I have had a I/O Linc Garage Door Control and Status Kit garage system for quite a while, it’s always worked fine. Last week it stopped, recognizing my commands from my phone. I thought there must be something wrong with the garage door system, and I happen to have a spare. But when I took the spare out into the garage and plugged it into format it, it couldn’t connect to the hub either. Oddly enough, when I push the button to activate the connection on the IO link unit, my app started circling as if it had received a connection. But then it told me that the system couldn’t get a good enough connection. I can’t figure out what could have changed to make the system less able to connect. I took my spare unit downstairs to the room where I have my hub, plugged it in there and I was able to connect fine. Any idea why suddenly my garage is not Able to pick up? I have 220 power in the garage so I can shift which leg of my power line the garage system is connected to which is what I’m going to try today. I was a was approved credit card with Credit One Bank. The credit card was opposed to arrive on May 13 however on May 14 I received a notification that the card was activated through the automated system and it was two fraudulent transactions of $50 at Exxon gas station and another transaction of $12 at Jamaican Queens, New York. I have called Credit One and asked them and now they're refusing to provide details of the person who activated my credit card without my permission and now they're saying that it's gonna take over 60 days for an investigation to complete and they won't release important information so I can make a police report the withheld information about who stole my credit card and who activated it. I have contacted a manager of the fraud department for Credit One and now they're trying to lie and say that I activated a credit card with my credit card was stolen and I don't have access to my credit card number. also, I just got a notification today, Sunday, May 19 that a credit card statement was made and when I go to log into the Credit One app now I cannot see none of my transactions or information regarding the card, which is extremely suspicious and concerning.

Hello y'all, having a problem logging into both the gog.com website and gog Galaxy on my PC. I can log in to GOG on my phone however. Tried all of the troubleshooting tips on the support page but to no avail. Changed password, whitelisted gog, changed DNS etc... keep getting incorrect password error. Any help would be appreciated.

Someone changed my iPhone App Store password, like changed it!!! I tried downloading an app and nope, so I tried logging in and nope, I had to sign out of all devices but the only devices shown that it was logged into was my own devices

This is regarding a fence made by Lowe's / contracted through Lowe's. It was made in 2022. We went through months of anguish working through a contractor that harassed us and made a terrible fence. I have text messages from him where he harassed us. And pictures of the shoddy fence (everything crooked, door on its hinges that doesn't close, also crooked, etc.) Everything that happened was logged through Lowe's installation support at the time, so they do know what a nightmare we went through. On the phone, it was mentioned that we could talk about compensation for our troubles, but that was only available after the fence was officially complete and that our order was "closed." I don't think that "promise" was ever written down and I never went after them for it.
It took a few months but finally someone came in and fixed some parts of the fence (mainly the door and the adjacent slats), and so I thought it was over. I am nonconfrontational and didn't ask Lowe's for compensation at the time.
Today, two years later, we find that the slats in the side of the fence were never installed correctly. They don't go up into the top part that holds the slats - they are just resting. We found out because our neighbor's dogs suddenly ran right through it.
It is past our warranty and Lowe's said they won't do anything about it. I understand that and I'm trying to remain levelheaded. However, I think from the terrible time we endured, we deserve some kind of compensation for the trouble. How were we supposed to know that the slats weren't installed correctly? I had left Lowe's alone because I thought everything was fine. But then this happens.
I know because the warranty is over, there isn't much I can do. But I want to try and see. The contractor caused extreme mental distress, harassed me through text, and caused PTSD (I broke down sobbing in fear once in a neighborhood where a contractor was making someone's fence - I was SO AFRAID that it was him, the man who made ours). I don't have proof of that though, except through texts with my friends that it happened.
I sent an email to a nearby lawyer on the super off-chance we can do something but I'm thinking we might be SOL.

I took the update to iOS 17.5 yesterday, and now apps refuse to start. I get the app splash screen for an instant, then they minimize. Sometimes they'll appear in the app list if I double click my home button, but they can't be resumed from there either.
I've tried restarting the phone multiple times, logging in and out of iCloud, and I've tried to "force reboot" procedure with the volume buttons, none of those is helping. I'm at the point where I'm ready to restore from a backup but that's always an enormous pain in the butt, so if anyone has a better solution, I would love to hear it.

I've seen some posts like this one that confirm that the strava beacon feature can be used in wear os like the apple watch does:
"Wear OS 3 and higher devices without LTE functionality will need to be connected to your phone in order to send a Beacon message when starting an activity from the Wear OS Strava app."
And in the the watch app I can't find any option to enable it.

I need advice. So there’s a guy I’ve been seeing for a while and our main and really only issue is a conflict in communication styles. I don’t want to talk all day long every day (seriously, i dont talk to ANYONE regularly like that) but I do like to feel like the person I’m seeing is at least thinking of me occasionally? Whereas he’s the type to go completely MIA and not respond for entire days. And whatever compromise i give him (ex: a phone call at the end of our days just to connect a bit before bed) he’ll agree (“yes, that works much better for me!”) then doesn’t act on it and has an excuse. (“I just don’t like phone calls.”) He IS busy and working on his future in a very stressful and difficult program at school. I admire him for that and find myself very attracted to him and motivated by him because of it, so I really do give him as much grace as possible. Now the reason this bothers me and hurts my feelings so much is because he won’t talk to me “because he’s so busy” yet he is very active on socials. I know I’m not entitled to anything from him, how he uses his time and his phone is completely up to him. I know that just because you take a break and scroll through the apps - that doesn’t necessarily mean you have the time, energy, or desire to strike up a conversation, but he does it constantly and it makes it hard not to feel like he DOES have some time, he’s just not that into me. People always say stuff like “if he wanted to he would” or “if a guy likes you he will make it perfectly clear” but when I ask for other’s opinions on this situation it always seems that everyone thinks I’m just insecure or controlling and I’m just confused at this point. Im stuck in a cycle where I want to end it for good, but then I feel like I’m throwing away something I otherwise really enjoy and miss when it’s gone over something so small, but then when I think about being intimate with him I feel hurt and used, like I’m disrespecting myself by giving someone such intimate access to me when they cant even be bothered to acknowledge my existence about 99% of the time. I just feel like I’m crazy and no matter what choice I lean towards I convince myself I’m going to regret it or something. Is this a me problem or is this actually a red flag, a sign i need to ditch this situation? Anything??
