For example, there's even an official translation of Elden Ring in Thai, which is not expected, usually, it is with Japanese, Chinese, and Korean amongst German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese as the top contenders for localization. But if there was a Filipino localization team for translating Elden Ring into Tagalog, there would be challenges for key terms heavily tied to the lore, how would they convey "Tarnished" in Tagalog (not Taglish) as in coming up with an actual word for it?
For instance, referencing the original Japanese: 褪せ人 ("Nalalabong Tao") & Italian version: "Senzaluce" ("Walang Illaw") they have to change the wordings and be creative with adapting terms for the player in their country to understand it the way its meant to be intended, it to suit their audience while it still communicates a tone equivalent of the English "Tarnished", so in their case it works in their way. To put it, how would you translate "Tarnished" in Tagalog within the context referring to the player?
Erdtree in Japanese is known as 黄金樹 ("Gintong Puno") as it is a portmanteau of 黄金 ("Ginto") and 樹 ("Puno") so that already conveys that it is talking about the Erdtree, the same applies to Miquella's Haligtree (JP: ミケラの聖樹 & IT: "Sacro Albero di Miquella") as the kanji 聖 ("Banal") is used here, in conjunction with 樹, so it'll be coined as 聖樹 ("Banal na Puno") which connotates Haligtree. How would this also be localized into Tagalog while preserving the meaning?
Especially with Melina's line when you first meet her, she states: "I offer you an accord." but that saying connotates an agreement, status, or recognition, so it means that she is seeking, you as the Tarnished under the pretense of completing her objective. How would a Filipino translator localize that line of dialog in Tagalog while also bearing the same meaning?

Side note: in English, this makes for some comedy, as "Accord" is also an existing car type, so there's bound to be memes about this, how are you going to localize that meme in Tagalog while making Filipinos laugh, basically localizing that sense of humor while keeping the joke funny without loosing its meaning, Filipinos should also get that meme when localized.

The same applies to Japanese 黄金律 (lit: "Ginintuang Batas") how are you going to adaptively translate the word "Golden Order" in Tagalog within the confines of Elden Ring lore? The definition: a set of beliefs which is a set of beliefs surrounding the Greater Will*, an outer god who enforces their decisions through a vassal known as the Two Fingers*.

*Two Fingers: they act as a destiny to the demi-gods, a path which they must take. They are the main manfestation of the greater will in the game other than Elden Beast. (How are you going to translate this word in Tagalog? - Remember, not literally! Instead an adaptive translation.)
*Also, how are you going to translate "greater will" in Tagalog in this context? as it connotates a deeper definition than a general one. The 'greater will' is what ruled the Lands Between prior to the 'shattering'
*The lands between is that it's connected between all lands, as the name suggests.
*Shattering - a term that is defined as the war between demigods and the smashing of the Elden ring.

A Filipino translator will need to play the game first in Japanese or English to fully understand the lore and content, other specific terms like "shattering" & "the Lands Between" may stump Filipino translators at first if localizing it for the Filipino player base, as they have to be creative when conveying that in Tagalog, as you want positive feedback in return, while the meaning is preserved:

• If the Filipino translator is smart enough to come up with an equivalent for both terms while the Tagalog translation stays faithful to the game's lore and theme, then the player base will be very impressed that a Pinoy managed to translate that part during the cutscene accurately while they are reading the Tagalog subtitles, as Elden Ring only has English dub.
• If a Filipino translator went out of their way to adaptively translate the names of spells, weapons, talismans, and boss remembrances (along with their descriptions and special effects) the reaction from the Pinoy player base would be like: "Wow! Ang galing ng pagsasalin! Paano nila nagawang isalin ang lahat ng iyon nang tumpak sa Tagalog?"

Also, when it comes to translating the UI of the game itself, how will Filipino translators adaptively localize the names of bosses, locations & regions, weapons, spells, etc.? Including the attributes and stats attached to your character:

How would you adaptively (not literally) translate the names of locations and areas within Elden Ring into Tagalog (not Taglish) while giving Filipino players a 'that's awesome' vibe by reading the name of where they are, their reaction is along the lines of "The name perfectly matches where I am" You want to impress them based on how it is translated, not disappoint them.

As you can see, a Filipino translator will have to not only speak Tagalog at a native level, would also need extensive knowledge of the fantasy genre in general, like playing other RPGs or Souls-like titles to have a full understanding of the types of jargon they use, eg. HP, FP / Mana, Stamina. I mean, translators of other languages can localize Elden Ring, like German or Thai for example, they have their localization team that can adaptively translate the game. So, a Filipino translator will have to be creative with their wordings upon localizing Elden Ring into Tagalog.
A Filipino who would translate the game into Tagalog would have to be very well versed in fantasy, as Elden Ring is heavily dependent on this theme, the translator will need to localize the words into Tagalog while connotating a fantastical and "Lord of the Rings" vibe that also brings intrigue to Filipino players the same way how Harry Potter hooked fans of Non-English speaking backgrounds, and it was a massive hit globally, as translators have to be creative upon localizing the books into their respective languages while they still preserve their meanings.
The result should be like this:

• The overall Tagalog text for names of locations, spells, weapons & etc. should be concise so that it won't tire Filipino players who are reading it, the subtitles should also be consistent with the dialog spoken, as their wordings perfectly reflect and connotate what is being said in English. (It's the only dub available.)
• "The translation is impressive! It's so good as if Bandi Namco or From Software themselves hired a Filipino team to localize Elden Ring, seriously! The Tagalog text is translated perfectly, and the meanings match! The names of everything in the game flow super well! I don't know how in the hell they have to come up with unique wordings, but it fits!"

Friday:
Showed up like 2 hours before Greta closed. I cut the line as usual. Funnily these two 10s (blonde and brunette) approached me to cut the line and then I flirted with them both, joked about how I basically did the same thing and how we're exactly the same 😏. Talked seductively with the brunette. They're loving my vibe. They gave me an alco cooler but I gave it to some other dudes who were nearby and started hyping him up when he was shot gunning. Those dudes were then hitting on them, but I paid 0 attention to them and brunette opened me again and then we went into the bar, I threw in a flying kiss to the brunette who kept eying me and left them. They were on their way to meet their friends.
Later, opened this pinoy chick who was by herself, she was like a 7 in looks. Her friends seem to have ditched her but this girl is like a replica of that Ukrainian chick 2 weeks ago. This time I left her the moment she didn't respond to my lead. It's funny tho since they are dtg to diff spots of the bar and the dance floor but they stay put there like a rock afterwards. Girl kept eying me after I left her to talk to some groups of chicks. I wished her a complimentary bye at the end of the night.
Opened this one good looking black chick and her okay looking friend- I whispered smth seductive in both their ears hinting at a threesome. Black chick was pretty DTF, but her friend was not liking my vibe and ended up being a cockblock. YET THEY still trying to close the gap with me at the dance floor. I tried dancing again but the bitch keeps on bitching. 🤷🏽‍♂ They were playing hard at the end of the night- just ignored them completely.
I met the blonde and brunette's group from the line now. Brunette went home early. I tried being friendly with him but I'm not gonna be a doormat. He tried to later cockblock me at the dance floor by blocking my view from the girls. Couldn't pull because I thought the blonde was already talking to another male friend she seemed obsessed about. But later she kept reopening me so many times (even at the dance floor) saying "I love so much" when I barely gave her any attention lol. She's still liking all my ig posts and stories lol.
My new wingman Decentralized joined and we had a fun time talking to girls outside the club and I tried pulling another blonde but she was living very far. Group of black dudes were hitting on her and her friends, but I kept persisting and basically AMOGed those dudes and we are at the donair shop now, but settled for their IG because they lived far and were a tad bit drunk for my taste. Showed up like 45 min before O'Byrne's closed. Lot of quick interactions with women. Only reason I'm not rusty is because I've been approaching a min. of one girl since the last 50 days. Highlights were this one set with a blonde (10) and a brunette (8) - the blonde stole my cheap shades lol and the brunette seemed more interested in me, but couldn't pull. I didn't spend enough time with them to form any solid connection. Another set - where I knew this girl but she keeps playing around when I try to make solid plans to meet, she introduced her friend but I kept breaking rapport with both of them. They actually loved it but I left the set to talk to more attractive girls. That girl seems to be a bit flaky and I feel like she's a time sink. Until she hits me up on socials, I'm not gonna waste any time pursuing this girl who I tried since last August.
Third set was after the bar closed- two girls (blonde 9, brunette 8). They were down to go to a After hours club but I tried to test how compliant they were by first going to the donair place nearby to share food. I was hungry. Blonde was down but her friend who's the mom of the group and also a single mom was hesitant. By that point, I knew they were trying to just make me pay for our Uber to the afterhours venue. They also said they don't have ig when I tried to ig close them. Why would these girls still stay in set talking to me when they were rejecting guys who hit on them while we're in set? I am a Filipino, and this inquiry comes from a place of genuine curiosity. Why is Filipino humor often structured to point out an obvious punchline? In regular conversation, jokes are often said with an exaggerated tone, ended with "JOKE!" or "CHAR!". Local media and online content are riddled with sound effects and glaring edits to highlight obvious jokes.
Pinoys are great at humor, but I do not understand the practice of pointing out every punchline. Personally, I feel that it detracts from the joke. Sometimes it is done to the point of needlessly pandering to the audience, as if assuming we are not smart enough to understand what jokes are. It's like someone telling you a joke and explaining why it is funny.
I understand that humor is subjective, but I am genuinely wondering why this structure of humor came to be and how has it persisted for long. I do not mean to offend anyone with my question. My inquiry comes from the perspective of understanding a unique behavioral and linguistic pattern in Pinoy culture.

Solid chemistry ni Romano/J-King. Call and response style sa pagspit ng bara. Ganda ng delivery nila parehas as usual. Base sa pagkakaalala ko mas marami silang punchline. Pansin din base sa pinakita nila na sabay sila nagsulat at nagpraktis talaga. Alam kelan papasok yung isa, alam kelan hihinto yung isa, smooth transition kumbaga.
Si Jdee/SirDeo naman ay pansin din naman na naghanda talaga sila nang sabay, at praktis nang sabay dahil alam nila kelan hihinto, at papasok. Kaya lang overall chemistry nalamangan talaga sila nila Romano/J-King. May mga puncline din sila na trip ko, kaya lang overall mas marami talaga nabitawan sina RomanoxJ-King.
Overall battle impression: Maganda tong laban. Makikita sa body language nung apat na emcees na naghanda sila.

Si Don Pao, majority ng battle ganun pa rin pinakita niyang style, nagpaulan sya ng punchlines. Ang naiba lang sa round 2 ay sinabayan nya ng jokes si Nikki. Naglalanding yung iilan sa mga yun. As usual solid din delivery nya.
Si Nikki naman, parehas pa rin istilo na pinakita niya, jokes at personals. Tinira niya si Don Pao na kamukha raw ni Badang, di ko alam kung may reference itong comparison na to pero yun yung ginawa niya sa R1. Tapos, tinira niya rin ang pagiging from the streets ni Don Pao sa R3. Maganda rin delivery ni Nikki. Sa aspetong ito, nakasabay naman sya.
Sa quality naman ng sulat nung dalawa, para sakin mas mahusay talaga si Don Pao. Ito talaga yung nilamang nya kay Nikki.
Overall battle impression: Maganda yung laban, kaya lang para sakin talaga ang layo ng quality ng sulat nilang dalawa, kaya mas naenjoy ko materyal ni Don Pao.

Si K-ram ganda ng pinakita nya R1 pa lang. Usual K-Ram, bumabanat ng jokes, at mga mga seryosong bara. Nakuha nya R1 para sakin. Kaya lang nagchoke na sya R2 at R3. Nag fresstyle sya ng bahagya sa R3 kaya lang di na talaga sya nakabawi. Sayang.
Si Kamandag overall sakto lang yung sulat nya. Stage presence nya at delivery maganda. Bali nakuha niya yung R2 at R3 dahil nagchoke si K-Ram. Bali sa battle na yun may pahaging din siya kina Lanzeta at Invictus. Tas cline-claim niya na sya manager ni AKT (di ko alam kung totoo).
Overall battle impression: Di ko magets bat may bumoto kay K-ram, bukod sa hindi naman din impressive sulat nya sa R2 at R3, nagchoke pa sya. Baka sa video magets ko kung bakit pwede rin na K-Ram yun, pero sa live kasi wala ng chance makabawi si K-Ram nun eh. Gets naman na subjective, pero di talaga eh. Anyway, mababa quality ng buong battle dahil sa choke. Tas yung sulat ni Kamandag, sakto lang din naman.

Ganda din ng quality ng sulat nila, halo ng jokes at "bars." Solid materyal nila. Solid stage presence. Solid delivery.
Si Jonas, pinakita niya pagiging beterano nya. Maski dalawa kalaban nya, yung body language nya alam mong di papauga. Naglalanding mga jokes at mga punto nyang tinatawid. Husay ng pagkatha, ganda ng comedic timing. Palag palag din talaga sya sa dalawang to. Ang naging problema ko lang sa kanya, buong R1 ay si Jawz tinira niya, buong R2 ay si Ets. Tas R3 parehas na. Pero may bara sya para ijustify yan, pero para sakin bitin kasi eh. Personal view ko lang, mas ok sakin kung kada round parehas nya binanatan. Ewan kung nagahol sya sa oras kaya ganun, o gusto nya talaga ipasok ung bara nya para ijustify tong ginawa nyang approach.

Ang pinakita ni Target na quality ng sulat dito ay mapapansin na kaya nyang sabayan mga bagong henerasyon na mga emcees. Maganda rin mga punto nyang naitawid, pero may mga iilan na narinig na natin dati, kaya siguro less impact. May mga iilan din na lumalanding naman tulad na lang na ung istilo ni Zend Luke ay isa sya sa mga naunang gumamit. Ang stage presence nya at delivery ay maganda. Malinaw boses, klaro kada syllable. Matatas. Madiin. Ganda ng materyal nya, direkta kay Zend Luke. Para syang hindi huminto sa pagbabattle.
Si Zend Luke naman, usual Zend Luke pinakita nya. Kung nasubaybayan mo sya, alam mo na punto ko. Andun pa rin yung holorhyme nya na iilang lines. Dalawang magkaibang scheme pinakita nya sa holorhyme scheme na yun. Sa delivery naman, makikita kaibahan nila, pang angasan talaga yung kay Target. Siguro sa ganitong aspeto kinulang si Lukas.
Overall battle impression: Mahusay parehas. Preference na lang pero pwede itong battle of the night, depende sa tao. Pukpukan na laban, pero baka di lang majustify ng crowd reaction. Pero nagrereact naman ang crowd paminsan sa kanila, pero mas marami lang kay Zend Luke.

Pinaghandaan ni Sak tong laban na to. Alam ko yan yung una niyong gustong malaman haha Sa R1 punchline heavy yung round nya. Sa R2 nagcater si Sak sa crowd, ang angle na ginamit nya eh yung stereotype ng mga Pinoy sa mga taga middle east. Pag middle eastern, matik bumbay. O in short mukhang Indian. May mga indian jokes sya. Confused si Dizaster nung una, pero biglang bumanat si Sak ng "oh you're not Indian?" Sa R3 naman personals binanat niya kay Diz. Sabi niya imbes na intindihin ni Diz yun anak nya, kung saan saan sya nagpupupunta. Taga USA si Diz, kung finofollow niyo si Diz sa IG, makikita niyo na nasa Lebanon sya recently. Altho yang Lebanon motherland nya yan. Di ko alam exactly inasikaso niya dun. I took all of your advices and learned from my mistakes!
It turned out na hindi pala siya galit sakin. It was just a “supervisor thing” as some say.
I tied my hair up nice and clean kasi yun yung trip niya, and even brought in a paper cutter para mapadali work namin. She appreciated all of the small things.
I was so nervous so tinanong ko yung isang supervisor ko if ano yung trip niya drink. She doesnt like coffee, she likes milktea.
And so, I apologized later on habang may hawak-hawak na tatlong cups ng milktea kasi i couldnt decide kung anong flavor kaya binilan ko nalang siya ng 3 para siya na yung mamili😂 She forgave me naman, and i promised to her na lesson learned na and it will never happen again! It was a healthy concersation.

May nakita akong isang nakakatawang video na inupload ng isang page na para sa mga nakakatawang posts. Although neutral lang ang reaction ko sa nakakatawang videong iyon, napareply ako sa comment section ng isang hindi nakakatawang comment, yung casual lang talaga na walang halong pambabash, yung comment ko doon ay kung ano ang totoong laman ng edited na videong iyon. Tapos may nagreply sa aking admin ng isang remark na ganun daw ako. Una, medyo nagulat ako na medyo nangingining, baka kasi nawrong send lang sa akin yung comment na iyon. Sinakyan ko naman, tapos nagreply na lang ako na hindi ako yung dinidescribe niya sa comment niya. Tapos, nagkaroon na ng maraming reactions ang comment ko. May ibang comments din from other users na kinopya ang original comment ng admin mismo. Kaya, inadjust ko nang kaunti yung humor ng comment ko sa ibang mga uploaded videos doon dahil nakakatawa naman talaga yung mga content niya. So ayun, nagpatuloy yung mga reply sa akin ng ibang mga tao doon sa pinakaunang comment ko sa page na iyon hanggang sa mga oras na ito. Chill lang ako sa mga comments nila. Nakasubscribe pa rin ako doon sa page na iyon. Yung mga bagong comment ko sa ibang video, buti na lang na hindi na nila pinansin, dahil siguro iyon naman talaga ang inaasahan nilang mararamdaman ko dapat sa video o litratong iyon, pero tiniyak ko pa ring hindi siya below-the-belt.
Ayoko sana ito gawing big deal dahil hindi naman ako nag-aalala sa mental health ko, kundi sa ibang tao. Paano kaya kung sa ibang tao nila ginawa iyon? Paano kung anong gagawin ng taong kinumentohan nila ng ganoong mga remarks? Feeling ko nga, pati yung mga mismong fans at admins ng page na iyon, may mental health issues din. At least hindi ito sa 2020-2023 nangyari dahil aminado naman akong naapektuhan din ang mental health ko dahil sa pandemic, pero ngayong taon lang talaga medyo tumibay ulit ang mental health ko dahil tatlong beses akong nagpacounseling noong nakaraang taon dahil may free counseling service ang pinagtatrabahuan ko ngayon. TL;DR: Shy, introverted gay guy (60% masc, 40% fem but really depends on the day) that only recently embraced my fem side to gain more self-esteem and clap back to anyone that tries to bring you down (Homokojic str8s to mean gays ala Regina George throwing shade)
Lately, I’ve been seeing a lot of fem gay posts (e.g. how to be loved and be accepted as a fem gay). I’m (26) somewhat on the other side of the spectrum. I already have a loving boyfriend so this is more of being accepted on a more general social setting (friends, colleagues, etc.)
I used to be on the softer side when I was a kid. But from the bullying I got, I’ve learned to act more masculine and conform to straight-presenting norms.
I outed to friends and family when I was 21-22ish YO. Between my childhood and outing, I was very docile. Very introverted with dry personality and socially inept in some aspects due to my insecurities and low self-esteem. (This is important)
Fem gays to me have always been a bad bitch, bad ass you cannot touch, yass queen werk personality. They have strong personalities and are very charismatic with phenomenal sense of humor. The most accurate pinoy embodiment of this personality style for me would be Vice Ganda.
Now, ever since outing myself, I’ve also learned to adapt to this personality style. From my years on working on the BPO industry and also gaining gay friends online. My socializing skills improved and so did my sense of humor and wittiness to crack jokes, funny observations, etc..
Mind you, I’m still an introvert on the inside but I’ve learned to mask it and essentially masquerade as a loud and proud extroverted fem gay man.
My go to ice breaker is to crack jokes but I most certainly avoid jokes that would bring a person down, only to squeeze humor out of the conversation and an opportunity to delve more into the subject of the talk.
Here’s my problem. My biggest insecurity is being overpowered by a bigger personality (pambabara, lowkey bullying to name a few) especially if I can’t banter with them and feel threatened and bullied. I guess because I don’t want to be reminded of the times I’m being treated as low and weak. If you would psychoanalyze me, it’s me hiding inside a personality style to be accepted and gain the love and attention I barely got during my childhood.
Don’t get me wrong, I definitely enjoy exploring this side of my personality and I get to express myself more genuinely ever since accepting my fem side again.
So my question to the the social butterfly fem gays out there, what is your mantra/inner thought process to not be affected and stand up to homokojic str8s and/or mean gays, Regina George esque gays and clap back to their shade?

4. Invictus vs JDee - 2023 Isabuhay Semis na ginanap sa Day 2 ng Gubat 12. Makikita dito ang patuloy na evolution ng materyal ni Invictus habang patagal nang patagal sa Isabuhay. May mga adjustment siyang ginawa sa kanyang gameplan para mas mag-resonate ang kanyang style sa madla habang hindi lubusang tinatalikuran ang kanyang signature holo. Si JDee naman ay mabangis at napakaagresibo. Kapansin-pansin na curated ang angles at rebuttals niya at talaga namang nayanig din si Invictus. Sa huli, nanaig si Invictus at aminadong deserving din si JDee manalo. Tinuring rin niyang heavy task ang ipagwagi ang Isabuhay alang-alang sa classic battle na 'to na maaring si JDee rin ang nagwagi sa alternate universe.
   
5. Smugglaz vs Charron - One for the books. After 10 years, nagbalik si Charron for another subtitle battle. After 7 years naman, nagcomeback si Smugg sa FlipTop. Malupit ang palitan nila ng mga bara, jokes, at rebuttals. Laughtrip din ang cameo role ni Baby Giant. Nai-co-consider na isa sa pinakamalakas na rebutfal sa kasaysayan ng FlipTop ang mga binitawan dito ni Charron. Props sa kanya para sa mga Pinoy references. Talagang nag-research siya. Syempre, ipinamalas ni Smugglaz ang top-level rap abilities niya. Flow, angles, rebat. Parang hindi nagpahinga sa battle si Smugg. Nakatulong din ang kanyang acting career sa kanyang performance sa battle na 'to. Sobrang classic para sa main event ng Ahon 14 Day 1.
   
6. Zend Luke vs Emar Industriya - Sabi nga ni Anygma, huwag niyo ipanood sa mga bata 'to kasi napakabastos at puro mura. Hindi nagpakita ng mga unpredictable na mga tayutay, kakaibang crowd control, at malupit na flow si Emar. Sa kabilang banda, hindi rin sumabay si Zend Luke sa paggamit ng salawikain, talinghaga, at multis. Napakababang antas ng wika ang ginamit nila para ipamukha na mas magaling sila sa kalaban nila. Hindi natuwa ang crowd noong Ahon 14 Day 2 kasi napakasahol ng mga binitawan nilang mga bara. Talo tayong lahat sa battle na 'to.

Tungkol naman sa special ni Red, most of it, napanood ko na sa isang special nila ni james, gb at vic.
Pero natatawa pa din naman ako.. may jokes lang siyang hindi siya nag-all out, especially yung favorite ko sana about sa papuri sa diyos.. pero gets ko naman kung baket wala yun sa special niya sa netflix (for sure sa live andun yun). Baka kase may backlash sa catholics, especially yung nangyare kay luka..(pero dahil straight naman siya, di naman siya mako-condemn ng mga tao sa internet ahaha). New sets naman for me yung about sa seggs and come-tribute! First time ko malaman yun tbh ahaha
Also, madaming act-out and paglaro ng boses si red ha, especially yung sa mga lola voice ahaha
Lastly, the best yung pa tribute niya sa local standup scene. Solid yun!
Sobrang ganda din ng quality ng recording at audio! Kitang kita mo yung skin ni red sa ganda ng ginamit na camera. Alam mong pang netflix quality talaga ito.
I just hope sa mga bagong audience, ay hindi nila idismiss agad ang palabas ni red! Kase eto yung mga comedy shows na dapat nating ika-proud to be pinoy.. gawang lokal, walang halong halftiess (not that im against them, pero most of them -filforeign are proud pinoys lang when its convenient for them).
Sana lang no, may cameo man lang si andren dun sa show, buti pa si issa nakitang tumatawa ahaha.. baka wakididoo ang mapakita ni andren ahaha
Anyway, congrats red! Excited na ako pkinggan next pod recording niyo! Ahaha

ON THE MAINSTAGE...

Team Jackie Kennedy receives positive critiques from the judges. They, by far, were the best duo of the week. They both brought incredible chemistry to their set, mainly because they presented first, but they got it together and let themselves have fun with it. Jackie was a fantastic presence with all her cheesy puns, but Kennedy's comedic timing and snarky responses were impeccable. Kennedy's runway harkens back to these gorgeous African goddesses, saying she looks like an absolute dream. In contrast, Jackie Cox's runway is excellent, bringing them into her Persian fantasy with her Caribooty.

Team GottCunt receives positive critiques from the judges. Brooke says she was shocked they worked so well together, with their completely different energies bringing something fun to the challenge. They both presented some of the best reception toward winning of the night; their speeches were the most iconic moments, yet their set fell off the rails during the middle. Their segment had incredible starts and ends, making some of the best jokes but stagnating during the middle. Gottmik's Aphrodite Runway makes them fall entirely in love with her, while ØV's Pinoy sun goddess look is absolutely Cünt.

Team CrystObama receives negative critiques from the judges. Brad & The rest of the panel say they were some of the weaker competitors of the week. They didn't do a horrible job at presenting their award, with Obama giving a fantastic speech when she won one of her categories, but it was just the fact that their energies clashed. Obama monopolized every moment, while Crystal barely had any jokes that weren't scripted, and even the scripted ones bored them. Crystal's Valhalla look is incredible, giving them Viking realness, but Obama's Artemis look left them disappointed in her moon goddess.

Nagshare lang ako ng wholesome experience under sa isang comment, may nakaisip pa magcomment ng sexual "joke". I'm not a saint nor innocent, pero di naman lahat ng time sana pwede mag-"joke" ng perverted things. Di lang doon, parang everyday talaga maeexperience mo may nagsasabi ng green jokes. I make jokes that make people genuinely laugh but never used green jokes. Ang "darkest" form of joke ko is self-depreciating jokes na. So, to ask again, bakit green-minded halos lahat ng pinoy?
