What exactly is the law surrounding LEOSA and the gun you carry? I’ve heard from my agency and multiple others you’re only allowed to carry the gun you are issued, but reading the law it seems like you can carry any fire arm that’s not automatic or silenced.
The main reason I ask is my department issues glock 17s and 19s. If I end up with a 17 I’d literally rather carry just about anything else lol.
Does your department have a policy implying that if god forbid you are in an off duty shooting with a non approved pistol carrying under LEOSA that you’re on your own? Or is there some obscure case law I’m unfamiliar with that says LEOSA doesn’t carry over to privately purchased handguns?

Idea 1:
Sparky gets an automatic gun attached on top of her. It attacks like the cannon, but with less damage. Sparky has the highest damage, but also the slowest fire rate, so this is for when an enemy is low on health, but the sparky would take too long to fire.
Idea 2:
Sparky shoots a projectile like the Magic Archer, rather than like the Wizard. Same splash radius, damage, and range, but further projectile range.
Idea 3:
When destroyed, Sparky now spawns a mini Sparky. Mini Sparky has half the health and a quarter of the damage, twice the fire rate, half a tile less range, and medium speed.
Idea 4:
Sparky increases in damage the lower her health. There are 4 tiers, 1 for each quarter of health, increasing 15% in damage each tier.

Throughout the interview, Lemon peppers Elon revolving his takes on Xitter but I think the most interesting is his absolute take-down of Elon's "cnn is leftist, therefore biased" comment. First and foremost, Lemon doesn't even attempt to describe why this is an over-generalization by any side. Instead he exposes what the xweet means on a personal level and brilliantly showing the impact of such a comment in the real world.
Elon is saying to be wary of the news because of American political perspectives but he nevers stop to show *any* other consideration before or while doing this. Respectively, Lemon, quite simply, brings up that he is a journalist first and foremost. Left unsaid is that no intellectual being(worth their salt) would dare to describe their outlook as being bred of one side rather than truth. He doesn't say that such a thing wouldn't be worth looking at but he points out a very lazy blindspot and that is that by doing this, a consumer intakes journalists by where they align rather than what they actually believe. To paint an entire industry in this way is problematic not only to journalism but *human beings* in general.
Don points out what Elon ironically misses: To judge journalists by alignments before what they say is to put sensationalism itself before facts and even fiction. Fiction, by Elon's own words, would then become fiction on steriods and facts would not even have a foothold as alignments would be scrutinized before evidence.
In the mental frame-work of being evidence based and nonpolitical, Elon has asked you to do almost the complete opposite. He is coincidentally not only responsible for obfuscating the facts but for asking you to obfuscate yourself before obfuscating the facts. A double helix labyrinth of delusional thinking before "disillusionment". He is literally directly telling you to judge a book by its cover *before* its contents.
From an Orwellian perspective(doublespeak comes to mind), you can see how troublesome this is and it shows that even a self proclaimed self made billionaire can stick to the most heinous of guns. It is terribly ironic and the *only* thing Elon had to do was explain himself but instead he, you guessed it, doubled down on his beliefs (read by millions). I would be highly surprised if he ever allowed an interview like that to happen, *ever*, again.
