S-Tier
Balthier- I'm very biased. Black, white, and gold are such great combinations when it comes to clothing, imo. Balthier comes off sleek luxurious, yet comfy with its simplicity. It's literally just a tunic, vest, leather pants, shin guards, and belt pouches. Initially, I was put-off by the choice of footwear being slip-ons, but they grew on me overtime as it reflects Balthier's laid-back demeanour. The bands on his fingers and the bracelets definitely stand out though if you look at it closely, but not to the overall outfit.
- HER COLOUR SCHEME. But I don't fuck with how she has little armour. It's like they have sliders on her clothes set to minimum, especially the skirt.
A-Tier
Reddas- Hot pink. What a standout! I like how he looks akin to a pirate. Historically, pirates tend to wear minimal clothing to accommodate to the seas and its bipolar climate. When on land, they'd wear the same fit, if not, dress up more, and with footwears. The lavish accessories and complex-looking shirt Reddas has indicates (theoretically) his rank among the other sky/pirates.
- OK. This is a weird one. Despite my thoughts on it, I do like the fit. I admittedly thought he looks like a schoolboy the first few glances, but I grew to like the design...and then some weird choices. For one, I've never seen a more hideous shade of green on anyone but Basch, but here we are with Larsa, wearing it as thigh-highs. I think the navy blue shorts salvages the colour softly, but sometimes, my eyes just focus solely on the innards of the boots being red and gold?? I like the colour harmony of his coat and tunic; it balances the the green of his boots. (lol)
- He's so regal, but he got shot in the neck because he didn't wear enough essential armour, enough said. Bro was caught lackin' and paid the price.
B-Tier
Penelo- I adore the colour balance of Penelo's outfit. I find it adorable how she looks like she has wings on her scapula. But what is with girly's boots?? They can't just make it look like normal knee-highs, hahaha.
- Love the sleeveless red jacket. Basch appears to be wearing something akin to an open button-up corset beneath the jacket which makes no sense to me. Moreso, under the corset is a leather strap that secures the green sleeve/pauldron on his left shoulder. It's a peculiar choice I don't find comfortable. Though it may seem like a strange choice (it is), him wearing loafers under the knee-length leg guards seems plausible because of the Dalmascan climate. It certainly makes more sense than Penelo's footwear. (lol) In short, the fashion is weird and uncomfotable-looking, but it has solid use of colour.
- Despite my thoughts on Basch's fashion, Vaan's is a rank lover because I don't have anything to expound on at a the upper half of his body. It's literally just a cropped leather and metal vest, which has to be more uncomfortable than what Basch is wearing. Bold of him to wear that in the desert, honestly. Vaan may be sunkissed, but he's not a burn victim. (lmao) Otherwise, I like the red sash and the dark loose pants with blue patches and red laces. The steel boots can go, too. (lol)
F-Tier
Fran- NO. Krjn from Clan Centurio dresses better than her lmaooo. However, I think, of the female cast, Fran and other Viera can get away with wearing heels because they have rabbit feet and stand on their toes.

Since I began contributing to this sub, I've noticed that almost all sheets, even the ones with a lot of data and complexity, aren't very readable. This is not unexpected, though … most people working with sheets are not graphic designers or user experience experts.
Though I too am neither of these things, I have worked on front ends on several projects and worked with some world-class UX folks, so I've picked up some tips along the way. I thought it would be helpful to describe my approach to formatting sheets to give an example of the kind of things that can help make data more easily readable. The idea is not that everyone should format sheets the exact way I do, but rather focus on the more general principles that don't even occur to most people.
Here's a new sheet with some fake data and minimal formatting.
Default formatting
The only formatting that's been done here is bolding the header row, applying default number format to the GPA column, and some column width tweaks. Not so great.
Before I start focusing on eye candy, the first thing I would do to a sheet like this is normalize the data itself. I would put different data in different columns. Specifically, I would split first and last names into different columns. An easy way to do this is select the column and go to Data > Split text to columns. Then, the last names need to be changed from upper case. To do this, insert a column right, then use the formula in C2: =PROPER(B2) and copy it down the column, select those properly formatted values and copy, paste special, values only over B2:B, and then delete the C column with the formulas.
The next thing is to make the column headers as terse as possible. It's preferable to use an abbreviation and move the full explanation into a note attached to that column heading. Also, I would not use initial caps on every word, it's not a title, it's just a heading. Finally, set the significant digits on numerical data. For the GPA, we're only tracking to one decimal point, so get rid of the second one.
Here's where we're at so far after fitting column widths to data:

Now we can start on the eye candy.
I follow the Tufte school of table design, which means less is more.
First step is to get rid of all lines, colors, and text formatting (bold, italics, etc), and only add back formatting that actually makes the data more readable. This means turn off gridlines, no bolded headers. To make the data easier to follow, increase the font size one or two steps of the headers, and add back faint horizontal lines.
Next step is to align headers with data. Since numerical data is right-aligned, the headers for those cols should match. Also, all data on the sheet should be top-aligned except for headers, which are bottom-aligned. Also, let long headers wrap.
Give the tab a meaningful name. Keep it terse, there's no need for words like "info", "data", etc. Just say what's on that tab.
Finally, freeze header row and name columns (this makes the table easier to navigate on small screens, like mobile). Get rid of excess rows and cols. It can make sense to keep a handful of spare rows at the bottom, but once you have the basic sheet laid out there's not really a good reason to keep any excess cols to the right. When new columns are needed, you'll almost always be inserting them based on a current column's format anyway, so you won't generally want to just use a spare one off to the right. (if you didn't know, inserting a col left or right inserts it with the formatting of the col it's based on.)
Here's where we're at (I renamed the EC col and dropped its note):
Cleaner format
Now it's a good idea to go through the cols and apply explicit formatting. Set text cols to text, numbers to numbers, etc.
Add more formatting on the data. Change places to smart chips instead of just using state codes. Use people smart chips if possible as well. Change cols with limited values to dropdowns (Gender, Class). Do data validation on cols (GPA must be between 0 and 4 and Class rank must be greater than or equal to 1).
If there's a way to limit the values in extracurriculars, bring in another tab with all legal values and limit the values in that col as well. This will help normalize all of the data so that you won't see different ways of representing the same data ("Track & field", "Track and Field", etc.).
Finally, here's where we end up:
Final formatted sheet
This is a far more readable and information-rich sheet than where we started, and the data it contains is far more constrained so that any inconsistencies or irregularities will be marked with an error. This can now serve as a solid base on which to start building more advanced functionality. For instance, we could add a col at the far right and get the Google Maps URL for the home state if we wanted to by putting in I2: =H2.url. If these students had accounts in the same Google Workspace domain and they were representable using People smart chips, we may be able to extract a lot of information in the other cols that way.
Again, this isn't the end-all be-all for formatting, if you read Tufte's advice on representing richer data sets you'll find a lot more advice for formatting much more complex data and keeping it readable. But I hope this convinces some folks that even fairly simple sheets can benefit a lot by avoiding approaches that draw more attention to formatting than the data itself.

So I tested it. For unrelated sinus issues I've been taking a turmeric supplement since sunday. It's the only thing I've done different in the past weeks.
Drank two cups of coffee on an empty stomach this morning...nothing. Ate a savory breakfast....nothing. took my supplements ( b-complex, magnesium, omega-3 fishoil)...nothing.
Only skipped my turmeric supplement(attached pics) and I haven't had PVC's all day...curious haha.

I want to preface this by saying that I was probably the only person (or almost only as I've met maybe 1 or 2 other people on Reddit) who claimed flares from CoQ10. It actually flared me quite a lot — sometimes I could handle 100mg and sometimes even 30mg would lead to terrible pain. It was frightening to be one of the rarest cases in a pool of already rare cases, so, naturally, I tracked reactions to supplements extremely attentively (u/vadroqvertical won’t let me lie about that) and I have tried a lot (my cupboard is full of supplements — I spent around €3,500 on them in the span of 1.5 years). I will list reactions to supplements and the approximate timeline of when it happened:
— First of all, CoQ10/Ubiquinol flared me not so much 1 month out (tried 100mg ubiquinol multiple times) but it got worse as time went on to the point that April 2023 I could not even take 30mg without great pain. I tried it 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 16 months out all without luck with varying doses flaring me to different extents. I will outline the reasons for it below;
— Vitamin E flared me a lot 2, 4, 6 and 8 months out. Never tried again. Tried 200-400 IU at a time. Due to poor GSH regeneration through Glutathione Reductase dependent upon B2 and NADPH;
— Benfothiamine flared me as well (doses 150mg-300mg/day). This is due to high sulphite and blockage of complex IV of the Electron Transport Chain in the mitochondria the reason for I will explain further. Thiamine is easily broken down by sulphite in the body and it is broken down into sulphite as well, which causes a negative loop reaction in people with high sulphite levels. Benfothiamine also caused me a severe allergic reaction (extreme anxiety and itching) that gladly did not require hospitalisation but was extremely scary and scarred me psychologically (likely high sulfocysteine activated NMDA receptors);
— Vitamin B6 increased my neuropathy when I got it. Likely due to poor B2 functional status. The problem I was also deficient in B6 and its supplementation led to great improvements in sleep quality once I could tolerate it. Note B6 is easily destroyed by sulphite just like B1;
— Riboflavin flared me (tried at 100mg, doses under 10mg never flared me). This is likely due to unmatched NADPH supply due to high sulphite load in the body (speculative);
— Astaxanthin greatly improved my physical health at 5-6 months out (proving that the core of my issues was solely ROS) but it caused reductive stress (NADH accumulation), which also caused pain, albeit the pain was a different kind and asta caused worsening neuropathy and visual snow. It accumulates in fat tissue, so stopping it was nice with ROS coming to a balance at about 10-12 days after discontinuation (after a loading dose of 36mg/daily for 3.5 weeks) but ROS then came back after it went out of the body further. I did not retry astaxanthin as I realised it caused me reductive stress and neurological issues;
— NAC helped me a damn lot. It was the best antioxidant for me. The problem is it depleted my molybdenum and copper and started giving me allergic reactions (low molybdenum + copper as well as blocked complex IV will lead to way higher sulphite generated from NAC);
— Did not feel much from vitamin D. I live in a very sunny country and tested at 51 (ref. Range 30+) without any supplements;
— Magnesium helped me a lot. #1 supplement;
— Calcium did not help me much in the beginning, actually, caused me heart palpitations. Was fine taking it after a few months;
— Potassium was a good supplement. I took 800mg/day for a while and it supported my muscle health;
— Important: vitamin B5 made me feel a lot better. It took my ROS down like crazy — I could feel normal muscles again, it removed my oxalate pain completely, too but for only a short while like 3-4h.
I have tried many more supplements that were phyto-supplements and such and none of them really helped me beside maybe some placebo effects. Some made me feel worse and were not worth it at all. I did not try anything mood-changing as I was not interested in it. To note, GABA supplement made me feel a little euphoric at first.

Currently I am at 18.5mg and I feel so much better. Medication and substances work now. My deficiency symptoms lowered a lot! I started with 15mg and it was a game changer but I was extremely fatigued. The increase to 18.5mg plus B12 injections caused my anxiety and extreme fatigue to go away. I still have some level of fatigue and was wondering if I should increase my intake of every vitamin B. Maybe try 25mg of L-Methylfolate.

I suspect I did suffer nerve damage in the time before I realised about b vitamins. I started just taking B12 supplements cause I think that's what the doctor recommended or what I figured I needed. My memory is terrible so there's a lot of gaps and blanks in my years. I stayed on B12 1000mcg a day for quite a while.
Then I came off vitamins when I was going through a rough anxiety time after srri withdrawal. I was wary of anything making my anxiety worse (lots of chest pain from anxiety and very restless, plus chronic insomnia leading to sleep deprivation). I can't remember how long I was off them for.
I went back on them at some point, a b complex rather than just B12 and when I read about how oral supplementation may not actually be enough to help B12 deficiency and also how the tests weren't accurate if supplementing I talked to two different doctors about that when asking to get things checked (still trying to fix anxiety) and both just ignored that completely and said yep normal when my tests came back.
I hopped off vitamins again because my depression got very bad and I gave up on a lot. I finally went back on them properly about 8 months ago, and I noticed my go to vitamin complex changed its formula to add activated B12 when before it was only cobalamin. There's only a tiny bit in the vitamins, 100mcg of methyl cobalamin and 50mcg of cobalamin. I know that's not much compared to what people should take, especially since I don't eat meat, but the formula has really helped, possibly also due to the b6 and tiny bits of zinc because I think I'm likely quiet deficient in those too.
I think I have more has been effecting my b12 levels over the years, gastrointestinal issues that the srris made a lot lot worse and maybe absorption issues.
I stopped my b vitamins tablets about twelve days ago because I'm due to get my thyroid tested and there's biotin in the b complex which I know effects thyroid testing. I didn't get to the doctor because of other things happening but don't want to start the B's again till I do so am staying off them.
But my depression and anxiety is taking a turn down again so I know the B's must be helping when I do take them (I know neurotransmitters need them). I had some of my 1000mcg B12 left so I took one of those last weekend to help since it doesn't have biotin and was thinking that was going to cause anxiety but the opposite happened and my anxiety and depression went down and energy felt good rather than restless, really surprised me because I didn't think that was going to happen. Then I remembered the b12 test thing and didn't take anymore and haven't since.
I doubt I'll get my test done for at least several more days due to being stuck with other things. I guess my question was to ask if that will help the tests show a more accurate level of my natural baseline for b or not really because that still won't be enough time off them? I don't want to start back again just in case I can get in to the doctors sooner and I want the thyroid test to be as accurate as possible. But being off them my thinking is much more muddled and hard to focus, making simple mistakes and panic gets to me easier. Having more aches and pains and cold limbs too.

Really hoping you can help, I’ve been struggling with chronic pain for about 2 years that’s got increasingly worse since spine surgery (c5-c6 disc replacement) Jan ‘23. I just got back the weirdest x ray of my sacrum with a “an interestingly, seemingly completely resorbed coccyx” (which is weird, because I fractured it in 2018??)
Anywho, tried to sum it up below.. (obviously failed wow)
Female, 30yo, 5’2 103lbs
History of coccyx fracture (‘18) and cervical spine surgery ‘23). Acute injury (without fall, while moving boxes) in Dec ‘24 showed bulges at l4-l5 and l5-s1, rupture at l4-l5 and moderate to severe stenosis at l5-s1. Recent diagnoses of ehlers danlos, pots, osteoarthritis, si joint disfunction, health anxiety, and (also) daily struggle with chronic pain. Historical diagnoses of high blood pressure, skin rashes / sensitivity, shingles in back of neck & aural migraines (‘19), PTSD, etc etc
Medications: Adderall 15mg 2x daily (debating stopping as I am p underweight) Gabapentin 600mg daily Botox for migraines every 3mo Heavy nightly medical marijuana user / sometimes dabbler in NyQuil (sleeping is really hard since Dec..) Methocarbamol 750mg as needed
