Angelblade streaming

Hi Riven mains,
I thought of making a tournament RivenMains vs YasuoMains to celebrate the release of the two new skins Angelblade Riven and Demonblade Yasuo.
I'm thinking of something that takes place in both NA and EUW with big guys partecipating like our Arkadata and Yassuo, as well as Adrian, BoxBox from your side.
The rules would be classic Howling Abyss: Win Conditions: First Kill (suicide doesnt count); First 70 cs Rules: Flash is mandatory (cant go ignite+exhaust for example, no cheesy wins); You can buy whatever starting items you want; Back is not allowed (its howling abyss of course).
The idea was to make a list of everyone that wants to partecipate in both NA and EUW. Since we can't just go on forever, we'd select an X number or people from each side randomly. We would then properly match each Yasuo Main and Riven Main with an opponent of similar skill, determined by ELO and Mastery Points on the champion. The winner between the two is decided with only 1 game, to make everything smoother and let more people partecipate.
The main thing would be the fight between the streamers, that will consist in up to 3 or 5 games to decide the winner.
It would be streamed on Twitch via someone that connects to every custom game, probably 2 at a time, one in NA and one in EUW. Think of Ghost to Lane videos as an example. The hard part consists in making this turnament kinda official and mainly bringing in the stremers, since they can spread the word with ease.
