Hi , im sorry if this has been posted already,but after a google search i didn't find anything. Just downloaded Immortals of aveum on pc (gamepass version) and i cant find any way to use it with my controller (xbox series controller). The controller stop registering after the "optimizing files" screen (i can skip the logo screen using the controller) then nothing. The controller works in every other game that i have. Anyone with the same problem or a solution?

Hello! I am not diagnosed with autism but I have scored extremely high on every test taken and connect strongly to a lot of the symptoms (RAADS Score: 231/240)
Backstory; I was playing CODM, as one does, and got a pretty great KD being 10.33. I sent this to my GF and was like “am I cool or what” and then she was like yes very cool. Then she downloaded the game and sent me a screenshot of her getting a 32KD (cause she didn’t die) and this made me kind of upset. It felt like she was trying to show me up but she just downloaded it and was playing against bots and I was playing ranked at a decent level (PRO I). I also just felt weird about her playing “my” game. Has anyone else felt like this? I am also a huge stardew valley enjoyer and lately she’s been wanting to play it a lot and play with me, but I don’t really want that. It’s something that only I want to play (as in single player) and something I only want to enjoy as it is a comfort for me.
I understand she’s being great in supporting my interests but overall I think I just feel threatened by it. Like, this is my stuff I don’t want anyone taking it from me. What should I do to help these feelings? Or has anyone else felt like this?

I am very new to the PC world. 3 years ago I bought a ROG Zephyrus G15 with a Asus 3080 GPU and Ryzen 9 5900HS CPU. I really like this laptop and it holds up well with Adobe programs as well as games such as Valorant and emulators. I do not have several tabs open often (maybe 3 max) and I usually do not have several things downloading/processing at the same time.
I want to build a PC that has similar specs (ideally slightly improved). The items I chose are listed below and I was hoping some of you could give opinions on what I'm choosing, if it fits my usage, if they are compatible etc.

Platform(s): Downloaded on my FIRE HD 10. May have also played it on my old Kindle (unsure of the exact make). I have the default Appstore and the Google Play store on my Fire, and I know I downloaded it from one of those.
Genre: Escape Game
Estimated year of release: I don't pay much attention to creation or development dates, so all I know is I played this when was younger. That puts the timeline for anytime from the 2000s go late 2010s. Most likely from 2010s though.
Graphics/art style: Attempt at realism. Like you knew it was fake, but the backgrounds had a lot of details and were reminiscent of their real-world counterparts. It took place in nature (a forest?), so most of the art was trees and such. Also lots of rocks (some i think had symbols that were part of a puzzle) and a rivewaterfall or two. (There may have been a rock cluster similar to the Stonehenge??) It was usually pretty bright, as in they seemed to really like adding sunlight or sunbeams for light.
Notable characters: Unless I am completely mistaken, there were no other characters. I don't even remember there being animals. Just you and the wilderness.
Notable gameplay mechanics: First person. I guess you would say slideshow-style? Like most escape games make you click on arrows to move across locations/perspectives, and I remember this game being the same. There was an inventory on the left-hand side with all the items you collected. I'm fairly certain each item got its own box, so you just scrolled across the side to see everything you had (and click on what you need). There also could have been a hint button (lightbulb icon) that created a yellow/glowing circle to show where you needed to go, but that may have been a different escape game entirely. Also, I think there was a way you could use a ladder or rope to climb up one of the trees to get an important item? It was probably one of the first steps of the game. Finally, the main point: you could change seasons in this game. Sadly I cannot remember how you switched between them, but I remember it was an integral part of the game. (e.g., I'm about 85% sure that river I mentioned froze in winter time so you could walk across it.) It also took place in a forest, so the seasonal changes were very obvious.
Other details: My sibling remembers this game too, so I know I didn't just imagine it.

I'm not sure if it's a problem with the disc or if it's because of the savewizard.
I'm stuck at the area after you beat the big dude on the horse (I think his name was Gyoubu or something.) I can't get through the doors that lead to the next area. It says "Installation of this game is currently incomplete, so you are unable to progress further."
I've checked my storage space, checked the the game data and update file where both completely downloaded and can't find anything that would suggest that it hadn't installed properly. The disc is in picture perfect condition.
I saw one person say in a message board a few years ago that using some cheats on this game can cause problems. I've also read that it's possible, although very rare, that this disc could simply be defective.
The only cheats that I use are the max attack and max hp.
Has anyone else had trouble playing Sekiro while using savewizard or do you think I need to shop around for a new game disc?

I (M19), and my mother (F56) have a pretty strained relationship, it feels closer to a roommate situation than a parent/child relationship as such I don't really talk to her about anything I'm going threw. She is also rather verbally abusive calling me pathetic and other names in fits of rage and saying I should forgive her because she's stressed about life and work. Recently her phone has been on the Fritz and has been using my phone recently for calling her fiance and friends. I am gay, I've known for a couple years now, I feel no romantic attraction but I feel sexual attraction to guys, so I've downloaded apps as one does and talked to dirty to a few guys, I've only met in person with two and we mess around with each other, no sex. Also I feel I should mention these guys are older, mid 20's to early 30's, ik not super great but I'm an adult and it's what I'm attracted too.
As my mother was hanging up with her fiance she says she 'saw' a message from a guy. I doubt this cause I have notifications turned off cause they annoy me. She sat me down and told me what she found and how she was worried about. At this point I was uncomfortable and a bit annoyed I had never planned to come out to her, I never planed too. She then turned it into a whole talking down too, here's some of what she said. " You can't expect me to support you if your not honest." " People on free datings apps with us you and have no ambition. " " Queer isn't an umbrella term because two people she works with use queer to mean there bi. "
After this lovely conversation I tried to retreat to my room as I was really uncomfortable. She then said what I want out of life as I was leaving, truthfully I didn't know what I wanted, I'm in college with a job and often spend a lot of time in my room, drawing and making games, but that doesn't mean I don't walk the park nearby or go out for errands, she made it sound like I'm a shutin. After saying I had nothing to say, I retreated to my room. She later came to show me some LGBT groups and such nearby that support you, on the one hand it's nice she cares but on the other I just wanted to be alone, when I told her as such she stomped off. It's now the next day and she's still talking about these groups and how she loves me.
My older sister who is the only family member I came out too is supporting me and says she's sorry, and my friends are in the same boat. Does anyone else love this game where you can be as creative as possible but youre not the slightest creative? I have clear pictures in my head on what i want to build but i just cant actually build it if that makes any sence, last time i built a normal little house it took me like 3 hours i think most people would have built it in like 15min.
I build lots of farms and gather just about everything in the game only for the stuff to end up in chests because i dont know what to do with em. I had my world for 2 years just fnished my base 7 month after starting on it only for my game file to get corrupted 2 weeks later so i lost the world, started a new world 2 months ago, now i just got finished lighting up and removing every shrieker in an ancient city right under my spawn, im now looking at an empty ancient city thats like 2-300x2-300 blocks big and i have no idea what to do next.
If anyone is bored and like building cool stuff feel free to hit me up my plan is to transform the entire city into a city that has a little bit of everything i just dont know how, could use some inspiration/tips/tricks
Sad part is my friends got me to download the game again after 3 years by the time i got really into it again they all bailed on me so im kinda paying for a realm only to play solo its kinda tragic(im not looking for pity btw)

I was playing a pdga rated round today. Upon listening to the podcast Tour life, in my opinion it feels redundant to say good game and bump knuckles before you have finished your entire round. Before teeing off I let my other cardmates know I would like to bump kucks after the hole 18th when we finish the scores. After making my statement I proceeded to throw straight out of bounds and end with a double on the last hole. I felt like such a toolbag. Off the top of my head I can’t think of any solo competitive sport that says good game before the game has finished. What are your thoughts or opinions?
