Replacement for Honeywell T6575D1009

Hi Community,
I basically broke my old thermostat Honeywell T6575D (pretty old one).
I am trying to find the right replacement. The apartment hvac units come with 8 wires.
I got a RTH2300B but based on a tech support from resido, that model won't work.
Any suggestions to replace my old model and be compatible with my current wire options?
Thanks

Have any of you successfully done this? It seems like it's a very common setup here in Toronto condos, and no one makes a 120V smart thermostat. I know the 120V on a nest is a no-go, but some people have done some interesting hacks. This is my current piece of shit honeywell thermostat

I have an old Honeywell thermostat at home for my digital fan coil unit. I want to replace it with a programmable one. The current model is T6575D1009. Says on the back of it 120V ~50/60Hz. I have replaced other thermostats before but this 8 wire system is completely new to me. Picture of wires here, has 3 fan settings. The condo management switches from heating to cooling on their end, not mine.
I called Honeywell directly to ask for a newer model, they gave me RLV4305, which is high voltage, but it's a 2 or 4 wire set up which confuses me even more.
Anyone know of any other brands and models that are suitable for this situation? Or any other insight to consider and read up on first before calling the HVAC guy? I'm willing to call for a HVAC professional to do this if it gets complicated but I would like to do as much research as I can first.
Thank you all in advance!
