Adding relay/click sound to golf cart turn signal
How can I add a relay of some sort or something that will produce a clicking sound when I engage the turn signal on my golf cart? Either that or even a buzzer would probably be good. Wiring diagram below, it’s a nine pin harness

Help! Replacing 4way switch. The new 4way switch is behaving like a simple on/off switch. I verified that it’s just like the wiring diagram (red black wire from above goes on top connectors on switch, red black wire from below goes on bottom connectors on switch). What’s wrong?

Struggling to configure and compile professional FW
I'm trying to configure professional firmware in VScode for my ender3 v2 with a mini skr e3 v3 and i keep getting error messages(see included screenshot for reference). It's parents weekend and this is basically my only distraction-free window of opportunity to get my printer up and running again so I can get back to prototyping. Any help in diagnosing and resolving this issue would be GREATLY appreciated.

I've researched for hours, looked at diagrams, read old forums, experimented, and tried to gain as much knowledge as possible. I'm looking for insight or hoping someone with experience can point out or notice the most likely cause for my issues.
Here's a breakdown of what I'm experiencing,
Pretext:
ISSUE: When the yellow and red ports are all capped, the car is harder to start and dies without keeping a little pressure on the throttle.
If I remove the cap circled in red, the car idles and drives well but has a loud induction whistle. If I put the cap circled in red back on when the engine is running, it bogs down and dies. The area in green is the spot where fuel drips slowly after the car dies.
If the Esa port (yellow top left) is unplugged and the other yellow/red are capped, the truck will run and NOT SMOKE if I wedge something on the gas pedal to keep the throttle open just the slightest.
I know the carb needs to be rebuilt but want to find out if the leaking fuel has anything to do with the engine not running when the red port is plugged. The ports circled in yellow also blow out a bit of white smoke once the car is shut off after running.
The ignition system seems extremely tampered with and I'm unsure how the previous owners had it rigged to work properly.
There is also a solenoid on the top of the carb that has an unplugged electrical connector and the port next to it is plugged.
The truck idles/drives the way it is currently, but the white exhaust smoke is concerning, it seems to not smoke much when driving and open throttle, but gets bad at stop/idle. I plan to do a valve lash adjustment and rebuild the carb but with so many things being messed with on the truck I want some outside input. I can provide more pictures on request

No * Budget range? £1.5k * WiFi or wired connection? WIFI* Size/noise constraints? Yes * Color/lighting preferences? Some

New build or upgrade? - New Build
Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links) - Will be adding my current Fanxiang S101 1TB ssd as a secondary drive
PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games) - Gaming, CAD and Coding. Aiming to be able to play Star citizen smoothly so using a x3D cpu would be best
Purchase country? Near Micro Center? - UK so no Micro Centres
Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate) - Will buy a better monitor after buying the pc.
Budget range? (Include tax considerations) - £1.5k
WiFi or wired connection? - WIFI mostly as i have no way of getting ethernet to my PC
Size/noise constraints? - Was hoping to have a Mini ITX Case(something like the Cooler Master NR200p). Aiming for low noise as well.
Cololighting preferences? - Would like some RGB as its gonna be on top of my desk but if the case is fully enclosed and has no see through side, then no RGB is needed as it'll barely show. In terms of colour, im trying to go for a white build but im fine with other bright colours like orange, yellow, etc...
Any other specific needs? - Trying to future proof abit so i was thinking an rtx 4070 might be enough

2024.06.08 17:02 Dry_Abroad2548 RGB fans and ARGB fans with hubs not working

So decided to upgrade my PC case ans the cooling in the case I had wasn't sufficient for airflow. I purchased this Amanson PC case AMANSON PC Case- Pre-Install 9... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0C1ZBP43F?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share that cane with ARGB fans pre installed. They were in the wrong way round so I switched them and installed all my current hardware to this new PC case.
I have the below installed MSI Tomahawk B550 Motherboard CPU Ryzen 950X with MSI CPU water-cooled fan Vengence 32GB RAM PSU Corsair 750W
The pre installed fans had a hub which was connected up correctly from the fans to the motherboard in the (rainbow 4 pin connecter "JRAINBOW2") on the motherboard as directed, then connecting to the PSU via the SATA connector and the switch for the PC case for fan control. The case fans didn't have a remote as the controls were on the case itself.
PC booked fine but fans were not spinning but the lights were on. Turned PC off and removed fan cables from hub and reinstalled them to check no wires missing. Rebooted PC and fans were now spinning but no lights.
Used PC with no lights for a week, worked completely fine checked BIOS and all good.
Decided to purchase another set of ARGB fans to replace these non working ones as these cane with a hub and a remote. TZMRIT 2-IN-1 ARGB PWM Fan Hub with Controller,9 x 4 Pin PWM Fan Connectors,9 x 5V 3PIN ARGB Ports,Magnetic Base and SATA Power 18 Port,White https://amzn.eu/d/clp3SuB
I bought 2x sets of these as I want 10 fans in my case, 3 on the cooler for CPU 6 on the side and base of the case and one on the other side to pull air in.
Installed these following the exact instructions on provided (connect to SATA cable on the PSU and then the 4 pin on the motherboard JRAINBOW2 and again fans lit up but weren't spinning. Disconnected all fans and hub and booted PC into bios and changes fan output to PWM instead of auto and booted back up with fans and hub installed, same thing only the fans were just spotting light so the LED were static and not flowing like before.
This is the only time I have installed ARGB lighting so decided to send these all back even though my motherboard supports them and try my luck with just RGB.
Purchased these ... EZDIY-FAB Moonlight 120mm RGB PWM Case Fan with RGB PWM Fan Hub,5V Motherboard Sync,ARGB Computer Fan,Multiple Light Modes-5 Pack https://amzn.eu/d/aGqwNuv Decided to connect the hub to PSU and motherboard as advised on instructions as they should be "plug and play" too, but just with the 1x fan to make sure they worked before fixing them in place. Turned PC on and fan lit and was spinning at full speed but afte 6 seconds the hub for the fans started smoking so shut off PC completely.
Checked all the connectors on PSU and no damage. Checked over the motherboard and all was fine. Left for about 20 minutes and removed this fan and tried a second one in a different slot on the hub and turned PC on.
No smoke but fan not spinning and RGB colour is just static lights not how it was first time turning on.
Notes: I have built 7x PCs and never had this issue. 90% of the parts on this PC came from my partners old one. The motherboard, the graphics card, PSU and the CPU were paired so these haven't been switched, all that has changed is the case and the fans.
I have upgraded my previous build with multiple other brands of fans and never had an issue.
If anyone has any advice or has had experience with this I would greatly appreciate it. I'm going to carry on looking myself so I will update if anything new happens of if I figure it out!!
TIA

All build/upgrade/parts check requests copy & answer these to post:
* New build or upgrade? Hopefully upgrade, open to new build if needed
* Existing parts/monitors to reuse? Current specs:
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B450M DS3H
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 570 ARMOR 8GB
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.40GHz AM4 with stock cooler
PSU: COOLERMASTER MWE Bronze 550W
RAM: G.SKILL 16GB Aegis DDR4 3000MHz Kit
Case: FSP CMT110 (ATX Mid Tower)
Monitor: Acer 21,5" SA220Q (1080p, 75 Hz)
Storage: WD 240GB Green SATA + WD Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200rpm 64MB SATA3
* PC purpose? Gaming - Running games like WoW: The War Within, God of War Ragnarok, Prehistoric Kingdom, Planet Zoo, Cyberpunk 2077, Hades 2, Baldur's Gate 3 at high quality.
* Purchase country? Near Micro Center? Hungary, no micro centers nearby
* Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate) Not necessarily, but I'd like to upgrade to 1440p in the upcoming years.
* Budget range? Around 800 EUR
* WiFi or wired connection? I have wired connection and have a PCI-E Wireless card that can be installed.
* Size/noise constraints? Don't need a bigger case than the current one, I'd downsize if possible with good thermals.
* Cololighting preferences? No need for RGB or glass panels.
* Any other specific needs? Sometimes I use Krita / Photoshop, also the PC is currently used to host a Jellyfin server when we are watching movies / series from it. It would be great if it could also emulate Switch games, which I cannot reliably do now.
Thanks in advance!

2024.06.08 13:34 mcdirty53 Question on upgrading home

Question on upgrading home
I know little about AV / surround sound so I am hoping this community could answer a few questions I have about upgrading.
I recently bought a house that has speakers wired to 4 different zones however only 2 of them are hooked up to an old Sony receiver as that’s all the receiver could support (labeled zone A and zone B). All wires are run to the rear of the receiver and this receiver is located in the living room.
Zone 1 or A being living room with a Tv and 4 ceiling speakers. 1 in each corner of the room. (Operational)
Zone 2 being outside deck with 2 speakers (Operational)
Zone 3 being 2 ceiling speakers in kitchen
Zone 4 being 2 ceiling speakers in master bedroom.
The old receiver you could either play Zone 1/A by it self, Zone 2/B by it self or A+B at the same time but Zone 1/A is way to loud while Zone 2B is too low. My plan is to buy the Sonos arc, Sonos sub and an amp for the living room and then an amp for each of the other 3 zones.
My questions are
  1. Would the arc , the sub and one amp to power two ceiling speakers in the living room produce sufficient audio for the room?
  2. If the answer to questions 1 is yes, which 2 speakers should I make operational? (Attached diagram of room)
  3. Where should the Sub go?
  4. In the picture of the receiver and all its wires, I see A & B Front which seems self explanatory but then on the left I see Rear. I’m guessing that is for the other two speakers in Zone 1/A? Speaker 3 and 4 I am assuming?
  5. Is the Sonos amp setup as simple as just undoing the wires from Zone 1/A and attaching them to the back of a Sonos amp and then repeating the same thing with zone 2/B?
  6. What are the green and white wires that are run with the black and white wires?
If you guys think a better system would work with my set up I’m all ears. I would appreciate any help / guidance.

Hi everyone I’m new to the community and I recently got a Celica in December but am just now getting to work on it because of work and since winters are pretty harsh, I was just wondering if y’all could point me in the direction towards some trustworthy sites for parts, list common problems, what I should fix or replace first, wiring diagrams, etc just anything and everything y’all know about the 2000 GT
