Alright, I must share this. I so helped an FA last Thursday (5/16/24) and did a very good deed. for some backstory, I work in the airline industry, so there are gonna be terms/shortage of words that I use. I will put the meanings at the bottom of this post. Thus, as usual (when I fly out), I rode the lightrail from Angle Lake to SeaTac to the airport. I noticed two cell phones on a seat when I first arrived on the lightrail, and someone else did too. The individual took his bag and attempted to conceal the phones, but I quickly seized them because one of them appeared to have an iPhone case on it that I recognized. And sure, I was correct—that phone belong to an inflt agent. I attempted to contact the numbers after noticing multiple missed calls on the personal phone, but the call went to voice mail. I spotted an FA as soon as I arrived at the airport, gave her the items, and told her everything. She promised to take them to the airport's inflt sup office. The FA (that I had given the phones to) found herself outside the gate where my flt was leaving, and she informed me that the owners of those phones was in the inflt office. She was then overjoyed to learn that her phones had been located. The pilot on my flt was informed what I had done and told that he had an angel on his flt by the FA I had given the phones to. The flt team is now referring to me as an angel. All I did was act in the manner in which I would like someone to act if they discovered my phones. All that matters to me is that the FA's day was brightened and her phones were returned. Also, sidenote if a FA losing their work cell phone to replace it, it will cost them $500 out of their next check. They can’t make installments. It’s straight up $500 out of the next upcoming check. So to help this FA by saving her $500 also her personal phone who knows if she didn’t have insurance or if she only had partial insurance on her cell phone because she did have one of the cheaper iPhones, but everybody knows that iPhones are not cheap no matter what version you buy. So the fact that I was able to save this woman money and also to prevent her from getting a write up because she would have gotten a write up for losing her work device. Is what made me happy. Always do the right thing. <3 <3
FA - flight attendant FLT - flight INFLT - in-flight

Hi there - I'm just starting my journey using ProRes LOG on my iPhone 15 Pro. I downloaded the OneLUT Arri simulation just to have a starting point, but I have a strange issue I don't understand.
There are two ways to apply the LUT: 1) directly on the Info screen of the clip, or 2) set that field to 'None' and use the Custom LUT drop-in instead. What I've noticed is that these two options do not look the same. I'm confused as to why they would look different (the drop-in looks significantly more saturated) even though no other processing is being applied in either case.
Any advice for a newbie like me??

I have been with T-mobile for 23 years and recently needed to upgrade my iPhone after my last one broke. I went in on a Sunday and sat down with the CSR who, at first, was very helpful. Of course, he tried to upsell me - get me to upgrade my plan (pay more in long run for a short-term discount) as well as get a case and screen protector (got them cheaper on Amazon).
However, the issue came when he asked me if I needed him to activate the phone or if I wanted to do it myself. I asked him if it was easily done (I was going from physical SIM - 12 Pro Max - to eSIM - 15 Pro Max) and he said it absolutely was - so long as I read the instructions on-screen carefully. Rather than spend more time in the store, I took my phone home.
Long story short - it's impossible to do at home unless you have a working phone line to receive the PIN that T-mobile will use to activate it. Even their own TMHI system is faulty because it cuts off texts. After an hour on their chat through their app, I had to go BACK to the store to have it activated, which they easily did.
To add insult to injury, I then came home to restore the phone from my last back-up. In doing so, the back-up then completely wiped the eSIM info and I, once again, had a non-working phone. By that point, the stores were closed and I had to wait until the next day to get it activated.
T-mobile needs to retrain their employees and get a better system in place. Hell, have step-by-step instructions for customers online for upgrading their phones.
If I'm paying $35 for the process, I shouldn't be ****ed as well.

I work in IT, and i have at least 6 people that I know have Fold4 or Fold5 devices because remoting into computers and still having sufficent display is pretty much the best way of operating if you are in the field.
Regardless, 3 of the 6 people I know have had the issue where the Wi-Fi stops working, and they have had to have their phone repaired - and unfortunately I was next,. The 4th out of the 6 that I personally know.
Now my phone is kept in a case, and pampered, its not just a device to me, its something I really take care of, 85% battery limit etc, it stopped fast charging a while ago, but no big deal right?
Once my Wi-Fi went, I arranged an appointment at the samsung store, and popped in and was told it would be £520+ to have my phone fixed, and it would cost because my inside screen was cracked - baffled because my inside screen is not cracked, its pristine. I asked what they meant.
Right up at the top in the centre, there are two tiny faint lines, they are not black, they are not white, they still show the pixel colour through them - you can test this by going making your screen all white, or all black, or all red etc.
The best way to see if you have the lines is to turn off your screen, and shine another phone light at your screen at the top - this is what they did in store, and they will find two tiny little lines at the top.
That means the screen is broken, and despite needing to change the screen to make the Wi-Fi operational again (that is apprently the fix according to the samsung store), because the screen is "broken" (despite it already being broken because it houses the wifi??), it means it was caused by my neglegence and i must pay £520+ for it to be repaired under the 24 month warranty. Trade in value is £100 due to the cracked screen, or £395 if not.
I've absolutely loved my time with the Fold, and I was contemplating picking up the 6, or even a flip, because they are appealing now as a small form factor.
Its just not worth it, I've been on a mission to look at everyone elses fold that I come into contact with, and lo and behold most people actually have them two lines at the top if they have had it for more than 6 months or so. Personally, I think its a design issue, because otherwise why would the crease not be in the centre of the one of the panels rather than on the join?
As it stands, spending big money on a flip or a fold, means you will maximum get 2 years out of the phone if you take out 24months care plus of £205.
The fold 5 currently retails at £1400 + the £205 (24month care plus) = £1600 PLUS the excess to repair the phone of £115.
By paying £71 a month just for the phone without a contract, you will have a phone that lasts you for 2 years. After that, you are on your own, and its just not worth while.
My advice to ANYONE with a Fold device, 4, 5 or 6 when it comes out is to take out 24 months, and force them to do a screen repair based on it being "broken" on the 23 month mark paying the excess of £115 AGAIN bringing your monthly total up to £76 just so that you can try and ride the phone out a little longer before it fails or becomes worthless on the trade in.
All in all, the fold is a good device in theory, but because it will enevitably break due to the fold, or at least be considered damaged even if it is not regargless of what or any design changes they make it goes from being an S tier phone down to a C imo.
Samsung customer care is just absolute garbage and will do anything to get out of a warranty repair, even in the UK where we get 24 months rather than 12.
Back to iPhones for me, im ditching samsung, I just cant stomach being had off.

My girlfriend and I are travelling to Montenegro in June for one month and will be staying in an AirBnB. I work fully remote with locational freedom so eventually I want to permanently one bag and be a 'digital nomad'. Working towards an 'indefinite' list for different seasons, climates etc. but am using this first trip as a sort of tester. Spent a lot of time reading this sub and have trial packed with this list, it fits in the bag and I think I am happy with it.

I’ve been in Europe for the past 10 days, today I took a train from Madrid to Barcelona and when I woke up I had a notification that said sim failure and can’t use data or make calls. I have an iPhone 11 and im pretty sure there’s not a TMobile location here, what can I do? Random SIM card? And if I get a random SIM card in Barcelona will that give me issues when I head back to the US?
Things I’ve Tried: - airplane mode - multiple restarts (restarted with roaming on then restarted with roaming off) - cellular on/off - taking off case and checking SIM card (it looked fine?)

WHASHAWJS so may isang trusted shop yung friend ko na nirecommend sa akin, doon din siya bumili nung iPhone 11 niya. This shop was from Greenhills. I found it in a GD cookbook, but in case anyone wants it:
*4 eggs *1 cup low fat cream cheese (I used one block of full fat cream cheese, but nutrition breakdown below accounts for low fat) *1.25 cups almond flour *2 tablespoons of maple syrup *2 teaspoons vanilla extract *1 teaspoon baking powder
Combine all ingredients above in a blender, adding water or more almond flour to get the consistency you want (I didn’t need either). Use 1/4 cup to measure out pancakes on the pan.
3 pancakes using the original recipe is a serving size = 369 calories, 15g carbs, 31g fat, 3g fiber, and 8g protein
I usually can’t tolerate more than 15g of carbs in a morning, but I indulged and ate 4 or 5 pancakes with my eggs. I didn’t use any toppings, sadly. Didn’t spike!
Bonus: husband and child enjoyed them too.

Hello can anyone advise on how to backup WhatsApp chats + photos on iPhone without iCloud pls? I’m not very keen on getting more iCloud storage but i want to make sure all of my chats and photos are backed up in case something happens. I am currently transitioning from an android to an apple so I would really appreciate if someone knows how to. For photos, it’s easier to backup for e.g to Dropbox but for chats idk how to back it up without iCloud and iTunes and all the methods I find online don’t really suit the way i have been backing up my chats. And usually when i back up my chats on WhatsApp the photos go along with the chats. Is there any way to do this on iPhone? Has anyone tried? Thanks

ANALYSIS:

• This week we see PCE data come on Friday. Expectations in the market according to the bloomberg intelligence research that I was reading, is for it to come soft or in line. Analysts are not expecting it to come hot.
• Whilst some people argue that rates will have to stay higher for longer due to stickiness in inflation, I point to inflation swaps which have all fallen over the last 1 month. This for 1y, 2y, 3,y, 5y, 10y etc. Traders are still expecting inflation to come down this year, especially encouraged by the falling shelter inflation in the last report.
• A look at some positioning analysis then:
• Silver and gold pumped yesterday, silver in particular, due to the geopolitical escalations between Egypt and Israel, as well as Israel and the rest of the world in Rafah. We saw strong positioning before too.
• Today, both pullback, but positioning overall v bullish, traders are buying calls on Silver at 35C. Thats a sign that traders are expecting this to be short term vol before move higher.
• NVDA showing strong positioning, and is up in premarket on news that xAI will use NVDA chips in building thier supercomputer. This is brining other semiconductors with it. AMD has a bullish positioning too.
• Potential high volume Names to watch today from a catalyst perspective (you can see the catalysts below) are:
• DUOL, PYPL, RIOT, DKNG, SE, CRWD, ONON
• EURUSD, GBPUSD showing bullish positioning as both come to resistance at 1.09 and 1.28 respectively. Positioning suggests we can see a break above, but let’s see.
• Traders continue to favour tech, and big tech in particular as Mag7 skew makes a new yearly high. AAPL and NVDA up in premarket should be supportive of the market too.
• VIX is up in premarket but expect vol crush later in the day as usual, positioning on VIX is still very short.

• 3 year CPI expectations come 2.4%, less than expected.

MARKETS: SPX, DJI, NDX more or less where they closed on Friday.

• SPX: closed Friday at 5303. Over Memorial Day, was trading flat, slightly higher to 5320, before dropping back to 5308. 5300 has been the support in premarket.
• NASDAQ: Closed Friday at 18,800. Over Memorial Day was flat. Pushed higher to 18900 before paring gains slightly back to 18,853
• DJI: Trading at 39k. Flat since Fridays close. 39k support, 40k resistance.
• GER40: After hitting 18,500 on Friday, it bounced. Moved higher to 18850 over yesterday, pared gains slightly.
• UK100: Slightly lwoer today, On Friday dropped to 8275. Yday dropped to 8200 before pushing higher. Today back at 8296. Positioning overall bullish.
• Silver: Pulling back today after push higher yesterday by 5%
• GOld: Lower, after being rejected off 2350. Had moved higher by almost 1% yesterday.
• In both cases, looks like pullback before move higher.
• Oil slightly higher - Opec meeting this week.

FX:

• EURUSD higher to 1.0885. Pushed up from 1.08 support on Friday. Will come to 1.09, and will be looking for break as has broken out of long term downtrend.
• GBPUSD higher towards 1.28, positioning bullish. 1.28 is resistance
• AUDUSD higher again. Retraced back to 0.66 support on Friday, before move higher again.
• Most of these moves have come on dollar weakening from 105 since Friday. - comes as Japan has been signalling more potential intervention and also some countries not using USD from imports.

MAG 7:

• AAPL - China iPhone shipments jump 52% in April. AAPL and resellers have bene cutting prices in China throughout 2024. Hence shipments have been jumping.
• AAPL - will unveil Ai tools for daily use at next month’s developers conference. Their “project grey matter” will integrate AI into safari, photos and notes. Custom AI generated emojis for example
• AMZN, NVDA - according to Business Insider, Amazon is facing challenges inc competing with NVDA’s dominant AI chips, experiencing low usage and compatibility problems.
• Internal documents apparently reveal Amazon’s AI chips, Tranium and Inferentia are lagging significantly behind NVDA’s GPU in adoption.
• AMZN trying to improve the chips
• Apparently evne some internal Amazon AI projects are using NVDA GPUs rather than AWS homegrown chips.

• Crypto names lower as BTC loses its gains from yesterday.
• DKNG - Illinois Senate approves a budget that includes a progressive tax hike on sports betting operators. 40% tax rate, which will triple current tax. Not good for DKNG operations in Illionis
• SE - Indonesia antitrust agency says that Shopee, which is owned by SE, violated competition rules by directing customers to use certain delivery services. Shop stopped listing several delivery service providers, giving customers just 2 options.
• GME - higher after the company raised nearly 933M from sale of 45m shares. Proceeds used for general corporate purposes.
• With GameStop pumping, other MEME names like AMC, SPWR etc are up in sentiment.

ANALYSIS:

• This week we see PCE data come on Friday. Expectations in the market according to the bloomberg intelligence research that I was reading, is for it to come soft or in line. Analysts are not expecting it to come hot.
• Whilst some people argue that rates will have to stay higher for longer due to stickiness in inflation, I point to inflation swaps which have all fallen over the last 1 month. This for 1y, 2y, 3,y, 5y, 10y etc. Traders are still expecting inflation to come down this year, especially encouraged by the falling shelter inflation in the last report.
• A look at some positioning analysis then:
• Silver and gold pumped yesterday, silver in particular, due to the geopolitical escalations between Egypt and Israel, as well as Israel and the rest of the world in Rafah. We saw strong positioning before too.
• Today, both pullback, but positioning overall v bullish, traders are buying calls on Silver at 35C. Thats a sign that traders are expecting this to be short term vol before move higher.
• NVDA showing strong positioning, and is up in premarket on news that xAI will use NVDA chips in building thier supercomputer. This is brining other semiconductors with it. AMD has a bullish positioning too.
• Potential high volume Names to watch today from a catalyst perspective (you can see the catalysts below) are:
• DUOL, PYPL, RIOT, DKNG, SE, CRWD, ONON
• EURUSD, GBPUSD showing bullish positioning as both come to resistance at 1.09 and 1.28 respectively. Positioning suggests we can see a break above, but let’s see.
• Traders continue to favour tech, and big tech in particular as Mag7 skew makes a new yearly high. AAPL and NVDA up in premarket should be supportive of the market too.
• VIX is up in premarket but expect vol crush later in the day as usual, positioning on VIX is still very short.

• Came 0.1% MOM vs 0.2% expected. Last month, fell 0.4% MOM.
• This is slightly weaker than expected, but retail sales MOM have been very variable in Australia, ranging from -1% to 1%
• ECB 1 year inflation expectations come in line with forecast at 2.9%
• 3 year CPI expectations come 2.4%, less than expected.
• GOOD.
• House Price Index/Case Shiller later
• Consumer Confidence nUmbers come out after market opens.

MARKETS: SPX, DJI, NDX more or less where they closed on Friday.

• SPX: closed Friday at 5303. Over Memorial Day, was trading flat, slightly higher to 5320, before dropping back to 5308. 5300 has been the support in premarket.
• NASDAQ: Closed Friday at 18,800. Over Memorial Day was flat. Pushed higher to 18900 before paring gains slightly back to 18,853
• DJI: Trading at 39k. Flat since Fridays close. 39k support, 40k resistance.
• GER40: After hitting 18,500 on Friday, it bounced. Moved higher to 18850 over yesterday, pared gains slightly.
• UK100: Slightly lwoer today, On Friday dropped to 8275. Yday dropped to 8200 before pushing higher. Today back at 8296. Positioning overall bullish.
• Silver: Pulling back today after push higher yesterday by 5%
• GOld: Lower, after being rejected off 2350. Had moved higher by almost 1% yesterday.
• In both cases, looks like pullback before move higher.
• Oil slightly higher - Opec meeting this week.

FX:

• EURUSD higher to 1.0885. Pushed up from 1.08 support on Friday. Will come to 1.09, and will be looking for break as has broken out of long term downtrend.
• GBPUSD higher towards 1.28, positioning bullish. 1.28 is resistance
• AUDUSD higher again. Retraced back to 0.66 support on Friday, before move higher again.
• Most of these moves have come on dollar weakening from 105 since Friday. - comes as Japan has been signalling more potential intervention and also some countries not using USD from imports.

MAG 7:

• AAPL - China iPhone shipments jump 52% in April. AAPL and resellers have bene cutting prices in China throughout 2024. Hence shipments have been jumping.
• AAPL - will unveil Ai tools for daily use at next month’s developers conference. Their “project grey matter” will integrate AI into safari, photos and notes. Custom AI generated emojis for example
• AMZN, NVDA - according to Business Insider, Amazon is facing challenges inc competing with NVDA’s dominant AI chips, experiencing low usage and compatibility problems.
• Internal documents apparently reveal Amazon’s AI chips, Tranium and Inferentia are lagging significantly behind NVDA’s GPU in adoption.

More than two months ago, I was scammed out of $300, almost $400.
I had just broken my phone and wasn't thinking very objectively.
I was deceived into sending someone $300 for an iPhone 14 on Facebook Marketplace. They had no intention of ever sending the phone to me. Straight after the funds were sent, I realized this was a complete scam and that no one would sell a near-new iPhone 14 for $300. And that really, I should have listened to the obvious red flags that I was ignoring because of just how good the deal was.
Within the hour, I contacted my bank (Kiwibank). They made a formal report but said they couldn't reverse the funds as it was to another bank. They advised me to make a police report. The next day, I was contacted by the NZ police, saying they had acknowledged my case and would look into it.
That was over two months ago, and I've been thinking they are probably understaffed and will get to it at some point. They have the bank account number and know it’s an ASB account. The name attached to the Facebook account may be fake, but ASB could surely give them the true identity. That's what I thought anyway.
Today, I contacted the NZ police, and they told me they didn't have enough evidence to proceed.
This is quite frustrating; nothing has changed in the last two months, meaning they would never have had enough evidence to proceed, which makes me wonder why I wasn’t contacted.
I feel pretty let down by the police and wonder if anyone has faced a similar scam and how it was dealt with. Am I meant to go to ASB myself? I mean, it's two months on, and I've left it for quite some time, but I felt the police were handling it.

I've tried to improve the report today, with more explicitly mentioned high volume tickers to watch for the day, along with their catalysts, and have increased the detail in analysis section. Hope you like.

ANALYSIS:

• This week we see PCE data come on Friday. Expectations in the market according to the bloomberg intelligence research that I was reading, is for it to come soft or in line. Analysts are not expecting it to come hot.
• Whilst some people argue that rates will have to stay higher for longer due to stickiness in inflation, I point to inflation swaps which have all fallen over the last 1 month. This for 1y, 2y, 3,y, 5y, 10y etc. Traders are still expecting inflation to come down this year, especially encouraged by the falling shelter inflation in the last report.
• A look at some positioning analysis then:
• Silver and gold pumped yesterday, silver in particular, due to the geopolitical escalations between Egypt and Israel, as well as Israel and the rest of the world in Rafah. We saw strong positioning before too.
• Today, both pullback, but positioning overall v bullish, traders are buying calls on Silver at 35C. Thats a sign that traders are expecting this to be short term vol before move higher.
• NVDA showing strong positioning, and is up in premarket on news that xAI will use NVDA chips in building thier supercomputer. This is brining other semiconductors with it. AMD has a bullish positioning too.
• Potential high volume Names to watch today from a catalyst perspective (you can see the catalysts below) are:
• DUOL, PYPL, RIOT, DKNG, SE, CRWD, ONON
• EURUSD, GBPUSD showing bullish positioning as both come to resistance at 1.09 and 1.28 respectively. Positioning suggests we can see a break above, but let’s see.
• Traders continue to favour tech, and big tech in particular as Mag7 skew makes a new yearly high. AAPL and NVDA up in premarket should be supportive of the market too.
• VIX is up in premarket but expect vol crush later in the day as usual, positioning on VIX is still very short.

• AUSTRALIAN RETAIL SALES:
• Came 0.1% MOM vs 0.2% expected. Last month, fell 0.4% MOM.
• This is slightly weaker than expected, but retail sales MOM have been very variable in Australia, ranging from -1% to 1%
• ECB 1 year inflation expectations come in line with forecast at 2.9%
• 3 year CPI expectations come 2.4%, less than expected.
• GOOD.
• House Price Index/Case Shiller later
• Consumer Confidence nUmbers come out after market opens.
• Fed Speakers today:
• Mester, Kashkari, Cook, Daly

MARKETS: SPX, DJI, NDX more or less where they closed on Friday.

• SPX: closed Friday at 5303. Over Memorial Day, was trading flat, slightly higher to 5320, before dropping back to 5308. 5300 has been the support in premarket.
• NASDAQ: Closed Friday at 18,800. Over Memorial Day was flat. Pushed higher to 18900 before paring gains slightly back to 18,853
• DJI: Trading at 39k. Flat since Fridays close. 39k support, 40k resistance.
• GER40: After hitting 18,500 on Friday, it bounced. Moved higher to 18850 over yesterday, pared gains slightly.
• UK100: Slightly lwoer today, On Friday dropped to 8275. Yday dropped to 8200 before pushing higher. Today back at 8296. Positioning overall bullish.
• Silver: Pulling back today after push higher yesterday by 5%
• GOld: Lower, after being rejected off 2350. Had moved higher by almost 1% yesterday.
• In both cases, looks like pullback before move higher.
• Oil slightly higher - Opec meeting this week.

FX:

• EURUSD higher to 1.0885. Pushed up from 1.08 support on Friday. Will come to 1.09, and will be looking for break as has broken out of long term downtrend.
• GBPUSD higher towards 1.28, positioning bullish. 1.28 is resistance
• AUDUSD higher again. Retraced back to 0.66 support on Friday, before move higher again.
• Most of these moves have come on dollar weakening from 105 since Friday. - comes as Japan has been signalling more potential intervention and also some countries not using USD from imports.

MAG 7:

• AAPL - China iPhone shipments jump 52% in April. AAPL and resellers have bene cutting prices in China throughout 2024. Hence shipments have been jumping.
• AAPL - will unveil Ai tools for daily use at next month’s developers conference. Their “project grey matter” will integrate AI into safari, photos and notes. Custom AI generated emojis for example
• AMZN, NVDA - according to Business Insider, Amazon is facing challenges inc competing with NVDA’s dominant AI chips, experiencing low usage and compatibility problems.
• Internal documents apparently reveal Amazon’s AI chips, Tranium and Inferentia are lagging significantly behind NVDA’s GPU in adoption.
• AMZN trying to improve the chips
• Apparently evne some internal Amazon AI projects are using NVDA GPUs rather than AWS homegrown chips.
• AMZN - in talks to invest Billions into Italian cloud expansion.
• TSLA - secures $150M+ megabuck contract for Australia’s first 8 hour battery. Will supply megabuck battery for 50MW, 400MW limondale project in SW NSW Australia.
• DESPITE THIS, TSLA LOWER AS GLASS LEWIS URGES SHAREHOLDERS TO REJECT Elon Musk PAY PACKAGE.
• NVDA - Bank of America shows that 68% of funds own NVDA in their holdings and over 50% of all funds are overweight on the firm.
• NVDA pumping 3% in premarket. Musk’s XAI wants to use H100 chips as part of their supercomputer.

OTHER COMPANIES:

• Crypto names lower as BTC loses its gains from yesterday.
• DKNG - Illinois Senate approves a budget that includes a progressive tax hike on sports betting operators. 40% tax rate, which will triple current tax. Not good for DKNG operations in Illionis
• SE - Indonesia antitrust agency says that Shopee, which is owned by SE, violated competition rules by directing customers to use certain delivery services. Shop stopped listing several delivery service providers, giving customers just 2 options.
• GME - higher after the company raised nearly 933M from sale of 45m shares. Proceeds used for general corporate purposes.
• With GameStop pumping, other MEME names like AMC, SPWR etc are up in sentiment.
• With NVDA pumping, we see other semiconductor names like QCOM, VRT, COHR, DELL run in sentiment.
• SBUX - discounts more of its popular coffee drinks in China
• ZS - down as Rosenblatt downgrades ahead of earnings.
• DUOL - JMP Securities upgrades duo lingo to outperform with PT of 260. Big analyst upgrade. Technical pic looks supportive.
• CRWD - Reiterated buy rating on CRWD, raised price target to 422 from 372. Believes they will surpass $5B in annual recurring revenue by Calendar year 2025.
• PAAS up as silver pumped yesterday.
• Solar names are higher again.
• GLOB - Raised to buy at UBS, price target 230. Current price 170.
• ABNB - raised to buy at WEdbush, price target 165 from 160.
• TTWO - rumours suggest 2K games secured official FIFA license. New game is expected to launch as FIFA.
• BA - wins 7.5B$ US airforce contract.
• PYPL - planning an ad business, hires Uber advertising chief, says WSJ
• ORCL - XAI founder Musk says the company is planning to build a supercomputer. Says that they will work with ORACLE probably. Want it up and running in 2nd half of 2025, says it will be 4 times stronger than largest GPU cluster.
• RIOT - will be looking at takeover of rival bitcoin miner, Bitfarms.
• RIVN - slashes prices on 2023 and 2024 R1T and R1S models in North America. A number of add ons to cars are now significantly cheaper than before.
• NCLH - Mizuho upgrades Norwegian Cruise Line to Buy from Neutral and raised Price target to 24 from 21.
• LLY - investing $5.3B to expand manufacturing of Zepbound and Mounjaro.
• BABA - Gets David Beckham as ambassador for AliExpress.

• BTC was higher yesterday to 70.5k, now lower to 68.2k. Fell to 67.5k.
• CHINA PROPERTY STOCKS DID WELL, RISING 1.9% ON SHANGHAI’s EASING MEASURES.
• Neel Kashkari says that nothing should be ruled out regarding policy path. Says there’s no need to hurry to cut rates. Wants to see many more months of good data.
• MESTER: gave no commentary on interest rates or economy.
• UBS lifts S&P 500 year end target to highest on Wall Street, at 5600.
• Trmup says he will ensure crypto history is made in US. Says he wants the legacy of BTC to be made in US not overseas. Hence crypto was higher on weekend.

It just makes me so sad that wala akong maasahan sa mga kapatid ko. Don't get me wrong, they're not that bad. Pero sila lang yung tipong di mo malabasan ng sama ng loob, o kaya matakbuhan when you need them.
I just applied for smart with gadgets and they told me na tatawagan nila yung nilagay ko for reference. As far as I know IF in case mag-deliquent yung tao, di naman tatawagan ng smart yung nasa reference. I think yan yung takot nya (it happened to her kasi before with her friend). Ginawa ng sis ko, in-off nya yung phone nya. Mind you, ambilis inasikaso ng smart yung application ko kasi good payer ako sa pldt.
Noong pandemic, I lost my job. I only have around 5k naiwan sa savings ko. Agad-agad akong nag-freelance. I got my first client at 30k/mo kaso weekly yung bayad. Then, the same week I was hired by client 1, na-hire ulit ako ng 2nd client ko at 40k. But I don't have a second laptop and di pa ako mababayaran i first client kasi kakasimula ko lang. May nahanap ako na pwedeng utangan for installment but 10k ang downpayment. I called my sister para humiram ng 5k. Andami nyang rason, so I called my brother, ganun din. Mind you, my sister is earning roughly 100k per month kahit pandemic, nagi-earn sila kasi grocery business sila allowed to open. 5k ayaw ako pahiramin. Sinabi ko nga na mababayaran ako next week, I showed the agreement, website ng first client.Mangiyak-ngiyak ako nag-call sa 2nd client to tell them na I have to backout.
Mind you ha, her sister in law wanted to buy an iphone last year charged to her credit card, pumayag siya. Samantalang ako, ayaw nya. Kahit wala naman akong history na nangutang sa kanya EVER ng pera na di binayaran. Isang beses lang ako nagtangka mangutang - noong pandemic na lugmok talaga ako. Then, she confided in me na yung kapitbahay daw nila nangutang ng 10k at ngayon nagtatago or umiiwas kasi di ata makabayad.
So why me? Ano meron sa akin at ayaw ako pahiramin? Or tulungan man lang doon sa smart application ko? Everytime I ask for help, ang hirap2x nya pakiusapan. Need pa talaga isumbat and mostly ng help nila sa akin, is through actions. Example, she helped me maglipat ng gamit nung nagtransfer ako last month but in exchange, I treat them sa jollibee or whatever. But never about money.
I have a feeling that she secretly hates me or doesn't love me. Or yung napipilitan lang sya kasi magkapatid kami. It's like there's this wall between us na di ko matibag.
I remember also, this was years ago, dumalaw ako sa store nya, and nagkataon nakasabay ko pumasok yung current bestie nya, yung bestie nya lang ang inalok ng bangko. Isa lang kasi yung upuan. And then she was so energetic na nakikipagkwentuhan kahit alam nya na andun ako. Yung friend nya nakatingin sa akin and even offered the chair. So ayun nagpaalam ako.
So sorry na dito ako nagshare. I once shared my feelings sa kanila pero nauwi sa sumbatan. They blocked me for 8months (right after natapos yung lock down). So around 2021 na ulit kami nakapag-usap2x.
They also have the tendenxy magsumbat pag di ko sila nalilibre..Between 2019-2022 I didn't have a permanent job so tipid ko talaga yungpera ko. Pero pag meron ako, nililibre ko sila sa kaya ko but it seems kulang yun or bot appreciated. Pero pag sila ang nanlilibre, pinapaalala pa. Minsan, last minute invite din ako sa events or lakad. Malalaman ko na lang nasa coffe shop na sila ng brother (and his wife) ko saka ako itetext (magkasama pa kami nun sa isang house ng brother(and wife nya) ko pero last minute pa rin ako naiinvite). I see her posts with my brother's wife, sissy ang tawagan.
If you think I'm a bad sister, no I'm not. Normal siblings fight meron. But when she had her first baby, ako nag-alaga. Then also her second baby. Halos ako naging na nanny at walang bayad yun. They were stsrting to build their fortune pa lang so walang time to take care of the kids. I am only 2 years older, so di rin nila pwedeng sabihin na I was not a parent figure kasi pare-pareho kaming bata.
College, I was busy taking care of my mom, cooking for them and taking care of things and school. Inaamin ko, I wasn't with them emotionally but what can a 15-20+ year old can do who takes care of her mom too? Physically, emotionally, and mentally drained ako. Then she told me during college she had mental issues daw kaya lagi sya sa barkada, but wht about me?
Financially, I couldn't help them (10years ago or so), kasi na-delay ako gumradweyt, failed my classes kasi nga I take care of my mom. Hospitals, bantay ako lahat. Makikiusap pa ako sa kanila para lang may relyebo. 2x major exams di na-attenan dahil that day inatake din mom ko. I just couldn't be there for them.
After I graduated, para lang akong lutang. Work and sleep. May mga times/blocks of memories di ko na maalala until now. Minsan may isusumbat sila sa akin, and di ko talaga maalala. Alam nyo yung titingin ka sa salamin, see your older face and wonder what happened during the last years... Na another birthday pero bat parang ambilis naman... It wasn't until pandemic saka ako natauhan, na I have to get out of whatever limbo I was in. Nakatulong yung lockdown kasi wala akong magawa kundi isipin sarili ko. While before lockdown, para akong zombie. There are happy times, pero when I'm alone, naiiyak ako mag-isa.
So now, dala dala nila yng sama ng loob. We are in 30s now. I hope they realize I was a child too. I'm so sorry I was't there. Pero sana wag nila ako i-continue i-punish. I just feel so alone now. I get it that they have a family now. But why can't we be the same as other sisters? Why can't she call.me "sissy". Like my posts, or tag me like she does with her sister in laws. I think we're too old to hold those grudges. Wala akong major na kasalanan. Di ako nagnakaw, nang-agaw, nanira.
