the room.
At the plate, the Aces' best man is left fielder Mark Shallenberger. The dude is hitting .383 right now and also has a .696 slugging percentage Heh - funny number is funny, a 1.224 OPS, 24 homers and 45 RBI's. Not bad at all. The Aces also do a good bit of stealing bases as they have two players with double digit steals. On the mound, they don't exactly scare you... but they have an Ace up their sleeve in Kenton Deverman. He went 8-1 on the season with a 4.03 ERA and 77 K's. Not exactly earth shattering, but he did have a breakout moment in the Regional against East Carolina where he went 8 innings and only gave up 3 hits, an earned run and struck out four.
With that win under their belt, the Aces would channel the spirit of old school college baseball with a 17-11 win over VCU. Hey, it was the perfect palate cleanser after the showdown the game before - Wake Forest and their stallion of a pitcher Chase Burns (10-1, 2.46 ERA and a nation leading 184 K's) taking on an angry East Carolina team who saw their ace - Trey Yesavage - make his return from a collapsed lung (Oh, he went 11-1 with a 2.09 ERA and 139 K's).
The Aces would get cooled off by East Carolina who did their best Gas House Gorillas bit in a 19-6 romp. But, it didn't take long for them to regain their form as Shallenberger's three run bomb was enough to give Evansville the 6-5 win yesterday and lead them to the Supers for the first time ever while keeping East Carolina away from Omaha yet again.
Can the Purple Aces stop the machine that is Tennessee? I highly doubt it, but weirder things have happened and there have been 4th seeds in the regional who have made it to Omaha (Oral Roberts says hello) and even won it all.
Tallahassee and Norman
Our next stop is the state capital of Florida. Show me who came out from that regional...
#8 Florida State
Looks like the Seminoles are clearly over the CFP snub and could of had a chance to take their anger out on Alabama... but someone else (Stetson) beat them to the punch.
Either way, Florida State is back to being who they are - good. At the plate, they're lead by James Tibbs
Cue Pumbaa as Florida State saying "They call me Mr. Tibbs"
Tibbs is hitting .377 with a .814 slugging percentage and a beastly 1.305 OPS to go with his 25 homers and 84 RBI's. He's the Player of the Year in the ACC for good reason. On the mound, you have their ace in Jamie Arnold. He went 10-3 with a 2.45 ERA and 134 K's.
The Seminoles took out Stetson to open the regional and then blasted their little brother from Orlando twice to get here. They now await the winner from Norman... so, who came out of there?
UConn
Oh no... another sport you guys are good at? Oh, come on! Isn't it enough that you guys are back-to-back national champions in men's basketball?
NOPE!
UConn has been the bread and butter for the Big East in baseball as of late and they have the pedigree to show it. The Huskies don't have that big show stopper at the plate (but they do have a center fielder in Caleb Shpur who is in the Top 40 nationally in stolen bases with 26) and their best pitcher is average at best (Garrett Coe went 9-5 on the season with a 4.53 ERA and 86 K's). But it is a team effort here.
The Huskies were placed in a very tough regional alongside the hosts (and Big 12 regular season champion) Oklahoma, ACC Tournament champion Duke and Summit League champion Oral Roberts (who went to Omaha last season). They started with a good win over Duke and then beat Oklahoma. The Sooners would get payback in the second Sunday game, but the Huskies were patient enough to take advantage of an Oklahoma mistake to win here.
They have a great chance of pulling the upset here.
Fayetteville and Charlottesville
Two "Villes" for this section of the bracket. Show me who came out of Fayetteville.
Kansas State
Alright... who used the Bill Snyder voodoo magic here?!?

Okay, fair enough. Kansas State hasn't had a ton of success on the diamond, but when they have been successful they the make the most of it. This is their first trip since 2013 - where they made the super regional round and took a game at Oregon State. This team doesn't hit for power (the most homers on the team is 9, which is shared by three different players), but they make it up for being able to use their speed - center fielder Brendan Jones is in the top 15 in stolen bases with 36. The pitchers aren't world beaters either, but it is a team effort.
They opened play by treating Louisiana Tech to an old fashioned ass kicking to the tune of 19-4, an ass kicking that was so bad that Mother Nature herself took pity on the Bulldogs and spared them for a little bit. Then the Wildcats would beat Arkansas 7-6. The manager even said that they might not be able to beat the Razorbacks a second time... well, they didn't get that second time.
SE Missouri State would jump on Arkansas early and stun them. This gave K-State the opening they needed and with a comfortable win over the Redhawks, they're moving on. Now, who will face these stubborn ass cats?
#12 Virginia
You couldn't ask for a better offense then this. The team hits for a combined .336 batting average - 2nd in the nation behind Austin Peay. The team has a combined total of 715 hits - 3rd in the nation behind Wofford and Austin Peay. Oh, and they also score 9.5 runs a game - 3rd in the nation behind Wofford and Austin Peay. They're lead by left fielder Harrison Didawick. He may only hit .302, but he does have 23 homers on the season and 67 RBI's. Their pitching isn't great, but it gets the job done - especially when you can score 9.5 runs a game.
They defeated Penn (#QuakeShow represent!) and Mississippi State twice to get here.
I really like this team to do some big time damage here. It's been fun, K-State, but the Bill Snyder voodoo magic ends here.
Tucson and Chapel Hill
Ooh, cross country trip here. Okay, who escaped the desert?
West Virginia
Oh, no. I thought that Rocky Top was bad enough, but now you have to add in Country Roads?
Cue the Fallout 76 memes...
When the bracket was revealed, Tucson was pretty much considered to be the regional of death and for good reason. Not only did you have the final Pac-12 tournament champions (RIP Pac-12) in Arizona, but you have Dallas Baptist - the Conference USA tournament champions; Grand Canyon - the WAC regular season champions (Curses in Tarleton) and then a pretty good West Virginia team.
The Mountaineers do have talent, though. Their shortstop in J.J. Wetherholt is a stud. He's hitting .356 with a .663 slugging percentage and a nice 1.163 OPS along with 8 homers and 29 RBI's. The pitchers aren't excellent, but they get the job done.
They took advantage of the chaos (CHAOS!) in the regional with wins over Dallas Baptist and two over a damn good Grand Canyon team. Now, what awaits the Mountaineers?
#4 North Carolina
Well, look who's back.
The Tar Heels are a good team. Heck, getting a top four seed means you're really good. At the plate, it begins with center fielder Vance Honeycutt. He's hitting .319 with a .699 slugging percentage (HA! Funny Number is Funny) and a 1.118 OPS to go with his 22 homers and 58 RBI's. On the mound, there's the ace of the team in Matthew Matthijs. He went 12-4 on the year with a 3.81 ERA and 51 K's.
North Carolina did struggle in their opener with Long Island, though. The Sharks actually lead for a good chunk of the game and even threatened to blow it out of the water in the ninth. That's when the Tar Heel resolve showed up - in the bottom of the ninth the Tar Heels scored twice and then... Gavin Gallaher saved the day by bringing home some mustard and some rye bread for it was Walk-Off Grand Salami Time!
The Heels would beat LSU, but those crafty Bayou Bengals found a way to force a Game 7. The Heels would need extras to put them away, but hey... take what you can.
Pretty easy to see who comes out here. It's the Heels.
Lexington and Corvallis
Hey, a town I'm familiar with. But, with have to start in Lexington. Who came out from there?
#2 Kentucky
This is something new for Big Blue Nation. Usually it's the basketball team that gets the headlines here, but hey... it's nice to have something distract them from doomposting about Calipari leaving for Arkansas.
The Wildcats earned the number two overall seed because their body of work is extremely impressive. They have guys who can hit (four players with 1.000+ OPS ratings) and two good pitchers (Mason Moore and Dominic Niman) and they even have a guy who can shut the door in Johnny Hummel (6 saves). Overall, they're really good.
They did have a few issues with Western Michigan to start with, but they won that game. They would go on to beat Illinois and Indiana State in rather straight forward fashion to move on. Now, who gets to try and stop Big Blue Nation?
#15 Oregon State
Living here in the Pacific Northwest, everyone knows about how good Oregon State is. The Beavers are the gold standard of the Pacific Northwest when it comes to college baseball.
For this year's team, it all begins and ends with their star 2nd baseman Travis Bazzana. The Aussie (AUSSIE, AUSSIE, AUSSIE! OI! OI! OI!) is hitting .415 with a .939 slugging percentage and a monster 1.520 OPS to go with his 26 homers and 62 RBI's. On the mound, they have a three headed monster in Jacob Kmatz, Eric Segura and Aiden May. Each pitcher has 6 wins and anywhere from 70-80 K's on the season.
The Beavers rolled over the competition with a win over Tulane and back-to-back wins over UC Irvine (Please keep your Beaver Eater jokes to yourself, thank you very much!).
Call me crazy, but I like Oregon State to pull off the upset here.
Athens and Raleigh
Nice pairing. So, who comes out of Athens?

It's not enough for you bullies to rule over football with an iron fist, is it?
When it comes to these Diamond Dawgs, it's all about 3rd baseman Charlie Condon. This guy is a big time player. He's hitting .443 with a godly 1.043 slugging percentage and a monster OPS of 1.601 to go with his 35 homers and 75 RBI's.
Ladies and Gentlemen... I think you just heard the sounds of MLB scouts having orgasms.
On the mound, the Bulldogs' best guy is Kolton Smith. He went 9-2 on the season with a 4.40 ERA and 94 K's. Not bad at all.
The Bulldogs did have to fight off Army to start with, but they would breeze past UNC Wilmington and arch rival Georgia Tech to move on. So, who is the unlucky chump that has to face Condon in all his glory?
#10 North Carolina State
They say don't turn your back on the Wolf Pack for a good reason, you know...
Cue the NWO Wolfpac Theme
NC State has a good 3rd baseman in Alec Makarewicz. He's not Condon levels of good, but he's not bad either with a .376 batting average, a .724 slugging percentage and a damn good 1.162 OPS to go with his 19 homers and 71 RBI's. They don't have anyone on the mound that scares you, but that's not the focus here.
The Wolf Pack had no issues at home winning against Bryant, South Carolina and James Madison with ease.
But, there is just too much star power here... just too much Condon for NC State to handle.
Clemson and Stillwater
Not exactly cross country, but still a decent distance away. So, did the hosts win at home?
#6 Clemson
Of course they did. It wouldn't be Clemson if they didn't do well on the diamond.
At the plate, they're lead by 3rd baseman Blake Wright. He's hitting .341 with a .664 slugging percentage and a 1.048 OPS to go with 21 homers and 70 RBI's. Not bad at all, man.
Their best pitcher is Aidan Knaak, who went 5-1 on the season with a 2.96 ERA and 97 K's. They also have a shut down closer in Austin Gordon, who has 10 saves.
The Tigers opened with a win over High Point and then took down Coastal Carolina in back-to-back games, ending the career of their manager Gary Gilmore (Dick move, Clemson. Dick Move.)
So, what awaits the Tigers?
Florida
UNICORN ALERT! WE HAVE A UNICORN! I REPEAT, WE HAVE A UNICORN!!
If you haven't heard about him last year, prepare to meet college baseball's answer to Shohei Otani in Jac Caglianone. This guy does double duty as he hits (.415 batting average, .844 slugging percentage, 1.369 OPS, 29 homers, 58 RBI's) and pitches (5-1 with an ERA of 4.35 and 68 K's). Unlike Ohtani, you'll be able to see both sides of this guy.
Florida got in much to the chagrin of many fans (Cue the angry College of Charleston fans right about... NOW!), but they did have the toughest schedule in the nation, which is a by-product of being in the SEC. That battle toughness would come in handy after losing to Oklahoma State in the 1-0 game. The Gators would reel off three straight wins to take the regional and move on.
As much as I like Jac and all, he can't do it by himself. Clemson takes this one easily.
Santa Barbara and College Station
Another sort of cross country trip here. So, who came from the sunny beaches of Santa Barbara?
Oregon
Looks like it's time for a Quack Attack!

For a young program, Oregon has made some strides to really be a good team knowing their neighbors to the north have the pedigree they crave for.
The Ducks don't have anyone that will knock your socks off at the plate and on the mound, they have two pitchers with 80+ K's on the season. All in all, they're good and really, that's all you can ask for.
Oregon opened with a win over San Diego (NOT the Padres) and then won back-to-back games against the hosts in UCSB. Also, none of the wins were big wins - their biggest victory was in the final game where they won 3-0.
So, what's next for the Ducks?
#3 Texas A&M
Did someone say TRADITION?!?

Not now, you putzes! Gah... every time someone says Tradition... oh no.
Cue the rabid Aggies foaming at the mouth and me running for my life
Ahem... Texas A&M is known for one thing.
Tradition?
One other thing... clobbering baseballs like The Thing clobbers mooks or CM Punk clobbering Drew McIntyre on the mic. The Aggies have three 20+ home run hitters in Gavin Gahovac (21 homers), Jace Laviolette (28 homers) and Braden Montgomery (26 homers). This Aggie Hydra leads the batting order while the mound is controlled by Ryan Prager. He has an 8-1 record with a 2.51 ERA and 106 K's on the season.
Texas A&M didn't have to sweat too hard out there with wins over Grambling, Texas (in a moment that made the Corp of Cadets blow their collective load) and UL-Lafayette.
I think they won't have to sweat that hard either against Oregon.

"A job is a job" they say. But I took one in 2008 that blew the logic behind that saying right out of the water. I was hired by Ben Shapiro to be the DJ at his upcoming wedding. I knew he was pretty well off so I expected pretty good pay. Over the phone I asked him what music he was looking for, what his wedding march would be, what he wanted played at the reception afterwards. And he told me to travel light because he had the music selection taken care of. Just bring the speakers and the stereo equipment. That's all.
"Easy enough" I thought to myself. I love it when it only takes me 5 to 10 minutes to load up and just as much time to set up. I arrived at the wedding venue and upon entering I see something that should have set off alarm bells. But I needed that money.
Next to the main archway were two morbidly obese men dressed in nothing but red satin Speedos and juggalo face paint. Both of them are wielding what I can only describe as 24 inch long double dongs. Every time a guest would enter, they would frantically beat each other with the transparent green phallic clubs. Once the guests found their seats, the two men would sit down and make eyes at each other only to repeat the process.
"Hey, I see you made it!" Said a voice from across the room. There stood Mr. Shapiro dressed in a salmon colored tuxedo with a neon green button-up shirt and a cobalt blue business suit tie with a picture of what I can only describe as Jessica rabbit giving birth to a pint of Ben & Jerry's chunky monkey ice cream on Violent J's tummy tum. He smiled at me and I could feel a chill run up my spine.
"I see you brought the equipment! Did you leave your music at home?" He asked expectantly.
I struggled to find the words but eventually speak up: "Y-yes Sir. Every last CD booklet is still sitting in my supply closet. It's just whatever you've got."
He smiles and starts fishing around in his pocket. Pulls out a few paper clips, some old chewing gum, a lambskin condom, and finally he hands me a thumb drive with a picture of Sally acorn blowing Goofy laser etched into it.
"Just pop that in your laptop and when I give you the thumbs up hit play. Don't stop until everything is done. If we go over time, keep playing it. Feel me?"
I just nodded and prepped the equipment.
As the guests started filing in I hear who I guess was the pastor tell the guests to sit down because the ceremony is about to begin. I start looking around the room only to find Mr. Shapiro standing in a doorway adjacent to another room. I figure it's him and his groomsmen. He gives me the thumbs up and I do as he instructed. Press play.
Mr. Shapiro and his groomsmen come into the room and I finally pull my attention away from my equipment and look in that direction. The "priest" was actually a guy in a Chuck E cheese costume wearing a priest collar and a strap-on dildo. He looked happy to see everybody. The archway was made entirely out of chewed gum and barbed wire. Other than Ben, his groomsen were all dressed in neon colored faygo t-shirts and frilly Lolita skirts. For one reason or another his best man was holding what I can only guess was a box of smoked salmon in each hand. Ben pointed in my direction and instructed me to turn up the music.
To call it music would be generous. It was actually what I can only describe as the sound of somebody slowly stirring macaroni and cheese and occasionally coughing. I stared at my speakers in horror and then suddenly everybody stood up in unison. The bride was on her way down the aisle while this abomination blared through my speakers. But, that only held my attention for a second. I finally saw the bride. She was wearing a dress made entirely out of bubble wrap. Through the translucent dress I could see she was also wearing a matching set of fruit Roll-Up edible underwear and Daisy duck crocs.
The awkward ceremony proceeded as any other would have, an exchange of vows, putting on the rings, you may kiss the bride.. yada yada.
After he got done jamming his tongue down this woman's throat he mouths something to her. Years of doing this without protective ear equipment has admittedly damaged my hearing. So I've gotten good at reading lips. "Oh yeah baby, tonight you're going to give me that sandpaper dry ride."
I could only hope nobody else heard what he had to say. But guessing by the looks on a few of the guests faces, they were just as good at reading lips as I was. He then turned his attention back to me. "TRACK 3" he mouthed at me. "Okay." I thought to myself. I mean, this couldn't get any weirder, could it?
I was so so very wrong. And all too familiar robotic voice filled the room and suddenly I realize the actual song playing is "Slim Anus" by ICP. The guests looked horrified, and I decided to break protocol and skip to the next track only to find.. it was the same song.. 347 times over.
About the 30th time the song repeated, I start looking at the guests. Their eyes are glazing over, some of them are crying, children are beating the wedding cake which appeared to be made at entirely out of pureed chicken. People are absolutely losing their shit while Ben stares at them with a smile that says "I'm an absolute fucking gremlin."
I did my best to ignore the song but at the 346th repeat I started snapping myself. I look at the guests and I think to myself "Fuck it. I'll join them." As they screech like rabid gibbons and punch empty air. Some of them were throwing their own feces. At this point, they've absolutely devolved. What I didn't know was that the 347th repeat was coming to an end.
The song stopped and we thought we were free for a moment. I made my way back to my equipment only to realize the next song was starting "tiptoe to my window" as sung by Minnie mouse. I look at my screen, 839 times. Over and over and over again.
I look at this sick bastard and I see that he's opening up wedding presents while the guests aren't looking, somebody gifted him a bowling pin, he promptly dropped his drawers and begins to sit on this thing ever so slowly. I watching horror is it disappears.
Tiptoe to my window is blaring it deafening levels through my speakers and this man.. or at least shapeshifting creature passing itself off as one.. does a little dance to the front of the room in front of all the guests.
He smiles at them and I can see he's drooling a little bit. His eyes are watery. He's biting his lower lip. Getting absolute enjoyment out of this. He drops his drawers once again and proceeds to fart the bowling pin and two live hamsters through a stained glass window.
As he's giving everybody the full goatse, his prolapse gets aimed in my direction, he proceeds to fart a signed check and an 8 lb bag of Chuck E cheese tokens in my direction. They land perfectly on my table.
It's the first time I've ever done a job for free.
I packed up my equipment and left after that and I never looked back, unless you count those times when I wake up screaming at night. Thank you PTSD and night terrors.

Idk if this has been done but I made a rough (and serious emphasis on rough cause I’m not a writer) lineup and plot for the weird duo’s second and third years. I had fun making a cast of first years but hope they don’t steal the show from our weird duo. ALSO I DONT REMEMBER ANYTHING AFTER THE KAMOMEIDAI MATCH, DONT REAM ME OR AT LEAST TAKE ME OUT TO DINNER FIRST
Weird duo’s 2nd year line up OH (Captain): Ennoshita WS (Ace): Tanaka WS: Kinoshita MB: Hinata MB: Tsukishima S: Kageyama L: Nishinoya PS: Yamaguchi, the chosen one, and Junior Manager: Yachi
First years- John libero: Libero (freak athlete like nishinoya but super mature and quiet, kinda short like noya too)
Mr 191 cm: Middle blocker (Sucks at everything besides being tall)
Junior: Setter (I like the dual setter lineup, also he’s rude af and gets whipped into shape by Tanaka, noya, and ennoshita)
The chosen one: opposite hitter (he’s a lefty and hinata and kageyama joke that’s he’s the second coming of ushijima, he’s got a nasty serve but doesn’t communicate or receive well, also WAY smaller than ushijima and gets teased for it by shiratorizawa’s players in a practice match at some point)
Ms 180 cm: manager (Mr 191’s twin and scares yachi when they first meet, she had shorter hair so yachi thought she was male and one of the new players)
Inter high: in the finals karusuno suffer a heart breaking loss against date tech after a close match against jozenji (remember them lol! I liked their school chant so more screen time for them. Also kinoshita gets hurt and treats it as a minor injury, spoiler it isn’t)
Spring tournament: I hate having to injure a character for plot but I’m doing it anyway lmao. Kinoshita suffers a season ending injury during a practice match against shiratorizawa, hinata moves to wing spiker (makes sense since he doesn’t suck at receives anymore and can score more reliably), and narita is moved to middle blocker (insert touching moment with the second years, I imagine daichi and the other alumni are there too and it’s emotional). Rematches against jozenji, seijoh, shiratorizawa, and date tech in the finals, where our crows get the win!
Nationals: I mean we gotta see a rematch with nekoma, kamomeidai (this time Hinata plays the full match) and inarizaki right? Karusuno gets the win against the first two but lose to inarizaki (no more city boys from Tanaka ;~;)
Weird duos 3rd year WS: Yamaguchi WS (ace): Hinata OH: The chosen one, more chosen than ever! MB: Tsukishima MB: Mr 191 cm (he’s 196 now) S (captain, idk if he’s the best choice but I like him with his jersey # being 1): Kageyama Backup S: Junior (no injuries for kageyama but dual setter lineup gets a return!) L: John Libero, a new guardian deity PS: Junior and Junior the 2nd Manager: yachi and ms 180 cm (she grew her hair out after the incident her first year)
First Years Junior the 2nd: Setter (I imagine with how good kageyama is it just makes sense that people want to go to karusuno and be his disciple or something, not related to Junior but I just think the nickname is funny)
John Libero’s brother: Wing spiker (he seems kinda awkward with his movements but he’s a beast like his brother, also he’s taller and likes to rub it in his brothers face)
Hops: middle blocker (uhh he jumps and likes to compete with his senpai, especially the weird duo)
John libero 2 electric boogaloo: Libero (not related to the John Libero family, but like I can’t think of any nicknames, there’s also this bit where he tries to come up with a special move and the third years get flash backs to noya)
Interhigh: I want a match against shiratorizawa and that’s what we’re gonna get, after beating seijoh, karusuno lose a close one against the man, the myth, the bowl… goshiki in the finals he also gets pretty far in nationals cause he’s good… and my favorite first year in the show
Spring tournament: a match against hyakuzawa and his team cause why not (w for karusuno, but also how tall would that mf be now), date tech (another dub, I imagine the iron wall is a little weak after aone and kenji leave), seijoh (dubski, but the rebuild is complete), and of course shiratorizawa for the finals again cause I kept them under the radar for the 2nd year (our crows get the win tho, the chosen one gets the final point on goshiki)
Nationals: since we (or ig me lol) didn’t really see any good first years in the anime during the nationals arc I can see karusuno getting decently far or going all the way, but idk if the exposure from winning it all would mess with the timeskip and the Brazil arc
Thoughts: I think out of all the first years the chosen one stands out the most to me (his nickname was supposed to be a joke but I hope he doesn’t seem too op). And like I said earlier I don’t really remember anything past kamomeidai so I hope I didn’t change the course of the future lol, this was fun for me and I want to see the dumpster battle movie. Also saeko-neesan is the best PEACE!

If you guys remember my story from last week about me losing my power tools privileges. (That didn’t work out well for him) but You won't believe what he did this time.
Me and another apprentice were working on bending and running pipe all morning. The other apprentice has a year of experience more so he was leading the way. We had a difficult bend to do and messed it up so we wasted 8’ of pipe. I guess crack head j man saw this
The journeyman lost his shit over it. Telling us we’re wasting company money and we’re taking the food off other guys plates who work here. And that we shouldn’t be doing this by ourselves (he is the one who set us up). then the lead apprentice started yelling back at him. They were yelling at eachother back and fourth until Mr. Journeyman lost his cool if you didn't think he did already. He takes the apprentice tool bag and dumps it on the ground and starts throwing shit telling him to get out of his sight.

I seem to have come to the conclusion that most Black characters are science based. Either scientists themselves Like Mr. Terrific, Iron Heart, Moon Girl, Blue Marvel, Steel, etc. Or have powers derived from science, like Static, Miles, Cyborg, Bumblebee, any X-Man, John Stewart.
Black people in science is cool I'm not trying to make a statement or anything I just find it a bummer I can't think of many who are magic based. There's Vixen, Brother Voodoo, and Blade. Does Black Panther count? They mostly focus on him doing scifi stuff with mysticism as a backdrop of Wakanda culture. There's gotta be more. I shouldn't be able to count them on one hand, right?

I'm re-reading Erha and now I'm confused about the moment when the flower stopped influencing MR.
When TXJ wakes up inside his 16yo, the flower is already inside his body, right? But even in book one, when MR is still convinced he hates CWN, he's still able to see the little good things his shizun does. For exemple, in chapter 44, when they go to look for holy weapons, MR notices CWN is not wearing gloves the whole time, even if it's super cold, just to keep his protective spell for his disciples. Why is he able to see the good this time around?
Then, in the last chaptee of book 2, when MR meets the masked man, this one says MR can't summon Bugui anymore because his soul is about to change. Why is his soul changing? Is the flower dying or something?
And finally, when CNW dies on book 3, good chunks of text are used to describe how MR heart feels, for exemple Mo Ran felt like his heart was bathed in warm spring water or when he says I didn't have a heart before. I do now and many other foreshadowing phrases like that.
So, I read the fan translation a long time ago and I don't remember if it's explained later, but when exactly was the flower destroyed? If it was in book 3, how come we see the flower leaving his body as a black smoke when they're in the cave and Hua Binan appears? I'm so lost, I can't wait to re-read this part in the official translation!

their first big fight or fall out happens at a ball ..where Lizzie overhears something Darcy says about her...in the show Anthony says something about women kate hears and is immediately prejudiced..and he is certainly proud viscount bridgerton.
Anthony's big family overwhelms Kate like lizzies did Darcy who was also disgusted by them but that's another thing.
In the books Georgina darcys sister and Lizzie forms a really close bond ..we see the germs of that with Eloise or Daphne..I think Eloise cuz they have that converstion about spinsterhood.
Lady Danbury is like lady Catherine who sorta kinda dislikes kate first scene when kate comes in from horse riding disheveled..Danbury thinks kate is too much of a controller and says as much to violet at the races..lady Catherine is equally overtaken by Lizzie Bennett forthrightness and lack of social graces.

Hey there! I’m a 22 year old female in search of a 21+ roleplay partner who’s willing to play a male character. I prefer roleplaying in 3rd person, but am willing to do 1st if you want.
The basic premise for this roleplay is that my character is just an average university student with big dreams of traveling the world. Your character is from a very popular boy band, but we can change some details if you’d like. I’ve been heavily inspired by the movie “The Idea of You” and it’s making me crave some forbidden romance and angst between a nobody and someone famous!!
Here’s a starter so you can get an idea of m y writing style and how I want the story to get along and I can’t wait to see your response!

Amelia was visibly uncomfortable as she stood outside a public restroom dressed up in her best friend’s clothes. The short skirt reached just below her butt, making any movement other than standing still a risky deal to her. She was wearing a simple cropped tank top paired with black boots with her long dirty blonde hair tied up in a high ponytail. Her best friend Elise had somehow managed to convince her into coming to a concert for some famous band that she had little to no interest in, all because it was conveniently taking place at her dream traveling location. Elise came from a very wealthy family and her father had a lot of connections, allowing Elise to get her hands on VIP tickets with backstage passes, and an extra one for her dear friend Amelia as well. Amelia was never one for crowded places, but Elise convinced her that it would be a once in a lifetime experience.
“Gosh, these bathrooms are nasty. Sorry it took so long! Looking like this takes so much effort.” Elise chirped while stepping out of the bathroom.
Amelia rolled her eyes at her best friend. They were complete opposites, yet their friendship worked like magic. “You look great, you always do. Now can we please move away from the stinky bathrooms?”
Elise laughed loudly, grabbing her friend by the wrist and dragging her towards the VIP section. It was a big concert, and VIP tickets meant they had the privilege of standing right in front of the stage. “Look, once you see them on stage and listen to their music, you might fall in love and never be able to get back out. At least, that’s what happened to me. Uhg, I can’t wait to see them backstage!” Elise was overly excited, and it seemed that the crowd surrounding them didn’t bother her at all.
On the other hand, Amelia was just trying not to get trampled over. She wasn’t even that short, standing at 5’6 feet tall, yet it felt like she had to fight for her life with all the people pushing behind her. It got even worse when the show began and the band got on stage. Amelia wanted out, ready to leave the crowd if someone pushed her one more time. But when she listened to the first verse of the lead singer, she stopped in place and her eyes fell on him.
It was like a trance. He probably didn’t even notice her, but she sure did. For the rest of the show, Amelia found herself enjoying their music. She didn’t realize that two hours had already gone by and it was time for them to go backstage. Elise was quick to drag her friend out of the crowd, only to bump into a man in a suit who clearly looked like he was running the place.
“Mr. Howard! It’s so nice to see you!” Elise beamed, striking conversation with the man while Amelia awkwardly stood there. “Oh my gosh, Amelia you should go backstage first, I’ll be right there!” Elise ushered, knowing well that her friend wouldn’t want to stick around for boring conversation while she caught up with her father’s old friend. That was Elise, she was all fun and games, yet she knew how to keep her connections just like her father.
Amelia gave Elise a small appreciative smile as she slid out of the encounter. And that’s how everything led to this current situation of Amelia being lost, struggling to find her way backstage. Her initial nervousness and somewhat excitement to meet the band was replaced with worry when she couldn’t find her way. She was definitely lost, because it didn’t seem like the meet and greet would take place in a dimly lit corridor. “Great. I should’ve just stuck with Elise…” Amelia muttered under her breath as she pulled out her phone to try and call her friend, only to find out that there was no signal. She let out a sigh of defeat, plopping to the ground and resting her head against the wall. Her legs had finally given out from all the standing and being pushed around like a sack of potatoes….
