Hello All,
I am a bachelor's level social worker. I have been the case manager of an emergency response team that is run by two LCSWs but the program covers four different counties that are all ran by peer recovery coaches. The point of my role was to assist with identifying mental health needs of clients and fulfilling the needs of the clients social determinants of health.
As the years have gone by (2 years ans 4 months) my role has become increasingly more obsolete. I offer to help out in any way that I csn but my supervision has been minimal. I was promised that I would have direct supervision from a LCSW working alongside them but that never happened.
In the past 5 months I have been slowly utilized less and less and seemingly pushed out of decisions that I was supposed to be a part of per my job description. I just so happen to also be in recovery and my anonymity was broken a few months into the job so I chose to disclose that I was in recovery to my supervisor.
The new chief of behavior health has been attempting to make everything uniform across the counties and they never hired another bachelor's level social worker either so I kind of got stuck with the county with the highest amount of need. There was talk of me taking on clients as a recovery coach role in addition to my normal job description. I had a feeling they were going to try to eliminate my position in the past few months but have been hanging on due to the fact that I have severe spinal stenosis that was misdiagnosed as arthritus.
On 5-14 my condition escalated to emergent conditions and I was having trouble getting a hold of my boss so I just went to the ER. When my boss finally called me back she asked me if I was still planning to go to the MAT training the next day to which I replied I had no idea, due to the fact that I was waiting on the neurosurgeon to review my case. She seemed upset that I missed an intake even though I was literally facing permanent nerve damage.
After my surgery I had to call her even though I was on PTO because of a client situation. She chose that time to tell me that they were going to eliminate my position as a case manager and wanted me to take on a peer coach which was obviously upsetting to me at the time. I requested a meeting with her and the chief behavior health officer.
We met on 5-20 and they backtracked and said that my position was not being eliminated but they did want to have me work as a peer coach and eliminate some of my responsibilities. I was told that the coordinator who is a peer coach would be my immediate day to day supervisor but I would still meet with my LCSW supervisor biweekly.
At this point I am applying for other positions as I cannot take any more of this complete and utter lack of respect. However, until then how do I address the NASW code of ethics as a social worker? Peer coaching requires self disclosure which I am not comfortable with entirely. I want to argue to protect my profession but I also can't afford to get fired or quit outright. I feel this is severely unethical to put me in this position. Does anyone have any insight? I am in Indiana if that helps at all.

So after years of being too scared, I’m finally trying levo again. Something about it scares me- maybe because my t4 levels are normal, I’m scared of thyrotoxicosis, maybe I’m scared because I have heart anxiety, I don’t really know I’m just terrified of it. Still, I took my first dose this morning.
My question is, is it okay to take even though I have normal t4 already? (I will put my numbers at the end of this post) has anyone else had normal t4 but high tsh? Can my body get rid of excess t4 it doesn’t need from the medication? I assume not, hence how thyrotoxicosis can happen.. but it would make me feel a lot better if it could😅
My starting dose is 88mcg, I’m female 5’3 and around 135-130lbs I really wanted to start with 25mcg, even though it might not help my symptoms it would help me ease into taking the medication, in my head 88mcg is a lot, but the starting dose for my weight is 100mcg.. so I guess it’s not too much?
I haven’t had my t4 tested in a little bit, but whenever I have it’s always been 12pmol/L My tsh fluctuates a lot, from 4.8-11, though generally it’s around 7/8 when tested.
Clearly my body isn’t making enough of what it needs, and that’s why my tsh is high, this is what I’m trying to remind myself anyways.
Hoping for some comforting comments as I know I’m going to be checking for every and any thyrotoxicosis symptom this week, convincing myself I have it lol😅

I'm 25M, will turn 26 in October. I want to pursue the 5 year BA LLB course. I couldn't complete my education due to some family and financial issues.
As of now, I'm working in a pvt firm, a stable job and pretty chilled work life balance. Moreover my senior management always encourages me to study further. I've been provided with uncountable leaves (apart from the casual ones) for my graduation exams without deducting a single penny from my salary. Once I fell seriously ill and couldn't go to office for more than 3 months, I was given full salary during the period and advance salary for medical expenses (its a small pvt company consisting less than 100 people)
Currently I'm in 2nd year of BA Hons. (Political Science) from IGNOU. I'm also preparing for central and state civil services aong the exam. I've enrolled my sister in BA LLB course, she will be in 4th year this july. I also want to pursue the legal path and the management has promised to provide the fees in addition to my salary which I can repay in small installments.
I want to ask you all, should I go for it or complete my graduation and then join the 3 year course.

Describing my horrible experience buying a car from Spinny.
tl;dr - Spinny sold me a car without doing proper background check on the car and its seller and now the RC transfer process is not getting completed. It has been 1.5 years since I bought the car from them.
I am a first time car buyer, and bought a car from Spinny in January 2023. The process went quite smoothly, and the car I was interested in was nicely maintained and ran well. The salesmen at the showroom assured me that Spinny takes utmost care that they purchase cars from good sources, and that all the processes needed in transferring the car are completed by the company itself, without any intervention required from me. I was convinced and went ahead and bought the car.
After a few months, the RC transfer process is where the nightmare begins. IT HAS BEEN 1.5 YEARS SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR AND STILL MY RC HAS NOT BEEN TRANSFERRED.
I have been communicating back and forth with their customer care, and it is the most frustrating experience of my life so far- these people on their customer care line have absolutely no concern for you, and will lie and give any wrong information to you, without any remorse. Absolutely 0 help from them.
Eventually I got to know that the reason my RC transfer hasn't happened is because the seller of the car had taken out a second loan on the car. Spinny claims they did not know about this second loan. Of course when selling the car, they assured me that they had done all the requisite background checks. Spinny now tells me that the seller has closed all loans, but needs to appear at the RTO with the NOC he has received for closing the second loan. The seller isn't showing up at the RTO during all these months, and this is what is holding up the RC transfer process, as per Spinny.
Now, I am in a bit of a pickle. I love the car as it works very well, but I have no faith that Spinny will get the RC transferred to my name. I would appreciate any suggestions you guys might have on how I move forward with this. Spinny has told me that most of the process is done and the only thing remaining in RC transfer is that the seller of the car show up at the RTO with the NOC he has ( I don't know if he has actually closed the loans or not, but Spinny claims he has ). They tell me that if I like the car, please wait for a while more, but honestly it has been a long time since I bought the car and I have very little patience left.
To anyone reading this and thinking of buying a car from Spinny - I have one word - Don't ! Their customer service is nightmarish, and they have no problems about lying about the car itself or about the things they claim they will do for you, like the RC transfer process.

I wanted to share my experience and how sometimes it resolves while like now it stays for a while.
I am a cis (hopefully) woman in her early 30's, lesbian who was a tomboy growing up, until puberty. While growing I was (a bit) made fun of because of my deeper voice and not super girly / feminine features & behaviours (wanting to play football / having male friends). I was couple of times mistaken for a boy which led me to a big distress / anxiety and thinking / deep wish that "i would rather be the most unattractive girl than be mistaken for a boy".
The constant "you are like a boy", "you look like a boy" (also coming from my family in a rather accusatorial manner) left some unpleasant memories but i eventually grew out of them (i thought). Until i was 19 or 20 years old that problem did not really exist for me but then i moved to another country and stared my studies.
I worked in a bar in a queer area and despite that bar not being queer, it was next door to a place which was mostly ran and attended by transgenders (absolutely no phobia here it just to highlight the context of the neighbourhood). Because of that bathe area in general a lot of women including me were a few times (often for fun) misgendered yet it happened to me way more often than to others. For me it was mostly because of my voice and height and sharper features, for my other female (and i would never question their identity) colleagues, i am not even sure what caused it. This happened so many times that while i denied and repressed that memory it created my social anxiety.
I do want to mention that after my tomboyish phase in childhood i considered my appearance as a regular girl (not super feminine with nails done + hills though:). I enjoy activities related to both genders, i finally feel good in dresses, i like to feel attractive and overall embrace my feminine "energy". While these gender conforming aspects sound silly, i was happy as i struggled with feminity in addition to accepting that i am a lesbian.
I recently realised that most of my life, wherever i would go i would be afraid that someone thinks I'm a man or transgender because of how i look and sound, i would sometimes be afraid to go to the bathrooms, afraid to use my voice as it's too deep. Of course me being misgendered rarely happened (maybe 5-10 times in the last 10 years). Now on top of that when someone addresses me as a girl or miss i immediately feel the "relief" as being misgendered hurt me quite a lot in the past and would hurt immensely if it happened right now. I want to be honest and do say that if i don't put effort into my looks i could look a bit androgynous, which i try to accept.
How my ocd started?
I was having one of my compulsive episodes and was googling "how can i be more feminine", of course one of the posts that popped up was a transgender forum or a reddit thread, from there it went downhill. From me fearing to be mistaken for a man i started to worry that i actually am a man. It started in november during a rather stressful period with work, went away and now while im having a burnout it came with even stronger strength.
There are moments when i laugh about it but there are also moments of a racing heart and me thinking that im denial, that im not comfortable with my pronouns even my body. Even though my only fear and worry before was to have more feminine features/aura. I often have a voice in my head saying "you are a man" and that voice looks like it's always on the back of my mind. I try to imagine myself as a guy and seriously cannot, that thought gives me a lot of distress and worry and anxiety but also that maybe im in "denial". I do not even know how to tackle it, because despite my features and voice which weren't really up to me i can't think of one reason why i should be a guy nor i know how one should feel like "a guy". Still the thoughts are very distressing until they pass.
And then on days when i feel good about myself, im not stressed, i dress up for dinner or parties, wear makeup and jewellery and feel attractive i want to laugh at the thoughts that couple of days before seemed so real.
i was wondering if anyone struggled with such a train of thoughts? I am in therapy, was diagnosed with ocd and anxiety before and struggling with worries and fears about so many topics. Because every other topic resolves, my brain jumps to this one because i know that i can never know 100% as it's my inner dialogue, not a problem with a deadline at work or a doctor's appointment. Lastly, my current therapist said that i do not have ocd (i have not discussed that issue in detail with her because of shame), which made me even more anxious as before i rationalised my thoughts as TOCD.

I say almost because it will be officially three months and a few days, but we’re pretty much there! here to bring you guys an update on my personal experience after having my mirena taken out. how I’m feeling, any changes to my body just in case anybody is going through it. you’re not alone! And it does get better!
I had my mirena taken out on April 3rd of this year. I got it taken out for several reasons, you can see all my previous post.

1. anxiety. This was one of the main reasons I got it taken out in the first place because I have no history of any mental health issues. which I speculate the IUD is the reason as to why all of a sudden these issues are present. I’m very in tune with my body so I can almost immediately when something is different. it was a few things that I cut out of my diet. I don’t really drink soda anymore or any caffeine, I used (quit now) to smoke (🍃), which I used to do regularly is now one of the main contributors to spiked anxiety. and sometimes I just randomly have a minor episode. I’ve had four panic attacks total not back to back. I just started to recognize the signs and do certain exercises to relieve myself of that I’m still in the process of figuring out what works best for me when I get in those situations. I do speak to a therapist, she’s been a pretty good help. I also have been taking supplements and vitamins that have actually been helping me. I drink tea more often, as well as try to stay hydrated. Even though I don’t want to try to get out the house more and do things that I enjoy. Now that we’re at the three month mark, my anxiety is not as present as it was before. There was a time where I could barely do anything (mixed with depression). now I somewhat have a desire to actually get up and go do things now, it’s gradually getting back where it was, but it’s still taking some time.
   
2. depression. as of three months without my Iud, I feel like my depression is present, but not as much. i’m gonna try to explain the best way I can, but I’m a person who is jumping at the opportunity to do things especially outside the house. I mentioned that I’m getting more comfortable as days go on which I definitely am I still have phases where I’m quite irritable and spacey. I am more open to talking to people now, because you could literally go days without hearing from me.
   
3. period. May 20 is when I got my first period. I was cramping. I had a migraine, it lasted for about five days. I had some concerns because before my period had started I actually had a UTI and as soon as I started to take the medication, I was prescribed by a doctor. That’s when my period started. I’m pretty sure it was a regular period and I’m just overthinking it but I’m supposed to be starting another one in about 12 days so we’ll see what happens because some people say that they have a period and then they don’t have another one for a while and I’m just kind of at the point where I just want things to be normal
   
4. skin. I mentioned this previously, but my skin isn’t as itchy anymore. My eczema flair up only itches sometimes
   

All and all, I’m starting to feel more like myself. Again, I think I just need a little bit more time, but I can feel the difference between now and then. I did plan a trip which I’m hoping I’m able to go and I’m already getting nervous ahead of time so we’ll see see what happens. 😭

I have MS (M43 with RRMS), and it sucks. I'm on plegredy and have been for the past 5 years. I have steadily gotten worse over the years and am wondering if the "treatments" are worth it and am thinking of going with no treatments, pills or scans etc. Is there anybody here that does not have any treatment for their MS? Maybe you know somebody who doesn't have treatment for their MS? How is it going for you/them? Do you wish you had started treatment or are you glad you didn't? Maybe you stopped treatment part way through?

I, 22M, am in a relationship w also a 22F. We’ve been dating for over 2 years and agreed we want a serious relationship. I am premed, and she is a SWE w decent pay, so of course financially we are in different worlds. When I graduated, she wanted to move in with me so, so much so that I was told to immediately tell my parents who I just moved back home with that I want to move out. I took a job closer to her place to make it work. Obviously I am not financially ready, but she was insistent that she would be okay paying fully. I work for basically minimum wage to gain experience for my application and she makes almost 6x as much as me. However in the end we agree to a 1:2.5 ratio where I pay the lower amount. When we are closer to moving, we have an argument and as a result, despite months of planning she cancels our move in. Now, she wants to just leave and move back home hundreds of miles away, and says we are not ready. While I respect that she says she is not ready, I just don’t want her to leave and have to do LDR. I tried to compromise as much as possible, but the end result is that she feels we are unready and that she wants to just move back home. She says the only way she stays is if I pay 1:1 ratio for a 3200, which is more than my pay a month and impossible. I can’t help but feel manipulated and disappointed, because all of my efforts went away, and now she wants to just do LDR. My question is, is this a a sign she has given up on us?
Tldr: gf wanted to move in, and after argument backed out and now wants to go back home and do LDR for “time to stabilize”

I just have to gush about her for a hot minute because she is just so unbelievably fantastic. She is the kindest, most understanding and patient person I have ever met. She meets sadness with comfort, frustration with understanding and concerns with support. She has consistently supported me through everything I have struggled with, and is such an empathetic and understanding person it's incredible. She maintains her own boundaries and prioritises respecting others boundaries too, and she has passion for helping others. She is so creative, she's made me some absolutely beautiful handmade gifts and written me letters I've cried with happiness reading. She instantly took an interest in researching butch history / identity when we got together (completely unprompted) and I feel so cared for and understood. We so easily split even mundane and boring tasks and planning between us because we're both so excited about spending time with one anothemaking eachother happy. She is an incredible woman and I have been so lucky to call her mine. We've been together 1.5 years, known eachother for almost 3, and I just can't even put into words how amazing this girl is and how much I love supporting and loving and caring for her. People share many different kinds of experiences on this sub, so I thought I'd add some positivity into the mix because love is cool af and gives alot of hope :)

I would never normally turn to Reddit but I’ve reached the end of my tether. I’m an ex-nurse so medically, I’m good - I don’t need medical advice, more an outlet to rant and get some support. If you have nothing nice to say, please don’t bother; my mental health is incredibly fragile right now.
I’m 34 next month, and I started my period for the first time at 8 years old (it was apparently triggered by CSA).
From the moment it started until now, it has been HORRIFIC. Waking up in pools of blood, barely able to leave the house without bleeding everywhere - never been able to wear skirts, shorts, or anything white. There’s never been a pattern, some periods would last for 3 months, sometimes it would disappear for a year.
I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2017 and was put on metformin. This did nothing to help.
In 2018, I had weight loss surgery as my bmi was (and still is) out of range for IVF. I have had 11 miscarriages - 4 of them were when my weight exceeded 28 stone, 5 were when my weight was at 18 stone, 2 at 16 stone, and 4 when my weight increased slightly.
I have been tested for natural killer cells, I’ve been tested for thrombocytopenia, I’ve been tested for EVERYTHING - nothing has come up except a dodgy thyroid (which I’m on medication to fix).
Anyway, after my surgery, my periods relaxed a bit and I started having one every three months or so which lasted about 3 weeks. Everything was okay until - and I am NOT anti-vax in the slightest! - I had my astrazeneca jab on 6.2.21 - literalky a day later, i bled until 12.6.23. I bled, heavily, every single day for over two years.
I was referred to gynaecology in March 21 and rhey didnt see me until August 22 when I was blue-lighted to a&e with severe iron-deficiency (iron levels 2) where they did a biopsy and a scan. The scan showed thickened endometrium and the biopsy was normal.
I ended up in hospital with an adrenal crisis and the bleeding still wouldnt stop. They gave me tranexamic acid, mefanamic acid, norethisterone - absolutely NOTHING would stop the bleeding. Eventually they discharged me and sent for an emergency iron infusion.
Fast forward a few months and the same thing happens again. Back to hospital, another iron infusion, still no medication would work. They did another biopsy - nothing.
This happened again every few months for about a year which takes us up to last June when I had another biopsy which came back showing “endometrial hyperplasia” but I received a letter from the specialist who said everything was normal. I tried to clarify with them but they weren’t sure what was going on. So I asked for a second opinion at a different hospital.
The new hospital did a biopsy which came back normal (this was Feb 24). After the biopsy, I stopped bleeding. It finally stopped! Until March came along and then I started bleeding AGAIN - I am STILL bleeding now. I’m off for another iron infusion at 2:30 today because my iron stores have dropped to 2 again and I’m at my wits end.
I’ve had 7 iron infusions in 2 years, no medication helps, no dietary changes help, no vitamin, mineral or nutritional deficiencies are documented. I eat very healthily, I exercise and I do everything I can to support my hormonal health (naturally, no additional supplementation aside from folic acid and folate).
I’m booked in to have the mirena coil fitted (again) at the end of June (apparently no sooner slots) but I’m losing the will to live. I genuinely cannot continue waking up like this day after day. I haven’t been able to work for four years because this is overruling my life.
They won’t do a hysterectomy “in case” I want to have children, they won’t investigate for endometriosis because I have “too much scar tissue” and they won’t check my egg quality because my BMI is just over 35. I’m working to lose weight (even though I lost 12 stone through weight loss surgery) but my body has plateaued and I can’t seem to lose anymore. My endocrinologist is scratching his head, I’m at a loss, and I’m genuinely fearful that if this continues much longer, I might end up taking drastic action.

Okay so here's the deal. 5 years ago me and my wife got together shortly after we both got divorced. At the time she had a 9 yo son that is 100% disabled and I knew this when we started dating. We went out for a couple dates and she quickly ended up getting pregnant. It is what it is I have no regrets because at this time I was about 37 and never thought I would be able to have a child.I was super excited to have my son. I married my wife a few months later because I wanted my son to be raised in a healthy family atmosphere. I also truly wanted to help my wife with her disabled child because I know no one else was gonna do it. But here I am 5 years later and after learning a ton about disability and social security I realized I totally screwed myself by getting married to my wife. The reasons are my income is to much to get most assistance for my step son. However I really don't make that much. And because of his disabilities my wife cannot hold a job. There's no such things as a disabled kid day care. And all of his medical appointments with regular Drs and specialist takes up so much time no employer is gonna give her a job. It's super exhausting because she needs my help but I need to work to make money. We are broke. We only have one car and we have to juggle my job and her son's medical appointments. And it's making it so difficult to get by. And it's getting to the point where I feel that my step sons disability is making it almost impossible to give my actual son the life he deserves. Like I said I love my wife and and my step son and I feel guilty even thinking about getting a divorce but I'm not sure what else I can do. We're getting very close to not being able to cover rent and I will not let my son become homeless. And I feel my wife just don't see the final risks like I do. She thinks everything just works out and they do because I figure it out. I just know that if we got divorced she would not be able to make it. And with the courts the way they are I probably wouldn't have custody of my son because I'm the man. And then that means that I have to worry about my son not having a safe clean environment to live in. So now I'm feeling trapped in a relationship that although I do love my wife I just feel it is going in a downward spiral and I don't want my son to live in a house full of anger and resentment.
Anyways, sorry to throw this out on everybody. I needed to vent. I'm mentally exhausted and feeling depressed.

Some examples are shouting, throwing things during a temper tantrum, gossiping with other coworkers like they're in high school, no to little training and then getting angry or annoyed when I asked questions after 2 of working there, all kinds of unprofessional behavior, gaslighting, etc...) some of these jobs were short lived retail environments but one was at salaried office job.
Until a few years ago I thought I needed to just put up with abuse and toxicity because that's how bosses and workplaces are and growing up with abusive parents normalized abusive behavior from others as an adult.
Though, after finally speaking with others about this they were shocked by some of my stories. One person even said a former boss of mine was either someone who "had a malignant personality disorder, was on drugs or both." which is validating since I was worried I was being overly sensitive.
I've had some great bosses but toxic jobs/ bad bosses have seemed to have left a lasting damage to where I have CPTSD from these experiences and expect the next job I get to be abusive and toxic. It worsened my depression, made my anxiety worse and my professional confidence/ self worth tanked. I've done some self administered EMDR which has helped a bit with one particularly bad former boss but there's still a lot of work to do before I'm recovered.
I don't even want to apply to jobs and basically have to force myself to apply for positions now resulting in a growing resume gap but that's not an option unless you're wealthy or don't mind starving....

My go to when woken up with the pain was a shot of Apple Cider Vinager(yes its gross, I plug my nose!), a couple of ibuprofen, and immediately SLEEP. None of it worked if I didn't sleep. But there was never a time it didn't work. I woke up back to normal everytime.
I'd say over the past several years it has been necessary to have implemented this regimine between 10 & 20 times.
There has always been a considerable amount going on in life that makes tracking so difficult so give or take any amount. I've been dealing with it so long its just apart of life at this point I guess...
A week ago, I had a massive attack - so incredibly painful breathing was a struggle, there was no relief to be found.. it went on for 34hrs straight, just writhing in agony until I finally increased to 4 ibuprofen and got enough relief to sleep and I slept on and off for a couple days - it never went away just lessened but sleeping was helping get through it.
It felt so different than I was used to that I honestly thought it had to be something else but it being a holiday weekend the er was packed and the wait was several hours long just to get in and I have to bring my kids so I was doing my best to wait it out. Moaning around at home was far more appealing than a crowded waiting room for hours..
Finally after a couple days I went to hospital because while considerably better, still not complete improvement.. so 12hrs later, one CT and a bag of fluids later I was let out with the only answer being a stone and a referral to follow up with the surgeon and a prescription for Ursodial for 10 days.
I've continued with ACV a couple times a day but basically am on bedrest. I ate my first bit of food yesterday - a graham cracker and a couple more today but basically I'm sleeping on and off and taking ibuprofen and haven't eaten in days (besides a cracker with the ibuprofen and Ursodiol)
Sometimes I think the pain I still have is from hunger because it's relieved with drinks of ice water as it coats its way down..
But am I just at the point of no return? I was really willing to throw it all in and live on lemons and try to get this thing shrunk enough to get out.. I also was reading about soundwaves or other treatments and this is the first time I'd heard of this medication they gave me - I started reading about it during my hours in the hospital bed and was planning to ask about it but he offered it up so I didn't have to.. I really want to stick it out - I have medical -related ptsd and an anxiety disorder, heds, I'm Autistic, an only parent, totally on my own, I have no friends and in a new city hours away from anyone I've ever known - and surgery is just so massive anyway.. if there is any other way I'd like to be trying thay first..
Idk I guess I just need to talk it out more.. get some kind of support. It's just so hard to be on loop of all the thoughts I've got going around..
But its never lasted this long and I am struggling..

Hello, I have a story to tell:

• I started having sharp back pains beginning of Jan this year. My symptoms continue to this day in June impacting my mobility/activity.
  
• After enough fumbling around w the medical system. MRIs showed lesions in my T7-T8 vertebrae bones (thoracic area).
  
• Initial prognosis was possible metastatic cancer or myeloma, with possible infection as the differential.
  
• After several MRIs, CTs, PET scans, myriad tests and two biopsies. All tested cancer and infection markers came back negative. This gets us to today.
  
• At this point, the current prognosis is this may be arthiritic, related my UC/autoimmune or the potential effect of the Biologic (Entyvio) I am taking for over 2 years.
  

Questions for you all, who may have some similar experience:

• I have been jumping around multiple doctors, hospitals and specialties since Jan, GI, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Physicalists, and nowadays Rheumatology. I am slowly running out of gas. Have any of you gone through a similar experience and have any advice for me on which specialty/hospital/area to go to? I am NY/NJ based, went to MSK for the initial cancer concerns, and have local NJ GI/Rheumatologists, and waiting on HSS for another rheumatology appointment.
  
• My UC markers show an uptick (Calprotectin again 1000+). I am planning to discontinue taking Entyvio and see what happens overall with UC/Spine sympoms. This is a scary step as Entyvio pulled me out of a massive flare 2 years ago after 5 months of medical leave. Any thoughts on this? I will talk w my GI and we may explore other options, maybe Remicade/Stelara/Rinvoq.
  
• How are others with arthiritic symptoms dealing with them?
