2024.05.20 21:26 TIPLDN BlackBerry Hub & BBM no longer working.
So I pulled my key2 out to use again and I keep going back a forth. Firstly I noticed non of my hub accounts other than gmail was syncing, also was unable to delete and re add. So I thought let me try reinstall it all again. Big mistake, when trying to login in via my Gmail account I come across this, I have tried app password method and that don’t seem to work. submitted by TIPLDN to blackberry [link] [comments] Also I thought let me try BBM enterprise again said I haven’t logged in for a while and try to log in again, didn’t work deleted and tried to reinstall and both apps on Google are no longer supported. I have tried to find apk for the last supported version and currently struggling to find. Everything else works perfectly and I currently use iPhone 15 pro Max as a daily so I can live without the apps, just nice knowing they are there. Something about the key2 that keeps bring me back to wanting to use is as a daily. |

2024.02.29 01:36 Inevitable-Hippo-683 "COLLEEN GETS UNDRESSED ON THE PODCAST" - ep. 128 Recap
(I recapped from Yewtu.be since the audio version wasn't up yet. Erik looked like he just rolled out of bed, lol. His hair was a mess and I can't tell if he was wearing capris or if his pant legs were hiking up but the hairy calf was out again above blue crew socks and orange tennis shoes this time🤪) submitted by Inevitable-Hippo-683 to ColleenBallingerSnark [link] [comments] Colleen introduced Erik as "Carrot", still milking what M calls him. Colleen said she was going to let Erik run things and he seemed surprised. Erik started by asking what she was wearing (she said her crewneck was actual "poison"). She then went into a long story about the uncomfortable long-sleeved blue sweatshirt that she was wearing with two parrots on it. Erik pointed out that she had said she's very picky about texture/fabric so he rightfully wondered why she was wearing something that felt like an "oven mitt" (according to him). She even had a long sleeved shirt under this poorly fitted, ugly crewneck sweatshirt that she had purchased last summer. She said she finally pulled it out of the packaging to wear for the podcast because she thought it was colorful and eye-catching but she said it felt like it was sewn together with "wire". She had taken it off before recording because it not only was "sharp" and "full of poison" but it also made her get electric shocks. BUT she put it BACK on, with a shirt on under it, because the first comment from last week that she was going to read was to ask Erik's dad about parrots (on and on about how she was suffering through this shirt for the comments while Erik ribbed her for buying an overpriced crappy sweatshirt). Colleen took the parrot crewneck off and they both complained about how the poor quality fabric felt like "burlap sack" and "razor blades". Then Colleen said SHE was her "relax" for the week because she was "so dumb" that she hadn't realized that "hood" was short for "neighborhood". Which led Erik to ask what more she didn't know but then he closed by saying, "You're smarter than that, Colleen". Erik's "relax" was "tummy stuff" (deciding what to eat, feeling sick after eating, having to eat again...wha wha wha...him repeatedly saying "tummy" was so awkward to hear coming from a 40some year old man). Colleen could relate with the part about not knowing what to eat but couldn't relate to not feeling good after eating. She said she just feels full. (she was saying "tummy", too😖) Erik then brought up "gut health" and drinking kombucha to help digestion as he whined on about food. He wished food was just "wraps and bars" so he wouldn't have to think about what to eat. This led Colleen to bring up her astronaut food tasting with F and how a commenter said astronauts would never eat that stuff because it crumbles and they can't have crumbs floating around in their spaceship. This blew her mind. Erik then segued to how he drinks Pepto Bismo and takes Tums bwcause it's a "dad thing" and he holds all of his stress in his gut, apparently. Colleen jumped to reading comments after saying he should go to the doctor "for his tummy". The first one was a suggestion that they do an entire podcast just reading their Notes app notes. She couldn't resist reading some of hers from two years ago that baffled her. They were "Yeet doggies" and "If two wrongs don't make a right, try three". She knew what "yeet" meant but had no idea why she ever wrote that or the other one. Another was "FOOD...chicken, tators, gravy". She was so confused by that one and this one; "Things I ate and survived: toothpaste, therapy filter". Erik tried to help jog her memory but to no avail. Then she had Erik read lyrics she wrote for a lullaby for W about "protecting him always" (yeah right, child exploiter🤨). Then he read her note, "UGH, true". Erik said he will read some of his 1100 notes next week but he did read one from the last night. His was from overhearing Colleen and his brother passionately argue about the McFlurry spoon. She was upset that the spoon was not also a straw. They were also complaining about the fact that there are no longer toys inside cereal boxes. Erik brought up that F likes to make it a game at Target to sneak a KinderEgg into the cart and then when Erik checkouts, he finds it and F laughs or smiles. (Colleen at first, thought Erik was teaching him to steal, lol) Then she reminisced about toys she got in McDonald's Happy Meals, their sweepstakes, McD's Monopoly, McD's Teenie Beanie Babies, Hit Clips that she collected "as many as she could" and the collectible Disney cups some fast food restaurant gave away. (for a kid who grew up "poor" it sure sounded like her family went to fast food restaurants ALOT) Erik then asked if she had an iPod and what her first iPod was. She said she didn't have one when they first came out but then backtracked that she did have a Nano when he mentioned it. She then admitted that she thought the iPhone was "hilarious" and wouldn't last or be popular without "buttons". She preferred the BlackBerry because she wanted the feeling of the "click". (more boring talk about the type of phones they used to have back in the day and how she had to use MapQuest at NYC computer cafes when she was doing early Miranda shows because she had refused to get a smartphone in the beginning) Erik talked about BlackBerry messaging and thought it was called "BBM" but she was concerned that stood for "something bad" and was afraid to check on her phone what that acronym stood for (Erik was right...it stood for BlackBerry Messaging). Then Erik read another one of his app notes, "TacoBell win twists" and she began talking about a TacoBell game where you could win free cinnamon twists. This led to Erik talking about an arcade game he used to like with the tokens on a edge and how it's now a thing in Las Vegas. (serious loud sniffs by Colleen...ack!) Erik said he had taken F to a Chucky Cheese's mini arcade and he was surprised that they mostly had gambling-type chance games. Colleen said she doesn't like gambling/slots in general but she loves "Bust-A-Move" but he had no idea what game she was talking about. Air Hockey was her other favorite based on the "satisfying" sounds. Her "not satisfying" game was Foosball and they bickered about the pronunciation of it. Colleen went back to reading comments (her lazy content fallback now). Someone criticized how Erik said "badminton" and she had to make him say it again and again, of course. Some other commenter said they agree with Erik that baking sheets don't need washing every time (after he shared that he did an entire dishwasher load of just baking sheets just for her). Then she read a comment that "terrified" her about how people CAN die from not being able to sleep. It's called "fatal familial insomnia" based on Erik's irrational fear from last week. Erik was not happy, and tried to plug his ears and "lalala" through that part, lol. Colleen wrapped by saying she had no idea WHAT they just talked about (neither do I) and Erik said sometimes that's how your brain works. Of course, that led her to talk about how HER brain works and then criticize how HIS brain works. (ugh...that's enough folks!) NO sponsors during the podcast still but I checked back and the audio version did have one 30-second random one in the beginning and then again, at the end |

2023.12.07 18:10 CAPECODTWINK What networks in the US will support this?
I upgraded from the BlackBerry Z10 years ago to the BlackBerry Classic, and ever since AT&T discontinued the network for BlackBerry, it’s just been sitting on my desk and I miss it so much. I had to upgrade my second line to my old iPhone 8 Plus, but are there any networks in the US that I can sim swap and use my Classic on? I really only need text/calls— don’t really need much data as I have Apple Music and 2 iPhones. submitted by CAPECODTWINK to blackberry [link] [comments] |

2023.12.01 07:50 krabbypat New (to me) Classic
Bought a refurbished BlackBerry Classic as a secondary phone (mainly to receive OTPs) and I’m loving it so much that I decided to at least put my personal email in the hub. submitted by krabbypat to blackberry [link] [comments] I never had a BlackBerry device before so I bought this just to experience what it’s like to own one. All I can say is I’m a bit sad that BlackBerry never took off in the modern smartphone era as this OS had potential. It’s just a shame that they had a hard time getting support from app developers. I love typing on the keyboard as it provides a tactile feel. I also love the gesture navigation and the choice to use a trackpad. It’s a nice change of pace from my iOS daily phone. I love it so much that I have mistakenly pressed the top of my iPhone to turn off its display. I’m surprised that I was able to login my Gmail account on the hub. I can receive and send emails without even leaving the hub. I wish I could’ve experienced the full potential of the hub but having emails, text messages, and phone calls consolidated on one page suffices for now. |
