Atasol-codeine

Age: 29 Sex: Male Height: 6 ft 0 Weight: 278 lbs Race: White Existing medical issues: ADHD, Autism, Dyspraxia, Prolongued QTC syndrome. Current medications: Vyvanse 20 mg (for the ADHD).
Primary complaint: As of two days ago I began with flu like symptoms of a cough, groggyness, aching joints, nausea, this then progressed into a 102 F fever the next day. The fever lasted the whole night and caused some severe headaches for which I took Atasol Codeine and tried to sleep through it. The next morning the fever had broken and I was back down to 99 F, however as the day has progressed the fever has come back and my condition has been worsening back to the level I was at yesterday with a temperature of 102 and feeling terrible. I added some ibuprofen to the meds I was taking and skipped my Vyvanse for the day. Is this normal for a fever to break then come back? If so how many returns should I be expecting of this? and how long should it be before I contact a doctor?
