Hey, I’m wanting to get advice on several issues I’ve had with my vaginal health. I started the pill October of 2023 and during my period I have a day or 2 where the the opening of my vagina, the left and right lips get very swollen, sore and tender and sometimes the skin has minor tears. But then by the end of my period it gets better. I stopped taking the pill around Feb 2024 and have recently started the pill early this May. I had the same issue once again however early May up until now, I’ve had itchiness, tender and sore labia and opening, sometimes my bum too, as well as minor tears. I’ve gone to the doctors about this numerous times, she’s mentioned it looks like thrush and she did a test and that came back negative, she also mentioned I could be allergic to pads, I did realise when I stopped using a certain pad the swelling reduced, I also used to wear liners every single day, however have stopped. Around the time I started the pill I also became sexually active again and it’s been hard. I’m not sure if it’s my partner causing the issues as he does cum inside or the pill. I’ve been using thrush cream and coconut oil to help with the symptoms but nothing has changed. I also have had bleeding after sex today, it looks abit more than spotting and my vagina had minor tears, it was very painful today, the opening as well as inside. Has anyone had similar symptoms or know what this could be. I keep going to my doctor and I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do as I keep getting the same responses. Any advice is appreciated!

So last year i had a car and was really annoyed practically all year long having to pay like avg. 10 dollars each day just to come to school and park bc i live off campus in CWE. Plus, there would be a lot of days where visitor's lot is full and I'd have to go all the way to the DUC garage which was pain in the az.
I'd really want to get a permit for the upcoming school year, but most of my classes are in the east end and apparently when I was browsing through the parking website the yellow permit for east end, which is considered Zone 1, is only available for faculty + staff.
So for undergrad commuters, do you guys really pay the visitor fee all year long, esp if you are in Sam Fox/McKelvey? Or do you guys just pay for the yearly yellow permit and park in Zone 2? Ever since I got a 30 dollar ticket for parking in Forest Park I have ptsd of leaving my car in the wild + also would hate to see my windows broken in (actually had a few people I know experience this last year which sounds wild).
Also, the there is not even an option to buy the commuter permit for the upcoming school year, do you guys know when the website will be updated?

Hello, folks. Is anyone here taking a NAC supplement in addition to their Modafinil prescription? If so, how much of each are you taking, and at what times/frequency? I'm now taking either 50mg of modafinil (half a 100mg tablet) or a full pill plus a 600mg capsule of NAC in the morning, 30 minutes before eating, once a day. I started taking these for chronic and severe anhedonia, and it appears to have totally disappeared (although it's still early days because I've only been taking them for about two weeks). I do feel some agitation, which is why I'm taking such low doses. Is this a side effect of only modafinil, or both? Do any of these interact with each other?

LA fitness has already fired her once before then they bought her back in September of2021
Reason for termination is unclear but was said to be discrimination against African Americans, Gays/ LGBTQ community and making anti semetic remarks but nobody knows for sure what the reason was for here termination, but it had ti be bad enough for them to hire her , Luis Maio one of her former sales his said “ I heard it was for embezzlement “ if that’s even true , since when did embezzlement become a re- hirable offense???????? ( again no one knows its that’s true except for the higher ups at LA Fitness
On one night in November of 2021 , a disabled employee who just happened to be a part of the LGBTQ community, came into work his regular closing shift 6 pm to 11 pm,
He was immediately summoned to a woman he did not even technically report to
The Witch/ dark haired sales manager who proceeded to tell him
“ oh you know Dante has been missing from the front desk for 10 minutes now, the disabled employee responded “ I’m sure he’s in the gym , maybe just using the restroom, “
Sales Manager the Witch response was:
“ oh come on now James , you know how THEY are ( referring to African American people in general) he’s missing in action by now he’s probably already home counting his welfare and food stamps balance” she continues “ you and I weren’t raised that way , we were bought up differently “ the disabled employee, proceeded to tell her “ I’m sure he’s in the gym and I’ll find him”, however you and I are nothing alike you are a racist and as soon as I find Dante, I’m reporting you ( sales manager ) to Human Resources “
The Witch didn’t care as she was just about to have this young kid fired for in her words “ time fraud”
In reality he was simply in the gym translating another employees COVID results tests from English to Creole!!!!
So the Witch comes running up to the front desk attempting to ask Dante “ where did you go”?
Mind you he was not even gone from the front desk but 6 minutes I checked the video footage!!!
Once I told her he was assisting another employee translating her COVID results test from English to Creole, she went back to her cubicle we warned Dante she had her finger on the phone and about to have you fired!!
And we proceeded to tell him that the witch said; you “ were probably missing in action already home counting his food stamps and welfare checks”!! Imagine how he must have felt extremely awful we proceeded to contact Human Resources and reported her to them snot her racist remarks.
They said “ oh we will look into it”
Did they ??? No, never !!!!
They allow her to behave like this and it’s been going on for years now !!
Mind you a good percentage of the members that pay her paychecks are African American or of Caribbean descent , in addition many of the members are of the LGBTQ community!!!
Obviously they are not aware of the racism there because if I we’re African American/ Cary, I’d cancel my membership and bring my business to any other gym besides LA Fitness but since they don’t know any of this nor do any members of the LGBTQ community which also many of the members there also identify as LGBTQ !!
So the front desk person who also happens to be of LGBTQ community, and identifies as such ,
Sales Manager The Witch decided she was going to send slanderous/ defamatory emails in retaliation for the front desk guy ,James , to Human Resources, all of which his front desk boss Frank went to Sales Manager The Witch on THREE separate times begging her and telling her to “ stop sending slanderous/ defamatory emails about my employee James who happens to be disabled, he additionally told her that Human Resources, copied Operations Manager Frank on her emails he to sales manager The Witch
Look , I reviewed the cameras each time and everything you’re saying in you’re emails are not in synch with my front desk video footage , stop this, it’s illegal”
Her response was:
“ no I’m not stopping until he’s gone “!!!!
Then she refused to speak to James in excess of 60 days!! James notified HR again that this was a very dangerous situation since on July 12, 2022 James was threatened to be “ SHOT “ by s kid Who was banned from the gym for brandishing a gun and threatening some minors to shoot them too!! Including kids in the kids club!!! (?yes if you have children , that gym is not safe , nor is the kids club!!’
James immediately recognized the guy ( Damien) and said can I see you’re I’d or scan in for me. Obviously he knew he was banned so James said you have to leave , that’s when he said “ I k ow what you drive you know how I roll and that I’m packing!!!
Earlier in that same Day ,Area Manager Robert attempted to “ Terminate “ James because he felt Joni and him could not get along!!
James said ok , I have no disciplinary action, and you want to fire me for HER behavior, go ahead. So we are going from a disabled very reliable employee being completely employed to terminated, james apparently told Robert fire me now or I’m going back to the front desk as it looks busy up there . Area Manager Robert said ok so you think you can work with her, his response was yes, but you need to at least attempt to correct her issues or at least make this a non hostile work environment..
He did nothing, James went back to work and that was the end of that , for now .
Later that same week a janitor went to Sakes Manager The Witch who also has a heart condition he asked her “ I need to go home for 10 minutes to get my nitroglycerin pills for my heart, I live close I’ll be right back less than 10 minutes “!!!
Sales Manager the witch told the janitor
“ you’re heart problem is not my problem, no you stay here and mop the floors!!”
Imagine if he had a heart attack after She denied him to go retrieve his medication he so desperately needed!!????
Then on another occasion another Janitor came to James fir some advice, Donna , apparently told James or asked James what should I do , they are asking all of us to lie in our depositions a pot a guy who seriously injured his leg in the gym due to LA Fitness being negligent for not fixing the leak in the basketball court !!!
Donna asked James “ what should I do because they want me to lie for them ( La ft)
James told her just tell the real truth because lying in a deposition could come with some legal problems for you and the others “ like contempt of court !!
On August 11,2022, James had a slip and fall seriously damaging his right shoulder as the members were getting tired of corporate turning off all the lights in the gym including the locker rooms 15 minutes before they even closed the gym!!
Members were very upset , sometimes they had started leaving the showers running, and had the shower curtains closed , leading anyone that closed the gym that there were people still taking showers in there in the dark , but out of retaliation, they just thought they could cause a flood.
I do know, on that night as James was closing the gym he himself had a serious fall on the wet locker room floor , was laying in a pool of water in the dark for over 30 minutes luckily he had his phone , called 911 they eventually got there,
There are no slip proof mats anywhere in that gym!!
When the paramedics got there they had to stabilize james with the neck brace and try to move him so they could treat him somewhere in the gym where there was lights, james said I believe the lobby stays lit until like midnight, but no that was not true either because in the lobby , as they were checking his vitals , the entire lobby goes pitch black, that’s when they realized the lights were being turned off remotely!!
So the paramedics said let’s get him into the ambulance where we can at least treat him . Do paramedics got him in the ambulance, transferred him to Imperial Point Hospital where they did a lot of scans and XRay on his head neck , shoulder and spine.
James was sent home the next day from the emergency hospital with only 3 days of bedrest, and workers comp immediately started physical therapy 4 times a week and had him seeing an orthopedic surgeon, who decided it was ok for James to go back to work on light duty . Provided LA Fitness follow his suggestion of light duty only and get a proper chair . So james was going to all of these physical therapy sessions, and de visits and still going into work! On November , 15, james went into work , and there was the witches boss , Useless was behind the front desk they were instructed by someone to find a way to terminate James because “ we just want him gone” so they enlisted the help of this young African American Girl Briana , and told her “ we need you to say you saw James do something wrong because we have no legal grounds to fire him we just want him gone, so being a young girl that was told she had to do this or lose her job , she had no choice but to go along with them . Mind you this was November 15th 2022 Yet they had already drawn up these falsified documents on November 11, 2022 They never even told the poor girl that what she was doing was illegal, they just used Jett as a scapegoat, then Fired Her the vey next day and Fired James via the telephone while he was still undergoing physical therapy and going to the orthopedic surgeon for his injuries!!!
James contacted the EEOC , which is overseen by the Department Of Justice, they did their own investigation and obviously after months of investigation they found grounds enough to issue James a “ Right to sue” .as Karma always intervenes, he was assigned the Witches favorite color Attorney, a senior Trial attorney who just happened to be a Harvard Educated Black woman!!!
James is now currently being represented by a major law firm for the defamation slander , wrongful Ty. And La Fitness failure to act responsibly when James was emailing HR begging them to at least attempt to fix the situation with Sales Manager aka the witch, as she was refusing to speak to him at all , even leaving out the back door just so she didn’t have to say anything like a simple “ good night” !!’ James was the only one who had access to the keys to the safest room in the building , in the event off an active shooting , yet the witch was not speaking to him, so that made the situation even more dangerous as there are also children in the kids club..
So then since James Workers comp case had nothing to do with all of the slander , defamation and wrongful termination, LA Fitness again attempted to mess up this disabled person’s life even more by offering him some extremely low amount of money and one of the stipulations was “ if James accepts this settlement ( and not for what he went through injury wise it was very low ) he would agree to withdraw his Labor Claim and not sue them for them making racist remaryagainsr blacks ( mind you James is white) and he said
“ no way I’m not accepting any amount and just forget about everything they did to me and the way they treat their employees, their racist remarks against Jews , Blacks, and Gays. ! He refused to accept hush money , told the workers comp lawyer “ well I guess you worked on this case for a year , for nothing , if you can’t have the verbiage removed , then you wasted you’re time hence you won’t get paid”
The very next day the Workers comp Attorney sent an email to his Labor Attorney which james by law had to be copied on , saying “ Dear Attorney ( fill in the blank) please tell me word for word which verbiage you would like carved out of his settlement offer “
The other Attorney responded “ everything pertaining to James’s Labor claim with the EEOC and DOJ)
The very next day .,, the settlement letter was amended and the verbiage that Jane’s and his attorney wanted removed was, funny how it was done so quickly, mind you they told James “ they will not carve out any verbiage for you “ hmmmm well they did.
So. If you’re giving LA Fitness you’re business , and you’re ok with giving them your money if you’re a person of color, gay, Jewish or anyone else they hate , then basically you’re allowing this to continue, because Joni is still there doing the same things
Lastly , like one week before they fired James he was like a hero to them for two reasons, 1 because he stayed at that gym with BSO when a woman was abducted in the Pompano La Fitness parking lot, she was thrown into her trunk and driven to somewhere on Palm Aire like a storage unit. James stayed with BSO until 2:30 am in the gym assisting 12 BSO officers!!Then that same week , on James shift, they did a corporate visit and got extremely high scores for greetings, overall an excellent visit , that his boss brought to his attention, then the very next week they fired him for “ Poor Job performance “ !!!!!!!! Kinda unbelievable, apparently they also didn’t realize that falsification of termination or any employment records was illegal and whoever’s names are on those papers , is facing criminal charges.
James happened to run into the girl they used as their scapegoat and had her lie fir them so they could at least have something on him to terminate him, what they didn’t think about the highly unlikely chances The girl they had lie for them and James would ever cross paths , well they did in a store in Pompano City Place while shopping !
Bottom line , James wants this to go to court in front of a judge trial , jury and MEDIA, he’d rather NOT settle , he wants Everyone to know what happened to him Plus how they treat their employees.
After plenty of discussions with numerous legal entities and Attorneys, they all agree that IF LA Firness consulted with their in house attorneys, , they would have NEVER advised them to convict a story and have another employee or employees to lie and falsify documents . La Fitness has options like for example take the time have a sit down meeting and figure out why the witch hated James, then simply say , ok if you hate him and now he definitely hates you , , Witch you live in Boca, James you live in Oaklsnd Park, would either of you consider the option of transferring??
But they Never employed any type of conflict resolution, which is commonplace in most ethical workplaces , but remember, this is LA Fitness, they have no logic or do not know how to resolve easily resolvable situations.
As consumers you HAVE a right to know what is going on behind the scenes at any business you give you’re hard earned money to, imagine if it was you’re child the Witch accused the young kid wiring the front desk of being on food stamps and welfare, even worse imaging if they had asked you’re son or daughter to lie for them and not even tell you’re child or loved one what the legal consequences were for making falsified statements or signing falsified employment documents which were turned over to the Department of Labor!! That’s an entire different legal situation they put themselves into . They ( La fitness ) thought “ oh what are the chances of them running into each other?” Well they did

I ve been having some rough days. Whenever I do, i am very prone to higher anxiety levels. Plus my digestion has been acting up lately.
So i am sitting on my commute, i d actually have to prep somethimg for work. I have some discomfort in my digestive system, my legs ache, nothing I normally could not handle though.
Then all of a sudden I get that weird feeling, hard to describe its like something inside me is blowing up, but not painful, more like a rush of warm(?) feelings that go upwards from the belly to the face? Idk... i have that every few months and it always triggers me and makes my hyper alert, because in the moment it feels like vomiting, just that there is nothing physical actually happening.
Anyways. I just had that. Panicked for a moment. Took a ginger candy to calm down. I am better now, writing this down helps. But i ve still got 30 mins of travel ahaead, and lots of work to complete. :O

Hi folks, I have a surgery date coming up for a gallbladder removal (here in the UK), and I've heard some things that I'm a bit worried about. Hopefully you guys know what's true and what's not!
So basically, spent the first 30 years of my life believing I had IBS - in and out of hospital at least once every six months or so with crippling pain. Feb this year, the pain was so extreme, the worst it's been, and I started turning yellow and peeing Sunny Delight.
So straight to hospital I go, on a thousand drips. Oramorph didn't touch the pain, so they had me on the maximum dose of codeine which helped provided I got it every four hours. They forgot once, so I was hobbling around the hospital corridors at 3 in the morning shouting for help.
Long story short, they do the camera down the throat thing, do a balloon trawl in my gallbladder, pull out a tiny stone speck, and discover I had an abnormally formed gallbladder duct. It was never IBS. Which made sense, as the IBS meds they had me on didn't seem to help in the slightest.
Anyhoo, cue a few months later, I'm having it removed in six weeks. Being a larger chap, I have to go on a liver shrinkage diet for 2-4 weeks prior. I'm doing the liquid option, as yes, I may be grumpy, but I'll be grumpier counting every crumb of food and specifically measuring out to the gram every day.
Anyway, the questions!

1. I've read in the pamphlet that they inflate your stomach cavity with nitrous oxide(?) or something. They remove it all after, but some might remain and works it way to your shoulders? Is that right? How bad is the pain? How long does it last usually? Does anything help the symptoms until it goes?
   
2. Can you eat normally afterwards? The pamphlet says you can, but you need to work up to say, a pizza or something over some weeks - and to take it easy for the first few with bland foods.
   
3. What's the pain/discomfort like after the surgery? Is it sharp, dull? Will I be able to walk around on my own around the house (to say, use the bathroom), or will I risk my intestines falling out like in a Final Destination movie?
   
4. I've read taking supplements to aid digestion helps, like ox bile etc. Do they work? Or is it pseudoscience?
   

I want to go on birth control to stop my period and earlier this week I had a phone call with a gyno to discuss what type I should be getting. I told him that since I’m not sexually active I don’t really care about the success rate of the birth control and more just want to stop my period because it’s really painful and uncomfortable for me (days of pain, nausea, vomiting, being unable to eat, and horrible mental health). At first when he was discussing the different types he said that the IUD doesn’t stop your period only to later recommend that I get an IUD. I’m confused. I’ve heard a lot of bad things about IUDs so I really don’t want to get one but I’m not sure what other types of BC would be good for me. Just so you know, I’m not on T and none of my doctors know I’m trans (safety reasons). What types of BC would you recommend? Preferably something I don’t have to take every day like a pill.

LA fitness has already fired her once before then they bought her back in September of2021
Reason for termination is unclear but was said to be discrimination against African Americans, Gays/ LGBTQ community and making anti semetic remarks but nobody knows for sure what the reason was for here termination, but it had ti be bad enough for them to hire her , Luis Maio one of her former sales his said “ I heard it was for embezzlement “ if that’s even true , since when did embezzlement become a re- hirable offense???????? ( again no one knows its that’s true except for the higher ups at LA Fitness
On one night in November of 2021 , a disabled employee who just happened to be a part of the LGBTQ community, came into work his regular closing shift 6 pm to 11 pm,
He was immediately summoned to a woman he did not even technically report to
The Witch/ dark haired sales manager who proceeded to tell him
“ oh you know Dante has been missing from the front desk for 10 minutes now, the disabled employee responded “ I’m sure he’s in the gym , maybe just using the restroom, “
Sales Manager the Witch response was:
“ oh come on now James , you know how THEY are ( referring to African American people in general) he’s missing in action by now he’s probably already home counting his welfare and food stamps balance” she continues “ you and I weren’t raised that way , we were bought up differently “ the disabled employee, proceeded to tell her “ I’m sure he’s in the gym and I’ll find him”, however you and I are nothing alike you are a racist and as soon as I find Dante, I’m reporting you ( sales manager ) to Human Resources “
The Witch didn’t care as she was just about to have this young kid fired for in her words “ time fraud”
In reality he was simply in the gym translating another employees COVID results tests from English to Creole!!!!
So the Witch comes running up to the front desk attempting to ask Dante “ where did you go”?
Mind you he was not even gone from the front desk but 6 minutes I checked the video footage!!!
Once I told her he was assisting another employee translating her COVID results test from English to Creole, she went back to her cubicle we warned Dante she had her finger on the phone and about to have you fired!!
And we proceeded to tell him that the witch said; you “ were probably missing in action already home counting his food stamps and welfare checks”!! Imagine how he must have felt extremely awful we proceeded to contact Human Resources and reported her to them snot her racist remarks.
They said “ oh we will look into it”
Did they ??? No, never !!!!
They allow her to behave like this and it’s been going on for years now !!
Mind you a good percentage of the members that pay her paychecks are African American or of Caribbean descent , in addition many of the members are of the LGBTQ community!!!
Obviously they are not aware of the racism there because if I we’re African American/ Cary, I’d cancel my membership and bring my business to any other gym besides LA Fitness but since they don’t know any of this nor do any members of the LGBTQ community which also many of the members there also identify as LGBTQ !!
So the front desk person who also happens to be of LGBTQ community, and identifies as such ,
Sales Manager The Witch decided she was going to send slanderous/ defamatory emails in retaliation for the front desk guy ,James , to Human Resources, all of which his front desk boss Frank went to Sales Manager The Witch on THREE separate times begging her and telling her to “ stop sending slanderous/ defamatory emails about my employee James who happens to be disabled, he additionally told her that Human Resources, copied Operations Manager Frank on her emails he to sales manager The Witch
Look , I reviewed the cameras each time and everything you’re saying in you’re emails are not in synch with my front desk video footage , stop this, it’s illegal”
Her response was:
“ no I’m not stopping until he’s gone “!!!!
Then she refused to speak to James in excess of 60 days!! James notified HR again that this was a very dangerous situation since on July 12, 2022 James was threatened to be “ SHOT “ by s kid Who was banned from the gym for brandishing a gun and threatening some minors to shoot them too!! Including kids in the kids club!!! (?yes if you have children , that gym is not safe , nor is the kids club!!’
James immediately recognized the guy ( Damien) and said can I see you’re I’d or scan in for me. Obviously he knew he was banned so James said you have to leave , that’s when he said “ I k ow what you drive you know how I roll and that I’m packing!!!
Earlier in that same Day ,Area Manager Robert attempted to “ Terminate “ James because he felt Joni and him could not get along!!
James said ok , I have no disciplinary action, and you want to fire me for HER behavior, go ahead. So we are going from a disabled very reliable employee being completely employed to terminated, james apparently told Robert fire me now or I’m going back to the front desk as it looks busy up there . Area Manager Robert said ok so you think you can work with her, his response was yes, but you need to at least attempt to correct her issues or at least make this a non hostile work environment..
He did nothing, James went back to work and that was the end of that , for now .
Later that same week a janitor went to Sakes Manager The Witch who also has a heart condition he asked her “ I need to go home for 10 minutes to get my nitroglycerin pills for my heart, I live close I’ll be right back less than 10 minutes “!!!
Sales Manager the witch told the janitor
“ you’re heart problem is not my problem, no you stay here and mop the floors!!”
Imagine if he had a heart attack after She denied him to go retrieve his medication he so desperately needed!!????
Then on another occasion another Janitor came to James fir some advice, Donna , apparently told James or asked James what should I do , they are asking all of us to lie in our depositions a pot a guy who seriously injured his leg in the gym due to LA Fitness being negligent for not fixing the leak in the basketball court !!!
Donna asked James “ what should I do because they want me to lie for them ( La ft)
James told her just tell the real truth because lying in a deposition could come with some legal problems for you and the others “ like contempt of court !!
On August 11,2022, James had a slip and fall seriously damaging his right shoulder as the members were getting tired of corporate turning off all the lights in the gym including the locker rooms 15 minutes before they even closed the gym!!
Members were very upset , sometimes they had started leaving the showers running, and had the shower curtains closed , leading anyone that closed the gym that there were people still taking showers in there in the dark , but out of retaliation, they just thought they could cause a flood.
I do know, on that night as James was closing the gym he himself had a serious fall on the wet locker room floor , was laying in a pool of water in the dark for over 30 minutes luckily he had his phone , called 911 they eventually got there,
There are no slip proof mats anywhere in that gym!!
When the paramedics got there they had to stabilize james with the neck brace and try to move him so they could treat him somewhere in the gym where there was lights, james said I believe the lobby stays lit until like midnight, but no that was not true either because in the lobby , as they were checking his vitals , the entire lobby goes pitch black, that’s when they realized the lights were being turned off remotely!!
So the paramedics said let’s get him into the ambulance where we can at least treat him . Do paramedics got him in the ambulance, transferred him to Imperial Point Hospital where they did a lot of scans and XRay on his head neck , shoulder and spine.
James was sent home the next day from the emergency hospital with only 3 days of bedrest, and workers comp immediately started physical therapy 4 times a week and had him seeing an orthopedic surgeon, who decided it was ok for James to go back to work on light duty . Provided LA Fitness follow his suggestion of light duty only and get a proper chair . So james was going to all of these physical therapy sessions, and de visits and still going into work! On November , 15, james went into work , and there was the witches boss , Useless was behind the front desk they were instructed by someone to find a way to terminate James because “ we just want him gone” so they enlisted the help of this young African American Girl Briana , and told her “ we need you to say you saw James do something wrong because we have no legal grounds to fire him we just want him gone, so being a young girl that was told she had to do this or lose her job , she had no choice but to go along with them . Mind you this was November 15th 2022 Yet they had already drawn up these falsified documents on November 11, 2022 They never even told the poor girl that what she was doing was illegal, they just used Jett as a scapegoat, then Fired Her the vey next day and Fired James via the telephone while he was still undergoing physical therapy and going to the orthopedic surgeon for his injuries!!!
James contacted the EEOC , which is overseen by the Department Of Justice, they did their own investigation and obviously after months of investigation they found grounds enough to issue James a “ Right to sue” .as Karma always intervenes, he was assigned the Witches favorite color Attorney, a senior Trial attorney who just happened to be a Harvard Educated Black woman!!!
James is now currently being represented by a major law firm for the defamation slander , wrongful Ty. And La Fitness failure to act responsibly when James was emailing HR begging them to at least attempt to fix the situation with Sales Manager aka the witch, as she was refusing to speak to him at all , even leaving out the back door just so she didn’t have to say anything like a simple “ good night” !!’ James was the only one who had access to the keys to the safest room in the building , in the event off an active shooting , yet the witch was not speaking to him, so that made the situation even more dangerous as there are also children in the kids club..
So then since James Workers comp case had nothing to do with all of the slander , defamation and wrongful termination, LA Fitness again attempted to mess up this disabled person’s life even more by offering him some extremely low amount of money and one of the stipulations was “ if James accepts this settlement ( and not for what he went through injury wise it was very low ) he would agree to withdraw his Labor Claim and not sue them for them making racist remaryagainsr blacks ( mind you James is white) and he said
“ no way I’m not accepting any amount and just forget about everything they did to me and the way they treat their employees, their racist remarks against Jews , Blacks, and Gays. ! He refused to accept hush money , told the workers comp lawyer “ well I guess you worked on this case for a year , for nothing , if you can’t have the verbiage removed , then you wasted you’re time hence you won’t get paid”
The very next day the Workers comp Attorney sent an email to his Labor Attorney which james by law had to be copied on , saying “ Dear Attorney ( fill in the blank) please tell me word for word which verbiage you would like carved out of his settlement offer “
The other Attorney responded “ everything pertaining to James’s Labor claim with the EEOC and DOJ)
The very next day .,, the settlement letter was amended and the verbiage that Jane’s and his attorney wanted removed was, funny how it was done so quickly, mind you they told James “ they will not carve out any verbiage for you “ hmmmm well they did.
So. If you’re giving LA Fitness you’re business , and you’re ok with giving them your money if you’re a person of color, gay, Jewish or anyone else they hate , then basically you’re allowing this to continue, because Joni is still there doing the same things
Lastly , like one week before they fired James he was like a hero to them for two reasons, 1 because he stayed at that gym with BSO when a woman was abducted in the Pompano La Fitness parking lot, she was thrown into her trunk and driven to somewhere on Palm Aire like a storage unit. James stayed with BSO until 2:30 am in the gym assisting 12 BSO officers!!Then that same week , on James shift, they did a corporate visit and got extremely high scores for greetings, overall an excellent visit , that his boss brought to his attention, then the very next week they fired him for “ Poor Job performance “ !!!!!!!! Kinda unbelievable, apparently they also didn’t realize that falsification of termination or any employment records was illegal and whoever’s names are on those papers , is facing criminal charges.
James happened to run into the girl they used as their scapegoat and had her lie fir them so they could at least have something on him to terminate him, what they didn’t think about the highly unlikely chances The girl they had lie for them and James would ever cross paths , well they did in a store in Pompano City Place while shopping !
Bottom line , James wants this to go to court in front of a judge trial , jury and MEDIA, he’d rather NOT settle , he wants Everyone to know what happened to him Plus how they treat their employees.
After plenty of discussions with numerous legal entities and Attorneys, they all agree that IF LA Firness consulted with their in house attorneys, , they would have NEVER advised them to convict a story and have another employee or employees to lie and falsify documents . La Fitness has options like for example take the time have a sit down meeting and figure out why the witch hated James, then simply say , ok if you hate him and now he definitely hates you , , Witch you live in Boca, James you live in Oaklsnd Park, would either of you consider the option of transferring??
But they Never employed any type of conflict resolution, which is commonplace in most ethical workplaces , but remember, this is LA Fitness, they have no logic or do not know how to resolve easily resolvable situations.
As consumers you HAVE a right to know what is going on behind the scenes at any business you give you’re hard earned money to, imagine if it was you’re child the Witch accused the young kid wiring the front desk of being on food stamps and welfare, even worse imaging if they had asked you’re son or daughter to lie for them and not even tell you’re child or loved one what the legal consequences were for making falsified statements or signing falsified employment documents which were turned over to the Department of Labor!! That’s an entire different legal situation they put themselves into . They ( La fitness ) thought “ oh what are the chances of them running into each other?” Well they did

Hello, I had laparoscopic myomectomy in september 2023 . I am 25 years old and considering pregnancy when possible. Unfortunately my myoma regrowed(8 months later). Doctor said me dont get pregnant 1 year. It gives me pelvic pain especially during period. If I will again have laparoscopic myomectomy and again will grow in 8 months, how to get pregnant? I read that reoccurence chance is %20-30 but is it probabilty of each opeartion or person? I mean, once it reoccured with me, does it mean it will regrow all the time with 8 months periodically? Is it even possible to get pregnant in this case? Aynone here had more than 1 myomectomy but didnt regrow within 2 years ?

I (26F) am a full-time student, have a full-time job and take care of my sick mother (66F). I really just want to be seen and I want to know if my anger towards my mom is justified. Also more importantly I think, I want to know if anyone understands why I find it so hard to be kind and sympathetic.
Background on my mother's health: My mother has been unwell for most of my life. She has type 2 diabetes and had recently been diagnosed with kidney and heart failure that can kill her if she does not get the proper treatment. For most of the time that she's had type 2 diabetes she has not been consistent with taking her medication or trying to live a healthy lifestyle which can, in some cases, reverse diabetes. Because she never took her medication consistently for longer than a month her diabetes has damaged her organs and now if she does not receive dialysis three times a week she will have weeks to live. She has also lost her ability to walk due to a three month long hospital stay.
I do blame her for being sick because she could've helped herself. The doctors told her the bad sides of diabetes countless times and she straight up multiple times has told them "that won't happen to me". She overindulges in sweet foods and antagonizes me for telling her to not having sweet foods, sometimes ridiculing me in front of her friends and family or screaming at me. I know she's told the doctors this because I was tasked to drive her to all her appointments and sit with her in the doctors room because she would stop listening to them after she didn't like what they said.
When I turned 20 she got extremely sick and only my dad and I were around to take care of her. I have a lot of resentment towards her for not taking care of herself and asking me to take care of her which has rerouted my life and placed her at the centre of it.
While I was taking care of her at 20 she was still screaming at me and reminding me of how incompetent I am to her. Calling me stupid and useless was always her go to, especially while I was doing housework or whatever else she asked me to do. I am used to her screaming at me and overall feeling like I don't do a good job of helping her. She's always taken her frustrations out on me. I have very few memories where she was happy while she was at home and less memories where she was happy with me.
So here I am, cleaning her actually shit with my dad while she screams at me that I am being rough and rude. Here I am giving her the medication she needs to live longer than a few months and she is throwing the tablets on the floor and telling me I am being pushy. It feels exhausting caring for her when it seems like she doesn't fucking care to help herself. I know taking medication can be difficult for some people but between taking a pill and actually dying slowly and painfully?? I know it's difficult not being able to do things for yourself but you probably shouldn't scream at someone who's wiping your ass. I'm emotionally shut off with her and I come across as rude and abrupt but I don't know how to take care of someone and be nice to someone who used to scream at me for crying. I don't know how to coddle someone who's slapped me for having a boyfriend. How am I supposed to rub your back and tell you it's okay if I've been hit with the brush I use to comb out the knots in your hair?
It's all getting too much and I've relapsed into self harm. I can't take being told that I'm the worst person ever while doing something emotionally taxing and having a full time job and being a full-time student. I can't do this anymore..

I cannot say names for the sake of my family member's child and family members pricicy, although I will call the main family member B, and her husband J, while their kid will be K. So my name is L, and I have an aunt who's name is B. Her and her husband have been together for a very very long time, married for 16 years. (but off and on for about 8 years before marriage, and she met him when she was 14. She is now in her 40’s.) I should also mention that J has a friend who we will call T for the sake of this story. T also has a wife, and 3 children. T comes into play later. Now, I would like to begin by saying that while J had no job, B was the one making all of the money and supporting everything that J did, with his friends or without them, using all of the money that she made or what he was given by the state. B has a lot of health issues and has to take what some would call a cocktail of pills to manage the pain that she deals with. B has some serious medical issues, along with having kidney and liver issues, appendicitis, and kidney stones. All of these things are what caused her to stop being the sole breadwinner for the household. Once J became the money maker, he would refuse to give her the money that she would need for basic necessities such as body wash, shampoo, or food that would have been used for B and their child K. B had suspicion that J was cheating on her, but never confronted him about it because she wanted to believe that he wouldn't do that to her. (He was in fact cheating, and B later found out that he was cheating with many of the people that she had thought were her “girlfriends” but this has a point too.) One of the days that he was “at work” and B was at home with K, she took her usual cocktail of pills that got her through the day. Previously to this event, J had installed cameras all around the inside and outside of the house, because B was caught stealing shampoo and body wash for K. His reasoning for putting the cameras up was so that B wouldn’t steal anything from him, even though she was stealing because he would not provide the necessary funds so that his wife and child could have their bodies washed. Despite this B was able to hide this from her child, and keep her child unaware of anything that her father was having her mother do. Now, B takes the pills, but this day she had been cleaning the house so she hadn’t had time to eat or drink much. She takes the pills on a damn near empty stomach and about five minutes later she passes out on the kitchen floor. Now of course J sees this on the cameras and does the bare minimum of leaving “work” and calling 911 for his wife. Although when the ambulance came to pick B up, he didn’t ask if she was okay. He didn’t go with her to the hospital, nore did he take their child to go see her mother while she was in the hospital. Instead B was met with the locks on her doors being changed (although her name is also on the lease with her husband), along with her not even having the glasses or shoes that she would normally wear. The only thing she was left with was her phone, not anything else. Then J only proceeds to let her come back and live with him because her kid misses her, and because she is taking care of J’s father. J’s family constantly talks badly about B to her kid, and among themselves. Now back to J’s friend T. J and T have hooked up a multitude of times in the bed that J and B once shared together. Along with constantly harassing B for pictures and videos of sexual things, and asking repeatedly for threesomes with J and T, and making advances on her even when she didn’t want them. J likes to pressure B into “putting out” for him, and when she refuses to do so, he calls her horrible names, a bad mother, and kicks her out of the place that they share all over again. J also likes to comment and harass B on the “other boyfriends” that she has, although she has never been with anyone but him. And when she is gone, picking me up from friends' houses or getting food for and or with me, he likes to text her non-stop, and locks the door on her if she has been out too long. Now I would like to mention that what J is doing to B has damaged her mentality strongly, and has severely impacted the way that she sees herself. She does not want to fight him for the sake of her child, but I care for her deeply and know that she nor her child deserve to be in such a dangerous environment with such a hostile person. I know that she wants to leave, but she is afraid that J will destroy her. How can I help her?

Most recent Rybelsus post I see is 7 months old so I figured I'd start a new one. I'm a 53yo male six feet four inches tall. Been in the pre-diabetic range for 10 years or so. Just recently diagnosed with type-2 with back to back test three months apart in the high 7s. Started Rybelsus May 6th at 348lbs and blood sugar 7.8. (10 days at 7mg and then up to 14mg because I got the dates wrong) Today is May 23rd and I'm 337lbs and blood sugar 5.9. This is without metformin.
This is my second time trying Rybelsus. Tried a couple years ago but I wasn't taking it properly and the side effects were too much for me. I ended up switching back to Glucophage (metformin) because it was coverd under my insurance. Now my blood sugar is higher so I have more incentive to follow directions and stick with it. Also since I'm diabetic now it's covered.
Started week one on 7mg and it wasn't pleasent. Severe constipation, nausea and headache. Zero appetite for the first three days and I couldn't keep anything other than white rice and crackers down.
Figured out I needed to lay off the fat and seasoning in week two. Nausea went away and my appitite kind of came back but in a much more controllable way. Zero cravings, no thinking about food and I almost never feel like I HAVE to eat. Down 11 pounds in a little over two weeks but I was already loosing weight from IF. I've quit IF for now since I'm able to maintain sub 2000 calories without it. Don't want to make changes I can't maintain long term. My goal is to loose 60 pounds and a steady 5.0 blood sugar.
So far 14mg hasn't exactly been a magic bullet but it makes it so that I can control my eating. Aside from the documented side effects on the box there are a few other things I've noticed. Gone with my food cravings is the sensation of food smelling good. I remember this from the last time I took it. Food still looks good but the smell sometimes makes me nauseous. I end up eating alot of plain chicken breast, steak, broccoli and white rice along with very light seasoning. Fruit nuts and an occasional beef jerky for snacks
Another thing I noticed that I didn't experience last time was a 500 calorie meal feels like I just ate thanksgiving dinner. Don't want to get too graphic but I can eat something at 9am and still feel/taste it in my system well into the evening. Depending on how I take it in the morning getting 1500 calories in can be difficult.
To give you an idea what the appetite suppression looks like for me so far, I was a 2 egg McMuffin 2 hash brown breakfast guy. Now it's a cup of white rice and 100grams of either steak or turkey breast from the air fryer. No oil or it won't stay down.
I'm having some early success this time and I guess what I would say has been most important or what has been different is that I am taking it properly. Last time I took it like all my other pills instead of by itself with at least 30 minutes not eating or drinking after.
I don't have any scientific evidence to back it up but I believe the longer you wait to eat or drink the more effective it is. Days where I get caught up in morning activities and forget to eat and drink for a couple hours after I take the pill I have a hard time eating anything at all for most of the day.

Guys, I'm so done. I can't cope with all the hurt, my ex put me through. I know, there are different subs dedicated to this topic, but actually, I've been through domestic violence. Here's my story:
So I was in highschool. That was 4 and a half years ago. I was actually broken too. Had several PTSD therapies and was absolutely broken. My childhood was tough as my father had BPD and was very abusive. My parents got divorced and we haven't spoken for 10 years, with my father. That's why I had PTSD. 4 and a half years ago, I met this girl. She was so innocent and lost. I knew, I had to ask her out. Things were quick. A month later, we started dating and my love for her only grew faster. On the other hand, her parents hated me from the very beginning. My father was arab and so my skin tone is slightly darker which is unacceptable, in my country. And as she is a pale blonde, they were upset because I'd probably ruin their pure white family with my genes if I ever had a child with their daughter. This was pretty hard pill to swallow..
Anyways, we remained dating. Everything was just perfect untill the day I took her to a camping site during summer holidays. Went for a hike and suddenly, she started crying, saying she's having this "crisis". The "crisis", ever since then, became her tool to make me try harder. That's when the emotional abuse began. She's had about 15 of those major crises throughout the relationship. Later on, she told me she was lost and didn't know whether she's not missing something while being with me. I fixed that and she switched back to loving me. After that, things got worse. I mean, her demeanor was somewhat different. We started having arguments over NOTHING. But yeah, it wasn't that dramatic so far, so we remained together. Another year went by and I remember, I was like, 18? I took her out for shopping. Out of the blue, she told me to my eyes, I don't love you anymore. My heart was torn apart. I remained still. Told her that we could take a pause so that she could think it through. I gave her space. Man, it is excruciatingly painful when you tell them that you love them and they don't respond. I did everything she wanted. After a month, she switched back again. At this time, I realized, I wouldn't make it if I lost her. I've put her first in any aspect of life. I've sacrificed so much for her. Her demands were only higher and higher yet her respect for me went to zero. But still, another year passed by. The third year, I went through hell. My father called me. It was intense as we haven't spoken for 10 years. He told me, he has a cancer in it's final stage. Heartbreaking. I had to take care about him till the end. Meanwhile, my gf had a beef with her mother and I've decided to help her and take care of her problem as well as that of mine, with my father. I even ended up taking her mother to a restaurant where I had to explain, how it is important to communicate, in family. You get it? Me, a 20 yo, let's say kid, explaining this to a 50yo woman? WILD. I stood our ground and told her that we are moving. Did my girlfriend thank me? Nah. But before moving in together, I managed to find us a part time job abroad, for the entire summer holiday. I was so proud of myself that I could really manage to do this. We went there and the very first thing she told me was that she's about to have another crisis. It crushed me. We were supposed to help some old owners of a guest house. They only spoke their language, couldn't speak english nor our language, so clearly, I said, I have to learn their language so that I'd be able to communicate with them. My gf? She told ME to speak with them. After a month being there, I could speak quite well and she could barely say anything. Still, she blamed me for it and made a huge scene in public about it. Speaking of the huge scenes, she made these even in our country. She always did it in public, where she would start screaming, crying in order to make me look as an abuser in front of everyone. She did it many many times, mostly in shopping centers.
When we returned, we moved in together. Of course, I was the one who found us a dormitory to be. She didn't do anything for it. Our mutual life was okay, at least to her. I started feeling neglected and abused. The hell was only to begin. She started calling me names, making scenes in public so that I seemed as a total abuser even more frequently, gaslighting, blackmailing, humiliating, she hated my friends, hated my projects (podcasts), hated my opinions and everything I did was just wrong. Sometimes, it went physical. She blamed me for receiving an orphan's pension and not taking her out or buying her shit. It hurts to write. Sexually, she liked to frustrate me for weeks or even a month. Then, when I naturally didn't last long, she threw a tantrum. Sometimes, she screamed at me during sex over something I did or didn't do during the day. Then, it got even worse. We didn't sleep together whatsoever and she started isolating me. Blamed me for going to my parents for a weekend, saying, I don't feel at home with her. She even forbade me lighting a candle on the day it was a year after my father died. I was so lethargic. Didn't know what to do. She found herself some friends at work and started hanging out with them after work. I remember going for her to work in winter. It was so cold. She left me waiting outside for an hour only to tell me that she was in a pub, after work. I stopped going there. And she hated me for that. Then, she broke up with me. Just like that. She was so suspiciously over it. I asked her about any other guy and was told she doesn't have any nor does she want anyone else. I went home, to my parents. A few days after, I found out, she had a crush at work. Well, my panic attacks came back.
she seemed so indifferent but when I returned to that room, I saw, it was a room of a total mess. I found our photos on the desk, our products still displayed and my t-shirt, she clearly still slept in it. So damn weird. That's when it got really really suspicious. I consulted this whole situation with my psychologist and he said, by all that I describe, There's no doubt she has a BPD and I wouldn't ever change her. The end was INEVITABLE. But I didn't know much about BPD, back then. I didn't know anything about hoovering. She did it. She stalked me to school and made a huge scene in front of my classmates about how she still loves me and won't make it through summer without me. I rejected her and told her to go away. A few days after, I was so curious about what might happen. I just went to the room again and I shouldn't have done it. She took a pose. A mask of arrogance so that I can't hurt her. The first thing she said was that she's happy without me. It made angry and confused because it didn't make sense as she told me how she still loves me, before. I spat all the shit she put me through, at her. I didn't scream or anything, but told her everything. She said things that hurt me but I hurt her too. I could see her "mask" breaking and her eyes flooding in tears. Oh god, I hurt myself by doing that. I suggested, I knew about her crush all the time. She acted indifferent. I left.
I feel shame. As a man, I should've acted more assertive. I just couldn't and so I came through the same hurt, as during my childhood.
I can't do this anymore. The pain is just excruciating.

I have adhd and I take Vyvanse 30 mg in the morning. Not everyday but most. Yesterday at work we had to cut a field of grass that had not been done at all this year. It was like 3 feet high of rag weed. Needless to say even with wearing a mask, the attack I had was almost unbearable. I couldn’t walk in a straight line, couldn’t breathe, severe stomach distress as well, sweating like a pig, extreme vasodilation giving me pots like stuff. Anyway I took a hydroxyzine which did nothing for me at work. I went to be early last night and woke up around 3:00 am still suffering severly so I got up and took my Vyvanse which actually seemed to obliterate symptoms. I’m still a little itchy in the skin but I don’t have the impending doom or racing heart rate anymore. It seems that amphetamine pills work kinda like an epi pen? And I can’t handle caffeine because that gives me a really bad reaction because it blocks DAO. If anyone else has had the same outcome as me please let me know!

i’m 18M, 5’7”, 170 lb. while in the shower i had to sit down for a bit because i randomly got lightheaded, and i did it a bit quickly almost falling a bit and during that i felt my eyebrow pain. i confirmed it by shaking my head a bit that yup there’s a sharp pain there. idk what it could be. i walked a lot more today that i usually do giving both my feet calluses and getting a sunburn but i feel like those are unrelated. i also haven’t been getting a lot of sleep but i never have so. i was in the shower longer than i intended so could’ve have been caused by the hot shower? it’s never happened before but idk. plus i’m still very lightheaded and i’ve been out for like 30 minutes. do yall have any ideas?

I wanted to kill myself so I took;
19 antipsychotic 25 mg pills along with 9 500mg of paracetamol pills and 7 80mg of aspirin pills at the same time.
But I ended up throwing up instead…why? I want to die so fast.
